I achieved goal 2, 220 Youtube video's.

At this moment, I have 225 video's

Several of my tutorials are performing very well.

For 2019, I already got around 10 idea's in the queue to begin with.

Goal nr 3

Getting 500 subscribers on my Youtube channel.

I know it is very difficult for my channel!

Goal 3, 500 subscribers. Yes, I achieved that goal.

At this moment, I reached 550 subscribers.

And I only could achieved that goal thanks to you!

Goal nr 4

Keeping my bodyweight between 85 and 90 Kg.

I achieved goal nr4. My body weight is around 89 kg

I was 92 kg.

I am now floating between 88.5 and 90 kg.

Especially now with the holidays.

Goal nr 5

Perform an activity that an average person does not.

Goal nr 5. I also achieved.

I have been 5 days in Hardangervidda, National park, Norway.

Together with Bushcraft girl Susanne Williams.

This was a very adventurous experience for me.

I also made a video about this trip.

Unfortunately my luggage did not arrive on time. I did not have any luggage.

I only got my iPhone with me and this device doesn't work very well at -16°C.

Do Korean guy Like Foreign Girl?

I've traveled many places so far

14 countries~~

When I go trip to somewhere, I prefer to make friends who lives there

I could meet many friends from all over the world

It makes me understand their culture and people more deeply

And also I was surprised to see that There are many people love KPOP, Korean culture~~

I didn't know there are many kpop fans in the world before i traveled a lot

Europe, America, Asia... I could meet many kpop fans

BTS ! super popular to everyone haha

and EXO as well

Love KPOP haha

So, I got this question from them so many times

Kpop fans wanna know What korean guys think of foreign girls?

If they are interested in or don't like..?

That's why I decided to take this video to give my opinion based on my experience lol

Does korean boy likes a foreign girl really??

Actually, There are many international couple in here

People think It's natural

You can easily find an international couple more than before

We don't take it something weird, It's natural LOL

And I think Many korean guys are interested in foreign girls

At least , They are curious

Having an international relationships

In my case... ummm hahaha

For me, I don't care If they are from another country

Age, Nationality, Race ... I don't care

As long as I can feel connected , It doesn't matter

Umm.. I am saying this for the first time

I dated a russin girl

So, I had an experience about an international relationship

For me, It's not a big deal to have a relationship with a foreign girl

So What are the things Korean guys consider about the international relationships?

Or Difficulties When They meet a foreign girl ?

I think There are two things considered

First. Language

Second. Personality

Isn't that too obvious...? hahaha

I think Language is an essential

Even If I am interested in someone, If I can't communicate with her

I don't think It's work

Especially If You are looking for sincere relationship

And How can I express my feelings If I can't communicate .. haha

Personality means how much i am prepared to take /admit the differences

People have different backgrounds of life

Between Korean and Foreigners, There must be more differences

In this case, If They are willing to take differences with an open mind

I think It will be much more easier to deal with

Respecting and Accepting...

Based on my experience, I think It's really important part how people think about that

Korean assume westerns are more open-minded?

I don't think It's true

Germans can be really open minded

Or Americans can be conservative

It really depends on people

Not just because of their country or culture

So I prefer to findout who they are with communication

Not based on the place where they leave or born

As I first said, Korean also think International relationship is natural

I also had a russian girlfriend before

As long as I can communicate with her, I don't think It's a problem

So I like foreign girls hahahaha

I don't see them differently

Still, There are some people who aren't interested in foreginers

Probably, It's because of Cultural difference or Language

But It's getting changing

so I'm assuming you are teacher, student, employee, worker, boss.

who writes assignments, legal letters, proposals, etc.

Basically anything in English.

Then you will mostly face a problem of not knowing wether the stuff you're writing down

is grammatically correct or not.

Even myself whose native language is not English.

I do face this problem a lot.

And this is even critical if you are composing a proposal or a legal letter.

So to help us here we need a tool which can correct our grammar,

check the plagiarism and make some sense of stuff we are writing.

So there are many tools which can do this for us

but what mostly people do is just they send this letter to their grammar nazi friend

and they will correct it for them.

But let's be honest guys this is not very reliable solution.

Or Second thing what people do is just put their precious document

on to random grammar checking website

and hope to get it right

but even though those websites also use the grammarly ghost which is basically grammarly.

So the best way to do this which I personally use is by using grammerly.

