DU_Kan uw verzoek niet uitvoeren, omdat het geen geldig Photoshop-document is - Duration: 2:22.Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy, In this video, I will talk about,
When you open an image in Photoshop, one of the following errors occurs: Could not complete your request because it is
not a valid Photoshop document. Solution 1: Make sure that the filename
extension matches the actual file type. Filename extensions are hidden by default. To turn them on, perform the following steps:
Open Windows Explorer. Choose Tools > Folder Options > View. Deselect Hide Extensions for Known File Types.
Click Apply, then click OK. Solution 2: Make sure that the file has only one
filename extension.Turn on filename extensions as in Solution 1, and view your images in Finder or Windows Explorer.
Then, check to see if there are two extensions on your files. If your images have two
extensions, such as: filename.pdf.jpg Remove the last extension so the file is named:filename.pdf
Solution 3: Open the file in another photo app and save as JPEG
Open the problematic image in a photo app such as Preview (on mac OS) or Photos (on Windows). Now save the file again as a JPEG
image from within such an app. Try opening the file again in Photoshop. Solution 4: Make sure that your hardware isn't
damaged.Validate your hardware to make sure that there are no hardware failures, such as with an external hard disk or network.
Hope, this information, is helpful,

Teaching In Kuwait vs Teaching In Dubai - Duration: 5:31.I've taught all over the world
and... I'd like to take this opportunity to compare my experience
in Kuwait versus Dubai
All different kinds of things we could compare here
we could compare the students, we could compare the schools, the countries, those 3 things
now, my experiences in Kuwait and Dubai were two totally different experiences
and to give you an idea...
my school in Kuwait was an international school
it was a very very good... very good school, very well run
it was being run very well and it was ran very well
my school conversely in Dubai was not an international school
and it was different
okay so it's day one, it's about 7:30 in the morning
I've arrived at my new school
uhh... I've been told nothing so I'm just sat in the staff room
waiting to be told where to go, what to do
not sure what's going to happen, not sure what classes I'm teaching, what my timetable is
don't know what grade I've got...
my experience in Kuwait was good enough to keep me there for only one year
but, you know, I did a year and I really enjoyed it
the country... I loved Kuwait
it was first glimpse into real life in the real Middle East
and I really embraced it
and as most of you might know, if you've seen these two videos, I enjoyed my time there
teaching in Dubai was a different experience
Dubai as a country is more comfortable to live in
there are buses, there are trains,
there are resources, there are services
the hospitals are fantastic
although I never went to a hospital in Kuwait so maybe they're fantastic in Kuwait too
the students... there's no difference between the students, I taught a lot more nationalities
of students in Kuwait
given the fact that it was an international school
and in Dubai
I just taught all UAE students
so it was a different experience
now, if you're working in Kuwait or living in Kuwait and you're thinking of moving to Dubai
then you will have a pleasant surprise
if you're from a a big city in, I don't know, the U.K. or the U.S. or something then...
Dubai will feel a lot more comfortable to you, you'll feel a lot more at home there
this ladies and gentlemen is Dubai
Kuwait is a lot more Middle Eastern in that you don't get those same comforts
sometimes you step out of the door and you get dust like this
it's about 38°C at the moment
yes there are tons of restaurants and there are things to do in Kuwait
but in Dubai
like I say, you can walk out, you can easily get a bus, you can get a taxi
malls everywhere
but the main difference about Dubai is that
there are just so many expats there
such a huge expat community, you wouldn't believe it
that you feel very, very at home very quickly
in Kuwait, two thirds of the country are expats,
so again it's large
but in the UAE as a whole, I understand it's about 9/10
so 90% of the residents of the UAE aren't actually citizens
my experience of teaching in Kuwait was a positive one
it's a stunning country and there are things to see and do
and I found the whole thing... the whole experience, very very eye opening
and just interesting to see how a different country lives and how they function
and my experience in Dubai was less eye opening, less fascinating
because it was more of what I already knew
my advice would be
go to Kuwait
and then go to Dubai, go to them both
go and see the whole Middle East, live in the Middle East
and see it for yourself
Both Kuwait and Dubai are both very family friendly
if you have a family and you want to raise kids there... do it
you'll never go to a safer
safer country, one with a stronger society
and all the facilities and the infrastructure in place to give your family what they need
honestly
my experience of Kuwait was good, my experience of Dubai was good
there's lots to do in Kuwait but there's even more to do in Dubai
go to them both, see them both
and then share what you think about these countries down below
Thanks for watching this video I'm Arabic Mike

LESS THAN FAMOUS | VidCon US 2018 Panel Audition - Duration: 1:01.Success to me is not so much exposure but exposure to the right people
learning that my message made even one person feel recognised or less alone in
their life journey is everything to me. To be able to do that with 100% artistic
freedom, not restricting my self-expression to any specific genre of
content. I consider that as success and a privilege. While it's easy to be
discouraged by the rapid growth of this platform, that growth doesn't diminish my
message or the impact it has on the community of young people that I'm
trying to reach. Birds of a feather stick together and I'm confident that my flock
will find me so long as I keep flying my true colors.... Speaking of finding my flock...
