Hello to everyone, in today's tutorial we learn how to do the ox
It is part of the Christmas creche, crocheted
if you have not seen the previous tutorials, find the link in the information box, and in the upper corner
in the previous tutorials we did:
the Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph and Jesus with the crib
today we learn how to do the ox
and in the next tutorial we make the donkey
this is a somewhat special amigurumi
because today we learn a pattern, in which
the head and the body are woven in one piece
but stop the chatter and let's start the tutorial!
we need:
the chosen yarn, in different colors
a little bit of cotton wool, a 2.5mm crochet hook
scissor, woolen needle
2 beads, needle and sewing thread
let's start from the snout, with the chosen color
let's make a slip knot
ch4
start from the 2nd chain from the crochet
and using in the thread that is in the back of the chains
round 1: [1d.inc (3sc in the same stitch), 1sc]x2 (8)
the first round is complete
we weave in a spiral, so I suggest you mark
the beginning of the turn with a marker or a thread
round 2: (3inc 1sc)x2 (14)
round 3: 2sc 2inc 5sc 2inc 3sc (18)
round 4: 18sc (18)
round 5: 4sc 1dec (2sc 1dec)x3 (14)
from the next round we use a different color yarn,
so we close the last stitch of the 5th round,
with the yarn of the new color
in this way
round 6: 3sc 1dec 5sc 1dec 2sc (12)
round 7: 12sc (12)
round 8: (1sc 1inc)x6 (18)
round 9: 18sc (18)
round 10: 1sc 1d.inc 1inc 6sc 1inc...
... 1sc 1inc 6sc (23)
round 11: 1dec 1sc 1d.inc 1sc 1dec 16sc (23)
round 12: 1dec 1sc 1d.inc (1sc 1dec)x6 1sc (18)
round 13: 2sc 4inc 2sc 5dec (17)
round 14: 3sc 4inc 5sc 2dec 1sc (19)
round 15: 3sc (1inc 1sc)x5 2sc 2dec (22)
round 16: 20sc 2inc (24)
round 17-27: 24sc (24)
when the 27 rounds are woven, we fill with the wadding
starting from the head
giving shape to the head and the body
round 28: (2sc 1dec)x6 (18)
round 29: (1sc 1dec)x6 (12)
if necessary, add more cotton wool
round 30: 6dec (6)
completed the 30th round, cut the yarn and pull out the crochet
we remove the marker
insert the yarn into a woolen needle
and close the hole as you can see in the video
pull the thread out of one of the crochet holes
for the front legs, we start with the color of the hooves
round 1: in a magic ring we weave 8sc
round 2: 8sc
from the 3rd round we use the yarn of the main color,
so we close the last stitch of the 2nd round with the new color
and we hide the yarn tails, as we have learned
round 3: (2sc 1dec)x2 (6)
round 4-8: 6sc (6)
completed the 8 laps, we weave 1slst,
1ch and cut a long yarn
the first paw is ready
we make another one the same
for the hind legs, we weave the same pattern,
but we stop on lap 6
we weave 1 slst, ch1 and we cut a long yarn
by the horns, with the chosen color
we hold a long initial thread tail
and let's make a slip knot
ch 5
and we close them in a circle with 1slst
ch1
round 1: 1sc in each chain (5)
pass the initial thread on the front side
we weave in a spiral
round 2: 5sc
round 3: 1sc 1dec 2sc (4)
round 4: 1dec 1sc
cut a long yarn
insert the yarn into a wool needle, pass through
the outer loop of the chains, to close the hole
let's pull the thread
knot
and we hide the thread through the horn
we make another identical one
for the ear, with the main color,
we make a slip knot, and we weave ch3
starting from the 2nd chain from the crochet hook,
and using the back wire of the chains
we weave 1sc
in the next chain: 2sc 2ch 1slst in the sc of the base 1sc
weaving around the foundation chains
1sc in the chain in which we woven the 1st sc
ch1 and cut a long yarn
the ear is ready
we do another like this
now that we have all the pieces, we have to sew them
first we fix them with pins,
to choose where to sew them
horns, ears, 2 beads for the eyes and the legs
the front legs are longer, so we place them bent
in this way
while the hind legs, we place them in this way
to see how to sew, watch the video, explain better than words
when you are finished, you take the thread out of the same hole,
from which the thread of the other paw comes out, for example,
knots and hide them inside the body
