SP_ "No se puede crear el archivo de escena temporal" al guardar un archivo en 3ds Max - Duration: 2:16.Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy. In this video, I will talk about.
In 3ds Max, a warning message appears when saving a scene.
Unable to create temporary scene file C\users\[username]\Documents\3dsMax\autoback\AutoBackup01.max.sv$.
The warning keeps appearing during the 3ds Max session.
Alternatively, a saved 3ds Max file or AutoBackupfile will save with the extension: *.max.sv$.
Insufficient hard drive space on the C:\ drive for the default Autoback file saves.
This message will reappear every time 3ds Max tries to auto-save a backup file to that drive by default, every 5 minutes.
Errors in network connectivity or bad server writes that leave the 3ds Max file in a "buffered" state.
To resolve the issue.
Check the C:\ drive properties to see if the drive is running out of space. If so, delete/move any unnecessary files.
Check the location C\users\[username]\Documents\3dsMax\autoback\ and remove any unneeded backup files from it
first. The folder may be filled with previous Max scene backups.
Users can also go into 3ds Max > Customize > Configure User Paths > File I/O tab.
and change the output path of the AutoBackup folder from the default C:\ drive location to a folder on another hard drive with more available space.
Should this issue occur frequently, save the scene to a Local Drive rather than a Network Server or remote Drive.
Hope, this information, is helpful. Thank you, for watching Fawzi academy.

Viajar en Canarias - Loro Parque's Laboratory - Duration: 2:49.Right now, we are at Loro Parque with Rafael Zamora, the Scientific Director of
Loro Parque Foundation. First of all, thank you for being with us today, Rafa.
It is my pleasure, nice to meet you. Our doors are always open.
This is truly so. You see, right now we are at quite a special place here, at Loro Parque.
We could say that this is more than just a clinic
and safer for the animals.
Of course we have our clinic – with X-Ray and all the other necessary equipment, and all to the public's view.
However, the laboratory is, without any doubt, the vital part for the control
all of the water installations in the Park, as well as for testing the blood of any of our animals.
We do the same blood tests that are made for people,
with the exceptions that these tests are more exhaustive because the animals are a little different.
Here we have experts that are working continuously, day after, to make sure all of
our animals are healthy and safe. And we have quite a few of them!
Let's say this is the scientific heart,… you have said it, the heart ensuring the health
of all animals here at Loro Parque, and thanks to these scientists, who work wonders,
they are in a good shape and well looked after!
Sure, we use preventive medicine which means, that we do not really have to use medical treatments.
We keep the animals clean, with all their vitamins, strength,
environmental enrichments,… in other words we ensure quality of well-being, …
This way we avoid having to use medical treatment in many cases. Our work concentrates on controlling
all these parameters, which we routinely.
If we have 4.000 parrots, we perform medical checkups on 4.000 parrots each year. That is easily said!
It certainly is, yes.
Yes, so here at the laboratory, which is the "Enterprise" of this site of
the 'Animal Embassy', is the part our visitors really appreciate as it gives them the opportunity
to view something that has not been possible until now.
Previously, this area was not open to the public.
Well, now we can introduce our visitors to the work we carry out,
while we are ensuring that all our animals
are well and healthy.
As we can see, you are working hard and are doing a lot of important things here.
Yes.
Well, please tell us!
Right now, we are measuring the level of fibrinogen, which is regularly measured, in particular, in marine mammals,
because it tells us when an animal might have an inflammation.
So when an animal is not feeling well,
this is what we look at first, the fibrinogen.
If it is high, it is a probable indication that the animal may have an inflammation
of an organ or any part of its body.

How to Care for Succulents: How much sun? Indoor & Outdoor (5 Essential Tips) - w/ Bart Simpson?! - Duration: 9:51.Hi, this is Sheila!
Have you ever wondered how much sun your succulents need so that they won't be leggy or etiolated
and still not burn like toast?
Then this is the video for you.
What?!
What?!
Bart Simpson?!
Bart Simpson?!
So let's jump in and keep watching till the end of this video if you wanna know what
Bart Simpson with a burning hotdog has to do with my channel.
And, let's talk about the first tip.
So, Tip Number 1, if you are just starting, work with movable containers first.
Succulents who want more sun can start getting leggy, which is what we call etiolation.
Etiolation exhibits a longer internode, which are the part of the stem where the leaves
are connected.
This happens when your succulent is stretching out to get more light.
When your succulent starts showing the early signs of etiolation, do move them to a spot
were they can get about 2 to 4 hours of sun.
Especially because not all succulents are the same, as you will see later in this video,
that's why if you may have noticed, I used the words "who wants more sun."
This is why for beginners, or if you have a new succulent that you are not familiar
with, I highly, highly suggest that you put them in movable containers first.
Tip Number 2, use a form of sun shield or shade cloth, if you don't want to keep moving
them around, like this huge umbrella.
It is actually so easy to adjust, that's why I love it.
Because if you will expose your succulents under the sun for far too long, especially
in the summer, this is what happens to them.
I was so busy when we moved in to our new home that I failed to anticipate that the
sun here in Brentwood can be so scorching.
So, if you are just starting to grow succulents, I highly, highly suggest that you put them
first in movable pots if you do not have a form of sun shield in your succulent garden.
Since we are in the winter, 2 to 5 hours of sun is perfect for them, but all of these
changes in the summer.
Right now, I'm taking this video around 9 to 10AM and since the sun in the winter
is not as scorching, this amount of sun is great for them.
So, if you do not have movable pots and they are planted directly to the ground, please
make sure that they are under a shade cloth in the summer.
Or maybe even invest on something like this walk-in greenhouse if you are totally committed.
I'll link this greenhouse and some good, reliable shade cloths in the box below in
case you want to check them out.
Let me show you my babies from my propagation last year.
Look at how tight their leaves are.
It is because they are getting the perfect amount of light under this huge umbrella.
Let me just focus the camera to show you the amount of light that is able to pass through
the fabric.
Tip Number 3, is to know your succulents and be observant.
Observe them.
If you would just look closely, they would really show signs that they want more light
with the way they respond to their location.
If you would look at this pot, while this guy is reaching out for light, these echeverias
here are perfectly fine in their spot.
They are obviously saying, "I'm happy here".
In fact, this one, even if this guy is covering her, she doesn't mind at all.