Being a small youtuber has given me a sense of belonging that I wouldn't have
imagined possible offline. I had a pretty alienating high school experience. When I
started making my first friends on YouTube I was like finally I found my
people. Now the majority of my closest friends are people that I've met off
YouTube. And even though we come from a range of different backgrounds and art
disciplines, we all have the same goal of making an impact by creating, supporting
other creators, and creating together. And that's all I've ever wanted. Thank you
for your consideration and I will see you at VidCon 2018!

The past, present & future of Rainbow Six Siege: Interviewing Xavier Marquis (Creative Director) - Duration: 12:06.R9: I'm getting really warm, I think I might take my jacket off.
XM: Yes
R9: Because I'm sitting here like an idiot, hehe.
XM: Is that better?
R9: There we go. I feel better, yes.
XM: Ok
R9: So what's up Rogue 9 here. I'm really excited for this interview.
I have with me Xavier Marquis, the Creative Director of Rainbow 6.
Thank you so much for taking the time to speak to us today.
So. For all of the audience who are maybe not quite sure
about what your involvement is with Rainbow Six, with the game
Can you maybe start off by giving us an introduction to
who you are, how long you have been working on Rainbow Six
and what your role really is.
XM: Ok, so I'm Xavier Marquis
I'm the Creative Director of this game since now 2013.
It was the beginning of the year, around January, something like that.
So I've been working on this project since the beginning
and my job is to drive a vision, define a vision, define the future of this game;
what the game is about , the future also
and also work with a group of Directors and
this group will represent the entire pool off decisions on the game.
So the Art Director, Game Director etc. and me, I'm a kind of Orchestra Chief, if you see what I mean.
So, to drive all of these visions.
R9: Excellent.
Specifically with that maybe you can give us an insight into the creative process.
So, you're involved in just about everything, the new operators
the new operations, the stories behind them, partially maybe the maps
and how all the gadgets work?
So what is the process?
How do you go from: "We need a new map and a new set of operators and an operation" to the final product?
Coming up with all the ideas, what are the steps there?
XM: We know that the question comes from the schedule and the process
We know we want to create another operator so you can imagine a kind of schedule for the future.
We will develop operator after operator
but during this prolonged work to provide operators, the thing that interests me is to create periods.
Period of game mechanics.
It's not only hard numbers of operators, its about what kind of
new mechanics I want to inject in to the game.
It's like period from a painter. You know, the blue paint period or the red paint -
its the same thing.
And now, for instance, Season One of the new year will reach the "Glabals".
Which is a new period of mechanics we want to have.
So, the process, it's always observed when it is missing from the game, when its needed
and how we will be able to modify the game mechanic deeply in the future.
R9: And is there something you specifically target?
I mean, from season to season we do see changes in the meta,
we do see changes how both casual players and professional players approach each match.
So, how much of that is something you're specifically trying to modify
and how much of it is a surprise to you to see what players do.
XM: So first, we don't want to control what a player does,
its something we don't want because we want it to be a surprise what they are bringing to this game.
The creation is extremely important.
Our job is not to control what the players are doing.
Our job is to prepare the future and surprise the players with new mechanics.
and see how they will react to this.
You know, it has to be different things to provide new operators and balance the game.
Yes, we try to be able to control the bad behaviours
and also encourage good behavior etc. and learn also from the community
to create a new meta.
But to provide good operators its mainly driven by one thing - adding more creativity to the game.
With mechanics we have never had before.
R9: Are there specific rules or guidelines you use in terms of well,
" We need a new operator that can create more holes in walls in a different way"
yeah, are there specific rules you follow or are you quite relaxed on that?
XM: The first is always to requesting for something, for a lot of freedom, you know, in terms of design
so I don't want to be forced by the game.