with this method we knot all the threads of the amigurumi
when you have sewed the legs,
knot and hide the threads, as before
with a piece of yarn of the main color
and put the head in the position that we prefer
bending it to one side
we will fix the head in position with this thread, look how
we pull the threads, and check if the effect is what we want
Yes, for me the position is right
pull the threads well, and before knotting,
we pass through 1 point of the belly,
because the threads do not slide
and the head is straightened
we pull the threads
and now we can knot them and hide them
we sew the ears with a couple of stitches in the preferred position
just make a stitch above and one below
with needle and sewing thread, we sew the beads for eyes
and with a little black thread, we embroider the nose
for the tail I made a small tassel
with the main thread I made the tail,
and I sewed it in place
and I knotted the thread and hidden, as we learned
the ox is ready
you advice to sew the hind legs, a bit 'distant from each other
so the ox will remain in balance
having a head very far from its center of gravity
if you sew the hind legs close, it may fall
for today the tutorial ends here
I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial
in the next tutorial we make the donkey

Tesla Model 3 Tax Credit - LAST CHANCE TO SAVE $7500! - Duration: 5:28.
- The Tesla Model 3 has been on a hot streak
over the last couple of months,
outselling all other vehicles in its class.
If you've been on the fence about picking up
a new Model 3, Model S, or Model X,
now's the time to do it because that $7,500 tax credit
is about to disappear.
What's going on Tech Squad, Andru Edwards here,
editor in chief at GearLive.com.
If this is your first time here,
this channel's all about tech and gadgets and gaming.
If you're a fan to that kind of stuff,
feel free to hit the subscribe button down below,
along on the bell notification icon,
so you don't miss any future videos.
As I said, today we're talking about the Tesla Model 3.
And in fact we're talking about all of Tesla's vehicles,
the Model 3, the Model S, and the Model X,
specifically because there is not much more time
to claim that $7,500 tax credit.
Now over on my Instagram,
there has been a very active comment thread.
It's actually a post I made a while ago,
but it's been very active with people asking me
all sorts of questions about the Model 3s that I purchased.
I have a Model 3 and a Model 3 Performance.
One of the big issues is a lot of people
who are kind of on the fence, who are not sure,
do they wanna pull the trigger,
do they not wanna pull the trigger, do they wanna wait.
However, now is not the time for waiting
if you wanna get that full $7,500 tax credit
here in the United States.
The Model S and Model X have been out for a while
and shipping has been an issue for those,
but shipping was a big issue for the Model 3
since so many people preordered it,
and it took Tesla a while to ramp up production.
When it takes a while to produce the cars,
then that means it takes even longer to get the cars
into the hands of the buyers,
so much so that in fact a lot of people canceled
their Model 3 preorders because they didn't want to wait.
But now here we are at the end of the year
and the $7,500 tax credit that you get for buying a Model S,
a Model X, or a model 3 is about to come to an end.
In order to claim that $7,500 tax credit,
you need to take delivery of your vehicle by the end of 2018
so basically December 31st is the last day
you can take delivery of your new Tesla
and get the $7,500 tax credit.
What happens on January 1st?
That tax credit is going to be cut in half.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not turning down 3,750,
and if I have a choice between 3,750 and 7,500,
you know what choice I'm making.
Now if you just heard that the tax credit is getting halved
and you want to jump off that fence
and pull the trigger right now on your purchase,
hit the link I have down in the description below
and in addition to the $7,500 tax credit,
you will also get six months of free supercharging.
