Youtube daily report w Feb 8 2019

hi I'm Erin today I had planned on getting a compost pile started

unfortunately the wind chill is 30 degrees below zero right now and

obviously Mother Nature doesn't want me to do that so instead we are inside

where it's warm to talk about the outside where it's very cold on our

Wyoming life

Mike is outside right now taking care of the animals because he draws the short

stick every single day but he'll be with us in just a minute

after he gets everybody fed and watered and hopefully he's not a frozen popsicle

so my plan today was to start a compost pile and show that even though it's

really cold that you can get a compost pile ready to go so that when spring

comes if that ever happens for us then the compost process can start but with

wind chills of 30 degrees below zero and school delayed for two hours this

morning our whole plans changed how you doing I'm cold but I got coffee

on my way you got coffee tea I feel so special

so yeah windchill this morning was at minus 34 when I went outside yeah

temperature was minus 20 it is slowly rising the plenty thing is the windchill

isn't the windchills going down because as the temperature comes up the wind is

coming up yeah and then driving in that windchill even lower and I think I don't

have talked about it or not but the kids had a delayed start I just briefly

mentioned it but yes so 5:30 this morning we both of our phones rang and

we get a call from the supering first yeah yours always goes first of the

mine's like a minute later the superintendent calls it's a recorded

message that we're on a two-hour delay start yes which is funny the temperature

the windchill was not any warmer when the kids went to school than it was like

when like oh they can't get the buses started yeah that's the problem

and obviously I felt better like sending our kids like when it's light out and

like there wasn't really snow on the roads but I did see like snowplows go by

and just it wasn't I want to say it wasn't as cold but it was still just as

cold so the kids get to hang out this morning though which they really they

like that enjoyed yeah yeah I don't want like gone on the bus

right away should every day be like this yes are you ready to go outside in the

cold no it's one of the questions I get every single day when I come out in the

door is what's your question you ask me all right Cass cows are fine you get mad

at me if I don't ask you we should worry about the cows I do worry about the cows

do I really worry about the pigs I worry about the cows but like they're also

like built for this kind of weather pigs don't have they have a little bit of

hair but it's not the same they're like squishier feel like sunburn is breeze

they're actually just fine cows got them fed and gave him an extra Bale so that

and they'll probably end up feeding him again this afternoon and he fed twice

yesterday right right they end up you know just

adding a little bit extra extra food keeps him warm yeah Bambi came in saw me

she like she always does pigs are fine I got them some extra straw and some

bedding material in there because the the ground of the Pigpen is frozen

summer : got him fed so they're happy went over

and hung out with the horses a little bit Bria ate a little bit of my

breakfast you gave me a breakfast bar beneath the breakfast my sheep part of

it horses have sugar I guess they like

sugar yeah they like anything and on my way back from taking care of those guys

I did see that the kids got on the bus okay so it is more like I said it is

warming up a little bit outside I think last time I checked we were like minus

12 or something like oh it's the heatwave it is initial doesn't doesn't

change wind feels stays exactly the same and honestly I'm and if you if you ever

heard of Louis black he's a comedian he did a whole bit about wind chill one

time and I totally agree with him if the wind chill is minus 27 degrees it's

minus 27 degrees it's just the wind chill I get that I get the reason behind

a.m. and I get how it you know affects the weather and stuff like that but if

it's mine if the wind chills minus 27 it's minus 27 degrees really honestly if

you're outside unless you're you know huddled and you know in behind a

windbreak or something you know which does make a difference yeah for the

animals that makes a difference I did look up a little bit a few wind break or

wind break wind chill facts this morning okay and a windchill of minus 20 degrees