Because succulents respond differently to their surroundings, the best tip is know them
and be observant.
It's actually a super perfect day to talk about how much sun your succulents need!
Just look at how lovely this day is!
Tip Number 4, most aloes do great indoors by a window.
In fact, this aloe right here was not very happy being outside at all.
He has been outside with his previous owner and when we moved here in Brentwood, I placed
him outside, too.
Summer and winter came and he was not improving at all.
He was just looking like he was about to die and was grayish blue in color and was looking
so dull.
And by the way, here's my other indoor aloe vera who is also by a window.
They say aloe veras are helpful in filtering out toxins in the air inside our homes.
And oh, about that other aloe, too, I actually saw my mom's aloe that has always been indoors
when I came for a visit, and hers was looking so healthy and robust, in fact my mom would
describe hers as a monster of an aloe, and that's when it hit me!
My aloe wants to be indoors.
He started turning green and healthy in just one week.
And that's after I've placed him indoors.
I had to roll my camera again 'cause this is about 5 hours after my first roll, to share
with you this video.
I just wanna show you the amount of sun that my aloe is receiving by this spot.
As long as your aloe or succulents get 1 to 3 hours of sunlight, they should be good indoors
by a window.
For rosette succulents though, like echeverias or echeverias, you still have to be observant,
because most of the time, they can still get etiolated even if they are getting light by
the window.
You will notice, with rosette succulents, they will start leaning towards the light
as they grow.
If you want to know more about taking care of aloes indoors, or succulents indoors, you
can also check Christine Kobzeff's video.
I have a link in the description below.
Tip Number 5, is how to deal with etiolation.
Once your succulent has gotten leggy or etiolated, there is no way to reverse the process, although
there is a way to correct it.
What is great about succulents is that your can cut them and they can regenerate and push
forth new growth from the point of the cut.
Like this ghost plant here or the Graptopetalum Paraguayense.
I'm so sure that I'm butchering the name right now, but succulent names are so hard
to say and remember anyway.
I had to cut off the crown of this lady here and look, she is giving me two new lovely
twin growths in return.
This Burro's tail was not etiolated, but I've cut it to propagate it and look at
all these cutest little growth.
So, for etiolated succulents, you will have to cut off the crown like so and replant it.
You can even cut them into middle, or, I mean, multiple parts and they will all grow roots
and new growths.
If you can wait for them to callous over, then you can water them about 7 to 10 days
after planting them in cactus soil, or you can plant them immediately without waiting
for them to callous over, as long as your cactus soil is not damp, and make sure to
postpone watering for about 4 weeks for fresh cuttings.
So please take note, postpone watering for about 3 to 4 weeks if it's a fresh cutting.
And can you guess why I know that they will not rot even if the tip is fresh, as long
as the cactus soil is dry?
It's because I tried it myself.
I love experimenting.
So, this container has cactus soil that is dry.
So although, once your succulent has gotten leggy, there is no reversing it, there is
hope to correct it.
Which leads me to my positive quote for you today.
My message to you is this: That every setback is a set up for a comeback.
Always look at challenges in a positive way, because if you will conquer every setback,
then you are in for a major comeback.
And just a quick update, if you have seen my propagation video, do you remember that
little succulent leaf with the scar in the middle who still propagated?
Well here he is now.
Look at all these pretty sprouts.
I will also link my leaf propagation video in the description down below if you want
to know more about succulent leaf propagation.
And remember Bart Simpson?
I'm using the entire Simpson Family in a big succulent project which is coming real
soon.
I'm just still in the process of making them all in polymer clay, which is my other
hobby.
So smash that subscribe button, so you won't miss that big project!
And, to check how I made Bart Simpson in polymer clay, I have posted a fun-packed youtube video
on that, so tap on the link here.
And before I go, let me just remind you again, that every setback is a set up for a comeback.
Thank you!
This is Sheila again for Succulent Fame.

WOW! THE CRAZIEST ANT FARM I'VE EVER MADE (OPEN CONCEPT) - Duration: 16:18.This El Dragon paludarium setup was such a huge success.
It made me look over to our Black Dragons' neighbours, the Golden Empire in their Hacienda
Del Dorado.
Our Yellow Crazy Ants have been living in this terrarium for over a year.
Look at all of that chaos!
The Hacienda Del Dorado was in desperate need of a makeover!
We also had to find another way to deal with their exploding population, and I had just
the renovation to solve both those problems.
AC Family, behold.
Please SUBSCRIBE to my channel and hit the bell icon.
Welcome to the AC Family.
Enjoy!
So AC Family, what you will see in this video is truly the craziest ant setup I have ever
created in my life.
Today, we will be drastically transforming the Hacienda Del Dorado, our long time home
of our Yellow Crazy Ants, we call the Golden Empire, and man, I cannot wait to show you
what I have planned.
I intend for the new ant setup to incorporate some really cool elements of nature, some
careful design, and neat ant engineering!
Keep on watching until the end for the complete tour of the Golden Empire's new kingdom!
So there were two problems with the current territories of our Golden Empire that we covered
in previous videos.
First, having lived in this Hacienda Del Dorado terrarium for over a year, I felt the ants
were not being stimulated enough.
They were settling too into routine, devoid of any enrichment or life events.
There were no changes to their day to day activities to the point that they seemed almost
placid and expectant at feeding time.
The Hacienda Del Dorado became the same old territory dominated and overrun by the same
ficus vegetation, and the only place the ants could catch a break from these lands was at
Golden Rock, their custom Gold Play Button ant farm.
The Golden Empire clearly needed a territory makeover.
Second, this supercolony of eight queens has been continually growing over the past year
without a limiter to control their population.
We attempted using carnivorous pitcher plants last year to help curb the Golden Empire's
population growth, but that proved ineffective as the ants began forming a symbiotic relationship
with the plants by dumping their leftover insect parts into the plants to keep them
fed and their pitchers in non-trapping mode.
We attempted to introduce a praying mantis into the Hacienda Del Dorado as a natural
predator, and the mantis did prey on ants but, it wasn't enough to keep the Golden Empire's
numbers in check.
But today AC Family, the new territory renovation I had in mind would offer a solution to both
the Golden Empire's lack of enrichment and population control.
Check it out, AC Family.
