Top 10 Scary Bar Stories - Duration: 12:17.
Welcome back everyone - today were looking at scary locations you often wouldnt expect
to be scary. Bars. They are places where people go to relax, socialise or just have a good
time. Well, perhaps ghosts do too. There have been many reports of sightings in them over
the years, Ive taken a look at the best cases and gathered them here for you today. My name
is Danny Burke and this is the Top 10 Most Haunted Bars. Alright just before we get into
it I wanna say thank you to our sponsor for this video which is Dive Bar T Shirt Company.
Theyve combined their love of Dive Bars and T Shirts and have created a t shirt club.
If you just the club and subscribe to them then once a month youll get a new t shirt
from the best bars around that youve never heard of. They celebrate all things weird,
unusual and wonderful when it comes to bars across the USA. Every shirt comes with a strange
design or a funny slogan. If you know someone in your life who would enjoy that or even
if you yourself will, then give them the gift of a Dive Bar Club subscription. Heres a little
sample of what you can expect from their site - this one from Portaland says the Twilight
Room. This one is from an Irish bar called O-Bannons that says Irish With An Altitude.
This one comes from Irvs Basement Bar in Pasadena Maryland. It says -drinking where the sun
don't shine- … the list goes on and on - youd be amazed at just how many shirts they have
and to be honest - its no surprise when you hear that theyve been going for almost 10
years. Thats right, the Dive Bar T Shirt Company has been the number 1 choice for dive bar
t shirts for almost a decade at this point. Its been many successful years so far but
its never too late to join the club. So, if this sounds like your kind of thing then head
on over to their website which is the Dive Bar Shirt Club dot com to sign up today. You
can also find the link in the description box below. Check it out and for now - lets
get right into the video.
Coming in at number 10 now we have The Ear Inn. It was constructed in 1770 by James Brown,
an African-American Revolutionary War Hero. Many years later, it became a popular hangout
for sailors. One of them was a man called Mickey. He lived upstairs at the inn - one
day, when returning to the inn - he was smashed into by a car and killed instantly. Having
not reached his destination, the locals believe his spirit became tied to The Ear Inn. In
the years since then, many who stay at the inn say they see him wandering the halls of
the hotel above. You can even get a tour of the upstairs if you ask nicely - although
be warned, many people who have done it don't actually recommend it because of just how
scary the place is. The downstairs seems to be safe but even then, I wouldnt put it past
Mickey to slide up next to you at the bar.
Next up at number 9 we have Ye Olde Man and Sycthe. This pub in Bolton England dates back
to 1251, making it over 750 years old. Its always been known as a creepy and haunted
place to the locals but gained international notoriety in 2014 when the landlord claimed
one of the many ghostly spectres there was captured on CCTV. Landlord Tony Dooley discovered
smashed glass on the floor when he came down to the bar in the morning. Naturally, he went
straight to the CCTV to check the tapes. Strangely, he found it had stopped recording shortly
after 6:18 AM. He wound it back and there, to his horror, appeared to be the ghost of
a man who was executed during the English Civil War in the 17th century. The soldier,
thought to be Royalist James Stanley, supposedly spent the final year of his life staying at
the pub before his gruesome execution. He was beheaded in the square right in front
of the pub. The chair that he sat waiting for his death in is still inside the building.
Perhaps thats to blame for his sightings over the years …
Next up at number 8 we have Bobby Mackeys Nightclub. This bar in Kentucky has been open
for 150 years - not as long as many on our list but still enough time to wrack up some
pretty scary stories. When it was built in the mid 19th century, locals believed that
satanic practices were common there, with animals and even humans being slaughtered
on a routine basis. Some people even go so far as to say that this bar site on top of
a portal to hell itself. They believe this is the reason why a number of horrific crimes
have been committed nearby. The ghost of local girl Pearl Bryan is said to haunt the bar.
In 1896, she was beheaded by her boyfriend and his roommate in a nearby field after an
abortion attempt went horribly wrong. In the 1950s, a dance hall girl called Joanna, who
worked at the venue, was pregnant by a young singer. When she made her intentions known
to marry the boy, her mobster father arranged to have him killed. Joanna then poisoned her
father before taking her own life. Some visitors to the bar have claimed theyve seen all 3
of them - still tied to the bar because of the horrific events that happened.
Moving on to number 7 we have Tigers Tap Room. This hotel in Tuscon Arizona is just packed
with strange stories that will give you chills - it probably needs its own video. Originally
opened in 1919, this bar and the associated Hotel Congress have played host to a number
of infamous characters over the years. John Dillingers gang stayed here. Wyatt Earp shot
killed Frank Stilwel right across the street. Ghost hunters clamber for the chance to stay
in room 242, where a hotel guest supposedly took her own life with a gun. If you examine
the closet closely you can still see the bullet hole. If you spend the night in that room,
many say its almost certain you will wake up and see her watching you sleep. One man
even said he woke up to his dog barking at the bathroom. When he stepped inside he found
all of his belongings had been stuffed into the toilet and the bathtub was overflowing
with water …
Next up at number 6 we have Pioneer Saloon. First of all, amazing name - I love it - but
lets look at why it has such a haunted reputation. It lies about 35 minutes west of Las Vegas,
out in the desert of Nevada, in the little town of Goodsprings. In the early 20th century,
it was a hub of life with many bustling hotels, shops and apartments. The times moved on though
and so did the people - all thats really left now is the old Pioneer Saloon. Inside, youll
find 3 holes piercing the tin wall. These were made when a drunken miner, cheating at
poker, lunged for the card dealer. The dealer quickly drew his gun and shot 3 gunshots that
went through the man and wall, killing him. In the years since then, many people believe
they still hear the bullets punching through the tin wall, or cries of pain that come from
the darkness or simply the shuffling of cards. Locals believe this is all the ghost of the
miner, trapped here forever, still wanting to finish his game but always meeting the
same end.
Moving on to number 5 now we have The Whitehorse Tavern. This bar claims to be not one the
oldest, but the oldest bar in The US. It was opened in the Rhode Island Colony way back
in 1673. Visitors report an instant sense of dread when they step inside. Thats not
surprising when you learn that the place wasnt just used as a bar over the years - it was
also a British military quarters during the Revolutionary War and a boarding house in
the early 20th century. One of the most famous ghosts that is commonly reported is that of
an elderly man who died while renting a room upstairs. They never identified who exactly
he was and that same fate met his ghost. To this day, nobody knows who he is. Paranormal
investigators first move is to ask for his name - but still nobody knows. Perhaps more
scary is the other most reported ghost - that of a small girl, often heard crying on the
second level near the bathrooms. People have also tried to contact her - but perhaps its
best left alone …
Moving on to number 4 we have The Banshee Labyrinth. Yes, thats a scary name and thats
not accident. This is an example of a bar that was renamed because of its haunted nature.
