Mosasaurus comes and eats in the raptor in the Patriots just another fun day at

the aquarium but little do they know there is great danger for the aquarium

was built over a bottomless pit where nobody knows how deep the water actually

is that is not good here we have the trainer she has called up a volunteer to

help her beat the seals okay now you just take this bucket here you grab one

of these fish and throw it in the water to feed the seals look there's one throw

the fish in yay good job okay everybody let's think our volunteer for doing a

great job Wow he did such a good job hey why is everybody screaming oh my word

our volunteer go wow he must have just taken off okay I don't know did I scare

New Indoraptor Vs Mosasaurus Playmobil Aquarium Unboxing Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom WD Toys

oh no mommy I dropped my balloon in the water please go get it mommy I love a

big fish okay man we've been calling to contain the situation the best plan I

have to let one beast go after the other let's go he's gonna hunt down the

Mosasaurus

okay that is the best plan I have never come up with let one freak write the

other freak it's gonna go ahead and save me it's

check it out the Raptor just jumped right into the water in the Raptor he's

fearless swimming back and forth they must have gave him an phoebius lungs so

he could survive in water for a long time he's looking for the mosasaur ass

first the Mosasaurus deep maybe the morals of soros is full he's not coming

think so

aquarium for ages four plus this is 112 pieces it is really awesome let's go

ahead and check out the options in the back so it looks like we get a big tank

here bunch of sea creatures some humans of fish lots of fun stuff okay

let's go ahead and open this up okay and here is what we got inside you got a big

bag of pieces another one with humans and fish

we've got plants palm trees rocks bunch of accessories more rock stands you got

the big Wow check that out I mean that is nice Korea let's go ahead check out

all the options and then we'll have some fun so over here you have a pay

telephone with a bunch of fish on it you've got a clock there with the hours

there you can see into the tank you have a bunch of plants you've got a rotating

disc over here you've got a seal with a ball it can balance and play with so

this seals really cool you could turn his head up and down having peeking out

of the cage there you've got a big rock here in the middle of the aquarium with

a bunch of plants growing out of it you have another seal here which you could

pull off on the rock and then going a little bit closer you can see there's

plants and stuff in the aquarium there and then it does come with a bunch of

fish you've got like an angelfish sorry angelfish here another angelfish those

actually sink when you put in water so it looks more realistic than you got a

bunch of fish it comes with the fish float on the surface weird

I guess would be kind of cool because you do feed the fish to the seals their

mouth is open so it's possible you could pull a fish into the seals mouth over

there and then up here you've got like a diving platform now you got this

teenager here that actually is probably supposed to be with the kid but I put

the teenager over here with a bucket so it looks like he is actually feeding the

fish and then you have a loop there for the seal to jump through so you to jump

through there right into the water cool and the seal does pop up and down in the

water there so that makes it look a lot more realistic and then over here you

got like a big rock outcropping you've got like a diver over here so if she

wanted to she could actually jump into the water and do tricks with the seals

cool and then let's go ahead and turn this and check it out from the other

side if I could do it without spilling it here you've got a bunch of signs so

it looks similar if you've been to Sea World I mean this looks similar to like

a SeaWorld tank and then if you come on this side you've got a ladder the

trainer's could climb up to get to the platform we've got a life preserver here

you could toss in the water to save somebody's life but big palm tree over

there

look at this looks like somebody left their soft drink there you have a sign

there that's saying like what kinds of seals you're looking at and it also does

come with this little boy here who has a seal

anything else just come with trash can okay so that's pretty much all that

comes with Playmobil for sending that to me to review for you guys is a lot of

food and the drastic world to fallen Kingdom dinosaurs my awesome you guys

Martin Scorsese and his Goodfellas (ENG SUB) | Normal Brother 17A - Duration: 9:22.

NORMAL BROTHER

(spoilers free)

One word defines the Scorsese films: Aggressive.

And Goodfellas is no exception to that, because this is one of those films that define its director,

who lived as a child near Little Italy, New York, where almost all his films happen,

being the son of Sicilian immigrants who went to earn a living in America and who did not have much study,

with Scorsese growing up in a house without books, and he had asthma,

so he almost never goes out, with the exceptions being when he went to church with his family

and to the Cinema when he was going to stroll, and what did he decide to be?

Father, but soon he realized that the true passion in his life was made

when he was going to watch the great classics of Western, the Musicals and the Gangster Movies,

who are his trademark in his great films about the Mafia,

because in his childhood and adolescence he realized that many of his father's friends

had those dubious professions and his life always secret,

which brought him all the experience for when he makes a film about the Mob,

do with propriety, because he knows what he's talking about.

And it was that sparkle in your eyes that Scorsese had when he read Nicholas Pileggi's book,

called Wiseguy, who romanticizes the true story of Henry Hill in the Mafia,

the book that Goodfellas is based,

with Scorsese calling Nicholas Pileggi to be the screenwriter along with him,

who had never written a script before, writing this while listening to Scorsese's ideas,

and one of them was the opening scene, you're not even introduced to the characters yet,

why this scene was in the middle of the book, with Scorsese leading her to the beginning,

why she would define the film as a whole,

with the characters not being scared to have someone unknown in the trunk of the car,

but that the person was still alive, when the music starts and

The Goodfellas is one of the best films ever made of Mafia,

why he does not have a vision of the Don until the gangster, but rather to the contrary,

being even a deconstruction of the Mob Movies, why neither of the Mafia they are,

with the book being based on the testimony of an ex-gangster who was half-Irish,

so that he could not be a man-made of the Family, who had to be wholly Italian in decency.

This story is not only about the life they lead, but about the humanity of their characters,

with friendship, family, parties and weddings.

A life that Scorsese knows well, as he shows in one of his documentaries called ...

As he listens to his parents' stories about the traditions of Italian culture,

such as the importance of food on the table and the family,

with Scorsese delving deeper into this world of Goodfellas by the details of the characters' lives,

opting to use the narration in the scenes, purposely bringing a documentary aspect to the film,

why history is based on actual events,

but not turning a false documentary, that grew at that time,

but giving us scenes of real brutality, without using common editing tricks in such cases,

and also in focus to show us the subtleties of the scenes and the behavior of the characters,

which can often go unnoticed, or in pauses that are made in the middle of the scenes that show moments that marked the life of Henry,

how to start working for the gangsters of your street, your father beating him because of it,

the first time he was arrested, and also not afraid to stop a scene to tell you what the character realized at that time,

and you know why? Why this is important for you to delve into that plot.

Martin Scorsese is one of the best directors who know how to direct an actor to the scenes,

leaving them always focused on their characters, which gives them the creativity to improvise,

like Joe Pesci playing Tommy in this famous scene,

in which he intimidates Henry coming out of a conversation that he was telling a joke to this:

This happened to Joe Pesci in real life, except he was on the other side of the situation,

with Scorsese putting that idea of scene in the film because it fits in with everything that Henry Hill was really talking about his life in the Mafia,

that any such aggression could happen at any moment.

