La politóloga Arantxa Tirado, española y chavista, se lanza al rescate del tirano de Venezuela con vídeos y mensajes que presentan incluso la ayuda humanitaria como una intervención militar.

Se llama Arantxa Tirado y, aunque es una gran desconocida para el público, forma parte de la tertulia de Julia Otero en su programa radiofónico 'Julia en la Onda',

al que se incorporó este pasado septiembre como flamante fichaje para el arranque de temporada.

Pero en las últimas horas se ha hecho célebre en las redes sociales por su insólito apoyo al chavismo,

que según la mismísima Amnistía Internacional se caracteriza por la represión de miles de personas y las penurias provocadas a la población, tal y como recoge su informe anual.

Pese a las evidencias, suscritas incluso por organizaciones como AI que en el pasado se negó a calificar a ETA de organización terrorista,

Tirado se ha lanzado en tromba a respaldar a Maduro, negando incluso la falta de abastecimiento de alimentos básicos

o el bloqueo del puente de las Tienditas en Cúcuta o presentando la ayuda humanitaria como una excusa para una especie de invasión militar.

La analista fichada por Otero, coautora del libro "La clase obrera no va al paraíso" junto a Nega, cantante del grupo 'Los chicos del maíz' frecuentemente alabado por Pablo Iglesias,

incluso ha difundido un vídeo desde dentro de un supermercado poblado de alimentos o al lado de un Mc Donalds para desmentir que los venezolanos pasen hambre,

a pesar de cientos de horas de grabaciones que demuestran lo contrario y de datos oficiales que atestiguan la falta de productos básicos, medicamentos o la hiperinflación del coste de todo ello.

La FAO, el organismo que certifica la hambruna en el mundo y depende de la ONU, ha denunciado en su último informe que Venezuela es el país de América donde más ha crecido la desnutrición, hasta el punto de triplicarse en los últimos años.

En ese periodo, el hundimiento del PIB venezolano ha sido del 44%.

I use timers a lot in my videos.

If you want to learn

to make a timer just like this in Filmora,

stick around I'll show you how.

Hit the Subscribe button

and click the notification bell to be part of the conversation.

In Fillmora 9, open up your screen recorder

and begin recording your computer screen.

Now, we're going to need to find a timer.

Let's open up a browser window and Google the word "stopwatch"

Google actually gives us a timer right here,

but I'd like one that looks a little different.

I'll just click on one of these free timer links

and there, that's better.

This site allows me to run a better-looking timer

for my needs.

I'll just hit the start button and let it run

for however many seconds or minutes that I need.

This light also seems to have a countdown feature

that would let me set a countdown point

and begin counting down to zero

if I needed that feature, too.

For now the stopwatch features what I need I have enough

so I'll stop screen recording by hitting F9

and Fillmora automatically loads my screen capture footage right

into my project now a Bring

that down into my timeline.

I'll right click on it and hit crop and zoom.

This gives me the ability to crop out the rest of the screen

and just use the timer itself.

The default setting here is locked at 16:9 aspect ratio,

but I'll need a custom ratio.

So let me set that for custom.

Once that's done...

I'll click up on the preview window,

resize the timer and place it exactly where I want it.

That's a little bit bright.

So what I can do is double

left click on that footage and in the upper left video tab,

I can click on "compositing"

This will allow me to change the opacity

of that timer footage and let

a little bit of the background show through...

there we go.

Now we have a timer we can use in our footage.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the Internet!

I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today we are talking the Top 10 Scariest Things

Found in the Woods!

You guys just LOVE a bit of scary, don't you!

I love hiking in woods ….so we are kind of meeting on the same page here, except you

have kind of made me scared of hiking alone!

Before we get into this video, why don't you guys let me know if you have ever hike

a woodland trail?

10 - The Demon Summoner Oh hello there!

What would you do if you came across this in the woods?!

On first glance I would assume it was just there as a prank to freak me out, but perhaps

if I knew that this Satanic Idol was now in the Ed and Lorraine Warren museum for the

occult, I might be a little more freaked out.

It seems that a hunter was out in the woods one day when he came across this horned beastie

with wide blue eyes.

At first he didn't quite notice it as it blended with the woodland, but then he saw

it and decided to investigate.