Built in Edinborough Scotland, t was originally called the Nicol Edwards pub. For as long
as its been standing, the nightclub and bar has been situated right above the citys underground
vaults. Anyone from Edinborough will tell you that the vaults have a reputation for
being a hub of criminal activity, a meeting spot for dangerous people and the place where
many have met a grisly end. On top of that, theres also reports that its been hope to
creatures from the spirit world. Perhaps the most famous is The Banshee. As some of you
might already know, a banshee is a female spirit in Irish mythology known to be an open
of death. If you hear a banshees cry, death is not far behind. When the pub was being
refurbished a few years ago, a group of worken all heard a terrifying scream. They knew they
were alone and had no idea who or what could have made that unearthly noise. A few hours
later, one of the workers received a phone call informing him that a family member had
passed away. For many people, this was proof that a banshee has made its way up from the
vaults and into this popular Scottish bar …
At number 3 now we have The Menger Bar. This place is often called the most haunted bar
in the Texas - and for good reason. Its one of the oldest bars in the US and was home
to many soldiers, cattle rustlers and notorious criminals on the run. To say there were a
few gun fights here would be an understatement. If you know anything about ghosts then people
often say they are caused by violence, anger and of course, death. Its no surprise then
this place is said to be a breeding ground for ghosts. There are not 1, not 2 or 3 but
32 different ghosts that are said to haunt the bar, hotel and restaurant. One of them
is apparently Teddy Roosevelt himself - yes, the Teddy Roosevelt as in the 26th President
of the US. Although he is said to be friendly - the same cant be said for the other 31 ghosts
- visit them at your peril …
Next up at number 2 we have Lafittes Blacksmith Shop. In many ways, this old building in New
Orleans has been lost in the mists of time. Its thought to have been built in 1762 or
thereabouts. As the name suggests, it was originally used by a blacksmith. But who was
Lafitte? Well, he was a pirate and people say this whole blacksmith shop was just a
front to hide his illegal activities. Its been many years since then but some say the
energy of the evil goings on here has never left. Its now an atmospheric piano bar, lit
only by candlelight. Many visitors have spotted Laffiete standing around the fireplace, where
he is said to have stashed all his pirate gold. He was also a notorious womanizer - and
some people say this is the reason that others will see a distraught woman in old fashioned
clothing pacing towards the back of the building, before fading into the darkness ...
And finally at number 1 we have Jamaica Inn. This in the picturesque countryside of Cornwall
in England but don't let that fool you. It was once featured on the Most Haunted programme
in 2010 - the producers claimed it was one of the scariest episodes they had ever made.
The owners of the inn claim to have heard ghostly whispers - not only in English but
a number of different languages. They often hear the clip clop of horse hooves on the
cobblestones outside only to find nothing is there at all. There is one story though
that is famous above all the others. Legend says that many years ago, a guest left his
half finished drink on the bar and wandered into the night, never to be seen again. His
body was then discovered on the moor. In the years since then, many landlords and guests
have said the mans ghost will wander wander into the bars some nights to try and finish
his drink, of course, he is always too late and will vanish into thin air not long after
walking in. He seems to not want to cause any harm to the living - but locals say the
sight itself is enough to terrify anyone.
Just once again I wanna say thank you to the Dive Bar Shirt Club for making this video
possible. Remember to check them out if you wanna pick yourself up some cool dive bar
t shirts. You can visit their website at the dive bar shirt club . com or find the link
in the description box below. However you get there, you can look through all the great
designs including the ones we talked about earlier to make sure you try before you buy.
If you find one you like, make sure you let us know in the comments section below. Once
again, thank you to the Dive Bar Shirt Club - thanks you guys for watching, my name is
Danny Burke and Ill see you all in the next video.

Sarah Sanders And Ivanka Just Got Priceless Revenge On Nasty Lib Celeb Who Attacked Them - Duration: 6:04.
Sarah Sanders And Ivanka Just Got Priceless Revenge On Nasty Lib Celeb Who Attacked Them.
President Trump seems to be disgusted at Samantha Bee after her vicious comments against Ivanka
last Friday. He demands to know why she hasn't been fired. That's a very good question.
Roseanne was fired for stepping out of line over Valerie Jarrett, so why does it seem
like there is special treatment for Samantha Bee when she says equally awful things about
the First Daughter and President Trump himself?
Trump said that it is a "total double standard" that TBS hasn't fired the "Full Frontal"
host, after ABC sacked Roseanne Barr and canceled her show over a racist tweet about an Obama
official. "Why aren't they firing no talent Samantha Bee for the horrible language used
on her low ratings show? A total double standard but that's O.K., we are Winning, and will
be doing so for a long time to come!" Trump tweeted. His tweet came after Bee apologized
for her vulgar comments aimed at Ivanka, calling it "inappropriate and inexcusable." "I
crossed a line, and I deeply regret it," Bee said Thursday.
At an awards ceremony afterwards where Bee was honored for "advancing social change"
on her show, she doubled down saying it was just a word and get over it already. That
Trump's immigration policies were the real issue. Notably, the press were not allowed
into the event. TBS issued a lame and insincere apology as well, saying that Bee "has taken
the right action in apologizing for the vile and inappropriate language she used about
Ivanka Trump," and that "those words should not have been aired." "It was our mistake
too, and we regret it," TBS said in a statement. But they have not fired her like Roseanne
was fired. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee
Sanders called out the host of "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee" for the "vile and vicious"
language she used in Wednesday night's show in reference to Ivanka Trump. "The collective
silence by the left and its media allies is appalling," Sanders said in a statement
to The Wrap. "Her disgusting comments and show are not fit for broadcast, and executives
at Time Warner and TBS must demonstrate that such explicit profanity about female members
of this administration will not be condoned on its network." TBS, which airs "Full
Frontal," is a part of media conglomerate Turner, owned by Time Warner.
The Daily Wire recounted the sordid affair: "Bee, host of a show called "Full Frontal,"
called Ivanka Trump a "feckless c***" during Wednesday night's broadcast."
