 No pedido ao STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), acatado pelo ministro Luiz Fux, o filho do presidente alegou foro privilegiado

 "Não estou me escondendo atrás de foro nenhum. Não é porque sou filho do presidente que tenho que ser alvo de algo que não está seguindo a legalidade

A ideia de fazer isso foi simplesmente para que cumpríssemos a obrigação legal

Exijo, como qualquer cidadão, que a lei valha para mim", disse Flávio entrevista gravado ao Jornal da Record

 Na sexta-feira (18), o Jornal Nacional, da TV Globo, revelou que Flávio recebeu R$ 96 mil em depósitos em um mês em 2017

 O pedido de suspensão, acatado pelo ministro Luiz Fux na quinta (17), foi feito sob a prerrogativa de que Flávio, por ter sido eleito senador nas eleições de 2018, deveria ter o acompanhamento das investigações sob o STF, e não na primeira instância

 "Sou contra o foro, não é uma escolha para mim. É uma prerrogativa. Não há a menor dúvida que estou sendo tratado de maneira diferente", declarou Flávio

 "O MP deveria, ao tomar conhecimento que fui eleito senador, informar ao STF, que é o órgão competente para avaliar

Mountain Bike TheTop 20 Brands - Part 1 | MTBT - Duration: 8:44.

Greetings to all and well found. It was a long time since I had planned to do

this video, because it often happens to me to see wonderful mountain bikes and not to have

no idea where they come from.

We know that most of them

are made in Asia, where the production cost is cheaper,

what makes the difference is the brand and the quality of the product, product that

based on the materials used and the specifications of construction, is subjected to strict controls

quality that define its value. I found a very nice site, through

which anyone can give preference to the most loved MTB brand, based on the

tests and experiences. The particularity of this site is that the

ranking is not fixed but varies according to visitors' preferences and the online votes

meaning that if you give preference to a certain brand, this brand

could scale the rankings in real time, so it is a list that is subject to time

to change

The list starts from the 50th position, but for matters of time I have only taken into considerations

the models from the 20th position down, into more this topic will be distributed on

2 videos, so in this video we will go to discover the brands from 20th to 11th position

In twentieth position we find Lapierre, the French brand is really beautiful

bike. I had the chance at Eurobike to see them closely and I have to admit that

I was impressed for their elegance

In nineteenth position we find a brand towards which I personally have a true and

just weak. This is Norco, brand Canadian like my Rocky. The bike shop closed to my house

has a small shop full of Rocky and Norco. Every time I go into that store I start

to produce burr in immoderate manners

In the 18th we find KHS it is an American historical brand, and indeed

in the United States the brand is very well known. The headquarters is now in Taiwan,

as well as the entire production. Prices they are medium-low and the medium-high quality.

In the seventeenth we find Fuji The Japanese brand takes its name from the famous

Mount Fuji, symbol of strength and power. After various finance trubles, the head quarter

is moved to Philadelphia in the States US.

In 16th position we find the American Pivot. I must admit it was one of my goals

before choosing Rocky Mountain. MTBs Pivot are spectacular mountain biking.

At Eurobike last year I bet straight at their booth to try the Switchable carbon,

a real war machine.

In fifteenth position we find Cube The German brand is growing exponentially,

thanks to good quality bikes content as they prefer resale

online at the classic shops

In the fourteenth position Diamondback, historic American brand, very famous in

Italy in the early 2000s. With time however the brand seems to have focused on the

American market also opening up to the world of road bikes

In thirteenth position we find Marin, other American brand. I was able to observe them

close to Eurobike and I must admit that they impressed me with their modern design

In twelfth position we find San Gary Fisher

Gary Fisher is one of the founding fathers of this sport.

This man invented the MTB. He currently signs some collections

for Trek

And in eleventh position we find her, my beloved Rocky Mountain. Historical Canadian brand

famous for the quality of its bikes, real master peace.

Rocky Mountain bikes are tested directly to Whistler.

A little like turning with a Ferrari on the Imola trail

Extreme KonMari kitchen declutter and deep clean - Duration: 15:27.

Hi guys, welcome to today's video!

Today I'm actually in New Zealand for the week. I'm staying at my parents' house.

I am standing in their kitchen, and I said to my mum

that I would help her declutter if she wanted me to. She said "yes".

Dad's a little bit more reluctant but I'm going to give it a go.

