Hey hey hey! Hello everyone! Alex VapersMD is here and I'm glad to welcome each one of you on my channel

And today we gonna have unusual video for my channel. It's comparison of devices. I don't like doing it, but in this case I decided that comparison MUST be done

But let me give you a background for a start. There is a pretty known reviewer VapnFagan, his name is Mark and he have pretty big YouTube channel with over 100k subscribers

I know him for a long time, I even had a live stream with him on my channel

So, I was waiting when Mark will release his own device, because all of his vape colleagues already released interesting vape devices long ago

And, suddenly for me, I saw a photo in Instagram, where Mark presenting and showing his RDA. And, suddenly, this RDA comes to me, without warning. Guys from Tigertek have my address, so they just sent it to me

And after I unboxed the packaging I was surprised a bit - I saw Obelisk RDA by Cartel Mods, but with the name Nada RDA by Tigertek & VapnFagan

Yes, these are two devices with identical idea - bottom and side airflow, vertical coil installation, 810 drip tips and even design have something in common

And at this point I instantly got an idea, that I need to make a comparative review. So yeah - here it is, comparative review in a new format. So let's go and compare these RDA's

And first criteria by which we will be comparing these RDA's is the kit

Unfortunately, I don't have original packaging of Obelisk preserved, though I have a review of Obelisk on my channel

So, in the kit of Obelisk RDA there is the RDA itself, screwdriver, screws, BF pin, o-rings and 510 adapter

Kit of Nada RDA includes RDA itself, screwdriver, 2 types of screws - flat head and hex screws, BF pin, o-rings, replaceable air plug screws for bottom airflow and extra plastic drip tip

In terms of the kit contents Nada RDA takes the first place, so we'll give it a first pro as well

Next criterion is design. Both RDA's very well made, Obelisk RDA has more strict design, Nada RDA is more brutal

If Nada RDA is painted completely, even inside of the top cap, then Obelisk RDA has is painted painted only outside. With a small margin, Nada RDA takes the first place - it has more interesting design

And now, as always. let's start from the top and in order. So, let's start with 810 drip tips

Drip tip from the kit of Obelisk RDA is uncomfortable to use, because it has flat surface on top, which leads to gathering of liquid on the drip tip. And, also,, Obelisk RDA has 510 drip tip adapter, which, I think, is unnecessary, since this RDA is for dual coils only

Nada RDA has two 810 drip tips in the kit - black, pretty comfortable, and transparent, which, in my opinion, complete garbage - it feels like a plastic tube in your mouth

And again, Nada RDA takes the first place, because main 810 drip tip from the kit is more comfortable

And regarding lack of 510 adapter, I already said - it's absolutely unnecessary for dual coil RDA

The next criterion by which we will rate both RDAs is side airflow adjustment

Obelisk RDA. It's very hard to rotate this part due to lack of knurling, o-rings is pretty tight, airflow adjustment will not get off and it's good, I guess

Nada RDA. Top cap rotates comfortably due to knurling, but o-rings are weak and when liquid gets there it rotates even easier, it means that airflow adjustment may be messed up, but airflow adjustment itself is more versatile

And another pro goes to Nada RDA because of more versatile airflow adjustment. Yes, you can change o-rings and adjusting is way more comfortable on Nada RDA

Next criterion which we will discuss is adjustment of bottom airflow

To adjust bottom airflow on Obelisk RDA you need to rotate the barrel, which excludes simultaneous and adequate use of side and bottom airflow together

Regarding Nada RDA. We have replaceable air plug screws for adjusting of bottom airflow, also we can completely shut it and use side airflow only. But you can't adjust bottom airflow with installed build, it's very uncomfortable

And again, Nada scores. Yes, it's a bit disappointing, that adjustment of bottom airflow is inconvenient

But overall, adjustment of bottom airflow on Nada RDA is more adequate and versatile, so a pro goes to Nada for bottom airflow

Let's move to the next criterion and talk about coil installation

When you installing the coils into Obelisk RDA, tightening of screws on the side will deform your coils and you are limited by the distance between posts

On the other hand, Nada RDA has more versatile and proper coil installation. Aside from that, it also have flat head screws in the kit

So, Nada RDA wins, without any doubts. Let's move on

And now we will talk about wicking

In case with Obelisk RDA you need to bend cotton behind the posts, what sometimes is not very comfortable, while Nada RDA has classic style of wicking. And in my opinion classic wicking is way more comfortable, so I give a pro to Nada RDA

Next thing we will discuss is capacity of these RDAs

I'll remind you, that Obelisk RDA is 24mm in diameter and Nada RDA is 25mm

So I will say it right away - in this round Obelisk wins due to another bottom airflow implementation compared to Nada, since in Nada bottom airflow cut down the capacity.

