I just found this one on Amazon this is Saban's Power Ranger super
samurai so if this is something you're interested in I will put a link below

morphs into oh well here's a bunch of the swords you could buy to combine you
got the beetle Zord swordfish Zord Tiger Zord octozord claws
there's a bull Megazord the samurai megazord and then you can combine all of
them to create a large giant gigas on top of that you could buy all these
other Zords combine all do different Megazords so if you do want to see any
of the other Zords and you're watching this video make sure you go ahead and

Zords but without further ado let's take this
guy out of the package and see God okay so here is what we got before I take
anything of the package it is also morphe I love the big horns

hilarious he's got these super long like chicken tie play
so let's go ahead and take a look at this guy we're gonna start at the top
and work our way down first of all his chest piece here good
pop in has two pieces here that will actually close to cover his face he's
got the big horns on the back we'll take a look at that when we go ahead and
transform him he's got parts here you can attach and by the way a lot of these
Megazords are really flimsy this guy is super durable
I mean movement wise 360-degree movement on the arms here the hands do not move
but the arms here do pop down so this arm is identical but this one is going
to have the big blaster here and it's got a disc here which comes off of his
leg here so it's got two discs it's got this disc here
than the other disk that goes on the other side so you could actually turn it
in the back and it looks almost like it's like some type of like the gap in
blood shooting yeah so cool we just simply pop it off to change out the
discs so there we go movement wise on the leg there is no
movement on the legs it's really solid this guy does not fall over easily and
like I was showing you that one disc that's on the weapon would go here and
the other disc would go over here so they do spin when they are on the
Megazord also and here you can see on the Megazord he's got four wheels here
and then he's got these pieces that pop out here so you could attach different
stuff to that so this is a really cool looking guy it reminds me a lot of like
bigger transformers rather than okay then to transform the guy this one this
guy's will actually want in the simplest ones go ahead take his weapon off close
the two face pieces there pop the arms off here
and then the arm pieces you're gonna go ahead and move forward like that
and then you just go ahead lay this guy down like that with his horns forward
then this piece is going to attach right over here on his back the other piece is
going to attach
there
but then the gun could attach to either side and then there you have it that is
the fool magazine so the big discs actually turned into tires for the back
and then you got the little wheels on the bottom

I caught her stealing and the government gives old people money to survive in Australia. She's probably getting paid the equivalent of about
2,000 CNY per week to live in Australia

she can definitely afford it she could go inside and she can just pay a couple of dollars and that money will go to the
Lowest rung of society the homeless the most needy in our society
and that's what makes Australia great is the fact that we look after the people at the very bottom and
I think it's a bit unfair for her to be actively stealing like that so
and also this guy if you have a quick look at this guy coming up behind her he came up to me straight after and
Said that this lady, she steals every day or every couple days
He catches her because he walks by and he captures her stealing all the time, and he actually thanked me for

Really is trying to portray Australians as bad people and don't get me wrong
there's Australians that don't they're not as fair as I am and they're not able to empathize with the other side like I am and
so they just get angry, and they get frustrated because I
Understand their point of view as well they get frustrated
With the fact that they're constantly being called racist and bad people and they're seeing it in the media
And if they know anything about China you go to any social media over there
And and we're just we couldn't be more evil in their media
But the thing is this article it just saying that we're bad people when we're not and most of us are not
Actually that bad. We're actually being really friendly and welcoming and doing as much as we can to make
Life in Australia as as peaceful and fair for everybody that comes here, so I guess that's the point
I'm trying to make here is that I got those three points

