Youtube daily report w Feb 9 2019

A lot of people have asked me how I do the itasha livery or put anime girls on my cars.

The short and simple answer is I print it on a transparent sticker and apply it to the car.

Anyway, let me show you my entire process.

Actually this would be better with a printable waterslide decal but I can't find it near me and it is mostly expensive.

So what I use is inkjet printable transparent sticker.

You can do it with white sticker too but it is usually not glossy which I personally don't like the result.

The great thing about sticker is it peels off easily so I can change the livery whenever I want.

The downside of transparent sticker is the surface has to be white to show the actual colour.

And that's why most of my cars are white.

But you probably won't need this if your printer can print white ink.

But the upside is I can do colour gradient or transition which looks really nice.

Let's begin by measuring the panels you want.

Then put them in a photo editing software.

To search for the images I mainly use the website yande.re.

Before we proceed to the website I want to tell you that this website is not entirely safe for work.

So check your surrounding before going in.

To make things easier you can search for transparent images using the keyword transparent_png.

So you don't have to cut the background out yourself.

Select the image you want and save it as png.

Now you can start designing your own livery.

I'm gonna skip the explanation here otherwise this will turn in to a Photoshop tutorial.

Let's fast forward through it so you can see roughly what I'm doing here without wasting time.

I also have to tell you that I actually have no plan. I'm just making it up as I go along.

If you have a racing game or simulator that can do custom livery such as Assetto Corsa or Project C.A.R.S you can use it to check the livery too.

Now that it's finished, let's print it to the sticker.

What I do is go in to MS word, set the paper size and insert the livery to get the exact size I want.

And then print it.

Once the printing is finished, wait for it to dry.

Then cut,

and apply it to the car.

There you have it! Now you can print you lovely waifu on to your car easily.

SUPER GLOW - 90s MAKEUP TUTORIAL - VAMPY LIP & SIMPLE EYES | Bailey Sarian - Duration: 9:28.

hi guys how are you today my name is Bailey sarian and back in December is

there lipstick on my teeth because I feel it. let's ignore back in December I actually

filmed this look I posted on my Instagram I was like " just

filmed a tutorial on this look" and turns out like that's when my hard

drive, everything got deleted and all that good stuff . So with that being said

I refilmed it. here it is this look right here . We've got some white eyeshadow we

have some liquid liner and a very dark vampy lip. it's hot,

it's sexy, it screams hello mommy I'm here. it's super easy tutorial I'm just

kind of, it's very laid-back , you know like just hanging out tutorial. don't forget to

Like and subscribe. I will shut my dirty little mouth and let's get into the

tutorial. so lately I've been starting with my eyebrows first which is very

rare for me as of lately it's been a thing. This is the Lime Crime bushy brow

precision pen and I have the shade brownie

it's a felt tip pen I don't know if you could see it too.......

okay! I just do little flick-aru's shut up, me and my stupid lingo. I just kind

of feather it right through. I've really been liking this product because it's

really easy to use it reminds me of the Mac shape and shade that I was obsessed

with all last year. the only thing I don't like is it's like it dries out so

it's like you got to give it a minute or something to kind of get back in there

like any felt liner really does . so next I'm going to do my eyebrows I'm oh I

just did my eyebrows. so now I'm gonna do my eyes this is the P Louise base in

rumor zero is the shade. it's a white. if you don't have this you can use, do you

have a white eyeliner? you can use a white eyeliner, you can use a very light

concealer. I want a light base because I'm gonna put a white eyeshadow on. This

is a morphe brush I think it came from like a holiday package thing I've

noticed with the P Louise primer if I try and layer it like, I do a

sheer layer of foundation and then I try and put this over the foundation cuz I

always put foundation on my lid it doesn't stick, it like almost flakes

it's very strange . okay so once that is all over my lid I am now going in with

my viseart palette. this is the editorial brights palette , I only want this

matte white shade. so any matte eyeshadow will work we're gonna layer this on top

of the white primer that we have and I'm just using a fluffier brush and I'm

placing this all over my lid. it's a really easy eye look, I mean you can't

mess this up . then jumping to this festival by Julia's place palette there

is this shade right here it's white but it has some shimmer to it so think of

like a really light highlight you may have that will work too or if you have

this palette this will work I'm just wiping my brush down on a paper towel

grabbing a little bit of that shade just want a little bit of a white shimmer

right up here. Then with this product right here it's mehron 1927 liquid

vinyl makeup. so this is a liquid eyeliner I find that this one is really

good like it stays put all day you have to shake it up really well and it comes

with this brush, has a very fine tip to it which makes applying the liner a lot

easier. the reason I'm doing my eyes first is because when I do winged liner

I always mess it up knock on wood but I do I always tend to

mess up my winged liner and if I do it first it's easier to clean up . so I'm

using the brush that it comes with and then I'm gonna wing it out so shoosh

shoosh

let it dry don't open do the other eye I'll be right back

this liner came out way better than whatever for foundation I'm using

Milani conceal and perfect two-in-one foundation I have shade number two

natural I haven't really been wearing primer at all so I just buff it into the

skin I went through a stage where I really liked this foundation and I just stopped

