youtube is trying to kill off my channel
along with a number of other ones
because this is not something new this
topic over the past few months we've
seen a number of youtubers come out with
videos like this talking about how
YouTube is screwing with their
subscriber count their view count and
you know all the type of things all the
numbers you know that matter to us at
this point has become abundantly clear
the creators that youtube is
intentionally de-subscribing people
without their knowledge right after
hundreds of complaints from youtubers
across the platform and multiple skating
emails from myself included
youtube has finally responded claiming
that they have no idea what's going on
and that they're looking into a
technical glitch and YouTube to that I
say you are embarrassingly full of shit
you know exactly what you're doing and
you're fucking liars
there is no way people are just randomly
unsubscribing in droves without so much as
clicking a video or even visiting the
channel because that's what's happening
wtf is happening???
you know earlier this year in an effort
to rebrand myself I got rid of a number
of my viral videos which I wasn't really
proud of and it cost me over a total of
four million views being removed from my
channel which is a lot but that's ok i
signed up for that I knew it was coming
what I didn't count on was youtube then
punishing me for the decreased watch
time to their site
because we have to understand is watch
time is all youtube cares about they
don't give a shit what you're watching
as long as you're watching it on YouTube
it could be a video of a guy taking a
shit on fire if you're watching it
youtube will push it to the top of your
feed while quality videos that don't
have big pop photoshop thumbnails and
catchy titles fall to the bottom or
disappear completely
I will tell you those up in that shit
fire video good stuff... I constantly have
fans asking me if I'm still posting
because they haven't seen anything in
awhile yet I haven't missed a week in
months, alright now listen,
beyond just discouragement
this is an awful injustice to your
creators and the tremendously hard work
they put into their videos how quickly
you forget youtube you would be nothing
without us
NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING... and to hit us where it
hurts by intentionally disconnecting our
fans employing dumbass algorithms that
only benefit you and decreasing
monetization is unconscionable on your
part which is why i don't understand I
wish to God I had a bigger thumbprint on
this fucking platform...we have this
see that's the problem
a lot of these people with the biggest
amount of power on youtube are children
and they don't even understand the power
that they possess if we all just got
together and said you know what fuck you
YouTube you'd have to listen. Forget about guys
like me how could you allow young kids
for the most part to work their ass off
while you slowly crushed their audience
and income
Shame on you bastards!

is that the huge push from facebook
video cripples you next year because you

recently that made me tear up the other
day
it talked about how her family when she
was growing up they used to have a lot
of money and I guess throughout the
course of her childhood they lost more
and more and they kept having to shrink
into smaller and smaller homes until
they were basically in an apartment
living on top of each other and it was
so bad that
they had a family farm and they actually
lost the farm like the saying came true
and speaking of sayings just the other
day for a Christmas gift
Amy Schumer bought the farm got the farm
back for her father and I thought that
was such a beautiful touching story and
you know what I'm sure I'm not the only
youtuber with dreams of finding success
on here and being able to help his
family like that
so in other words youtube you're not
just fucking with our analytics you're
fucking with our dreams

