Hi everybody this is Grey from Capsule Airsoft
and its been a long time since i wanted to have a Recce Rifle
and finally i got it
so... This is my Recce Rifle
No. Wait wait, this is not the way
right now you are wondering *title- "Dude wtf is a recce rifle?" -title*
or "man thats not a G&G thats a spear."
ok ok i got it, i reset
The replica is a TR16MBR556WH
god so long whats wrong with you g&g?
and its an ar15 16 inches, and keep this info in mind cause later it will be important
talking from the outside to inside
i can tell you in your hands this feels just amazing
its true is so long
i was afraid about the "toy" feeling
not talkign about the construction
not that kind of "holding plastic" feeling
i mean something more about the dimensions
cause you know there are replicas that are not 1:1
maybe cause of the licence its a little bigger or shorter...
and somtimes you grab it and
it just doesnt feels good
so i was afraid it will be oversized
but is not the case
you raise it and you say "man this is amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing"
maybe cause is full metal, or maybe cause is so heavy
it really feels like an ar15
feels like the final holy justice weapon
i liked the handguard
mlok system
we´ve seen it in the arp series before
and its true you can be like "ok its a keymod?? whats the difference?"
but as soon as you spend some time in internet searching about
you´ll find its been used in real steel a lot
even the us army is adopting this system
till the point is easy to find opinions about
quad rail is maybe obsolete
to us it doesnt have the same sense. this is not real steel, is airsoft
but when you see real pictures
dude, the poison comes
you go from "whats the difference between m-lock and keymod?"
to: I NEED IT
upper is a little more angled
what makes it look more modern
the lower has ambidextrous controls
what is useful for lefthanded players as Wiset
or if you are switching shoulder
as i use to do
is useful to change to full auto with your left thumb
But now we go to the stock and we fall down
this replicas comes with mosfets and tones of wire
that overfill the stock tube
fuck wanted to conect this battery
is my main li-po, 1300mAh 11.1v
and......
nice stock, looks great but...
doesnt fit dude DOESNT FIT
well.....
so i had to change it by a regular crane
nice design but....
no G&G... no... it doesnt work dude...
Moving to the internals
we get in the cool part of this replica
and thats the G2 gearbox
i could trow up all the list of components
like the reinforced profile, 6,8 barrel better than my 6.2 barrel
the new electronic trigger
but... bfff i prefer to dont dig in
in this chanel we dont talk about internals that much
reason is simple, we are not airsoft mechanics
we are players
i do know its interesting
but i prefer to tell you what you gonna feel
in a straigt way as a player
when you are using this replica
the first thing, and probably the coolest thing about this replica
is when you have no bbs the replica block the fire
you have to change the magazine, with no mag in you cant fire
so when you connect the battery you pull the trigger
and you think it doesnt works, no, is working but it doesnt shoot
this creates a great play experiencie
is not new, being honest
i have this player experience with my mp7 gbb
you can find this in some aeg like what saw from Chackal
like Walon´s scar
they have it, is nothing super new
BUT, everytime happens that G&G knows to put the good things together
and bring it to the average player
this shistem, with the follower wich feeds all the bbs
makes this magazines the best i ever used till now
but i think there are a little expensive anyways
the new mosfet, is smaller
and has some sound alerts
what is also useful for a player, when you want program it to 3 or 5 burst fire
when you are low battery
even when something gets stuck in, the mosfet bewares you
but if you want to know all the new things about the G2
what i recomend you is to see this two videos
one from the American channell "airsoftology"
is a great channel, if you dont know it i think you will like it
he has an exclusive video about it
and what realiced is, i can't explain it better than him
i can say the same, or even copy him, but i think is better if you just watch his video
you´ll find in the description below, the G&G explanation video
helped me a lot to understand how it works
is very graphic and you dont even need to read, cause you see it.
if you can play with this replica you will feel how fast this shoots
with this new electronic trigger
the shots do not overlap each other
is a fact nowadays almost every new airsoft gun shoots really fast
you connect an 11.1 li-po to a new model replica
and it shoots like crazy
even my old VFC with no electronic trigger and no mosfet shoots really fast
ok
but now if you compare
one replica that shoots fast, with this replica...
player: ok ok out
grey: sorry sorry, i overshoted you, sorry
player: its ok nice one nice one
Grey: out!
