Italia: il "Decreto COT" entra finalmente in vigore - English Subtitles - Duration: 3:17.

The TOC decree has finally come into force.

What was the procedure like?

It was long and complicated, lasting a good 4 years:

starting from 2012,

the law came into force this year on 19 May 2016.

I'd like to say, especially,

that exactly one year ago, so in July 2015,

when we were all waiting for the Degree to be published,

the Council of State stopped it because it asked Ministries

to give their opinion on a comparison with EU legislation.

Well, none of the Ministries had this comparison,

but here at the Consorzio, when we became concerned with this issue,

we carried out a study on this legislation and comparison,

which we gave to the Ministry for the Environment,

so it could give the Council of State all the information it needed,

and the procedure finally got back on track.

This demonstrates that the Consorzio Italiano Biogas

has always worked towards national legislation that allows for a clear

and unambiguous definition of the TOC parameter,

which is the same for all of Italy.

What are the limits on biogas plant emissions?

Well the Decree amends Legislative Decree 152 of 2006

and specifies the TOC component.

The limit has gone from 150 milligrams per normal cubic metre

- 152 in 2006 -

to 100 milligrams per normal cubic metre,

but with reference to excluding the methane component,

so finally the law is the same at a national level,

changing legislation that had become hard to implement

because different interpretations at a regional level

had created a lack of clarity.

What measures are available

for updating plants to the new regulations?

Article 1 of the decree outlines all the cases.

I'll give an example to help explain the new law.

For example a one megawatt biogas plant,

so that means an introduced heating power of less than 3 megawatts.

So, an electric one megawatt biogas plant

with an introduced power of less than 3 thermal megawatts,

with an authorisation of 387,

must make sure it meets the parameter indicated,

i.e. 100 milligrams per normal cubic meter,

and importantly, it does not have to make any changes

at an authorisation or plant level,

but only needs to meet the requirements of the decree,

which says it has to comply with this parameter by 31 December 2016.

For a complete overview of the law,

you need to look, plant by plant and condition by condition,

at the conditions for which authorisation was granted,

the context of introduced thermal power, obviously,

to understand what changes to make to comply with the new law.

to help all industry operators who can and have to align their plants

before 31 December 2016,

and will be pleased to provide all assistance

so that this Decree is implemented.

So, Today! tadaa I've made jaja mein and a simmered pork bowl (AKA. jyajyameon jajiangmyeon zhajiangmian) (heretofore known as JJM)

this was made using a Korean instant ramen pack look at how dark it is

alrighty lets see how its made

chop onion

I'll be using 5 packs of JJM inside we've got the noodles this sauce and toppings

boil up the noodles and the toppings then place into a bowl

and then add our sauce

so black!

this is what it looks like

top it with onion and its done

and today I'll also be eating a simmered pork bowl since I'll be eating JJM as well I only have 5 cups of rice

put veg and pork on top of the rice.... top with onion

and its done when you add our #BFFMayo

tadaa our dishes are complete its got such a unique aroma to it

the sauce has that slightly burnt smell to it

as for the weight..... the JJM without the bowl is about 1.5kg

since there isn't any broth its so light I'll weigh this pork bowl later and give you the weight

look at how dark it is

its a very rich and sweet tasting sauce there is a hint of a something sort of charred in the sauce

and guys... I'm not saying its a bunt to a crisp flavor but a nice rich charred flavor

and now for the pork

big chunks of meat have such a nice bite to it, it goes great with this rice

this is apparently a Korean flavored JJM

this simmered pork and mayo are a great match the onion also nicely accents the dish

the noodles are on the thicker side this sweet sauce is really Delish

when eating this bring plenty of napkins, your mouth will turn all black

theres also bits of green pea in here

the sauce itself is not overly salty its a very mild sweet miso based sauce

I found a tiny bit of meat in here

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita

this JJM was absolutely delish it had such a mild tasting sweet sauce

the noodles were on the thick side that had a nice toothsome mouthfeel

the sauce was so very dark as well

JJM was absolutely delish won't you give it a try as well

My name is Daniel Riegel.

I'm from Galatia, Illinois.

I heard about Joe's program when I was researching about lease options.

I bought and sold properties at the time.

I've been a real estate investor for almost nineteen years now.

My first deal I did in about a month and it was a $5,000 payoff.

I'd say probably, you know, a few hours with the buyers, a few hours with the listing,

maybe thirty minutes with the sellers.

The best deal I've done so far is, it's really hard to narrow it down because I've helped

so many people.

So, the best deals to me are not necessarily the ones that made me the most money, but

that helped the most people.

Using Joe's tools to do this, it's helped me not only improve and enhance my own life,

but to add value to other people's lives, to get them what they need in order to move

forward in their life.

You know, I've been a real estate investor for almost nineteen years.

The first part of real estate investing I was more concerned about myself, the money

I was making, putting the deal together.

Since I met Joe he's showed me how I can add value to other people's lives and to really

enhance their lives which makes me more money in the long run, but it's more beneficial

to help people.

So, my business is set up now that the more people I help the more money I make.

The way I help people the most now is I am able to get them path to home ownership so

they can start straightening out their lives and working towards a goal.

I find that most people's credit is a little bit low because of silly things.

Medical bills, cell phone, direct TV, something, it's just really hurting their credit which

hurts every part of their life because everybody pulls credit these days.

Even though credit is not who you are, that's what people look at for insurance, for everything.

So, the better your credit score is the lower your bills are, usually.

