Korea's consumer prices logged fourth straight month of growth above one percent in December.

This pulls up the prices for the entire year were one-percent -- after dropping to a record

low in 2015.

Kim Min-ji breaks down the digits for us.

Korea's consumer prices rose 1-point-3 percent in December from a year ago.

Although that's slowed from the month before,... the figure has been in the one-percent for

four straight months.

Core inflation, which excludes volatile oil and food prices, surged one-point-two percent

compared to the year before.

Statistics Korea says the monthly rise was mainly led by high food prices,... which jumped

due to hot summer weather and a typhoon in the same season.

"Everything's so expensive these days.

I don't know how many times I compare and look for better deals when I buy groceries."

"It seems food prices change so much and its a burden for people for like me.

I prepare a list before I come, but sometimes I end up not being able to buy everything

I planned to."

Prices of agricultural and fisheries products spiked 6-point-7 percent this month from the

year before,... while prices of fresh foodstuffs, which includes vegetables and fruit,... have

risen 12 percent.

This is due in part to an egg shortage in the wake of the recent outbreak of avian influenza.

Korea has culled over 20 million poultry across the nation since the first case of bird flu

was reported in November.

But prices of gasoline and electricity have fallen over 11 percent from a year ago thanks

to a government drive to lower household electricity bills.

Over the course of the year,... Korea's consumer prices have risen 1 percent.

After posting a 1-point-3 percent rise in 2014,... prices fell to a record-low of 0-point-7

percent in 2015... and they're now back up in the one-percent range.

Come 2017,... even though there are downside risks ahead, such as slowing domestic demand,...

consumer prices are expected to rise further, due to a pick up in global oil prices... and

the potential lasting impact of the bird flu outbreak.

I'm working hard to plan Africa.

What is coming in 2017?

I'm going to Spain for three months at the end of March. Ideally, I will buy a motorcycle there.

And from there I'm going to Africa.

I have parallel plans too, so I have to see which one comes out.

I have giant maps lying on the floor that I use to plan the routes.

What else? In February, I will probably go on a "blog trip" to Uruguay with two other girls.

We are putting together the plan because it would be by bicycle.

If we do it...

Let's see what fate holds for me. You know how this is: perhaps there is a change of plans.

From here to May I will tell you what is happening.

The Hall of Realms in the former Buen Retiro palace where we are now

is undoubtedly one of the most importance spaces in the history of Spain

in the sense of both historic patrimony and also from a museological viewpoint.

Begun around 1629 it was completed around 1640 and was used for festivities

and military reviews and also housed the monarch's extremely important collection of paintings.

On the death of Philip IV the palace fell out of use to some extent

and in the 18th century it was used by different monarchs in various ways, with a number

of projects considered for its alteration. In the early 19th century it was

practically destroyed in the war of Spanish Independence and only this Hall of Realms

and the Casón del Buen Retiro have survived to the present day. In fact, in the mid-19th century

it was the addition of a museum that ensured the building's surviving

as it was here that the artillery museum, later known as the Army Museum, was installed.

In 1995 Spain's political parties reached an agreement and signed

a parliamentary pact for the enlargement of the Museo del Prado. In 2015

the Hall of Realms officially became part of the Museo del Prado and for this reason

it is now at our disposal to add to this great institution's museological spaces.

It was at this point that the Museum embarked on drawing up the specifications for the

competition that would determine the selection process. An international competition,

open to all those wishing to enter their projects and with a jury

responsible for selecting the winning proposal. The guidelines for the competition were based

on the premise of a time-frame of sixteen months for designing

the project and thirty months for its construction.

As such, this competition has been structured into two phases with an initial, as I said,

open one which concluded with presentation of 47 teams of architects. The jury had

to assess these 47 teams, find out about their previous work and the professional track record

that supported their applications. Eight teams won this round,

in which both national and international teams took part.

This second phase has been anonymous, in other words the identity of the candidates of

each proposal was not known, and instead each team submitted their entry with a summarising phrase.

The teams have had four months for this phase.

After much deliberation and a detailed analysis of the eight projects,

the jury decided that the winning proposal was the one entitled "Hidden Design",

with a unanimous decision.

In the jury's opinion the winning proposal is an intelligent one that has known

how to make the best use of the historic architecture of the Hall of Realms. It opts

for respecting the historic building but also makes clear that it is a 21st-century building.

Its starting point is a very detailed analysis of the urban context and history of the Buen Retiro palace

in order to interpret it in a contemporary key. It offers an intelligent urban design

that aims to create a link between the Retiro Park and the Paseo del Prado through

a green walkway which also connects with the Villanueva Building and thus with

the Museo del Prado campus. From the most purely architectural viewpoint

it not only offers a solution to all the spatial and functional requirements set out

in the requirements programme included in the competition, but also does

so in an intelligent manner with regard to the design of the different spaces, the superimposition

of the various exhibitions areas and the social encounter points that an infrastructure

of this type needs to have.