or below is you're subjected to frostbite within one minute of being

outside but you don't cover up your face no my face is not frozen off maybe it's

just like extremities might be like finger tips and stuff

she knows okay I still have a nose so you're pretty much your day shot yeah

your day shot I did have some fun today I did go out and get to do something

that I wanted to do for a very long time I've never had a chance to do it but

it's one of those do not try this at home type of things because you can

really get hurt and then you did it at home I didn't I did it in the earth I

wasn't at home so it's it's the deal where you take the boiling water and you

throw it in the air sub-zero temperatures and and basically the gist

of it is that it turns to snow instantaneously instantaneously before

it hits the ground yeah

again do not try this at home but it it works it's a it's science it has to be

certain temperatures right below freezing below freezing obviously and

the water has to be above boiling which then makes that very dangerous and

there's a lot of people that have led in the hospital already this year I saw by

doing that have facebook video somebody that like threw it back on themselves

instead of like up and you know obviously out or like to the side or

know which way the winds blowing yeah yeah that's good

but yeah just be so on the safe side I did 48 works I've always wanted to know

if it works do it myself it works now you don't have to I went

over and check the tunnels the only thing that I have out here that starts

right now is the tractor everything else has been outside and nothing is stored

you leave the gate here at less than 80 that's wise

I love the Gator outside but the the tractor started so I drove the tractor

over took a look at the high tunnels everything looks fine in there in fact

even though it was I think at the time when I was over there it was like minus

17 degrees or something like that it was 32 degrees inside the high tunnel the

Sun is doing its job the sun is shining it is actually pretty nice outside

besides the freezing temperatures and you wouldn't know it that's what tricks

you as you look out the window you're like oh the sun shining and their snow

is glistening it looks so pretty then you walk outside and freeze the tip of

your nose oh yeah I peeked underneath your row covers and the everything's

still green nothing was frozen so you made it through another day well see ya

I do in these circumstances when we get these below zeros and its really just

put row cover on I should have doubled layered my row cover but I got sick this

weekend and so Sunday like temperatures kind of started dropping not this severe

on stuff but I should have I usually should have went over and

double covered stuff but I was sick and I was like nope it's not happening

Monday in fact I put the kids to school and Lincoln and I just hung out and got

feeling better and stuff so uh yeah it's just one of those things everyone's like

how's your high talents I was like we'll find out after we uh after we get to the

other side of this cold front and stuff there's really not much I can do with no

heat in there it's either gonna live or it's not gonna live so it's just real

cover and right out the cold summer so I interrupted you what what's your comp Oh

playing they're still gonna compost I need compost for the big garden and both

high tunnels we'll need some compost the winter garden height ona won't need

compost till fall but the new high tunnel I want to get a little bit more

compost in there before we plant tomatoes so we need to get some compost

going and so here in the next the forecast obviously doesn't look ideal

for the next two weeks better than this 30 below stuff but yeah so when we give

a nice sunny day and we can get some I want fresh manure and that was you tried

to get some fresh manure because the barn never really freezes it did today

okay now also really quick I guess I don't talk about this if you have never

This method is so easy. Maybe you feel pain when pinch the calves inside place. Actually,it is stiff muscle.

If you get condition that don't feel when pinch that place,your knee is no pain. Because knee muscle become soft,and because can to get enough nutrition. Even the pinch doing only,your muscle is become soft.

But that method is take a long time. I recommend to move knee joint with pinching.

are just getting our day started sleeving this truck stop up here this

past portage it's another another pretty cold one this morning I know that is to

be the fact just trying to see in the mirror if all of my fields are turning

you don't need one of them wheels not turning right yeah that's usually how

that goes but I know it's a little bit of a weird angle how you got to get out

of here guys are always parking where there shouldn't really be parking like

this guy but anyways the Sun is pretending to come up over there it's

not all the way up yet but might be coming up here at any minute though you

know everne alright but anyways we got 489 kilometers - I mean kilometres miles

to go to our customers so it should be about eight hours maybe eight hours yeah

RJ that's exactly what we're going right okay I guess we got to be I guess

this is considered a lane up here so I guess we'll

make sure we are in here right by as you guys can see the sky is turning nice and