Even though Nada is 25mm in diameter, it still accommodates less liquid than Obelisk. So a pro for capacity goes to Obelisk

Next round is the size. Okay, diameter of Obelisk is 24mm, Nada is 25mm

And I'll give a pro to Obelisk again for more standard diameter. As you know, there is more mechanical mods with 24mm diameter, than mech mods with 25mm diameter

And as I think, size for RDA is more critical, than for, let's say, a tank. 24mm is more versatile, so I give Obelisk a pro

Let's move on and next criterion is bottom airflow, flavor, cloud production and so on. Let's try out Obelisk

Now Nada with wide open bottom airflow

So, Obelisk, with wide open bottom airflow and with closed side airflow the draw is still remain restrictive

It's not very comfortable for me to vape on this wide open bottom airflow, because there is simply doesn't enough air

Regarding Nada RDA. With wide open bottom airflow and closed side airflow - I'm fully satisfied with airflow. It's moderately loose draw and it's the draw I need and the draw I personally like

I learned, that I don't need to adjust that bottom airflow, since I'm totally fine with the draw. Though Nada is way louder compared to Obelisk

Anyway, in terms of flavor and cloud production I like Nada more, so I'll give it a pro for bottom airflow

Next criterion is side airflow. I did my tests before filming the review to understand, how side airflow is working in Nada RDA, if I close bottom airflow.

If Nada has the option to close the bottom airflow and use side airflow only, than Obelisk RDA doesn't have this option - if you will start to close down bottom airflow, than side airflow will be shifted at the same time

So in case with Obelisk RDA you can just add extra air, which will cut down the flavor. And in Nada you can completely close bottom airflow and use only side airflow.

And again, you are able to fine adjust side airflow. So I think it's not a secret, who is winning in this round. Of course it's Nada RDA due to versatile side airflow adjustment and option to completely close down bottom airflow

But I decided to test one more thing. Wide open side and bottom airflow on Obelisk RDA and wide open side and bottom airflow on Nada RDA

And in this situation, I can definitely tell you - Obelisk won, because it has way more flavor. But Nada RDA has better cloud production, due to bigger amount of air

And in this battle I'll give my voice to RDA with better flavor, so a pro goes to Obelisk

And now let's talk about the price of these RDAs

After searching in internet and tries to find a site, who have both of these RDAs in stock - unfortunately, it was a fail and I had to take a prices from different stores

I tried to find the lowest prices. So, lowest price for Obelisk RDA is 40$

Lowest price for Nada RDA is 30$ and I think you already know who the win will go to

So folks, that's such the overall results we have.

Yeah, both RDAs is very well made, both RDAs do the job nicely, both is for dual coils and both of it is more or less comfortable in use

But, anyway, Nada RDA takes the first place. Yes, Mark worked on the design - I guess he liked Obelisk RDA a lot, but he was missing something

And all of his ideas he implemented in this RDA

So, for what this comparison was made and why you spent your time on watching this - if you are owner of Obelisk RDA, then I guess it's time to use more interesting and versatile RDA with similar construction

And when you change these devices, you will not feel any discomfort, but on the contrary, you will get in convenience and versatility with Nada RDA

Yes, Nada RDA wins in this battle. And I want to express my respect to VapnFagan for making that RDA, even though there is nothing new in this RDA

Kit of Nada RDA includes RDA itself, screwdriver, 2 types of screws - flat head and hex screws, BF pin, o-rings, replaceable air plug screws for bottom airflow and extra plastic drip tip

In terms of the kit contents Nada RDA takes the first place, so we'll give it a first pro as well

Next criterion is design. Both RDA's very well made, Obelisk RDA has more strict design, Nada RDA is more brutal

If Nada RDA is painted completely, even inside of the top cap, then Obelisk RDA has is painted painted only outside. With a small margin, Nada RDA takes the first place - it has more interesting design

And now, as always. let's start from the top and in order. So, let's start with 810 drip tips

