Like many couples, Nathalie Guzman and Andrés Flu chose to share their baby news with family and friends on Facebook. But theirs was an announcement with a difference - as they revealed they've chosen NEVER to be parents.

The couple, from Medellin in Colombia, sparked furious debate after explaining their decision to pass on parenthood out of fear of what their children might encounter in a 'cruel' world.

But they are all in when it comes supporting other couples wishing to become daddies and mommies because 'the human race needs to continue.

The pair, who got engaged in September 2015, shared a snap of Flu holding a ticket for a vasectomy on the morning of January 29.

'We want to share with you the great joy. WE WILL NEVER BE PARENTS,' Flu wrote on the social media site.

'We accept a life in which we will eternally buy toys for ourselves, we will be able to travel without limitations, walk naked around the house and more. Flu then switched to a much more serious tone.

'However, our main reason is not this, the most important is to contribute to the conservation of the planet that is so overpopulated and damaged. We are not going to bring another human to contaminate it.'.

Guzman and Flu were also surprised by how many other young couples had taken the similar step. 'I am aware that not everyone should think like us, that the human race should continue,' Guzman wrote.

'I admire the people who plan a child, who educate them with love every day, who care about [raising] a good human being who contributes to the planet. The lovebirds were lauded for their life-changing decision which created an interesting, emotionally-charged thread.

'Everyone is free to do what seems best and if for them it's fabulous not to have children, great,' noted Mila Rodríguez's in her response.

'It's a good thing we all don't think the same way and we all see happiness from different perspectives!'. Facebook user Javier Rangel also concurred with the couple's sentiment on foregoing parenthood.

'I dread the idea of bringing a human being into this world to live this life of slavery. 'We live to maintain a decadent society and its large corporations while the planet dies! It is a beautifully responsible decision.

Guzman said one of the reasons why she and her fiance decided not to entertain the possibility of welcoming a child into their lives was because of the horrors they saw inflicted on children. 'Guys, children are beautiful to me,' she said.

'If I wasn't affected by what I see every day, because sometimes it hurts me to breathe, to see so many children suffering in the street, so many drugs, violence and cruelty. Believe me, I would consider having one.'.

A bevy of messages that streamed across Guzman's and Flu's Facebook feed attacked their judgement. A bewildered Pily Tejeda determined the young couple was 'very stupid' to even reach such conclusion.

'It seems to me that it's not an intelligent way to describe or explain why they don't want to have children,' Tejeda wrote. 'How are the children a contamination?'.

First Time Curling With A Straightener | Does It Work? - Duration: 6:43.

hey everybody welcome back to my channel so this week's hairstyle video is

actually going to be me doing the curls with the little straightener so if you'd

like to see how this goes cuz guys I'll be honest I haven't done

this before so it's new to everyone yay anyway if you want to see how this goes

then please keep on watching also make sure that you guys subscribe to my

single day of the week plus I also do live streams at 6:30 PST every Sunday so

I'm going to be able to come back and watch whatever you would like so guys I

did receive this little PYT straightener in a boxycharm and I've already reviewed

this and it's not my favorite hair styling tool in the world it snags and

everything like that but I want to see if I can still get to some sort of use

out of it okay so it is little tiny tiny tiny okay my hair is short so we're

gonna see how this goes I'm gonna go ahead and turn it on it does heat up

very very quickly I do have a heat protectant spray it's the Tresemme he

protected sprays or D my hair my hair is clean and yeah we're gonna see how this

goes okay so it is hot so what I'm gonna do

is I'm just going to section off a little area and I'm going to go ahead

and kind of twist it and I'm just gonna run the straightener over it

it just doesn't glide very easily

okay I mean it does a little bit of a wave I don't hate that

kind of having to kind of like almost like crimp it like gently like open and

close it it just doesn't slide yeah it just

doesn't slide very well

okay I mean it definitely does like a little kind of a textured wave okay

let's try it the other way where you kind of like and turn it to kind of flip

it okay oh that worked a little bit better

and that works a tiny bit better

just oh do you see how like raggedy my hair looks now

so yeah I definitely prefer like kind of twisting it that way I mean but it still