It is a news anchor's responsibility to objectively report facts, which requires a certain degree
of trust between the journalist and the viewer.
When that trust is broken, it can destroy the credibility of an entire organization,
so it's no wonder that companies often take quick and permanent action when something
goes wrong.
Meanwhile, sometimes anchors can't succeed because the odds are stacked against them
in the first place.
Here's a look at what really destroyed these high-profile news anchors.
Brian Williams
NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams had the perfect blend of everyman likability and
professional integrity.
He was the George Clooney of network news.
That all changed in 2015, when he was exposed for lying about being in a helicopter that
was forced down after taking RPG fire in Iraq.
"Two of our four helicopters were hit, by ground fire, including the one I was in."
"No kidding!"
"RPG and AK47s."
That opened the floodgates, as a number of other exaggerated claims or outright lies
came to light regarding everything from his coverage of the fall of the Berlin wall to
his actions during Hurricane Katrina.
After an on-air apology, Williams was suspended, then eventually demoted to MSNBC's breaking
news anchor, a serious fall from grace for one of America's most famous news reporters.
"This was a bungled attempt by me to thank one special veteran, and by extension, our
brave military men and women…"
Rick Sanchez
When Daily Show host Jon Stewart made fun of CNN anchor Rick Sanchez, Sanchez didn't
take it too well.
During a SiriusXM interview with Pete Dominick, Sanchez called Stewart "a bigot" while literally
laughing at the idea that Stewart is a minority because he's Jewish.
Sanchez said, "I'm telling you that everyone who runs CNN is a lot like Stewart, and a
lot of people who run all the other networks are a lot like Stewart, and to imply that
somehow… the people in this country who are Jewish are an oppressed minority?
Yeah…I can't see someone not getting a job these days because they're Jewish."
CNN issued a terse statement: "Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company.
We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well."
He's since found a new job, working as a contributor to Fox News Latino.
Dan Rather
In 2004, 60 Minutes producer Mary Mapes brought a story to then-CBS Evening News anchor Dan
Rather about documents that suggested President George W. Bush may have received preferential
treatment regarding his service in the Texas Air National Guard.
However, after Rather aired the report, key sources recanted their statements to CBS News,
forcing the network to issue on an-air retraction and apology.
Since Rather was the face of the story, he took the brunt of the criticism.
Two months later, he resigned, claiming his decision was, quote, "not influenced by the
National Guard story."
For his part, Rather still thinks they got the story right.
"Do you believe, to this day, those documents?"
"I believed them at the time or I wouldn't have put them on.
I believed them ever since and I believe up to this day."
Keith Olbermann
After being canned from jobs at both ESPN and MSNBC, Keith Olbermann rebounded with
another job at Current TV, run by former Vice president Al Gore.
It seemed like a match made in heaven.
Except it turned out there's a reason Olbermann keeps parting ways with networks: because
according to Current TV, he's just super hard to work with.
They explained their decision with a statement that read in part, "Current was also founded

Ann Curry
According to the book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV,
former Today show anchor Ann Curry was intentionally undermined and set up to fail by NBC in order
to allow Matt Lauer to take over the position.
It sounds crazy, but here's how the story goes.
When Meredith Vieira left the show in 2011, Curry's contract had a stipulation that said
she would be given the next shot as the host.
But the powers that be wanted Lauer.
So they gave Curry the job — only to sabotage things by creating such an uncomfortable working
environment that Curry eventually quit, allowing Lauer to get the job we wanted all along.
Not cool.
"And for all of you who saw me as a groundbreaker, I'm sorry I couldn't carry the ball over that
finish line.
But man, I did try."
Bill O'Reilly and Eric Bolling
In 2017, longtime Fox News talking heads Bill O'Reilly and Eric Bolling were both dumped
after major harassment scandals.
Following a New York Times report in April of that year alleging O'Reilly had paid around
$13 million in secret settlements to five women, Fox News's parent company, 21st Century
Fox, issued a statement that said, "After a thorough and careful review of the allegations,
the company and Bill O'Reilly have agreed that Bill O'Reilly will not be returning to
the Fox News Channel."
Then in August, The Huffington Post published an expose claiming it had spoken with 12 women
who said Bolling had sent, quote, "an unsolicited photo via text message to at least two colleagues
at Fox Business and one colleague at Fox News."
Bolling went on the counterattack, denying the allegations and suing Huffington Post
reporter Yashar Ali . But after Fox News conducted their own internal investigation, Bolling
was out on the street.
Fox News issued a statement that said, in part, quote, "Bolling and Fox have agreed
to part ways amicably… we thank Eric for his 10 years of service to our loyal viewers
and wish him the best of luck."
Which is probably not the kind of news either O'Reilly or Bolling wanted to break.