It corrects your grammatical errors,

increases your vocabulary and also

built in plagiarism checker and many more features along with that.

Now for this review of it break it down into three things.

First is the speed, second is plagiarism and third is the availability.

So first of all let's talk about speed of grammarly.

For speed I would like to rate grammarly five star out of five stars.

I'm saying this because recently I did my final year thesis

Running out of time,

vocabulary and confused is my grammar correct and

it's not that I have the

time to check grammar mistakes.

At that time I new but grammarly and sign up for a free trial

and use the only free features.

I was also still in doubt if I completed my thesis

but after that it got plagiarised

and that was the time

I purchase the grammarly premium which $29 a month.

Yes it helped me a lot in completing my thesis with 10% plagiarism

which was because of review

and literature study

and I was just typing it on whatever was coming to my head

and grammarly corrected that for me.

So that's why I rated the grammerly a 5 out of 5 star in speed.

So the second one is plagiarism.

Yes it's really helpful.

It can check plagiarism while you're typing

and search for the online content that

has similar text in it.

Plagiarism is very important if you are doing SEO work

because Google always love original content

and it will penalise if you copy from someone else website.

So mostly in colleges what teachers use it to check the plagiarism is turnitin.

but grammarly can only check the flag abysm only online database which Google has indexed.

So I would like to weight grammarly 4 out of 5 star rating in plagiarism.

So the last one is the availability.

If you write manuscript or assignment I bet you're using Microsoft Word.

Grammarly supports all major apps and now it is available on Android and iOS devices.

So I would like to read grammarly 5 out of 5 star rating in availability.

Now finally I will rate grammarly according to the person that is using it.

For digital agencies, SEO work, writing legal letters, communication with customers

I would like to rate 5 out of 5 star rating.

Now if you are student, I would like to rate grammar only 4 out of 5 star rating

because there are many more software if provided by the college

to check the plagerism and check the grammar.

Licorice (Mulethi) Skin Lightening Face Cream | Lightens Spots, Scars & Pigmentation - Duration: 4:54.

Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share

a wonderful skin lightening mulethi cream. Every skin color is beautiful and it

will be even more beautiful if it is of even skin tone without any blemishes.

This cream will help us achieve an even skin tone while at the same time deep

conditioning our skin well. The base for this cream is mulethi. Mulethi is the

Hindi name and it is popularly called licorice in English. Mulethi extract

has wonderful skin lightening properties. One of the big problems with homemade

creams is the low shelf life but this cream can be stored at room temperature

for weeks together. This cream will treat and nourish even the most dry and damaged

skin along with reducing inflammation. It also has anti ageing and healing

properties. Regular use will greatly reduce skin ageing too.

The first ingredient we need for making the cream is mulethi powder. The

active compound in licorice called glabridin inhibits tyrosinase which is

responsible for causing pigmentation. Licorice also offers skin protection,

reduces inflammation and has a soothing effect on our skin. At home, we use the

dried licorice root extensively in home remedies and the powder in beauty

treatments. It is hard to make liquorice powder at home. When buying liquorice

powder, make sure to buy good quality organic liquorice powder. It is also

important that liquorice powder is very fine else the cream will be very grainy.

If in doubt make sure to sieve it once before using. The second ingredient we

need is shea butter. Shea butter is a natural butter extracted from shea nuts.

Shea butter rich in both vitamin A and vitamin E. It conditions the skin

amazingly well and also boosts collagen production. It is a good home remedy for

extreme dryness of the skin and people who are suffering from skin problems

like eczema and psoriasis will greatly benefit using shea butter.

It also has mild UV protective properties. We get both refined and

unrefined shea butter in the markets. While buying shea butter,

make sure to buy cold pressed organic unrefined shea butter for best results.

The final ingredient we need is a pure unrefined oil. I have tried this recipe

using both cold pressed sweet almond oil and extra virgin olive oil, both work really well

in this recipe. You can also try other oils like jojoba,

rose hip seed oil, argan oil, etc. Whatever oil you are using, make sure to follow the

proportion mentioned in the recipe and try to use organic cold-pressed oils. I will

leave the links for all the products used in this recipe in the description box below.

Take a teaspoon of mulethi powder in a large deep bowl. Add in a

tablespoon of any unrefined oil of your choice.

Finally add in two tablespoons of shea butter.