orange already all like that that Sun should be nicely visible here in a few

minutes

well yeah so we haven't gotten a reload yet and so I don't know what we're gonna

be doing after this but I know sure I'm gonna get there this afternoon probably

about 3 4 o'clock so we'll make sure we get this load off I told them I wouldn't

be available to tomorrow morning anyway so I figured then I just want to take it

easy today I don't know why

regardless let's get going here appreciate you guys tuning in again for

another trucker Rudi show and let's see what kind of day we can have today right

I have already been going for a good vial here guys and we still have

beautiful sunshine I like it a lot guys I really do

I'm already up in Illinois or Illinois US or whatever I were you guys say it

and we are on the US us are we're on high 39 going southbound and down we go

yeah that's right

now I think I'm gonna be making me up it's tough you're pretty soon though I

really do think it's getting closer and closer to that time where we gotta make

this a little bit of a pit stop and take our half an hour break and then

maybe I was a little bite to eat or something and continue on cruising alone

here right but at least the temperature is finally finally starting to warm up a

little bit it's now only 21 minus 21 Celsius it was still minus 36 this

morning when I took off from that logs so still the fairly cold one but now

it's finally starting to get a little bit more reasonable in my opinion

however we still do see a quite a few trucks broke down probably frozen up

alright guys it is time to go take us a shower

I know there's a little bit over fries on here so I mean quickly uh go inside

and get me a good shower I need to get out of my misery I don't know I've been

kind of miserable here for the last couple of days so I need to get out of

that bad mood get myself back up lift it back up and be happy it again right but

anyways let's see we can do that with a shower just finished having that shower

guys man oh man I'm telling you now I feel great and it's warmed up quite a

bit over here so I'm seeing all my snow and everything is starting to or ice is

starting to melt on this truck now so that is awesome I like that I actually

like that a lot but anyways we got a hundred and

forty-three miles to go till we get to our delivery and we still have not

gotten a reload I know it's taking them so long

today but sure doesn't look too promising and that's why I didn't really

push too hard either right I didn't feel like it was a big rush because I didn't

have a reload yet right and so I decided to take it a little easy right

but it has gotten kind of cloudy up here though it really has I just hope it

ain't gonna be like snowing or anything like that up here right

hi I'm really happy I pulled in here got me that awesome shower it was nice

no I feel much better at the entrance to the laptop Oh more a week now and yes

some of that stress is maybe disappeared a little bit I'm open anyways entrance

to the laptop let's get back on the interstate here

i-55 I know we got a big city to go through here in a little bit not sure

exactly how far how far it is up to there st. Lou you believe it is and

sometimes there can be a little bit of traffic up there so how's kind of open

up be true there by now but we slept in a little bit this morning so

we're not true there just yet but maybe soon right now looks like six 26 miles

and I got a stay on i-64 West US 40 / 55 / Illinois at 3 yo yo yo a buncha roads

are running together up there it looks like many a sequence it's go 426 let's

see we can get through the town there or city before the big massive rush hour

look here guys we are just about to get to our our customer here and we are

finally starting to see some more sunshine that I like a lot

oh yeah that's for sure only sad part is I still don't have a reload offer yet so

I'm not 100% sure exactly what we're going to be doing after this Wow

I have no clue what we're gonna be doing after this is what I should really say

but whatever we'll go back here about 10 miles there's a truck stop there and I

know I can stay there for the night I guess and

find out in the morning I guess maybe they'll have something by the morning

right sent them a message a little while ago what's it look like

for a reload for me no reply yet well I guess that's how it goes but I am

enjoying the nice weather over here it's zero so it's like just at the freezing

point that is much nicer than having -36 this morning yeah I like that a heck of

a lot more but anyways let's go find our customer while I've been here before so

I don't really have to find them I know exactly how to get there but it's get

there and get this load off and hopefully by that time we have a reload

or at least we know we're doing right here we go guys we finished doing our

delivery here and it was taking them a little while to get me offloaded but we

never did receive a reload offer yet so I went back to the truck and guess what

I did I started cleaning my truck it was super super dirty in here so there's

still a little few flakes here and there but you know I gotta take my garbage out

yet but look at my nice shiny dashboard here guys oh yeah and that's that ND

filter that I always put on the camera there's actually two of them one is a

darker one and then the top one you might be able to see is dark on the top

and clear on the bottom right but yeah look at that

got everything nicely cleaned that cleaned my windshield from the inside

wiped off all the floor to dashboards everything so that was due to I hadn't

done it since me and the wife was in Texas right that's the last time I did

it so it was definitely do you might be able to hear a little bit of music

playing in the background there sometimes when I'm not saying nothing

and that's because I'm listening to my sponsor trucker jukebox on speaker radio

10) At number 10 is the old city of Avignon

The historic centre of Avignon is still surrounded by ramparts dating from the fourteenth century,

and at four kilometres long, they are equipped with seven doors to the city and 39 towers.