The freedom is important, we need think about the mechanic whenever and before
and something also able to promote creation from the players.
That is extremely important.
That's why we develop the destruction.
This level design based on destruction, honestly, first is actually hard to do in time of tech,
the tech requirement its extremely difficult to do
but at the end, no, its a gold mine.
It is incredible because there exists the initial level design and the level design you will create.
So, always when you are trying to have a mechanic the benefit behind will be
what kind for potential of creation will bring from the player.
R9: So specifically, maybe we have the new Season coming out.
We have Outbreak and we have Operation Chimera.
So maybe can you tell us a littlebit about how you went about coming up with that idea
because this is something quite new and quite different to Rainbow 6.
Up until now Rainbow 6 Siege has been multiplayer mostly.
Terrorist Hunt a little bit and
XM: Still!
R9: And it still is?
XM: It still is multiplayer.
The best friend for a multiplayer game is, you know, is a kind of game mode like Zombie Mode etc.
Me, I'm a huge multiplayer player you know.
And when I want to have a break its good to play in zombie mode etc.
and for us, honestly, and its true, we were also driven by the fact that it was fun to work on this event.
In a Clancy universe it is something realistic like our game because still we have heroes but at the end it is still realistic
it was so much fun to do this. - Honestly.
You know? As it is . . .
R9: I've not seen it myself but I've heard really great things about it.
XM: One thing it's really fun and I can tell you, even internally, with the developers,
when we say, "Yes, we will do an extra-terrestrial mode".
The devlopers were like: "No! Its not possible, you can't do that!"
"Yes, we will."
R9; That's some interesting stuff.
Something that maybe is also something that you have to think about -
You've mentioned balancing, that it comes later,
but Rainbow 6 Siege has a lot of different audiences,
We have console players vs. pc players.
We have professional players vs. very casual players who play just for fun
and then we also have new players who are joining the game every day
and players who have been playing for 2 years.
How much of that factors in when you come up new ideas and new directions to take the game into?
How do you make sure that the game is fun and accessible for all of those different players?
XM: Yes, I would lie if I say that yes the accessibility is perfect in this game.
No, not at all, this game is hard to connect with. It's not easy to learn it; it's deep...
For a lot of players its complex to learn and we will also need to make an effort in future.
To be honest, for the first year and the second year I was personally focused on, you know
observing the game, learn a lot about the awesome metrics and data, you know because
to work on a live game, it's something I never did before.
I'm a player, i'm an online player but I was not an online developer which is different.
So during 2 years we've learned many many things
and we realised also that the core game exists and is really living strongly
and also the same thing with the community.
And the community grows and grows
and we were first focused to say to this community: "We want to focus on quality in terms of healthiness."
You know, the net code, etc
It's not something for the commerce, or this kind of thing.
But it was to secure, you know, the core audience.
And now, we are entering into maturity.
We have the time to - we love that we have the time - we have the right to be patient
and now work on the design to extend the experience,
to create some specific steps for the newcomers.
And I would like to add something.
I do not differentiate between e-sport and sport.
In e-sport we have the feeling that we are talking only to the top players, you know?
In sport its different because you are able to talk to top players and to newcomers, to baby steps.
you, know, and it's something I want.
I want e-sport to take this principle to run an entire programme; able to manage all the population
R9: Excellent, that's great!
In your eyes, what makes Rainbow six special and unique?
What's differentiates it from other games?
and in connection with that what contribution, specifically of the Creative Team
are you most proud of?
So, two questions really.
XM: Ok.
This game is unique because this is the game I was always looking for.
For a long time
I'm a shooter player,
Since DOOM, so a long time now.
I'm not so young, hehe!
And I played also Counterstrike at the beginning, you know, when it was honed by the community, etc,
And I, I discovered also another world which is the RTS World, you know: Starcraft, Warcraft, etc.
with a kind of meta exremely dense, you know, with very strong density down to the game mechanics etc.
and I have always had the reflex practising, the muscle memory, you know,
on the shooter games and those kind of things
but when I played RTS it was different, I was thinking more with my brain.
You know, like a chess game.
And it was my dream to merge them.
Yes, its is still based on the skill but you have to think.
And its quite different.
R9: That's great.
Maybe just to wrap it up.
What is your favourite operator in the game and why.
XM: I am tempted to say Lesion and not because of my t-shirt.
but on the whole. (It's not about marketing) I am really a fan of this character
because I like the mix between observation, (you know, you can reveal some positions)
you can prevent access to some entry point because of his trapping with the Gu Mines.