Having reached the decision, the corresponding sealed envelope was opened and

we learned that the winner was the team comprising Foster Partners and Carlos Rubio Arquitectura.

So starting now is this new phase, when the execution project has to be devised,

which is the project that will allow for the building contract to be awarded

and which will permit the Museo del Prado to make use of a building that will conclude

the design of the long-awaited Museo del Prado campus in its completed form.

Dzięki temu Bill zostanie niezwłocznie poinformowany o naszej akceptacji i będzie mógł ruszyć z tematem.

Poznaliśmy właśnie jak nowe narzędzie do komunikacji wewnętrznej może być użyte w systemie SAP Business One.

Pozwala na współpracę z kolegami znacznie bardziej skutecznie i w czasie rzeczywistym.

Kolejną nowością zawartą najnowszym patch'u jest możliwość do wskazania ram czasowym dla odświeżania kokpitów i wskaźników KPI.

Widzimy m.in TOP 5 klientów, saldo klientów i ilość otwartych zleceń sprzedaży.

Jeśli wybierzemy ostanie zlecenie sprzedaży i skopiujemy je do faktury sprzedaży

zobaczymy, że zmalała nam liczba otwartych zleceń sprzedaży, a wzrosło saldo.

Zobaczyliśmy właśnie, jak zdefiniowanie automatycznego odświeżania danych

pozwala na jeszcze bardziej dynamiczne podejmowanie świadomych decyzji.

Hello everyone..

Welcome back to my channel

In today video, i will make 1 brand Korea products tutorial, from 3CE

That is Korean brand

Compare to my previous video tutorials, this video will be like chatty

Which means that i will be using the products while giving the reviews and talking to you

90% of 3CE products that i'll be using is from stylekorean.com

I'll put the link in the description box below and every product that i use

So please shoot it out

And to make it short, let's get started

For the first product, i'll use 3CE Fitting Cushion Foundation No. 1

The packaging is barbapapa

So cute right

As usual, just tap on your face using cushion

There are only 2 choices of colour for this cushion

No. 1 and No. 2

But i think No. 2 is a bit dark for me, so i chose a brighter one

But actually, after set it, it's not really as fair as this

It's quite matching to my skin colour

So this is the result, not as fair as before right?

This cushion is beyond my expectation

I thought this cushion is just so-so, but the result is really good

This is medium coverage, and really stick to skin

After applying, the colour is not so ashy or grey

I think the colour is suitable for Asian skin colour

It makes our skin look fresh

Yesterday, I put this on for whole day and i didn't set it with powder

And it's still there

At first, the result might be dewy, glowing

But actually it doesn't

But if after set it, i think it's a bit matte,

A bit satin matte

So i really like this one

Now i'm going to put concealer

Which is full cover concealer

Mine is No. 2

I will show how the colour look like on my hand

I will put it on my under eyes

And i always have glasses mark, so i have to conceal

Around this area and i'll highlight a bit

You also can use this to cover acne scars

I don't have acne scars but i have red veins on my skin

I really like the colour of this concealer

As it's not really fair or yellowish

It's a bit salmon-orange

So it's really good to cover eye bags and the colour is really matching to my skin

And i'll blend using the cushion puff

The coverage of this is also really good

The veins on my skin are covered

So i'm done with the base makeup

This is it

For eyebrows, i'll use eyebrow shaper

I bought this when my hair colour was still brown

So when i received this, my hair colour is black already

So just ignore it if you think the colour is not matching

But i saw the makeup by Stylenanda

The eyebrows are always brighter than the hair colour

So last time, i saw a photo that the hair colour was black but the eyebrows were brown

And i think it look okay

I will draw a bit straight for the eyebrows

For this eyebrow pencil, i think there is no..