using it so now I'm back on the train of the Milani Foundation. it's nice it gives

like a medium coverage you can build it too full then I take a small concealer

brush to get around my eyebrows this is why I hate doing my eyebrows first cuz

you got to be like careful I hate being careful. I'm just taking my

Beauty Blender and like pushing it into the skin I did get a new concealer from

ELF and it's the 16-hour camo concealer I actually have not used this before so

this is new. normally I just use the Tarte shape tape concealer I hate this

chair our apartment's at like a slant so it starts to kind of just go its own way

anyways okay I'm using the shade medium peach and dabbing it in here it's got it

really nice like big applicator to it boom Shakalaka

then I take my Beauty Blender blend that out. I no that this isn't a review

video but I must say right off the bat that is a really nice concealer it

blends easily it seems like it's drying down so it's not staying super wet I'm

adding more because I just kind of want to be cakey today. somedays

I want the makeup to just wear me . I'm not trying to wear makeup. I was just

talking to somebody about concealers, I was saying I have yet

to find like a good drugstore concealer that I really like and that actually

covers my hyperpigmentation and this one actually is like covering it . it has

almost like a tacky feel to it I know I'm sure a lot of people won't like it

honestly for me like I don't mind that because I'm used to such a cake face I

am very impressed huh okay let's set it so I need

setting powder Beauty bakery cosmetics setting powder flower setting powder and

I have the shade translucent and my Beauty Blender I'm placing this wherever

I place the concealer so my chin above my upper lip middle of my forehead okay

I'm using my Smashbox contour palette and I am using this

shade right here. now this palette does come with a brush I just misplaced it so

I'm using an angle brush to come right into my crease, my crease? Jesus where am

Its been a while since I've done a makeup tutorial all of a sudden I forget who I

am and what I'm doing okay. I forgot how much I liked this Smashbox contour

palette though and I'm so glad I decided to like try it again I think I did

mention that in another video. perfect contour shade. my skin is

breaking out so bad what the hell? okay I'm dusting off the loose powder

sometimes I do my contour while my loose powder is sitting on my face cuz then

I'll just dust it over the contour and it softens it a bit. just depends on my

mood I guess I don't always do that. My Tarte Amazonian clay bronzer in Park

Avenue princess and I'm just gonna use this same brush to give myself a bronzy

look. this used to be one of my favorite bronzers I don't know why I stopped

there's always something new makes you forget about the things you used to

enjoy. I just got the strangest email Natasha Denona super glow powder had this

for quite some time, I dropped it shattered everywhere so I lused some

alcohol and try to push it back together I tried my best but this super glow does

give you super glow. if you want a glow baby , this will do it. this is makeup

forever artist color pencil in 104 my inner waterline lower lash line as

well just doing like a thick line. I don't know when you would wear this look

but if you do tag me in your photos. totally a valentine's day appropriate look . I

am going to put on mascara on my top and bottom lashes and then my kiss lashes in

negligee I'll be right back just easier to do off camera

last but not least we're gonna do a lip so I have the Mac retro

matte liquid lip color in uniformly fabulous and I'm

using the NARS vinyl lip lacquer in baden-baden mmm this lip is sexy mmm

this looks like I would have whips and chains in my closet this is hot and

there you go this is the finished look I hope you like it as much as I do. it's

very easy to achieve. where are you gonna wear it? I don't know wherever you want

How To Edit FASTER On Console/Controller Fortnite! (Fortnite PS4 + Xbox Editing Tips) - Duration: 10:39.

Hey what is going on guys, in this video today we're gonna be going to over how to become

a faster/better editor in Fortnite.

Editing is one of those skills in Fortnite that is becoming increasingly more important

as time goes on.

We've talked about this a bit before, but basically, as players continue to get better

and better, just building over someone and shooting them from high ground isn't gonna

cut it every time.

Also, in close range scenarios, good players aren't going to just let your round a corner

and pump them in the face.

Now, to kill a lot of these really good enemies, you're going to need to use quick and smart

edits in an aggressive way to create opportunities to deal damage.

Editing is a skill that can feel really awkward and difficult at first, especially on controller.

But, trust me it's something that you're going to need to learn.

And, the good news is you don't need to edit at the speed of mongraal or make some of the

crazy plays that symfuhny does to be an effective editor.

So, my hope is that the tips in this video will help you guys with that, and without

further ado let's get right into it.

So the first thing we have to discuss when talking about editing is controller binds.

If you want to be a good editor in Fortnite, you practically need to have custom binds

which allow you to edit instantly.