""You know, Ivanka, that's a beautiful photo of you and your child, but let me just
say, one mother to another, do something about your dad's immigration practices, you feckless
c***," Bee said after showing a photo of Ivanka and her toddler son, Theodore."
"Liberals quickly came to Bee's defense, and while she was forced to apologize, TBS
does not appear to be moving toward firing her — even though some advertisers have
pulled out." In fact, Bee's show was honored Thursday
night by the Television Academy as one of the most "meaningful and relevant" on
the air. Journalists were barred from covering the event in person."
When showing a photo of Ivanka and her little boy can cause this much unhinged hatred on
the left, you know we are living on a very violent powder keg. The clip of Bee's monologue
was uploaded to her YouTube channel where the words "c—" and "f—" were not
censored. I don't think it has been taken down. Looks like Bee is saying, "Sorry,
not sorry," over all of this.
Hollywood and much of the media came to Bee's defense. Sally Field, 71, doubled down and
gave an even more profane tweet: "I like Samantha Bee a lot, but she is flat wrong
to call Ivanka a c**t. C**ts are powerful, beautiful, nurturing and honest." I used
to like her and thought Field was pretty wholesome. Guess I was wrong.
Evidently, TBS feels an apology is enough. It wasn't for Roseanne. She begged ABC to
let her make amends and they canceled her anyway. She claims she was on Ambien at the
time. ABC immediately canceled the reboot of her 1980's sitcom, "Roseanne," and
the CEO of Disney, Bob Iger, called Jarrett to apologize.
Trump has criticized Iger over all this: "Bob Iger of ABC called Valerie Jarrett to let
her know that 'ABC does not tolerate comments like those' made by Roseanne Barr. Gee,
he never called President Donald J. Trump to apologize for the HORRIBLE statements made
and said about me on ABC. Maybe I just didn't get the call?" Trump tweeted Wednesday.
Maybe the best revenge we'll see short of Bee being fired is that her advertisers are
now pulling their support from her show. Both Autotrader and State Farm pulled their sponsorship
of "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee," the former seemingly indefinitely. State Farm
said it "asked TBS to suspend our advertising in the program and are reviewing any future
placements." Discover is staying put, for now.
As for Ivanka, President Trump's oldest daughter tweeted a series of tweets to say
she was ignoring her critics. "If thou workest at what is before thee, following right reason
seriously, vigorously, calmly, without allowing anything to distract thee…If thou holdest
to this, expecting nothing, fearing nothing, but satisfied with thy present activity according
to nature…thou wilt live happy. And there is no man who will be able to prevent this,"
she tweeted, quoting Marcus Aurelius. Well said and spoken with nothing but class and
grace in the face of her enemies.

4 Awesome Discoveries You Probably Didn't Hear About This Week – Ep. 3 - Duration: 2:28.
Here are 4 awesome discoveries you probably didn't hear about this week.
Our first discovery is a two-fer… a blueprint for turning a greenhouse gas, C02,
into the one most valuable materials ever sold…
carbon nanotubes with small diameters.
Carbon nanotubes this small are superheroes – think Superman and Ant Man combined.
Stronger than steel, more conductive than copper.
But very expensive.
Now researchers are on to a new process that could make 'em cheap…
and from C02 sucked right out of the air.
Ahh, fresh ocean air.
Take a deep breath and you're likely taking in sea spray aerosols.
And those tiny bubbles are bursting with more than salt.
Scientists at this NSF-funded facility have found that bacteria and viruses coated by
waxy substances are found in greater numbers than others in ocean spray, and are more likely
to be ejected into the atmosphere as waves break.
An evolved strategy?
The researchers say maybe.
Next challenge?
Figure out why the microbes are doing it, and when it's good or bad for our health.
Compression therapy is standard treatment for patients whose veins struggle to return
blood from the lower extremities.
But there's no great way to know if a bandage
is applying the ideal pressure for a given condition.
Now engineers have developed pressure-sensing photonic fibers
and woven them into a typical compression bandage.
As the bandage is stretched, the fibers change color.
Stretch to the color an accompanying chart says you need for your condition and…
that's a wrap.
Woah woah, hold up… gotta charge my phone.
...And there we go!
That's how fast a new battery design could do the job – changing up how we charge up.
Instead of an anode and cathode on either side of a nonconducting separator, a new concept
intertwines the components in a self-assembling, 3D structure –
with thousands of nanoscale pores
filled with the components necessary for energy storage and lightening quick charges.
[phone rings] Um, I've got to take this.
Hello?
And…there you have it.
See you next week with 4 more awesome discoveries, funded by NSF.

Pandas — The Complicated Truth Behind These Cute Animals - Duration: 5:03.
- [Narrator] Okay, so here's a hot take.
Pandas are overrated.
Sure, they're cute. So cute that
they show up in our logos, our movies, and even on our feet.
We are obsessed.
But every obsession has a dark side.
And this one starts in China.
(bubbly orchestral music)
The Chinese government owns nearly
all the giant pandas on earth.
And American zoos will shell out up to
a million dollars a year to rent just one.
Most sign 10 year panda diplomacy contracts,
and if any baby cubs are born,
they pay an additional one-time $400,000 baby tax.
That doesn't even include the extra costs,
like the bear's enclosure, medical care,
and mountains of bamboo, but zoos are far
from going bankrupt over pandas.
In 2012, attendance at the Edinburgh Zoo
rose 51% after pandas arrived.
And the National and Atlanta zoos saw similar increases.
While that money is great for the zoos,
it's not necessarily the best for the pandas.
Turns out, breeding pandas in captivity
is a completely different ball game from in the wild.
Threesomes are more or less the norm,
when it comes to wild panda sex,
something that's really difficult to replicate in zoos.
On top of that, wild pandas have a mating routine
that involves courting calls and scent
markings that can last weeks, but in captivity,
the chosen pair is often separated, right up to when
the female is ovulating, and as a result,
they rarely hit it off.
Regardless, we are dead set on keeping the species alive.
And why wouldn't we?
They're freaking adorable.
The round heads, seemingly large eyes,
and Cabbage Patch Kid bodies remind us of babies.
And that triggers a nurturing response.
Ultimately, what it boils down to is this:
People care about cute critters.
Period.
Mangrove forests, for example, support at least
1,300 animal species, with their roots, fruit, and branches.