Here sits a gorgeous paludarium piece, part land, part water, designed like a tropical
rocky pool fed by a natural spring.
I absolutely love this ornate terrascape of rocks and plants arching over this pool of
fresh water.
I love how various blooming mosses carpet the surface of the rocks.
The crystal waters bubbling from a spring at the top of the rock face is powered by
a mini water pump filter within the pool.
Attached to the rock grow some epiphytic and gorgeous bird's nest fern, along with a small
Arrow Arum plant growing from the marginal shallows at the east end of the pool.
I also added some driftwood limbs to help the colony safely travel around these wetlands.
The substrate of the aquatic portion is a pebbly gravel along with brown aquarium soil,
to mimic the floor of some natural spring pools I have seen in jungles in the past.
Overall, I could not wait to add this to the Hacienda Del Dorado, because aside from the
obvious aesthetic it would add to the ants' setup, its purpose was also functional.
I knew the Golden Empire would benefit from the enrichment offered by this new habitat
type which they would need to learn to navigate safely.
The Golden Empire has never had to deal with living around a large body of water before,
and although these yellow crazy ants are a tropical species and are fully capable of
learning to live around water, I am certain there will still be a learning curve as they
adapt to their new spring.
Also, with the new trickling water and pool, I knew the least nimble ants of the colony
would inevitably fall into the water and drown, which would definitely help curb Golden Empire's
numbers in a natural way.
So the time has come, to give the Hacienda Del Dorado, the greatest makeover and upgrade
in all of Golden Empire history!
The first step, was I needed to completely rework the lighting system.
My plan was to increase the living area vertically, so I needed to have the lighting elevated
from where it originally was.
So I built a structure to support the new lights.
Due to the higher elevation of the lighting, I also needed to install a higher quality
lighting system so that all underlying plants and mosses could receive the ample lighting
needed for photosynthesis.
With the new lighting rig setup, we now move down to the ground.
So AC Family, here was my plan.
I wanted to install the new rocky spring pool here, but I would first need to relocate this
huge piece of driftwood westward.
Now check this out, prior to installation of the pool, I needed to first install this
wooden stool.
Its function was to create an elevating plateau for the rocky spring pool.
This way, the ants would still have generally the same amount of ground surface area when
this new water feature is installed.
And now, AC Family, the biggest question was, how was I going to execute all of this with
the Golden Empire still inside the setup?
For sure the ants would go into complete hi-jinx as soon as my hands start moving things around.
Essentially, there was no plan.
I just had to cover my arms in baby powder and work as fast and effectively as I could.
So here we go, AC Family.
Let's do this!
Let's drastically transform the Hacienda Del Dorado to make it an even greater haven for
our Golden Empire!
With the help of my house keeper, we went in and began to rearrange the setup, working
as quickly but carefully as we could.
As soon as my arms were in the setup the ants were completely panicked and started to climb
my arms, but thankfully yellow crazy ants are a non-stinging species, so it just tickled
a bit.
I cut away at the ficus and moved the driftwood, then installed the stool.
Placing the rocky spring pool inside was super challenging, but after an hour and a half
of work and careful planning, check out how the new Hacienda Del Dorado looks now!
Behold, the new Hacienda Del Dorado is now a majestic, rain forest palace for our Golden
Empire.
Isn't it just incredible?
What do you guys think?
Alright, I can't wait to give you a tour of the setup.
It may seem a bit confusing at first glance, but check this out.
My intention for this new open concept setup was to make the entire living space seem borderless.
I wanted to obscure the boundaries of where the outside of the setup begins and where
the inside starts.
At initial glance, it seems like the Golden Empire has complete freedom to escape this
unconfined setup, but if you look carefully, you will see that with some neat design features,
the ants actually cannot escape.
First, all landmarks that the ants have access to, do not touch the areas which can lead
to escape.
I took advantage of the fact that these ants do not jump and made sure all decor was at
least 1 - 2 inches away from all edges.
One challenge however was the electrical cord of the pump powering the spring.
Incorporating it in such a way that wouldn't allow for escapes took some planning.
Now, the ants are able to climb the cord but are stopped at this point with this modified
slushie cover smothered in baby powder and rubbing alcohol.
Any ants that happen to slip off the cord and down onto this shelf, are still unable
to escape due to these baby powdered barriers on both ends created from modified takeout
container covers, also painted with baby powder and rubbing alcohol.
Stranded ants on this shelf end up wandering around, trying to figure out how to reunite
with the colony, until it finally decides to take a safe dive off.
Now AC Family, check out all these new awesome plant additions!
Some Spanish moss, slabs of tree bark, and some epiphytic bird's nest ferns hang decoratively
from the lighting rig, blurring the setup's boundaries, creating that incredible illusion
of a non-bordered territory.
Some of my favourite plants of the new Hacienda Del Dorado, however, are these beautiful bromeliads.
These plants are also epiphytic, meaning they don't need soil to grow.
Instead, these bromeliads are growing in small bags of coconut husk which I have attached
to their old driftwood piece.
The ants can also utilize these bags of coconut husk to create some cool tree houses for themselves,
offering more nesting space for our Golden Empire.
What I also love about these bromeliads is that after watering, water collects in these
wells between the leaves, creating small pools of water, offering the Golden Empire some
cool sites to drink.
These bromeliads would also function as drinking stations for the colony.
So cool right?
The largest plant in the setup was this gorgeous red anthurium, which the ants loved to climb.
It quickly became a popular ant trail pathway.
Now, let's take a look at the new Hacienda Del Dorado floor, which I am obsessed with!
I felt this new look of the ground floor was better than before, because it more closely
resembled the multi-faceted surface of a real rain forest floor.
I loved how the branches and plant life above created some beautiful and more natural lighting
effects throughout the floor space of this setup.
The ants had their bright spots and their dark spots to frequent.
Now looking to the right, it may seem a bit strange at first glance to see this floating
spring pool in the middle of all this natural landscape.
Well, as mentioned, I didn't want the new water feature to decrease the surface area
of the Hacienda Del Dorado, so the fact that this water feature was hovering was a good
thing, and it actually created an awesome massive dark and humid cave which the Golden
Empire was already using for nesting space!
I also wanted the spring pool to hover so that I could better film beneath the water's
surface, so this current arrangement allows us to still have a God's-eye view into the
Hacienda Del Dorado's aquatic world.