So, Lesion is one of my favourites.
After that, I have a personal contact or some connection with IQ.
Because IQ was the first woman in the game which is not too military if you see what I mean.
She was... I had the feeling that she is nice, with beautiful eyes etc.
And I really like the kind of subtlety coming into the game.
It was something different, you know, a character with a different deepness.
She's less military background; more police background, etc.
getting into the GSG9, etc.
It was a character more subtle, more different than the others.
And its precisely what I want in the future.
Always develop characters, personalisation...
R9: Excellent. That's, yeah, that's pretty good.
Thank you so much for joining me.
I'm really glad I got the opportunity to speak to you.
Really great to see and especially since you're the driving force behind the future of Rainbow 6.
Really an absolute pleasure to speak with you today. Thank you so much for speaking today.
XM: The same for me, I really appreciate it!

New Release Tuesday: February 27, 2018 - Duration: 6:59.Hi everyone. I'm rincey and i am one of the contributing editors over at book riot.
I am back to do another new release Tuesday video and today I'm talking
about books coming out on Tuesday, February 27th. So the first book that I
have is Chicago by David Mamet. David Mamet is a playwright who has been
nominated and won a bunch of awards including like Oscars and Tony's and
things like that. This is sort of a completely different type of book
because it's an actual novel and it is a mobster thriller set in 1920s Chicago.
In this book you are following this character named Mike Hodge who is a
veteran of the Great War and a big shot now at the Chicago Tribune. Mike Hodge
probably shouldn't have fallen in love with Annie Walsh. Then again, maybe the
man who killed Annie Walsh shouldn't have messed with Mike Hodge. So this is
Mamet's first novel in nearly two decades. And apparently this one is going
to be a fun page-turner. So if you are fan of David Mamet's or if you just
enjoy mobster novels or if this just sounds intriguing to you at all, that's
called a Chicago and it's about David Mamet. Next I have I'll be gone in the
dark: one woman's obsessive search for the Golden State Killer by Michelle McNamara.
This is a true crime novel and this one is highly anticipated by a lot
of people for a number of different reasons.
Michelle McNamara was married to Patton Oswalt and unfortunately she passed away
sort of in the middle of this investigation and looking into the
Golden State Killer. The Golden State killer was this serial rapist turned
murderer who terrorized California for like over a decade. He committed more
than 50 sexual assaults in Northern California and around ten murders.
Then he disappeared, eluding the best police force and detectives that are out there.
And then nearly three decades later, Michelle McNamara became determined to
find out who the gold state killer was. She poured herself into the police
reports. She talked to victims and she embedded herself in the online
communities that were also really obsessed with solving this crime. So this
book is all about Michelle's investigation into the Golden State
killer and what she found along the way as well as a snapshot into what the
United States was like during this time period. And again that's called I'll be
gone in the dark: one woman's obsessive search for the Golden State killer. Next
I have the strange bird by Jeff Vandermeer. This is a new book from Jeff Vandermeer
that takes place in the same universe as the book borne that came out I believe
last year. The strange bird is a new type of creature created in a laboratory - part
bird, part human, and part a lot of other and different things. But now the lab
where she was created is under siege and the scientists have turned against their creations.
Flying through tunnels, dodging bullets, and changing her colors and
patterns in order to escape capture, the strange bird is able to escape. But she
can't just soar in peace above the earth. The sky is full of wildlife that rejects the
strange bird as one of their own and it's also full of technology like
satellites and drones and other items of human civilization that has
basically all but destroyed itself. So if you were a fan of the borne book and you
enjoy sort of these weird and totally out there sci-fi worlds that Jeff
Vandermeer creates, then the strange bird is definitely going to be one that you
will want to pick up. Next I have a girl like that by Tanaz Bhathena. 16 year
old Zarin is a lot of things: a bright and vivacious student, a risk-taker, an orphan.
She's also the kind of girl that parents warned to stay away from:
a troublemaker whose many romances are the subject of gossip around the school.
So how is it that eighteen-year-old Porus has only ever had eyes for her? And how
did Zarin and Porus end up dead in a car together on the side of the highway
in Saudi Arabia? When the religious police show up everything that everyone
ever knew about Zarin is now being questioned. And as her story is being
pieced together told through multiple perspectives, it becomes clear that she
was more than a girl like that. This is a debut young adult novel that tackles the
complicated issues of race, class, identity, religion,
and paints a portrait of teenage ambition, angst, and alienation that feels
both innovative as well as universal. And again that's called a girl like that.