I'm a big fan of the Model 3 here.
You can see I actually have two of these vehicles.
A lot of my people on Twitter tease me
about the fact that I ended up with two Model 3a
when I only meant to end up with one
but hey when I saw that Performance version,
I had to have it.
So in order to not make delivery an issue
and get as many people into their vehicles as possible,
before the end of the year,
here is what Elon Musk said that Tesla has done.
"Tesla just acquired trucking capacity to ensure Model 3
"can be delivered in the US by December 31st
"if ordered by November 30th,"
so in other words, if you order your vehicle
by November 30th, Tesla will get you
that vehicle within the next 31 days.
That is a pretty quick turnaround for Tesla,
and in fact I'm hearing
it's even quicker than that in a lot of cases.
This move should do wonders for all those
that were eyeing a Model 3 but didn't want to order it
due to the tax credit phase-out next year,
and not only did Tesla buy some trucking companies
but they have specific contracts with others
that they didn't buy to ensure that there's no shortage
of vehicles being delivered across the country.
So again if you're on the fence about picking up a Model S,
a Model X, or my favorite of the line the Model 3,
it's time to act because including today, counting today,
you've got five days to make your purchase.
Make your purchase before November 30th
and you'll get that $7,500 tax credit.
Let me know if you're picking up a new Tesla
whether it's a 3, an S, or an X.
I'm curious.
I'm seeing them all over the place here in the Seattle area.
You can't leave the house
without seeing a model 3 somewhere on the road.
If you want six months of free supercharging
with your purchase,
I have a link down in the description below.
Click on that, place your order,
and when you pick up your car,
you will have six months of dedicated free supercharging
with your vehicle.
$7,500 tax credit, six months free supercharging
and you can even use that same link to get extra benefits
on Tesla solar as well.
I'm actually in the process
of getting Tesla solar installed here in my home,
and I will have a video series on how that's going as well.
Any questions you have about the Tesla vehicles,
drop them in the comments below.
I will meet you there for further discussion.
Happy to help you customize and configure your own vehicle
and hey it's the holiday season why deprive yourself
of picking up one of the best cars on the road.
You deserve it.
If you are doing this one,
please do drop a like on this video,
and don't forget you can click or tap
on my face when it appears right at the bottom of the screen
in order to subscribe for free to the channel,
so you don't miss any future videos.
Big shout out to the Tech Squad, the official Tech Squad,
if you want to pick up a channel membership,
lay it down in the description below as well.

As always guys, I appreciate your support.
I'm Andru Edwards, and I will catch you in the next video.

Get a new job: Vocabulary & grammar for your RESUME & COVER LETTER - Duration: 17:54.
Hello.
My name is Emma, and in today's video I am going to talk about resumes and cover letters,
and the vocabulary and grammar you can use on both.
Okay?
So in this video I am going to talk to you about some things that you should do for your
cover letter and resume-some verbs you should use, some grammar that's really good to use,
and, you know, some vocabulary-and I'm also going to talk about things you shouldn't do
on your cover letter or resume.
Okay?
So this video is mainly about grammar and vocabulary.
So let's get started.
So, first of all, when you're writing a cover letter and/or a resume, you want to be very
professional.
So this means that you want to make sure that, you know, you're presenting yourself in a
very professional way.
Your writing should be formal, instead of informal.
So, what do I mean by that?
Well, for example, in your cover letter or resume, you should not use contractions.
Contractions are words, like: "I'm", "I'll", "can't", "don't".
Okay?
These are all examples of contractions, and they should not be used in a cover letter
or resume.
You should also not use slang in a cover letter or resume; words, like: "cool", "screw up",
"killed".
There's a whole bunch of different slang words that you should avoid when you're writing
a cover letter or resume.
Another thing you should try to avoid - words, like: "really", "very", "totally".
Okay?