Snakes became part of ancient civilizations and people's cultures
It exists in every country , and every country has its own things about snakes
Sudan is a big country ,with different cultures
In every part of it , special things about snakes
Let's start with the Sudanese quote , whoever tastes the bite of a snake will be scared of the trace of a rope
Snakes in Sudan are called (Dabib)
In southern Sudan , some make what is known as phylactery (He jab)
It is said that whoever hold this phylactery , it protects him from the snakes bites
Some herbs are collected and used to make a mixture , it is said that when drinking it and walk on a snake
The snake would die
(Da min a chara), a small root of a tree
Whoever carries this root can't be bitten by a snake
And if he's in a group of ten people , the snake won't hurt them
But when the number increases , one of them will be bitten by the snake
The one who has the root , is protected from the snake
Some regions are famous of hunting and raising snakes , like the Dooma village in the region of (Al Osai lat)
This village is famous across Sudan and it became a tourist attraction
Not just villages , but even people
It is said that some people has special abilities to direct snakes as they want
There's someone called (Abo Zai tuna), and in the region of (Wad Mad ane) , someone called (Heidar Katama)
And someone called (Al Ser Al Mergani),it's said that those people have capabilities to deal with snakes
The weirdest story I heard in Sudan is (Um Shawaiel)
It's said that this girl fell into a deserted well , and survived in it for a month without food
She lived with snakes and scorpions
After a month , they got her out of the well and she was called , the snake's girl
Because they say that a strong relationship was built between her and snakes
The girl grew up and lived her life normally
Snakes are considered to be a source of income in Sudan
They make benefit of its skin , and Sudan is full of snakes which their skin is used in industry or exportation
Snakes became part of leather industry, they make what is called (Mrkoub) out of it , which is a type of shoes
This (Mrkoub) , if it's made of tiger or leopard skin , then it's very expensive , after that , comes the snake's skin
The one wearing shoes made of the skin of a tiger or a snake , is from high class
Snakes were used in traditional medicine , like extracting humidity from the body
Rheumatism, hair problems and many other things
They say the snakes fats are extracted after taking off the fangs of the snake
The snake is hanged for two days, then squeezed to extract fats from it
When biting a person , they say a snake puts something called (Talbisa)
This (Talbisa) must be removed because it increases the damage and causes more problems
Sometimes, the herb of the (Ocher) tree , which contains a liquid like milk , is used
this liquid is used to treat the bite of a venomous snake
Snakes in the Sudanese heritage are nocturnal animals,They're scared of light so they don't come out during the day
There are many species with special names different from what is known around the world
Most of the species are named according to its characteristics , example , the short snake who's one inch length is called (Abo Shpair)
The snake who sleeps is called (Abo Nawam)
The cobra , known to the world , is called in Sudan (Um Darga)
Some call it (Abo Suaifa)
The names, shapes and sizes of snakes are different , and so is the level of their danger
The (Um prel) snake , they say is a temperamental snake , he bites whenever he wants , according to his mood
(Abo Zuraig) is snake who's said to be venomous and black colored
A snake called (Abo Nu waim) , is green , it wraps and sleeps under the trees
These are some of the names of some species
Even the sounds we talked about in a special episode
It's said that some snakes have a sound like a kid , and a rooster , some snakes sound like they scream
This is some of the information about the sounds
There's a snake called (Al Washash) , it's said to be a type of rattlesnakes , which lives in America
It's said that there are four shapes of the (Washash)
One of the most dangerous snakes they talk about in Sudan is the flying snake
It's said that some snakes fly for long distances , and it's one of the most dangerous snakes
Some people mention it's a type of Jinn
A Sudanese when seeing it while driving , stops his car until it moves away
In order to keep himself away from this dangerous snake
They say that sakes has a thorn in its tail
And when fighting with a bigger animal and feels like losing
The snake puts this thorn in his nose so he loses balance
The snake take control and wins the fight
It's said that a snake is very strong once it enters his burrow and not even ten men can get him out of it
It's said ; it lays and its eggs are like a grid
Interesting things are said , this is some of it
Snakes are only scared of two animals
Hedgehog, Falcon
The falcon is called (Habib), it is said : (Habib) swallower of (Dabib)
The story of the snake's jewel is widespread in the Arabian world
In Sudan , there's a known story : someone lies in wait for a snake
Watching when the snake gets the jewel in or out , leaves it to hunt or swallow it
He decided to get the jewel. he brought some ashes ,and waited for the snake to bring out the jewel
He threw ashes on the jewel so its lights turned off and the snake tried to get revenge
The snake ran after the man but the man escaped
The man came and took the jewel , he discovered that its light is very strong and hard to deal with
Some advises him to return the jewel to its original place
The snake came and found the jewel , and both lived in peace
Stories of revenge are widespread
How the snake spits venom in food and water , and those stories are widespread in Sudan and the Arabian world
Let's end the topic of Sudanese traditional heritage with a funny anecdote
It is said that a snake fell in love with a female snake
He was blind
The male snake lived a love story , he goes to his beloved everyday
Sitting with her , flirting her and courting her
The situation continued to be that way for days , months and years
Then. In one day , he got his sight back , he was happy about it and ran to his beloved
When he got there , he discovered that he was in love with a water hose

I went through 3 file cabinet drawers of total junk from like 10 years ago.

I just wanted to show you the burn.

We're about to go to bed but the burn changed.
This is what happens when touch one of those little lights and it says not to touch them
with your bare hands.