In these improvised scenes he likes to leave an open plan to get several expressions of the characters around those involved,

as in the house of Tommy's mother, who happens to be Scorsese's mother too,

who improvises in most of the lines, bringing that familiar respect I said before,

even taking the life they live.

The script does not have the basic construction of 3 arches for the structure of the story,

but a grandiose construction of scenes,

with Scorsese even saying he would like the film to be a gigantic trailer telling the whole story,

that throughout the movie, has "only" 10 deaths that are shown on the screen,

and this may be a teaching for aspiring writers like myself,

of which it is better every death in the film to be remarkable and additive to the narrative, with a unique brutality,

as in Goodfellas, than simply having a gratuitous onscreen violence,

it is best left to the audience to imagine the size of how they are made.

Scorsese knows very well how he will perform each of his scenes and what will be their dimension,

like when Henry gets under the effect of cocaine, in which he leaves the plans sequence aside

and begins to have quick cuts and a quick camera, also letting us know what is happening at each moment of that day,

putting us into the paranoia that Henry is entering,

also with the change in style of filming when it arrives in 60's, 70's and 80's,

with the timeline of the film's history being gigantic, going through more than 30 years,

and the aging of the characters over the decades is very well done

with De Niro playing Jimmy, also Joe Pesci and Paulie.

Nicholas Pileggi while writing a scene from De Niro's specific script,

saw Scorsese arrive and say: "Writes Cream,"

then he did not understand and Scorsese said to just note that he could not explain it now,

which was just an idea, with him talking after he could imagine the whole scene in the bar

with the performance of De Niro, smoking the cigarette, with eyes closed, showing the turning point of the character

and the decisions he'd made that fit perfectly into that guitar riff.

The Goodfellas has many peculiarities that the Scorsese brought of all his experience and study on Gangsters Movies,

as he tells in one of his documentaries, called

A Personal Journey with Martin Scorsese Through American Movies,

telling later in interviews that was inspired by the film The Public Enemy of 1931

in the scenes of extreme violence and brutality with joyful songs playing in the background,

also in Scarface, not that of Al Pacino, but in the 1932 classic

with the relationship of audience empathy with the charisma of the gangsters of history,

in the French film of 1962 called "Jules et Jim" (or Jules and Jim),

which brought the idea of the scene to stop with the static frame

and narration as another way of telling the story.

And the biggest being "The Great Train Robbery," a 1903 film,

which ends with a scene that Scorsese honored with Joe Pesci also shooting at the camera.

Goodfellas was the inspiration for many movies and series of gangsters that were made after him,

like Sopranos, in which Scorsese later worked on a series also on HBO

with Terence Winter, who was the writer of Sopranos.

One of the most expressive scenes of this film is the plan-sequence of the Copacabana Bar,

which was described in a few lines of the book,

with Nicholas Pileggi never imagining that his words could become such an artistic scene

and that defines the whole universe of a character,

with all the doors opening for him, coming in from the back instead of waiting to get in,

knowing everyone on the way, everything he wanted to become,

until they set up a table in front of the improvised stage especially for him to watch the show,

and this scene speaks a lot also of Karen,

who knows Henry and stays with him despite his infidelity or criminality,

why she was an common person, and now she lives on the luxury of gangster life that Henry has.

The film has several themes,

with the most visible being a perverse side of how to conquer the American Dream,

which Henry Hill pursued and fought to achieve throughout his life.

Why Hollywood Won't Cast Tom Felton Anymore - Duration: 6:37.

As one of the young breakthrough stars of the Harry Potter film franchise, Tom Felton

grew up in front of the whole world, right alongside his character, the villainous Draco

Malfoy.

He may not have been a member of the heroic trinity in the series, but among Potter fans,

Felton's name became just about as well-known as his co-stars.

So, it seemed logical that he'd be among those who'd slither in to the A-list after the series

came to an end in 2011.

Unlike some of the others, though, Felton has since struggled to shed his status as

an alumnus of Hogwarts, which means his career outside of the World of Witchcraft and Wizardry

has been anything but magical.

Whereas Daniel Radcliffe has become something of an indie sensation and Emma Watson headlined

an entirely different blockbuster with curses and castles, Tom Felton hasn't been able to

ride his Nimbus 2000 to the top of the Hollywood ladder just yet.

Let's take a look at some of the reasons Hollywood won't cast him anymore.

Conflicted feelings

Starring in an eight-film mega-movie franchise might seem like the opportunity of a lifetime

for any actor, but Tom Felton didn't cherish the experience of being an overnight cinematic

success story as much as others might.

Before the final film Deathly Hallows, Part 2 hit theaters, he told the Daily Mail that

he looked forward to the "freedom" of not starring in the films anymore, saying:

"One thing that people keep on saying to me is that the wealth and the fame must have

made up for missing out on my childhood.

But the idea of money, putting a price on your childhood, is ridiculous.

To me, fame is not a positive thing.

The idea of being famous is a lot better than the reality.

It's fantastic when you go to premieres and people cheer you, but it's not real."

Considering most of those fans who were cheering him on at those very premieres were the ones

he'd need to see his next movies, those words may have come back to bite him harder than

Nagini.

A career left turn

After Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe decided to give the Broadway circuit and small-budget

films a whirl.

And Emma Watson went to college, became a beauty brand ambassador, and left Hermione

behind with films like The Bling Ring and This Is the End.

"I'm not f---ing around!"

Meanwhile, Tom Felton's first big post-Potter move was to rap.

Yes, rap.

In 2011, Felton revealed that he'd scored a recording deal with an independent label

to produce some hip-hop music, saying:

"I was thinking of doing some N-Dubz-style stuff.

I am looking to get into the grime rap UK scene."

Felton added that he intended to "change [his] image," and although that public persona overhaul

never seemed to pan out, some of his music has made way to the public sphere.

However, despite a few EP releases and a moderate amount of viral attention on YouTube, his

music has hardly been successful enough to qualify as a new career path.

Too familiar

His emcee effort might've at least been a change of pace, but Felton's next big screen

adventure was far too similar to his Harry Potter persona.

Felton claims he's not at all like the kid that made him famous…

"To be honest, I'm very un-Malfoy like in my day-to-day biddings"

However, in 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes, he played a small part as Dodge Landon,

a cruel zoo security guard who tortures the film's central sentient ape, Caesar.

"Take your stinking paw off me you damn dirty ape."

Like Draco, the character is remarkable only for his sniveling demeanor and the ease with

which audiences root against him.

Between this role and his villainous TV turn on TNT's Murder In the First, he may not be

distancing himself from the role that made him famous, which could make him seem a little

one-note to casting directors.

Indeed, even Radcliffe has had to work hard to extricate himself from the world of broomsticks

and floo powder, taking roles that are far off the mark of the Boy Who Lived.

By heading right back into an unlikable mini-baddie role after Deathly Hallows, Felton may have

made a huge career misstep right from the start.

Regaining confidence

Another surprising downside to the safety of a long-lived role like Felton had in the

Harry Potter series is that the series' end can feel a little like being thrown into the

ocean without a life vest.

The actor has admitted that returning to the regular practice of auditioning for parts

to sustain a lifestyle, rather than just trying to fill in the blanks between sequels, was

very difficult for him to adjust to.