There is no something so special

So it's like other eyebrow pencils

1 thing that i don't like is there's no spoolie

So we have to look for a spoolie

For eyes, i'll use 3CE Eyeshadow Palette, Upclose

So these are the colours

Before putting the eyeshadow on, i'll use eye primer first

Then blend it using finger

For first colour, i'll use this

Onto the eyelids

The 3CE eyeshadows are shimmery, there's no matte at all

Just blend it blend it, blend until smooth

After that, i'll use this colour, a bit dark purple

And i'll use it on outer corner, take it to other side

I'll use the same colour to the lower part of my eyes

And then, i'll use this colour

To blend all the eyeshadows that i have put on

My brush broke already, only left the other side

So just keep blending and blending

The last one. i'll use bright colour

To highlight my brow bone

My brow bone

As i said, the palette is so shimmery

So if you don't like shimmery eyeshadow, then you won't like this

Because this is really shimmery

So for the eyshadow, the result is like this

For the eyeshadow palette, the colour is quite fun

So if you want to play the colour

More colourful

More playful

You can try the Stylenanda

They have some choices of colour

But i think

Mostly are shimmery

Very few choices of matte

Even it's shimmery, it's not rough and really falls out

It's quite smooth

So when using it, it's quite pigmented as you can see right now

So i quite like this palette

For 3CE eyeliner, i only have creamy waterproof eyeliner

The colours are purple and burgundy

For upper part eyeliner, i think it's not really noticeable

So i'll use other eyeliner first, put fake lashes and mascara on

And i'll be right back as the products are not from 3CE

So i'm done with the eyeliner and lashes

Now i'm going to draw eyeliner on the lower lash line

And i'll use burgundy colour

Can you see the difference?

I draw it here

At here as well

This is quite vampy

But it's okay, try something new once in a while

I also have the purple colour, this is also nice

If you are looking colourful eyeliner and good

I really recommend this, 3CE

As this is so creamy, and easy to use

It's also long-lasting and not easy to fade away

After that, i'll put mascara on the lower part of lashes

And i use this, from April Skin

From 3CE, blush cushion, pink colour

The packaging is super duper cute as well

So this is how it looks like

The colour of this is a bit sheer

Meaning that the colour is not so obvious

So we have to put a lot

And the colour is pale soft pink

I recommend you this if you have skin tone like me or fairer

As if you have darker skin tone, i'm not sure the colour will be noticeable

The result is really nice and natural in real life

As this is a cushion, so it doesn't look like powdery

And it looks like our cheeks are originally reddish

I actually put a lot already, but it's not noticeable on camera

It's apparent in real

How many layers i have put already

So the result is like this

Our skins look more glowing

So if you don't really like glowing, you won't love this

But i personally really like the blush cushion

So last time i took a look at Stylekorean

It seems like there are no contour and highlight, so i didn't buy

So i'll contour my face first using other product

The colour is like purple

So the lipstick colour is like magenta purple pink

Actually when my hair was red-brown, it's okay when i applied this

Not so fancy of this

Ever since my hair is black, i really love this

As i think it's really matching

It's like look better

It looks like tacky when my hair's brown

I think the formula of this is really great

It's super creamy

It is just right on the lips

And long-lasting as well

Also, the packaging is lovely

Elegant and classy

It's like truly solid

So i really love this lipstck

And if can, i wanna try the new version

They have a lot colour like brown-nude

Also lily maymac

So, ahh...

Honestly, my impression to 3CE is not that good

I always think that the products are super expensive

But the quality is just fine

I bought a lipstick before, lip lacquer bon bon

And the result on my lips were very bad

Like chapped lips

And i asked some, "is 3CE good?"

And they said it's light and expensive

So i think it's not really good

But after trying all of these

I was wrong

So i should not judge the product before trying it first

Korea's consumer prices rise 1.3% y/y in December - Duration: 2:18.

Korea's consumer prices logged fourth straight month of growth above one percent in December.

This pulls up the prices for the entire year were one-percent -- after dropping to a record

low in 2015.

Kim Min-ji breaks down the digits for us.

Korea's consumer prices rose 1-point-3 percent in December from a year ago.

Although that's slowed from the month before,... the figure has been in the one-percent for

four straight months.

Core inflation, which excludes volatile oil and food prices, surged one-point-two percent

compared to the year before.

Statistics Korea says the monthly rise was mainly led by high food prices,... which jumped

due to hot summer weather and a typhoon in the same season.

"Everything's so expensive these days.

I don't know how many times I compare and look for better deals when I buy groceries."

"It seems food prices change so much and its a burden for people for like me.

I prepare a list before I come, but sometimes I end up not being able to buy everything

I planned to."

Prices of agricultural and fisheries products spiked 6-point-7 percent this month from the

year before,... while prices of fresh foodstuffs, which includes vegetables and fruit,... have

risen 12 percent.

This is due in part to an egg shortage in the wake of the recent outbreak of avian influenza.

Korea has culled over 20 million poultry across the nation since the first case of bird flu

was reported in November.

But prices of gasoline and electricity have fallen over 11 percent from a year ago thanks

to a government drive to lower household electricity bills.

Over the course of the year,... Korea's consumer prices have risen 1 percent.

After posting a 1-point-3 percent rise in 2014,... prices fell to a record-low of 0-point-7

percent in 2015... and they're now back up in the one-percent range.

Come 2017,... even though there are downside risks ahead, such as slowing domestic demand,...

consumer prices are expected to rise further, due to a pick up in global oil prices... and

the potential lasting impact of the bird flu outbreak.