If you're still playing on any kind of button layout where you're editing is bound to the

same button that pulls your building menu, you're putting yourself at a huge disadvantage.

That's basically the editing equivalent to still playing on standard or combat pro when

every body else is on builder pro.

You can definitely still be good but, why intentionally make it more difficult on yourself.

So, I'm going to share with you guys 3 different custom binds that are good for editing on

controller.

The first one is in my opinion the best custom binds for any controller that has paddles

like a scuf or an xbox elite.

The 2nd one is what I believe is a more simple layout for normal controller players that

allows you to instant edit.

And the 3rd is another one for normal controller players.

These binds are gonna be a little more odd/unique but they're probably the best overall normal

controller binds for editing.

Alright, so starting off with the binds for players with any kind of functioning paddles

on the back of their controllers.

These are the binds that I personally use with my xbox elite controller.

You're going to want to bind edit to A on Xbox X on PS4, then bind your jump button

to right on the d-pad, and then program one of your paddles to right on the d-pad.

So that basically means you don't actually jump by pressing right on the d-pad because

that would be horrible, you jump by pressing one of your paddles.

I personally have it as the lower paddle on the left side of the controller but that part

is totally up to you.

Then I would keep reset edit as what it's default on and you can make confirm edit whatever

you want as well.

Now we move on to the first and more normal binds for normal controller players.

You're going to want to bind edit to Y on Xbox Triangle on PS4, pull out your pickaxe

to right on the d-pad, keep reset edit as right stick, and then I personally would make

confirm edit also be Y on Xbox Triangle on PS4 just because I feel like it would be smoother

for most players, but that just comes down to preference at the end of the day.

Now, these binds are awesome because they aren't all that different from base builder

pro.

If you've been using builder pro for a while now, you can probably switch to that layout

and be totally fine with it after a few days.

However, the problem with this layout in terms of editing is that by binding edit to Y/Triangle,

you need to take your finger off of the right thumbstick anytime you want to make any kind

of edit.

If you don't understand why that's a problem, here's why.

Ideally to edit quickly, you want to open the editing menu and then immediately select

the squares you want to edit, and that's obviously done by holding down right trigger/R2 and

then moving around the right stick.

But there's going to be a slight delay in that action when you're using these binds.

That's because to initiate an edit you take your finger off of the right stick to press

Y/Triangle, and then you need to bring that finger back down onto right stick to select

squares.

I hope I made that somewhat understandable for you guys, but if not just trust me.

Y/Triangle edit is really good because you won't have any in-game edit delay, but it

isn't perfect because you'll have a slight delay due to your finger movement.

So, that's why I'm going to talk about a second normal controller bind option that is pretty

much as perfect as it gets for fast editing.

You bind edit to left stick, confirm edit to left stick, keep reset edit as right stick,

and then turn sprint by default on in the in-game settings..

You can do whatever you want with your binds other than that.

This is perfect because it means that you're never taking your finger off of left stick,

right stick, or right trigger at any point while editing.

This means that you'll be able to edit as fast as possible with no in-edit game delay

and also no delay due to finger movement.

However, these binds only work with sprint by default on which is something that I'm

guessing the vast majority of you guys don't use.

It definitely isn't a bad setting and some people even argue that it's beneficial, but

it's definitely something that's going to take a decent amount of getting used to.

And also, I would personally strongly recommend that no matter which binds you choose you

should have editing mode aim assist off.

It's basically just a crutch that makes it much more difficult to edit quickly.

So that's pretty much every thing you need to know about custom controller binds and

how they relate to editing.

The next topic I want to cover in this video regarding improving your editing are editing

courses and other general tips.

Creative mode editing courses are hands down the best way to both practice and improve

your editing ability in Fortnite.

The reason why they work so well is that editing is a mechanical skill where you're always

dealing with the same inanimate object.

Editing a wall in creative works the same exact way as editing a wall in a regular battle

royale game mode.

Therefore, if you can get the muscle memory for every edit down, you shouldn't have much

trouble incorporating it into regular games.

And a nice perk about creative mode editing courses is that unlike the creative mode aim

practice courses, the editing ones work the exact same way on PC and console.

There are literally thousands of different editing practice courses out there, so I'll

quickly mention some of my favorites and put the codes to them in the description, but

just keep in mind there are so many more options available.

Mongraal's course is really good but since one of the recent updates its a bit broken

now.

Apparently you no longer spawn at the correct point, so you need to actually start the creative

game and then break through a ceiling to get to the actual starting point.

But, other then that it's an awesome course that is used by a ton of pros, and everybody

competes to see who can get the fastest time.

I believe the world record is somewhere around 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

And I'll also drop the code to 2 other good editing courses by a Youtuber named CanDook.

They're both considerably longer than Mongraal's course but they're also really solid options

as well.

They all offer a nice mix of wall, ramp, floor, and pyramid edits that you can kinda freestyle

with and learn as you go.

