PREDITIONS FOR THE YEAR 2017 OF THE SEER _ PREVISÕES PARA O ANO 2017 DO VIDENTE MOTOPT2 MOTOVLOG - Duration: 13:32.Hello people, Big V, MOTOPT2.
In this video the MOTOPT2 prediction for the year, 2017.
MOTOPT2, January 1, 2017.
It's almost night time, but this is the best time for
make the predictions of MOTOPT2, for the year 2017.
Because it's people, MOTOPT2 will do predictions for the year 2017.
I'll concentrate on doing the best possible predictions.
Because this clairvoyance thing is all a difficult trick and ends up failing here and there.
My first prediction is.
Tomorrow, January 2 will rain,
I think it will even rain, even by chance I saw on the internet,
there on the site of the Meteorology say the morning goes
It rains, and it also rains day January 3, and day 4.
But OK, pretend I did not see it on the internet, which is a prediction.
Lightning come from sincerity, this to be Seer with sincerity is difficult.
Another prediction.
In this year of 2017 Mário Soares (Ex-President) will die.
This was really bad even, this was lousy, prediction bitch
Lightning, this one is not think not I go by in the video, this one I do not put.
Maybe the man already died in December, only that
because of the 3 days of National mourning, being
a former President of the Republic, is complicated,
anyway, die and live for me is
almost the same thing, it's a matter of climbing up
frequency, or decrease frequency, depends.
Well, whatever this prediction, sure
that will happen, this will not get stuck.
Third prediction.
This TAM, TAM, TAM is exciting.
There will be peace in the world,
peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, peace, attacks and such, such things.
All basis of peace, peace, peace.
OK you can enter, now enter son, enter, enter.
So do not enter. It comes almost to here and it does not enter, damn.
It does not hurt.
Are you seeing these Christmas lights? the seer MOTOPT2
predicts, that they will be withdrawn there for the 7th of January.
Well in this prediction I will err for 2 days, because they only start
to retire there for day 10, because on day 6 is the day of
Kings and stays on a Friday, on Saturday, day? Day 9 no.
Do not wait there, day 6 is Friday, 7, 8, 9, 10, it's 9 or 10.
January 10th, the Christmas lights were over,
There are no more Christmas lights for anyone.
Another spectacular prediction.
Gasoline will go up in price to 5 times, and 5 times
will go up 2 cents, and then will lower 5 times 1 cent.
It's the old 2-step technique forward, 1 step backward.
And the happy people of life is paying and attesting
the gas tanks. I do not I can complain much in
gasoline ratio, because I have here one
bike that practically rolls gasoline vapor.
Already said CagerOnTwoWheels, that the problem of CBF 125, is
that once in the reserve, just pass next to the post of
gasoline opened the lid of gasoline tank, and it was already about 40 km
Only with steam, that's true, that bastard's right.
Another prediction.
Macdonal's is going to make 6 promotions in hamburger, all
They are the same with the same ingredients, but with different colors.
What a ray of prediction, with these predictions will not the world go nowhere.
well it rains tomorrow still can soften.
It looks like this, you go on this way, and then you turn right,
it is even so that the Roundabout are made, not as
I am doing, I am doing wrong, I should go there, and now
Passed here and entered there on that side not here.
Law of roundabouts, I heard that were some people
fined because of roundabouts, but ready is life.
At least one caught a fright, which is the driver there from the company where I work,
who saw the police stop a car and fine for having done wrong the roundabout.
Then if the police get to catch with it, they will do
a fairly large sum, do not you think? "You think so or not?"
There are many people who do not know how to do well - the roundabouts, I'll confess one thing,
I last year in September I took the license A, last year did not, or was, or the
Two years in September, I took the A license, I also did not know anything about the roundabouts,
only with the road code book, for the purpose of taking the license I learned.
But even here I did not know very well.
But did one thing that was not to imitate others, because
already knew the others were to make the roundabouts wrong.
It's true.
Ponte do Infante, I'm going from Gaia to Porto, you can see there in the background,
Ponte D. Luis II, and for there they do not see anything because it is very dark.
We have there in the background red, red
Benfica, green to Sporting, and yellow there. I do not know.
There would have been some yellow club. "Hey, what's going on there?"
Someone felt bad.
Someone felt bad there, it seems.
Let's move on to that road, nothing comes.
Yeah, it was someone who felt bad there.
Santa house, there must be some elderly I have impression
that that house is a old-age home.