I have used raw organic shea butter for this recipe. Now using an electric whisk

or an electric beater beat the ingredients together well. If the bowl is

not deep enough, the cream will spray all over while mixing. We can make the cream

without electric beaters too but we should really beat the mixture hard

using a wooden spoon till there are no shea butter lumps and till the mixture

gets light and fluffy. At this stage, you can add in few drops of your favorite

essential oil if you prefer. After a few minutes of beating, you'll notice that

the color of the cream changes from darker to lighter color. The mixture

also will get light and fluffy. Now switch off the electric whisk and scoop

the cream onto a glass bottle and store it immediately in a cool and dry place.

It is important that we store in a cool place away from sunlight else the shea

butter will start melting. To use, take very little amount of the cream and

massage it well into the skin. This cream is very very rich and nourishing so use

just a very tiny bit each time. This cream will last well for a long time at

room temperature, just make sure to store it in a cool place. With regular use

pigmentation, scars and spots will start fading very quickly. It'll also reduce

wrinkles and fine lines giving a youthful glow to our skin.

New Year's Resoulution - Duration: 5:03.

Hey good morning. It's Dr. James. I hope this message finds you happy, thriving,

and well. Happy New Year to you and your loved ones! I woke up this morning and

immediately it was so clear to me that this is going to be the very best year

of our lives so far. This needs to be the best year of our lives. We need to do

something extraordinary. Starting today we need to give ourselves permission. We

need to give ourselves the opportunity to courageously step into the fullness

of what we know in our hearts to be the truth of who we are. Are you ready to

take a leap of faith? Are you ready to know that it does not have to be 100% safe

before you love and express the light that you are like your life depends on it.

It will not be safe and that is the beauty; that is the adventure. That is why we are

here. Predictability is overrated. But what you

can predict today is you can predict that if you give yourself permission to

lean so far into your life that you fall in love to the possibility of what your

life can express then you can predict that you will be alive. That right there

is really.... I mean what else could we ask for here in this coming new year? I want

to be wildly awake. I want to be flagrantly alive. I want to live with

such a level of courage and compassion. I want to know that every human being that

I lay eyes on knows that I pollinated them with a possibility that I feel in

my heart every single moment of my life. And I want to share something with you.

This is the 20th anniversary of the first book that I ever wrote. And I want

to share with you because I think that's really all about what a new year can

represent; what a new beginning represents. And how we can do a level of

vulnerability and humility that will spring forth a level of courage that is

remarkable, that is contagious, that is really gonna be how it is that we evolve

and express this revolution from within. 20 years ago I published my first book,

and I self-published it. And here, check out that hair! Oh my gosh. Yes, a "blueprint

for living the life of your dreams, Grow Your Life

from Average to Amazing." And see all these? These are all the mistakes, these

are all the errors AFTER I published the book. These are all the things that I

found were wrong; misspellings, missed punctuation, all kinds of things that

weren't perfect - including my hair. In fact, even the back I spelled knowledge

wrong. And then awesome .... so I'm sharing that with you because what we're getting

ready to do in 2019 will not be perfect. And you can look back at your life and

you can use all the mistakes, all the heartaches, all the things that were

imperfect and you can use those to shackle yourself and hold yourself back

and say, you know what? My story so far is so full of mistakes, so full of

imperfections, so full of the things that do not allow me to feel worthy of

evolving and really going for it in my life.

Well you know what? This right here is a demonstration of declaration of moving

forward. I've had the blessing of writing 14 books since then and they still have

mistakes but they're an evolution. They're an evolution of how I'm

learning to love myself in spite of my beautiful humanness; in spite of that

things that are not perfect; far from perfect in fact. I'm 55 years old. I've

made a ton of mistakes in my life but I love each and every new year that I get

a chance to choose to sit in the front row of this classroom called the life

that you wish to live. In learning all the things that make you come alive,

because when you give yourself permission to take the lessons of when

you knew you weren't living up to your integrity, when you weren't expressing

the highest level of love, when you are not fully in the courageous expression

of compassion towards yourself in every human being around you, you knew that

there was a lesson in that. This year like no other year this planet is

yearning; it is asking us to obey what we know to be true about who we are. If you

want to have a resolution, if you want to have a "soul"ucion and if you want to

set a high intention, a very very high mark for

your life, simply come alive. Simply do not censor; simply do not filter what you

know to be the truth of who you are. And I promise you a year from today you will

be celebrating the best year of your life. I'm cheering for you. I'm praying

for you. I love you. I need you. We need you. Together let us rise. Happy New Year