Drip tip from the kit of Obelisk RDA is uncomfortable to use, because it has flat surface on top, which leads to gathering of liquid on the drip tip. And, also,, Obelisk RDA has 510 drip tip adapter, which, I think, is unnecessary, since this RDA is for dual coils only

Nada RDA has two 810 drip tips in the kit - black, pretty comfortable, and transparent, which, in my opinion, complete garbage - it feels like a plastic tube in your mouth

And again, Nada RDA takes the first place, because main 810 drip tip from the kit is more comfortable

And regarding lack of 510 adapter, I already said - it's absolutely unnecessary for dual coil RDA

The next criterion by which we will rate both RDAs is side airflow adjustment

Obelisk RDA. It's very hard to rotate this part due to lack of knurling, o-rings is pretty tight, airflow adjustment will not get off and it's good, I guess

Nada RDA. Top cap rotates comfortably due to knurling, but o-rings are weak and when liquid gets there it rotates even easier, it means that airflow adjustment may be messed up, but airflow adjustment itself is more versatile

And another pro goes to Nada RDA because of more versatile airflow adjustment. Yes, you can change o-rings and adjusting is way more comfortable on Nada RDA

Next criterion which we will discuss is adjustment of bottom airflow

To adjust bottom airflow on Obelisk RDA you need to rotate the barrel, which excludes simultaneous and adequate use of side and bottom airflow together

Regarding Nada RDA. We have replaceable air plug screws for adjusting of bottom airflow, also we can completely shut it and use side airflow only. But you can't adjust bottom airflow with installed build, it's very uncomfortable

And again, Nada scores. Yes, it's a bit disappointing, that adjustment of bottom airflow is inconvenient

But overall, adjustment of bottom airflow on Nada RDA is more adequate and versatile, so a pro goes to Nada for bottom airflow

Let's move to the next criterion and talk about coil installation

When you installing the coils into Obelisk RDA, tightening of screws on the side will deform your coils and you are limited by the distance between posts

On the other hand, Nada RDA has more versatile and proper coil installation. Aside from that, it also have flat head screws in the kit

So, Nada RDA wins, without any doubts. Let's move on

And now we will talk about wicking

In case with Obelisk RDA you need to bend cotton behind the posts, what sometimes is not very comfortable, while Nada RDA has classic style of wicking. And in my opinion classic wicking is way more comfortable, so I give a pro to Nada RDA

Next thing we will discuss is capacity of these RDAs

I'll remind you, that Obelisk RDA is 24mm in diameter and Nada RDA is 25mm

So I will say it right away - in this round Obelisk wins due to another bottom airflow implementation compared to Nada, since in Nada bottom airflow cut down the capacity.

Even though Nada is 25mm in diameter, it still accommodates less liquid than Obelisk. So a pro for capacity goes to Obelisk

Next round is the size. Okay, diameter of Obelisk is 24mm, Nada is 25mm

And I'll give a pro to Obelisk again for more standard diameter. As you know, there is more mechanical mods with 24mm diameter, than mech mods with 25mm diameter

And as I think, size for RDA is more critical, than for, let's say, a tank. 24mm is more versatile, so I give Obelisk a pro

Let's move on and next criterion is bottom airflow, flavor, cloud production and so on. Let's try out Obelisk

Now Nada with wide open bottom airflow

So, Obelisk, with wide open bottom airflow and with closed side airflow the draw is still remain restrictive

It's not very comfortable for me to vape on this wide open bottom airflow, because there is simply doesn't enough air

Regarding Nada RDA. With wide open bottom airflow and closed side airflow - I'm fully satisfied with airflow. It's moderately loose draw and it's the draw I need and the draw I personally like

I learned, that I don't need to adjust that bottom airflow, since I'm totally fine with the draw. Though Nada is way louder compared to Obelisk

Anyway, in terms of flavor and cloud production I like Nada more, so I'll give it a pro for bottom airflow

Next criterion is side airflow. I did my tests before filming the review to understand, how side airflow is working in Nada RDA, if I close bottom airflow.

If Nada has the option to close the bottom airflow and use side airflow only, than Obelisk RDA doesn't have this option - if you will start to close down bottom airflow, than side airflow will be shifted at the same time

So in case with Obelisk RDA you can just add extra air, which will cut down the flavor. And in Nada you can completely close bottom airflow and use only side airflow.

