US Government Can Legally Access Your Facebook Data and Now We Know How.
(ANTIMEDIA) The end of the year is approaching, and data concerning government abuses of power
has begun pouring in.
According to Facebooks Global Government Requests Report, governments requests for
Facebook account data rose 27 percent in the first half of 2016.
Facebooks official announcement explained that requests for user data went from 46,710
in the last half of 2015 to 59,229 in the first half of 2016.
At least 56 percent of these requests, Facebook added, contained a non-disclosure order
that prohibited us from notifying the user. Law enforcement agencies from across the globe,
Facebook continued, often send restriction requests demanding Facebook remove content
from its forums.
Fortunately, these requests dropped substantially this year, from 55,827 in the last half of
2015 to 9,663 in 2016 an 87 percent drop.
Most of the 2015 requests revolved around French content restrictions of a single
image from the November 13, 2015 terrorist attacks.
Additionally, Facebook used its report to disclose for the first time what the company
does when law enforcement agencies request snapshots of a user account that might
be relevant to law enforcement for undisclosed reasons.
These preservation requests, as they are known, are requests to preserve data
pending receipt of formal legal process. They are often processed by the social media
website as snapshots, which are preserved temporarily.
According to Facebook, the company does not disclose any of the preserved records unless
and until we receive formal and valid legal process. In the first half of 2016, Facebook
received 38,675 preservation requests regarding 67,129 accounts, a staggering number of requests.
Further, Facebook insisted it does not give law enforcement any back doors to user
information.
Adding that requests are only fulfilled if they meet legal requirements or legal sufficiency,
as Facebook puts it, they claim to apply a rigorous approach to every government request
[they] receive to protect the information of the people who use [their] services,
the company added.
But this rigorous approach is not rigorous enough if reforms designed to avoid
privacy overreach in America simply dont go far enough.
Take the USA Freedom Act, for instance.
The 2015 law was once supported by libertarian-leaning congressmen like Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI).
Later, however, Amash criticized the bill after changes giving government more power
were adopted.

Mentioning the new rule by name, Facebook added that as a result of transparency
reforms introduced this year by the USA Freedom Act, our report also contains additional information
concerning National Security Letters (NSLs). NSLs are extraordinary search procedures
that give the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) the power to compel the disclosure
of customer records held by banks, telephone companies, Internet Service Providers, and
others. They are extraordinary because detailed information can be surrendered without
proper oversight, an issue that has led to countless cases of abuse.
While NSLs are still being implemented, the gag order related to the procedure has changed.
Now, the government goes to court to justify the gag order only if an NSL recipient notifies
the FBI of its desire for judicial review in the first place. While the government
bears the burden of immediately going to court and proving its necessity, NSLs give
the FBI the power to bypass this important step.
Explaining that the government lifted a gag requirement on one NSL issued in the second
half of 2015, the company decided to publish it.
Its unclear sure how many other NSLs Facebook has received.
Facebook may promise to apply a rigorous approach to every government request that
comes its way, but rigor may only be practiced within the boundaries of U.S. law.
If the law fails to protect the users privacy by allowing agencies to use extraordinary
procedures, your data is never protected, no matter how well-meaning companies like
Facebook claim to be.
According to Facebook, other government requests concerning imminent risk of serious injury
or death are also granted on a regular basis.
At least 3,016 of these requests were made in the first half of 2016.
They targeted 4,192 accounts.
Search warrants were produced in only 13,742 cases of request for data while only 781 others
were backed by court orders.

How to Crochet a Bobble Stitch - Bobble Stitch Crochet for Beginners - Duration: 5:06.
Hi, and welcome to my channel, JobanaBaby.
Today we're going to learn how to do a bobble stitch.
I don't know about you, but sometimes when I just need to know how to do 1 single stitch,
so I can move on with my work on my projects - I will do a search on YouTube, and see how
they're done.
Bobble Stitch.
Oh I love this stitch.
I want to do it, but how do I do a bobble?
Look no further.
They're also kind of known as clusters, popcorn.
Bubbles, they're amazing so--
When you're working on a bobble stitch, you're usually working it on the back side, not on
the front.
So this would be called the right side of your work.
And this is the wrong side of your work.
So when you're actually stitching a bobble, you will be doing it when you are working
on the wrong side of your work.
Take one look.
So I hope this helps with your project.
So grab your yarn and your hook, and let's get started.
So a bobble stitch is only worked in 1 stitch, and it only counts as 1 stitch.
Even though we're going to stitch 5 stitches into 1 stitch.
It still only counts as 1.
So here you go.
Bobble 1, now bobble 1.
Stitch 1, that was a half double crochet.
And then we're going to do another half double crochet in the same stitch.
And then we're going to yarn over, pull through 2 loops.
See that?
Yarn over again.
Same stitch.
Pull through 2 loops only.
And then last one.
2, you're going to pull through these 2 first loops.
And now you have 5 loops on your hook.
And then you pull through all 5 loops.
And then you keep going with your pattern.
Since I am doing single crochets, I will do single crochets till I get to the next bobble
stitch.
Okay, so yarn over and through 2.
Yarn over again.
Pull through 2.
Yarn over, pull through 2 loops.
1, 2, 3, 4 and we've got 1 more to go, 'cause we need 5 loops on that hook.
Pull through 2.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
And then you pull through all 5 loops.
And then you keep going.
It's every--
And see this stitch counts as 1, even though it's like about 5 stitches, it's still just
1.
So when you're counting your stitches on your gauge - 1, 2, 3, 4 - only count as 1, even
though there are - are clustered.
Of like 5 stitches in 1, it only counts as 1.
And we do a bobble.
Yarn over, through, yarn over.
Pull through 2.
It's like an unfinished double crochet.
Keep going again.
2, 2 - another unfinished double crochet.
And then the last one.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and you pull through all 5 loops.
And there's your bobble.
So we just finished how to do a bobble stitch, and I hope that this helps you with your projects,
just learning this stitch.
And don't forget to give this video a thumbs up if you liked it, and found this helpful.
And don't forget to subscribe so you can get notified on my latest videos.