The man said when he walked up to the doll he felt a horrible feeling.

All of his energy was just drained and he was filled with dread Argh!

He said he turned away from the idol he saw a man with white hair wearing a black cloak

walking opposite to him.

He asked the man how to get out of the woods and in silence the cloaked figure simply pointed.

Haunted by the feeling the doll gave him, the hunter called up paranormal investigators

Ed and Lorraine Warren.

It seems that the horned idol is used in satanic rituals for summoning evil spirits.

The investigators went looking for the idol in order to investigate and Lorraine was particularly

affected by the piece, saying it sent her into a catatonic state for days.

She even claimed it made her levitate.

It now lives in her basement in Monroe Connecticut.

9 - The Cabin Who lives in a cabin deep in the woods and

what do they do for the majority of their time?

Well you may not want to know the answer!

Mark Andre worked for the Environmental Services in Arcata California and was marking trees

in the deep forest when he came across a cabin.

CABIN IN THE WOODS ANYONE?!

The structure was around 12 feet by 15 feet and properly constructed.

Andre said: I didn't see it until I was 12 feet from it.

It's in the perfect out-of-the-way spot where it wouldn't be detected.

Andre went to investigate and it seemed as if the cabin was abandoned but had been lived

in reasonably recently.

There was a lot of tinned food, a number of knives in the hut, an eclectic selection of

books including Catch Me If You Can, and a manifesto called Difference everywhere which

included statements such as every community creates its own outlaws.

What outlaw was hiding out deep in the woods?

We don't know as they were never found.

8 - The Giant Spider Web Oh HELLS no.

Absolutely not.

This looks like some kind of woodland Halloween decoration!

In 2007, a walker was out for a hike in woodland outside of Dallas when they came across this

truly disconcerting scene.

HUGE HUGE HUGE spiderwebs covering large trees.

If I walked through this I would run in the other direction for fear of being eaten by

a giant tarantula.

It turns out the menaces behind this mess are Guatemalan Long Jawed spiders, which do

look horrifying but are only an inch long.

HA…only… that would still be enough to get me screaming!

Anyway the web came from an infestation of them…

meaning there were MILLIONS…yes…MILLIONS of them around the area.

It happened again in a similar area in 2015

7 - The Switch I found this picture posted on a chat forum

for mountain biking.

One biker was riding off road through the woods and came across what looked like a Satanic

lectern and a wooden book.

How long it is been there, well, who knows.

They opened up the book and found a switch.

What it turns on, or indeed off….again… no one knows.

6 - The Sour Pile Sometimes things are freaky because they are

so inexplicable…the strangest things provoke the biggest questions… there is definitely

a story behind this strange discovery.

Lumberlumverlumver posted this image to Reddit last year, simply saying – a giant pile

of zested lemons found in the woods.

Like…

I'll say.

There are hundreds of peeled lemons….

But like….

Why?

This scares me more than a number of the points on this list!

5 - The Mask I do a lot of hiking and have seen a few creepy

things, but I cant imagine what I would do if I was hiking along a trail, enjoying the

fresh air and then found this.

Like…

Hey there bud, who you staring it?

This is a metal mask that, by the look of the oxidization it is an old copper mask.

It kind of looks a bit like the one Hannibal Lecter was forced to wear in the Silence of

the lambs.

There is a long history of prisoners being made to wear a mask in jail…is this the

mask of an escaped prisoner?

The mask was found by a hiker who posted their discovery on reddit, sending shivers down

the spine of the internet.

4 - The Pipes When you see weird pipes poking out of the

ground in the woods… you know that that isn't the full story.

This story comes from Northern Germany where two friends were trying to investigate where

the pipes went…and…boy did they find out.

It seems they discovered the entrance to a secret bunker by opening up a wooden lid with

a crowbar.

They then found steps and bravely went inside.

There was a long corridor and a series of small rooms, like prison cells.

Some of the rooms were bigger and some were flooded.

The rusted metal in the water gave it a reddish tinge like blood.

They found abandoned shoes and gloves.

The Hiker described the day as " The spookiest trip of my life."

I certainly see that!