Santa Casa da Misericórdia, I did not even know how many steps here
years and did not even know that there is a house of the Holy House of Mercy
(Beneficial organization supported by games of chance and bad luck), of the Old age for sure, a home resting.
Oh, the predictions I was already forgetting.
This year if it does not rain will be Sun almost all
the days, but also may be lined with
clouds, that is, with clouds without Sun, but without
rain, then in this case of morning we may have fog.
The best month to make holidays to year will be the month of August, but who
You can also go in, January, February, March, April, May,...
Another prediction.
I hope youtube, do not block me by copyright (Pam, Pam, Pam).
Look she liked me did so with the hand, saw, she liked
me, or was it because I stopped to her passing on the treadmill :-).
What do you guys think is.
This year, this year,
not to the end of next year, Salary Minimum, will increase, 9 euros and such.
Lightning go, this is almost 600, this almost, this almost, this almost.
I do not earn the Minimum Salary, I earn more than the Salary
Minimum, but I'm almost there, because over the years, with
The minimum wage to rise, when I retire
Maybe I'm already earning even if the minimum wage.
It's called career relegation, maybe.
Anyway here in Portugal there is one thing very
beautiful, they give you the MINIMUM Salary, and then you
arrive at companies and have to work at MAXIMUM,
or they give you the MINIMUM, and you work at MAXIMUM.
It's cool is not, that's what is motivation, takes there MINIMUM, sweating there works to MAXIMUM.
Quality.
Half a dozen minimum wage earners, half a dozen slaves, Salary
At least I get the whip I go there pum, pum, pum, work at MAXIMUM.
Who earn the Minimum.
And so it is, and so it goes, so goes the world pushed with the belly.
It's true.
It is the saddest things here in this country, it is the Minimum Wage, and the reform, the Minimum reform.
It's all minimal, everything is soon minimized, to a minimum status,
and so it is much easier until when enter negotiations to decide, what is
the least possible, it reminds me that movie of the cinema, "THE MINIONS".
Now let's finish this video on the site of the custom, people BigV.
Good year 2017, and be aware predictions of the seer MOTOPT2
because this will, even, even, even happen, and if it does not happen,
Remember, it was just my informant on the other side who made a mistake.
Have I already had a Big V? I think no, Big V for all, and to the
next video, Good year 2017 people, now no kidding.

EU, don't stay stagnant with the success that you had! - Duration: 5:45.Hello, welcome at this new vlog of Belicons.
Nice that you are watching.
This week my blog and vlog are about dissatisfaction in the European Union.
It strikes me that there are two opposing views on the European Union.
Some people are very pleased with it.
They claim that there is peace for decades now because of it.
And since countries that also want to join the union need to reform before they can become
a member too, it brings a better state of justice in other countries too.
And thus it makes other countries more democratic too.
Other people aren't happy with the European Union at all.
They see all the rules that the union imposes on us without us having any influence on that.
They see that some countries have to pay a lot of money and others just receive a lot of money.
So according to them the European Union is actually very undemocratic.
This has made me think about how to bring these two sides together.
For the European Union will be there for quite some time but it isn't good when many people
are unhappy with it.
For this reason I think it's important to find a way to bridge the gap between proponents
and opponents of the European Union.
And I think that this will become possible when the proponents realize that they shouldn't
stay stagnant with the success that they have until now.
For indeed, it is now very different than about 150 years ago when European countries
wanted to expand their nations and could only for that reason only start a war.
In that era people had to fight to get an own governments.
Now we all live free countries and we don't have to worry that another country suddenly attacks us.
So the European Union indeed is a good initiative.
But even when something is successful at the start, it doesn't mean that it stays that way.
And the proponents need to realize that too.
The European Union isn't perfect.
The conflicts in Eastern-Ukraine and The Crimea came into existence because Ukraine and the
European Union became too close according to Putin.
So the European Union means peace within the union itself, but that doesn't mean that
the European Union cannot be a part of another war or cause another war.
It is also well-known that Greece became a part of the euro zone far too soon and because
of that they got into major problems that are still not resolved.
And also the Brexit referendum shows that the proponents shouldn't be too confident
about the future of this union.
This makes me think about the warehouse chain V&D, or Vroom en Dreesman.
This large warehouse chain got bankrupt a year ago and that was a big surprise to many.
But before the bankruptcy was final, many people already said that they didn't know
why they would buy something at these stores specifically.
But a long time ago this was very different.