He told the Daily Mail in 2011:

"I'm much more nervous in auditions now than I was at 11.

You take a lot of hits before you get something good.

The first few were heartbreaking."

The disappointment of being denied certain roles was so disorienting for him, in fact,

that he considered walking away from the business altogether, saying:

"I thought, 'I can't do this.'

They are cutthroat in America.

Before you've even started, someone's playing on the BlackBerry.

You're reading your lines, physically convulsing, and they just say 'Thank you.'

That means, 'Get lost.'

I did 19 auditions and got the 20th, for the film The Apparition."

To make matters worse, that movie would mark the start of a series of box office flops.

Missing box office magic

Although the Harry Potter series was a box office phenomenon, Felton has still not proven

himself to be a bankable actor.

His small-time thriller pic The Apparition failed to recoup its financiers' investment,

despite having both a Harry Potter star and Twilight alum Ashley Greene leading the cast.

Since then, he's yet to appear in a film that made any kind of impression at the ticket

booth.

Even movies that have been relatively well-received by critics, like the regal biopic Belle and

A United Kingdom, featured him only in supporting roles and brought in very little money during

their small theatrical runs.

Felton's not the only one of the Harry Potter alums who has struggled to convince muggles

to see his movies, but being associated with so many bombs likely isn't making his new

agent's job any easier.

Blond ambition

Considering his dismal box office streak, Tom Felton's chances of nabbing a leading

movie role anytime soon seem low, but it might not be a good idea to tell him that.

In fact, the actor's ambitions seem to be unfettered, he not only wants another franchise,

but he wants one of the most iconic and long-lasting of all time: Bond, James Bond.

He told Metro that playing the suave 007 agent is an "unfulfilled career ambition" for him,

adding:

"I haven't landed James Bond yet.

Playing Bond or a Bond villain was why I wanted to do movies in the first place."

Considering that may be the most coveted role in all of Hollywood, his expectations may

be a bit lofty and unrealistic.

Time to turn it around

These days, Tom Felton does seem to be settling in with a more low-key professional lifestyle.

In 2016, for example, he nabbed a recurring role in the third season of The CW's The Flash,

and while the role didn't carry on to the next season, it did help introduce him to

a new and different fanbase in the comics community.

He was also cast in the little-seen, but ambitious adaptation of William Shakespeare's Hamlet,

titled Ophelia, alongside some big names like Daisy Ridley and Naomi Watts.

Neither project has put him on a new trajectory for success yet, but they have helped Felton

stretch into new territory that might better convince casting agents he's capable of doing

more than a bunch of Draco Malfoy impressions in the future.

Trump's Net Worth Continues To Plummet - Duration: 3:20.

Donald Trump's net worth continues to fall for the second year in a row.

Basically, since Donald Trump became President of the United States, his net worth, the net

worth of his businesses has continued to fall.

In the last 12 months, according to a new report by Bloomberg, Trump has lost over 100

million dollars off of his total net worth.

They now put his net worth at around 2.8 billion dollars.

Now let's keep in mind Donald Trump himself says he's worth well over 9 billion dollars,

however this group that actually looks at business filings, looked at Donald Trump's

financial filings, looks at tax data and looks at everything else, they put his value at

only 2.8 billion dollars.

So, you know, about a 7 billion dollar discrepancy there.

I'm gonna go ahead and side with Bloomberg, because most of what Donald Trump says is

an absolute lie.

But anyway!

Let's get to the point here.

Donald Trump's net worth continues to fall, because a lot of his properties here in the

United States are losing their value.

Why?

Because fewer and fewer people in this country want to associate themselves with the Trump

Brand.

Office buildings that Donald Trump has currently owned are losing their tenants.

They're losing shops.

They're losing people that just simply don't want to be around that Trump Brand.

It's toxic right now.

Even though, yeah, Donald Trump is the president, still fewer than half of people in this country

actually support him and approve of him, which makes associating your brand with his name,

in his building, toxic for overall sales.

And, Donald Trump's golf courses here in the United States continue to lose value, as well.

People don't want to go there.

And let's be honest, one of the biggest reason why Trump's properties are losing value, and

why Donald Trump himself is losing net worth, is because the people in this country who

mainly support them, I would probably say 99% who support Trump, can't even afford to

go to one of Donald Trump's golf clubs, or stay in one of his hotels, or go to his place

out in Vegas, or rent an office in Trump Tower in New York.

They can't afford it.

Donald Trump's not exactly attracting the best of the best here in the United States.

And I'm not saying that to be offensive.

I'm saying that based on the numbers that we've seen, and the typical profile of the

average Donald Trump supporter in this country.

They can't afford to shop at his places.

The people who can, sometimes do, but for the most part, they're gonna go somewhere

else.

We've already seen reports that Donald Trump's properties, especially Mar-a-Lago are certainly

not as nice as most people would like to think that they are, so people who have the money

to spend probably want to go somewhere that hasn't been cited for repeated health code

violations, as Mar-a-Lago has.

Donald Trump, the longer he stays the President of the United States, the more money he is

going to lose, regardless of how much money he bilks out of the federal government.

Because none of that is going to recoup the massive losses that his brand, and his companies,

and himself, are going to suffer because he has made that name, Trump, one of the worst

names in this country.

Race Car Drivers Who Are Actually Really Weird People - Duration: 5:50.

Over the years, the sport of car racing has brought in its fair share of strange people.

And that's a good thing, as their crazy antics are part of what makes the sport so interesting.

Let's take a look at a few of the strangest people to ever get behind the wheel of a race

car.

Scuba racer

Retired NASCAR driver Tom Pistone would know a few things about cautionary measures.

Pistone says when he started out, he raced on a seedy track run by a man named Andy Granatelli

who hired race car drivers specifically to crash into other cars on the course, hoping

to give the audience a thrill.

Coming from a place of extreme showmanship would be enough to make anyone nervous, but

even by those standards, Pistone may have taken things a bit far.

See, in 1960, during a qualifying run at the Daytona Speedway, fellow driver Tommy Irwin

lost control of his car and crashed it into Lake Lloyd, the man-made lake at the center

of the track.

So during Pistone's race, he drove wearing a life preserver and an oxygen tube.

You know, in case the worst happened to him.

Even odd ducks gotta float.

Taste of victory

Some rules in life are easy to follow.

Like, don't down four bottles of champagne while you're driving in the Indy 500.

But that's exactly what one racer did.

In 1913, during the third Indy 500 in history, Jules Goux was in the lead after only five

laps.

During a pit stop on Lap 15, he ordered some chilled wine.

Records vary somewhat, but historians agree that over the next three pit stops he consumed

between four and six bottles of champagne, or roughly four to six more bottles of champagne

than a person is supposed to drink when driving a car with no safety features as fast as they

can.

The end result?

Goux won.

By a ridiculous 13 minutes.

Oh, and race car drivers could no longer drink alcohol during races.

"I'm too drunk to taste this chicken."

Lifetime lie

Who hasn't exaggerated a little bit on a job application?

Most people have done it once or twice.