3 - The Skin In August 2016 a walker in Westbrook, Maine

spotted this HUGE piece of shed snake skin on a trail and photographed it to show police.

The discovery of 100 feet of skin came as reports of a huge serpent were reported in

the months before.

On investigation, it was concluded that the skin came from a python estimated to be around

10 feet or more in length.

URM.

At the time police warned locals to be on the look out for a snake on the loose.

The mystery reptile was dubbed Wessie and even earned itself a folk song and was honoured

by a local brewery that named an IPA after it…

I feel a lot better about an IPA than a do a giant snake.

Wessie has never been found though, and could still be on the loose in the woods of Maine.

Maybe she has a band of not so little Wessie's these days too.

Urgh!

2 - The Shrine to The Missing In a turn of events similar to the Blair Witch

Project – a hiker by the name of James Rankin discovered a truly worrying shrine in the

woods near Long Islands Berkeley Jackson County Park.

There was a collection of around 25 real missing persons photographs taped to trees, a collapsed

wooden cage surrounding a filled in hole.

Rankin recorded his findings and here is a clip – INSERT CLIP but bleep swearing - The

missing peoples posters were of real people…which is stressful!

It seems that Rankin was genuinely worried he stumbled across a murderer's lair.

The hiker also found what looked like a campsite with a tent, dirty bedding, opened cans of

food, a shovel.

Finally, coming in to number one… we have The Bodies

The Aokigahara Forest has had a LOT of air time since Village idiot Logan Paul went exploring

Japan's infamous suicide forest at the end of 2017.

The heavy wooded area spans 13.5 square miles and is North West of the base of the beautiful

Mount Fuji.

The forest was initially a great place for a hike amid nature – some of the trees are

300 years old and in the winter tourists can see a beautiful ice cave - but it soon gained

a morbid reputation for being a place people came to tale their own lives.

Now it seems that around 100 people a year venture to the forest never to return and

sadly this has somewhat ruined the forest as a place to hike – walkers are regularly

spotting abandoned tents, half cut down nooses, or, if they are unlucky…like Logan Paul,

an actual decomposing body.

I can't think of anything worse to find.

Beyond that, local lore had it that ghosts – Yurei – haunt the forest – these are

a special type of spirit in Japanese lore… they are the trapped spirits of people who

killed themselves and want nothing to torment the living, like they were tormented in life.

So that was the top 10 Scariest things found in the woods – which of these would freak

you out the most?

Have you ever wondered how solar works?

On this video we're going to discuss what it takes to make the sun's energy produce

AC voltage for your home.

the United States has spent a crazy amount of money on the current infrastructure.

This infrastructure supports, mining, drilling, transporting, refining and distributing fossil

fuels for us to use.

At the same time, the demand for energy has gone up steadily with the population.

In the US, we get the majority of our power from coal, oil, and natural gas.

Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric, and other renewables are starting to make a dent in the infrastructure.

I think there is definitely hope for renewables in the future as a primary source of energy.

It's hard to believe that the Earth absorbs over 173,000,000,000,000,000 in a day.

That's 10,000 times more sun than we need.

It's agreed that 20 days of sunshine is all Earth needs to produce more energy than

all the fossil fuels ever did on this planet combined.

Transforming light from the sun directly into electricity without any moving parts is science!

Its' free, and when it's not we won't care right?

So how do we harness that potential energy and power our homes with it?

It's a process as predictable as the sun rising and setting every day.

And there are no moving mechanical parts during the whole process.

This makes solar technology so desirable because the technology will last for decades at a

time.

So how do we take photons from the sun and get them to push the electrons on the solar

panel in a manner that will create enough electricity to power our homes?

It all starts with the PV cell.

A single PV cell is the smallest component capable of this process.

Silicon being the second most abundant element on earth is perfect for this.

The silicon is then sandwiched between two layers of conductive material.

An atom within the silicon connects to other atoms by four strong bonds.

This keeps the electrons stationary so no current can flow.

A silicon PV cell is a semiconductor with two main layers, a positive and a negative.

The positive side is doped with boron to give it a positive charge or extra electrons, and

the negative side is doped with phosphorous to give it a negative charge.

The junction where the positive and negative layer come together is called the P-N junction,

and an electric field is created there.