Speaking of which, I forgot to mention that currently inside these waters live a population
of aquatic snails which help keep the waters clean.
Now AC Family, let's finally have a look at how the ants are dealing with this new rocky
spring pool.
Watching the ants exploring their new spring pool was just awesome!
The mosses helped the ants come in close contact with the water which bubbled from the top
spring.
They explored every corner of their new wetland inquisitively and began to map out the new
territories.
It was absolutely breath-taking to watch the ants enjoy their new spring pool.
By the way AC Family, I think this floating spring pool needs a name.
What should we call it?
Leave your name suggestions in the comments section and I will choose my top 5 favourites
for the AC Family to vote on in a future video.
Feel free to also leave your name suggestions for the bromeliad nesting-drinking stations
and the Golden Empire's new cave.
Overall, this newly transformed Hacienda Del Dorado paludarium was not only more beautiful
than before, but it was also functionally a better more natural habitat for the ants,
as well as offered a greater living space for their massive population.
And now speaking of massive population, one of the things I wanted to check was how many
ants were falling into the water and drowning.
Was this new spring pool going to prove effective at helping curb our ant population?
Well, turns out, it wasn't long before I began to spot ants that had sadly slipped into the
pool water and drowned.
Their dead bodies floated on the water's surface and even got caught up in the filter's intake.
Now, having decaying ant bodies in the spring water could offer some valuable nutrients
for our mosses which help filter out some of the organic matter from the water as it
trickles down these moss-carpeted rocks, but having too many ant bodies decaying in the
water could also foul up the spring pool pretty quickly.
And so AC Family, I think you know what's next.
Our next step was to introduce a great aquatic creature into these waters, to feed on these
fallen ants, swallowed by the pool, and AC Family, I know you will absolutely love the
creature I've chosen for the job!
Oh man, AC Family!
What do you guys think?
Do you like the new Hacienda Del Dorado?
Now, guys trust me on this: you won't want to miss what creature I add to these waters
to prey on the fallen ants!
I am so excited to show you, for it's a pretty epic addition to the Hacienda Del Dorado,
so hit that subscribe button and bell icon, and hit the like button every time, including
now!
AC Inner Colony, a special treat this week.
I have left a hidden cookie for you here, for a special clue as to what our new aquatic
creature is that will be added to our spring pool.
Perhaps you can figure it out before everyone else!
Good luck!

My Raw Vegan Diet ♥ What I Ate & Why It's Not For Me - Duration: 13:06.So this is my story of trying out being raw for entire 7 days
mark, and i have been in costa rica now for about a month and
you, know after traveling and doing the tour in the states and being in canada and like launching our new program like we just felt
kind of
sluggish and
just
not Well in a way and so we knew like once we you know came here and settled and we wanted to truly find something that
will allow us to detoxify our bodies and allow us to kind of
connect deeper with our bodies and our minds and the environment so we thought okay this would be a really cool challenge for us to
Do a juice cleanse that's actually how it started first
So we decided we're gonna go ahead and do a three-day juice cleanse
we asked some people questions everyone you know gave us advice we did a little bit of research and
kind of just don't write it like we started it out the day we got our first green juice for like yeah life is good
We can do this is gonna be easy and then literally like five hours after it was like i hit a brick wall
not freeling feeny becoming frail
They, say the first day is the hardest i get the health benefits but man i can't do anything
like writing an email unlike takes every inch of energy hurt me
I'm feeling so weird
we tried to actually document
the first three days but like we're gonna shoot every single day and we're gonna talk about you know how we feel and even the
Process of just getting the shoot started was the most difficult thing ever we were so indecisive
Couldn't figure out what camera to use like you stand here i stand here we were frustrated with each other
And we've had one juice of?
Green juice with was a parent know so it was cucumbers parsley
We did it one day and to be honest i got
extremely sick from the juice and i think you know it's because
out of nowhere i just sort of putting all these really heavy like green
juices and
when i woke up the next day i was like you know what i had to listen to what my body was saying and
i decided to stop the juice cleanse but i would continue and challenge myself and
Continue to eat, raw foods i've always wanted to try a raw food diet and this was my opportunity to do so
So after starting the first day with just
juicing i feel like my digestive system had a little bit of a break got a little sick
So in the morning when i woke up i started to slowly introduce
foods again so i would start with a smoothie and then a little bit of fruit and
surprisingly even after one day of juicing like i felt like my stomach
shrunk like my portions were cut in half right away which was a little bit crazy that took one day
To do that and then yeah i just started slowly introducing like different fresh fruits
veggies and you know my breakfast always
started with a really filling smoothie bowl do i top it with lots of fresh fruits superfoods cacao nibs
hemp seeds like anything that would you know really fuel me up for the day when it's da good morning i am on
day, six now of the raw
challenge and for breakfast i made the most amazing thing today i made this frozen banana smoothie
blended with almond milk and cacao nibs and then i topped it with passion fruit
mango pineapple and morgantown it's because in my little chocolate zest and it looks amazing
and i'm so excited to eat it
One of my main inspirations for you know taking on a challenge like the raw challenge was to truly just give myself the opportunity
to
connect with my body and understand it a little bit
deeper and
that's actually just like the app that sponsored this video today called clue and it's a free app that you can download on your phone
on your tablet
It's for the female audience and what it is it allows you to track
how your menstrual cycle affects your body your overall well-being from you know your moods
your skin your hair i
Mean it's everything even your fertility and i think apps like that just are there for you to use on a daily
Basis, to again just
Understand how your environment eyre everyday activities to the foods you're eating
affect your everyday life if you guys want to try out this app there's a link below in the description
Of the video and it's free so go ahead and give it a try
this is our little office here in our home at our laptop water
man this is gonna be fun three days
but the thing i found with
Going rods that i would get hungry a lot faster so it always you don't have to keep snacking or fuelling myself and?
for lunches i would have you know some sort of fresh green salad or chop up veggies
lots of tahini sauce love tahini sauce
and then you know i just try to kind of switch it up throughout the day
another my favorite meals for these salad rolls which is again like veggies wrapped in rice paper
dipped into he need us to get him obviously obsessed with tahini sauce
And that's the thing like now that i go through it and talk about my meals i feel like that's one of the things that?