"Ok, so we can wheel, we can deal, we can oversee hostile takeovers.

Whatever you need, bud!"

"You name it!"

"It's a mailroom gig."

Well, the racer you might know as Jim Rathmann may have taken it a little too far.

When he was young, Rathmann was still going by his real name, Royal Richard Rathmann.

Royal wanted to go fast, but age restrictions prohibited him from doing so.

According to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway's website, he swapped IDs with his older brother

Jim and entered a stock car race.

"He was three years older than I was and he was satisfied with his driver's license, so

that's how I got started driving and I just kept the name of Jim from then on."

He later became an Indy 500 champion and one of the most influential racers of his generation,

albeit one with the wrong date of birth listed on his records.

Supreme fine

How far would you go for $75?

Probably not as far as Bobby Unser.

In 1996, Unser, a former racecar driver, and a friend were out snowmobiling in Colorado

when their vehicles broke down.

They battled the elements for two days, and when they were rescued, it was discovered

that they had been snowmobiling in a designated wilderness area, which is a no-no at a federal

level.

They were charged a $75 fine.

No big deal, right?

Well, it was to Bobby Unser.

"I just want to go home.

I just want my money."

Unser fought the fine, which again, was cheaper than some parking tickets, taking his case

all the way to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court declined to hear the case.

Dirty Dale

At some point or another, we've all had a special collection of things, but Dale Earnhardt

Jr. might have the most bizarre collection of all.

While your standard gearhead might have a project car or two and maybe a shelf covered

in Hot Wheels, Earnhardt prefers a more life-sized and objectively weird hobby: He owns a car

wreck graveyard.

"Forget Disneyland.

Welcome to hillbilly heaven."

Yes, Dale Junior's equivalent to a stack of comic books is a stretch of land called Dirty

Mo' Acres, containing dozens of derelict race cars.

In it, you can find the remains of such vehicles as a Jimmie Johnson #48, Will Power's #12

Indy car - which now resides in a tree - and one of Earnhardt's own #8 cars, which he told

NASCAR.com he uses for target practice.

No respect for the dead.

Goat bust

Dale Jarrett started his career in racing at the bottom.

His father managed a race track in North Carolina and gave a teenage Dale a job running errands

and performing menial tasks around the property.

One of his chores was cutting the lawn on the makeshift grass parking lot.

So Dale made what we can all agree was his only logical decision: He traded a golf club

for a couple of goats and set them loose on the grass.

"Thank you for the goat my friend."

The problem was, the goats weren't into grass, but they apparently went wild for the upholstery

inside a series of decorative wrecked vehicles sitting in the lot.

Dale later said:

"All they would eat was the upholstery in the cars and the vinyl tops.

The wouldn't eat grass if you put it in their mouths."

Monkeyshines

Who hasn't wanted a pet monkey at some point?

Tim Flock certainly has.

But what separates the greats like Flock from the rest of us?

Flock did something about it.

For eight glorious races in 1953, Tim Flock drove with a rhesus monkey named Jocko Flocko

as his copilot.

Flock even got a little racing suit tailored for the monkey.

What does a monkey do in a race car, you might wonder?

You know, monkey stuff.

On their eighth race together, Jocko managed to open up a trap door in the bottom of the

car and then jumped onto Flock's back.

Tim Flock pulled over and unloaded the monkey with his pit crew, and that was the end of

Jocko's joyriding days.

People Model With Toilet Paper Feat. GabiFresh - Duration: 19:33.

(upbeat music)

- Hello. My name is Jazzmyne,

and one of these people is about to become Feed Famous.

Last week, the competitors had to show us

their best unboxing photos.

Enthony crushed it by dressing up

like a little mermaid and did amazing.

He won the challenge for the week.

Unfortunately, Rosie didn't quite make the cut,

and we had to say goodbye to her.

Now, we're down to our top four competitors,

and here they are.

- Hi everyone. Vicky here.

- It's me again.

- Hey, it's Enthony.

- I am Oso.

Whole other week

that you gotta see my face.

- I cannot believe it's our third week already.

These past couple of weeks have been amazing.

I've had so much fun.

- Oh my God. I can't tell you guys how much fun I had

doing our unboxing challenge.

I'm loving not knowing what's coming next,

and I'm just having a good time.

- The unboxing challenge,

it was hard because I couldn't get my idea down

and it was hard trying to incorporate

all the things into one photo.

So I'm just going to go into this week how I been going in,

like literally going in.

- So with challenge number two,

I thought it was a lot better

than I did with my first week challenge.

I'm ready to just give it my all this week.

Looking forward to know what this challenge is.

Alright.

- Okay. Bye.

- Besitos. Mwah!

- Now, let's meet our celeb guest judge for the week.

Not only does she have over 600,000 Instagram followers,

she has her own swimwear line

and co-founded a plus size brand called Premme,

which we are both wearing today.

Let's welcome Gabi Fresh.

- Hi.

- Yes. Thank you so much for being here.

- Oh my God, thanks for having me. I'm excited.

- Yes, thanks for this outfit too.

- You look so good in it.

I'm so excited.

Spring, girl, spring.

It's happening.

- This week's challenge was our #notsponsored challenge.

This is what we sent the competitors.

- Hello competitors,

and welcome to this week's challenge video.

(laughs)

You've probably seen a whole bunch of people selling

a bunch of random (bleep) all over your feeds.

Weight-loss tea, make-up,

teeth-whitening, clothes.

Literally anything.

Brand partnerships are essential

to being a social media star

because let's be real, we gotta make our money.

This week your challenge is #notsponsered.

You're going to have to make

a fake hashtag ad about

toilet paper.

Now you need to sell me this (bleep) toilet paper.

Why do I want it?

Why do I need it?

Why do I have to have this in my life?

Not only will you be sending me

a pic modeling the toilet paper,

but I also need a video of your #ad.

You are all being sent the same script

and you have to say it in one take.

(claps)

We know that money makes the feed go 'round,

so let's try to be as natural as we can in these ads.

And remember, you can only use your phones.

(laughs)

I'm done.

- That video is amazing, number one.

Toilet paper, interesting choice.

- Yeah!

I wanted you here in the first place

because not only are you you,

but you have brands behind you.

- Definitely.

- You have Premme, you have your swimsuit line,

so you're used to having to, at least, sell things.

- For sure.

- But also, be yourself.

- I think that's the main part of doing sponsorships

is making sure you still have your integrity

and are yourself and are casual

and people can still connect with you

and it doesn't feel like a commercial.

- I'm hoping our contestants can bring that.

So this week we're judging our competitors

on three categories:

composition, authenticity, and feed-worthiness.

Composition is going to be like technical,

like framing.

Even though it's one take, - How it looks.

- did they use good lighting? - Right.

- Authenticity is gonna be that are they staying themselves.

- Totally.

- And then feed-worthiness, would we buy into this?

Would we scroll past this?

- Got it.

I think all three of those things

kinda play into each other too.

If you have great composition and authenticity,

you're gonna get that double-tap.

- Exactly. - Right?

I think authenticity, though, is the thing

I'm looking for the most.