Next up I have a princess in theory by Alyssa Cole. Between grad school and
multiple jobs, Naledi Smith doesn't have time for fairy tales or patience for the
multiple emails that she receives claiming that she is betrothed to an
African Prince. As a former foster kid, she's learned that the only thing she
can depend on are herself and the scientific method. And the silly emails
won't convince her otherwise. Prince Thabiso is the sole heir to the throne of Thesolo,
shouldering the hopes of his parents and his people. At the top of
their list is his marriage. So as the dutiful Prince he tracks down
his missing betrothed. However when Naledi mistakes the prince
for a pauper Thabiso can't resist the chance to experience life and love
without the burden of the crown. So Alyssa Cole is a much beloved romance writer
especially here at the book riot community. This one sounds like it would
be a lot of fun. And again that's called a princess in theory. And the final book
of that I have for you guys is summer hours at the robbers library by Sue Halpern.
People are drawn to libraries for all kinds of reasons.
For head librarian Kit the Public Library at Riverton, New Hampshire offers
what she craves the most: peace. Here no one expects kit to talk about the events
in her life that forced her out of what she thought was a settled suburban life.
She can merely submerge herself in her beloved books and forget about her
worries. But that changes when fifteen-year-old homeschooled sunny is
arrested for shoplifting a dictionary. The judge throws the book at sunny,
literally, by forcing her to do community service at the library. Bright, curious,
and eager to connect with someone who isn't her off-the-grid hippie parents,
sunny coaxes Kit out her of her self-imposed isolation. So if you are
someone who is a fan of books about books or books that are set at libraries
or around books, I feel like this would be a really great one to pick up.
It sounds like it would be a really great like heartwarming read. And again that's
called summer hours at the robbers library. So that's everything that I have
for you guys in this video. Definitely leave a comment down below letting me know if you
plan on picking up any of these books or if there's anything else coming out
today that you are excited to pick up. Otherwise I will see you guys again next
Tuesday with another new release video. Bye.

Mavic Air | Speed Ramping Tutorial with Final Cut Pro X | Quickshots - Duration: 8:50.Hey guys so welcome back so today we're looking at the quick shots from the DJI Mavic Air
We're looking at the specifics of the Helix double tap. We're gonna put all that into Final Cut Pro coming up
Now I want to go into my quick shots
I want to go into helix
And then I want to tap the helix button again and see how it comes up at 40 meters
and
drag this out to 65
65 meters just
Kind of give you guys a you go up to I think it was 200 meters
It seems like the helix has different characteristics than when it
When it does this from ground level when you're on the ground level, and I put the helix on myself
It kind of does an upward spiral
This one is not the same shape, but that's fine. It's kind of actually like the uniqueness of the shot
And there's lots of things that you can do and post with that shot, so I'm just gonna leave it as is
Okay guys so welcome back so we are in Final Cut Pro
So I've got three Clips here on the screen that I want to show you and I'm going to make this really quick
One clip going around the clock tower here the bell tower another one going around this traffic circle
and then another third one that is just kind of a nice up-and-down shot if you're new and
You're not familiar with some of these tools if you go to
Basically if you highlight your clip here, and if you select B
Turns your little mouse into a kind of like a razor blade icon
And that's what allows you to clip these in them into multiple Clips
So that's the simplest thing you can do and that works
so you could in theory clip this into four different things, and then go up here to your speed ramp tool and
And go a little bit faster a little bit slower that kind of works
That's kind of you know the way I had done things in the past
But I came up with a better option here probably about a year ago, and so what you can do is
instead of hitting B
Hit shift B right so when you hit shift B
It'll basically put a marker right here
And so you want you want to have your little player head exactly where you want this shift to?
To take place and let's just kind of look at this first clip in detail
So I'm kind of zooming in here on this bell tower
And I kind of want to just go back and forth to what feels right?
So what I like to do is I like to kind of start slow for maybe one second
When I start my Clips hit shift B
Puts my little marker there, and then the next spot is going to be the part where I'm going to ramp
And I'm just gonna go and go back and forth to war where it kind of feels right, so I'll say right about there, maybe
I'm gonna do another shift be it's up. It's another segment here and
Then I could just do a little another one or one second or so she have to be and
then kind of a quick spin around and then
Maybe another one there at the end
All right, so you've got one two three four five little sections here
And what you want to do is on these larger sections
these are the parts that you want to compress and speed ramp and
The cool thing about Final Cut Pro is you don't need any other plugins here to do this piece
you just basically take your mouse and
squish this down
Basically as far as it can go and you can always go back and undo that if it's too if it's too much and
Take the second one
squish that one down
All right
So let's just take a look real quick and see what that looks like
Pretty sweet little zoom
So, let's just do another one here for
Which do these last two here again?