So if you want to say that you're really hardworking or you're, you know...
You're totally right for this position - these words will make you sound unprofessional.
Okay?
So you do not want to use words, like: "very", "really", or "totally".
They're great in conversation, but when you're writing something like a resume or cover letter,
they're not good words to use.
Okay.
You should not use idioms.
Okay?
So, idioms are expressions that we use a lot in conversation.
So, for example, you might say: "Oh, I passed my test with flying colours", which means
you did really well, or, you know: "My old job was a piece of cake", meaning it was very
easy.
Idioms are great in conversation, but they are not good in cover letters or resumes.
Okay?
They're not professional, so do not use idioms in your resume or cover letter.
You also want to be very polite in your resume or cover letter.
So, expressions like...
Or, you know, saying: "I want", "I want this job because" is not really polite.
"I want" is a very strong...
It's very strong, so it's better to use a more polite form of that, such as: "I would
appreciate" or "I would like".
These have pretty much the same meanings, but this is very strong, so we don't use it
on a resume or a cover letter; whereas these are more polite so they're better to use in
a cover letter.
So this was a little bit about how to make your resume or the language in your resume
and cover letter more professional; now we're going to learn more about great vocabulary
to use and great grammar to use.
Okay, so let's talk about vocabulary on your resume and cover letter.
Vocabulary is very important.
It can make you look very smart, very professional, and also very confident.
Okay?
So the words you choose can really help you in this way.
So it's important to really think about what words you want to use.
So, one thing to think about is if you've found a job advertisement and you've seen
the job description, and it's a job you want to apply for, they often will have keywords
in the advertisement.
They might say that they are looking for somebody who is hardworking, or maybe somebody who
knows Microsoft Office, or is a strong communicator.
Whatever they say in the job description, it's a good idea to take that same vocabulary
and use it in your resume and cover letter, because you really want to show you're a good
match and that your skills match the skills required for this job, or your experiences
match the experience required for the job.
So try to find keywords from job advertisements if you can.
Sometimes there is no job advertisement, and that's okay because there's a lot of other
things you can do.
When you're applying for a job and you're writing your resume or cover letter, a really
good idea is to use power verbs.
Okay?
So, what's a power verb?
A power verb is a verb that has a very strong-sounding meaning.
So they're often used in cover letters and resumes, and I'll give you an example of one.
Look at these two sentences: "I made my company better.", "I improved my company."
Both of these sentences have the same meaning, but one of them is better than the other for
a resume or a cover letter.
Which one do you think is the better sentence?
This is the better sentence, because "improved" is a power verb; it's a stronger verb and
it makes you sound like a better candidate.
So, if you're interested in learning more about power verbs, I actually have a whole
video about power verbs and a resource for you to look at.
So, these are something that can really help improve your writing in resumes and cover
letters.
Another thing a lot of people do in their resume or cover letter is they write things
like: "I feel" or "I believe".
"I believe I'm the best person for this job.
I feel my skills are a good match for this company."
These words are not confident or strong words.
Okay?
When you use the word: "I feel" or "I believe", you don't really sound so confident in what
you're saying, so these words are not good to use on your cover letter.
Okay, so I'm going to cross these off.
Better things to say is: "I am confident that"...
So, for example: "I am confident that I am the best person for this position.
I am certain that I can help your company prosper", or whatever you want to say.
"I am confident" and "I am certain" make you sound like a stronger, confident person who's
applying for this job.
Another key point when we're talking about vocabulary is: Don't use the same verbs or
the same words again, and again, and again.
Okay?
So, for example, if you used the word "improved", you shouldn't use that ten times on your resume
and cover letter.
They want to see different words.
Okay?
So this is where a thesaurus can really help you to find other words to talk about your
experiences.
So, don't be repetitive, but also know the words you use well.
A lot of students will...
Or a lot of people will think: "Oh, you know what?
I want to sound really smart on my resume.