- Our first competitor this week

that we're gonna watch is Oso.

Oso, last week, almost won,

missed it by a hair,

but has sent some pretty authentic, very himself pictures.

So I'm hoping that's what we're going to get this week too.

- Great.

- Let's see.

- (beatboxing) I made it through.

I made it through.

I'm so happy. This week is the not sponsored challenge.

Memorizing lines, I'm good.

One take, y'all playin' with me.

(laughs)

Really don't know what I'm gonna be doing

with this toilet paper.

We couldn't sell salt?

I coulda been salt bae.

Like, like!

Toilet paper?

Mother Jazz is not playin'.

No, she's not.

But you know what? Joke's on y'all, 'cause I'm ready.

Ready.

Hands down.

Imma try to kill it.

Toilet paper's a basic necessity,

but when you're Feed Famous,

nothing in your life can be basic.

That's why I use Toilette Papier.

It's versatile, fun, and glam.

No social media star should have to use anything

that isn't bold and luxurious.

That's why I can't live without my Toilette.

- [Jazzmyne] Ooo. - [Gabi] Oh my God.

- [Jazzmyne] I like that picture.

- Glam.

- Yes.

- I kind of loved it.

- I kind of did too.

- [Gabi] He was back-lit the whole time,

which I didn't love,

but also, that made it a little more realistic

and a little more authentic, 'cause it looks real,

like he was just hanging out in his bathroom.

- [Jazzmyne] I agree.

- So in some ways,

I think that actually connects better to the audience.

- Yes, composition wise, like you said,

I think it could've been lit a little bit better.

- [Gabi] Definitely.

- But I do like his one angle, go to the second angle.

- [Gabi] Yeah, I love that little turn.

- [Jazzmyne] Yeah. - [Gabi] That was great.

- [Jazzmyne] That was cute on the little throw.

- It gave it some movement, it felt realistic.

- Yeah, instead of just being like,

- Still.

- go ahead and say something. - Right.

- Authenticity.

- I mean this is my first time seeing Oso,

but he seems super authentic

and that, to me, is what really intrigued me

and made me wanna buy what he was selling.

- Yes. I loved it. I loved it a lot.

And then Feed-worthiness.

I think I would honestly buy it

because I loved his authenticity so much.

- [Gabi] Yeah, I love the sunglasses.

And he's wearing the sunglasses

and the toilet paper is wearing the sunglasses, hilarious.

- [Jazzmyne] Yes.

- But I do feel like it's a little too over-produced,

and I think when you overproduce,

and you have something sponsored

it just reads as too corporate.

- You're right. That's why you do this.

- I try.

- Now, we have Victoria.

Victoria won our challenge number one.

- [Gabi] Okay.

- [Jazzmyne] And then the second challenge,

she did decently.

Victoria always brings it, though.

So I'm hoping she went over and beyond.

- Awesome.

- Let's see.

- Hello everyone. Vicki here.

This week our challenge is

(imitates drum roll)

#notsponsored.

I was feeling very confident, very excited,

and then I watched the video and I was like, oh my God,

I'm selling toilet paper, you guys.

Why, why?

Out of all things.

How, how am I going to sell toilet paper?

Oh my God, toilet paper.

I think this is the hardest challenge yet.

I am not excited.

I think that the best thing I can do

is create a dress or a skirt with the toilet paper.

(gasps)

I'm selling toilet paper, but I'm also selling fashion.

I have to find a location

to shoot it in

that screams glamour.

My focus now, it's to try to make it

as Vicky as possible.

- Wow, I'm already shook.

- I love it.

(glam music)

- Toilet paper is a basic necessity,

but when you're Feed Famous,

nothing in your life

(Jazzmyne gasps) can be basic.

(Gabi laughs)

That's why I use Toilette Papier.

It's versatile, (lady sneezes)

it's fun,

and it's glam.

No social media star should have to use anything

that isn't bold and luxurious.

That's why I can't live without my Toilette.

- [Jazzmyne] Wow.

(Gabi laughs)

- [Gabi] That was kind of mind blowing.

That was so creative to make it into a dress.

That was a really great way to make it cool.

- [Jazzmyne] And if you notice, in the video,

she had two that were bedazzled,

- [Gabi] Oh my God.

- [Jazzmyne] Which mean she had to bedazzle

- I love it.

- [Jazzmyne] two rolls of toilet paper.

- She definitely put some work into that video, for sure.

- Alright, composition wise.

The fact that she's in public doing this stuff.

I get nervous like taking pictures.

- [Gabi] But you need that.

As an influencer, you need to have the bravery to do that

- [Jazzmyne] Exactly.

- [Gabi] because it's part of the job.

- [Jazzmyne] Yeah.

The only little criticism I would give is

I wish it was more of a quieter place,

so I could hear her more.

- Agreed. The sound wasn't great.

- Authenticity.

It's weird because she was playing someone else.

- That was the hard part for me.

- Yeah.

- I do feel, like, as long as it reads

as kind of ironic and funny,

- [Jazzmyne] Exactly.

- then it works.

- [Jazzmyne] And I really like the fact

that she's selling something as basic as toilet paper,

and she took took it glam.

- [Gabi] Totally, she took it there.

- Feed worthiness. I would definitely save this

or I would definitely like it.

- I would probably send it to a few friends.

Look at what this girl did with toilet paper.

- [Jazzmyne] Look at her! - [Gabi] Yeah.

- [Jazzmyne] She made a dress.

- [Gabi] Insane.

- [Jazzmyne] Out of toilet paper.

- [Gabi] Right?

- [Jazzmyne] And it looked good.

- It looked so good.

- Wow.

Next is Divinity.

Last week, Divinity had a beautiful picture

near a water fountain.

And Divinity is also very herself,

very vulnerable, but strong at the same time.

- [Gabi] Love that.

- So I'm excited to see what she brings.

- Great.

- Hello everybody.

This is the #unsponsored challenge

'cause we ain't getting paid to do this in real life y'all.

And only do we have to shoot a video,

but we have to do a video in just one take.

(sighs) I am very nervous.

I'm the queen of a thousand takes,

like right now, I'm already on take 225.

(bleep)

I feel attacked right now.

I fumble over my words all the time.

My momma shouldn't have made--

See, this what I'm talking about.

I read somewhere if you write something down,

you're more likely to remember it.

Toilet paper

is a basic necessity.

I am very excited.

(laughs)

I feel like, it is a chance to--

- Wait. - Oh.

- I'm obsessed with her.

- Do on camera,

or show how I really can't do on camera.

It's like Russian Roulette right now.

I'm officially nervous for this one.

(upbeat music)

Toilet paper is a basic necessity.

But when you're Feed Famous,

nothing in your life can be basic.

That's why I use Toilette Papier.

It's versatile, it's fun, it's glam.

No social media star should ever have to use anything

that's not bold and luxurious.

That's why I can't live without my Toilet Paper.

- First of all, I'm not over how gorgeous she is.

- She's beautiful.

- I mean.

You know what I'm sad about

- Yeah.

- [Gabi] is her intro video was so funny,

- Yeah, yeah, yeah.

