good morning everybody and welcome back to my channel this morning I am about to
head off to the gym to film a workout for you guys with my friend Zach so
really looking forward to that also guys as I said in the last video I
am looking at moving out through the beach up here on the Gold Coast so I'm
really excited about that and guess how many rentals were looking at in the next
two days we're looking at seven rentals so it's absolutely crazy also signed up
to start studying but I'm probably gonna start that more than year just with all
the moving and everything that's gonna be happening over the next few weeks as
well as some new opportunities that come up for me with work both in fitness and
I'm actually going to start doing a little bit of hair dressing again while
I'm studying so yeah there's just a lot going on at the moment also I did just
drink on the weekend I had five vodkas and orange juice and I haven't had a
drink in about nearly straight years so that was full-on for me and I actually
didn't get a hangover I just made sure that I drank keeps the water I ate
something and I had a really good sleep and I had no hangover but like I feel
fine so that was really really overwhelming for me because it was
something that I've been scared of I don't know if you guys know much about
me but when I was younger I did a lot of partying a lot of drinking or what I've
been drinking and I had a few bad experiences and then after that I was
just really scared about drinking and I just didn't want to do it but I'm so
glad I did because I actually had a really good time and just just made me
realize that I was not that bad you just got to be really smart how you go about
it and yeah I'm about to make some breakfast I am changing my nutrition up
at the moment as well so I'm mixing things up I've decided to take out red
meat and minimize chicken so I'm having mostly fish I'm gonna just blow with my
protein intake cuz there's all this hype around saying you know you gotta have a
ton of fruit you know heat dude just tane a woman's health you only need very
point eight grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight so for me that's fun at least
under 54 grams of protein so I'm just gonna have about 90 grams which is still
pretty high but before I was having like 130 150 and I just don't need that much
so instead of having more carbs which I'm happy about because it means more
food so yeah gonna give you guys a little bit update on what's going on and
I will see you guys at the gym for a booty workout cannot wait for this one
guys I'm here at the gym with Zach and we are going to look at rentals today as
I said before and guess what they cancelled another rental on us yesterday
we had two rentals booked in and they cancelled them as well so that was
really annoying because we were on our way to go look at a rental and then they
tell us that it's cancelled so someone else is good so realize if we're gonna
look at something we need to be the first people look at it and we need to
apply straight off start if we want any opportunity of getting a place so it'd
have to be pretty fun the point speak fast
no you're stuffing around and fluffing around we're just gonna go for it anyway
we are here at the gym so we are going to film a workout read America
comparable
I did too but I don't have a fork but my fault it's a little bit of an update we
are on our way to look at our first rental as I said before our second
rental the first rental got canceled so I'm just having my My partner for now
while I'm driving because we didn't have time to chill much time to lock up but
my protein shake here family on our load that workout too was absolutely epic
highly recommend giving it a work or giving it a go I really really enjoy
that style of training so the first three exercises I just focused on my
strength so lifting as heavy as I could and then my last two super sets I just
did higher reps and really really focused on fatiguing the muscle so
that's kind of what I'm doing at the moment with my training so I'm doing two
heavy heavy strength days and then I'm doing three more like kind of cardio hit
based days as well as I want to kind of tighten up and also increase my fitness
levels as well and just move my body more like I love strength training but I
really like to get my heart rate up and be moving around really helps with my
overall fitness and just my overall mood as well so highly recommend give me that
one okay she killed it good
look at the rental but we might need to put the camera down while we're inside
just up there Beach is right there an amazing place it's got two bedrooms to
so we're just gonna go home patient straight away and see how it goes sorry
fingers crossed we get it I am currently writing my application to the rental we
looked at today so we absolutely loved and this is what I'm riding in the
rental I'm can you read it for us it says Hyatt to whom it may concern I
absolutely loved coming to inspect this little unit today it made me smile the
location is just what we have been looking for by the beach shops and
closer to our workplace it's both myself and my friends after safari are applying
for this rental and we break them how's it ready fun the bond ready and we are
ready to move an ace up we take great care of our environment we are reliable
and we work hard we hope to hear back from you very soon this place suits us
very well come regard Sarah hi that's sitting there was so sweet that's what I
wanted for the vlog so you remember this is that the first application coming
through yeah - I threw one for Bob yeah but this one like manual like look at
this oh thanks ended by doing that's it joining here my yeah so yeah we just
want to look at our second rental for today we didn't really feel the vibes to
be honest so I don't know if we're gonna put an application for that as we've
already have we've already put an application in this morning for the
first time I looked at the way I was it loved so we'll find out tomorrow how we
go with that one and we've already got a few moved in tomorrow to look at
good morning guys I am currently getting all my stuff
organized because I'm off to the beach to take some photos this morning
massive jokes because I have a giveaway coming which I'm really excited about so
it is nearly Christmas time so I thought what better time to do a giveaway and
give back to my followers so really looking forward to that and have awesome
day planned I am going to get the best pancakes in the world so just do you
guys say they are like I've never tasted anything like it so I'm really excited
for that and I've been training really hard all week and eating really awesome
feeling so good as well and like currently tell but a lot leaner and I'm
eating so many carbs it's like winning like I don't even know that I could get
lean and ate that many carbs so I'm absolutely winning and I'm just trying
to see how well my body responds to carbs and cards just they win for me so
I'm stoked got way more energy feel good so it's definitely the most cards I've
eaten in a long time as well so it's definitely worked for me by dropping my
protein dropping my fats and increasing my carbs so instead of increasing my
calories that was my strategy to get more carbs in and it's worked really
well for me and that way I'm still able to get lean and have a ton of energy so
getting all my stuff together going to meet Zach so let's go do this
arriving to get out
I am at the beach I cannot even say myself in the screen how cute is this
little crystal I just got this down at the market such you guys that have seen
and it's just amazing to finally see you down at the beach
once you see girlfriend food I have to water
I have mango and I have lemon what's up guys it's now the next day and I thought
I'd jump on and clothed see under this video being so so crazy today starting
starting a new job which I'm really excited about and also going to be
moving places which I'm really excited about true I have been a bit m.i.a with
everything lately and having been that open on my channel just because there's
so many things that have been going on but I really am going to be starting to
be be more open with you guys and document my journey a bit more yeah
because I love sharing with you guys my life and the ups and the downs and how I
get through it and that was the whole reason I started this channel was to
inspire others and share my journey and also share advice and tips and and stuff
like that all throughout health and fitness and lifestyle so that's
definitely what I'm going to be doing more of on my channel and also put a
post up this morning saying that Instagram saying that you know you can
you can change your life you can change the direction you're going in you can
set new goals and you can do different things and that's fine like I'm telling
myself that at the moment but it's okay to change what you're doing and that's
kind of what I'm doing at the moment so we'll give it we'll share more of that
with you guys as time goes on it's something they're really excited about
so yeah as I said I'm studying so yeah I'll be sharing more with you got more
of that with you guys as time goes on and yeah I truly believe in life what
really really makes us happy is growth and contribution like when you're
growing and you're contributing or I know when I'm growing and I'm
contributing I'm happy and that's why I feel so motivated to do YouTube for you
guys as well because I really feel like I would be able to give back to others
and it's a really amazing thing to do I really
boring thing to do so I will see you guys in the next video make sure you