So, saving them is like saving their entire ecosystem.
Pandas, by comparison, don't affect many other life forms.
So, saving them saves the pandas, but not much else.
Yet, it's the cuddly pandas who qualify as a poster species
for conservation organizations, not the mangroves.
And that's a problem.
Of the close to 20,000 endangered animal species,
only 80 get the lion's share of the already scarce funding.
And one study found that 61% of conservation
campaigns only raised funds for these celebrity species.
But as the World Wildlife Fund's logo,
pandas really hit the ultimate conservation jackpot.
When the World Wildlife Fund was founded in 1961,
it distributed all printed materials in black and white.
You know what else was black and white?
Pandas.
Pandas look just as cute in color
as they did in grayscale, so voila.
But the sad irony is the main reason pandas
were endangered in the first place is habitat destruction.
Yet, even with all their funding,
it's not enough to prevent further habitat decline.
Construction, logging, and an influx of tourists
continued to diminish and disjoint
the panda's natural habitat.
And if the whole point of these hefty funds
and breeding programs is to rebuild
wild populations, we're sucking at it.
In 2006, the Chinese government started
reintroducing pandas to the wild,
but only five of those seven are still alive.
In fact, of all the species listed as endangered
since 1973, 99% are still around,
but only 1%, one, have been successfully
rehabilitated and taken off the list.
Maybe it's time to end the era of pent up panda bears.
After all, we'll always have Kung Fu Panda.
(soft electronic music)

Government Says They Aren't Responsible For Nearly 1,500 Missing Immigrant Children - Duration: 7:43.
A new report found that the United States has lost track of nearly 1,500 migrant children.
It's creating this massive humanitarian crisis in this country.
We don't know where 1,500 kids that were brought into the United States, unaccompanied minors,
supposedly given to homes to be taken care of, we don't know where 1,500 kids are.
I mean, that's insane.
That's the only word to describe it.
This is something that you would hear about if it was over in Iraq ...
A banana republic [crosstalk 00:00:35].
You know, perhaps somewhere, anywhere the third world, you [inaudible 00:00:41], "Oh,
they lost 1,500 kids, oh that's so sad.
Oh, let me change the channel here."
This is the United States, the federal government in charge of these children.
They're supposed to make sure we send them to family, we send them to friends, we send
them to legitimate foster families.
Instead, they just lost them.
They sent them off, they don't know where.
Some of them we do know have gone to human traffickers and the slave trade, actually.
The rest, we're not too sure.
Maybe they're down the street, I don't know.
The government also says, "You know what?
We're not legally responsible ..."
HHS.
Yeah, to go find these kids or keep track of them.
We got a lot going on.
Let's talk about that just a second.
First of all, you've got an organization that's put together just, it's called the ORR and
it has to do with placement of these kids.
Okay?
Now, the question becomes, how much input does the HHS have over the ORR?
You got a bunch of pinhead, you know, a bunch of bureaucrats that don't have a clue who's
taking care of what.
The ORR, the very people who place these kids, supposed to place them in homes said, "Well,
we lost track of 1,500 kids."
The HHS says, "Well, it's not our responsibility.
We're not responsible for this."
The ORR says, "Well, we're not responsible."
I mean, this is actually the argument going on with these pinhead bureaucrats right now.
It's like a bunch of children and they're sitting there saying, "Well, you touched them
last, it's your responsibility."
This is 20% of the migrant children who came into this country in 2017, 20% that they don't
know about.
Part of the issue is that the Republicans in control, one of the first things they always
do is they cut budgets.
They cut departments, they fire staff because they want to shrink the government.
Well, now we've fired people, we've cut the budgets so they can't properly do their jobs.
Instead of having this Office of Refugee Resettlement keeping track of them or HHS or hell, even
ICE at this point, everybody says, "Not my responsibility.
I rounded them up like I was supposed to.
I put them on the bus."
They could be in the slave trade, for all we know.
Right.
Interesting thing, sometimes I read these stories, I mean, I get these emails, "Pap,
why are you smiling and laughing during the very serious story?"
This is a serious story.
It is.
I have to.
Some of these stories are so ridiculous, when I look at them, my mind is thinking, "How
have we gotten here?"
That's why it's almost a laughable situation that we've become this third world banana
republic, and nobody will admit it.
This is a great example.
Exactly.
It's one of the things you never thought.
I mean, five years ago if you would have gone back in time and hand me this headline I would
have said, "Oh, this is from The Onion, of course, obviously."
No, this is what's happening.
It happened 2017, 1,500 kids somewhere out there in this country, maybe.
Yeah.
The opioid epidemic has gotten so bad in this country that shellfish, mussels from the waterways
are now testing positive for opioids, which means you might be ingesting these addictive
medications without even knowing it.
This story, this is where somebody set out, they had a suspicion that up around Elliott
Bay, around Oregon, that area through there, that the level of opioids in the water, somebody
was reporting they had taken some casual tests, so they went out and did some really spectacular
testing.
They actually tested, I don't remember exactly how many sites.
It was maybe 18 sites, eight or 18 sites, something.
Is it eight?
18.
18 sites.
They came out in three of the locations that were very close to Bremerton and Elliott Bay,
they came back and said that the Oxycontin levels were so high that they actually pose
a danger.
Now, first of all, can you imagine ... What we see in the opioid in litigation is that
there are pockets around the country where the manufacturers and distributors like McKesson
have pumped in so many pills, knowing that ... There's areas where every man, woman,
and child had access to 500 pills, man, woman, and child in areas.
This is one of those areas.
Now, what they would do is they would go to areas where there's big despair, economic
problems, job loss, economic issues that cause personal despair.
This is one of those areas.
All of a sudden, they find out, well, the level is so high they were finding oxycodone
in the shellfish.
What people need to understand here is this comes from human waste.
I know everything we flush, it goes to wastewater treatment facilities, but that's to remove
the bacteria and anything like that, and then it does, most of the case it either gets dumped
into the environment or dumped into the waterways.
When people are on opioids and there's so many in this area that this wastewater, after
being treated and dumped into Elliott Bay or nearby waterways where it goes in there,
the shellfish, the mussels, probably oysters and everything else in there, they're now
all doped up on opioids.
Yeah, and the industry is saying, "Well, we did what we were supposed to do.
We gave it to the water treatment plant."
The industry knew what they were doing.
The industry understands, for example, this next story.
This is a great story.