My grandmother sometimes tells me the story about when she worked at a fashion house at
the end of the 1940s.
It wasn't going very well with the store and she saw that the V&D had sales that attracted
many customers in that way.
She told this to her boss and he let her create a table with sales too.
And that worked!
At that time the V&D was very progressive and an example to her.
I can imagine that former managers of the V&D stayed stagnant with the success they
had and forgot to stay progressive.
So being successful is a good thing, but being successful once doesn't mean that one will
stay successful.
One should always be alert not to become stagnant.
And that also counts for the European Union.
Even when it is a good thing in many ways, the people are getting more and more dissatisfied
and the European committee should do something about that before there will be many other
referenda in countries that also want to leave the European Union.
If proponents are going to realize this then there will be room to start to listen to one
and another and to make the European Union really democratic and transparent.
Then the inhabitants can become proud again to live in the European Union and really feel
that it adds to their lives.
But at the same time it is important that opponents of the European Union are open to
notice that the union is improving.
Sometimes people are so much against something that they are just angry and interpret everything
that happens negatively.
In that case the proponents can improve many things, but in the end it wouldn't help
when the opponents aren't open to see that things are improving.
And this brings me, just as in my blog, to the importance of taking into account both
facts and feelings.
The proponents have very positive feelings when they think about the European Union.
They believe so strongly in this project that they don't see the facts that there is a
lot of dissatisfaction and that not everything is working out perfectly.
But the opponents are so much against the union that they stay stagnant in their negative
feelings and don't see the positive sides of the European Union and won't notice any improvements.
So if we want to make a success out of the European Union and make the inhabitants satisfied
civilians, then proponents and opponents should first take both facts and feelings seriously.
These are my ideas.
Let me know what you think, on Belicons or on YouTube.
And don't forget to mention your arguments of course.
I'm really curious and I'll see you next week.
Bye!

Gov't take extra precaution against possible AI infection from cats - Duration: 0:59.Korea is on alert after the avian influenza virus was found in cats.
Twelve people believed to have had contact with the cats are currently under quarantine.
They include the owner and veterinary lab staff involved in retrieving the infected
animals.
The group has been treated with anti-viral drugs and will be monitored for any symptoms
for ten days.
The virus was found in a house cat and a stray cat in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do province.
It's the first case of mammals being infected with AI since a dog was reported to be infected
with it in 2015.
According to an official at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,... outside
of Korea there have been cases of cats being infected with bird flu,... but no precedent
of cats spreading the virus to humans.
Still, the agriculture ministry plans to step up existing measures and prevent wild animals
from entering poultry farms.

5 Ways-to Re-engage Your Curiosity - Duration: 2:37.This is Melanie Fine of Rocket Girls.com, where we help young women break science's
glass ceiling and rock it in their dream careers.
My best advice for young people interested in pursuing a career in the sciences is to
never lose your curiosity.
Because curiosity, once lost, is difficult to reinvigorate - difficult, but not impossible.
So, if you're curiosity's a little rusty, here are five ways to re-engage with it.
1.
Ask Questions Questions are not just the byproduct of a
curious mind, but also the root of curiosity.
Even if you're not curious, just the act of asking questions builds your curiosity muscle.
Ask questions about anything and everything.
When participating in a conversation, don't be thinking of how to interject or respond,
just listen to the person talking.
Reaching answers or diagnoses too quickly dampens the inquiry process.
2.
Read Read voraciously.
Read up on all kinds of subjects.
Read different periodicals.
Expand your world by reading periodicals you normally wouldn't read.
Consume this information either in print, digital or video/audio form.
The more you learn, the more you want to know.
It also makes you a far more interesting person to be around.
3.
Don't Judge When we judge people and situations, we reach
conclusions which cloud our experiences.
Watch what happens around you; experience it.
Don't judge it.
4.
Engage an Expert Engaging with an expert in her/his field can
give you a deeper experience into things you probably didn't even know existed.
Whether it's a nature walk or a trip to a museum, an expert can teach you how to look
at things in a whole new way.
5.
The fifth one I got from Aly Juma's blog, alyjuma.com (I don't know if I'm pronouncing
it correctly.).
I love this one.
He says to search for mysteries, rather than puzzles.
Why?
Because puzzles have answers, whereas mysteries are the great unknowns of life.
"A mystery never stops inviting inquiry and so it never stops being a source for curiosity,"
Aly Juma.
In other words, mysteries lead you to more questions.
Answers end the inquiry altogether.