- and so authentic, and so good,

and I was so excited to see her actual sponsor video,

and then it fell flat for me.

- I agree, I was a little underwhelmed.

Composition wise, the lighting was great.

It was just a basic one wide shot.

- I mean, I thought it was good.

It looked well done, and it looked very familiar.

It looked like most YouTube videos,

- [Jazzmyne] I agree.

- which I think is actually a good thing.

But again, it wasn't anything special.

- Yeah, I agree.

When it comes to authenticity,

it was hard because I think she's more fun than that.

- [Gabi] It just felt very sponsored,

which is what we're trying to get away from, right?

- Honestly.

For feed worthiness, I think it was just okay.

I honestly feel like Divinity, herself,

would delete this later.

- Right?

- [Jazzmyne] It's one of those posts.

- I really, really, really connected with her,

and then I was so disappointed in her video.

I think I would just scroll past.

- Our last competitor of the day is Enthony.

He won last week's challenge.

- [Gabi] Oh, cool.

- [Jazzmyne] Turned himself into

a beautiful mermaid goddess.

- [Gabi] What?

- Yes.

I am really having a lot of high hopes for Enthony.

- I was gonna say,

I have high expectations now, so hopefully he brings it.

- Let's hope.

- Hey, it's Enthony, and its the nonsponsor challenge

and live from my bathroom stall.

I'm going to go into this challenge really stoked,

really happy, you know?

And try to step outside the box.

Try to push myself even further.

So I'm really confident--

- Yes.

- Oh.

- trying to sell something, but I'm really not confident

in trying to say it in all in one take.

I know it's going to take awhile.

It's kinda like muscle memory,

but with the head, so memorizing it basically.

Imma add some spice and try to make it my own,

but I'm confident slash anxious, so.

Toilette Papier.

(laughs)

- Wait, love him. - I'm already done.

- Girl, my (beep) is glued to this toilet seat.

I don't know, you were the one that said

that you wanted to get spicy food (bleep).

Girl, let me call you back.

I said, "Let me call you back."

Hi.

Hello, it's me again.

You know just sitting here cleaning out my insides--

- This is not the script.

- I love it.

- Talk about what you're doing wrong.

And no, it's not your eyebrows this time.

It's about toilet paper.

You know, toilet paper is a basic necessity,

but when you're Feed Famous,

nothing in your life can be basic.

That's why I use

Toilette Papier.

Excuse me while I freshen up.

- I can't handle him.

- I would die.

He's actually literally wiping.

- It's versatile, fun, and glam like me.

Not the versatile part, but you know (mumbles).

(spraying)

No social media star should have to use anything

that isn't bold and luxurious.

That's why I can't live without my Toilette Papier.

I'd love for you to stay and chat

but I've got some cleaning up to do.

So choose Toilette Papier,

it cleans your (bleep), so you can be the (bleep).

- [Gabi] Wait, I'm dead.

- [Jazzmyne] Oh my gosh. - [Gabi] Dead.

- I feel like that's so on brand for him.

- It's amazing.

- I feel like it was 100% him, even though it wasn't him.

- You could tell.

I just love that he was the first influencer

to really embrace the challenge

and make toilet paper what it is.

I thought it was hilarious,

- [Jazzmyne] I agree.

- [Gabi] but also he elevated it to make it funny and cool.

- I totally agree.

Composition wise.

It's funny because he was so made up,

but I feel like everything around him,

being natural lighting,

it worked. - It worked, yeah.

- When it comes to authenticity, that was him ,100%.

- [Gabi] I mean 100%.

I don't even know him,

but I could tell that was him.

- [Jazzmyne] Yeah.

- [Gabi] He was performing,

but in a self-aware way to make it funny.

The only thing I didn't love was

that he was literally using tissue and not toilet paper.

- It was weird, but I was still, like, okay.

- Yeah, you know, the one thing that kind of detracting.

- I agree.

Feed-worthiness.

- [Gabi] Yes. Sucks everybody.

- [Jazzmyne] Like it, buy it, take it.

- [Gabi] Would buy. - [Jazzmyne] Give me it all.

- [Gabi] Would send to my friends. Would double-tap.

- [Jazzmyne] Yep. - [Gabi] Hilarious.

- It was beautiful.

- Yeah, that was great.

- Everyone really brought it this week.

- Totally.

- It made me so happy.

But unfortunately, we need to pick out who's the winner

and who's being kicked off the Feed.

So our first person is Enthony.

Enthony killed it this week.

- I just really loved how he took the challenge seriously,

but also made it light-hearted and fun.

He was the only one to actually be in a bathroom

and using the actual product,

which I actually think worked.

- And added his own script. - Yeah.

Exactly, he embellished the script and made it more funny.

Like, it just worked.

- It was great. It was great.

Divinity's.

She looks beautiful.

She looks beautiful in the whole thing,

but it just fell a little bit short.

- Yeah, the actual challenge, which was about

sponsorship and selling something, it didn't work for me.

- Yeah.

Okay, so Victoria.

- So good.

- She put herself out there.

She was in public in toilet paper.

- [Gabi] In toilet paper.

It takes a lot to do that. - [Jazzmyne] Yeah.

- [Gabi] Someone who just poses in normal clothes,

I can't imagine what it was like

posing in a toilet paper gown.

- Oso's was in between to me of being authentic,

- [Gabi] Same.

- but being a little bit too commercially, for me.

- Yeah, it was a little tongue-in-cheek, which I liked.

And it translated, but then it, kind of,

crossed over sometimes into too salesman, right?

- Yeah, yeah.

Not the strongest.

I think he's in the lower half of our top four.

So our top two, Enthony and Victoria.

I really love what Victoria did,

- Definitely.

- [Jazzmyne] but I know you have

strong feelings for Enthony.

- I mean, I just really love how authentic he came off

and the fact that he embraced the challenge so much.

- Mmhm.

- Victoria was great too, though.

I don't know, I'm on the fence.

- Looking at everything as a whole,

I think we know who the winner is

and who's being kicked off the Feed.

(phone rings)

- Hi, Enthony. - Hi, ladies.

- Hi.

- I'm here with Gabi Fresh.

She's amazing. - How are you?

- Hi, how's it going?

- So, we were just calling to talk about your ad.

You did everything really, really great,

but you also went off the script a little bit.

You fully wiped your (bleep) on camera.

It was very interesting coming from a brands point of view.

We wanted to let you know that you won this week.

- So good. (laughs)

Twice in a row, right?

- Yeah, two weeks in a row.

- Oh, girl, you know.

Two times or whatever.

(laughs)

- You did so good. - [Gabi] We loved it.

- Congratulations. - Congratulations.

- Thank you.

- See you later.

- Bye. - Bye.

- He was so happy, I'm excited.

- I mean, so cute.

I love the little twist you did.

We tried to pretend like we, you know.

- But unfortunately,

we know who's being kicked off the Feed.

- I'm so scared of this part.

- I know, it's time to call them.

- Okay.

(phone rings)

- Hi.

- Hey Divinity. How are you?

- I'm good. How are you?

- Good. I'm here with Gabi.