And yes, it really shoots faster
and trust me, in game this makes the difference
it push your game
in 1 vs 1 engagements
makes your game more "aggressive"
push harder
it really makes the difference when you are in that 1v1 behind the cover
you crush it, you shoot more
move foward and feel like you have this momentum to take that corner
and, it works
and now, knowing what i have in my hands
now i can tell you why
what is that about recce rifle?
long time ago i saw a vídeo recorded during a battle in 2007
where MARSOC and GREEN BERETS were fighting
the MARSOC who was recording
was carrying a rifle that took all my attention
was like some kind of ar15, with a scope i never seen before, and i loved it
and it had a different look that the rest of m4 shoted by his partners
some time later, i watched a video by Garand Thumb
where he talked about the recce rifles
in real steel those are not a long m4
in fact is not m4, cause is not a carabine, is ar15
with a heavy barrel... is 16 inches...
uh....
that data popped out
but wait wait, cause i still did not find a reference source will make you freak out
i missed someting, a brand, a pictures and videos source to hype me to the point to say
"yeah this is what i want"
and finally, i found it....
sounds familiar to you Bravo Company USA?
thats right! that cool rifles we see in T-REX Arms channel
and finally....
"THE VIDEO"
ghghghhgrhagagagagga
suddenly the poison and the "i need it"is in my life
god what a fucking hype this videos
seriously i leave the link in the description
8 mins of pure poison
when you see it you say "holy shit I WANT IT"
so finally i can introduce you
my new replica, an ar15 16 inches M-Lok TR16 MBR 556 WH
... please make the name shorter
right now i do feel it too long

When we were young - COVER (Official Audio) - Duration: 4:40.
Everybody loves the things you do From the way you talk
To the way you move Everybody here is watching you
'Cause you feel like home You're like a dream come true
But if by chance you're here alone Can I have a moment
Before I go?
'Cause I've been by myself all night long Hoping you're someone I used to know
You look like a movie You sound like a song
My God, this reminds me Of when we were young
Let me photograph you in this light In case it is the last time
That we might be exactly like we were Before we realized
We were sad of getting old It made us restless
It was just like a movie It was just like a song
I was so scared to face my fears Nobody told me that you'd be here
And I swear you moved overseas That's what you said, when you left me
You still look like a movie You still sound like a song
My God, this reminds me Of when we were young
Let me photograph you in this light In case it is the last time
That we might
be exactly like we were Before we realized
We were sad of getting old It made us restless
It was just like a movie It was just like a song
When we were young When we were young
When we were young When we were young
It's hard to win me back Everything just takes me back
To when you were there To when you were there
And a part of me keeps holding on Just in case it hasn't gone
I guess I still care Do you still care?
It was just like a movie It was just like a song
My God, this reminds me Of when we were young
Let me photograph you in this light In case it is the last time
That we might be exactly like we were Before we realized
We were sad of getting old It made us restless
Oh, I'm so mad I'm getting old It makes me reckless
It was just like a movie It was just like a song
When we were young

Tarta ó PAY de limón TRANSPARENTE - Duration: 6:39.
Hello friends, welcome one more day to the Rincón de Belén
Today I'll show you how to make this Lemon Pie
completely transparent
It´s a quite light dessert because it's made with jelly
It´s surprising the transparency that is seen through the cake
We can also accompany it with a lemon curd
although alone it's delicious
Let's move on to see the ingredients and how to make it
We are going to need
1250ml lemon soda
I have used 7up
60g butter
180g lemon-filled cookies
90g jelly
After several attempts with different jellies
I have to say that I have achieved the greatest transparency with this jelly
that carries 40% of pork jelly
lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence, try to be as transparent as possible
1/2 teaspoon lemon essence
250ml water to hydrate the jelly
For the lemon curd we are going to need:
50g butter
lemon zest
3 eggs L
100ml or 1/2 cup lemon juice
180g or 1 cup sugar
The first thing we are going to do is the lemon cream and for that
we are going to do it Bain-marie
Let's add the eggs, the lemon zest, the sugar and the lemon juice
We are going to remove it until it thickens
Once thickened, we will remove from heat
and we are going to strain it
to remove leftovers from the lemon skin and leave a finer cream
Then add the butter and stir until melted
and we would have ready the lemon curd, that is delicious
To preserve it better and that does not create scab
we are going to put a plastic on top
Let's introduce it in the refrigerator until it's completely cold
The longer this time in the refrigerator the consistency will be better
Now we take the mold with which we are going to make the cake
and we're going to put a sulfurized paper under it
so that it is easier to unmold it
We're going to smear a little mold release spray around the edges
and we are going to extend it with a silicone brush
We melt the butter in the microwave