Now, a big thing that I was to emphasize about practicing editing is that you really want

to prioritize consistency over speed.

If you guys watch me play you'll probably notice that I'm not really an overly fast

editor.

However, I still feel that because I'm pretty consistent with my edits, I'm still able to

make some really nice editing plays.

It's plain and simple really hard to be both consistent and incredibly fast when editing

on controller.

There are definitely people that can do it, but I honestly feel that much like having

insane aim, being able to edit at super speed takes a certain amount of natural talent.

A really common mistake I see when it comes to editing is that people will just flick

around their right stick like crazy, and just kinda hope they end up selecting the correct

squares to do the correct edit.

That's a sign that you're focusing too much on speed and not enough on actually consistently

getting the edit right.

And just think about it like this, messing up and then having to re-do an edit is going

to take you so much longer than just taking maybe an extra 0.2 seconds to get it right

the first time.

Unless you're an expert, I would probably avoid "flick" editing in general, and more-so

focus on "dragging" your right stick to select the correct squares.

Only once you've truly mastered consistently getting edits correct at a solid speed should

you specifically focus on getting faster.

And I don't remember where I heard this tip, but someone said that a way to improve consistency

is by really putting emphasis on making sure you do the first and last square of the edit

correctly.

The logic behind it is that those are the 2 squares that people mess up the most, and

if you get the beginning and ending ones correct odds are the ones in-between them will be

as well.

And once you feel like you've mechanically mastered all the edits you've practiced to

the best of your ability, that's when you should really start trying to make edit plays

in actual games.

Editing is a lot like building in the sense that step 1 is mastering all the mechanics

like fast 90s, ramp rushes, and pyramiding and boxing players.

Then step 2 is learning how and when to use those mechanics in real live in-game scenarios.

Here's Why You Should NEVER Sleep With Your Bedroom Door Open - Duration: 4:04.

A fire department has issued a warning on how important it is to keep your bedroom door

closed when you sleep.

You might not have ever been told before that the difference between keeping your door open

and closed could be fatal.

I'm a super light sleeper and I have a roommate who stays up late so I keep it closed.

I'm also low key afraid of the boogeyman.

Write your responses down there in the comments, There are plenty of reasons to keep either

yours or your child's bedroom door open.

Maybe you want your pets to be able to come and go freely..

Maybe you just don't want to sleep in complete darkness and keeping your door open adds a

bit of light into your room.

And Maybe your children are afraid to keep their bedroom doors closed.

The last reason is actually the most common.

Its actually more common for people to sleep with their bedroom door open rather than closed.

According to a survey by the safety science organization UL, almost 60 percent of people

sleep with their bedroom door open.

But there's actually a very good reason to make sure that both you, and your children

sleep with your bedroom door closed, and it has to do with fire.

The Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department has issued a warning to parents after a closed

door could have saved somebody's life.

The post was shared by a firefighter who also has children.

They said on facebook, as a parent its hard to convince little kids to sleep with their

door closed.

They always want it open just a little.

I do a lot of fire prevention at schools, so one thing I try and stress to the kids

is, how important it is to sleep with the door closed.

Just across the sound there was a fire in new Fairfield.

This morning members of the new Fairfield's fire departments along with the mutual aid

departments responded to a residential structure fire.

The homeowners and family dog are doing well.

The door picture in both of the photos is a holoce core door to a bedroom, while the

front of the door is severely damaged, the closed door protected the bedroom and its

contents.

If this were an occupied bedroom, the closed door could have saved alife.

The cause and origin of the fire are under investigation and believed to be accidental

in nature.

They shared two photos of the door side by side, one of the photos showed the door from

the outside where the fire was, one showed the door from the inside, it practically looks

like a new door.

Keeping all doors closed while you sleep also prevents the spread of smoke in case there

is a fire.

Modern houses are filled with plastics mostly, in furniture.

Fumes from these plastics when they burn is toxic.

The post quickly went viral and garnered thousands of comments and shares, which helped spread

the word.

I guess a lot of people didn't know about the benefits of keeping your bedroom door

closed.

Here are a few more tips for fire safety that could save your life.

Turn off and unplug electrical appliances unless they are designed to be left on, like

your fridge or freezer.

This is especially true for those pretty little tea lights or cheap Christmas lights that

you get from the dollar store.

Never leave a candle or incense burning while you're asleep.

Make sure you put out your cigarettes by wetting them.

Do not smoke cigarettes in bed.

And its always important to have a fire detector in all the bedrooms as well.

A closed door wont help in this case.

So guys, when you go to sleep at night, brush your teeth, put on your pjs, and close your

door.

Making a closed door part of your nightly routine literally could mean the difference

between life and death.

Moderate Democrats Rethinking 2020 Run After Public Demands Progressive Policies - Duration: 5:43.

Well, more and more and more and more Democrats continue entering the 2020 election, which

by the way is a good thing.