- Hi.

- Gabi Fresh.

- Hi.

- You look gorgeous. - Always.

- Thank you.

- Glowing.

- So we were calling to talk to you

about the not sponsor challenge.

I know you've been working your (bleep) off,

and everything turned out well,

but it just fell a tiny, tiny bit short this week.

Unfortunately, you won't be moving on to next week.

I'm so sorry, girl.

- We love you.

- Oh, it's okay. Thank you.

I was really happy for the opportunity

to be in the competition at all.

- No, of course, and honestly,

you're one of the people in this competition

that I think is definitely a trend setter.

- Your wigs are everything.

The gray one, I died.

- Girl, soon, you'll be able to buy them from me, okay?

(laughs)

- You look so good and you're so positive

and a really great presence,

and I'm excited that the world

is going to get to meet you through this show.

- Thank you guys so much, thank you.

- Of course. Thank you so much girl.

- I really appreciate it.

- Bye.

- Bye.

- That was our #notsponsored challenge.

Gabi, thank you so much for being here.

- Thanks for having me, that was so fun.

- Yes, you've helped so much.

- I mean, I try.

- Of course, always.

Trump Administration LIED About Puerto Rico Death Toll And The Media Doesn't Care - Duration: 3:19.

According to the federal government, 64 people in Puerto Rico died during Hurricane Maria.

According to a new study in the New England Journal of Medicine, as many as 4,645 people

died in Puerto Rico during Hurricane Maria.

And, in fact, they even admit that that number could be up to 5,740 deaths for the tiny island

that is a part of the United States.

These are American citizens.

So, the federal government, the Trump Administration, says that only 64 people died.

Donald Trump, when he went down to Puerto Rico back in October, at that time said the

official death toll was 16 total people.

He bragged about it.

He told the people of Puerto Rico they should be proud that only 16 people died compared

to the 1,800 who died in Hurricane Katrina so Maria was nothing.

Here, here's some paper towels and he throws them out into the crowd.

Well, it turns out the federal government has under estimated those numbers and the

real number is 70 times higher than what the Trump Administration wants us to believe.

And again, these citizens of Puerto Rico, these are American citizens, okay, this isn't

just some island nation that maybe we should or shouldn't send aid to; this is a part of

this country.

The government has an obligation to take care of them.

And instead, they're sitting here lying to us about how many people died in that horrific

storm.

And you'd think that'd be as bad as it gets, wouldn't you?

Well, as it turns out, it's actually much worse because the corporate media isn't talking

about this story.

Right now, as of right this second, this study that shows this true death toll 70 times higher

than what the federal government told us, has been covered by networks, ABC, or excuse

me, MSNBC, CNN and Fox News for a grand total of 40 minutes split between those three networks.

MSNBC wins.

They covered it the most but they only talked about it for 21 minutes, which pales in comparison

to what those networks gave just the Rosanne story this week.

They're more concerned talking about a white trash TV host than they are about all of the

Americans who died in Puerto Rico during Hurricane Maria.

I understand you need ratings and that was a big story, right?

Rosanne, everybody talked about it, we talked about it.

But you also have to make room for real actual news.

It can't just be about the ratings, it can't be about the advertising dollars.

People tune into those networks because they want to know what's going on in the world

and I think, once again, this week we cannot trust the corporate media to give us accurate,

actual, factual mattering stories here in the United States.

This doesn't work but, more importantly, the government's response to Hurricane Maria in

Puerto Rico doesn't work.

We lost more people in that hurricane than we lost during Hurricane Katrina, than we

lost in 911 and yet the media and the Trump Administration just want to sit back and pretend

that it didn't even happen.

Meet the Chefs Dishing Up Queer Hospitality || Eat Seeker - Duration: 6:26.

- We really wanted this to be a place

that was a safe space. Everybody could come here

and feel comfortable and taken care of.

- We try to understand every day

the intersectionality of everyone who comes in this store

and all of their identities and how enriching

they make the experience of this restaurant.

- It's really heartwarming to walk into the dining room

and be like, "How did all of these queer people find us?"

- Yeah.

We are very proud of our queer identity.

When you are able to be your authentic self,

you get to share all of these great parts of you

and a restaurant, in order to feel authentic,

needs to be a reflection of who we are.

- We are by no means an exclusively queer space --

like that is not something that interests us --

we're chiefly and foremost a neighborhood spot,

but we are queer, a lot of our staff are queer.

- We want it to be a safe space but like we also just wanted

to create a place where we wanted to eat every day.

We wanted to have food that felt familiar,

that was crave-able that sort of teetered the line

between healthy food and indulgent food.

Something that you could find anything to eat

'cause there are familiar classics.

- Biscuits are like a unifying food.

I mean, so many cultures eat some form of biscuit,

and I mean fried chicken is just a standard.

- It's a good thing to eat at breakfast

after a long night.

Bill makes an amazing biscuit, and he had a friend

that grew up eating cathead biscuits,

and I had never heard of a cathead biscuit before.

- It's just a biscuit as big as a cat's head.

- He made me a cathead biscuit,

and I was like, "This is incredible,

it's an incredible name, this is amazing."

- So our biscuit is sort of, it's a wet dough.

It's kind of somewhere between a drop biscuit

and a traditional like kneaded, flaky biscuit.

And it's really great when you cut it in half

and put a piece of fried chicken

in the middle of it with some slaw.

- Yeah, and syrup and chili oil.

- Yup. - And a fried egg.

- Yeah.

- Because it's breakfast.

The meatloaf sandwich came as sort of

like a natural progression from our dinner menu,

and we moved into brunch a little bit after we opened,

and it turned out that meatloaf was our No. 1 seller,

which came as shock to me, came as a shock to Bill.

- We joke that we are MeMe's Meatloaf Diner.

- I wanted something that felt savory

but that could be for breakfast, too,

so we went with the garlic toast,

put the awesome greens with it,

which I think are a really great accompaniment

to the meatloaf at dinner.

- The greens kind of bring everything together.

We were going to be a kale-free restaurant.

- We were going to be a kale-free restaurant.

We said we were, [and] sometimes you don't

do what you say you're going to do.

- The greens are a staple on our menu.

- It's a staple now.

- It tastes great when you douse it in

- It does.

- cider vinegar and chili oil.

- And then it gets topped with a fried egg,

'cause it's breakfast, and the barbecue sauce,

that we put on it and the crispy shallots,

because crispy shallots deserve a spot in every food.

I grew up eating meatloaf.

My dad and I hate meatloaf sandwiches,

my brother loved meatloaf sandwiches.

My brother has done a lot for us,

and I wanted him to have something

on the brunch menu that he would really like.

- And that he orders

every single time - He does.

- that he comes here.

I will tell you I don't love peanut butter.

- It's so good, whatever.

- I get the love of peanut butter, but Libby was like,

"I think you really should make a peanut butter pie,"

and I was like, "Fine, OK."

And so we started talking about peanut butter and pretzels

and chocolate -- like, classic combo.

- Just like hitting all the levels of like sweet,

salty, crunchy, and then adding a little nostalgia in there,

adding a little sort of, a little Midwestern twist.

