【HAWAII】Dole Plantation World Record Maze Run?!?! Oahu Hawaii - Duration: 7:27.

... Left....

... left...

Toto: Welcome to another episode of "Toto Meme: ... and Meme"

Meme: We are here today at the...

Meme: super famous

Toto & Meme: Dole Plantation!

Meme: And we are here to...

Toto & Meme: Break 1 thing...

Toto: And that 'thing' is the world record ...or something like that...

Toto: For the maze

Meme: The maze broke the Guiness World Record for the 2008 biggest maze of the world.

Meme: So apparently, it's not the biggest maze in the world anymore but it used to be in 2008.

Meme: And there is an official record that someone finished the maze in 7 minutes (*6 minutes)

Meme: And today we want to break it!

Toto: And there are 8 check points to mark in order to complete the maze.

Meme: So today we are gonna record the time in 2 different ways.

Meme: 1 will be officially with the person sitting at the ticket booth and she

will stamp the time that we start going into the maze and she will stamp it back when we finish the maze.

Meme: Hopefully we will break the record... but they don't really keep track of the seconds

... so... we are not feeling very safe about that. So we are also gonna use the official

Dole Plantation app that they have, that we have downloaded in our cell phones, so we are gonna

time it in those 2 ways. So that we make sure that we have the accurate time.

Toto: In addition to that, we also have the GoPro footage that is going to help us know exactly how

long it took us from the beginning to the end, from the moment that we start running to the moment that we

cross the finish line. So, we have 3 ways we are going to keep track of the time.

Toto: But we will see what happens!!!

Toto: Wish us luck!!!

(Machine stamp noise)

Toto: Thank you!!!

Toto: Vamos ("Let's go" in Spanish)

Toto: Ok, the timer is running.

Toto: Are you still there?

Ding!

Toto: Are you still there??

Ding!!

Toto: Cuidado ("watch out" in Spanish)

Toto: Cuidado! ("watch out" in Spanish)

Ding!!!

Ding!!!!

Ding!!!!!

Toto: Go sister!!!!

Toto: Excuse me, excuse me!! We are timing this, I am so sorry.

Toto: I would never do this, I'm so sorry.

Very Kind Stranger: "Go go!"

Toto: (breathing heavily)

Toto: Ahhhggggg!!!! Nooooo!

Toto: Excuse us... we have 1 more. Ding!!!!!

Toto: Ok! Thank you!!!!!

Toto: Estas? ("are you there" in Spanish)

Toto: Aahhgggg, come on!!!!

Toto: I can't get the paper in there!?!

DING, DING, DING, DING!!!

Toto: Left...

Toto: ... right...

Toto: ... right...

Toto: ... left...

Toto: ... left...

Toto: ... left...

Meme: Aaaahhhhh~~~~

Toto: Here you go!

Ticket Booth Lady: You have been running...

Meme: 5 minutes!

Meme: 5 minutes!!

Toto: Thank you!

Meme: 5 minutes!!!

Meme: 5 minutes...

(♪♪♪♪♪♪Angelic Choir background sound♪♪♪♪♪)

Toto: Alright guys,

... I think that's pretty

... pretty good.

I think we just did it!

In.... the quickest time ever recorded

We don't have the exact time

because the stamps only count the minutes

and not the seconds, so we are going to have to go back track to the GoPro .

We did get lost once, which means that we can probably

like, shave another what...? 4-5 seconds Meme: Yeah, but that's pretty good!

Toto: OK. Meme: My shoe lace came off like...

Meme: everything that could go wrong went wrong... Hahahah... we got lost once

Meme: I'm sitting outside now

I'm waiting for Toto to come back. He went to go talk to the managers

to let them know that we broke the record

I'm pretty exhausted...

My shoe lace came off....

and I was like 'oh, nothing is going to stop me' so I just kept on running!

I didn't even tell Toto that my shoe lace came off.

Because I was 'oh, he is probably going to start fixing it for me'.... so no!

No, nothing will slow me. I was thinking in my head 'Nothing will slow us down!"

No! We are going to break the freakin' record.

And we did!

And it feels amazing!

It feels like all the training in the morning, running

so many miles in the morning, has paid off!

I was only sprinting for like 5 minutes, but

I am sweating a lot!

Toto: Out of the many things that we have done in our lives,

this.... is the first time, in the world probably,

that we are the fastest

... in the world....

to finish the maze!!!!

(♪♪♪♪♪ Dolphin Laugh Sound ♪♪♪♪♪)

Toto & Meme: Hahahaha

Meme: Take that! Toto: Yeah.... #Number1!

Meme: And all those people, all those people

Toto & Meme: will never beat it!

Meme: If you enjoyed this video and would like to see more in the future...

Toto & Meme: Like, Share, and Subscribe!!!

Toto: We will see you on our next adventure!!!

Toto & Meme: Chaoooo~~~!

LEARN JAPANESE with Yuriko Tiger : "BASIC GREETING" Lesson 05 - Duration: 5:58.

hello guys and welcome to a new Japanese lesson, number 5!

today we have the participation of Yuriko Tiger, she will teach us how to greet in japanese

- why didn't you teach how to greet in japanese at the beginning?

no I teached how to pick up a girl, how to ask for marriage,

the greeting is missing

let's begin with:

こんにちは Konnichi wa

this is like the basic and don't forget to bow

you don't need to close the hands like this, this is used only in China

are you sure it's not thailand?

you bow like for...