Pharmaceutical makers are sending so much drug-spiked water around the country, here's
what happens.
Pharmaceutical company doesn't want to pay to treat their own waste, so they give it
to the taxpayers to have to treat at the public wastewater treatment.
Well, here's the problem.
The wastewater treatment is not equipped to remove all of these drugs that these pharmaceutical
companies put in there, and so the companies know that, and the level of things like anti-fungal
drugs, anti-histamines, diabetes drugs, anti-seizure drugs are off the chart.
Muscle relaxers, blood pressure drugs, and people don't understand, these are being found
not just in the waterways, it's in the sea life.
The fish that you eat may be filled with antidepressants.
You're taking these medications and you don't know about it.
That has horrible consequences for the public.
Of course it does.
What I love about it is the industry saying, "Well, isn't that their job, the water treatment
plant?"
Well, they know it's not their job and the industry understands they're not equipped
to treat it.
Let's pass it onto taxpayers again.
Let's let taxpayers and consumers worry about our profits, that's what's happening here.

Blue Promise: Short Term or Shortsighted (Part 1) - Duration: 9:30.
[Music]
DAN: Short-term limited duration policies
have been sold to individuals for a while now
they were originally designed for people who had a temporary
gap in health coverage but recent policy changes
could lead more consumers to purchase this type of insurance
so what are these plans and why do they matter
Hello I'm Dr. Dan McCoy and welcome to this
edition of Blue Promise
I'm the President of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas
and I'm here with Ross Blackstone today my co-host
ROSS: Thank you Dr. McCoy this is a hot topic
We have Pati McCandless here she's our Vice President
of State Health Policy Thanks for joining us Pati
PATI: Thanks Ross I'm happy to be here
ROSS: Okay so this is really kind of heating up
tell us what are short-term limited duration policies
PATI: So short term limited duration policies the name is
kind of self-explanatory they're meant to be
short-term plans that cover gaps in coverage and they've
been around a really long time but the new thing
that's happening is that the federal government has proposed
some rules to allow people to keep those plans in
place for up to a year
DAN: So, Pati before we start here so who would.. who would
have bought a short-term policy before like what were they for
PATI: There are always for those gaps in coverage
that you had so maybe you left one employer plan and
you were gonna take a month off between jobs
so that you can enjoy some Sun before you went
back to the grindstone so it was a way to cover
those gaps but between jobs or between starting school
or you lost your parents plan and you were waiting to start again
for short periods of time when you didn't necessarily
want to.. like Cobra which is enough
DAN: So what.. is this not just Cobra?
PATI: It's not Cobra they are very inexpensive
because they have very high limits on.. very high limits on coverage
so they cover.. they're really meant to be
I mean I don't want to go bare I don't want to not have insurance
at all so I would just want something to cover me in case I trip and fall
and break my leg.
They're not meant to be comprehensive health
insurance coverage
I mean in the event I get sick or have a chronic
Condition that needs treatment they're meant to just provide
temporary gap coverage and so…
DAN: So let me ask you a quick question.
So we've had this Affordable Care Act thing
around for a while and there's been
some essential health benefits
so people have become just sort of understand that
health insurance is pretty comprehensive
but you've used the word "limited" a couple of times here so give me
some examples about what wouldn't be covered
under a short-term policy
PATI: Right! So the Affordable Care Act required
Qualified health plans to cover ten essential benefits and
there are those things that everybody assumes would be
covered under health insurance
your hospitalization
and prescription drugs
mental health, maternity
Short term limited duration plans aren't regulated and so
many of them have exclusions for things that people would think
would be covered. Like they don't cover prescription drugs,
most of them don't or they may offer a discount card.
So it may look like prescription drugs are covered but when you
go to the drugstore in fact you're just getting
like a 10% discount off the list price at the
drugstore and another limitation is, they tend to not cover maternity.
There's not one available to cover maternity care
and then they may have limits on coverage so they may have like a
ten thousand annual limit on hospitalization.
There's all kinds of limits that they can put on them and to make them
less expensive but at the same time that means
you may not have the coverage you need
if you have a health condition or
an accident
ROSS: I have a couple of statistics just to reiterate
what you're saying; the Kaiser Family Foundation
found that 43 percent of short-term limited duration policies
do not cover mental health services,
62 do not cover services for substance abuse treatment
and 71 percent do not cover outpatient prescription drugs
and as you mentioned none of them cover maternity care.
I want to touch on something you said earlier about how people might
use a short term limited duration policy if they might fall
and spring their ankle.
From my perspective, if I'm 20 maybe 30
years old I'm thinking I don't really need insurance,
it costs a lot. I might just save my money and go ahead and get
a short-term limited duration policy.
When.. when something might come up when I might actually
need it, is that a problem?
PATI: Well the concern is in addition to these limitations
and exclusions, they also have very strong pre-existing
condition exclusions.
So say you think you're healthy but you find out
a few months later that in fact those headaches you had
were related to some severe chronic condition or cancer
and then at that point when you need coverage, you won't
have it because the policies will say we do not cover services
for conditions where signs or symptom may have existed
in the prior two years before the effective date
of coverage.
So you could be caught in a really terrible situation in the event
that you have a condition you weren't aware of and it
gets worse after you buy one of these products or say
you're young and healthy and you do have an accident
but there's a limitation or it doesn't cover physical therapy.
Say you sprained your ankle and it might cover
the hospital visit or the doctor's visit but you
don't have visit for therapy that might be needed in order
to recover to the way you were before the accident.
DAN: Okay so I saw something really surprising. I I really couldn't believe it,
so you like to tell me if it's true that some of these
don't cover sports accidents?
PATI: Right! There's some pretty funny or disturbing exclusions
when I looked at it. I was like, you better not
have any fun and stay inside the whole time because
there were exclusions for participating in sports
or even attending like say you want to go see your
husband's softball game on the weekend and you get hit
by stray softball. If you're injured you might not be covered because
if you're participating or with someone else who's participating
it's excluded.
If your kid's at camp they may not be covered for
horseback riding or swimming accidents or anything like that.
So there are some… it's not just skydiving or
what you could would consider dangerous type activities,
some of these exclusions are very broad and it's exact type of
injury that you would want to be covered by your health insurance
DAN: Well one of the things we've really talked about is the
concerns here for consumers it seems to me it would be a
pretty scary proposition to buy a short term limited
duration policy
but what are the concerns for the healthcare community
If you're a doctor are people going to look
like they have insurance when they walk in your office?