And again, you are able to fine adjust side airflow. So I think it's not a secret, who is winning in this round. Of course it's Nada RDA due to versatile side airflow adjustment and option to completely close down bottom airflow

But I decided to test one more thing. Wide open side and bottom airflow on Obelisk RDA and wide open side and bottom airflow on Nada RDA

And in this situation, I can definitely tell you - Obelisk won, because it has way more flavor. But Nada RDA has better cloud production, due to bigger amount of air

And in this battle I'll give my voice to RDA with better flavor, so a pro goes to Obelisk

And now let's talk about the price of these RDAs

After searching in internet and tries to find a site, who have both of these RDAs in stock - unfortunately, it was a fail and I had to take a prices from different stores

I tried to find the lowest prices. So, lowest price for Obelisk RDA is 40$

Lowest price for Nada RDA is 30$ and I think you already know who the win will go to

So folks, that's such the overall results we have.

Yeah, both RDAs is very well made, both RDAs do the job nicely, both is for dual coils and both of it is more or less comfortable in use

But, anyway, Nada RDA takes the first place. Yes, Mark worked on the design - I guess he liked Obelisk RDA a lot, but he was missing something

And all of his ideas he implemented in this RDA

So, for what this comparison was made and why you spent your time on watching this - if you are owner of Obelisk RDA, then I guess it's time to use more interesting and versatile RDA with similar construction

And when you change these devices, you will not feel any discomfort, but on the contrary, you will get in convenience and versatility with Nada RDA

Yes, Nada RDA wins in this battle. And I want to express my respect to VapnFagan for making that RDA, even though there is nothing new in this RDA

The predatory fishing season in NL is open a couple of weeks and I've already caught...

...a couple of nice zanders and perches. Meanwhile I've traveled a week to...

..the north of Norway to fish for cod, coalfish and so on...

But in NL I still have a mission:

I want to catch a Dutch catfish

And in the previous 2 video's...

...I was close, got some bites...

...but didn't catch them yet...

Today is a warm summer day...

...I'm going to try it again on the same spot as last time...

And hopefully they are feeding this time

As you can see, I'm on the water now

The boat and the rods are ready to go

I will start on the spot where I got a bite last time...

..and got a lot of fish rising on that spot too

That must be a hotspot

I will try it for some hours in there and then...

...see if I can find some new spots...

...but I think i will fish there in the sunset too

I'm going to wear Lisa's pink suit outfit

And I'm also going to do a makeup look of hers but one from another outfit

And this is the suit that I will wear, from Zara

It's more of a dusty pink whereas Lisa's suit is more of a hot pink

I'm also going to wear my heeled sandals

My hair is kind of straightened now

I'm not going to wear a ponytail because Ithink it looks better this way

I'm starting with primer

Then I'm going to use foundation

I know my hair looks frizzy by the way hahaha

Then I use concealer

Then on to powder

I'm going to fill in my brows

As you can see I did my brows and eyeliner and I also used eyeshadow primer

Then I did my eyeliner using an eyeshadow

With this tiny brush

I forgot to do eyeshadow in the crease first

But I can do that now too :)

I do that using this brush

I use shade 'semi-sweet'

I already put on my outfit

And I'm going to use this lip tint on my lips

I used mascara too

Two years ago, Katie Boulter, by her own admission, had trouble making it through the day as she struggled with serious fatigue and took a year away from tennis

So it marks quite the turnaround that the 21-year-old will head to Wimbledon with a win over a Grand Slam champion and nearing the top 100 in the world

One of six British women to receive wild cards to the main draw at SW19, Boulter is brimming with confidence after beating 2011 US Open champion Sam Stosur at last week's Nottingham Open

'You don't start believing until you do actually win those matches,' she says. A lack of self-belief held her back on her senior Wimbledon debut last year, when she lost to America's Christina McHale in three sets in the first round

'I didn't feel I had the full belief behind me to win the match,' she says. 'I knew my game was there and my game can beat her, but there's always that one per cent which I doubted myself a little bit

' Despite her new-found confidence, it is clear that the illness that threatened to cut short her career in 2015 still leaves its mark

In her most candid interview to date, she opened up about the depths of despair she experienced when she was sidelined for almost a year, and her bold ambitions of climbing to the top of the world rankings

'Two years ago now I was out for a year, so I didn't play tennis at all,' she says

'That was because I was physically ill, I was very fatigued. It was difficult for me to get through the days

So I have to be very careful with my body and how far I push it.' She might be through the worst of it, but the risk of the illness returning means she still cannot train as intensively as her rivals