I am in favor of a big, broad primary with lots of different people to choose from so

that we actually have a good selection, a nice variety of people representing different

backgrounds, different cultures, different political beliefs so that we're able to make

a better decision and get somebody who truly represents what we want us in public.

And I'm 20 seconds in and I'm already way off topic here.

So back to the point, we've got a lot of Democrats that have already jumped into the 2020 election,

but there is some good news.

Some of the worst ones are actually starting to rethink their decision of possibly running

for 2020.

And here's what it is.

Axios reported a few days ago that some of the more moderate, you know the centrist Democrats.

You're Michael Bloomberg's, you're Terry McAuliffe's, and probably even your Joe Biden are now having

second thoughts about entering the presidential race, either as a Democrat or an independent

in Bloomberg's case, because they see how far left the entire American public has shifted,

not just the Democratic Party, the entire American public, including those on the right,

because when you strip an issue away from a politician, even Republican support, things

like Medicare for all increased wages, debt free college, a green, new deal, and that

is terrifying to the centrist Democrats like McAuliffe, the independence, like Bloomberg

and yes, even Joe Biden, because according to this report from Axios, Biden is now being

advised to delay any announcement of entering the 2020 race until they get a better sense

on whether or not this socialism thing is, is what the public really wants.

Because if it dies down in the public, backs off it Biden's coming in, but if the public

continues to lurch, left and say, we want these once radical ideas, Biden may not run.

Biden may say, I can't do that.

That's not who I am, but I see where the party's going and I respect that so I'm not going

to get in there and honestly honestly would be the best thing Biden could do at this point.

That would be the best thing.

Another thing that's terrifying, these centrist Democrats, there's polling coming out of Iowa

that shows that socialism has a net positive approval rating.

Well, capitalism has a net negative approval rating.

The American public is speaking loud and clear, and again, this is people on both sides of

the aisle.

Okay?

This is not just a Democrat phenomenon.

These are Republicans are saying they want it to.

We want them Medicare for all.

We want the $15 minimum wage debt free college and a green new deal in action on climate

change, in any expanded social security and all of these great things.

We want the government to work for the people is what they're saying because right now it

doesn't and it hasn't for a very long time.

The government, since the days of Reagan has worked for corporations and nothing has changed

since then, other than taxes for the wealthy.

They go up, they go down, Democrats attempt to raise them sometimes.

Maybe they'll repeal it, but they usually end up not doing it and we all get nothing.

The rich get better tax breaks.

We get nothing, and we've gotten nothing since the Reagan days.

They've killed our unions.

They've killed our wages.

They've shipped our jobs over the seas overseas with the bad trade deals.

Nafta from Clinton, Cafta from Bush, almost TPP from Obama.

You know, pipelines running through our country polluting everywhere they go, corporate toxins

going into our waterways while we're deregulating them and not holding them accountable.

The public left and rights as enough of this shit.

Enough, we're done.

We're done.

We want a government that goes out there and says, hey, it's dumped a bunch of cancer causing

chemicals in here.

We're going to have to throw you in jail.

Hey, the American public is dying because of the massive costs of healthcare.

So we're going to offer everybody Medicare.

Hey, people aren't being paid a living wage and have to work two or even three jobs just

to be able to afford rent and food, so we're going to raise the minimum wage to $15.

Hey, the planet's dying because of our addiction to fossil fuels.

We're going to stop that right now and reverse the course before it's too late.

Everything I just mentioned is what a majority of people in this country again, left hand,

right?

There's what a majority of them want, and these centrist Democrats who are now getting

cold feet, they understand they would never be able to offer this because that is not

who they are.

That is not what they want to do, but at least they have enough sense to say then you know

what?

Maybe being president is and for me, after all.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy Benefits - General Public Service Announcement - Duration: 6:48.

In this video for the General Public I'll explain the very basics about TRT (Testosterone

Replacement Therapy), HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) or TOT (Testosterone Optimization

Therapy). We will talk about all the Testosterone Replacement

Therapy Benefits, and debunk some of the common TRT myths.

TRT is the replacement of ones own male hormone Testosterone; it is merely substituting a

shortage in a man that experiences symptoms of low T such as:

chronique fatigue loss of muscle mass

increase in body fat mood changes, especially irritability, depression

and lack of focus decreased bone mass. Especially older men

are more susceptible to bone fractures. hair loss, especially a loss of body and facial

hair low semen volume, low libido, low sex drive

and erectile dysfunction

TRT has nothing to do with the use of anabolic steroids in the bodybuilding industry.

Low testosterone in men is very common. New research suggests that 25% of men over 30,

and 40% of men over 40 have low testosterone levels, but only 10 to 15% of men have clinical

symptoms linked to such a deficiency. So a lot of these men don't realize their main

male hormone is too low for optimal health.