PATI: That's …that's gonna Be the big question for the
Provider community is what you know
Who's gonna offer these products and what actually will be covered
so right now if you come in with an Affordable Care Act product
the provider community knows there's no more lifetime limits
there's no annual limits all the essential
health benefits are covered you know there may be a copay
or coinsurance or deductible requirement for the member
but they know that they're going to get paid for services
that are provided but with these types of products
you really don't know and you may not know for months
Say you submit a claim and that person has something
that that they need before they get a cancer diagnosis
and you provide services for several months
and you may find out later at the end of the day
that they were pre-existing condition exclusions and that
you're gonna have to go to the member to pay
for those services because…
DAN: It sounds like a nightmare because in some respects
the physician may have spent money and sent drugs
for administered in the office and then they find out later
that the person wasn't covered because it was pre-existing
PATI: Could be, I mean it could be a problem for the provider community
and for the member what happens when your claims start being denied
and the member doesn't have the money to pay for
continued services I mean that's gonna
be a terrible situation and at that point
if it's not open enrollment so it's the timing you know hopefully
the member eventually could go back and sign back up for
an Affordable Care Act plan but those opportunities are
limited to the annual open enrollment period or to
a special enrollment period and those are having coverage
on a temporary policy and canceling it or losing it
does not qualify you for a special momentary…
DAN: Let's talk Pati, that's a little bit of a nerdy nuance but
I want to go through that again so if you get dissatisfied with one of
these plans and you cancel it
you don't qualify for openenrollment
PATI: No it's not a special enrollment period because
it's not creditable coverage it's not the type of coverage
that you lose so right now under the Affordable Care Act
regulations if you lose your employer coverage or
you move or you adopt a child or you get married
it creates a special enrollment period and those periods have been
around since HIPPA really because people are familiar
to them and when they change jobs or they lose you know
that you can go sign up for insurance when you've had
one of these things happen that qualifies you for
special enrollment period
however if you decide to take a risk and buy one of these products
because they're less expensive nd then find out mid-year that
it doesn't cover you and you need better coverage
you're you're locked out until the next openenrollment period
ROSS: High and dry
PATI: Right, you're high and dry until the next you know so
the depending on the timing of when you get sick
you'll have to wait till the next November
open enrollment period for coverage that begins January 1st
of the next year so it could really put you in a terrible situation
ROSS: So what I'm hearing is that there are a lot of implications
for the individuals who might choose to obtain one of these
policies and for everybody else even if I don't choose to go
with a short-term limited duration policy
I could still be impacted by some of the changes that
are being proposed so let's take a break and
come back to talk about the rest of it
DAN: Thanks for joining us for this
episode of Blue Promise

First Look: Savage 110 Scout in .308 Win - What's in the Box? - Duration: 21:32.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, welcome to The Social Regressive. I'm
Kyle Broderick, and I'll be your tour guide through this unboxing video. I
don't like to do these on my channel for the most part because I think they're
tedious and pointless. What's in the box is much less important than how it works,
so if I'm going to test a rifle I'm gonna get outside and I'm gonna shoot it
in practical scenarios that kind of match what the rifle is set up for and
this rifle is a little bit different. What's in this box or not in this box is
going to be very important to me and probably very important to you. The
Patrons of the Destructive Arts out on Patreon, they selected this rifle in a
poll - we put a poll out there and on Facebook and people could determine what
from the Savage catalog they wanted me to review next. I had a handful of items
that I wanted to check out and they picked this. This is the Savage 110 Scout.
The new 110 line includes both short action and long action rifles and it's
just kind of a whole revamp of a lot of the standard rifles that we've come to
love from Savage over the years they've kind of combined them all into this one
kind of designation and then they just put a word after it like varmint
you know brush hunter predator and in this case scout they picked the one 10
Scout to test out and this I think is going to be a really interesting one
because it deviates a lot from a lot of the videos that I have been doing here
in the recent past I've been doing a lot of precision shooting a lot of long
range prone shooting and this is built not to be shot from the pro and it's
built to be shot off hand that's what this really is designed for the Scout
model rifle as kind of put together as conceived by Jeff Cooper is supposed to
be a short lightweight rifle that's chambered in a pretty hard-hitting
caliber like 308 in the case of the the savage 110 Scout you get the choice of
223, 308, 338 Federal, and 450 Bushmaster so you get one that's more of you know
kind of plinking and a little bit faster but then you kind of get into what Jeff
Cooper was more about which is the the heavier hitting sort of thing.
These rifles are intended to be shot at kind of closer ranges say about zero
yards out to about 400, 450; that's how he figured it and they were designed to be
handy easy to stow, easy to carry, sling over your shoulder, put in a truck.