'I still don't play a full schedule. I do as much as I possibly can. I have one long session in the morning and try to do some specifics in the afternoon

'But a lot of tennis players do two full sessions in the day, they do an hour and a half or two hours in the morning and the afternoon

'Finally this year I am able to do some work off-court in the gym, which I haven't done before

'It has made a huge impact in my game and I'm feeling a lot stronger and better about myself

' Slipping under the radar in the build-up to SW19 will not be possible for the Leicester-born hopeful

Instead, her face will soon be plastered on advertising hoardings across London as part of her role as Nike's poster girl

The spotlight does not bother her, as she declares she 'feels no pressure' and this is all part of her ambition to be 'British No 1, and then world No 1'

Like millions of young people across the country — including a number of top tennis players — Boulter fills her evenings watching ITV2's reality show Love Island

But she has ruled out a romance of her own for now, insisting she just doesn't have time

'I am going to have that for a little bit of time,' she says. 'I don't really have time for it

It doesn't bother me at all.' Boulter is a rare thing in British tennis, someone who has benefited almost solely from the domestic set-up

Unlike 19-year-old Katie Swan, who has trained for a number of years in America, and 20-year-old Gabriella Taylor, who is based in Barcelona, Boulter has relied on the British system since she started in juniors

Well white rice is what you get after you strip brown rice of the aforementioned nutritive properties

the reason bags and boxes of white rice say enriched is because B vitamins and iron are

Artificially added to white rice after its processing is complete

I used to hate the idea that I had to suffer through eating a heap of brown rice

I could never seem to perfect it to be as fluffy or taste as pleasant as white rice

It also came out kind of crunchy and texture

What I realized is that it's simply needed two and one-half parts water for every one part rice

So if I boil one cup of brown rice

instead of adding two cups of water

I add two and 1/2 cups of water and let it simmer on low a little longer to absorb it all I

Also, make sure to cook it with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil or 1/2 tablespoon of regular butter

Of course olive oil is better, but if none is on hand I go for pure butter

No, substitutes oil and butter are not necessary, but I don't like sticky rice

Stop Worrying About Your Competition and Start Concentrating On Your Message - Duration: 3:00.

If you find yourself worrying about your competition then stay tuned because I've got some good

news and some bad news for you.

Okay so, traditionally when we talk about our competition we automatically start to

think about all those businesses that are similar to us.

All those businesses that offer similar services or products.

But as Don Cooper says in his quote that, "Your competition is EVERYTHING your prospect

could conceivably spend their money on." and I'd like to take it a little bit further and

say that your competition is also time.

So, it's not only money, it's time.

We live in a very busy world and people just don't want to slow down.

Okay, so when we look at our competition, the bad news is that it's probably bigger

than what you think because you're not just competing against other massage therapists,

or homeopaths, naturopaths, acupuncturists.

You're not only just competing against that.

You're not only competing against the conventional medical model.

You're competing against everything that your prospective client can conceivably spend their

money or spend their time doing.

So, what are you going to do?

Are you going to freak out even more, saying "How on earth can I possibly compete with

all of that?

I've found it hard enough to compete with my perceived competition.

I've found it hard enough to compete with all the other therapists and wellness professionals

in my area and now you're telling me that I've got to compete with all this?"

Well, the answer comes down to your message.

The answer comes down to identifying the pain, the frustrations, the problems that your prospects

feel and encounter on a daily basis.

To bring those pain and sufferings to the surface because a lot of people aren't going

to go looking for a solution unless they know they've got a problem.

And humans being humans, we often delete that from our memories.

We push that to the side and it's not front and foremost on our mind.

Okay, so in our messaging, we've got to bring those pains, those frustrations, that suffering

to the forefront.

Make people remember that they've got this problem and then you turn around and you show

them how you have the solution, how you can help them.

Talk about the benefits.

There are ways, okay, and when it comes to your messaging, if you do this properly your

competition will melt away.

Not only competition as far as the businesses who offer similar or the same services as

you but also the competition for your prospect's dollar and your prospect's time, but more

on that later.

Hello friends, it's been a long time since we vlogged

at least for us it's been a while, but you might have seen our Japan vlogs

There is a lot of others japan vlogs to edit , a lots of you are waiting for them

it takes us a lot of time to edit so I will do one at a time

There is several things that happened, since then, since our trip to Japan

We find a little car, and we just released our program

A bodyweight program, to do at home

And right now, Clem is starting the 1st day of the program, she's all for it !