Now we crush the cookies until we have a sand texture
Add the lemon zest and stir
Next we are going to incorporate the melted butter
and stir until it's fully integrated
We take the dough and introduce it in the bottom of the mold
we are going to crush it
until it is fully compacted and extended throughout the bottom of the base
It's has to look something like this
We're going to introduce it in the freezer while we make the rest of the cake
The next thing we're going to do is hydrate the jelly
We add the water and stir
and we'll let it settle until it dries
We put a container in the heat and we will incorporate the lemon soda
we're going to heat it up but it does not have to come to a boil
So in this way it will expel all the gas
The jelly would be ok
we are going to add the essence of lemon and the essence of vanilla
We remove a bit
Now we are going to incorporate the jelly little by little
so that it dissolves
My container has become small and I have had to change it
As you add the gelatine you will notice that it will start to release a white froth
You can remove this froth with a spoon
once the gelatin is totally dissolved
and there is no white froth
we're going to let it cool until it's at room temperature
I have passed the mixture to a jar so that later it will be easier
I have also cast it
Once it is more or less cold
We take the mold out of the freezer and add the mixture very little by little
because if you're not going to melt the butter and mix everything
so help you with a spoon or whatever is easiest for you
and go casting it very slowly and very slowly
If you see that the bottom is filtered, nothing happens
you put a plate and keep doing it
and so on to finish with all the liquid
We're going to introduce it in the refrigerator until it's fully set
I recommend doing it from one day to the next
Once set
we are going to unmold it very carefully
very careful that we do not get split or scratch
We do it very carefully
As you can see it has a yellowish tone
it´s due to the reflection of the cookie
but you will see that when we make the cut it will look completely transparent
To turn it over and put it on the presentation plate
what we are going to do is put a plastic paper to a normal plate
to turn it around so it does not stick
as you see in the video
Once unmoulded it is ready to serve
We can serve with lemon curd or alone
To make it easier to serve the cream I used a pastry bag
with a nozzle of 9MM
so it's much easier
As I said, this is totally optional
We are going to make the cut to see how transparent it is
The knife must be wet so that it is easier to cut it
How cool to see how it cuts!!!!!
Well friends and here you have the cut
As you can see, it's a totally transparent cake
you see my fingers perfectly
It's different, it's light
and it´s very tasty
Encourage you to do it because you really like it
Well friends, that was all

Small Business 101: Episode 8 - Starting A Website For Your Business - Duration: 7:09.
Alex: Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of Small Business 101 here on
Arbeit U. Spencer: Not just any episode. We have a new set today. I'm sure all our viewers
are going to notice, we've completely changed our studio here. Alex: Completely
changed it. We brought in a new table. Spencer: Yeah,it's totally different than it was
before. Alex: Yeah. Spencer: Thinks it makes more for a
welcoming feel, so let us know what you think. Alex: So we have wonderful guests like
Papa Joe right here, aka Joseph Tilton; our marketing manager. Spencer: Marketing manager
of Arbeit Software. Joe: Hey how you doing everybody. Spencer: Here to talk about today's
topic, Alex: marketing for small businesses and we're going to, what are we going to talk about,
websites. Joe: Yeah, so you know when you're starting a small business in today's day
and age you need to have a website. There's no getting around it you know.
You know, nothing else is gonna work for better inbound leads or any sales or
anything like that, so you make sure you want to have a good website you know and
Spencer: First time on camera.
Joe: Yeah, so basically you know what do you would be put on website?
Like how do you make it? Who you go to? Like what are the platforms you do? You
know so a lot of it is you want to choose a platform that's gonna be easier
to manage and then it's gonna be able to easily build a website. Alex: Right, I'll tell
you there's been so many times I'll go to somebody's website and it looks like
it's from the you know dial-up AOL Internet era and I'm just done. I'm like
no way. Spencer: Not buying that product. Alex: And there's that there's people, new
businesses that come out today that'll launch websites like this or have
websites that are just so basic they look like a straight ripoff template and
I hate them. I won't buy from it I feel like. Joe: And know, then that's a good point
right. So like when you're looking at a website, that's like one of the biggest
things you have to consider is user experience. Whenever you're building a
website consider this; how our customer is going to react on your website and
how are they going to be able to get to point A or point B? So really when you
build a website, define what do you want your website to do. Alex: Yeah, so
example, you know if you're selling clothes, well we had your friend on
Ryan and his website right he sells t-shirts, anime t-shirts. What does
he want to accomplish when someone comes on his website? To sell a t-shirt
right.