Kind of bothered me about the raw died is that i felt
Personally that i didn't have a variety to choose from i love food like i love
Creating different you know things with food and cooking them in a certain way so this
Part of it was definitely a challenge for me and at times i had like even touched my mind being like ah like i'm almost
Sick of it i don't want, to have another?
Salad i'm sick of a smoothie like i want something else so it was interesting
to watch my mind to go through these patterns so we pulled up by this organic little store and they had
in frost cinnamon buns it's incredible i've never seen anything like this it's plantain
with
dates and
coconut meat
coconut oil cinnamon and it actually
like a cinnamon bun
wow
I need to figure out. How to do this holy crap
You, know sometimes i attempt any sort of
sugar cravings even with for example like a a
banana, ice cream where you literally just blend frozen bananas to a point where they they taste like ice cream and that would really fuel
Me up for a little bit but then again like so it's just this this
weird cycle and this is what i'm doing is i'm putting these orange slices in the waters so i
like drinking this much water and then we also have mint in our little tiny garden
That i like to also put into this water as well
and what's really interesting if you look at the study of ayurvedic
medicine you know everybody has their doshas and i'm more of a vata pitta dosha if that dosha requires a little bit more grounding
and so
switching up my diet really allowed me to see
what worked and what did it
there's certain things that my body went through for example i'd feel really really bloated like once a day at least i just feel like
my stomach was bloated up and it was confusing like i thought i'm eating like a very
healthy raw diet like why am i so bloated and
apparently it's because you know raw food is a lot harder on your digestive system so
My digestive system had to work really hard to digest the raw food
and i guess overall for me i just felt a little bit
lower on the energy side
like for example i love going up for runs
On the beach hair in the morning and what i was eating raw like i just felt like my body was
just, not as strong i get tired really fast and i just didn't feel like i had enough energy so
So i was kind of almost waiting for it to be done so i could have some cooked food and some veggies and stir-fry
It was so interesting
For once to actually feel how food affected me i feel that we eat
So much on a day-to-day basis that we don't even realize
how the fuel you're putting into your body affects your mood affects your your being your energy level and when i
did a one day fast technically we juice and then i put fruits and healthy foods into my diet i
felt this burst of energy it was so interesting because it mean you really realized that
what
we put into our bodies is so
important you know it's it's our fuel it's the energy you put into it as well like what kind of energy are you
welcoming into your own digestive system into your being
like when we start to look at food in that sort of way is more of energy more of as frequency that is
part of everything that you are i think it'll help us make better choices
and all the way to a beautiful place called the body tree and we're going, to take a
transformational yoga class with our friends chris hawk who the deejaying live during the yoga
he's mixing in the energy healing sort of giving physical energy what i do it again i mean i
love the idea of an 80/20 diet meaning that 80% of
Your diet is brawn than 20% is not
So you know for example breakfast and lunch could be raw and then your dinner is something a little bit more
comforting i think that would be a perfect diet for me because
naturally that's how i eat you know i start my days always with some kind of fruits i
Love smoothies so that that has no change for me if i'm wrong or just vegan?
and then you know having lunches that are involved a lot of salads and again smoothies that's wonderful but then having that comforting
Meal at dinnertime i think is something that's really helped me and ground me to start the day so
ending the 80/20 by week more my style than a fully raw diet
In the end i think what's most important is that
We truly tune into our own bodies and listen to them listen to how our bodies respond to food
you, know spigen diet and a raw vegan diet i mean there's not that much difference except the cooked portion of food yes there's a
big difference between a vegan diet and a regular you know north american diet that includes a lot of
Animal products dairy products because those products actually cause harm to your body because harm to our environment
they contribute to a lot of horrible things in this world but when you
Take that to the side and you compare vegan diet and a raw vegan diet i mean it really you're not harming the environment
with
any of them you're not hurting the animals with any of them you are fueling your body in the most wonderful way it's just truly
understanding of what works for you so if you're one of those people that needs that grounding the comforting you know
then maybe a vegan diet is the best thing you should be doing but maybe you thrive on just raw
Vegetables and foods and that's for you so you know i just wanted to share my experience of how i felt
Rob you can diet is not for me vegan diet is definitely what i will stick with but i'm all for trying new things
All the time new challenges to challenge my body to challenge my line is just to truly understand how
this physical form of mine reacts to the fuel i put into my body
you

ME, MYSELF, and I - Duration: 5:25.I thought this week's episode would be a little interesting if you learned something about me.
So today's five facts, are about me.
I'm 29 years old, I was born in New York, I lived in Brooklyn until I was eight years old,
and I grew up the rest of the way in New Jersey.
To continue, I have an older brother who is married with kids and a younger sister with autism who I love more than anything.
But you know what it might be fun to go say hi to them.
So let's go.
Kimberly, say hi to the camera.
Hey Matthew!
Hello. Am I going to be on your YouTube Channel?
Want to say goodbye?
Goodbye.
Alright, my mom wanted to say hello.
Hi.
And here's my dad.
Hi.
Grandma wants to say hi I think.
Hi David, nice to see ya.
Let's rewind this and take this back to New York.
Whoa. Ok.
I really just wanted to test that rewind feature out.
But now that we're back in New York, let me talk about a few of the teams that I like.
I'm a New York Yankees, Real Madrid, New York Jets, New York Knicks fan.
But they're not very good.
But more than anything I love the game of baseball, I love the history of sport,
I love the history of the New York Yankees and I think there's no greater men than the
likes of Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle and Derek Jeter.
And I love tech.
Be it games, cameras, computers. Even audio equipment.
I find it all very fascinating and must-have.
And most recently I just got into drones. Here I just got the Mavic Air. Ready for takeoff.
You may be wondering what kind of career background I have and that would be in
the media industry. I graduated with a communications degree, worked on a few
documentaries, bounced around sets and TV for a short while before landing a
steady position on a morning show here in New York.
And here we are with the last fact about me.
I was influenced by YouTubers such as Casey Neistat and Peter McKinnon to start making videos of my own.
They make great creative content. They think outside the box and they take any and all rules about filmmaking
and throw them out, and it works! I try to watch and learn from what they do and try to make my own creative content from there.
I almost didn't know how to end this video. But then I remembered I had these and these remind
me that life doesn't need to be so serious all the time. I can use that
reminder of the once in a while and these are good for that, that or to
make someone smile.