It generates a half (0.5) volt dc potential to travel through the cell from the P layer

to the N layer, but not in the other direction.

The connection between the P layer of one cell and the N layer of an adjacent cell increases

the overall voltage, which is added in series.

Sunlight has particles of light shooting out from it, called photons.

When a photon hits the solar panel hard enough, it knocks an electron from its bond, leaving

a hole.

The negative electron and location of the positive charged hole freely move around now.

Since there is an electric field at the P/N junction, the electrons will only go one way.

The electron gets pulled over to the N-side, while the hole gets pulled to the P-side.

From there, this process repeats itself and does work like powering the house until they

return to a conductive aluminum sheet on the back of the panel.

Because the voltage of an individual crystalline PV Cell is only 0.5 v dc, a PV module consists

of numerous cells, wired together in series.

So, when 36 cells are wired in series, you should expect to get 18 volts DC.

Unlike voltage, the current of the cell is dependent on the surface area, so the larger

the panel the more voltage it can produce.

In general, though, the current of each cell will be the same as the current of each module.

The panels of yesterday were 18 and 36 cell panels.

In 2019, our panels are 60-cell at the very least and go to 72 and 90 cell panels for

the residential market.

More cells mean more power per panel.

Monocrystalline and Polycrystalline panels are your choices for your solar panels.

Monocrystalline panels are the most desirable panels right now because of their efficiency

and aesthetics.

They are typically black panels with black frames that are made with one single type

of crystal.

The single crystalline material used on Mono panels makes them more efficient than polycrystalline

panels.

They are more efficient because they allow the electrons to move more freely.

The reason they are a tad bit more efficient than polycrystalline panels is in the casting

process of the cells.

Polycrystalline panels are made with a variety of crystals.

So when the molten silicon of multiple types of crystals gets poured into the mold and

solidifies, it dries flat into what looks like a bed of flakes or crystals.

Polycrystalline panels have a bluish tinge to them too.

The different crystals within the cell create grainy speedbumps that can make it more difficult

for the electrons to navigate out of the cell.

Monocrystalline panels are smoother at that level.

That's the reason Monocrystalline panels are all the rage right now.

Hopefully this has helped you gain a little understanding of the process of solar energy

production.

Susan Collins Attracts LOTS Of Out Of State Cash After Confirming Brett Kavanaugh - Duration: 4:20.

You know, I remember sitting there on my computer watching the live stream of the votes about

whether or not Brett Kavanaugh was going to become the next supreme court justice or if

they're going to be enough Republicans doing the right thing, it voting against him.

There was no doubt in my mind that the Republicans would not do the right thing and that they

would in fact confirm him and unfortunately my fears were confirmed and the Republicans

did.

Specifically Maine, Republican senator, Susan Collins.

She was the one that a lot of people thought, you know what?

Maybe that Susan Collins, you know, she's, she's been a moderate.

She's been a maverick.

She stood up to Trump.

She stood up to Kevin all, there's no way she's going to vote for him, and then of course,

yes, she, she voted for him because that's what she does.

She is not a maverick.

She is not a moderate.

She's a Republican and they're all the same.

Same thing with Jeff Flake, who also voted for Cavin.

All that.

That's what they do.

They talk a big game.

They try to straddle the center, trying to get everybody to love them, and then as soon

as they have the opportunity to do the right thing, they go right back and do what every

other Republican does.

They vote with Trump, they vote for Trump, they do whatever Trump wants them to do, and

it would be the same regardless of whether or not Trump is in the White House.

They follow each other like lemmings and Susan Collins is no different.

The only thing is though, according to a new report, Susan Collins cashed in on her vote

from capital in the quarter, the financial reporting quarter that followed her vote to

confirm cavenaugh.

She raised one point $8,000,000, one point $8,000,000.

That was actually the best quarter of her entire career.

One point $8,000,000.

To put that into perspective, you know how much she raised the quarter before that, $140,000,

140,000 and then the three month period after that you get one point 8 million and you know

what fueled this out of state money.

According to new financial disclosures, nearly $1,000,000 that Susan Collins received over

the last three months came from out of state donors.

People who have no business in Maine, people who don't get to vote in Maine, they'll never

be able to vote for Collins.