- how many degrees?

some people say 360 degrees...

- how can you bow 360 degrees??

- do a 360 degrees bow!

no

- the bow should be between 20/30 degrees

はじめまして、Hajimemashite

ユリコタイガーと申します Yuriko Tiger to moushimasu

今日は宜しくお願い致します Kyou wa yoroshiku onegai itashimasu

what did you say?

it's the most formal way to say hello

you should present yourself like this for example at work

Hello, my name is Yuriko Tiger, nice to meet you

it's obviously a formal way of greeting

- this one you really need to learn

- please repeat!

と申します to moushimasu. is like my name is ...

but you are automatically on a lower level

- you can't walk in in an important agency and greet the boss: " Hi, i'm Mario

yes, you need to say --

yes you need to say --

and if you would say, I come from Italy in a formal way, how do you say it?

イタリアから参りました Itaria kara mairimashita

to a friend you say Itaria kara kimashita

but, to your boss Itaria kara mairimashita (formal way)

this is a bit difficult to understand

did you have some problems, if you couldn't say the formal way in a right way?

not really, because they understood that I was a foreigner,

but you will make a better impression

and if you add words like: します、するShimasu, Suru or 致します Itashimasu

and with adding these words, they will recognize that are at least you try to speak formally

Japanese people really appreciate when you speak in a formal way

I'm doing a short resume: Hajimemashite (nice/pleasure)

Watashi ha Yuriko Tiger to moushimasu

(my name is Yuriko Tiger)

this one is the formal way

itaria kara mairimashita

(I come from Italy)

if you're talking with friends, you say:

Yoroshiku onegaishimasu is the informal way and Yoroshiku onegaitashimasu is the formal way

they sound similar, but the ending is changing

you can also say よろしく Yoroshiku if you're under friends

こんにちは。Konnichi wa is good morning

おはようございますOhayou gozaimasu you say it when it's getting dark

if your at work you can say Ohayou gozaimasu it sounds better than Konnichi wa

at work you always say Ohayou gozaimasu

because the day of work is beginning

yes exactly

and at night we say こんばん Konban wa

and おやすみ Oyasumi is good night

what else can you say at work?

Saki ni ittekimasu or Saki ni shitsurei shimasu

失礼 Shitsurei, it means like doing a mess?

- yes but it's an impolite thing

it means beeing unpolite

ok, I hope that you enjoyed this lesson

but really, just learn those few formal words

and you will do a good impression

also if you don't say them perfectly

they will see that you at least try to be formal

and these things Japanese people appreciate a lot

just remember, when you go at work you must say: Ohayou gozaimasu

these two words are fundamental at work

and always remember to do the bow

今日はありがとうございました Kyou ha arigatou gozaimashita

またよろしくお願いいたします mata yoroshiku onegai itashimasu

お疲れ様でした Otsukaresama deshita

Bye, I really hope you appreciated this lesson!

if you want go and subscribe also to my channel, I'm not doing japanese lessons, but who will now, maybe in the future

if you want that yuriko talks about how to pick up a boy, just leave it in the comments

I really hope you liked this video, See you with other videos

and maybe I will do some japanese lessons to, on my channel

-what are you doing?

Most INSANE LAMB PIT BARBACOA - Mexican Food in Texcoco + AZTEC Pyramids, Mexico! - Duration: 16:18.

(people chattering)

- And they just take plate after plate

of the most tender meat you've ever tasted

in your life out of that oven.

It's just oozy and dripping with juices.

(upbeat music)

Oh, there's our ride right there.

(speaking foreign language)

Good morning!

I hope you're having an amazing day.

It's Mark Wiens.

We just landed in Mexico City

and I had previously arranged

for a car to come meet us here.

We're going directly to a place called Texcoco,

which is famous for Barbacoa,

which is one of the ultimate Mexican dishes.

I love it so much!

We're gonna eat there and then after that,

we'll be going to Teotihuacan

to visit the Pyramid of the Sun.

That's the plan for today on this Mexico food trip.

(speaking foreign language)

(chattering)

We're on our way to a place called Texcoco first

to eat Barbacoa.

(lively music)

That was about a 45-minute ride from the airport

and we have arived.

This is just,

it's kinda like a hidden town within the mountains

above Mexico City

and this entire town is like a Barbacoa town.

But we pulled into this restaurant.

It's called El Pica I, and immediately as we pulled in,

you could smell the aroma of smoky meat.

It literally filled into the Suburban.

(lively mariachi music)

The meat aromas here are just irresistible

and this place is so huge.

It's almost like a fair.

They have kids, things for kids, they have Ferris wheels,

they have all sorts of snacks

that have sort of surrounded the restaurant

and there's just a massive seating section throughout the,

almost throughout the jungle here.

You just choose any table.

They have tables throughout these.

It's really like a shady cool vine-filled dining room.

We got a table here

but they also have more of a communal section,

but this is really cool.

Now we're gonna go check out the Barbacoa

and kind of figure out even how to order.

(lively salsa music)

(people chattering)

Oh, this is absolutely insane.

