Hello, This time Garima has brought Green (Palak) Paratha on GG's Platter for you.

Very easy recipe as usual very minimum ingredients.

Since its Palak Paratha then Spinach is must.

But it can't go like this into the wheat flour, so we'll make its puree.

Puree making is very-very easy. We have taken around 150 gm Spinach

Removed its stems & now we'll steam it

The easiest method to steam is, just put all the washed spinach leaves into a pan.

For the flavour, we'll put 1 whole green chilli in it

1-2 Garlic Cloves & we'll cover it and cook it

No water from the top, it will get cooked within 5-7 mins in its own juices

And the base of Palak Puree will be ready.

We'll use the mixer to make its puree.

Lovely green colour of Spinach Puree

We'll not knead the wheat flour with water rather with this Palak Puree.

So for that we'll take wheat flour in a bowl

I am kneading the wheat flour for 2 Parathas only.

You can knead this wheat flour last night and next morning can pack in your kids Lunch box.

Little bit of Carom Seeds & Salt

Now we'll add Spinach Puree

We'll knead this flour & it will turn out in a lovely green colour.

Now this dough is ready

Now we just have to flatten it and before that we'll heat up the pan.

We'll take little more dough as compare to what we usually take for chapati.

Because we want it to be little thicker than the chapati as its quite thin than paratha.

We'll take some wheat flour in a plate for dusting.

So that we can roll the dough in it, we'll flatten it like chapati and that too without oil inside.

Pan is heat up & now we shall put this paratha into the pan

till the time we'll start preparing for another paratha.

We have to roast it on low flame so that it get cooked from inside as well.

And to make it crispy we'll roast it on high flame as well

So its cooked from one side, now we'll flip it up.

In almost 1-2 mins it will get cooked from one side.

We'll also give the same time to get it cooked from another side.

Now when its cooked from both the ides, we'll put some oil and will rub it.

If you want you can make it in clarified butter, its going to turn out very rich.

And as you can see, its cooked from another side as well.

Now we'll rub in some oil on the another side.

We'll increase the flame to make it crispy

And yes its now ready to serve.

So here the one and quickly another paratha on the pan.

Normally you eat paratha by putting butter on it

But what I'm going to do is, I'll cut it into 4 pieces till the time another is cooking.

I'm sure this way your kids will eat spinach without knowing Spinach in it

And they'll demand for Green Paratha

And a great combination to go with it is white butter, white butter or

This is also done, as i said that it taste delicious with Gulabi Raita so I've prepared it for you.

How about we start a new life in this new year?

These 5 good habits we can cultivate.

We love to investigate what other people's lives.

This usually ends us being depressed or jealous about the other party.

The more you try to compare yourself with others, the more you get depressed.

Therefore focus on yourself, not others.

Once you focused on what you need to achieve, start planning.

No point having great plans, if you don't execute them.

Have a habit of planning before doing.

Look for knowledge.

These days it's easy to get information via Facebook, twitter and instagram.

In reality what we see on our feeds are not what we need to see.

It's important to dig knowledge you need, rather than accept what you being given.

The more we spend on social media the more we become a salve of them.

Filtering what you feed your mind is a good habit to have.

Be mindful of your health too.

Most of our troubles start with a bad health.

Exercise and good eating habits are good friends to have.

Nothing is perfect in this world.

We get frustrated when things don't go the way we expect them to go.

This may include your parents, siblings, kids, boss or rulers.

If we understand that nobody would ever behave the way we want, we will get less frustrated.

past and they produce some of the best

The ICON sleeve is a fantastic sleeved i

personally use to protect my MacBook 12 inch

It has TensaerLite Protection Technology

A lightweight impact-absorbing bumper that

extends around the entire product adding a

half inch to three fourths of an inch of

protection around the edge of a laptop

A magnetic closure keeps my laptop

securely enclosed even when I shake it

like crazy

the magnetic closure stays shut. In addition

I think this magnetic closure is better

than sleeves with a zipper closure

because this magnetic closure closes quickly

and secures a laptop from movement while

sleeves with a zipper just don't secure

the laptop as well allowing the laptop

to slide out of the protective padding

how do I know this a one-thousand-dollar

repair bill told me. But the magnet is

bad for laptops with a disk drive so

only solid state drives can be used

sleeve. The plush faux fur lining keeps

the top and bottom of my laptop

protected from scratches but the padding

is relatively thin so don't expect to

stop bullets for this thing

unfortunately this part does not have

internal or external pockets so you will

need to store your cables dongles and

charges elsewhere

It fits my laptop like a glove and is nice

and slim fitting it's pretty expensive

sleep but it's designed really well and

i can't find a better product for

keeping my laptop safe and secure i

would give this sleeve 4.5 stars out of 5

for a well-designed product that protect

my laptop from everyday spills.

cardiologists and all the good doctors of this country,

heart care has attained lot of

it has got lot of confidence from the people.