And here's this big, long word - oh, it looks like a very smart word; I'm going to use it."
But the problem is they might not know all the meanings of the word or how to use the
word, so then it doesn't look good on your resume or cover letter.
So it's better to use words you know or to find out the full meanings of words before
you use them on your cover letter or resume.
Okay?
So that's just a little bit about the vocabulary of resumes and cover letters; next, we're
going to talk about the grammar of cover letters and resumes.
Okay, so now let's talk a little bit about grammar you will find on resumes and cover
letters.
One good tip for both of these is you should use the active voice, and not the passive
voice.
So, what do I mean by this?
Well, I have an example of two sentences that have the same meaning, but one of them is
in the active voice and the other is in the passive voice.
So the first sentence is: "I increased sales", and the second sentence is: "Sales were increased
by me".
Okay?
So which one is better for a cover letter or a resume?
This one would be the better one, because it's using the active voice.
You want to start with a subject, like "I", and then a verb: "increased".
So this is very different from here where we don't have a subject.
"Sales"...
Well, we don't use "I" as the subject.
"Sales were increased by me", so do not use the passive voice.
In cover letters, we like to use full sentences.
This is very different from in resumes where we like to use bullet points, and we don't
use full sentences.
So let's look at an example of these differences.
"In 2013, I won the Gold Service Award."
Okay?
So this might be something you might see on a cover letter.
You might talk about a job you've had or an award you've won, but notice how my sentence
has the subject, which is "I", and the verb: "won", so it's a full sentence.
Now, this is very different from what we would see on a resume.
On a resume we use bullet points, so we use something like this little circle, and then
we'd say something like: "answered inquiries from customers", as an example.
We're not using a full sentence here.
Okay?
On a resume you wouldn't say: "I answered inquiries from customers.
I maintained records.
You know, I served a lot of different customers' food."
You wouldn't say things like that; you wouldn't use the word "I".
Okay?
So on a resume we don't use "I"; we just take the verb and start from the verb, and then
say what we did.
Okay?
So this is very different in terms of cover letter, grammar, and resume grammar.
Another key point when we're talking about resumes and cover letters is I told you before
that it's not good to be repetitive with vocabulary and to reuse the same words; it's the same
with grammar.
In your cover letter you don't want to say...
To use the same sentence structure for each sentence.
So, for example, it would be very boring to read a cover letter that said, you know: "I
was a customer service representative.
I maintained records.
I did this.
I did that.
I answered calls.
I, you know, helped clients."
You need to change the grammar.
Okay?
So it's good to have some past tense, some simple past tense, some present perfect tenses
if you can.
You know, you can change the ordering of the sentence.
You know, you can use gerunds at the beginning of the sentence.
There's a whole bunch of different types of things you can do in order to have a more
interesting cover letter by changing the grammar.
So don't use the same grammar structure for each sentence.
Okay, great.
So this is a little bit...
A quick overview about grammar about cover letters and resumes.
There was one other thing I wanted to say, and that's in terms of tense.
When we're thinking about cover letters and resumes, you'll notice that a lot of things
are going to be in the past tense, so a lot of things are going to have "ed" on them,
or you know, you might have an irregular verb that's in the past tense form, and that's
great when we're talking about past experience.
But on resumes and cover letters, you can also talk about present experience.
So you might see a lot of your job experience in the past tense, but you can also use the
present tense, too.
So, for example, if right now in my current job I answer inquiries from customers on the
telephone, I could change this to: "answer" and get rid of the "ed" if it's something
I do now.
Okay?
So, be careful with your grammar.
Make sure that, you know, if you're talking about the present, you use the present tense;
and if you're talking about the past or past experience, you use the past tense.
All right.
So now I'm going to tell you my final tip for resumes and cover letters.
Okay, so imagine you have finished writing your resume and your cover letter, and you're
ready to go.
I have a question for you: Did you edit your resume and cover letter?
Because this is also a very important step.