So leading up to the main,

this is the main Barbacoa here,

and leading up to it, you have all sorts of condiments.

You can buy all sorts of side dishes,

but this is what you're gonna come here to eat.

This is what you want to eat, the Barbacoa.

(people chattering)

You come up to the front first

and you make your order and you pay and then after that,

I think you go to the meat-chopping station

to get your meat.

(shovel scraping on metal)

We're just in time as they're opening a fresh oven.

(people chattering)

Oh, that is unbelievable!

He took off the lid of the clay oven

and just a poof of smoke came out

so that the smoke is just,

it's just locked up inside that clay oven,

and you can immediately smell,

the owner just told me it's lamb.

And he's given me permission to come back here and film.

Oh, wow, that smells unbelievable.

And there's some kinda like leaf.

(people chattering)

I'm standing up here on the clay oven,

just bathing in the steam and smoke of the Barbacoa.

And it's wrapped in many layers of,

it's a type of, it's similar to agave,

but he said it's the ...

I can't remember the Spanish name

and it's wrapped in multiple layers of that.

(people chattering)

(lively salsa music)

So they have about six or seven brick ovens

which are just stuffed full of lamb

and they're packed in so tight

so it holds in all of that steam and smoke

until the meat is ridiculously tender.

And then as they finish one, they open another one

and I think they just keep selling until they sell out.

But in order to take the meat out of the oven,

because it's so ridiculously ultra-tender,

they just scoop it out by the plateful.

They don't need knives here.

All they do is take a plate and literally like,

scoop it in or grab it and they just take plate after plate

of the most tender meat you've ever tasted in your life

out of that oven.

It's just oozy and dripping with juices.

(lively salsa music)

Oh, (speaking foreign language).

This is right out of the oven.

Oh!

Oh, wow!

That might be the most tender piece of meat I've ever had.

Oh, oh, that's insane.

Wow, Carlos.

(lively salsa music)

That will make you weep with joy.

(speaking foreign language)

I don't know if I've ever been this excited

to go eat meat in my life.

Oh, I'm running back to our table,

but yeah, you get the meat at the back there.

Whoa, and you can buy some fried bananas here, too.

But they have so many things you can buy,

and you buy all your condiments.

Carlos already got all the salsas,

but I also got a little cup of guacamole.

Oh man, that meat!

That meat is insane.

Okay, let's go eat.

(people chattering)

Those guys that reach into the ovens?

(speaking foreign language)

Those guys are like firemen, man.

(laughing)

Did you see those guys?

- [Carlos] Now, and that thing opens like (whooshing).

- So hot, man, it's so hot.

You can order two different versions.

It's all lamb, but you can either order a plate

without bones or with bones,

so we got one of each to share and it comes by the kilo.

You can only order it by the kilo so we got two kilos

of the most tender meat ever.

I've never been so excited to open a gift

in my entire life, to unwrap a gift.

(paper crinkling)

Oh, it's just so hot.

And then they wrap it in a plastic bag.

Oh man, the juiciness is unbelievable.

Look at all of those lamb juices and fats.

I got the boneless first,

I just have to take another bite of that meat.

Look at that.

(people chattering)

Oh man.

It falls apart in your mouth is an understatement.

You can definitely tell that it's lamb.

It's just embedded with smoke.

It's salty, unbelievable flavor.

Next, I'll try a tortilla,

and I'm gonna kinda cover up the meat

so that it doesn't get cold on us.

Just, oh look, look at that.

Oh, it just flakes.

(people chattering)

I'll add on a little bit of that guacamole,

a little bit of that salsa,

and we also got a whole bag of habaneros and onions.

(people chattering)

And finally, a squeeze of lime.

Oh, that's just a beautiful, beautiful thing.

Wow!

Your teeth just immediately slice through the meat.

Yeah, those habaneros have a little bit of heat to them.

The salsa is excellent.

You've got that creamy guacamole in there.

That's all you need.

(lively salsa music)

We've switched now.

This is the meat with the bone,

so it's just fall-apart bone tender.

Oh, the bone just slips out!

Look at that.

Oh, it just strings apart.

Just look at that tenderness.

(people chattering)

Oh wow, yeah this is another bone.

Oh look, it's just never-ending excitement.

Okay, I think that's good.

That's a pretty hefty one.

Okay, guacamole.

(lively salsa music)

And it's so incredibly good

with this habanero-onion mixture,

and it is pretty spicy.

(people chattering)

Okay, and finally gotta have the squeeze, oh.

(chuckling)

My fingers are so slippery that I lost the lime.

(chuckling) Okay.

Finally gotta have the squeeze of lime.

Oh, and that, and that is complete.

This is a monster right here.

Yeah, this is just insanely delicious.

(lively salsa music)

(people chattering)

(mariachi band playing)

Oh man, I'm feeling a little disoriented after that,

but people come here with their entire families just

to hang out, just to celebrate and eat lamb.

Okay, I don't think I know how to find my way out of here.

(mariachi band playing)

And I love this environment here.

This is absolutely sensational.

Yeah, this place is literally just Mexican lamb-sanity.

Oh, okay, we gotta move to the next location.

That's the type of lamb that when you eat it,

after you finish eating, you feel like you've used Chapstick

because there's a layer of oily fat on your lips.