Spencer: That's the objective Alex: The goal isn't for them to subscribe to their blog like you
know maybe ours is. Spencer: A wink-wink nudge-nudge. Alex: No, his goal is different
than somebody like us you know our, we're not selling a direct product on
Arbeit's website. So it's way different. We don't want somebody to buy something
necessarily at that moment. We want them you know be able to get the information
they need when they come to our site. You want someone to buy some service, you're gonna have
a whole different setup, whole different concepts. Joe: Yeah and that's exactly what it
is. So with our website specifically you
know we cater to a niche area which is debt collection agencies. So really
the important thing that the, important aspect of our website when we designed
and when we redesigned it is really to inform and educate the person going on
to the website because that's what they're gonna ultimately look for and
make a sound decision. So our, well we the way we designed our website is to make
sure that we give them the information there and then softly lead them to our
expected goal which is eventually a sign up. Alex: Right so we want to
convert them into a lead, give us your information. Ask for a free trial right. So
yeah, I mean you got a completely, you're like, it's like a treasure map right. You
need to lead them to what you want them to do and that's the websites like the
treasure map to the end goal. Joe: Exactly you know and you know, if you could take
anything away from this really it's all about having three great concepts on
your website; great content, fantastic images, and amazing call to actions
because those three things combined with you know a decently, well-designed
website that's gonna make for a great user experience, that's not gonna be
full of clutter, that maximizes white space it's all it's all you really need
in order to make a customer convert on your website in any given point in time.
Alex: Yeah, make sure it looks good right. Don't use some template that everybody uses,
it's the free template of the internet that everyone uses or something because you
you're gonna, your website is gonna look like everybody else's on and in
they're going to you know customer, the users going to
realize that and it's not going to be as engaging in my opinion. But what are some
popular I mean WordPress right, that's probably the go to website, WordPress
website if somebody's trying to do it or you what do you recommend someone tries
to do it themselves. They use like a Shopify or do they pay somebody what do
you think? Joe: Well you could go with different bunch of routes if you have
experience and building a website then why not take a crack at making yourself.
Yes go, WordPress is a fantastic content management system for building a website
you know. We use WordPress in a lot of people use it and it's easy, it's easily
customizable and you can integrate things really well in it. For
shopping people like e-commerce, you might want to go Shopify, Bigcommerce or
anything like that and it still it's easier to use website where you can get
all the information you want and they walk you step-by-step through. Spencer: So
dumb this down, if someone was, someone just started a company, they want to launch
a website, what's the first thing they should do?
Alex: Talk to a professional. Joe: Yeah you could, but
really the very first thing before you even like think about even
designing your website is think about this; What is your website's overall goal?
What is it, what is the point of your website? Alex: Yea, have that plan ready for
when you talk to somebody or you know start and learn right. Try, Shopify, if
like, if you're, if you're capable of using a computer, you can make your own
website on Shopify. It's pretty, there's tons of content out there, learn, research,
figure it out in your own to an extent if you need to, but it's highly important.
Just don't think, oh I'm gonna throw something up there or not think about
that. Spencer: Oh, like doesn't matter. Alex: Your website's not just to give the name and
phone number of your company anymore. Spencer: Yeah. Alex: There's a whole strategy about it.
Joe: Yeah, your website is ultimately judged by the potential visitors they go
on there. Spencer: Yea, a lot of times it's a persons first, like the first chance to
see your company. Joe: Yeah, I mean think of it all it now n days you know, if I saw a
website that was built in like an old AOL format style with yellows and the
horrible content or whatever, you think I'm gonna
trust the company as a whole. No Spencer: And I've never bought something from a company
without going on the website. Have you? Have you ever bought something without going to the website?
Alex: I always go to the website and I always
look for on my phone or the computer or one of the other, so. But that's a very just so,
that's it for today right. Spencer: Yeah we can do this all day. Alex: This is a wide overview
of websites. We'll dig down into each individual section of it, next episodes
will go. Joe will be specializing in the SEO portion that his, Joe: That's my expertise.
Alex: Yes, so we'll have him back, don't you worry. Spencer: Thank you for coming. Alex: Yeah, thanks Joe. Joe: Yeah
thanks for having me over from the office next door. Spencer: And thank you for coming
and as always, Alex: Subscribe. Spencer See you next week. Alex: See ya. Spencer: That too.

How I ended up working at the UNITED NATIONS! (A day in my life in NYC) - Duration: 10:35.