Visitors can enjoy walking through the old centre of Avignon and wandering around cobbled

stone streets filled with historic buildings.

9) Number 9 is Pont d'Avignon, St Bénézet's Bridge

St Bénézet's Bridge, is one of Avignon's most iconic sites, though to call it a bridge

may be slightly inaccurate as much of it was washed away in the 17th century.

Built in 1185, originally there were 22 arches, of which only four remain today.

Visitors can learn all about the bridge's development and construction in the exhibition

space, then see the chapel dedicated to its legendary founder, St. Bénézet.

A walk along what remains of this vital crossing point, which still stretches around 200 meters

onto the water, gives unbeatable views of the Rhône and Avignon.

8) At number 8 is Barthelasse Island

Barthelasse is one of the biggest River Islands in France and is situated between the two

branches of the Rhône.

Many areas are devoted to leisure and relaxation, including a skate park, a soccer field, swimming

pools, a lake and a children's recreation centre.

The island is a great place to observe nature with some of the island's banks home to shrews,

badgers and martens and also hawks, grey herons and cormorants.

Visitors can use the free boat service or go by car across the Daladier Bridge.

7) Number 7 is Avignon Cathedral

Avignon Cathedral is a beautiful Roman Catholic Church located next to the Palais des Papes.

The cathedral is a Romanesque building, constructed primarily in the second half of the 12th century.

Visitors can admire its iconic bell tower, which is capped with a golden statue of the

Virgin Mary on top of the spire.

Inside the church there are the tombs of the Avignon popes and heavy arches lead to the

beautiful side chapels.

6) At number 6 is Le Rocher des Doms

A gentle five-minute stroll up a small hill and not far from the Pont d'Avignon are

the lovely gardens of the Rocher des Doms, an oasis of greenery overlooking the Rhône.

Constructed in 1830, the garden is a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll and offers breath

taking panoramic views of the region.

It is also the location of a number of interesting fountains and sculptures.

5) Number 5 is Musée Calvet

Open to the public for more than 200 years the Calvet Museum was founded after the local

doctor and collector Esprit Calvet donated his art, library and cabinet of curiosities

to the city of Avignon.

The Calvet Museum today houses works of art from the 16th to 20th century, and holds many

collections.

4) At number 4 is the Carthusian Monastery of Avignon

The Carthusian monastery of Val de Bénédiction, located in Avignon is an exceptional medieval

site and classified as an ancient monument.

Built in the 14th century by Pope Innocent VI, it was the largest French Carthusian monastery

during the Middle Ages.

The site includes the church, the Cardinal Palace, three cloisters surrounded by 40 monks

cells, the chapel and lovely gardens.

During the Revolution, the monastery suffered terrible damage but it has since been restored

and visitors can wander around or take a guided tour.

3) Number 3 is Pont du Gard Aqueduct

One of the most visited ancient monuments in France and a listed world heritage site

by Unesco, the Pont du Gard is located near Nîmes, Uzés and Avignon.

This magnificent site served as an aqueduct until the 6th century before becoming a tollgate

in the Middle Ages and finally a road bridge from the 18th to 20th century.

The Museum of the Pont du Gard, retraces the history of the aqueduct's construction and

its contribution to the way of life during the Roman Era.

2) At number 2 is the The Church of St Pierre

The Church of St Pierre is located right in the centre of Avignon, in a cobbled square

that bears the same name, the Place Saint-Pierre, and a stone's throw from the Palace of the

Popes.

St Pierre is famous for its elaborate and flamboyant Gothic facade and its solid walnut

doors.

Inside the church visitors can see the beautiful gilded choir from the 1700s, renaissance and

baroque paintings, as well as the 15th-century relics of Saint-Pierre de Luxembourg, with

his actual cardinal's robes and hat.

The Palace of the Popes is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was built to accommodate

the Popes who came to Avignon from Rome, leading the city to adopt the name 'The City of

Popes.'

One of the largest Gothic palaces in the world it was built in the 14th century and towers

over the town of Avignon.