Oh yeah, that was fatty and just packed full of flavor.

This town is just a tiny little sleepy, really like,

almost like a village, it's a really small town.

But this place is bumping, this place is a lamb carnival.

(chattering)

We're on our way next to Teotihuacan.

(upbeat music)

It's not that hot but the sun is extremely strong.

I'm gonna lather up on the sunscreen

and good thing I have my hat.

All right, we're ready.

There's a 70-pesos entrance fee.

It's a massive complex.

There are a number of different pyramids,

including the Pyramid of the Sun,

and the Pyramid of the Moon, and this is the center

of the powerful and mighty Aztec kingdom.

(upbeat music)

We're starting off at (speaking foreign language),

which is the Pyramid of the Moon.

And you can see, the steps are pretty steep.

You can't go all the way to the top of this one,

but you can go to the first lookout point

where there's a flat area, where you can get a nice view

so I'm gonna start climbing.

It's a good thing I ate a bunch of Barbacoa

so I have a bunch of energy.

(lively salsa music)

Yeah, those are some pretty steep steps, ah.

Oh, awesome view up here though.

(people chattering)

You would not wanna lose your footing on those steps.

(lively salsa music)

We're walking over now to the Pyramid of the Sun,

which is the biggest pyramid here.

It's a massive structure

and what's awesome about it is

that you can climb all the way to the top,

so you can see a bunch of people at top.

Oh, the view from up there is gonna be fantastic.

(lively salsa music)

All right, time to get some exercise.

We happen to be here on a Sunday

and it's absolutely packed.

So we're having to queue up to climb the pyramid

and there are just mobs of people up there.

(lively salsa music)

Okay guys, some bad news.

The line is so insanely long that I'm sure it will take

about maybe 1 1/2 or two hours to get all the way to the top

because this line just snakes around.

It's like an immigration line

and we're supposed to be somewhere at 4:00 p.m.,

but we gotta drive somewhere.

And it's already 2:30 or something like that,

so we're not gonna be able to make it to the top.

Just so packed.

I mean, that's our fault for coming on Sunday,

but this was my only day to come,

but I'm still happy I came,

and you can still get amazing views

just from this first ledge here.

(people chattering)

So if you can come on a non-weekend, or an off-peak time,

I would definitely recommend it.

Anyway, still worthwhile to visit

and that Barbacoa.

Oh man, that was the highlight.

That was so unbelievably good.

It's a little bit off the beaten path

but it's so worth it if you love lamb

and if you love food.

I'm gonna end this video right now.

We're just gonna drive into Mexico City from here.

Why I Changed My Mind About Illegal Immigration - Duration: 6:59.

While I was researching my family history, I came

across something that kind of stopped me in my tracks.

This is my great grandmother.

She was from here in the United States.

But this is my great grandfather.

He was an immigrant from down in South America.

I have their marriage certificate right here.

When the two of them got married in 1911,

due to the laws at the time, my great grandmother

actually lost her American citizenship

because her new husband wasn't born in the United States.

Now, she didn't realize that this was going to happen.

In fact, apparently she went to go vote for the first time

after the 19th amendment passed and women got suffrage,

and they told her ma'am, you're not an American.

You can't vote.

It's kind of crazy if you think about it.

She never even left the United States

to go to Canada on a vacation,

and all of a sudden she was no longer an American

because of the man that she married.

Now, that law eventually did get changed,

but it got me thinking about what it's like

to be an immigrant in the United States

and struggle with legal status issues.

This is not something that I've

ever had to think about before.

And so I decided to sit down with a group of people who have

firsthand experience with this a hundred years later.

(upbeat music)

Thank you guys for meeting with me.

For me, immigration is not an issue

that I think about at all.

I was born here, and I've lived here all of my life,

but I've had to constantly think about immigration

because my parents were undocumented

for a really long time and so was my sister.

I'm only a year older than my sister is and so

when we were younger my mom would dress us like twins.

We've always done everything together.

And so to just have all of the

milestones that I was going through.

Going off to college and graduating high school

and all of that, she was doing the next year.

But she couldn't do it the same way that I was doing it.

I came to this country when I was nine years old.

I came with my family.

You don't feel like you're different.

You speak the language.

You know the culture.

I was the biggest Backstreet Boys fan

and I went to so many of their concerts

and I mean, I just didn't feel like an outsider,

but you are made to feel like an outsider.

When you're 16, then you take driver's ed.

In order to get the license, you needed

a social security card, and I didn't have that.

And that was the first time that I

kind of realized oh there's something wrong,

there's something different with me.

I always knew we were undocumented just because

I remember the day we crossed like it was yesterday.

My friend Marilu graduated high school

when she was just 16 years old.

The day that it really hit me was when I went

to see my high school counselor to inquire about college.

His words were Marilu, you cannot go to college.

And I said why?

He said you don't have a social security number.

Obviously he saw my reaction, me getting upset,

and then he tried to play it off

and he said but you know what Marilu?

I have this cousin.

He's like 50 years old and he has no teeth,

but he's looking for a wife.

And that was his way of playing it off, making a joke.

It hurts to know that there was

a part of your life that was taken away.

Because we all wanted to go to college.

We all wanted to have opportunities.

We all wanted to have a job that paid the bills.