Having clinical low T symptoms with normal testosterone levels is possible as well. This

is called Testosterone Resistance Syndrome (TRS).

Since the new normal reference ranges for testosterone have been lowered, almost nobody

meets the criteria for "low testosterone" anymore, since the new low is so low. With

the new normal ranges, dr.Keith Nichols estimates at least 75% of men with symptoms have so

called normal levels. More about TRS with dr.Keith Nichols in this video.

TRT does not cause aggression, no prostate cancer and no heart or vascular issues. A

lot of research has been done on that, and all these classic TRT myths have been debunked

by science.

TRT has many health benefits, such as: TRT alleviates all the signs and symptoms

of testosterone deficiency, next to helping optimize the normal functioning of the male

endocrine system, strengthening the bones, being cardioprotective, keeping a high insulin

sensitivity, making building muscle and losing fat easier, reducing the incidence of Alzheimer's

disease, improving verbal memory, improving sexual activity, improving mood, and many

more health benefits.

The reason that I am fit, strong and muscular has nothing to do with TRT, only with the

fact that I've been resistance training consistently over 28years and watch my nutrition

carefully, next to taking care of my sleep and completely avoiding drugs and alcohol.

Please do not fit shame me.

Tests to confirm testosterone deficiency are : total testosterone, free testosterone, and

Sex Hormone Binding Glubuline. Others tests to rule out possible causes may be Luteinizing

Hormone (LH), and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Prolactine, Estradiol, and many others.

Increasing testosterone levels naturally is the first thing one should do. Best ways to

do this are: Eat high quality food, rich in micronutrients,

so you won't develop deficiencies. Keep a balanced macronutrient ratio.

Do not eliminate any macronutrient. Eat enough calories,

and keep your periods of caloric deficit relatively short.

And, don't be too restrictive in your caloric deficit.

Too much stress leads to higher cortisol levels and lower testosterone levels.

Anything that dramatically and chronically raises cortisol levels (like calorie restriction,

overtraining, high levels of stress, and low-carb dieting) will also dramatically and chronically

lower your T levels. Try to keep your body fat percentage relatively

low, between 10 and 15%. The more fat you carry, the more testosterone is converted

to oestrogen by the aromatase enzyme. Do resistance training regularly, focussing

on the big compound movements. Choose rep ranges in which hypertrophy, as well as strength

is stimulated. Don't perform too many and too long sessions

of unnecessary cardio. Again, too much stress, too much cortisol, lower T levels.

And make sure you get enough quality sleep.

What about natural testosterone boosters, you may ask?

Natural testosterone boosters have quickly become one of the biggest sellers for supplement

companies. But the reality is…

The vast majority of natural testosterone boosters are completely worthless.

How To Interpret Scriptures | Subtitles in English, Russian, German, Portuguese, Spanish Available - Duration: 8:49.

Today I want to talk to you about how to interpret Scriptures.

Oftentimes people read a statement in the Bible

but they are completely misinterpreted by taking it out of context

Well in the year 2019, us here at Christ Nation have decided that this is Year of Scriptures.

In other words, this is the year where we are going to focus upon studying the Scriptures.

When it comes to reading Scriptures in context, we first have to understand that context reveals intention.

If I had to give you the statement "It was a ball."

It could mean a lot of things depending upon the context that I use it in

For instance I can tell you that there were a lot of guys playing baseball outside my house.

I heard something crashed through my window "it was a ball".

The moment I said, "it was a ball" you immediately knew what I meant.

Why? Because within the context of that story it makes sense

Let me give you a second context.

Let me tell you about another time my wife and I went out to an event

And we dressed in tuxedos and evening wear because "it was a ball".

Immediately you know what I meant by saying it was a ball based on the

context of the story that I was telling you. Let me give you a third example.

Let me tell you about a story. When I went out with all my friends, we went out

to the movies and then went to Starbucks afterwards we had so much fun "it was a ball".

Well immediately you understand that I have a complete different meaning

from the first two contexts. Why? Because the context reveals intention.

And if we miss the context of within which Scripture was given to us, we will miss

God's intention as to why He gave us that verse.

We will miss God's meaning for that verse.

And oftentimes we take a Scripture out of context and we impose

our own intention and our own meaning upon a verse in order to say what we wanted to say.

That is called acid Jesus and that is where all heresy comes from.

So today I want to give you the five circles of context.

This forms the filter through which you should put every verse through in order

to make sure that you get God's original intention for that verse

And here they are the five circles of context

The first one is make sure that you understand the entire context of the "sentence".

I'll give you an example as to how we misinterpret scriptures all right

The 1st Scriptures Romans 8:28. I will show you how we misinterpret that

Scripture by missing the actual sentence. The Bible says, "now we know that all

things work together for the good". Now that sounds wonderful but that is not the

end of that verse. It says, "now all things work together for the good to those who

love God and are called according to His purpose". You see I mean if that's not

true then the first part isn't true either. In other words, it is basically

implying that all things work together for the good to those who love God and

are called according to His purposes. And for those who don't love God and are

not called according to His purposes, all things don't work out for the good.