Metal T-Rex | JIMBO'S GARAGE - Duration: 4:53.Welcome to Jimbo's garage
Good afternoon everyone and welcome back to Jimbo's garage well today. I got a really good video for you
You might say it is just a little prehistoric. Let's get started
Alright, so this is the first real look at the delusional designs
4x4 Plasma table accompanied with the HTP micro-cut
875 SC and i've had this machine for a little over three months now, and it is performed flawlessly
I've made hundreds and hundreds of cuts with it and there has not been one mistake yet
And the final notice of clip art here
I just wanted to show you guys how well and how clean?
This machine cuts is all kinds of different angles here all kinds of different
Parts were cutting out
this is 11 gauge material and
Trying to give you a lot of different angles you can see how perfectly clean it cuts
Just every piece is you're able to lift out with your fingers
There's really none that stick in there and here's a close-up shot right here, and you can just see the lines now clean
And I've also provided an overhead right here of all the different crazy angles, and you can just see the machine just cuts everything perfectly
So after welding the feet on I realized that the dinosaur wouldn't stand up on its own
And I needed to make some adjustments so I had to cut the feet off so using the Walther
18-volt zip cutter made short order that
And then I wanted to finish it in a certain way
I thought maybe a rust finish would be good
So I thought it would be interesting to set it outside and it set the time-lapse camera on it
And then use some vinegar and water and just putting multiple coats on during this process it let it roll for about
10-15 hours something like that and I ended up getting the finish that we were looking for
And I think turned out pretty cool
Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed the video don't forget to check out my website at Jumbo's garage comm thanks for watching
Don't forget to rate comment and subscribe for more videos
See you next time Jimbo's garage

Victoria Beckham miała wypadek i złamała nogę. Zdjęcia [SZOK] || LVTplotki - Duration: 3:58.Victoria Beckham miała wypadek i złamała nogę.
O urodzie i boskim ciele żony przystojnego Davida krążą legendy.
Maria Louise Featherstone – makijażystka gwiazdy, wyjawiła, że Posh bardzo dba o swoje zgrabne nogi, używając dobrego peelingu i brazylijskiego masła do ciała:.
Scieranie i dużo nawilżania brazylijskim masłem orzechowym do ciała – wyznała w rozmowie The Mirror.
Pięknej małżonce Davida Beckhama życzymy szybkiego powrotu do pełnej sprawności.

The Stranger - A Poem - Duration: 3:08.The Stranger
A Poem
The Stranger is not a Monster
He is silent most of the times
I pity him
I sometimes even envy him for reasons..
I do not completely understand
I look at him through the mirror
He is not smiling
His lips once always curled up;
Now, hang loose
His eyes seem to have lost its shine
His beard is thick and unkempt
He looks much older than he was.
He also has a tan on the back of his neck.
I look at him as he is looking down at his feet.
I guess he is ashamed.
He is not happy with himself.
I somehow know that.
I can feel it.
Suddenly he looks at me and panics.
Tears roll down his eyes.
He pats heavily at the glass, screaming to let him out -
his eyes showing pure terror.
I look at him helpless.
I cannot let him out.
For he and I have become one,
and we have lost each other in the process.
He stops panicking.
His eyes still full of terror.
He stands there looking at me,
like a puppy lost in a tornado.
He slants his head to the left
He slants his head to the left
as fresh tears flows down his cheeks.
I know he is trying to control himself,
but nothing can stop him, including me.
A dark sphere opens up below him;
A metal chain springs from it;
attaching directly into his heart,
and yanks him heavily without a pause.
He registers no pain,
but the terror in his eyes never leaves.
He looks at the darkness and looks at me;
his eyes pleading for help,
as his heart completely cleaves.
Another yank
and his legs give way;
as his screams I couldn't hear.
Within a second, he was gone;
into the darkness that disappears as well.
I can feel the warmth in my cheeks,
as my tear glands go berserk.
Still not able to feel anything in me,
I close my eyes; only to open them
in pure darkness.
The darkness has consumed me;
I couldn't believe it was true.
For the stranger I saw was not a stranger at all,
as he says
"He is me
and I am you."

Angel of Sea | O Anjo do Mar - 2 Ep (ENG SUB) - Duration: 22:21.Are you sure everything's ok?
I still think that we should go to a hospital...
Yeah. I'm just gonna wait my friend to arrive
and then I'll go later with her.
Ok, then.
Well, what's your name?
It's João, and yours?
I am your Angel.
What?
That's not what I meant... It's just that..
I'm a little playful sometimes.
That seemed very real, ok?
Are you crazy?
This angel's stuff does not exist.
Wait..
Are you that kind of person who believes in Santa...
These things? - No!
Look, I wouldn't be so sure about it
that angels don't exist.
Neither would I.
You are really confusing, you know that?
You speak
with so much conviction..
that gives me the impression that
you're really waiting for some Angel to appear.
Ok, ok..
This conversation is getting awkward
You're too enigmatic and I don't even now your name yet.
Mario.
Ok, Mario. I've gotta go.
Who knows we don't catch up somewhere..
I'll find you.
After all, I'm your Angel, ain't I?
Just kidding... You know...
relax.
Yeah, thank you.
Ricardo, did João do anything to you?
Cheated on you?
Committed a crime?
Hiding a body?
Using drugs?
No no, none of that, Mam.
Mam?
And then I'm not your dearest mother in law anymore?
It's just, complicated. Speaking around the subject now with you
Ricado... It is obvious
that you love each other, everyone knows it.
But something's going on.
João doesn't leave his room...
Doesn't eat well
doesn't talk
and you never came here anymore.
How exagerated... I'm just studying too much.
Studyig? On vacation?
Why don't you ask this to João?
'Cause João is not gonna tell me. It was me who told him
that he was gay.
João doesn't open himself to me.
Me and João... We're not together anymore.
We gave a break and he's not
reacting very well to that.
But he's gonna overcome this.
João must have hurt you badly.
I just can't imagine João hurting
anyone. At least not on purpose.
Mam...
Can I ask you for a hug?
Read it and what? - Ok, you haven't understand...
The boy who wrote this needs our help.
Mario, you didn't come here to help anybody.
You came to help yourself.
We came to Florianópolis with a clear and defined goal.