It sounds like it's so difficult coming to America

as an immigrant and living here undocumented.

Why would you want to come here in the first place?

I was brought here as a child so I had no say whatsoever

in me coming to the United States.

I wasn't, you know, tortured or brought against my will.

I came with my family.

And the other reason is that our country got

in a civil war because this country got in the middle of it.

The United States was the one that decided

that the military was gonna take over.

When you look at Latin American

political and economic instability in the last 50 years,

some of which was inadvertently caused

by U.S. intervention and the war against drugs,

and you compare the number of people

who want to come to the United States

versus the number of visas that are given out each year,

it's not hard to figure out why for many people

bringing their families to the United States

even without permission seems like the best option.

That's the only salvation that people have.

That's the only promise land that we hear about.

People don't understand the laws

that are already in place or that have historically existed

like you were talking about your great grandmother facing.

This is not to say that we are victims.

We can't indulge in our misery I guess you could say

because we gotta keep moving forward,

especially to provide for our families.

Today, more than 90% of the people living

in the United States are either immigrants themselves,

or like me, they're descendants of immigrants.

Some of our ancestors came here

because they were fleeing persecution.

Others came here because they were desperate

for new economic opportunities for their families.

And some of our ancestors were

brought here as slaves against their will.

But there's one thing that binds us all together.

We are a nation of immigrants.

You can't say that of hardly any

other country around the world.

There's something uniquely American

about having the strength, the perseverance,

and the grit to leave everything that you know behind

and go to a new place to start a new life.

When we think about unauthorized,

undocumented, or illegal immigration today,

if we're going to be honest with ourselves,

we have to recognize that slamming the door shut

on hardworking families who are caught up

in a deeply flawed immigration system

would not only be cruel, it would also be a betrayal

of our own shared heritage and history.

If we're really going to honor our ancestors,

we have to live up to the ideals that they engraved

on that famous Statue of Liberty plaque.

Give me your tired, your poor,

your huddled masses yearning to be free.

And while we're at it, let's not forget

that lady liberty is an immigrant herself.

She may not have an accent,

but she was originally from France.

(upbeat music)

By the way, I ended up making an entire

documentary film about discovering the life's work

of my immigrant great grandfather.

Turns out he wrote music and some

of that music had never been performed.

We ended up performing it for the film

and you can watch that documentary at this link.

If you like this video or thought it

had an important message, please share it

or subscribe to my YouTube channel.

If you hated this video, you can

tell me how wrong I was on Twitter.

National Coverage Determinations and Denials - Duration: 7:46.

This question, speaking of the compliance and regulatory on the NCD (National Coverage

Determinations)

Q: 'I'm seeing a ton of denials for NCD 20.4. Do you have a link to this NCD?

I pretty much know this is a diagnostic code issue, just not sure what diagnosis code they

are wanting.

A: I just simply did a Google search on NCD 20.4 and this is what I found. Im going

to do it right now live, NCD 20.4. Dont be afraid to use Google to do work searches.

A lot of people dont realize that it will yield exactly what theyre looking for.

Oftentimes, if you type it in exactly how youre thinking the question, it will get

you even closer to a page that will give you what youre looking for.

Here it is, it took me right to the cms.gov website 20.4, is the very first hit, it is

exactly what I was looking for. Thats the link that they ask for. This one happens to

be about the implantable automatic defibrillators. It gives you the policy number, the effective

date, and it goes into what it is. It consists of a pulse generator and electrodes for sensing

and defibrillating the heart.

Then, heres what theyre really asking, the indications and limitations of coverage.

What is a reason that they can have this device that it would be paid for? If theres a

limitation, then theyll know what it wont be covered for. This is a very long and complicated

NCD. A lot of times your National Coverage Determinations will result in a local carrier

one because they have a contract with Medicare to carry out their decisions, so they would

read this and theyd come up with a local carrier one, the LCDs. So, NCD and LCD is

often talked about at the same time, but it normally starts with an NCD.

I got this little explanation from CMS itself. Basically, its telling us that an NCD sets

forth the extent to which Medicare will cover specific services, procedures, or technologies

on a national basis. Medicare doesnt cover everything. So these will help communicate

what they do cover and under what circumstances.

Medicare contractors are required to follow NCDs. If an NCD does not specifically exclude/limit

an indication or circumstance, or if the item or service is not mentioned at all in an NCD

or in a Medicare manual, it is up to the Medicare contractor to make the coverage decision.

Prior to an NCD taking effect, CMS must first issue a Manual Transmittal, CMS ruling, or

a Federal Register Notice. So, they need to somehow communicate to the public about

this coverage determination. That issuance, which includes an effective

date and implementation date, is the NCD. And we just looked at what one looks like

on their website. If appropriate, the Agency must also change billing and claims processing

systems and issue related instructions to allow for payment. Once they determine

that its going to be covered, then they got to update their billing manual that tells

them how to do that.

At any rate, that is what an NCD is. If you have an encoder like Find-A-Code, they will

also include the NCD, so I went and looked for it today and if you go to Find-A-Code,

its under their info menu, Medicare and then NCD. I made a little quick link so we

could jump right to it This is where they list out all the NCDs and

so the one we were looking at was I think 20.4, its in the cardiovascular system.