It's very interesting Sadhguru,

when I started my career twenty-five years ago,

I left England twenty-five years ago,

I started in Calcutta.

If I told a patient then

Sadhguru: Lot of heart break there (Devi Shetty laughs).

Devi Shetty: …if I told the patient then

that he needed an operation,

it required more than an hour of convincing him

for an operation

but today I face a different problem

Sadhguru: They are standing in a line (Few Laugh).

Devi Shetty: Today Sadhguru when I tell a patient

after seeing all the reports,

that you do not need an operation,

I have to spend one hour to convince him,

why he doesn't need operation (Laughter/Applause).

Everyone wants heart operation Sadhguru (Laughter).

Sadhguru: Is it for romantic reasons or… (Laughter/Applause).

Devi Shetty: How do we

how do we convince people

that fixing the heart is not like, you know

if something wrong with your house you get a plumber,

he will fix it or you know

if something wrong with the car you change the parts

it is something different.

There are… th… the

we are not the magicians or we are not the gods

and the nature is the best healer

and cardiac surgery is only a fifty year old phenomena,

people have lived for centuries...

Sadhguru: I think they have also realized it's a dumb part (Laughter).

Devi Shetty: It's a big dilemma for all of us Sadhguru.

Today people want something to be done on their body all the time.

Sadhguru: Yes (Few Laugh).

If not heart, many other parts (Laughter).

Yes as I said probably in other fifty years,

fifty percent of the population will be going through these surgeries,

which is not health,

which is medical industry but not health.

If health has to happen,

a culture of health has to come in.

Not health care systems,

not hospitals,

not more doctors,

not more surgeries

but a culture of health has to evolve.

Right now

world is in a way of imitating everything that America does.

They eat badly,

they live badly

and they have a three trillion dollar bill of health care,

it's sinking the country.

Devi Shetty: Yes.

Sadhguru: Okay, it's sinking the whole nation

health care.

We want to follow the same things,

we want to dress like them,

we want to eat like them,

we want to live like them

and we want to get unhealthy like them

but our country cannot spend three million

three trillion dollars on you for sure.

We will let you die (Laughter).

Yes,

we're not going to reach out to everybody and do surgery for 1.25 billion people.

That's not going to happen in near future

and if it doesn't happen it's a disaster,

if it happens it's a bigger disaster.

That people do not know

how to live well is a disastrous way.

That

I would say seventy percent of the ailments on this planet

can be just handled with better sense of living,

eating,

atmosphere, if you manage,

seventy percent will be gone.

You can achieve this in twelve to fifteen years of time on the planet,

if a determined effort is made by the people,

by the policy

and by everybody concerned,

particularly the hospitals.

They can do a lot because when they are sick they listen you know, (Laughter)

otherwise they don't (Sadhguru Laughs) yeah?

Devi Shetty: Yes.

Sadhguru: When they are well they don't listen,

when they are sick they will listen, their

they have ears… more ears than two when they are sick.

That's the time to talk to them as to how to live better.

These things are not new to us,

these are very strongly rooted in our cultural milieu.

But we're throwing it away for something which will bring us lot of trouble.

For immediate attention,

for immediate intervention

of course medical intervention is primary

and it's most vital there's no question about that.

But long term health will not happen because of medical sciences as we know it.

Long term health of a society or a nation or the planet

will not happen that way

we have to bring a culture of health.

What is the way to live,

what is the way to eat,

how to keep our body,

how to keep our mind,

how to keep our breath,

how to keep the atmosphere around us,

if this culture is not brought into us from our childhood

I would say it must be brought into the school curriculum itself.

It must be brought in

healthful ways of living

because if you do not build healthy people,

you're going to have educated and sick people

and you're going to build a nation or a world out of it.

With sick people you are not going to build a great nation,

you can only build a sick nation.

And that is happening across the world,

the major nations are suffering enormous amount of illnesses.

The most affluent countries

who have no nutritional problems, okay

India's half the problem are nutritional problems,

right from their childhood they have not eaten properly

affluent nations who have a choice of nourishment

look at the level of… a

health issues they have.

That should not exist at all

when they have choice of nourishment

they should not have

I would say eighty percent of the people should not have any health issues till they die.

One twenty percent, twenty-five percent will get something,

infections will come because of close proximity

those are different

but these are all on self-help.

People are on self-help to create ailments for themselves.

This can be one hundred percent taken away

if we establish a culture of health

for which I think not just medical professionals,

people from various other areas have to work together to make this happen.

I don't see any major synergy like that right now,

small efforts are happening here and there

but that's not enough.

It's good but it's not enough.