It's the best time of the year, because tomorrow I will be ice fishing.
In order to ice fish for pike, you need baitfish and I have roach..
..in my roach cages that's behind me.
I will now go out and take them up.
Although, before I go out it's important with the safety since it's the first ice.
The first ice is always the strongest one but it's also the ice which is thinnest.
I have on me a pair of ice picks. I also have an ice axe that I will use..
..to hit on the ice in order to see if it's thick enough.
Furthermore, I have a lifeline and a friend behind the camera.
Everything is set. I've checked before and the ice is thick enough to walk on.
Let's do it.
We now arrived to the hole. A good trick if you want to..
..use roach cage but don't know where to put them is to just before the ice..
..take the boat and use the sonar to find schools of baitfish.
Where you find baitfish before the ice, you will find baitfish when it's ice.
That's where you should put them.
I've know made a hole and it's time to check the roach cage.
A tip is to have a big plastic container. Then it's much easier to find them.
It's one roach in here. Time to move on to the next one.
I've checked all the roach cage. I managed to catch around 10 fish.
I thought I would catch more but they only been there for two days.
It will be ice fishing tomorrow. Let's do it!
We just arrived to the lake but unfortunately, we misjudged the darkness.
It's pitch dark and I think we arrived 30 to 60 minutes too early.
Right now, we can't see if we have flag.
What I will do instead is to use my Deeper.
It's a portable sonar that's easy to use.
You put it in the hole and then you see the depth. We never ice fished here..
..and therefore, we don't know where to put the rods.
What we know is that it's a deep hole here and it's very important to find it.
We will locate the deep whole with the Deeper and see if there's any baitfish.
Then we will place the rods accordingly.
This is Freddy and now we will make the first hole.
Let's see how thick the ice is.
It looks like the ice is around 10 cm. The next step after I put the Deeper in..
..the hole is to take out the phone. I then use the Deeper application.
I've already synced it to my phone.
It's now easy to see how it looks like underneath the ice.
As you can see, it's 8,8 meters of depth. This is perfect since it's almost the..
..deepest part in the deep hole. I can also see it's 3 °C in the water.
Unfortunately, there are no baitfish.
Although, they could still be in the area. They often move back and fourth.
At least we know that we should put our rods in this area.
We now moved around 30 meters and will put the ball in this hole too.
We will look for some structure, if it will get deeper or more shallow.
Let's put the Deeper in the hole and take out the phone.
I press on the Deeper application.
Let's see.
10,2 m - I thought the deepest part was 9,5 m.
Let's see if there's any baitfish. It looked like it was a baitfish here.
Maybe a new one will turn up.
It's empty here as well on baitfish. Although, it must be baitfish in this area.
Let's continue to search for them!
Here it's baitfish. It's interesting that they're standing on the drop off.
They're standing on 3,4 meters and then I will put the roach on 2 meters of depth.
The pike will then attack from underneath.
It's enough with light to put out the rods. Time to start ice fish for pike.
We've now placed all the rods on the deeper area.
They are on 6 meters of depth to around 10 meters.
We have one more rod and I will now show you how I do..
..when ice fishing the season 2016/2017.
The ice is around 7 cm thick and since it's quite thin..
..I like to make the hole with an ice axe. With an ice drill, the hole will be smaller.
With a bigger hole, the easier it is to land a big pike.
Time to make the hole meanwhile I look if we have a flag.

The hole is now made, let's clean it.
Here I have an ice fishing scoop. I will use that one to clean the hole from ice.
I want it to be completely free from ice.
Nothing should blur the vision from the fish underneath.
Here we have the deeper, let's put it in the hole.
It's 9,8 meter and a fish on the bottom. This will be perfect.
I will put the roach 1-2 meters underneath the ice.
This is my self-made flags that I've been using for 3 seasons.
Fluoro color is visible against the ice and black is visible when there's snow.
I also have bells to hear when it's flag.
A Scotty clip is a good way to attach your line.
All the rods are now fishing.
The best feeling is when you can sit down, relax and drink coffee.

I like to sneak the last stretch in order to not scare them.
When the ice is thin, it sounds much underneath the ice when running.

I had this roach 1 meter underneath the ice.
This is the hole I measured 6 m with the Deeper.
It's a lively fish.
When you hold the pike, it's important to not put the rod on the ice.
It will then freeze.
This pike is quite fat.
I hope we will catch one that's a little bit longer. It could then weigh much.

It was quite slow fishing today, we caught 5 pike.