These are all hyperlinked and then well expand. Here it is, 20.4, we could just click

on that. Im not signed in, that might be helpful

This is what theirs looks like. Its going to give you the header from what we just saw

on the CMS website, theres a transmittal you can go right to that PDF. It gives you

the coverage guidance, is what we were just talking about, the indications and limitations.

Coding information these all say non-listed currently. I actually talked to Taylor from

Find-A-Code today via email. He said this has been a project that theyve been working

on, they hope to be releasing it in the first quarter of 2018 where youll actually see

some codes that theyre letting you know would be covered. Kind of like how they do

for LCDs. The problem with NCDs is they give generic information. They dont link it

to diagnostic codes.

Like here, theyll say coronary artery disease with a documented prior MI. What is that in

an ICD-10 code? Thats what were looking for. Thats what the questionnaire was saying,

Im sure it has to do with the diagnosis code. I am, too. You probably dont have

a covered indication that youre submitting. So, the answer is, unfortunately you have

to really kind of slug through this and figure out if your patient youre trying to bill

this for has one of these indications. If they do, then you might have to appeal that

denial. Thats pretty much how that works.

You can also look at related LCDs because sometimes they give you more insight or they

might actually give you some codes to look at. It really is quite a big research project,

but it will pay off if your practice is doing these on a routine basis. You do your research

once and it helps you position yourself to capture the most revenue that you deserve

and helps

you be better prepared to know when you need to get that ABN (advanced beneficiary notice.)

So, you can see how this all fit into that compliance and regulatory concept. Hopefully

that will help with that one.

We try BOUNCE trampoline park VLOG - Duration: 13:33.

Hey, hey! It's 07:41 AM and we're on our way to..

Yes!

A few weeks back we asked you to wish for a 30K video special. Several viewers wanted us to go to a

trampoline park. So we're on our way to Bounce.

We have to admit that many asked for a vlog week or vlog month. Unfortunately we don't have time for that.

Because we're both working too much. It might be possible later on.

Exactly.

Alma! Something exciting happened yesterday. Take the camera and show them.

I have a gap.

Alma has lost her first tooth.

Hussein is joining us today and we're very happy about that.

It will be fun.

Oh, I hit my head.

Are you excited?

Yes I am!!

We're going to Bounce.

Yeah, and you've got a bouncy hairstyle.

Join us!

We're here before it's open to the public. So we'll have the park for ourselves.

Yeah.

Come on. Keep going.

Hi.

I have bracelets for you.

I want your left arm.

Perfect.

Nice.

We've never been here before.

We have 3 safety rules: One person on each trampoline. Don't jump on the colored trampoline edges.

Don't do any tricks above your level. If you can't do a back flip, don't do it. The park is all yours.

Yay! Fun!

Look, I got these bounce-socks.

Look, how cool!

Did they give them to us?

Yes.

Neat! Are you ready to jump?

Yes!

You can't jump on the same trampoline.

It's scary!

Really? Should I try?

I have to train to get strong.

Yeah, the more you train the stronger you become.

What are you doing?

What's happening?

Watch out Harry!

This is super fun. You get an endorphin kick.

Come on kids, let's try the next room.

We're coming. Let's jump in here.

This place is huge!

What happened?

I strained my foot on the pro wall. I couldn't reach the top and I didn't turn as I fell backwards .

I landed with my foot in the wrong position.

You're lucky there's staff here.

Yes I am, thank you so much.

I will wrap the bandage again in 15 minutes. Keep your foot high.

Perfect, thank you. I will lie down for a while. Look, an audience.

They open for the public soon.

Can I find new friends?

I think so, just ask.

You can make new friends if you want.

Hello, all bouncers. We will open shortly.

Alma keeps jumping to make new friends. The rest of us are very tired and daddy Axel is injured.

Does it hurt?

Yes, but this is what happens when a dad thinks he's 20 years old. That's me, so stupid.

What do you think? Did you have fun?

Yes!! We are so tired.

I forgot to bring my woolly hat.

You can have mine.

Alma, what do you think?

I had fun.

It was super fun!

Hussein?

It was cool. But you're injured. How are you?

I'm fine, I had lots of fun. It's no problem, I've hurt myself before. Let's go and eat somewhere.

Yes!

Harry, what did you enjoy the most?

The slide.

It's 10:30 AM and we're having a very early lunch. But we need it after all that jumping. Or what do you think?

Yes, yes we do.

The entrance is over there.

They're eating.

They told us that 10 minutes on the trampoline burns as much as 30 min of running. And we jumped for long.

Are you full?

Yes I am.

Are you full?

Yes, yes yes.

Are you full?

Yes.

And I'm full. Lets go.

We met some viewers in there.

It's always fun.

There was a little boy..

He wasn't little.

Ok, he was 4 years old. He got nervous as he saw Harry and then Harry got nervous.

No I wasn't.

Ok, Harry don't think he was.

Some viewers have asked if we're fine with people approaching us. We do.

It's fun. And much better than being photographed without knowing. That's happened.

It's more fun to take a photo with us. Do that instead.

We're going home to rest.

Not me.

It's 4:20 PM

Where is everyone?

They're sleeping.

Still?

Yes, even Hussein.

What about you?

I'm sitting here eating a banana.

But you've slept as well, right?

Yes.

How's your foot?