I'm late already but yolo, we're doing this! I don't know how I'm gonna do this!
hey guys welcome to today's video and of course Janik is gone now
and I decided to show you a little bit of my life, what I'm doing in New York
I'm gonna take you with me to the United Nations as some of you know I'm doing my internship there
I'm a little sick so excuse my voice sometimes it gets better worse through the day
but yeah let's do it! I hope you can hear me because New York is very loud as you can see let's go!
this is how my day starts. I'm walking in Brooklyn and a guy just said hola Preciosa..
so it's a little annoying
okay as you can hear now we are in the city now, Manhattan - Manhattan oh ma ma!
I'm waiting for my bus. Guys my bus is coming, finally! Now I have to run..
How cool are these busses that have a USB port!
so we made it to the UN whooo! - Ugh guys that ride on the way to the UN was too stressful
so I went into the bus and you get a card that is a MetroCard in New York
that is an unlimited card for the whole month and I couldn't find it
because I was too bus with the camera and stuff. I couldn't find it anywhere
I had to pay three dollars for my metro ride and the guy yelled at me
because I was taking too long to find my money too.. Ohh I'm a mess!
I don't know how to vlog on my own Janik!
Guys this vlogging thing is so much more difficult when Janik is not here somehow!
not only because of the shots but because I feel so awkward talking to the camera alone
and everybody just stares at me!
so I have to show you what I found: Do you spot it? Yes Mexicooo
Okay so now it's time to go to work
ah finally guys! this is what I see every time I come
Do you guys remember when we went to do a video and you could see the UN in the background?
boom look at this skyline behind her! This is where Joss is working! - That's my work!
Well, we were recording from there, all the way on the other side of the river
so from here you can actually see Long Island, which is cool!
I'm gonna show you around now but first I have to go and say hi to my boss because I'm pretty late
I'm on the elevator thank god there's no one so I can talk to you guys normally
I'm on my way to my floor.. exciting!
okay guys I'm gonna have lunch now and we're gonna go downstairs to the cafeteria
where there's a view of Long Island and it's very cool
I always get a salad because is the cheapest option for me
okay guys so I'm gonna show you a little bit of the UN
and I'm gonna talk to you a little bit about the UN because why not?
guys this is super awkward, I keep running away from the tour people
because they just come wherever I am
It's so difficult, it's so awkward and on top of that my voice is almost gone
now there's another team coming so I should leave now
okay so the General Assembly is the only chamber or place
where all of the member states of the UN have the same power basically
they have equal representation so each member state counts for one vote
and they try to think together and vote on what is the best thing to do for the world.
oh my god these tours are following me, guys where can I vlog here?
okay guys so this is kind of the only place where I have any peacefulness of recording right now
I'm back, I'm gonna work now. See you at 5 when I have to leave
let's keep working guys
it is so cold guys! okay now I'm on my way to go get some drinks with some friends
it's usually what I do after work
it's very cold, I'm very tired, but I have to socialize
okay so I wanted to talk to you a little bit more about what am i doing in New York
and how did I end up here but as you saw it was very difficult for me to vlog at the UN
as you know I'm doing my master's program in Munich
I study sustainable resource management and in Mexico I studied environmental sciences and health
in San Luis Potosi
Part of my master's program they ask you to do an internship
I always wanted to work with the UN because I feel like
I always was very interested in working in international issues and being there
and seeing how it is to work in an organization so big!
For the ones that don't know, the United Nations is an organization which is constituted by most countries of the world
they focus a lot on peacekeeping, Human Rights, sustainable development
so it's super interesting because since I arrived I could see
how all of the Member States and all of the countries are actually discussing together
what is the correct way to approach certain problems of the world
the application for the internship was online, I looked on their website Inspira
I had to explain why I wanted to be there why am I the right person for this internship
why would I want to do it there.. *but for everybody it's a different experience
and it's a different process. I have friends, other intern friends,
that had to do a bunch of interviews or their application process was a little bit more difficult
so be very careful when you look on this website to find the right internship for you
I actually didn't think I would get it
I just applied, kind of thinking nothing of it, I totally forgot about my application
and then I randomly got accepted
if one of your goals is to ever work with the UN, make sure to practice your languages
it's always a plus if you can speak any other language that is one of the main ones of the UN
right now I'm working at DESA, which is the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the UN
I'm basically helping my supervisor developing capacity in some countries in
Latin America, Africa and the Middle East
to improve the monitoring and the evaluation of the sustainable development goals of the UN
the only one thing that you should know if you want to do an internship with the UN
is that most of the internships at the United Nations are not paid
so you would have to finance everything. For me this would be completely impossible to do
because New York is the most expensive city that I've ever been in
but what I did was that, since the internship is part of my program
my scholarship from Mexico with Conacyt is still paying me every month
it's still not enough money for me to survive in New York
but my parents are also helping me a little bit, but not with all of it because it would be impossible
it's super interesting to be here I love it
until now it has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I've met incredible people
once you get here you grow up so fast, professionally and personally
because you arrive and you realize: okay these are real issues
and you can literally see how the world is working together to fix these problems
not to mention that living in New York is such a crazy experience
I didn't think I would feel this way but
living in New York has really changed me and change the way I look at things
it helped me grow up and I'm just so motivated to do more things and
I don't know, it's exciting
so guys that was basically my day at the UN
I hope you liked this video, I hope it gave you some insight
if you have any extra questions let me know
if you like this video make sure to click, that like button subscribe to our Channel
we would appreciate it alot!