Porsche 911 Targa 4S Review - Duration: 3:09.
There's no mistaking the unique styling of a Porsche 911 – and this Targa 4S is
a jaw-dropping example.
But what's under this bonnet has motoring enthusiasts declaring the end of the world
as they know it.
Porsche has introduced a turbo to the Targa for the first time.
Out goes the 3.8-litre naturally aspirated powerplant in favour of a smaller yet more
potent 3.0-litre flat six with twin turbochargers.
In the Targa 4S the new engine reaches its most impressive numbers, generating 15kW and
60Nm more than the outgoing model
Also updated for the Targa 4S is a new all-wheel drive system using Porsche Traction Management
from the 911 Turbo.
And because even driver's cars needs touchscreen gadgetry too, the 911's infotainment set
up has been updated with online navigation with real time traffic, Google Earth and Google
Street view.
Of course the other big feature for the Targa is the roof, which takes the 911 from stylish
coupe to not-quite-a-cabriolet.
Only able to be operated at standstill, opening and closing the roof creates some dramatic
theatre, but to be honest, this Targa could be equipped with manually removable roof panels
and it would still be one of the best cars I've driven this year.
The 911 4S is an exceptionally well-balanced car.
The updated all-wheel drive system does an amazing job at making it feel planted on the
road, and combined with those wide tyres – 305s at the rear – this Porsche delivers uber-confidence
in the bends.
It's easy to pilot and has great visibility for a sportscar making it an accessible performance
vehicle for everyday use; as well as a weekend track car.
The new engine translates its power to some pretty impressive numbers.
With the optional PDK dual-clutch transmission and Sport Chrono package with launch control
it will fire from zero to 100km/h in just four seconds.
But at the other end of the scale - restrained drivers may see as little as 8.0L/100 kilometre
fuel usage on the ADR combined cycle – and that's the aim of the game with smaller
capacity turbo engines.
They need to be leaner and greener.
Driving the 911 is still an auditory sensation but there's no mistaking this is a turbo'd
car.
There's a distinctive whine from the turbos as they spool up which on occasion is even
louder than the engine note.
That can be fixed by flicking on the optional sports exhaust system which pops, cracks and
burbles in all the right places, and it's especially satisfying on the downshift but
with the roof up, you're still quite isolated from the noise – more than I'd like to
be honest.
Roof down and the situation doesn't really improve.
There's a lot more wind noise in the Targa than a conventional convertible as it swirls
around the opening and drowns out the exhaust note.
So roof up is the way to go – which begs the question why pay the price premium for
the Targa top?
Around town driving at low speed with the roof down and you're not going to be impacted
too much by that wind noise but on the open road, which is where you'll be heading at
every opportunity, the novelty may wear off.
The Porsche 911 Targa 4S is a dream of a car.
It looks the biz, offers more punch and is easier to handle than ever before and is a
car you can totally live with every day – albeit, it's a $300,000 every day car.
We're just left wondering how often you'll really end up dropping the top.

KoA - Tutorial How to Enhance your Dragon Skills - Duration: 2:04.
Hello guys, welcome back!
I hope all of you spent a beautiful Christmas
with your families and friends.
As you know,
we have just released the new update, 2.0 but,
because of the fact that some players asked us,
today we're going to talk about
one of the old features,
which is about the Dragon Skill Enhancement.
So, let's get started.
You can access the Dragon Skill Enhancement
from the Dragon Liar,
by tapping on the Enhance button
and at this point,
you'll see two tabs, Assault and Guardian.
Remember that you can only upgrade the skills
that you have already unlocked with yor Dragon.
Now, enhancing a skill is very simple,
but it requires a lot of time because
you're going to have to collect
a lot of Crystals of Intensity.
Remember that
there are 9 levels of Enhancement per skill
and 9 levels of Crystals of Intensity.
So, I'll let you do the math.
For the first level of Enhancement
you're going to need level 1 Crystals of Intensity,
for level 2, level 2 Crystals of Intensity and so on.
Remember that, for each Enhancement,
you're going to need 10 Crystals of Intensity,
so 10 Crystals per each set.
Good thing is that
you can keep these Crystals of Intensity,
so, if at some point you decide that
you want to Enhance another Skill,
you can get the Crystals back
and you can reassign them
and remember that that you can get them
from Marketplace, Auction House and Black Market.
So, keep an eye on this building.
Alright guys, it's all for today.
I hope that this video was useful for you.
Remember to Share it,
Subscribe to our YouTube Channel
but there's something more.
You've been very supportive and because of that
I've decided to give you a little surprise,
