It is part of the Christmas creche, crocheted

the chosen yarn, in different colors
a little bit of cotton wool, a 2.5mm crochet hook
scissor, woolen needle
2 beads, needle and sewing thread
let's start from the snout, with the chosen color
let's make a slip knot

start from the 2nd chain from the crochet
and using in the thread that is in the back of the chains
round 1: [1d.inc (3sc in the same stitch), 1sc]x2 (8)
the first round is complete
we weave in a spiral, so I suggest you mark
the beginning of the turn with a marker or a thread

from the next round we use a different color yarn,
so we close the last stitch of the 5th round,
with the yarn of the new color

we make another one the same
for the hind legs, we weave the same pattern,
but we stop on lap 6

by the horns, with the chosen color
we hold a long initial thread tail
and let's make a slip knot

for the ear, with the main color,
we make a slip knot, and we weave ch3
starting from the 2nd chain from the crochet hook,
and using the back wire of the chains
we weave 1sc

weaving around the foundation chains
1sc in the chain in which we woven the 1st sc

the ear is ready
we do another like this
now that we have all the pieces, we have to sew them
first we fix them with pins,
to choose where to sew them
horns, ears, 2 beads for the eyes and the legs
the front legs are longer, so we place them bent
in this way
while the hind legs, we place them in this way

when you are finished, you take the thread out of the same hole,
from which the thread of the other paw comes out, for example,
knots and hide them inside the body
with this method we knot all the threads of the amigurumi
when you have sewed the legs,
knot and hide the threads, as before
with a piece of yarn of the main color
and put the head in the position that we prefer
bending it to one side
we will fix the head in position with this thread, look how
we pull the threads, and check if the effect is what we want

and I knotted the thread and hidden, as we learned
the ox is ready
you advice to sew the hind legs, a bit 'distant from each other
so the ox will remain in balance
having a head very far from its center of gravity

Why does my newborn nap well in the day but stay awake all night? - Duration: 4:05.
Hi, I'm Nicky from Little Ones,
and today I'm going to answer the question,
why does my newborn baby nap well during the day,
but stay awake overnight?
So between the ages of zero and three months,
it takes a while for your baby's circadian rhythm
to kick in and to really become established.
And this means that they can suffer
what is commonly called day night confusion.
And what this looks like is your newborn baby
napping really well during the day.
So napping for maybe three or four hours even in a go,
and then waking up, having a feed,
staying awake for quite a short time
and then going back to sleep for another long stretch.
Then, they might be really, really wakeful overnight,
sleeping in one to two hour chunks and feeding a lot.
Now, arguably, if your baby is capable
of three and four hour stretches in the day,
then there's no reason why they can't do those stretches
at night.
So what we want to do is reverse the pattern
and have more feeds and shorter sleeps happening
during the day and save those nice long stretches
of sleep for overnight, when sleep is going to be
more restorative for your baby
and also, obviously, for you.
So, babies do need a hand getting their circadian rhythm,
kick starting their circadian rhythm
and getting their body clock sort of functioning properly.
And the best way to do this,
is to help them regulate their daytime sleep hours.
And we would recommend doing that,
by waking your baby from their naps,
if they are at risk of napping for too long in one go.
And not only does this mean that they're also going
to potentially stay awake more overnight, but it means
that they've also probably missed a feed opportunity
during the day.
And then of course they're going to need
to make up for those feeds overnight,
and again, we want to reverse that
so they're feeding less during the day
and not quite so much over night.
So in our newborn sleep program,
which is all about setting up really good, sustainable,
healthy sleep habits for your newborn baby,
we recommend nap lengths
that are going to give your baby good,
restful sleep during the day, but not so much sleep
during the day that it's going to interfere
with the consolidation of their night-time sleep,
because we definitely don't want it
that your baby is napping all day long and awake all night.
So our Sleep Program can definitely help you
to reverse that pattern.
Another thing that can really help your baby
understand the difference between day and night
is when they are awake and in their awake windows
in the day, making sure they're in a lot of sunlight,
or natural light, making their awake times bright
and interactive so that they really understand
that this is daytime, it's for being awake, for interacting.
And then when you're tending to them in the night
between their sleep stints, keep the room very dark,
keep the white noise going, keep stimulation to a minimum
so they really start to understand that the night
is for sleep and staying calm and settled,
and the daytime is for shorter stints of sleep
or your daytime naps, and for a lot more awake, alert time.

The Baltimore Ravens apparently like what they've seen from quarterback Lamar Jackson through his NFL starts.
While the rookie signal-caller wasn't asked to throw much in his debut against the Cincinnati Bengals, the performance had his arrow pointing up.
So much so that it seems he may be on the verge of holding the starting job moving forward, even when Joe Flacco is healthy.
This isn't all that surprising, as the Ravens obviously didn't trade up for Jackson in the 2018 NFL Draft to keep him on the bench for long.
While it took Joe Flacco's hip injury to thrust the former Louisville Cardinals quarterback into a larger role, he dominated in an interesting fashion in Week 11.
The team picked up a key win in that game over the Cincinnati Bengals, but it came with Jackson often utilizing his rushing abilities.
Lamar Jackson's Performance in First Start.
It was a unique first start for an NFL quarterback, as he took the approach of running early and often against the Bengals.
Jackson tallied 26 rushing attempts last game for 119 yards while completing 13-of-19 passes for 150 yards.
He didn't throw or run for a touchdown in this game, but his upside is obviously there and he looked fairly accurate with his passes.
Jackson's play was a big part of the reason the Ravens won the AFC North matchup to move them into a second-place tie at 5-5 on the season with the Bengals.
Both teams sit behind the 7-2-1 Pittsburgh Steelers but remain in the mix both for the division title as well as a potential Wild Card spot.