And of course I won't get rid of anything without vetting it with them first.

But I just think that their cupboards are a little bit crowded, and mum does want me to have

a go through them and clear them out. She thinks that they have too much stuff.

So I'm going to try and help - just to simplify the kitchen a bit better.

Dad does most of the cooking, so I want to try and make it easier for him and make the room

somewhere where he can enjoy being in this room a little bit more.

Alright, let's get into it!

So I'm going to start by giving everything a quick vacuum.

Just on the roof - I clean from the top down. So I'm getting rid of any dust and any cobwebs,

giving the tops of the cupboards a quick wipe, and then I'll start opening cupboards

and having a look in them. So I'm just really going to concentrate today on crockery and cutlery.

I'm not really worried about pantry and food and that kind of thing.

That is what my mum wants me to look at today.

And we'll see if Dad can bear to part with some of his stuff.

So, first we've got this wall by the stove.

And it's just got some ingredients in the right hand side here -

And, in this cupboard down here

And, so this cupboard here is what I want to have a look at.

It has a lot of mugs and things - but I don't think

they use a lot of what's on the top shelf .

And there's also a lot of old, chipped faded things which

I think we could probably clear out

and bring some of the newer stuff to the front.

They've got so many glasses that I don't think that they use all of them.

And, even if they want to keep them, I think what we could do is

put the less used stuff in another cupboard,

where it's less accessible, and

just have everyday stuff that they use more accessible, and not so crowded.

There's also this pots and pans cupboard, and it's on like a

a lazy Susan.

Sorry it's a little bit dark in there.

A lot of pots, a lot of bowls, a lot of pans.

So I'll have a look at that.

Cutlery drawers.

And utensils drawers are quite full.

So we'll have a look in there.

This is like, 60 years of stuff accumulating.

Maybe 50 years.

And this utensil drawer is quite crowded. I'm not sure how Dad can find anything in here.

I think he does use quite a lot of it though. So I just want to sort out any duplicates

or anything he doesn't use and just make it easier for him to find things.

Under the sink, dad has got his new Nutri Bullet. Which we bought him for Christmas - all of us kids

pooled in and bought it for Christmas.

And... cleaning stuff.

This is pretty much mostly pantry. But at the bottom of it,

"Thank you Bud"

There is a whole lot of crockery and stuff.

And I think this is more their everyday stuff that they use.

So, I don't expect them to get rid of too much of that.

We might just re-arrange some of that and then put some of the lesser used

used stuff in a different place that's not in the way.

Then I think under here, under the oven, we've got pans and things

We've got a huge steamer and a whole lot of microwave containers - which I don't think they

necessarily use anymore but I'll ask them.

And in here we've got

plastic storage containers and a LOT of teacups.

It's safe to say my parents will never run out of cups.

Cupboard's now empty, and it's really, really dusty inside. I don't know when the last time they cleaned it out.

But this is a lot of glasses. And look, I think these are from the 60's or 70's.

How gorgeous are these!

Lovely.

And, little wine glasses. I would totally take these home and use them.

Because they're the perfect size to fit in your dishwasher.

And heaps of mugs...

Look at the yellow and green ones.

I think they're from the 70's, 60's or 70's.

How cool are they.

And then I'm also really excited - look what I found!

These are from my childhood.

I think that is Baa Baa black sheep,

And of course, that's Humpty Dumpty.

And these are little nursery rhyme cups from when I was little.

I wonder if my mum - if my mum doesn't want them,

I wonder if I can take these home for Bud and Toots.

These are so cool. There's a couple more here too.

I think one is really faded from having been washed in the dishwasher.

That was - I think that was Little Miss Muffet.

You can see, that's her in her dress.

And there's another Baa Baa black sheep one.

How cool is that!

So I'm going to have to ask mum what she definitely uses,

and what she wants to go in the deeper storage, or is happy to get rid of.

I think some of these things she said - these are like old ice cream sundae things.

It's really greasy - it needs to have a bit of wash. But

they don't use these. When they have ice cream they just use bowls.

So, things like this she said we can get rid of.

I'm going to go and ask them, and we'll come back and sort it out.

So I'm super proud of mum and dad because they're getting rid of

all this stuff. And actually, a few more things which I've wrapped up.

All this is is going to go to the hospice shop - it's like a thrift store, like Goodwill.

I've started wrapping them up newspaper in this box that dad got for me, so we can take them away.