A lot of the times people don't look over their cover letters and resumes carefully,
and they might have a spelling mistake or grammar mistakes, maybe they've used the wrong
word, and this looks really bad when you're applying for a job.
A lot of employers, when they see a mistake on a resume or cover letter, they won't even
read the rest of it; they'll just throw it immediately into the garbage and they'll look
at somebody else's resume or cover letter.
So it's very, very important that you do not have any mistakes on your cover letter or
resume, and that's why you should edit it.
Okay?
So, first of all, make sure you check the spelling.
Are there any mistakes here?
You know, you can use spellcheck, but also look at it yourself.
How's the grammar?
Do you have any grammar mistakes?
You know, you can think about tense, you know: Did I use the past tense correctly?
You know, there...
Did I use punctuation correctly?
You know, did I put periods where there's supposed to be periods?
Did I put a comma where there's supposed to be commas?
So really think about grammar and punctuation, and if you have any mistakes there.
You can also think about format.
You know, how does the resume or cover letter look?
Did you put the date in the right place?
Did you put your name in the right place?
Does everything line up okay?
Or maybe you have some bullet points here, and some bullet points there.
Does it look messy?
So it's very important to ask yourself these questions, and to look very carefully at your
cover letter and resume once you've finished writing them.
Once you've done that, look at it again; check again.
A lot of the times you'll find a spelling mistake on the first time, and then you'll
find more spelling mistakes the second time you look at it.
Okay?
So it's important to look at your resume and cover letter many times to make sure there's
no mistakes.
Once you finish looking at it, have someone else check it.
If you have...
You know, maybe you have a brother who can help you or a friend, or your old English
teacher.
You know, if you know somebody who can check over your resume, ask them to do it.
And the more people who look at it, the better.
The more feedback you can get, and the more mistakes can be caught this way.
Okay?
So very important step: Check your resume carefully, and edit it for any mistakes.
All right.
So, I want to thank you for watching this video.
I hope you found it very helpful for your search for a job.
I'd like to first say that we have a lot of great resources that can really help with
these types of things.
I mentioned earlier about a resource to do with power verbs.
Power verbs are great for your resume and cover letter; and if you're interested in
learning more, you can look in our description for the link about power verbs.
I really recommend you do this.
You can also subscribe to my channel.
There, I have a lot of other resources on interviews, cover letters, resumes, vocabulary,
grammar, and many other things.
So, this can also help you while you're preparing to search and find a job.
You can also practice what we've learned in this video by visiting our website at www.engvid.com.
There, you can actually take our quiz to see how much you understood of this video and

All right?
So, I want to thank you again for watching; and until next time, take care.

UniPrep – Savanna's Experience - Duration: 1:00.
My name is Savanna Oats and I graduated from UniPrep at Edith Cowan University.
Not doing ATAR in year 12 I didn't have the same skills everyone else did, so I
found that UniPrep really did help that because I was able to fit in a bit
better. And yeah I just found that being on campus and knowing where I'm going
before you know I actually started a bachelor's degree it was very helpful
because I was not lost, I wasn't confused, I just knew what I was doing and
focusing then on my degree instead of navigating the campus. The biggest thing
I picked up was referencing, they do go through in every single unit, so within
academic writing, within learning skills, they really press on that because it is
such a huge skill, and then the math component as well was really helpful
just showing you just refreshers of things that you kind of do forget over
time, and I also found that all the skills that I got really just helped me
jump right into the content of the degree and not having to learn you know
how to write and how to reference and you know basic math I was just really
prepared before going into my degree.

SCOM0790 - Tip - Fonts on macOS - Duration: 4:08.
(SCO transition music)
- [Don] Hi, this is Don McAllister,
and welcome to another weekly tip video.
This week I'm going to take a look
at using fonts on the Mac.
Not so much using them,
more how to instal and maintain them.
macOS Mojave comes with a great selection of system fonts,
which are accessible to all of your applications on the Mac.