I like to just kind of
Take the player head and just kind of go back and forth to figure out where exactly I want this to take place
You know so let me just trim a little bit off use my blade tool
Get rid of that take a little bit more off
and these are like 20 second clips, so now this one's down to 21 seconds and
I try to keep these to
See this even this is like six seconds
I really try to keep these down to like five seconds, or less just because people just don't have a long attention span
These days so all right so again. I'll do a shift B
just coming in and
Then I want to go quick little speed ramp
up to the traffic circle
be
Shipped be again, and I'm gonna do a blade tool here just in the clip
And just trim off the rest all right, and then I'm gonna take this and then squish that down
So now this clip is three seconds
Alright so plays and then BAM
Alright that could be compressed a little bit more, so I'm going to take my
command +
To zoom in a tad
And we're just gonna
Sometimes it won't compress all the way down
initially so sometimes you have to go back in so let's try that so now we are at a
two second clip
That's pretty cool nothing miraculous there, but it saves it helps you save your footage because nobody really wants to see a
Honestly a 25 you know or 30 second
constant video clip
Okay, so next what I did here is this was actually a rising shot
But I want to actually
use this in the video to kind of where I'm coming down and
Kind of where I transition from the quad to myself speaking so so in my mind
It makes sense to kind of come down so what I need to do is click this video clip
And then I want to do reverse
Alright luckily for me. There's no cars here, so it doesn't really matter. You can't see any cars
Just nice wide-open streets, so it doesn't matter if it's in forward or reverse
It looks the same and what we're gonna. Do here is do the same thing just kind of where it feels right?
Quick little shift be at the front
And
This one. I'm just going to make it simple. Just do a shift be at the front and a shift be at the back and
I'm gonna compress everything in the middle and the cool thing about Final Cut Pro is it does this
very very smoothly so
It's not you know you're going from 100 the speed up to like you know two thousand percent
Just like that it gradually ramps it up and most other most other editors
you have to do some kind of key framing to do all it to make a nice gradual line, and honestly, I just
Would never really take the time, so so that's pretty much all there is to it guys
then you can add a little you know you can add a little bit of music to that and
you know put the beat, maybe where the
You know where the turn points are or you know where there's like actual actions that are just painting, or if you turn
Add some beats there, but just play around with it that parks kind of the the creative part of it
but but these these speed ramps are super simple and
Here's what the in product looks like
You

Self-confidence is the Fuel of Self-Esteem. - Duration: 2:31.Hi my love! All right? Today we will talk, again, about self confidence. Because
self-confidence is the driving force behind self-esteem, more or less. If
you can trust yourself, if you are a trustworthy person, you
open the way to get in touch with your essence, to love yourself, to
respect yourself more and more. And often you think this:
what is it to be self-reliant? It's trusting you. Because if you are a person who
lied to you, for example. If you are a person who can not count
on yourself and always put the other first
when you most need, for sure, for you, you are not reliable. So you
do not have self-confidence. It may be until the other can
trust you. But surely you do not trust you. So you're a
fragile person. So you have to cultivate that
self-confidence. This understanding of who I am. And the way I relate to me.
Can I count on myself? And one important thing I want to tell you today is:
you do not even need to know what to do in difficult times,
you need to be there. And often in difficult times you give up. And why
do you leave? Because you start trying to look in the other, the reinforcement
of that moment, the healing of that moment. You begin to tell yourself that
you are no good, no good. That is if you give up at the difficult time.
Can you trust someone who leaves you at a difficult time? And if you say
like this, "Leia, but I do not know what I do at the difficult time."
No problem not knowing, only if you accept it. If possible give
yourself a hug, and say, "It's okay, I'm here," with firmness and authority.
And you begin to develop this incredible thing that is self-confidence. That makes you
admire so many people. The people you admire are
self-reliant. And you too are, it may be, just develop to be also
a person you admire. I am leaving below the link of the course
"How to say no, if to position" that also helps to be self-confident.
Have a look, all right? A kiss! Take it!