I want to thank the people from the UN that has helped me
because I needed to get permission to do all of these videos
and thank you so much for joining us, for watching these
We love you! Bye
okay guys so this is what I do when I get home
Okay bye! Adios muchachos!

"My grandma used to cook this": At the Restaurant Fliegerbauer in Passau, Bavaria - Duration: 2:08.
Hello together, I am Moritz. We are here in the organic tavern "Zum Fliegerbauer".
Out here at the Stelzlhof farm we have been since the beginning 11 years ago
eco-certified and member of the association Biokreis.
I am the chef since three years now.
A particularity of our place is that we are a restaurant
functioning according to the old principles of a tavern
and not only according to the nowadays lifestyle of an organic restaurant.
To us, everybody can come to play cards or have a beer.
Every vegan eater can come to his expense by getting really original dishes.
But people come here to get a good pork roast, too.
Our butcher is in the neighboring "Mühlviertel" district in Austria.
But sometimes we also buy a cow from the farmer nearby or lambs from Mr Stidl in the village Dorfbach.
For some very special days
we get a wels catfish directly from the river Danube floating just below the house
cought by Mr Bauer from the local fishermens association.
Warm pastries belong to my own absolute favorites.
As they existed in the Bohemian Forest, where my grandparents came from:
from apple strudel through cottage cheese dumplings to damson brioches.
Of course, as innkeeper I enjoy very much
to interact with people, that means with my guests.
And not only to cook what people like,
but also the other way around, to bring some awareness back to the people:
When is summertime, when the tomato saison? When is winter, why do we eat cabbage then?
When somebody realizes having learned or tasted something new
or when somebody tells me:
"The last time I ate this was at my grandmother's place but I didn't know how this was prepared"
it happens that the eyes of a 50 years old person sparkle
like those of the little child at the moment he got this from granma.
That we treat foodstuff in the "right" way
is palpable in the contact with the guests,
but also with the staff working here with the right intuition.
The persons who ask me for a job are those who are concerned about alimentation
who like to work with good food
and who like to have some interesting and honest dishes on the plate.

Feds May Finally Change Backwards Drug Sentencing - Duration: 4:04.
Senate has advanced a bill that would reduce mandatory minimum sentences for minor drug
cases.
That's a positive step forward after decades, really, of backwards drug policy in the US.
Peter, I know that you're probably going to have the same reaction that I have to this
story.
Okay, here it is.
They're throwing people in prison for 20 years.
I mean, you know, minimum sentences of 20 years.
Some sentences life to 25.
Now, let's talk about what the sentences are.
They're felony drug sentencing, okay?
Now that means you selling drugs on a street corner, or you're a runner for a drug comp-,
you know, so whatever it may be, you're hit three times, two times actually-
Life.
Life, you could be looking at life.
So somebody in Congress said, "Really?
We're filling up our prisons.
We don't even have enough room for people in prisons now because of this."
[inaudible 00:00:58]
Yeah, so tell me what the changes would look like.
The changes are, it's a comprehensive review of the whole criminal justice system, which
is the big sweeping change.
But I think what you're seeing is quite frankly, it's not far enough, so it's ... Let me see
if I can get this right, the minimum sentence from 20 years to 15 for individuals who have
a previous serious drug felony conviction, or serious violence.
That's 20 to 15, and the next threshold that's reduced is the minimum of a life sentence
to 25 years for individuals who were previously convicted of two or more felony drug offenses.
That's the "Three strikes, you're out."
But that's felony drug offenses.
Yeah.
I mean, that could mean you have a possession over a certain amount [crosstalk 00:01:43]
Over a certain amount.
It's not like it's a [crosstalk 00:01:46]
Three times.
No violence involved.