Visitors can explore the majestic halls and chapels, learn all about the life and work

of the nine popes who called the palace home and marvel at priceless murals and frescoes

We've had three chances now with Manchester City away, Leicester at home and West Ham away to really establish ourselves at the top of the table but we're going through a lean spell last couple of games and have let it slip through our fingers

 Normally in any other season you'd think two draws wasn't a problem but it shows how far the bar has been raised and how many points you need in the last few years

 It's a blow but we've still got a game in hand and it could actually take some pressure off them

When you're in front, you have more pressure than when you're behind. Yes you've got to make up the points, but everyone is looking at the top team

Catch up on all the news from Anfield as it happened today HERE  But the main worry isn't Manchester City, it's getting the injured players strong again and get the squad depth back to support the starting XI on the pitch to give us the best opportunity to win each game

We've missed a few big players for us and that's been a big problem for the balance of the team

 Henderson and Milner have done a decent enough job at right-back for example, but we need Trent or Gomez there for the balance of the team

I think our midfield has struggled in the last two games. We haven't got to grips with both games in that area with Jurgen unable to play the midfield three that he'd want to play

   It important to get the players back at right-back and in midfield that we need to make us fluid again

Hopefully we can get a good win and restore the balance. I know it's all about results and getting the points but we need a performance

We haven't had a clean sheet with a performance for a while now so that would be nice

Hello and welcome back to my channel

So if you follow me on Instagram, then you know that I've been doing this celery juice cleanse

I know it was really popular all of the month of January

I didn't get on it until the end of January Sunday

February 3rd is my last day and this is how we celebrate in a wineglass

So I had heard a lot of good things about

Celery juicing and I figured why not put myself to the challenge

Just kind of felt like I needed to cleanse after the holidays even though it's already end of January beginning of February

And I figured a challenge is always fun because you push yourself

To do something every single day and I find that when you do something every single day

You see results a lot better than just doing it

Every now and then so as vain as this sounds to be honest

The biggest reason why I did it was for clear glowing skin

my skin does tend to be pretty clear for the most part unless I have some type of allergy reaction which with

Cross-contamination and eating out can happen a lot from what I've learned about the celery juice cleanse

is that the guy from medical medium has really hyped this up and

His facts to it is that it's really high in vitamin A B C and K

It's really high in potassium and magnesium and because it's so high in those vitamins it helps repair skin and produce collagen

Which is great it fights against cancer and liver disease. It's an anti-inflammatory

for the gut it's

antifungal and antibacterial

So it is a great detox for the gut cuz it takes all of those toxins out it

Definitely a hundred percent for me has helped up with brain fog and migraine helps with acne it helps with eczema

There's so many great things and good benefits that comes from a celery juice cleanse. It's also a great boost for your cardiovascular ability

So if you're an athlete this is a great thing for you to try out because it's so great for the blood flow

So yeah, I can go on and on about how many great things I've read up on now

I want to talk to you guys about my experience with the whole thing

Was it all benefits or were there some downs to it?

First of all, the taste a lot of people have an issue with the taste to be honest. I'm okay with it

I say that by the fifth and sixth day. I was actually crazy more

so from what the medical medium recommends is about 16 ounces of celery juice one stock will make

16 18 if you get a really big one

Maybe 20 ounces of celery juice

Now what I do highly recommend that because it is a detox you would have to go with organic

I mean you could do the regular one with a bunch of chemicals and GMOs

But like what is the point of detoxing your body?

If you're just gonna be putting more chemicals into your body, so I highly recommend that you get organic celery

There are people that are doing the challenge for a whole month

I only did it for seven days

and when I noticed the first day after having the full glass of celery juice is

The amount of energy that it gave me it almost made me a little bit jittery

Almost like I had had coffee like black coffee

Which is weird because coffee usually makes me jittery and gives me crazy anxiety

This only made me a little bit jittery and then I would say about an hour and a half. Maybe two hours later

I'm sitting at my desk at work and I start hearing and feeling this crazy Rumble in my stomach

I'm getting really excited because I'm like, yes, it's working. I'm about to go detox everything else

So although most people's experience is like that mine was a complete opposite and when I would go to the washroom

There was no number two and there was no gas coming out. So I was kind of like what is this gonna come out?