They're meant to be quick to hand quick to point and just kind of easy to use
all around but what Savage has done is they've taken that formula and they have
there are a couple of companies that have put out scout rifles and Savage has
had a scout rifle in the past I think it might have been a 111 or something but
now this is in their new form factor in their new stock and what this stock is
it's called the Accu-Fit stock so what we have is - well it's kind of a
combination of the two. The old Accustock had an aluminum bedding block
running through here and up into the forearm to make sure that even though it
was a plastic lightweight stock that it was very stiff that it wouldn't flex
when it was placed on a bipod or run off a sling that you could count on this and
no matter what style of shooting you were going to employ it but what they've
done now is they've added the Accufit system so with this you can remove this
spacer right back here and you can swap it out or stack the or stack these
things and you can get different lengths of pull to fit your individual
dimensions and they also have different cheek risers right here that you can
also remove and swap out while you're doing that so you can make this fit you
and how your cheek works and how you look through the scope to make it fit
perfectly and do it in an inexpensive way instead of making this a really
expensive rifle with all kinds of movable parts they just made some
plastic parts you can swap out and pop in really great idea
and that's the part that I'm really curious about in this box I want to see
what they've actually included did they include some of the cheek risers that
they include some of the butt pad spacers we're about to find out but
first I want to take a good look at the rifle
and before we actually do that I do want to point out a couple of things about
just the overall shape of this you'll see that we have a forward mounted
optics rail this is part of Jeff's Cooper's design he wanted to use not a
regular rifle scope where that you know it's typically sitting way back here and
is pretty close to your eye he wanted to have a big field of view to be able to
see everything out around him to see be able to see the environment and then
have a relatively small view through the scope using basically a pistol scope up
front and then I mentioned iron sights I think we have a peep sight at the back
and then kind of a bladed protected front sight right up here so this does
pretty well fit his concept for that rifle before we take a close look at
this I just wanted to point out the shirt that I'm wearing thank you the
hide for sending this to me go check out his channel guys just look it up on
YouTube go look up the hide channel and you'll find him he has a really neat
there's the back of it he has a really neat setup he reviews rifles mostly he's
done some other firearms but he has a cool setup in his back yard where he can
you know test the precision of a rifle at a hundred yards if he needs to but he
can also do some running gun things he has just a neat little course set up in
his backyard that I totally want to crash sometime it looks like a lot of
fun alright let's delve into the rifle where should we start the muzzle end or
the butt end now let's take a look at the buttstock since this is kind of the
crux of the whole thing this is where you get the fun parts to swap out the
recoil pad back here is very thick and it has some nice squish to it it's not
as squishy as some of their older models and it's nicely rounded at the edge here
so this should not hang up on clothing quite as much this should be pretty easy
to get into the shoulders take a fast shot and yeah it's gonna absorb recoil
from that 450 Bushmaster the 338 federal or the 308 that we have here installed
is one of the spacers already in place up top this is one of the comb height
pieces and we'll see what other pieces are available I'm guessing that this is
the shortest one moving forward and take a look at some
of the the shapes that we have going through here you get a lot of nice
straight lines that are radiused with you know pretty much sections of a
circle it's all very clean and crisp looking moving into the handguard you
get a couple of rubber inserts and you get these slashes cut in oh and now that
we're looking at the underside there's a new savage logo right there and the
quick detach or the other swivel stud at the back like you normally get just
feeling the grip off hand it feels quite nice it feels very much like their older
model nothing really revolutionary going on here but I think these little rubber
grips should do a good job of keeping the rifle in your hand moving forward we
have a metal trigger guard and this has a little bit of a different shape I like
it it should be plenty of room right here for gloved hands or however big
your hands are gonna be I think it should fit pretty well on this trigger
guard and then of course you have the active trigger up front moving further
forward you have this this mag well right here
I was thinking originally this is the accurate mag bottom metal but no this is
something a little bit slimmer this has it sticks down a little bit not quite as
far on this rifle is the accurate mag model and I can kind of see why they did
that why they went with this one this might be CDI or Pacific and some of the
middle actually extends up into the rifle as you can see there this one
doesn't sit entirely flush down here it actually pushes up I'll have to put an
annotation to which bottom metal this is but yeah I can see why they went this
route it doesn't really include anything that's going to snag on clothing or on
straps or anything like that for a rifle that needs to be handy and needs to be
really quick to the shoulder looking around to the top safety as usual and
the action up here take a look at this this is not the old model 10 action with
its open top or the 12 or 16 or whatever this is more their target style action
so this one has that full top strap across the top and that's
probably going to lend itself to even improved accuracy with these rifles that
have it over the open top I know that I've never had any issues with the open
top doing anything but any extra bit of rigidity through here is probably a good
thing up top we have the peep sight at the rear this looks quite nice nicely
machined and it is adjustable for both windage and elevation moving forward
here is the the big deal that separates the scout from all the other ranch
rifles and other just little shorty rifles and that's where the scope is
going to be placed this is mounted out basically over the barrel well out in
front of the action that way you can mount what essentially amounts to a
pistol scope out front this is pretty long so you can mount things as far back
or as far forward as you need and the scope that we're going to be working
with it first this is a Simmons Gold Medal and these are a little bit rare
nowadays these were made back in the older days of Simmons these are quite
well known as being excellent scopes I don't know if you can read this but this
one is made in Japan quite a nice pistol scope this one does not have any tricks
in the reticle it's just a simple one and a half to four and the magnification
on a Scout scope needs to be low that was the original plan something in the
range of 2 power 3 power 4 power something like that so you can easily
get on targets at a variety of ranges but mostly a little bit closer in so
yeah we're gonna put this on top and then later we're going to be featuring
another scope on top of here and I'll release what that is a little bit later
I'm working with a vendor to be able to demonstrate a really neat scope that I
think will go very well with this now further forward the handguard this again
is much like the older AK you stock it does have the the metal kind of chassis
insert here inside the stock and it is a little bit on the thinner side but then
it has enough bulk that you're probably not
you know be worried about getting your fingers around to the barrel and burning
them and that barrel I should mention is actually probably the biggest deviation
that this rifle makes from the Scout formula as Jeff Cooper described it this
actually has quite a bit of bulk to it this is a pretty hefty barrel it has a
very fast taper it goes from you know a very thick section back here down to the
muzzle which is still just a little bit larger I think than your average sporter
Waite barrel but it doesn't taper down quickly and get down to a pencil barrel
or anything and that's probably what Jeff Cooper would have wanted if you
look at his styrsky that he did a lot of shooting with and was kind of his
favorite rifle the one that he helped design it had a very thin kind of pencil
barrel it wasn't really designed for ultimate precision it was designed to be
quick and whippy and to really get on target quickly and in my opinion that
rifle is just so ugly partially because of how thin that barrel is and how huge
the forearm is but hey you know beauty is as Beauty does we're gonna see how
this performs I suspect that when Savage was taking a look at this they kind of
looked at that thin barrel like yeah we do precision rifles will make this
little heavier so I'm expecting that this will actually shoot quite well