Try one or all of these techniques to coax curiosity back into your life.
And be sure to comment to add any of your favorite curiosity-building techniques.

Cutting My Hair: The Long And Short Of It - Duration: 6:11.To quote the very quotable Shia Labeouf: JUST DO IT!
If you have been struggling with the decision to cut your hair from long to short, stick
around. I've got a story for you.
[Intro music]
Hi everyone, I'm Sam and welcome to my chan nel
where I am dedicated to helping you build an awesome life - one day at a time.
I'm all about self care here, not just the fun stuff, so if you want to learn about making
your life awesome too, consider subscribing.
Now that's out of the way: it's story-time, children, so gather around.
About four years ago I was getting ready for my wedding.
You know, all of the bridal stuff like plates and food and blah, blah, blah... but the thing
that was really bugging me was my hair.
I got it into my head that, to be a bride, you had to have long hair because you needed
the most hair to work with in order to have the most polished look.
As you can see, my hair is pretty curly and, just before I was getting married, my hair
was really long.
Insert picture here.
It was also a really unflattering style because I also got it into my head that I shouldn't
cut it, at all, to give it the absolute best possible chance of looking perfect on my day.
And, you know, I was pretty happy with the way it turned out.
More pictures!
As soon as the wedding was over, the next week, I had myself booked into the hairdresser
for the big chop because I was done.
I was tired of all the weight and all the knots and, because it's curly, it was just
frizzy and it was all over the place.
The other thing that was happening that I wasn't really talking about was that my
hair was so long that I wasn't able to take care of it properly.
I was putting it in a ponytail at the beginning of the day and that was it.
Sometimes I'd wrap it up into a bun.
I washed it maybe once a week and it took me 40 MINUTES to detangle it every time I
had a shower.
I was tired of these balls of hair ending up on the side of my shower.
Because I was so depressed, I wasn't able to take care of myself properly so I was really
looking forward to cutting all my hair off and giving myself a fresh chance.
Before I could do that, however, it got tangled really, really badly.
So I decided to go to one of those quick cut places in a shopping centre near my house.
And I went in and I asked the lady: My hair is all knotted; it's really curly.
How much will it cost to detangle it?
And she said: Oh, we wash hair.
It's about $15.
And I thought, oh my God, I'm going to save myself so much time and I'll just sit here
and be relaxed and be pampered.
It was one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life.
The whole time that she was trying to run a comb through my hair, she was making really
disparaging comments about the condition that my hair was in and she couldn't believe
how tangled it was and how could I live like this.
And, the more she talked, the more I wanted to sink into that hairdresser's chair and
die.
I vowed to never go back there again, and I haven't.
I was embarrassed and upset at how much my lack of self care had impacted my day because
I was really good at ignoring it.
Once the wedding was over, I booked myself in and cut my hair.
So I went from this to this.
And, it wasn't as much, but slowly, slowly, slowly, slowly...
[music]
I managed to cut quite a bit off my hair until
it was very short and I haven't really had it long since because I'm afraid of ending
up with those big knots again.
But, now that I have been taking care of myself, I have been dying my hair crazy colours.
I'm loving this silver at the moment.
I'm hoping it will help my embrace the grey when it comes in naturally because I've
already been grey so who cares?
But you never know.
Age does funny things to us.
So, by becoming more interested in my appearance, by actually caring for myself, by making sure
that it's washed and I run a comb through it and I use nice product to help the curls
hold, I'm confident that I could start to take care of my hair properly.
So I'm starting to grow it.
It's been three months since I've cut it.
I only just had a trim the other day just to lift up the layers a little bit.
I'm excited that I was finally able to take care of it to a point where I feel confident
that long hair might be an interesting look for me.
Cutting your hair means no more long showers for boring things, like trying to detangle
your hair.
You can have long showers and pamper yourself instead, which is nice.
And, overall, I feel so much better having had all that hair cut off.
I feel like I left that embarrassed girl in the hairdresser behind because that big chunk
of hair was just gone.
So if you have been struggling to decide whether to cut your hair then this is your sign.
Cut your damn hair already.
Just do it.
It's only hair.
It will grow back.
Well, that is all from me today.
I hope that you found this helpful.
I would be really interested to see have you been struggling with the idea of cutting your
hair or have you just made the big chop?
Come down in the comments and let me know.
Talk to each other.
Give some advice.
Show me your new haircut.
I want to see it.
Thank you so much for watching!
I hope that you found this helpful.