So we have to read the whole sentence and understand

what God intended to say by understanding the whole of the sentence

The 2nd filter through which we have to put a verse

in order to make sure we get God's heart within it is the "paragraph",

that sandwiches the sentence we are looking at. In Colossians 3:15

The Bible says, "now let the peace of God rule in your hearts".

Oftentimes people take that half Scripture and they impose upon it "their meaning" that this

is how God speaks to them.

Now please hear me out. I'm not saying that God does not speak to you.

I'm just saying that is not what that verse is saying.

And here's why. If you go to the Word of God and you read the whole

sentence it says let the peace of God rule in your heart (True Living Bible)

It says because this is your responsibility in living in unity with the rest of the body of Christ.

So in other words, we have to allow God's peace to rule us; so that we can live in

unity, in harmony with the rest of the body of Christ around us.

Every member within your body has to live in harmony with the rest of

the members in your body, in order for your body to be functional.

And so it is a relational verse. Its got nothing to do with hearing from God.

If you read the whole paragraph, you'll see that this paragraph says now, what you need to do

is let go of your malice, let go of your anger and instead what you need to do is

you need to be kind to one another, forgive one another.

Its all about how we relate to others and now "let the peace of God rule in your hearts".

In other words, don't let anger rule you, don't let malice rule you, don't let unforgiveness rule you,

don't let hatred rule you, don't let offense rule you but let God's peace rule you

so that you can live in unity with the rest of the brothers and sisters in the body of Christ.

You see we have to look at the whole paragraph. Alright!

Let us go to the 3rd filter which is the "chapter".

In Philippians 4:13, here is another famous verse that we use completely out of context.

The Bible says in Philippians 4:13, "Now I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

And now we take that verse and we write it on our basketball shoes

and we quote when we walk into a meeting in the business where we are

going to make more money and we are going to build companies and we are going to do great things because

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

But that is not the context of that whole chapter. I mean that chapter is the

Apostle Paul talking to the Philippians (church) and he is saying

"I know that you guys are going through a lot of hard times and you know that I'm now in prison and

there's a lot of persecution taking place. I don't want you to be anxious.

I want you to serve God, no matter what the pressure. Why?

because you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Christ will strengthen you to the point where you can serve God

No matter what the challenges are that you are facing off with.

It has nothing to do with us winning sports games and getting what we really want in life.

No! Its us being strengthened by God through Christ to do everything that God has called us to do

Let us go to the final one ("i.e. book")

In 1 John 4:16 the Bible says, "now God is love"

This is true but the Bible also says that God is truth and that God is just.

We cannot just take a statement like God is love and make God live outside of truth with us

I'll give you an example. There is a very famous talk-show hostess.

And one day (this was many years ago), a lady stood up inside of the audience and said

"but Jesus is the only way".

Oh this hostess got so angry and she said, "No! Jesus cannot be the only way. God is love.

God will accept even if people come to him through

other religions and through Mary and through Buddha and through Muhammad and through everybody else.

God loves all His children and that's why He is going to save them

Well the truth is God is love but His love does not override truth.

His love does not override justice. He will stick to truth. The Bible says

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father but through Christ.

Now somebody goes while, God still loves me. It is true God still loves you

but it does not mean Salvation comes to you if you reject God's loving way of saving you which is through Christ

I want to encourage you get into the Word

because the Bible encourages us to divide the Word rightly. But before it

says divide the Word rightly, it says work hard and be diligent to make sure

that you show yourself approved that you are a student of the Word of God dividing it rightly.

It is work we have to focus and we have to make sure that

we filter every Scripture through every portion of these 5 circles of context.

 The Reds moved three points clear of Manchester City – with both teams having played 26 games – with an impressive 3-0 win over Bournemouth at Anfield on Saturday

 Liverpool's title challenge had come under severe scrutiny after successive 1-1 draws at home to Leicester City and at West Ham United

Gini Wijnaldum deserves respect for display in 3-0 win after post-match admissions - Duration: 4:46.