Why is it taking so long? And then I think about three hours after the celery juice and after the rumble

I started having a little bit of pain in my

lower left side and I think it's just because of the amount of gas that was building up in there and I couldn't

Release it and by this point. I was also starting to get really hungry

So I did have a croissant with me and as soon as I had that everything went away, so there was no more pain

No more Rumble. No nothing and I came home. I probably didn't go to the washroom until about 8:30 9:00 p.m

Even though I had this glass of celery juice at about maybe eight o'clock and when I did go to the washroom

I was very little and it was pretty much diarrhea

So now we're on to the second day and again about an hour and a half two hours. Later

I start feeling that Rumble but my stomach it doesn't blow

It's just very flat very tight

Like like when you wake up first thing in the morning, however, I did notice that I get really really hungry

Like I'm the type of person that wakes up and has to eat

I can't leave my house without eating I had to eat right after the celery juice. I mean not right after the celery juice

I gave myself about maybe 45 minutes and then I'd have something for example

Like chia pudding which I've been having a lot of and then I felt like my stomach was okay. The rumbling wasn't so bad

I still couldn't go to the washroom

And then when I came home, I actually don't think I went to the washroom at all

But the next morning again very loose stool

I was a little worried so I looked it up and apparently

The more toxins that you have in your body the more your body's gonna be really sensitive to it

I've also never done any type of cleanse before my body, I guess was a little bit sensitive to it

It wasn't anything too crazy, but I did read that a few people went through that

so the more toxins that you have in your body the looser your stool is gonna be and

There might be a little bit of discomfort

what I should have done and what I suggest to you guys if you're gonna be starting this celery juice cleanse is to maybe do

Half of a celery stock don't do the full thing start slow get your body really used to it first

Like I really should have started at least my two days half the celery and then got full celery stalk

So by the third day I had gone to the washroom

That's when everything finally came out the rumble in my stomach wasn't as bad by the fourth and the fifth day

There was no rumble at all. But again the amount of energy that I had was

Incredible like I went all day just full energy. I come home. I cook I clean the house

I do like a bunch of stuff and

Usually by the end of the day. I don't have that amount of energy, but this was like a different level

It's like having a coffee maybe a couple times a day. We've also had some pretty crappy weather in Toronto

It's been really really cold. It's been a little wet. It's been snowing. It's just been all over the place

It's been a terrible week in Toronto weather-wise anyways

And usually when it gets really rainy and really humid I tend to get migraines

I haven't had a migraine all week, which is surprising with this weather

So are you guys I'm just realizing how crazy I look right now and it's just because it's first thing in the morning

At the beginning I wasn't seeing that skin glow that everybody was talking about

And I'm like is this even working like I have the runs my stomach is bubbling like crazy

I'm definitely seeing some progress with my skin now, which is making me really really happy. My stool is finally firming up. I

will say that I have had a lot of gas coming out of both ends if we're gonna be completely honest here and

My burps have been so loud and powerful

This might be a little much but if you're planning on doing the celery juice challenge

These are things that you're gonna want to know I will say nothing smells about it, though

I just felt like I had to include that one in there the bumps that I've had on my face are finally starting to go

away

This allergy reaction happened on my face in December and it usually clears up

within a month like the month along is and it's been a really long time and it's starting to kind of freak me out because

On another note like I don't know if maybe my my body's starting to have a sensitivity to something else

But that's something that I need to figure out. I don't know with other foods could be maybe a gluten sensitivity

I have no idea but that's a completely different video. But yes, it has been helping out

It took a while it is only 7 days that I've been doing this for

So considering that I've started seeing better results within the 5th 60

It's pretty good now

for the cost of it because I know everybody's wondering I think that if you were doing it in the beginning mid at January it

Was really expensive you saw very little celery left at grocery stores, like everything was gone

Everybody went mad about this celery juice cleanse and I did notice that the prices were a little bit higher

I'm gonna say anywhere from eight to ten dollars a celery stock

It was really really expensive the last couple celery stalks that I got were down to four dollars, which is amazing

I mean compared to the eight dollars like it literally went down in half and it's still organic

But my thing is if you go out to buy a juice

it's gonna cost you anywhere from eight to ten dollars and some places even charge up to twelve dollars and even if you don't have

A juicer at home. Don't worry about it. You can definitely cut up the celery stock in small pieces

I'd say about an inch throw it in your blender add a little bit of water enough to get it to you know

Mix and shred the pieces and then just drain it

Drain it into like a head bag a cheesecloth

Anything that you could take the fiber out with I mean it you can't drink it with a fiber

But you can take it out. That's up to you

If you want to take the fiber and just put it into like a cheesecloth

Or you can even grab a t-shirt

Just make sure that you squeeze all the juice out and that the fiber is still is really really dry so that you know what?