It's swollen. It's a big bump here. I can't move it without pain. But I'm happy anyway.

I feel sorry for you.

No, don't. I had lots of fun.

What points do you give trampoline park from 1-10 on the family fun scale.

Eight.

Wow, and you?

Eight.

Two hours of bouncing. So much fun. We had to sleep after that.

I dreamed that I was jumping on the trampoline.

We get quite a lot of questions regarding who Hussein is and why he is living with us.

And it's hard to know if you haven't followed us for long. We are foster family to Hussein.

Hussein is a part of our family but he's not part of every vlog. He's always welcome to join in though.

Yes, thank you.

We have a Question of the Day.

Yes, many people have asked this. Among them Swedish Hunter Eriksson, Nova S and Sonja Vetro.

They are wondering; Will Hussein join the family on the trip to Cape Verde?

I wont because I don't have a passport. I have to apply to get a passport

Yes, Hussein is not a Swedish citizen so it's not that easy to get a passport.

During the week that you're gone I will babysit a boy and go to school.

We hope that we all can travel soon.

Yes.

When we all have passports. Both Alma and Hussein.

Hold on, doesn't Alma have a passport?

No, it hasn't arrived yet. But it should be here any minute.

Thank you for watching this video. Please give us a thumbs up or down.

I speak in a microphone. Comment and subscribe.

And keep posting questions. See you soon. Take care. Bye! Bye!

Should I Incorporate my business - Duration: 1:40.

Hi everyone, my name is Ola Sulaimon.

This is going to be the first of my several other videos where I am going to be explaining

this question, Should I incorporate my business now.

At times when we start our business, we want it to grow gradually, we don't want the

burden of other stuff that you deal with when you start a business.

So we register our company with HMRC as being self-employed.

As time goes on the business grows and you are thinking is it time for me to incorporate

now.

Now, to do that you have to register with the Companies House, or better still get professional

help to do that.

The main issue here is the limited company is a different entity from you now from the

incorporation.

By transferring your business to the limited company is a chargeable transfer to capital

gains tax and you should be paying tax on that.

Now, the good news is if you meet some conditions you can automatically qualify for incorporation

relief.

The conditions are: all the assets of the business must be transferred except cash must

be transferred to this new business.

The business you are transferring must be going concern one and must be transferred

in exchange for shares in this new company, either partly or wholly.

In my next few videos, I am going to be explaining some of the advantages and disadvantages of

incorporating your business, if this is the right time.

Thank you very much, my name is Ola Sulaimon.

Big (大) fan.

Um, by the way, "大" is Japanese.

This is...

[Shinobu] when you were 14-years-old?! [Rino] Yes, yes, yes! That's right.

That was...

When I was a 5th grader in elementary school, due to the influence of my mother, we watched Michael Jackson's videos together.

As such, I became a fan; and when I was in 2nd year middle school, when he came to Fukuoka Dome,

I told my mother that she must absolutely bring me to the concert, so in this photo,

when I saw Michael Jackson for real, I decided that I absolutely must go to America.

Eh, like that...?

That was a moment which changed my life.

This... you were 14 at the time. When did you go?

Eh?

To America.

Ah, I went to America when there was a transfer student program during high school, in 1996.

Then I came back, but was unsatisfied; I absolutely must go to America, so I studied and went there again when I was 19.

Wow, then you've must have endured much for it. Your resolve must have been quite strong.

Yes.

I couldn't think of doing anything else other than that.

You couldn't think of anything other than Michael?

Nothing else, no option.

I've also been to a Michael Jackson concert once in Tokyo Dome.

Eh?! Which one?

Um, which one? Um...

It was probably before the time he even came to Fukuoka Dome.

Was it the "Bad" tour?

Ah, that's it!

Oh no!

Eh? What is it?

I didn't go. I didn't go to the "Bad" tour at all.

It was that one where Michael Jackson went "pew!" and instantaneously teleported, that stage performance.

Yes, yes, yes.

That was really cool.

Together with the beat they go "whoa", like that?

Yes, yes!

That was the best.

Yes.

But, what's so good about Michael Jackson?

Oh my god.

Man, I can't express it. Not with words.

You can't express it with words?

No, how- what's good about Michael Jackson to you?

Well, to me, I felt that he was like a person from another dimension.

Firstly, people go crazy. I mean, he's the kind of person who can make people feel that way.

I see.

You know, like you see fans go "kyaa!" on television?

Well, when Michael Jackson appeared, I was like that.

[Shinobu] Such an influential person, right? [Rino] That's right.

I understand that feeling.

Already, before he influenced me,

of course he changed my life,

but through Michael's music,

there can be peace; he's the kind of artist that has that power to do so and I still believe that even now.

So, in a sense, he's a kind of person who transcends music.

Mm, as an entertainer, amongst everything in the world, and everything in me, there's nothing like him.

Like a god?

I wouldn't say god, but...

a saviour of lives, I guess.

To that extent?

I do think so.

Thanks to him, I was saved.

Well then, Miss Nakasone.

By the way, did you manage to work with Michael?

No!

Ah, you didn't?

But, but... I managed to go for the "This Is It" audition.

Ah, you did?

So I was able to dance in front of Michael in person, and just that opportunity was... sick!

It was awesome?

Yes.