Football News24/7  Following all the talk that Liverpool were getting nervous in their bid to win a first league title in 29 years, they silenced the doubters by beating Bournemouth 3-0 on Saturday

 Sadio Mane's header opened the scoring and main man Mohamed Salah sealed the victory three minutes into the second-half with a neat finish to a lovely team move

 Back-to-back draws against Leicester City and West Ham United saw Liverpool slip to second in the table, but a return to winning ways also saw them return to the first place

 Sandwiched in between Mane and Salah's goals was a quite magnificent strike from Georginio Wijnaldum, who wasn't even in the squad at the London Stadium

 However, he returned to Jurgen Klopp's starting XI with a top-class display, and after the match, both his manager and teammate revealed the extent of the issues he overcame

Wijnaldum stars on return to starting XI  There were some doubts as to whether or not Wijnaldum would feature against Bournemouth, but he lined up alongside Fabinho and Naby Keita in midfield

 The Netherlands international has looked very assured in a deeper midfield role this season and he was at it again at Anfield, dictating play and helping his team control the tempo

 He put some gloss on his performance with a goal in the 34th-minute to make it 2-0, latching onto a Andy Robertson's ball after the Reds regained possession

 Wijnaldum plucked the ball out of the air and, despite being confronted by Nathan Ake, saw Artur Boruc off his line and had the technical quality to produce a super lob into the net

Klopp and Milner on Wijnaldum pre-match  In post-match interviews, manager Klopp and captain Milner provided insights into Wijnaldum's physical illness which make his classy outing even more impressive

 "He (Wijnaldum) didn't sleep in the team hotel last night," said Klopp, confirmed by journalist Ben Dinnery on Twitter

 The Liverpool boss continued: "He had diarrhoea and vomiting two nights earlier so he couldn't come to the team hotel

"  Meanwhile, Milner, who filled in at right-back, expressed his amazement at the Dutchman's display considering he was "nowhere to be seen" on Friday - a day before the match

 "It's been a tough few weeks with players injured and ill," 33-year-old Milner stated

"Georginio Wijnaldum was nowhere to be seen yesterday and then he produces a performance like that

"  The 28-year-old was replaced by another returnee in Trent Alexander-Arnold in the 77th-minute and was deservedly given a great ovation by the crowd

 Let's hope Wijnaldum doesn't have any similar problems before Liverpool's next two games - Bayern Munich in the Champions League, and Manchester United at Old Trafford

We are talking about the rules of cuddle party and now we've come to rule number four

As I've mentioned rule number three and four are like the most packed they have the most amount of information in it

So I will try to summarize rule number four as well as much as well as I can

And rule number four is if you're a yes to an invitation say yes

And if you're a no say no. and I always say this sounds kind of silly, of course

If I'm a yes, I'm gonna say yes, if I'm a no, I'm gonna say no, but it's not that easy for people and

Rule number three was talking about asking people rule number four is talking about answering to their requests

And it's not really simple for a lot of people to say no to stuff. Some people have been

Taught their whole lives to not say no

You have probably been told your whole life not to say no and you don't even realize it

Some people it's a cultural thing. It depends on the culture that you come from some people

It's a household thing your family you used to tell you

No, you have to say yes to things or be kinda convoluted about your no and pad it around

so people will not noticed that you're saying no

but then you expect them to understand that you're saying no without actually saying the word

"No". So that's the thing. If you're a yes to an invitation say yes, if you're a no say no

be clear and speak your mind

Being able to say no to people

Having your boundaries is what allows us to get closer to one another

I know it sounds counterintuitive, but it's actually genius

It's really true if I don't have boundaries if I don't communicate my boundaries

And we all have stuff that we don't want to do. if I don't

communicate that and show where my boundaries are at, people are just gonna

trample all over me hurt my feelings my body, whatever and

Not even know that they're doing it. They might be just... dum de dum... walking around

Behaving their ownselves and not even notice that they're causing harm

To me because I didn't communicate it. once I communicated it, now It's time to actually keep those boundaries

but actually

Knowing my boundaries and communicating them are super super important and that's what allows us to get closer to one another

At the cuddle party, we also give a few tips about kind of things to think about

to make it easier for you to say no and

I love those tips and you can come to a cuddle party and learn about those tips because I think they're really useful

Sorry, the one thing I will say if you're afraid that the other person will be disappointed by your no

That's their world. It's their feelings. It's where they are. You can be nice about it. You can say "no, thank you"

You don't have to be rude, right? You don't have to be mean about your no, but you don't have to explain yourself

You don't have to

Excuse yourself. We like to say - "no is a complete sentence." Do you want to "bla bla bla"? No. [silence]

You can say thank you. That's nice, but you don't need to explain yourself

If they feel disappointed, it's theirs. It's their disappointment. Not yours

You don't need to take responsibility for that

The last thing about this rule is also we were saying if you're a yes interpretation say yes

If you're a no say no, but we're talking only about "no"s

It's really important to also think about the yeses if you are a yes to an invitation

I truly invite you to say yes

There are so many people in this world that feel that

They don't deserve love and touch from their fellow humans, and I want to tell you that you deserve it

Touch is a basic human need we all need it and we deserve it

We need to make it so that other people will feel comfortable sharing that touch with us

But yes, you do deserve it. So if

Someone does give you a proposition

"hey would you like to..." and you feel that you want it?

I want to invite you to practice your yeses. You know what I deserve it

I'm gonna say yes to that invitation

It can be difficult for people, so please take care of yourselves and say yeses and noes throughout your life