[DAY 124] Last Day in 2016: Busan Night View from BIFC ! - Duration: 3:39.hello, grandma
how are you~?
waking up in this morning and realised:
"aiya!" it's already the last day of 2k16!
what should i do?
there're too many ppl celebrating on street
but staying at home is too dull
therefore, i decided to go out and enjoy a bike ride
i follow the cycling bath near metro station
and ride for around 3 station away
then stopped and take a rest
checking messages from friends,
enjoy the precious sunshine in this chilly day
take a pic (+ share it to family ^ ^ )
and go back for lunch
after lunch,
i worked (+ Internet surfing XD) until 4pm
and headed to BIFC
which stands for Busan International Financial Center
on every Sat
the 63/F Observatory is opened to public for free
may be today is the last day of 2k16
most ppl go for count-down party
so it isn't that crowded :)
the sunset is very pretty (& calming) !
see? it's really orange > v < (looks better with bare eye than this)
on the Observatory, there's a board
showing you the names of those buildings underneath
but to be honest,
from this angle,
all the skyscrapers look so small
and i can't really distinguish them haha
but why i stayed after witnessing the sunset?
form what i heard,
after 30mins of the sunset
it's the "golden time" for taking pic for night view
so i decided to wait for a while
and see if i could capture the city beauty at night :)
hm... i waited for 30min until 6pm
(which isn't that long ^ ^)
i could finally witness & capture the nightview >v<
well, it may not look that good in this video
but those photos taken from camera is quite good!
i decided to name this as
"The Last Traffic Jam in 2016"
i leave after this (with urgent hunger call for supper)
this elevator is real fast
going down form 63/F to ground floor
it only takes around 35 seconds!
there's a digital monitor inside
telling you the current speed of the elevator
the speed increases gradually
and the fastest m/min is 600m/min @0@
urm..you may also overhear other's conversation (as korean listening practice keke)
finally, we've arrived :)
there's a full-glass revolving door at the main entrance >v<
indeed love playing with it so much
so i went in and out twice before leaving (haha)
okay, this is the last video taken in 2k16
hope that we can let go
with the undesirable things happened in 2k16
and get ready for a brand new start in 2k17 :)
that's it for today and see you later ( ^ ^ )/
please stay healthy and wait for me to come back
bye bye~

#StudentsNotSuspects - Duration: 4:17.Most people don't know that our children are being treated like criminals in schools.
So, I'm just leaving the wonderful meeting with our representative, Karen Bass, today.
Had a great time! Yay, learn more!
And here's some brief videos of some of the speakers talking about #StudentsNotSuspects
They talk about it much more eloquently than I could :)
Vitaly: The crisis I want to address is that
the vast majority of our students, particularly students of color and low income students
are not graduating with their class.
Over 60% of students are not graduating with their class in the school district.
Rep. Karen Bass: In Continuation?
Vitaly: No, in this district.
Over 60% of students who begin high school in 9th grade do not graduate in their class.
And I hear the voice of this young person in first grade who spoke -- who asked:
"What can I do to be a citizen?"
By the time they get me, they're asking:
"Why the hell should I be in school? My school has done nothing but criminalize me."
Young people in schools are being treated like criminal suspects.
There's a policy district-wide that requires daily random wandings of students.
Grades 6-12 -- children as young as 11 years old -- who have done nothing wrong
are being pulled out of class during class-time and wanded like criminal suspects.
They are being asked to remove clothing.
Their backpacks and purses are being dumped out for everybody to view.
Their privacy isn't valued, let alone their academics.
And then we expect them to perform on standardized tests,
which are the biggest joke - because they don't test intelligence.
They test test-taking skills and test prep.
We are preparing students for prison, more than we are for college.
What we have is prison prep, not college prep, in our schools.
And that has to change.
Rep. Karen Bass: *inaudible* (she might be saying 'you should call it that')
Vitaly: It has to change.
Rep. Karen Bass: Ok.
Vitaly: And so, I'm calling on you,
please support the campaign that the gentleman mentioned earlier, "Students Not Suspects."
This is a grassroots campaign. You may not have heard of it.
Most people don't know that our children are being treated like criminals in schools.
And students themselves are trying to raise their voices.
There's an online petition -- you can look up "End Random Searches."
If you have a phone, or a pad, or some device, you can pull it out and look up: End Random Searches.
You'll see a video of one of my students sharing his story of being degraded using this policy in middle school.