[crosstalk 00:01:47]
And with zero [crosstalk 00:01:46] [inaudible 00:01:46]
And what's so interesting is, the test is, they call it "The serious drug felony."
Right.
That's totally subjective.
A judge can determine this is serious because you were, you know, four ounces above what
you should have been.
Three times, you're looking at potential life sentence, and this is ... Now, now, interesting
thing, here you are running the national case in opioids [crosstalk 00:02:10]
That's a good point.
Against these legalized drug cartel types.
They're not talking to them about going to prison, they've caused more addiction in this
country than ever.
Jeff Sessions is our here saying, "Oh, I don't want any sentencing reform.
I like the idea of life-"
He called it "A grave error."
A grave error to have the type of sentencing reduction we're talking about.
Now on the other side of it, you've got Cardinal, you've got McKesson, you've got Amerisource,
you have Perdue, that are nothing short of drug cartel criminals.
[crosstalk 00:02:47]
To that end- [crosstalk 00:02:47]
So there's no sentencing there, who's going to prison for them?
Oh, abs-, and take it a step further, right now the DEA and Session's office, the Department
of Justice, is were trying to get in that litigation, the ARCOS database, which shows
where the holes are, where all the diversion is.
Session's office is delaying the production of that data that's the road map around the
country about where the problems are, and he won't produce it, yeah this is a grave
error.
So in other words, the same little freak, Jeff Sessions, saying "Oh we don't want to
change any kind of sentencing, we want the kid that's selling dope on the corner spend
life-" [crosstalk 00:03:22]
Let's call it what it is, the white guys wearing suits and the eight-figure salaries, walk
free, no oversight.
The guy on the street corner wearing a hoodie is going to jail for 30 years.
Real quick, is there any question, now I was a prosecutor, I don't know if you didn't come
up as a prosecutor-
I didn't, I didn't.
... I can tell you, the facts that I know, the facts that you've let me, that I'm aware
of because of you, because of the work you've done on this case.
There's zero question, that I could have every one of those people prosecuted and put in
prison for life.
But you know what?
Little Jeff Sessions, he ain't interested in that.
He's interested in, as he puts it, "This grave error of sentence reduction."

Trump Is Cutting Funding For Renewable Energy And Boosting Money To Fossil Fuels - Duration: 4:16.
Donald Trump's 2019 budget slashes funding for renewable energy and environmental protection
projects in the United States, while upping the amount that we're giving to fossil fuel
companies already.
Now, bear in mind for a second that the United States government subsidizes the fossil fuel
industry to the tune of between four and seven billion dollars every single year.
Rather than trying to say, "Okay, we're just not going to give you the subsidies.
We're not going to give anybody subsidies," Trump says, "You know what?
We're taking subsidies away from renewable energy projects, which is the fastest-growing
energy sector in the United States, and we're giving it to the dying fossil fuel industry
just so maybe they can eke out another one or two years before they tap out our oil reserves
and our coal deposits, and they just have nothing left to go on."
Meanwhile, you're going to cripple the renewable energy industry, cost us thousands upon thousands
of jobs, and set us back decades with our energy policy here in the United States.
At a time when every other industrialized country in the world is trying to make the
switch from fossil fuels to renewable energy, we have a president that wants us to continue
down the path that has been proven to be wrong.
The path that has proven to lead to destruction of our planet, of our health.
That's the path that Donald Trump wants to go down.
He doesn't want us using things like the sun or the wind for energy.
"No, no, no, no, no.
You can't have sun.
You can't have wind.
Those don't cost enough, and so we're going with the fossil fuels.
I made all those lofty promises to the coal industry that I was bringing those jobs back,
even though I know that's not possible, so I've gotta throw them some crumbs, if you
will, to make them think I care about it, so I get those votes again in 2018 in the
midterms, and 2020 in the presidential election."
It's not going to happen.
We have hit a point, as far as the climate is concerned, where we can not afford any
more inaction.
What's worse now from this administration is that we're not just getting inaction, we're
getting negative action.
We are going backwards.
We have increased fossil fuel production in the United States.
Trump's budget wants to increase the funding for fossil fuel exploration and exploitation
in the United States while reducing the renewable energy sector that again, fastest growing
energy sector in the United States.
It was spreading like wildfire, and he's trying to kill it, which will kill American jobs,
which will help destroy the economy.
That's another talking point here.
We're talking about the economic livelihood of the United States.
Forget for a second that climate change exists, that fossil fuel burning is helping to exacerbate
it.
Let's just talk about the economics.