I'll show you briefly

So we are super excited and happy, I would love to start the program too

but the only thing is that

I didn't show you but since Japan something silly happened to me

I broke my finger

So it's been a month and a half, almost two months

since I broke my finger

at the gym, foolishly in a seat that closed on my finger

So I keep training at the gym

I changed my workouts

I do this with a strap to compensate for

and I changed some exercises

But then I wanted to start to program, but there is a lot of movements like burpees

or others where you're supposed to have your hands flat on the ground, so I won't be able

I'll try it later, but Clem started it

Some of you started it too, we wish you the best

We are going to move out really soon, so I have to remove something that's been here for years

I was collecting beers, everytime I drunk a beer from a different country I would keep it

So it can be the most efficient as possible

First of all, maybe your first question is

How long does the program last ?

The program lasts 12 weeks

it's composed of three workouts a week

and each workout lasts 30min

For example, on monday, you have 3 circuits of 10 min each

and each little circuit is made of 4 exercises that you repeat for 5 rounds

regarding the exercises

so first of all, in the pdf, you have all the exercises detailed with little pictures

So for the execution of the movement, everything is explained

and in addition to that

on each circuit, you can click on a link

and the link sends you directly on to the corresponding video

So you don't bother, you click on the link, you have the video

and with this it allows you to have music to motivates you

and the chrono, which is really convenient

and the fact of watching someone doing the workout with you

we focus less on having muscles pain

we are a little bit more distracted, by seeing someone doing the workout too

so time goes faster, and it's get easier

it's more motivating

why does the program is necessarily going to work on you ?

it's because we alternate between periods of intense exercises and rest

In english, maybe you've already heard this term, it's called HIIT

High intensity interval trainings

So you alternate periods of intense exercises with periods of rest

what happen is that your body is burning calories intensively during the workout

But it is still going to burn after

up to 48 hours after the training

so your burn during and you burn again after up to 48 hours

whereas if you are running, you are burning calories for sure

but you are burning during the run

once you're done running, it's over, you're body stops burning

that's why HIIT are really interesting

because you can train like in our program for 30min

so it's doesn't take two hours a day

you burn during the 30min and after up to 48 hours

We choose exercises that are going to make you work a lot !

they are muscular, but they also made your heartbeat up so you can burn a lot of calories

The effect I am talking about, burning calories after the training

it's called.. after effect...

is it after effect or effect after burn ?

No it's the after burn effect !

after effect is a software

it's adobe !

so it's the after burn effect

so in your workout, you have 3 circuits of 10 min each

and in between each circuits, I recommend you to rest for 1min30 to 2min

You breathe, you drink some water

but you start again right after, don't sit or anything because if you do it's gonna be hard

you have to give the best you can

but honestly I did it I was sweating a lot

and I don't easily sweat during my workouts !

So that means your body is chocked

it's true that we didn't share a lot of the inside of the program

you certainly understand why, well .. we are not gonna..

we are not going to tell our secret !

no but.. we won't put this, ok, we don't care

yes, yes I will put it, I put everything of this video

everything you said, even you were scratching your nose, I put it on the edit

We tried to do this the easiest we could

I advice you take a picture of your body before starting the program

and then regularly, every week

because you have to stop

relying on the number on the scale my friends

you can weigh yourself now and then, but don't get crazy with it, don't weigh yourslef every day

you can measure yourself

and you watch the reflect of your body in the mirror, your clothes

you will easily see your progress by watching your body directly and with the pictures you took

you'll see it directly, you take a picture every week, by the end of the week

you'll see the evolution

and at the end of the program you'll see the difference, like crazy

it's important to take picture because after it becomes concrete

so take pictures

even if you don't really like it, it's for yourself

it's for you, so do it

but I think that when you start working out

and you plan to do it 3 days a week

you just have to tell you that it's a part of you schedule

it's like when you have to do your gocery shopping, you have to do it, so you do it

it's the same with working out

at first maybe it's going to be hard to do it every time

better this than eating chips in front on the tv all the time

it's also cool, it's nice, we like it, sometimes

the fact to put this in your daily schedule

at the end you don't even need motivation

it's one of your daily activities

and you do it, and once you get that after every workout you feel so good

because the endorphins of the after workout

honestly you don't even need motivation in fact

we are going to end our lunch