Ok, right, but isn't our mission to help
other people? At leas it was
what you've taught me. - Ok, agreed!
But it's just.. this whole story has everything to go wrong.
And become the biggest mistake of the story of our lives.
I ended up bumping this kid
and he is so... - Don't wanna know!
He's so cute... So handsome
Seriously, don't make me your confederate.
Mario, are you in love? - No!
Of course not! I just
need to go to the kid's home, because...
You wanna go to this boy's house?- Look, I
got a plan, and it's gonna work, ok?
I won't be involved in that.
Never!
João, darling, these are Mario and Julia.
You? What a coincidence.
You've met each other?
More or less. So, João, I was with my friend
passing nearby and... we ended up meeting your mother...
And we were a little thirsty and asked her some water when...
my friend passed out.
By the hit.
And your mother very gently invited us inside.
Ok, but is everything all right?
I'm wonderful, I even think we can go now, don't we Mario?
Of course not, are you mad?
And if it happens the same thing that happened in Rio de Janeiro
that time, do you remember?
Oh, sure.
So if you want to lay down a while in the couch, be my guest.
Go to the couch... rest it.
Man, what a coincidence...
Oh yeah.
Actually, I always believed in fate.
And in Angels? Do you believe?
At this point in my life, I'm believing in everything.
And what are you going to do tonight?
So, I invited some friends to come over here to a cultural round.
And what would it be, cultural round?
I have some friends from school, from the assets times
and as everybody is on vacation
we scheduled every week to make a cultural round.
Where we meet each other and talk about what we are reading, musics that we're listening
and that's it...
Got it! Awesome! - And so, in the mood?
I'm in, but... do I have to prepare anything?
No, and you can stay here if you want.
Guys... - What?
How sad... This year everybody's splitting.
We should make a scheme where everybody study the same thing
in the same college at the same city.
Guys, please...
before Carmem starts with her "Maria del Barrio" speech,
let's get it started?
So you start Pablo, say it...
What have you been watching?
I'm just gonna say things that I can say in public
Actually I defecated to all your opinions about
my tastes...
about the Art of Pornography.
But, there are two movies from Almodovar that I saw
that I would like to bring to the topic here in the round...
Oh, I love Almodovar. I'm all in!
The one is... the spectacular...
"All About My Mother"
And the wonderful, energetic
exciting, enthrilling
"The Skin I Live In"
When the matters are movies, Pablo and Bruna
rock the scene.
Everytime we decide to watch a movie, they choose the movie.
Likewise, they're the screamers.
Why so much repression, darling?
Please, let's pray to take it all off of your body!
Show some respect, we have the newest nursey in town.
Big thing, huh...
Her course was the fish and pay type...
Oh Pablo! You're only gealous baby...
I know you love me
Shall we go to the next subject of the round?
I haven't even read one book these past days...
actually I've been reading some stuff about mithology.
Thank God!
He got out of the Harry Potter common ground.
Please do not disturb his image. - Supported.
Can I talk now?
I'm reading a very cool book
called "The Politics Incorrect Guide of Brazil's History".
It's sensacional 'cause it tells the history
in a different way
without the pageantry that we meet at school.
All right I liked it...
And it's divided in chapters
Well written, with a good sense of humour
talks about slaves, indians, samba...
Who's the author? - Leonardo Narlock... I know it 'cause
Lucio calls me every day, saying things like...
Did you know who really found out Brazil isn't who we really thought it was?
Wow, boring.
Guys, I've got a good one too that you should read it as well
all this thing about being a nursey
made me do some research deeper in the AIDS matter...
Book is called "After That Trip"
From Valeria Polizzi.
Okay, but it can't be a technical book.
People, let's change the subject because
we're not talking about AIDS.
No, it's not a technical book,
Valeria was one of the first women
contaminated with the virus in Brazil at the 80s
and she tells us about how she suffered with the prejudice
and discrimination
and look, she never suffered physical pain with any of that ever.
Okay chubby, but no one here is crazy, everybody play safe.
Nobody has this shit in here.
I agree with Ric... With Ricardo...
I think we should change the subject.
Sure people, let the noobies speak!
And you, are you listening to anything lately...
So... I'm not
an expertise in music...
but there's a song
that's been a long time since I haven't listened to and I really would like to
hear it here today.
Spill it out, 'cause there's a girl here who can sing
It is... "Gatinha Manhosa"
From Erasmo Carlos
Oh I love this song! Let's sing it.
Great, great, let's do it...
Sure, but only if it were you...
"Cause I'm not the singing type.
Why did you come?
Your mom asked.
I wanted to show her everything's okay. Didn't want to worry her.
Thanks.
Now you are a great singer.
I would like to have this gift.
I sure you have other gifts... - Oh yeah?
We can find out. Won't you come to the next round?
Aren't you gonna tell me why you guys broke up?
I don't have the guts.
Can I guess it then?
Are you gratuated in sorcery now?
Look, you guys got really uncomfortable when Carmem
pulled the subject. It's not sorcery...
It's a ratification.
I saw it.
You popped your eyes when she said the word AIDS.
No. No.
I cannot be João. No.
I took the exams.
I'm seropositive.
I don't know what to do.
Don't panic. I went to accomplish a mission. It's gonna be all right. P.s.: I LOVE YOU!
What are you doing here? How did you get in?
It doesn't matter. What matters is what I came to do.
Speak then. - You're coming back to João, and I'm gonna tell you why.

ARQUEOLOGIA EM MUSEUS: MUSEU MUNICIPAL DE JAÚ - Duration: 3:48.Hello! I am Cristiante Amarante, an archaeologist,
and our subject today is
Archeology in Museums: Municipal
Museum of Jaú.
Today we are here in the Municipal Museum of Jaú,
which is a museum that tells a little the history
of the city; it's a territory museum,
as we say. And
inside this museum there's an archaeological
exhibition, to tell a little about how
people lived here in the early days.
Who were these first inhabitants of Jaú
and region? Fabio,
who organized this exhibition, will tell us a bit
about how they thought of this
exhibition so that it would become more didactic
for the public; so that the visiting public understands better
about archeology. - So, Cris, we have
here in the Museum of Jaú a collection that is basically
lithic material, we have chipped and polished stone, and the ceramic material.
For a long time, it was exposed in what we call
a typological exposition,
which is simply showing the piece.