And then here - here's what the cupboard looks like now!

Although I might end up putting some stuff up the top from another cupboard which I'm going to declutter.

Just to space things out a bit. But this is mainly what they're keeping,

nice mugs and spare mugs up there. Stuff that my niece has given them.

And four wine glasses - and they had quite a few wine glasses. So keeping four is pretty good.

And we found some really nice blue and white teacups in another cupboard, and

they're just gorgeous and I don't know why they're not using them. So

We've put them out front along with their favourite cups.

I'm really pleased with how this cupboard turned out.

And hopefully dad is too, when he gets over the trauma

of decluttering stuff.

It's all cleaned out and I put some stuff back.

Some of the stuff is going in another cupboard,

but we're getting rid of .....

ALL this stuff.

Well, that's from the other cupboard - but all these teacups and stuff

teapots - look at these vintage picnic cups. Camp cups, whatever you want to call them.

Old container, these plates are going in the pantry.

There's an old lid that doesn't go with something.

An old sugar bowl.

Old teapot. Mum wants to give these to the thrift shop.

All this stuff here -

And then we've got some more containers over on the other table.

This is one of those old - remember these? When you used to buy the butter in the blocks and then put it in the fridge.

Old containers, that's got holes and cracks in them.

An old biscuit tin. A very old chipped plate from the 70's or 80's.

I actually remember eating on these when I was a kid.

And some containers which dad reckons he's going to put in his garage.

to keep things in but

we'll see because mum wants the garage decluttered too.

Cleaning out this cupboard above the stove -

There's not much in it. It's mainly

microwave containers.

That's like a big Chinese steamer thing which they want to keep.

Which is quite cool - that is definitely old school.

So I'm just going to clean this out, and go from there.

Pantry - I'm not going to tackle food today.

But we are going to tidy up these lower shelves.

I think most of the stuff mum and dad want to keep.

But there's a few things she said we can declutter.

So I'll just try and organise it a bit better for them.

Pots and pans in here, which dad and I are going to go through.

And then we've got

these ones in here too.

So we're going to go through those but I'm running out of camera battery.

So I'm not to record it all. But I'll report back when we've gone through it.

So these are all dad's pots and pans.

I think he can cater for 50,000 people with all this stuff.

The old aluminium pot. You've got two deep friers -

You've got another pot, you've got heaps of basins, and more bowls there.

And then this needs cleaning out.

We found some great stuff in the corner, didn't we dad?

We found an ice bucket, which they don't use.

And an old rusted tea kettle. That's mum's old whistling kettle.

Dad's cleaning out the drawers and I'm supervising.

We're getting tired, but we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

So we're not going to stop 'til we're finished.

"What are those?"

"Orange peelers."

"When's the last time you used them?"

"I haven't, because I didn't know they were there."

[snorts and laughs]

"Shut up!" [laughing]

"What's that?"

"Carving knife."

"Can opener, that's a can opener, THAT's a can opener."

"Some of these are no good."

"OK, which ones are no good?"

"They're different sizes."

Don't mess with the father! He's got like 10 butcher knives in there.

You don't want to be breaking into this house!

It could be dangerous.

Alright, so now we're going to tackle the utensil drawer.

"How're you feeling dad?"

"Optimistic?"

"Cool."

"Don't worry, we're not going to get rid of EVERYTHING."

We've kind of loosely categorised things

so we've got about - 200 spatulas here

Three whisks.

1 - 2 - 3 - 4 ladles.

A lot of these fish slice spatulas things - as well as like closed ones.

Tons of wooden spoons - mixing spoons. And some plastic ones.

We've gonna have to be ruthless here dad.

Look how much he decluttered!

Mum's going to be very pleased.

"Oi!" [laughter]

Two more drawers I think. This one and this one - there's not much though.

Mum wants dad to clear these out, and dad doesn't want to.

"Nothing there to clear."

"I'm just Switzerland."

Oh my gosh - we are done!

I'm exhausted.

Dad's exhausted.

"You happy Dad? Look how you're decluttering! That's only a small fraction of it."

[whispering] He's going through, seeing if he can keep any of it!

"You don't need that Dad."

OK guys, I just want to let you know I'm super proud of my dad.

Look at all these utensils he's getting rid of.

And all this stuff - there's a rusty old wire sieve there.

And tons of disposable stuff.

And all this stuff to go to Goodwill - like the thrift store.