Just days ago, we reported that a Politico journalist was accusing Trump�s adult son
Don Jr. of being rude� when he was a child in preschool.
Now, the president�s other son is also under fire for something involving an infant.
Don Jr.�s brother Eric Trump recently welcomed his first son, Luke, into the world � and
then into the Oval Office.
�Eric Trump, 33, took his newborn son, Luke, to the White House on Dec. 14,� stated Opposing
Views.
�He sat the child down on the president�s huge red leather chair behind the desk in
the Oval Office.�
The new parent shared a photo of young Luke sitting at the president�s desk on Instagram�
and unsurprisingly, half the internet lost its mind.
�Little Luke is working hard to #MakeAmericaGreatAgain,� Eric Trump wrote on the social media site.
�It seems the Trumps are abusing the sanctity of the oval office,� whined one commenter.
�Who elected this person, nobody and why is he using it to stage family photoshoots,�
they continued.
�Trump needs to be fired, [Mueller] come on get the low down on this guy in the [White
House].�
Other users made the predictable jokes.
�Makes sense, we do have a baby running the country,� declared another social media
commenter.
�The kid probably works more than grandpa.�
�For 10 months the chair behind that desk has been vacant, finally [there�s] someone
with more than one brain cell sitting behind that desk,� wrote another.
The people complaining about a child �abusing the sanctity of the Oval Office� apparently
forgot about a certain Democrat named John F. Kennedy.
Countless photos show the late president�s children romping around the Oval Office during
the early 1960s.One particularly touching shot shows a young John F. Kennedy, Jr. hiding
under the Resolute Desk while JFK looks on.
How about a more modern example?
Try this snapshot of Barack Obama casually playing with the young daughter of one of
his staff members just a few years ago.
Apparently showing humanity in the famous office is fine for a Kennedy or an Obama,
but not for a Trump.
It�s no secret that the 45th president is not always the most popular person in the
country, but it would be nice to set aside political differences once in a while.
If the nation truly has become so cold-hearted that it can�t smile at the commander in
chief�s grandson, we should take a step back and re-think our priorities.

1 - Perfectionism

The intensity of INFJs love and caring are not just the faint of heart, and they're regularly
being advised by someone else to lighten up and not to take things seriously, which is
basically as opposed to their nature.
8 - Solitude
Though it is true that INFJs care deeply toward people they liked and also need a close connections,
they also consistently need to withdraw into total privacy.
This personal character could be inconvenient and difficult for others to understand, especially
if they didn't know enough about INFJs or introverts in general.
9 - One-sided Relationships
In relationship, INFJs usually discover that the amount of love and care they give is not
reciprocated, at least that's what they thought.
In some cases, they can be so focused on the other person and subordinating their needs
to theirs, or even failing to understand that they have needs whatsoever.
10 - Alienation
Well, this one is probably the most common thing about INFJs.
Most INFJs experience life with an understanding of just how different they are from the general
population, the feeling of being misunderstood, underestimated, and also invisible to those
around them.
All in all, that's the bad, and the ineffable things about INFJs.

Megazords are really flimsy this guy is super durable
I mean movement wise 360-degree movement on the arms here the hands do not move
but the arms here do pop down so this arm is identical but this one is going
to have the big blaster here and it's got a disc here which comes off of his
leg here so it's got two discs it's got this disc here
than the other disk that goes on the other side so you could actually turn it
in the back and it looks almost like it's like some type of like the gap in
blood shooting yeah so cool we just simply pop it off to change out the
discs so there we go movement wise on the leg there is no
movement on the legs it's really solid this guy does not fall over easily and
like I was showing you that one disc that's on the weapon would go here and
the other disc would go over here so they do spin when they are on the
Megazord also and here you can see on the Megazord he's got four wheels here
and then he's got these pieces that pop out here so you could attach different
stuff to that so this is a really cool looking guy it reminds me a lot of like
bigger transformers rather than okay then to transform the guy this one this
guy's will actually want in the simplest ones go ahead take his weapon off close
the two face pieces there pop the arms off here
and then the arm pieces you're gonna go ahead and move forward like that
and then you just go ahead lay this guy down like that with his horns forward
then this piece is going to attach right over here on his back the other piece is
going to attach
there
but then the gun could attach to either side and then there you have it that is
the fool magazine so the big discs actually turned into tires for the back
and then you got the little wheels on the bottom