All the juice came out and it works just as well. You don't need to have a juicer for it at all

But yeah, so far a really good experience with it. This is definitely something that I'm gonna continue doing

Maybe not every single day, but it is something that I want to continue doing

I actually just noticed not with the camera that I do have a bit of a glow. I'm not even wearing any highlight

 But Silva insisted: "It is not problematic at all – especially when you have a squad like ours

 "If we don't have injuries – and I hope that we don't – then we can cope, no problem at all

 "The worst thing for us is having to wait to play, when you have seven days or 10 days between games

It is so boring when you have seven days without a game. "This is what we love to do

It is good to have lots of games as it means we are fighting for everything. Mentally it is good

We will try to do it."

Let's talk about the verb

"to have", which is "tener".

Shall we get started?

"Yo tengo zapatos", "I have shoes".

"Tú tienes zapatos", "You have shoes".

These are two examples of how you can hear

or use the verb "tener".

The Spanish pronouns.

"Yo", which is "I".

"Tú", which is "you", informal.

"Usted", which is "you", formal.

"Él o ella", which is "he or she".

"Nosotros", which is "we".

"Ustedes", which is "you" plural.

"Ellos o ellas", which is "they".

"Ellos", "they" masculine.

"Ellas", "they" feminine.

Let's conjugate the verb "tener" in the present tense.

Yo tengo.

Tú tienes.

Usted tiene.

Él o ella tiene.

Nosotros tenemos.

Ustedes tienen.

Ellos o ellas tienen.

When we're using the verb "tener", "to have",

and we have another verb that follows like,

"I have to go", we add the word "que".

For example, "Tengo que ir al baño"

means "I have to go to the bathroom".

To make it a little easier to understand

how to conjugate the verbs,

there are a few tricks.

For example, "I" and "we"

have their own conjugation.

"Tú" informal, which is "you",

has its own conjugation.

Now, the rest is easy.

"You" formal, "he" or "she" have

the exact same conjugation on the verbs.

"Ustedes", "ellos o ellas", which is "you" plural,

they have the exact same conjugation.

Now, another trick to do this

is the same conjugation for the singular,

you grab it and you add an "en" at the end,

and that's the conjugation for the plural.

"You" formal, "You" plural, add an "en", make it plural.

 Aston Villa signed Lovre Kalinić from Gent in the winter transfer window and the goalkeeper has signed a four-and-a-half year deal with the English club

 The Croatia international has made four starts in the league for the Championship side and has kept one clean sheet, while conceding six goals in the process

 He conceded three goals on his debut against Swansea City in the FA Cup and as a result, his side were knocked out of the cup competition

 Things have not been easy for the 28-year-old at Villa Park, but that doesn't change the fact that he still remains the first choice shot stopper for his country, according to Croatia's former goalkeeper Mario Galinović

 "Kale is currently undefeated as our best goalkeeper and his number one in the national team is not questioned at all," Galinović was quoted as saying by Večernji List

 "No start is easy, he has flown into the mix when the results of the team are not very good

He alone cannot change it as an individual.  "I do not know how real their [Villa] ambitions are to get into the Premier League next season, but for Kalinic it's a step forward

 Alford signed a three-year contract with the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday, two days after being released by the Atlanta Falcons in a salary-cap move

 Because he was released, he was permitted to sign with a new team before the start of the NFL's new league year on March 13

 Alford, a second-round draft pick by the Falcons in 2013, had two years and $17 million left on his contract when he was released

He signed a four-year, $38 million extension ($21 million guaranteed) in December 2016

The Falcons saved $7.9 million against the 2019 salary cap with the move. Alford, 30, started 76 of 88 games with the Falcons, playing 4,904 defensive snaps

He finished his Falcons stint with 291 tackles, 10 interceptions, 59 pass breakups and two defensive touchdowns

Alford probably was best known for intercepting New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in Super Bowl LI and returning the interception 82 yards for a touchdown