It's like a cake thing.

So proud of dad!

He's done really, really well.

So we've put all the cutlery up here.

They've got like three sets of cutlery but

when everyone comes around to visit for dinner they kind of need all the cutlery.

And then this utensil drawer - I just got dad to put the things that he

uses most often - like most days.

Like the knives and utensils, and spatulas and spoons and things.

Tongs that he uses most often.

Potato peelers, bottle / jar openers,

In this one there are spare eating implements

and spare scissors and cork screws and things they don't use as often.

And these are all the other utensils that he kept

that he doesn't use as often.

It looks heaps better.

It actually fits everything now, and there was actually stuff right at the back

behind the lazy Susan that was making it not turn so well.

We got rid of a lot of that stuff.

There were two deep friers in here. We got rid of those.

And some extra bowls.

And pans.

Non-stick pans that had all the non-stick coming off them.

We got rid of those.

And, now he can reach everything here

A couple of saucepans that he uses nearly every day and

his chopping boards.

Dad's just gone to get another box to put this in so we can donate this stuff.

And this is a box of rubbish.

So that is our KonMari kitchen declutter

at my parents' house

and I'm really really proud of dad

getting rid of so much.

I think he was a bit inspired by the [KonMari] Netflix series.

because we did watch a couple of episodes at my sister's place the other day.

one of the arguments that people come up with every single day when I'm telling

them electric cars of the future is the grid can't cope can the grid cope and

today we're going to be exploring can it can the UK National Grid or any grid in

anywhere in the world cope with the influx of every single driver having an

electric car

the short answer is yes obviously they can and the National Grid

have already made it very clear that they can cope already now with a massive

influx of electric vehicles and that is the first sort of reply i'd have to that

argument is the National Grid have already said they can cope with a

massive influx of electric vehicles today now there is a long answer to

why it can happen and there's a few alternatives that make this possible but

first of all I'd like to ask you to click the subscribe button down below for my

currently you'll get a notification when that video is uploaded now one of the

reasons is we don't all get home exactly the same time and plug in it exactly the

same time now to explain what I mean is if we all leave work at five o'clock

let's just say we all work have a five hour working day so we've just finished

at five or four you're finished at six we don't all get home at exactly the

same time and plug the car in it exactly the same time thing that the grid

struggles with two things one is peak the grids National Grid is built for

peak so sometimes power stations are basically not running because the grid

is built for when the highest peak we could possibly get is to stop power

blackouts they don't build the grid for the running of every single day it's

built the highest amount of peak the other thing that the grid struggles with

apart from peak demand is they also struggle with frequency response now to

put that mildly if everyone got home at exactly the same time and plug the car

in exactly the same time and turn the kettle's on exactly at the same time that

demands a really high response off the grid to quickly turn on those power

plants as quick as possible and power plants aren't really meant to respond

that quick there's very very few which can most of them are water storage

battery storage and stuff like that but now you're gonna say Nick you just said

that we don't all plug in the same time some of those cars are still going to be

charging when the other people get home at seven o'clock because obviously most

22 kilowatt or 30 or 40 kilowatt batteries will take three full five

hours to charge yes yes they will and some of those cars will will still be

charging which is why the National Grid and energy companies will come up with

more inventive tariffs now for example am with octopus energy if you want to

use a link down description below to join there's 50 pound credit they have

what they call an EV go tariff they also have one called agile octopus and

the way these two clever tariff's work will start with agile because it's

probably the most inventive you get half an hour pricing and your pricing changes

every single half an hour now they pre publish what these rates will roughly be

and what they're going to be and you can basically choose to charge your electric

car when the tariff is at the cheapest now occasionally there is oversupply on

the grid and prices go what we call negative negative means that agile

octopus's tariffs will pay you money to charge your car so they've been

basically incentivised tariffs like this with smart meters because smart meters

take half an hour readings and the National Grid and pricing structure of

the grid is half an hour pricing so smart tariffs fit in perfectly for that

and that is why smart tariffs are being rolled out even more to get better sort

of customized tariffs like this now the other one is octopus Go which encourages

you charge at night between 12:30 and 4:30 you pay 5p per kilowatt hour

now there's also eco 7 Tariffs which do similar to this and eco 5 etc

like that now there's lots of companies that do economy tariffs for cheap

charging at night and there's also going to be some tariffs that will discourage

you from charging at peak times peak loads and if you're being incentivized

by monetary value you're not going to want to charge your car at 6 o'clock

unless you absolutely have to and this is how the National Grid and energy

companies will work towards balancing this peak now the important part about

this to learn which is amazing sort of thing that no one

really realizes when the grid drip drops you know basically drops at night and

there's no use and it's low demand if you start filling up what they national grid