doesn't look great

I don't know guys I don't I just don't think I can I mean I added some texture

but I just I don't know I just don't think I can use this little straightener

I mean I don't know if or as long as it takes

and stuff I mean I just I don't know I don't know guys I think I'd rather do

no-heat curls or I'd rather use like an actual curling iron um it just I don't

know guys it just I think the actual straightener isn't good enough quality

to do okay quick curls I like the texture it is pretty but it

would take too long to do my whole entire head and I can do quicker curls

yeah doing heatless curls so unfortunately with this little mini

straightener doing the straightening the straightener curls it was a fail but it

was good to know and I think maybe during the summer or if I have some

extra time I will try it again because I do think it would like make a

pretty nice hairstyle but I also don't like heat style my hair a ton but I mean

it's pretty it is and now I'm gonna have to go wash my hair again because the

sides all flat this one's got some texture but you know it's okay anyway

애처로운 표정으로 도로에 앉아 햇볕을 쬐던 아기 고양이.

마침 그곳을 지나가던 남성이 도움을 주려던 찰나 녀석은 유유히 발걸음을 옮겼다.

남성은 조심스럽게 녀석을 뒤따라갔고, 잠시 뒤 눈 앞에 펼쳐진 광경에 어안이 벙벙했다.

지난 5일(현지 시간) 온라인 러브뮤는 미국 플로리다주 보인턴비치에서 동물 구조 단체 'TNR(Trap-Neuter-Return)'를 운영 중인 남성 카르멘(Carmen)이 전한 고양이 구조기를 소개했다.

전날 카르멘은 동네를 산책하던 중 회색빛 털이 사랑스러운 아기 고양이 한 마리를 발견했다.

녀석은 형제나 어미가 없는 것처럼 보였으므로 카르멘이 녀석을 구조하기 위해 다가갔다.

그러자 녀석은 조용히 뒤돌아 걷기 시작했다. 마치 남성에게 자신을 따라오라고 말하는 것처럼 보였다.

그래서 카르멘은 녀석의 뒤를 밟았다. 그러자 잠시 뒤 예상치 못했던 상황이 이어졌다.

바로 아기 고양이가 도착한 곳에 녀석의 가족으로 추정되는 고양이 6~8마리가 함께 있던 것.

카르멘은 조금 당황했지만, 그 상태로 녀석들을 구할 수 없다고 판단해 다시 차로 돌아왔다.

그런 다음 항상 차에 들고 다니던 포획 틀과 캔을 꺼내 녀석들에게 돌아갔다.

이후 그는 캔으로 유인한 뒤 포획 틀로 녀석들 전부를 구조하는 데 성공했다.

동물 병원에서 녀석들을 살핀 결과 크게 아픈 곳은 발견되지 않았지만, 피부에 진드기가 있었고 영양이 부족한 상태였다.

카르멘은 녀석들 전부를 살뜰히 보살폈다. 깨끗이 목욕을 시키고 사료와 츄르를 듬뿍 챙겨줬다.

녀석들은 그런 카르멘이 고마운지 연신 꾹꾹이를 하고 그르렁거렸다.

현재 녀석들은 입양을 기다리며 카르멘과 함께 지내고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.

 "First of all, welcome back. How does it feel to be back?" Solskjaer was asked in his first interview as United manager

" A loyal servant to Sir Alex for 11 years and reserves team coach for two, Solskjaer wasted no time outlining his plans to restore equilibrium at Old Trafford

 "I had the best manager as a player to learn how he dealt with people," Solskjaer said before his first game

"It's about communication. I'll sit down and speak to the ones who are not playing

 "It's about getting every player to do their very best, it's about speaking to them but of course it's on the training ground, getting your philosophy through, your principles and how you want to play

 "We play at Man United, and you play without fear, you play with courage, you go out and express yourselves, take risks

I want the players to be the kids that love to play football and go out in front of the best fans in the world

But it was only ever Mourinho who poking concerned, and Sir Bobby knew one day it would bring him the sack