I help people, I give them suggestions for how they can improve their credit, how they

can enhance it, better their lives, so, you know, I've studied a lot about credit and

I've done a lot with credit.

So, most people don't understand credit, how it works, how to get things off of their

credit that's not supposed to be on there, that's maybe not even theirs.

So I help them to do that.

The average income for the deals that I do, it varies so much because I use every aspect

and every tool possible.

Mostly between $3,000 and $10,000.

As of this year, I sell at least one house a week and I buy one house for myself every

two weeks.

My goals have evolved since I've met Joe and I've joined his program.

I'm more interested in helping people now and as a byproduct I make quite a bit more

money.

This has completely changed my life.

Night and day.

Black and white.

Now I'm focused on helping other people instead of just helping myself.

At the end of the day it's more beneficial to help people.

I do sleep better knowing that I'm improving other people's lives and adding value.

That is a big difference.

I am getting back into automation.

Tomorrow one of the focuses of being up here is to learn how to automate my business.

So Joe's going to personally show me how to outsource and automate every aspect of my

business.

Automating my business will help me be organized.

It will save me a lot of time.

So I might make more money, but the most important thing is that I'll be able to recoup most

of my time.

When you automate the business it handles a lot of the aspects, the time wasting things,

that you might normally do.

It brings more leads in, they fill out a lot of the information online, they can educate

themselves with a lot of the information that's already there, so you don't have to spend

as much time going through every part of it because it's there.

They can read it and they can figure it out themselves.

Well, you don't need much money using Joe's techniques, if any.

I've done zero down deals, some of the best deals that I've ever done have involved no

money of my own.

No money whatsoever, actually.

So, if I was talking to someone that wanted to do this I would explain to them how it's

changed my life and how it's improved my life and how they can have the tools to improve

other people's lives.

With these tools you can really do everything that's possible in real estate.

I'm thankful that I met Joe.

It really, literally, changed my life.

I've, I'm a better person for meeting Joe and for him showing me how to help other people.

would prefer to sacrifice some space and

convenient

for me location is a prime thing to look

out for one-four flat don't know how

many square meters my apartment is but

it is pretty small

I mean it's not the smallest get this

like wastewater but in terms of actual

living space

it's not biggest having said that she

grown to like being in a small place and

got used to it you know it's easy to

washing machine so I haven't done my

work. I'm going to show you a slide

with all fifty words on it and you should

say them out loud -- either softly or

screaming, I don't care -- but try. Then

compare that to how I say them. One

more thing: You should notice that on

each slide there's a little tip. You

should read those tips, because it sort

of indicates where Finns have a

problem with this word. I hope you

I will finish 0.5 centimeters from

the top of the triangle and on this side

I will cut out triangles.

I cut out an arcs.

and this is a pattern. Now I use glue and glitter.

and after drying I will fix this corners

to the center with hot glue gun.

and with this strip I will clean the middle

part of the bow

and I will fix it on the back of the

bow with hot glue gun

I use more glue and glitter.

and here is a bowl from a plastic bottle.

and I have finished. I made this bow from

plastic bottle and it's again from

How to clear stuffy nose - How to clear stuffy nose instantly/ fast - Duration: 3:42.

How to Clear Stuffy Nose?

1.

Take it easy when blowing your nose.

If your nose is stuffed up but not dripping, or mucus isn't coming out easily when you

blow your nose, don't force it.

Your

impulse may be to blow your nose — hard — until you expel some mucus, but it's best

if you leave the tissues alone.

Only blow your nose when it is running.

2.

Take an over-the-counter decongestant or antihistamine.

Depending on the cause of the stuffiness, you might be able to find some relief in widely

available

medications.

3.

Use a saline nasal spray.

Saline nasal sprays are simply salt water in a convenient applicator — no medications

or drugs are included.

The water will soothe the

inflammation in your nose, as well as flushing out any mucus or bacteria.

4.

Use steam to ease congestion.

The moisture and heat from steam will ease the inflammation and help you breathe easier.

The good news about this method: you can do it

as often as you need to, including running a humidifier constantly until you feel better.

5.

Stay hydrated.

Drinking plenty of fluid will thin out any mucus in your nose, making it easier to expel.

The extra moisture in your system will also soothe irritated

nasal passages and prevent sinus blockages.

6.

Put a warm compress over your nose.

Wet a washcloth with water that's as hot as you can stand, lie down, and lay the cloth

over the bridge of your nose so that it

covers your sinuses but leaves the path to your nostrils clear.

Rewet the washcloth when it starts to feel uncomfortably cold.

7.

Use a vapor rub.

Most chest or vapor rubs contain menthol, eucalyptus, and/or camphor, which some people

believe helps ease congestion when the vapors are inhaled.

Popular rubs that can be used for this purpose include Vick's, Tiger Balm, and IcyHot.

Although the ingredients in these remedies may effectively relieve the sensation

of a stuffy nose in many people, there is insufficient evidence to suggest that they

effectively treat cold symptoms.

8.

Rest in an upright position.

If you find that the congestion gets worse when you lie down, try to elevate your head

a little bit.

Put an extra pillow beneath your

head, or try to sleep in a recliner.

9.

Use nasal adhesive strips.

These thin white strips go over the bridge of your nose, and are meant to manually widen

your nostrils just enough to help you breathe

easier.

They might be marketed as anti-snoring strips in some stores.

10.

Eat spicy food.

If your sinuses are congested, consider chowing down on a dish that's slightly spicier than

you usually enjoy.

Drink plenty of water as you eat, and

you should find that your nose is running by the end of the meal.

Blow out as much mucus as you can.