The Cleveland Browns and rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield squared off with former coach Hue Jackson in Week 12.
Jackson, who's now with the Cincinnati Bengals, had no answer when it came to slowing down his former quarterback, as the Browns rolled to a 35-20 win.
But the aftermath of the matchup was what made even more headlines.
It was pretty apparent that Mayfield didn't have much interest in any major interaction with his former coach here.
It even seemed as though he pulled back from the attempted hug of Jackson at the end of the video.
Obviously, Mayfield and others may not have been overly fond of how Jackson approached things after leaving Cleveland.
The Browns quarterback made this known in his postgame comments, as Steve Doerschuk of the Canton Rep revealed.
Baker Mayfield says the way he took it is Hue Jackson was a guy who asked one group to win for him and suddenly showed up on the other sideline.

Jackson was hired originally as a special assistant to the head coach in Cincinnati.
It was rumored as recently as Sunday morning ahead of Week 12 that he could be in line as the future replacement for current coach Marvin Lewis, per CBS Sports.
Whether or not that plays out remains to be seen, but Jackson has had little success as a head coach.
After the coach went 8-8 during one season with the Oakland Raiders, he posted a 3-36-1 record with the Browns.
Jackson was fired after eight games of the 2018 NFL season when the team sat with a 2-5-1 record.
Mayfield wasn't asked to do a ton in the second half against the Bengals as the team held a 28-7 lead going into halftime.
Even still, he finished the game with 258 passing yards on 19-of-26 attempts with four touchdowns.
The Bengals defense simply had no answer for the No.
1 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft on this day.

What's going on everyone its Elliott from Play Away global where our
aim is to educate support and inspire players and coaches from across the
globe. Now like I said in the intro, today I'm going to talk to you about how to
write your best football CV to help you get recruited, so let's get into it. So, as
you can see from mine the very first thing I've got here is my personal
detail so I've got my name I've got my mobile number and I've got my email
address. Now if you're still using an email that you set up when you were 12
years old it's probably a good idea to scrap that when I make sure we've got a
professional-looking email ideally is just your name, there's plenty of free
providers out there and someone like Gmail may be Hotmail.
So go sign up for a new email, make sure it looks professional. Then you can
also see that I've also got a very professional looking photo.
Moving on down to the next section is my bio. Now this is where I've
got my date of birth, I've got my height, I've got my weight, I've got my preferred
position and I've got my preferred foot. I'm using my date of birth rather than
my age because it means I don't have to keep going back and updating this. So
whenever I send it out my age is always going to be correct. Next, I've got my
nationality, so that tells coaches where I'm from and wherever I'm going to be a
visa player for them or if I'm going to cost them some extra points if they were
gonna look at recruiting me. That's very important for coaches then
next I've got my height and my weight. Now obviously I want to make sure I'm
putting the truth here and I'm not saying that I'm six foot four if I'm
really five foot ten and I turn up for the trial and coaches expecting a tall
giant, and instead it's got me! Next I've got my preferred position so again it's
important you're not listening eleven different positions here instead you're
picking your one or two strongest. So for me I've got right back. Really focus on
where your strengths are. Alright next I've got my player profile now this is
where I've got a short two or three lines where I can really try and show my
value to the club and try and capture a coach's interest to read further through
my CV. Keep it nice and short and don't make it too long for them. Alright so the next
section is the vital stats and key skills and this is where I get a chance
to show the coach what it is I can actually do, so for example I might talk
about my speed and I could give him the time that I run 20 metres in. I might
demonstrate my stamina and that would be giving him maybe my bleep test score or
if I have the data and maybe I wear a GPS tracker I could say my average
distance per game that I run. I could also maybe talk about my agility and
give my timings for a 5 10 5 run. I can demonstrate my explosive power by giving
my vertical jump score. I can demonstrate my strength maybe I give my one rep max
for my squat or my bench press. So fill this section with some very key
information, again don't go over the top, keep it to what's relevant of what you
think a coach is going to want - speed, agility, stamina and strength. OK, so next
up I've got my playing experience and this is we're going to detail my career
the club's I've been at and what I've done. First of all I'm gonna put the
year that I played, then next to that I've got the club name, and next I've
got the league that that Club competed in. I'm also including the tier where
that league falls in that country's football structure. Keeping in mind that
we might be sending this out to coaches from a different country and to them
this league actually means nothing, it's more important that they know which tier
in the footballing pyramid you're playing at. Then I'm going to put down how many appearances I made
for that team and I've got any key stats so I've got my goals if I've got any, and
I've got my assists if I've made any then I can also put any awards that I
might have won playing for this club. So for example you might have won Players Player
or maybe it's Player of the Year or Best and Fairest so we're gonna detail that
down as well. Now obviously coaches love to be able to see the player that they're
recruiting, so what I'm gonna do in the next section is include some highlights,
I'm gonna include some links to my videos so a coach can watch me in action.
If you don't have a highlight reel it's definitely something I'd advise you
getting, it so it makes it very hard for a coach to recruit you just off a piece
of paper alone, they want to be able to see that what you're putting in this CV
is actually true. If you are unsure on how to make a highlight video of

soon detailing and showing you how to do that... so it's a perfect opportunity for

normal job CV the coach may want to check what you're putting in your CV is
accurate so I'm gonna put my old coaches and their contact details. Now before I
put them down I'm just gonna make sure that they are okay and they're happy for
me to do that so they can expect a phone call. We have covered a lot of
information in this, but it's important to try and keep it to one page try and
keep it nice and clean concise and professional-looking. Alright we've made