When we have an administration that wants to double down on a fuel source that is finite
rather than investing in something that comes every single day fresh and clean, we're ruining
our chances at a sustainable economic sector.
The fossil fuel will run out eventually.
Sun, wind?
It's not going to die out as long as human beings are alive, and yet Donald Trump wants
to continue us down that path, because he's so beholden to the fossil fuel companies,
because the Republican Party is so beholden to the fossil fuel companies, that they're
willing to destroy the environment, destroy the economy, just to give those guys a few
extra bucks every single year.

It worked for Tony.
That's why he's going home with all the cheese,
despite the fact that he's lactose-intolerant.

All Falls Down x Love Me Harder MASHUP (cover by Zara Nguyen) - Duration: 3:22.
What's the trick, I wish I knew
I'm so done with thinking through
All the things that could have been
And I know you wonder too
All it takes is that one look you do
And I'll run right back to you
You crossed the line, and it's time to say "eff" you
What's the point in saying that,
When you know how I'll react
You think you can just take it back?
But shit just don't work like that
You're a drug that I'm addicted to and I want you so bad
I guess I'm stuck with you, and that's that
'Cause if you want to keep me,
You gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta love me harder
And if you really need me,
You gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta love me harder
I'll be fine
I'll be fine
You're a drug that I'm addicted to and I want you so bad
But I'll be fine
I know your motives, and you know mine
The ones that love me I tend to leave behind
If you know about me, and choose to stay
Then take this pleasure, take away the pain
And if in the moment you bite your lip
Baby in that moment you know it's real
Can you feel the pressure between your hips?
I'll make it feel like the first time
I'll be fine
You're a drug that I'm addicted to and I want you so bad
But I'll be fine
So what would I do if I can't figure it out?
You gotta try, try, try again
What would I do if I can't figure it out?
You gotta leave, leave, leave...
'Cause if you want to keep me,
You gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta love me harder
And if you really need me,
You gotta gotta gotta gotta gotta love me harder
I'll be fine
I'll be fine
You're a drug that I'm addicted to and I want you so bad
And that's that.

[Szok] Michał Figurski o udarze. Lekarze potraktowali go skandalicznie! || LVTszok - Duration: 4:09.
Michał Figurski o udarze. Lekarze potraktowali go skandalicznie!
Michał Figurski wyjawia nieznane fakty o swoim udarze.

Budgetcam Ambassadors | #2 Gijs Spierings & Sherman Emers - Duration: 2:11.
My name is Gijs Spierings, I'm a photographer. - Sherman Emers, I'm a videographer.
I often work together with Gijs.
Our main focus is the automotive- and fashion art industry.
-I've been mad about cars ever since i was little and that's actually how i got into photography.
I started to just take pictures of cars and I then found out…
on the internet automotive photography is quite big,
I liked the pictures online better than my own stills and thought;
"This is what I would like to be able to do".
I started to try different angles to find out what works best for me...
and that's actually how i became passionated about photography.
- I started when I was still studying and worked as an intern for Gijs.
What I liked the most about our collaboration in the first place,
was that we both wanted to try out new techniques and grew in the process…
of becoming more skillfull.
We got the routine down working as a team…
and I think if someone else had to assist Gijs with lighting,
he wouldn't be able to do so…
because I roughly know the lighting he wants.
-We do a lot of roadtrips for Mercedes.
We tour across Europe, and I always have Sherman by my side.
I can still appreciate we are able to tour through Europe…
with some of the hottest cars, nothing tops that.
I mean, we just start driving to let's say Italy…
- Norway.
Where didn't we go, we've seen most of Europe.
I'm extremely proud and happy we are able to this together…
as a car freak you could say I'm living the dream.
- We're doing what most good friends can only dream of…
and at the same time we work together and enjoy what we are doing.
The fact that we work together and are good friends as well…
enables us to be able to say 'Asshole work with me here',
It doesn't really matter.
You could say we're not really working,
we're just having fun and creating great stuff…
at the same time and that really works for us.

Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride In a one-horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride In a one-horse open sleigh
Dashing through the snow In a one-horse open sleigh
O'er the fields we go Laughing all the way
Bells on bobtails ring Making spirits bright
What fun it is to ride and sing A sleighing song tonight
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride In a one-horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride In a one-horse open sleigh
A day or two ago I thought I'd take a ride
And soon, Miss Fanny Bright Was seated by my side
The horse was lean and lank Misfortune seemed his lot
He got into a drifted bank And then we got upsot
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride In a one-horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride In a one-horse open sleigh