And we always had this concern, as you pointed out,
to do something didactic, that a person who has never
seen it, who doesn't know what it is, what it's about, what
it can see and understand,
and we thought about it at a vast age range, right.
And another thing that is important to emphasize
is that we have to think about the exhibition of a museum
based on the structure
that we have. We aren't in Louvre,
right, in the Immigrant Museum in São Paulo, which has a nice
structure; is a small municipal museum
that offers little money. So we have
to use creativity a lot more often
over these limitations.
So we think today that a nice exhibition,
well communicative, interactive and educative
of a museum, would be something that we talk about "building scenarios".
We don't have much to do
here; so we thought about the issue of images,
of producing images. So we
invited a group of illustrators from the
Luminar collective, from Bauru, which is formed by designers,
illustrators, graphic designers,
we had a meeting and they produced a lot of
illustrations to make the exhibition of this didactic
material and in various ways. Some images
of the natives, for example, the Kaingang,
who lived in Jaú, were made
representations with a current language of HQ.
This attracts youth, for example; when one looks at the image
of an Indian in a current format that he's accustomed
to seeing in a comic book, it will attract him, he'll
be interested to see it. Then he'll get the attention
turned to the picture and then he sees a text;
short texts. The person won't spend 2 hours reading
a text on the wall of a museum, right? So,
basically, it was through this that we constructed and elaborated
this exhibition. Well, I hope
you enjoyed the explanations
about the archaeological exhibition
here of the Municipal Museum of Jaú. You are welcome
to come and visit the museum! Get in touch
with Fabio. The museum is open from Monday
to Monday and the telephone
and museum website will be located here in the description

I seriously have not played the game so let's see what character I am because I
guess I'm one of these yeah okay what do you see
the doki-doki literature Club as oh well I guess I'll be guessing on this one I
well I would say it is a place to share interests a place where you can share
and not be judged a place to hang out with a few close friends or a place to
read relax and not be bothered Wow okay well since I'm guessing you know who
knows who I'm gonna be okay I'm going to say read relax and not be bothered I
don't know choose some words okay and this picture up here says when you're
trying to be positive when you're trying to stay positive and have fun but your
depression is still lurking in the shadows oh that's not good nobody wants
no don't have depression okay well let's see here choose some words well oh I
don't like the last two words funeral ones suicide no okay dokey dokey hope
hope is a good word kitty how about I pick those is that all
I have to pick why is this a next oh you're right
okay what is your hair color well it's not purple okay my hair color is it
going to be pink or purple well I'll guess pink because I
like pink what is your secret wait is this Jimmy casket wait no that's
do you want to know my secret never mind this isn't Jimmy casket he should be in
this though what is your secret what secret would you most likely keep my
obsession with knives I would definitely keep that secret if I had that obsession
my home abuse my depression or my knowledge on how things work
probably my obsession with knives because I wouldn't want people to know
not that I'm obsessed with knives okay I'm not
how would you most likely die what wait what is this
I would but deletion I am forever no I'm not forever but yeah
what is your poem tactic simple writing with rib with rhyme twists the cheers of
life with a slightly dark hint writing about things I've realized masking it as
fiction probably that oh I didn't even read the last one okay what color are

drinking tea okay I'm gonna pick that I had nothing to do with eating though why
was that in there okay how tall are you for your age weight I'm all grown up so
I'll say average how do you spend your free time reading and/or brewing
drinking tea I take it somebody does a lot of tea drinking practicing piano hey

eating sleeping or talking positively what weight I'm gonna pick that one I
don't really do that but I'm just picking out of these I mean I would like
to read a manga I like to read and yeah I could bake something how obsessive to
love-ru oh my gosh what is this okay nevermind okay choose some accessories
ribbons let's choose ribbons how many people
like you I have no idea how do you know probably nobody nobody likes me I'll
just say a fair amount alright so I am okay I'm gonna say it wrong say Orie
Sayuri sorry sorry I don't know you'll have to tell me how
to say it and I have a noose or something wait what is that that is a
that's for doing radio though okay let's see what it says about her because a
Maya Qin jure I have a ribbon in my hair or bow I have ribbons around my neck I
guess that's why I got her okay say Orie say hurry I don't know what it
is okay anyway she is the first character you meet in the game she is
the vice president and the protagonists childhood best friend she tries to do
anything to lighten the mood but is actually going through a depression she
prefers basic words some carefree and some darker for example she likes the
word hope but she also likes the word suicide no that's not a good word then
she confesses whether you accept or reject she hangs herself no you don't
see her again until Monica removes herself where she takes on the role of
the club president she thanks you for getting rid of Monica then Monica ends
the game Wow okay that is deep that is so
deep and it sounds like it's kind of a little scary game or something or dark
witch I don't know but anyway that's my character I don't know why
so guys you have to take the quiz and tell me who your character is who did
you get and if you have any ideas for a quiz that you'd like to have me take
like favorite TV shows you have favorite cartoons favorite games or anything like
that or they have stuff appear on fantasy creatures and you know what are
your superpowers or what are your mystical powers and all kinds of stuff
but anyway guys you'll have fun and I'll talk to you later bye

Patryk Vega uległ gangsterom. Teraz to komentuje || SzokGWIAZDY - Duration: 5:03.Patryk Vega uległ gangsterom. Teraz to komentuje
w rozmowie z Onetem wrócił do kwestii związanej z ingerencją gangsterów w scenariusz produkcji oraz obsadę.
Patryk Vega, którego najnowszy film „Kobiety mafii" powstał w oparciu o wspomnienia gangstera z grupy mokotowskiej,
Gangsterzy mieli zabronić reżyserowi, by w filmie wystąpił jeden z przestępców, ponieważ ten był świadkiem koronnym i obciążał niektórych przestępców z grupy „Szkatuły"
- jednej z największych grup przestępczych od czasów rozbicia mafii pruszkowskiej.
Po ujawnieniu tych rewelacji, Vega przyznała, że uległ namowom i naniósł zmiany w obsadzie. – To prawda.
Przypomnijmy, że do 2009 roku niemal cała grupa mokotowska została rozbita.
Jednak na wolność wyszła część młodszych przestępców, którzy do 2014 roku siali postrach w Warszawie.
Cały wywiad z Vegą możesz przeczytać.