She's not there senator, but they damn sure wanted to give her money as a way of saying

thank you.

Thank you for putting this horrible human being on the US Supreme Court.

Thank you for putting another corporatist on that high court so my business can pollute.

We can extort.

We can screw over everyone and now we know that the high court has our back.

Thank you Susan Collins.

Here's $2,000.

She knew what she was doing.

She knew what she would get out of this and she is 100 percent reaping the rewards.

But here's the thing, yeah, she may have just gotten one point 8 million, but Susan Collins

is up for reelection in 20 slash 20.

Can we get a good challenger up there?

Can we get somebody in Maine willing to take on Susan Collins and who has the ability to

beat her?

Let's hope so, because we've got less than two years left to figure that out.

But Susan Collins is no different than a Mitch Mcconnell or Lindsey Graham.

It's just that she's a little bit nicer about it and a little bit better at convincing the

public that she's actually a moderate, even though, again, she's no different than every

other disgusting Republican sitting in that Senate today.

In this video for the General Public I'll explain the very basics about TRT (Testosterone

Replacement Therapy), HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) or TOT (Testosterone Optimization

Therapy). We will talk about all the Testosterone Replacement

Therapy Benefits, and debunk some of the common TRT myths.

TRT is the replacement of ones own male hormone Testosterone; it is merely substituting a

shortage in a man that experiences symptoms of low T such as:

chronique fatigue loss of muscle mass

increase in body fat mood changes, especially irritability, depression

and lack of focus decreased bone mass. Especially older men

are more susceptible to bone fractures. hair loss, especially a loss of body and facial

hair low semen volume, low libido, low sex drive

and erectile dysfunction

TRT has nothing to do with the use of anabolic steroids in the bodybuilding industry.

Low testosterone in men is very common. New research suggests that 25% of men over 30,

and 40% of men over 40 have low testosterone levels, but only 10 to 15% of men have clinical

symptoms linked to such a deficiency. So a lot of these men don't realize their main

male hormone is too low for optimal health.

Having clinical low T symptoms with normal testosterone levels is possible as well. This

is called Testosterone Resistance Syndrome (TRS).

Since the new normal reference ranges for testosterone have been lowered, almost nobody

meets the criteria for "low testosterone" anymore, since the new low is so low. With

the new normal ranges, dr.Keith Nichols estimates at least 75% of men with symptoms have so

called normal levels. More about TRS with dr.Keith Nichols in this video.

TRT does not cause aggression, no prostate cancer and no heart or vascular issues. A

lot of research has been done on that, and all these classic TRT myths have been debunked

by science.

TRT has many health benefits, such as: TRT alleviates all the signs and symptoms

of testosterone deficiency, next to helping optimize the normal functioning of the male

endocrine system, strengthening the bones, being cardioprotective, keeping a high insulin

sensitivity, making building muscle and losing fat easier, reducing the incidence of Alzheimer's

disease, improving verbal memory, improving sexual activity, improving mood, and many

more health benefits.

The reason that I am fit, strong and muscular has nothing to do with TRT, only with the

fact that I've been resistance training consistently over 28years and watch my nutrition

carefully, next to taking care of my sleep and completely avoiding drugs and alcohol.

Please do not fit shame me.

Tests to confirm testosterone deficiency are : total testosterone, free testosterone, and

Sex Hormone Binding Glubuline. Others tests to rule out possible causes may be Luteinizing

Hormone (LH), and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Prolactine, Estradiol, and many others.

Increasing testosterone levels naturally is the first thing one should do. Best ways to

do this are: Eat high quality food, rich in micronutrients,

so you won't develop deficiencies. Keep a balanced macronutrient ratio.

Do not eliminate any macronutrient. Eat enough calories,

and keep your periods of caloric deficit relatively short.

And, don't be too restrictive in your caloric deficit.

Too much stress leads to higher cortisol levels and lower testosterone levels.

Anything that dramatically and chronically raises cortisol levels (like calorie restriction,

overtraining, high levels of stress, and low-carb dieting) will also dramatically and chronically

lower your T levels. Try to keep your body fat percentage relatively

low, between 10 and 15%. The more fat you carry, the more testosterone is converted

to oestrogen by the aromatase enzyme. Do resistance training regularly, focussing

on the big compound movements. Choose rep ranges in which hypertrophy, as well as strength

is stimulated. Don't perform too many and too long sessions

of unnecessary cardio. Again, too much stress, too much cortisol, lower T levels.