call the bathtub basically rising that low peak and bringing it closer towards

the medium or peak level then prices will actually fall in general for

every single customer because the grid is built for the lowest (highest) point if that

energy is now being used during the middle of the night but basically the

power tariffs will start to sort of flex and sort of bring down the overall peak

price because you're not paying for these power plants to be turned off

because they're actually being used hello the rest of the people who are now

saying yes I want to plug in at home when I get home and I don't want to be

told when I can charge not charge so what if everyone's like me

how will the grid cope well the other thing is not a lot of people will be

like that a lot of people will want to incentivize to charge at night and

because there's going to be quite a few of these people even though everyone

won't do it personally out I'm more open to charging at night because I don't

really need the car during the day but if it did need it during the day yes I'd

like to boost some electricity and what if everyone wants a boost of electricity

at the same time now they're not going to all want it but let's say there's a

high demand during peak football's on half time just happen and everyone's

turn the kettle's on how will the grid cope with an influx of electric cars and

that extra peak well amazingly electric cars will probably be the solution of

their own making and that is vehicle-to-grid vehicle to home or v2g

and V2h vehicle to grid and vehicle to home is basically using the battery of

your electric car if you're in a saying you've got a 60 kilowatt battery your

average commute per day is 25 miles each way so you're doing 50 miles a day and

your battery is full now you've got capacity there that you can sell back to

the grid the way it's going to work is the National Grid will pay you to dump

electricity back into the grid during peak so if you're like me prefer to

charge at night I'm charging at 5p during the night and I leave my car

plugged in during peak but not charging just plug with a full battery

I can choose to dump that electricity back to the grid now if I

dump that electricity back to the grid the National Grid will pay me say

10 P per kilowatt for the power I put back into the grid so I'm making 5 pence

per kilowatt hour by just leaving my car plugged in fully charged and not using

it now on top of vehicle to grid and vehicle to home there's other ways that

the grid can deal and cope with the extra demand of ev's and one of them is

already being enforced in new Olev rules soon and that'll be all charges will

have to be smart connected now the advantage of this for the National Grid

is if there was a massive influence of peak demand at the grid we're really

struggling to deal with and they know where all the charges are in a

particular area let's just say London is is completely under supplied then they

have enough electricity to charge all the cars there everyone's turned the

kettles on them really struggling smart devices like smart charges will allow

them to turn off your electric car charger maybe even for just a brief 25

30 seconds 1 minute 2 minutes just while the grid deals with everyone turn the

kettle's on and then when it dips again they can re turn your charger back on and

one of the charges that can do this was the talk i went to which was the zappi

charger they've got one way of doing it which is basically they're gonna be able

to turn on turn off you charge it depending on what peak load is and

off peak load so in theory the zappi charger could be set to charge your car

when electricity is very cheap and then turn it off completely when peak

demand is very high and the way that will be paid for is they'll incentivize

you to do both incentivize you to charge when it's cheap and incentivize you to

allow them to turn it off when you need it and that is gonna open some massive

avenues and a lot of electric charge car their point installers and stuff like

that charge point makers will be in sort of coming up with their own ways of

dealing with this some of them will go to vehicle to home vehicle to grid

solutions and some of them will go over ways now the other way that Ev's will

help is secondhand EV batteries obviously as many people will know with

ev batteries are in what they call the closed-circuit loop their recycling

etc is all closed loop which means that the batteries

not go to landfill they get reused in other purposes one of these is they do

350 kilowatt charging stations all have batteries onboard which charge during

low supply off peak demand so the National Grid not forcing 350 kilowatts

down your charger at one point they're basically dumping those battery loads

plus a bit of grid backup as well for the same dumping in now there's also

grid batteries that you can get at home like the tesla powerwall moxia and some

other batteries that you can basically having at home charge up from either off

peak grid sources or from solar if you have solar energy thank you very much

 Garth Crooks has taken a bizarre backhanded swipe at Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah and Dejan Lovren in his latest 'Team of the Week' selection for BBC Sport