Just for illustration, just to demonstrate
some of the wide variety of font sets
are available as standard on the Mac.
If I go across two Pages say,
and with some text selected,
if I go to the Format panel
and click on the drop-down that's for fonts,
you'll see there's a whole host of different types
of fonts available to you to style your text on the Mac.
If I just come out of here.
Let's pop this down out of the way.
The application that is built into macOS
to manage your fonts is an application called Font Book.
Now I already have Font Book running
minimised in the background,
so let me just bring it to the foreground,
and this is the Font Book application.
Standard application, three column view in this sidebar,
well, we'll cover the sidebar in a second.
These are all the different font groups
that are installed on my Mac.
And over here we have a viewer,
so I can see Arial Regular, this is what it looks like.
Arial Black looks like that.
If I go to something like a bit more complex,
let's have a look at say Helvetica,
and then open a panel, again I've got Helvetica Light,
Regular, Light Oblique, Oblique, et cetera.
You can access three different views of your fonts
and an information view as well,
and these are controlled by the buttons across the top.
So this is the sample view.
There's also a repertoire view.
So you can see all the different characters
within that particular font.
There's also a custom view,
which gives you sort of like a paragraph of lorem ipsum
to see what it looks like,
if you were to use a font in a paragraph of text.
The information view is over here.
Or you can use Command.
So Command-1 for sample, Command-2 for repertoire,
Command-3 for custom,
and Command-i for information.
Let's go back using Command-1 to the sample view.
So across on the side bar, you have various collections.
So first the smart collections.
So this is a collection of all the fonts
that are in the English language.
I also have a smart collection of fixed-width fonts as well.
You can actually edit your smart collection
by going to File, and Edit.
So in this particular instance
you can see the design style is monospaced,
and that gives me the smart collection here.
Cancel to that.
There's also some static collections as well.
So fun, modern, PDF, traditional and web,
and you can just drag out any fonts
into any of these collections,
or create a new collection down here at the bottom.
To rename our collection, just select it,
and to add fonts, I would just drag the font group
into, here we go, into Custom
there's my American typewriter group.

How close Kroos really came to signing for Man Utd - Duration: 2:04.
David Moyes claims Toni Kroos 'agreed' to sign for Manchester United when he was manager
The German midfielder was one of a host of players targeted by Moyes when he replaced Sir Alex Ferguson in 2013
United had a frustrating transfer window and only completed one signing, bringing in Marouane Fellaini from former club Everton on deadline day
Kroos was at Bayern at the time and would later move to Real Madrid, having previously met with Moyes to discuss a switch to Old Trafford
"Toni Kroos had agreed to come Manchester United with me," Moyes said on talkSPORT
"I met him and his wife and we agreed it all when he was at Bayern Munich." Moyes also missed out on Gareth Bale, Cesc Fabregas and Leighton Baines in the same summer
The Scot didn't last until the end of his first season as he was axed with United seventh in the Premier League table
But Moyes believes he deserved more time, pointing at United's struggles since his departure
He added: "To go to a club like Manchester United and follow someone like Sir Alex after the time he had been there, to stay for ten months… "It couldn't be a revolution at Manchester United, it had to be evolution
It had to take time. "I still think they're having difficult times at the moment
"

Beat this in high speed.
Add sugar little by little while beating.