- It is based on an old-school,

no-bake cheesecake recipe.

- Peanut butter: What's better?

- It is cold and creamy and salty,

and even if I don't like peanut butter,

all of those flavors are so familiar,

and it is a classic combo and I joke about it

being a Midwest mom pie, but like, it is.

It's a pie that your mom would make.

- It was a sleeper hit.

We tried to change the pie and the cake flavor

every few weeks, but people kept asking

for the peanut butter pie, but it's definitely one

that people they come and they're like,

"Do you have that peanut butter pie?"

As a female in a kitchen it can be hard.

That's like well-documented.

And I've definitely worked in chauvinistic,

sexual harassment, like, rampant environments.

I would think to myself constantly,

"How do I make this better?

What do I do?"

You know, I love the restaurant industry,

I love hospitality, I love serving people,

I love making food but why is it so hard

to come to work sometimes?

And how do I make this better?

- We always said that we are a hospitality-driven restaurant

not a chef-driven restaurant,

because it is very important to us that you walk

in the door and immediately feel welcome and comfortable,

and we are lucky to have a staff

that really gets that and understands that.

- I'm not gonna let the stress of short ticket times

and fast turnaround and vendors being late get to me.

I need to be good for everybody else

so that they're good back to me and it's working,

just by saying, "No, I won't be nasty."

Trump Had a Surprise Waiting For CNN When They Tried To Enter The White House Today – PRICELESS! - Duration: 6:58.

Trump Had a Surprise Waiting For CNN When They Tried To Enter The White House Today

– PRICELESS!

One of the well-known journalists from CNN got quite a surprise as he arrived at the

White House.

Anyone who may have seen this probably had quite a laugh as they witnessed the power

of Trump and the little surprise that may or may not have been planned.

Most likely not planned at all, but this sure caught CNN's Jim Acosta off-guard.

He was caught on camera having a meltdown when the White House Secret Service failed

to recognize him as he tried to enter the White House yesterday.

Michael J. Morrison, who posted the video confirmed that Acosta was having a meltdown

when the Secret Service stopped him after he had walked from the South Lawn into the

White House without wearing his credentials around his neck.

Sadly Morrison said that by the time he was able to get his camera out and start recording

that Acosta was already cooling off.

Clearly defeated, as Acosta left he said: "I have been here 5 years and no one said

anything to me before."

As reported on National Review, Acosta has a history of odd behavior:

"Jim Acosta, CNN's White House correspondent, has been having a public meltdown regarding

the president's treatment of the media, and the Washington Post has noticed.

The Post's media reporter, Paul Farhi, launched an inquiry into Acosta's "grandstanding"

in a piece in Sunday's style section.

"Acosta's remarks aren't just blunt; they're unusual.

Reporters are supposed to report, not opine," wrote Farhi.

"Yet Acosta's disdain has flowed openly, raising a question about how far a reporter

— supposedly a neutral arbiter of facts, not a commenter on them — can and should

go."

While CNN host Brian Stelter's 15-minute monologues moaning about Trump's treatment

of the press are run-of-the-mill for cable-news pundits, Acosta's public displays of resistance

in the White House press-briefing room break all precedent.

Rather than press Sean Spicer or Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Trump's agenda, Acosta has spent

since roughly last February focusing on how the White House conducts its press briefings

and how it treats CNN.

Acosta's repeated badgering of Spicer to hold on-camera briefings creates clip-worthy

scenes, which feel like a bold defense of journalism, even though, given the nature

of White House press briefings, they do not actually matter much.

Briefings say most about a president's communications angle, and seeing as Trump seems not to have

any clear communications strategy or message beyond his Twitter feed, the briefing has

become little more than a charade.

That has not stopped Acosta from tweeting out photos of his socks at non-televised briefings

("I can't show you a picture of Sean.

So here is a look at some new socks I bought over the wknd"), changing his Twitter bio

to "I believe in #realnews," and lambasting an "erosion of our freedoms" at every

possible television appearance.

Of course, CNN has been goading this inanity at every point of his performance, no doubt

because this "feud" between CNN and the White House generates so many views.

While Trump's communications team has haplessly attempted to cling to #EnergyWeek and #InfrastructureWeek

as the media cares only about Russia, CNN has sent its Supreme Court sketch artist to

the briefings at which cameras are prohibited.

After all, nothing stands more in the way of democracy than not knowing what color tie

Sean Spicer chose on a given day.

But of course, if Acosta has legitimate concerns with Trump's policy and politics, it makes

sense that he would clamor for direct access.

For the sake of fairness, let's go through Acosta's journalistic highlights since the

ascent of Trump.

While the rest of CNN's reporters were presumably licking their wounds and listening to some

spoken-word poetry following Trump's victory, Acosta broke out some of the network's hardest-hitting

reporting, booking reservations at the Michelin-starred Jean Georges restaurant to stalk the then-president-elect

at dinner with Reince Priebus and rumored secretary of state candidate Mitt Romney.

At least 20 feet away from the dinner, Acosta live-tweeted all sorts of juicy scoops, such

as "Trump crossing his arms for a good while now as Romney smiles and speaks" and "Fresh

marshmallows are prepared as Trump, Romney, and Priebus dine."

Acosta was promptly "#busted" — yes, that's a direct quote from Acosta's tweets

— when Trump approached Acosta, but that didn't stop him from reporting later that

"Trump, Romney, and Priebus have moved on to dessert."

In June, Acosta was quick to quote an anonymous White House official, claiming that Trump

did not meet with Representative Steve Scalise following the s******g at Alexandria.

Fewer than 30 minutes later, Acosta debunked his own false claim, which had presumably

come from a made-up or unreliable source.

Last Thursday, Acosta perpetuated the New York Times' erroneous assertion that 17

intelligence agencies have claimed that Russia meddled in the 2016 elections (in fact, it

was four), but not before calling Trump's joint news conference in Poland a "fake

news conference" for taking a question from a Daily Mail reporter who is "essentially

an ally of the White House."

Never mind that Trump also called on MSNBC's Hallie Jackson at the conference.

(Jackson called on Trump to formally acknowledge that Russia interfered in the election.

Trump said that it might be Russia and then deflected to "But Obama" and a strange

aside about Iraq's nonexistent weapons of mass destruction.)

Perhaps Acosta's complaints would be more valid if he agitated for the rights of any

other news organizations.

Instead, his complaining revolves solely around Trump and CNN, obsessing over this relationship

rather than what the government is actually doing.

Furthermore, Trump's antipathy to the media is not exactly unprecedented.

Throughout his presidency, Obama openly and repeatedly derided Fox News's "destructive

viewpoint."

Less than a year into his presidency, Obama's communications director, Anita Dunn, told

the New York Times, "We're going to treat them the way we would treat an opponent."

"Attacking the news media is a time-honored White House tactic, but to an unusual degree,

the Obama administration has narrowed its sights to one specific organization, the Fox

News Channel, calling it, in essence, part of the political opposition," wrote the

Times.

"But shots are still being fired, which animates the idea that both sides see benefits

in the feud."