We're standing in a middle school right now. All middle schools are not enforcing this policy equally.
It's the young people of color in low income neighborhoods that are being targeted.
They are the ones being criminalized and we need to do something about it.
Rep. Karen Bass: Ok.
Vitaly: Thank you.
*crowd cheers, applause*
Matt McGorry: I'm here today specifically because of the random metal detector searches.
I'm very focused on criminal justice reform work in my own life --
and I think it's important that while we take a look at the broader issues of what's going on --
-- you know, the national stop & frisk policy which Donald Trump had mentioned
which is unconstitutional and extremely racially biased -
I think the microcosm of what we're looking at there is what Vitaly was talking about -
which is these random searches that are disproportionately affecting students of color.
So, I think it's important that while we keep our eyes on the big prize,
we have to keep our eyes on the small movements that are happening here
because when it counts, we can all band together.
But we have to build that community first
and we have to stand behind these local actions as well.
*cheers, applause*

Random Shit In Pokémon Sun & Moon. - Duration: 4:05.I'm using subtitles because some of the annotations were removed. Fucking YouTube Heroes HAD to mass flag my private shit.
Let's go and get Jangmo-o.
To get Jangmo-o, follow me.
Yes, I understand my gameplay sucks. Bunch of SJWs and dickfaces are like: hey T, delete this video you sexist. Kill yourself! I'm gonna be like, Shut the fuck up. You: No, you! Me: no, you.
I was too lazy and decided to skip the Pokémon battles.
Most of them.
This is the place for Magnezone and Vikavolt. Yes, I have checked Bulbapedia and Serebii.
If you have already used the Machamp to Strength the boulder into the hollow square, then there's no need to trudge through the monotonous Poni Canyon.
And here we are! Jangmo-o resides here. Unfortunately, I couldn't catch one, but they WILL spawn here.
Let me check if the Ace Trainer can give me the IV checker for the PC...
....and no. Fuck.
No Stoutlands allowed? Have it your way, Battle Tree.
Looks like I'm not at an Ivy League level to earn the IV checker... (no pun intended)
Let's see if the broad that gives you the Fairy-type Z-Crystal wants to battle.
No.
To Ula-ula Island!
(cue Batman's "To the Batmobile!" sound effect)
Here are some VERY USEFUL effort value reducing berries. Hopefully, no Crabrawlers will ambush me.
Speak of the devil...
Come on, iPhone. Focus!
*sigh* smh.
Thank you.

Erik Spoelstra Signs A Contract Extension With The Miami Heat Organization For X Millions ! - Duration: 4:32.Miami Heat just signed Erik Spoelstra a contract Extension With The Miami Heat Organization
For Millions ! Watch the VIDEO to get to know more !!!
------------------ Imagine if NBA stars signed contract extensions
the way NBA coaches do, as in, below the radar and with zero fanfare.
Right.
The league wouldn't hear of it.
What, concede the July sports landscape to baseball?
But that's how it apparently went in Miami, where coach Erik Spoelstra had his Heat contract
extended without clamor or press release.
The team confirmed Friday that Spoelstra – in his ninth season and already the NBA's second-longest
tenured coach behind San Antonio's Gregg Popovich – would continue in his current
position for the foreseeable future.
Issuing a statement before the Heat's game at Boston, Spoelstra expressed gratitude to
franchise owner Micky Arison and president Pat Riley for the opportunity and their support.
"I would like to thank the Arisons and Pat for their continued confidence in me and my
staff and are humbled in their trust in me as head coach," Spoelstra said.
"It has been an incredible 22 years being part of the Miami Heat family and we will
look to continue our goal of winning NBA championships."
Spoelstra, 46, benefitted from, but also tackled the challenge of, Miami's Big Three era
from 2010-2014 when all-NBA forwards LeBron James and Chris Bosh joined All-Star guard
Dwyane Wade in south Florida.
Balancing the strong games and personalities of those players, Spoelstra helped the Heat
play in four consecutive NBA Finals and win championships in 2012 and 2013.
With James going back to Cleveland in 2014, Bosh being sidelined by blood-clot issues
and Wade signing with Chicago this summer, the Heat and Spoelstra have faced adversity.
Their loss to the Celtics Friday dropped them to 10-24, third-worst record in the Eastern
Conference, and a skid of seven defeats in their past eight games.
Dealing with the egos of stars is one way for a coach to earn his salary.
Navigating the Heat's current tough times is another.
Terms of Spoelstra's contract extension were not released.