about yeah it's really really good anyway you guys so if you'd like to see
how I make it what you need then please keep on watching also make sure that you
guys subscribe to my channel hit that notification bell bookmark my page I
blowed a video every single day of the week kind of which guys do miss me
what's gonna get started okay guys so to get started with our caramel apple cake
you're going to need a cake mix you can use yellow white spice whatever you'd
like I'm using Pillsbury current candy apple because it was on sell for fifty
nine cents you need a couple of apples a quarter cup of butter 3 eggs cinnamon
brown sugar so let's go to get started with this okay guys so I'm just gonna go
ahead and grease my little pan here and I'm going to preheat my oven to 350
degrees big guy so I'm gonna go ahead and just make the cake mix like it says
on the back of the box and you're just gonna set the batter aside okay guys I
just washed my apples and you can either cube um you can slice them whatever you
want to do cake makes this set off to the side so we're just gonna go and get
our apples cut up okay guys so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to get my
quarter cup of butter a 2/3 cup of brown sugar and a half a teaspoon of cinnamon
I'm gonna put it in a small pan okay and we're gonna be making homemade caramel
okay so I have my butter here on medium high heat and I'm just gonna get this
melted down and then I'm gonna go ahead and add my brown sugar and cinnamon
bring it to a light boil and then take it off the heat okay guys I'm gonna go
ahead and add my brown sugar and cinnamon and get this stirred up you
want to stir it a little bit okay and then we're just gonna let this come to a
boil we're just coming to a slight boil so we're just gonna finish getting this
stirred up and then we're gonna take it off the heat make sure all the lumps are
out and so here is our caramel we're gonna
go ahead and just pour it into our pan and start arranging our sliced apples on
top guys caramels kind of spread into the pan I did the best I could anyway so
now I'm just going to start arranging my apples on top and just want them really
close together and just do it till it tells the pan okay guys so I have my
apples on it's okay to kind of layer them up okay now I'm just gonna get my
cake batter I'm just gonna gently pour it over the apples I'm gonna go ahead
and put her in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until a knife inserted in the
middle comes out clean okay guys so I took my cake out probably about half an
hour ago I had to leave it in for like an extra 25 minutes I think because it's
a deeper dish but it looks good and let's go and get cut into it okay guys

We then go out to Birmingham, Alabama on the big screen to interview Strowman ahead of his surgery.
8:05 – The episode opens with Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Lio Rush in the ring together.
Corbin says he hopes the audience had a happy Thanksgiving, but then says that he and the rest of the Superstars in the ring don't fill their bodies with disgusting carbs.
Preview.
Perhaps the biggest story heading into tonight's episode is the rivalry between Dean Ambrose and Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins.
The latter pursued Ambrose all around the arena last week, finally getting his hands on his former Shield brother at the end of the night, but Ambrose took him out with two consecutive Dirty Deeds.
It stands to reason that Ambrose and Rollins' rivalry will continue to grow, to the extent that Rollins will address it during tonight's episode.
Rollins is set to defend his title against Ambrose at WWE TLC on December 16.
According to WWE.com, Rollins will look to "refocus" on his upcoming PPV showdown by testing himself with an Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge during tonight's episode.
Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins Will Face Off In an Open Challenge Tonight.
Ronda Rousey defended the Raw Women's Championship against Mickie James in an unscheduled title last week.
Despite some tense exchanges between Rousey, Nia Jax, and Tamina, the Baddest Woman on the Planet managed to hold her own and intimidate those around her.
Expect to learn more about what Jax and Tamina have in store for Rousey when they clash at WWE TLC.
Bobby Roode & Chad Gable scored a huge upset victory over Raw Tag Team Champions Authors of Pain during last week's episode, meaning that the duo are even closer to Team Red's titles. WWE.com reports that Roode & Gable will also get an opportunity to take on the Authors of Pain in a Raw Tag Team Championship Match this Monday night.
Last week also saw Elias pay the price for making snide comments about Lio Rush when Rush and Lashley too laid into him.
Braun Strowman Will Deal With the Aftermath of His Shattered Right Elbow.
Then, of course, there's Braun Strowman.
Strowman took a vicious beating at the hands of Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin last week that resulted in a shattered right elbow.
This came moments after he was granted a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match against Corbin at WWE TLC that, if won, would grant him a Universal Championship opportunity against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble PPV.
Tonight's episode could shed some light on the severity of Strowman's injury, and whether he will need surgery before returning to the ring.