possibly better than Jeff Cooper's original design we'll see about that
it kind of sounds anathema to say that so the the sight up front this is a kind
of an AR style it's it's not fully shrouded it just has these ears on the
side for protection and then kind of a thick front blade out here and I think
this should work very well for shooting at the size of targets that are expected
for a scout rifle this is designed as kind of a law-enforcement rifle it would
also be good against certain types of game good stuff there front we have a
muzzle break and this looks like it's going to be very effective it
as to quite large ports even though it isn't all that much larger than the
actual diameter of the barrel so I think that you know despite its its lack of
diameter it still looks like it's going to be very effective I've tried out a
couple of muzzle brakes in this design on a couple of different rifles and they
functioned very well so I expect that this one should take up the recoil a lot
now bear in mind that with a muzzle brake like this as close to your ears
it's going to be with this short barrel that this is going to blow your ears out
if you take a shot without any kind of hearing protection we will be shooting
suppressed with this and we'll be doing some some hearing safe stuff we will
actually test out this muzzle break we'll see how effective it is let's
check out the parts and accessories okay the bolt this has an interesting looking
bolt handle that looks like it should be really functional well we'll give this a
good feel on the actual rifle magazine oh good
this is a Magpul 10-round P mag this is one of the accuracy international
pattern not the sr-25 so this is going to be that single stack and this is the
one that I raved about on the model 10 GRS I love the way that this thing fed
that was easily the slickest I think rifle that I've ever felt at least it's
the slickest Savage it ran very very smoothly and a lot of that I think came
down to the magazine now let's see what parts we get ok so we get a little kind
of guide to the AK you fit system right here ok and it looks like it came with
quite a few parts then let's just find out what's in here
so it looks like yeah this does come with the the cheek risers and extra
spacers for the buttstock let's see we have oh wow
yeah crikey it looks like you can get whatever but space you want my gosh if
you stack this up with the one that's actually in the rifle you can probably
get this thing it now it says you might have to use special screws in order to
get a length of pole that's out to 16 inches or so if you're a really tall guy
now I need fourteen and a half that's my fourteen and a half inch length of pull
so I'll easily be able to get that with probably just one of these spacers the
official stats we only pull up the sheet for the 1:10 Scout indicate that the
overall length is going to be somewhere between thirty seven and a half and
thirty eight and a half inches based on what kind of space are you put in yeah I
think you're gonna be able to get more than that if you swap those screws but
yeah I should be able to get that fourteen and a half inch length of pull
no problem and I'm guessing that the shortest length of pole is gonna be
about thirteen inches we'll find out in the final review so now let's see what
other parts we have
alright there's kind of a whale sized cheek riser and this one is slightly
taller wow they included a lot of stuff in here way to go Savage I like that you
don't have to go out and buy other parts alright let's see if we can figure out
the the height hierarchy okay that one is shorter even shorter and then you
have the one that's actually attached to the rifle which is kind of flush it
doesn't have this bump right here at all and it seems to just go straight back
into the rifle so nice you get five different choices of cheek riser and
that's just right in the box that is great value for money what a great idea
so yeah there are the instructions there's the survey card and then back in
here we're gonna have the standard manual the lock and the Accu trigger
adjustment tool it's probably gonna be automatically adjusted down to its
lowest setting we'll find out about that when we test this rifle out putting it
all together let's just give this a feel see what it's like alright magazines
slots in pretty easily and it removes easily I thought that this this lever
for releasing the magazine was a little goofy that it you know it actually kind
of flopped all the way open to touch the trigger guard but I can see how that's
actually a design feature with a rifle like this where you don't want any
obstructions you don't want any bits popping out to you know a knock against
obstructions or whatever you don't want it to catch on straps so actually that's
pretty cool this magazine rattles around a little bit in the magwell
and it might be different when there is actually ammo in there but you know what
I'm gonna test something real quick I just happen to have an accurate mag
bottom metal and an accurate mag magazine okay I think this one's gonna
work really well this fits nicely that was one of the issues that we ran across
with the the savage evolution where it didn't fit every kind of magazine
exactly the same and this bottom metal actually didn't feed the or didn't fit
the MDT magazines at all but I think this one has a little bit more relief
than some of the others and it should be able to fit all the mags so we're gonna
try all of them and see how they go we got the the PMAG got this steel accurate
mag yeah we're gonna do some tests with this we're gonna I think be able to
shoot at some hogs with this and we'll be able to do some kind of practical
tests out on the range where we're shooting at targets out to the distances
where this is designed to shoot this is supposed to be anywhere from you know
really close all the way out to about 450 yards or so I think is what the the
concept calls for and it's you know of course it's meant for kind of larger
targets in general and we're gonna see how this does and all that so make sure
you subscribe to the social regressive we're going to test this a whole lot if
you've seen any of our videos in the past you know that we overdo it right
we're gonna test this rifle into a Bolivian we're gonna try it at all kinds
of ranges and most of it is going to be offhand because that's what this rifle
is designed for I probably won't ever put a bipod on it unless it's time to
sight in or test some hand loads in it and speaking of hand loads we're gonna
be doing some subsonics with this rifle the threaded muzzle we're going to
remove this muzzle break at some point we'll put on a suppressor we'll shoot
some subsonics through it and we're gonna see what kind of damage it can do
and we're gonna listen to the sound and hear what a big ol 208 grain Hornady a
mac sounds like going by a microphone yeah good stuff coming make sure you

You'll NEVER Take Vitamins Again After Hearing THIS - Duration: 2:55.
We all need our vitamins and minerals.
There are 13 main ones and you'll actually die without them.
Many of us take multivitamins and supplements because we think it will somehow benefit our
health in the long run.
But after hearing what I'm about to tell you, you'll probably never take another
multivitamin again.
Welcome back to IO I'm Charlotte Dobre.
We all had a mother that forced us to swallow or chew a vitamin every morning.
I had those flinstone vitamins, which low key tasted like candy so I tolerated them.
I also didn't eat my veggies as often as I should have so I took multivitamins as a
way to escape eating a salad.
In the united states, 68 percent of adults take supplements, and 84 percent of Americans
believe that taking supplements is effective.
But multivitamins are expensive.
Sometimes they can cost $20 or more for a single jar.
That's if you're only taking one type.
But guess what.
According to a 5 year study, Vitamin and Mineral supplements make absolutely no difference
to your health.
Before you go and say, what the hell IO this is fake news, cuz I know some of you like
to do that before you actually look up the story, this study has been published in the
journal of the American college of cardiology.
And frankly, this isn't even a new idea.
To anyone who's studied vitamins, the results of the recent study is not even surprising.
According to the lead author of the study, Dr. David Jenkins, there is no harm in taking
supplements like vitamin d, multivitamins, calcium or vitamin c.
But there is also no apparent advantage either.
Furthermore, They do absolutely nothing to prevent heart attacks, cardiovascular disease,
or death.
The only supplements that seem to have some positive effects is folic acid, which may
be linked to having fewer strokes and less overall cardiovascular disease.
Obviously there are some exceptions.
If you do have a specific deficiency, and if a doctor tells you to take supplements,
do it.
But the best thing to do to get the vitamins and minerals you need is to eat a healthy
diet.
Once again, there is no shortcut around eating healthy.
Moral of the story: take that money you would spend on supplements, and instead regularly
stock up on veggies, fruits and nuts.
Stop spending money on pills unless you have to.
