Wellington Beef (Solomillo a la Wellington) | Felicitas Pizarro - Duration: 3:14.
Today, a classic, Wellington Beef with pork tenderloin,
super tender with a lovely mushroom puree,
smoked bacon and a extremely crunchy crust from a homemade dough we will prepare right now.
I will show how to make it.
Delfina please come closer.
Let's mix 3/4 cup of flour,
3/4 cup of rice flour,
a pinch of salt
and 150 grams of cold butter.
Let's integrate all our ingredients till we get a sandy texture.
Once we reach this texture let's add 1 egg.
Mix it and once it's ready take it to the fridge for 30 minutes.
Let's continue with the mushroom puree, paste.
We will cut in quarters 300 grams of mushrooms and process them.
Ready.
Take a look at this wonderful paste.
And without adding anything we will dry it in a hot pan.
We want all the liquids to evaporate and to have a super dry paste.
Once ready, remove it from the heat.
In the same pan add some olive oil.
Here I have 700 grams of pork tenderloin.
Salt & pepper.
Let's go.
Salt & pepper to the other side.
Now sear it from both sides.
Tenderloin ready.
It's time for us to cover it with the lovely paste.
And now cover it with 100 grams of smoked bacon or if you prefer some parma ham.
And now it's time for everything to became together.
Here I have my already cooled dough.
Let's stretch it.
We want the dough to be thin because our meat it small.
And now let's wrap the tenderloin.
Be careful it doesn't break, it has plenty of butter and it might make it brake.
Of course you can buy the dough.
Join the edges & make it tidy.
Oven tray for our wellington.
Now, take it to the oven for 30 minutes at a high heat temperature till it's golden & lovely.
Wellington ready, let's cut it in a board.
Let's watch the inside, time for the surprise.

protect my egg by covering it in obsidian or cobblestone and I can't block I also can't
lose my egg which means I will have to defend my egg a lot and I can't go and kill other
people cause I am gonna lose my egg if I do that I am just gonna start of slow by getting
that guy.

getting close to our egg to destroy it.

directly to your eyes and you loss your vision.
You become a blind person.
What will happen in that specific moment?
Will you complain because you didn't appreciate enough your vision, your eyes?
How will you feel?
How will your life change?
That was exactly what happened to the bee of our fable and welcome to this principle
which is, live your life to the fullest each day.
The exercise and technique that I am going to share with you today, I learned it from
Steve Jobs.
Because when he knew that he got cancer, he realized that he was going to die soon.
As you, as me, as all the human beings in this world, that is the only certainty.
That we are going to die, maybe in one week, tomorrow, now, in one hour, in one year, it
doesn't matter.
But the problem is that we are use live our life as if we have all the years to live and
we are not aware that our time in this planet is limited and we are postponing everything,
we are procrastinating all our decisions, and that was what Steve Jobs realized in his
own life.
So he asked himself, what would I do today, if today was my last day of life?
Imagine how powerful is this question.
What would I do today, if today was my last day of life?
Just imagine that.
Would you waste your time?
I don't think so.
You will use your time in those things that are really important for you.
You will share time with people that are really important for you, that contribute you, that
you feel good, that you know that they are good people.
Good friendships and good relationships.
Ask yourself this question right now, what would I do today, if today was my last day
of life?
Hey friend if today is your last day of life why don't go and follow your dreams?
Lets go and quit that job you hate.
Buy that ticket and travel.
Start your own company, jump from bungee jumping, cut your hair as you always wanted.
Be yourself, follow your dreams, follow your passions.
Stop telling yourself I can't, it's not time, it's not the perfect moment, because that
is just excuses that we tell ourselves.
Stop doing that and ask yourself, what would you do today, if today was your last day of
life?
Remember, is not about working hard, is about working smart.
So ask yourself right now this question.
I've been doing this exercise maybe since the last year and trust me, it is very powerful.
Because you realize since the morning how are you gonna use your time?
What are you gonna do?
How you are going to advance on your goals?
And that is why I am encouraging you to do it.
Ask yourself is very easy, you can do this while you are in the shower, while you are
in the traffic you just need one minute, thirty seconds, but trust me that will that will
make the difference, definitely.
So your exercise for this week is ask yourself, what will I do today if today was my last
day of life and do it.
Just do not tell you more excuses, just do it go for it, take the first step.

Dow closes above 20,000 as earnings, Trump rekindle rally - Duration: 2:42.
U.S. shares rallied on Wednesday,... with the Dow closing above 20,000 for the first
time... on the back of solid earnings and expectations about Donald Trump's pro-growth
initiatives.
Korean shares also extended their gains following another stellar day for Wall Street.
Kim Min-ji looks beyond the digits.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average smashed through the 20-thousand-point level for the first
time ever on Wednesday.
The historic rally... was helped by strong earnings... and expectations about President
Donald Trump's spending projects and other proposals for growth.
The Dow jumped nearly zero-point-eight percent to close at a record high of 20-thousand-68-point-5.
The Dow has now risen by more than 17-hundred points since Trump won the election back in
November.
The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq also hit all-time highs, with both having risen nearly 10 percent
since Trump's presidential victory.
"I think the momentum is still strong and I don't think that in the next couple of quarters
that the momentum will reverse itself."
Since his inauguration, Trump has signed several executive orders, including one to ease regulations
on domestic manufacturers and another giving the green light for the construction of two
controversial oil pipelines -- rolling back key environmental actions of the previous
administration.
"There has been a positive response to some of the presidential initiatives that have
been put into place already, bringing back XL pipeline and other things like that.
That certainly led to a lot of materials makers advancing, energy, the expectation of reflationary
policies has certainly helped the financials, particularly."
Korean shares also closed higher on Thursday.
The benchmark KOSPI added over 0-point-8 percent,... while the tech-heavy KOSDAQ surged nearly
1-point-2 percent.
Market bellwether Samsung Electronics hit a fresh record -- topping 2 million won per
share, or 1-thousand-725 dollars, at one point in trading.
It ended up just shy of 1-point-3 percent.
As for prospects for the Korean market down the line --
Korean shares are expected to extend the gains seen on Wall Street.
Now if the uncertainties around Trump's new policies diminish, the market rally is expected
to live on in the U.S.
But, experts point out that lingering concerns over increased protectionism... and to what
extent Trump will be able to fulfill his pledges... will remain important variables for the foreseeable
future.