And make sure you get enough quality sleep.

What about natural testosterone boosters, you may ask?

Natural testosterone boosters have quickly become one of the biggest sellers for supplement

companies. But the reality is…

The vast majority of natural testosterone boosters are completely worthless.

They will do more or less nothing to help raise T levels and alleviate low T symptoms.

There are 2 major reasons for this: 1. ineffective ingredients.

2. The fluctuation of T levels within the normal range has very little impact on muscle

growth or low T symptoms.

The best methods of delivering exogenous testosterone are injections and a compounded testosterone

cream. The ready to be used gels to rub on the arms

and shoulder do not elevate T levels enough to alleviate all the signs and symptoms of

testosterone deficiency. Injections can be done Intra Muscularly or

subcutaneously. The higher the frequency of injecting, the more natural fluctuations are

mimicked. So better inject every day or every other day, than once in 2 weeks.

How To Interpret Scriptures | Subtitles in English, Russian, German, Portuguese, Spanish Available - Duration: 8:49.

Today I want to talk to you about how to interpret Scriptures.

Oftentimes people read a statement in the Bible

but they are completely misinterpreted by taking it out of context

Well in the year 2019, us here at Christ Nation have decided that this is Year of Scriptures.

In other words, this is the year where we are going to focus upon studying the Scriptures.

When it comes to reading Scriptures in context, we first have to understand that context reveals intention.

If I had to give you the statement "It was a ball."

It could mean a lot of things depending upon the context that I use it in

For instance I can tell you that there were a lot of guys playing baseball outside my house.

I heard something crashed through my window "it was a ball".

The moment I said, "it was a ball" you immediately knew what I meant.

Why? Because within the context of that story it makes sense

Let me give you a second context.

Let me tell you about another time my wife and I went out to an event

And we dressed in tuxedos and evening wear because "it was a ball".

Immediately you know what I meant by saying it was a ball based on the

context of the story that I was telling you. Let me give you a third example.

Let me tell you about a story. When I went out with all my friends, we went out

to the movies and then went to Starbucks afterwards we had so much fun "it was a ball".

Well immediately you understand that I have a complete different meaning

from the first two contexts. Why? Because the context reveals intention.

And if we miss the context of within which Scripture was given to us, we will miss

God's intention as to why He gave us that verse.

We will miss God's meaning for that verse.

And oftentimes we take a Scripture out of context and we impose

our own intention and our own meaning upon a verse in order to say what we wanted to say.

That is called acid Jesus and that is where all heresy comes from.

So today I want to give you the five circles of context.

This forms the filter through which you should put every verse through in order

to make sure that you get God's original intention for that verse

And here they are the five circles of context

The first one is make sure that you understand the entire context of the "sentence".

I'll give you an example as to how we misinterpret scriptures all right

The 1st Scriptures Romans 8:28. I will show you how we misinterpret that

Scripture by missing the actual sentence. The Bible says, "now we know that all

things work together for the good". Now that sounds wonderful but that is not the

end of that verse. It says, "now all things work together for the good to those who

love God and are called according to His purpose". You see I mean if that's not

true then the first part isn't true either. In other words, it is basically

implying that all things work together for the good to those who love God and

are called according to His purposes. And for those who don't love God and are

not called according to His purposes, all things don't work out for the good.

So we have to read the whole sentence and understand

what God intended to say by understanding the whole of the sentence

The 2nd filter through which we have to put a verse

in order to make sure we get God's heart within it is the "paragraph",

that sandwiches the sentence we are looking at. In Colossians 3:15

The Bible says, "now let the peace of God rule in your hearts".

Oftentimes people take that half Scripture and they impose upon it "their meaning" that this

is how God speaks to them.

Now please hear me out. I'm not saying that God does not speak to you.

I'm just saying that is not what that verse is saying.

And here's why. If you go to the Word of God and you read the whole

sentence it says let the peace of God rule in your heart (True Living Bible)

It says because this is your responsibility in living in unity with the rest of the body of Christ.