5 Reasons Your Toes Keep Cramping—And How To Get Relief !
Most of the time, these cramps can be treated with DIY remedies.
You know that strange thing when your toes start twitching and involuntarily twisting
around each other?
Or when you wake up in the middle of the night with your foot flexed, immovable, and shooting
with pain?
What is with those cramps?
"They're usually a warning that you're overdoing it," says Charles Kim, MD, a musculoskeletal
rehab specialist at NYU Langone's Rusk Rehabilitation.
"But if you feel cramping getting worse and not relenting, you should talk to a doctor."
Frequent foot cramping may signal an underlying medical condition involving the circulatory
or central nervous system, so see your physician if your muscle spasms make you uneasy or interfere
with your daily life.
But most of the time, toe cramps have a few common causes and can be treated with some
DIY interventions.
The Causes ! Toe cramps have various triggers, but overuse,
dehydration, and mineral deficiencies (particularly, potassium, calcium, and magnesium) are some
of the most common culprits, according to Kim.
When you exercise, you sweat out the minerals your muscles need.
And that deficiency causes muscle contractions or spasms, which we call cramps.
"If you've gone for a long run, overexerted yourself, or overtrained, toe cramps are your
muscles telling you to dial it back because they can't take the strain," says Kim.
Toe cramps also frequently stem from unnecessary strain or restricted blood flow from tight-fitting
shoes.
Age, of course, is not kind to your feet either.
Toe cramps often appear after 50, when bones lose calcium and muscles lose elasticity and
strain to support your body.
Also, "as we age, our nerve and vascular function isn't as robust as it used to be," says Kim.
"That leads to cramping because your nerves, which provide nutrition and messages to your
muscles, aren't fully up to the task."
The Cures ! First, the bad news: There's no magic cure
for toe cramps.
The FDA no longer recommends prescribing quinine, an antimalarial drug, because of controversy
over its efficacy and safety.
And research shows that magnesium supplements seem to make no difference at all.
Now, the good news: You can reduce and prevent toe cramps, assuming you don't have an underlying
condition.
Here are four fixes to try: The right shoes !
The path to fewer painful spasms begins with your shoes, says Phyllis Ragley, a podiatrist
in Lawrence, KS.
"It's crucial to find a pair that's right for your body's unique mechanics."
Ragley advises choosing a shoe that fits your arch and is neither too stiff nor too flexible.
"The right shoe should feel like you're walking on air," says Kim.
If you've been dressing in high heels, try switching to flats instead.
Plenty of hydration ! Staying hydrated is essential when it comes
to treating foot and toe cramps, says Kim.
He recommends replenishing electrolytes after exercising with a sports drink, and eating
foods high in potassium and calcium.
Working out wisely ! If you're exercising too much, scale it back—you
could be putting unnecessary stress on your muscles.
And if you're not exercising enough, start to move.
Being sedentary atrophies muscles and decreases circulation.
"Marathons are terrible for you, but so is not exercising," Kim says.
"Everything in moderation."
Stretching well ! Ragley also recommends non-weight-bearing
stretches like wiggling your toes, spreading them out, and pointing and flexing your feet
(give these four foot stretches a try).
"It's crucial as we age to move the feet around in a gentle way to maintain a range of motion,"
she says.
"And adding some massages and warm foot baths will help to relieve
the muscles."

One of the most frequent changes I make with my clients is to force them to slow down when
they speak.
This seemingly simple adjustment almost always creates a huge change in how they sound.
But they sometimes ask: "If I slow down, will I be able to say everything I need to?"
Well, watch the following video and find out.
Dr Daniel Amen speaks very slowly in this TEDx talk.
In fact, he's right on the edge of almost being too slow for a well-educated adult audience
of fluent speakers.
I looked at the transcript of this talk and counted the total words.
In 14 minutes and 26 seconds of speaking, he utters 1,751 words.
That is a rate of 121 words per minute.
How fast does the average American speak?
Estimates vary from 110 to 160 words per minute.
So Dr Amen is right near the bottom of the range.

In under 15 minutes, he is able to make a number of important points, pique our interest,
tell multiple stories with passion and emotion, and convey useful information concisely.
Less than 15 minutes to accomplish all of that.
In 1,751 words, which is the length of about five or six online news articles.
A typical meeting, sales pitch or internal presentation will easily last 15 minutes (most
meetings shouldn't last longer than that anyway).
By speaking slower, you get a number of benefits:
You will feel more relaxed and in control, which is critical when speaking to a group
Your words will have more weight and power because there are fewer of them–in other
words, you aren't "devaluing the currency"
You will be able to inject more emotion, passion and emphasis into your words because you aren't
rushing to get to the next sentence
You will be able to manage your pacing more effectively, while getting less distracted
by random thoughts, side-points and tangents that pop into your head
You will come across as more relaxed, steady, confident and knowledgeable
Speaking too quickly puts pressure on yourself and gives your words less significance.
You feel more rushed, you sound more rushed, and you have less control over your own mouth.
Your mouth will randomly start saying things because of that fast momentum.
You then feel obligated to finish those thoughts and you get off-track, undercutting your own
presentation and making you look more disorganized and out-of-control.
And your audience has a harder time following what you are saying.
They will automatically discard lots of the words coming out of your mouth, weakening
your impact, and making you seem less reliable and believable.
If you are still wondering if speaking with fewer words can make an impact, just remember
one of the most famous speeches of all time.
Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address was 278 words.