So in other words, we have to allow God's peace to rule us; so that we can live in

unity, in harmony with the rest of the body of Christ around us.

Every member within your body has to live in harmony with the rest of

the members in your body, in order for your body to be functional.

And so it is a relational verse. Its got nothing to do with hearing from God.

If you read the whole paragraph, you'll see that this paragraph says now, what you need to do

is let go of your malice, let go of your anger and instead what you need to do is

you need to be kind to one another, forgive one another.

Its all about how we relate to others and now "let the peace of God rule in your hearts".

In other words, don't let anger rule you, don't let malice rule you, don't let unforgiveness rule you,

don't let hatred rule you, don't let offense rule you but let God's peace rule you

so that you can live in unity with the rest of the brothers and sisters in the body of Christ.

You see we have to look at the whole paragraph. Alright!

Let us go to the 3rd filter which is the "chapter".

In Philippians 4:13, here is another famous verse that we use completely out of context.

The Bible says in Philippians 4:13, "Now I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

And now we take that verse and we write it on our basketball shoes

and we quote when we walk into a meeting in the business where we are

going to make more money and we are going to build companies and we are going to do great things because

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

But that is not the context of that whole chapter. I mean that chapter is the

Apostle Paul talking to the Philippians (church) and he is saying

"I know that you guys are going through a lot of hard times and you know that I'm now in prison and

there's a lot of persecution taking place. I don't want you to be anxious.

I want you to serve God, no matter what the pressure. Why?

because you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Christ will strengthen you to the point where you can serve God

No matter what the challenges are that you are facing off with.

It has nothing to do with us winning sports games and getting what we really want in life.

No! Its us being strengthened by God through Christ to do everything that God has called us to do

Let us go to the final one ("i.e. book")

In 1 John 4:16 the Bible says, "now God is love"

This is true but the Bible also says that God is truth and that God is just.

We cannot just take a statement like God is love and make God live outside of truth with us

I'll give you an example. There is a very famous talk-show hostess.

And one day (this was many years ago), a lady stood up inside of the audience and said

"but Jesus is the only way".

Oh this hostess got so angry and she said, "No! Jesus cannot be the only way. God is love.

God will accept even if people come to him through

other religions and through Mary and through Buddha and through Muhammad and through everybody else.

God loves all His children and that's why He is going to save them

Well the truth is God is love but His love does not override truth.

His love does not override justice. He will stick to truth. The Bible says

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father but through Christ.

Now somebody goes while, God still loves me. It is true God still loves you

but it does not mean Salvation comes to you if you reject God's loving way of saving you which is through Christ

I want to encourage you get into the Word

because the Bible encourages us to divide the Word rightly. But before it

says divide the Word rightly, it says work hard and be diligent to make sure

that you show yourself approved that you are a student of the Word of God dividing it rightly.

It is work we have to focus and we have to make sure that

we filter every Scripture through every portion of these 5 circles of context.

The first thing I saw

when I came to Poland

were military officers with weapons at the airport

because of my darker skin

visit to Poland children on

a school bus started waving at me.

Number 3

I am amazed how Poland is prepared

is for heavy snow,

while here in England

a few centimeters of snow causes chaos.

Schools are closed, delays in traffic

and store shelves are empty.

Number 4

Poles are very hospitable,

whenever I was a guest in someone's home in Poland,

I was always greeted with tea, coffee,

O Corpo de Bombeiros ainda investiga as causas do acidente.  O dirigente assegurou ainda que os aparelhos de ar-condicionado estavam funcionando perfeitamente

"Tudo estava em perfeita ordem. O que sabemos apenas é que o problema começou no ar

Mas no dia anterior, tinham ocorrido vários problemas com energia na cidade do Rio de Janeiro", completou, referindo-se ao forte temporal que inundou ruas e provocou uma série de transtornos – incluindo mortes – na capital fluminense

I heard people rather going to a dentist than being photographed.

what if I tell you being photogenic is just a myth.

All these ladies were thinking that they are not photogenic and camera does not like them until they photographed by me.

If this is true that only some people are photogenic,

then I won't be able to create consistent results.