So, after that is this here about Janet Jackson?

Turning point #2, right?

It says, "Waiting for the results of the audition, knees giving out to the pressure of returning home..."

Now, for Miss Nakasone Rino's turning point #2.

Waiting for the results of Janet Jackson's audition, what could this be?

Thanks to Janet, the visa is renewed! The trigger being a coffee shop.

*screams*

Yes, there's the scream. Today's the second time.

What's this?

No, firstly, I am a big fan of Michael.

But I'm really into Janet.

Basically the Jackson family?

That's right. At first, I really studied and learned a lot of Janet's dances by myself.

These two have been kind of like my teachers.

And, when living in America, you need a visa.

When my visa was going to expire,

I came to know some information regarding Janet's audition, and I accepted it.

But it's not so much of a "last hope", I just told myself that I'm not going to be denied of a visa even once.

I absolutely will not give up. I think to myself, I must stay in America.

And it was nice timing that this opportunity came, so I went for it.

And the result?

The result, I was eagerly waiting for the result.

But it was bad, I had to go back to Japan soon.

Because your visa is going to expire.

That's right. So my lawyer said that doing this is risky and that I should return to Japan and wait for the results.

Oh my god, I have to go back, and when I thought of that, well, I love coffee by the way. At that time, I went to Starbucks everyday.

So, I was thinking "should I go to Starbucks today?" while I was driving.

Somehow, my body, by itself, drove to a different coffee shop.

Eh?

Right!

Really?

Yes!

Hey, this is sick, it's like I was guided by someone.

So, I wasn't questioning why I went to a different coffee shop, somehow it was all just natural.

Right, so I stopped, got out, and when I went into the coffee shop, someone turned to look at me and it was Janet's choreographer.

Ehh?!

Really?

I was really anxious and impatient.

I was like "Oh my god! Oh my god, I'm so glad to see you!"

And he was like, "what is it?" He was so chill over there and when she asked me "what is it",

I said, "Man, I've been waiting for your response. I'm in a bad situation where I have to go back to Japan or else..."

He said, "Ah, don't go, you're hired."

At that time,

You received the answer right there?

I received the answer right there, and at that instance, he made a phone call to arrange for my visa.

Thanks to Janet, my visa was renewed and I did not have to go back to Japan.

Eh? This sounds kind of absurd.

It really is a miracle. Because it was my idol, and

in an unlikely coffee shop that I should've never been to, the fact that he was even there, was so impactful and it really saved me.

So if you haven't been to that coffee shop...

I wouldn't have made it.

you would have not gotten the result, and worrying about your visa, you would have returned to Japan, right?

That's right.

That's... that's a perfect coincidence.

Amazing!

It is!

It's quite amazing!

Eh? So does this mean you went together with Janet on her tour?

I didn't go!

Why?

Why is that?

Yes, why?

No, I'm asking you.

Well, at the same time actually, I got an offer to participate in Britney Spears' world tour.

Eh? That wasn't an audition?

It wasn't an audition.

It was a nomination.

Yes.

And in the end?

So, of course aside from Janet being famous too, she saved my visa.

When I said I want to do Janet's tour, Janet said, "No, no. As a dancer, you will learn a lot from the world tour."

"You can still work with us in future, so please go for Britney's tour and grow as a dancer."

and she gave me a push in the stoma- I mean ba- stomach-

Oh, not in the stomach. A push in the back, right.

She gave you a push in the back and told you go forth, right?

Well, I guess it doesn't matter which way she pushed though.

*laughs*

So, that means you chose to go for Britney's tour?

You're really curled up when you're laughing, are you okay?

I'm alright.

So, you went to Britney's tour. Were you able to work with Janet after that?

Actually, after that, she hired me as a choreographer.

[Audience] Eh? (in awe)

Wicked!

And--

Ah yes, that time.

Wait a minute, so for a dancer, being a choreographer is something pretty grand, right?

Well, I guess it is.

Right?

Right.

Ah, so your status has been raised?

What do you mean by "raised status"?

Um, I mean, a promotion to a higher position, like a superior.

Ah, yes.

This picture's about that?

That's right, it was taken at that time.

This broadcast is sponsored by the following.

Now, let us move on to Miss Nakasone Rino's turning point #3.

The trigger for Girls Generation's choreography is...

What could it be?

A YouTube video that was randomly uploaded, seen by Girls Generation's manager, ended up with an offer.

YouTube is here. This is...

This is where I caught up with the generation.

You did caught up with the generation.

Also, YouTube was not popular yet at that generation.

It was at that time?

Yes. And I didn't even know who recorded the video.

Ah, it was just randomly uploaded?

I was teaching a class in America.

At that time, someone just randomly recorded and uploaded a video of that class.

And it was already up online.

So, well it's written here Girls Generation, but actually it was from a group called SHINee.

Ah, I heard of them before, yes.

They were looking for a choreograper for SHINee's debut.

And they saw this YouTube video of my class, so firstly the offer came from SHINee.

From that same agency, it was SHINee first, then Girls Generation; and from there on it is as everyone knows it.

Ah, well...

And that's how it came to be.

The choreography of Girls Generation, to me, I thought it was extremely cool.

Ah, really?

Yes. That was choreographed by Miss Nakasone, right there!

Oh yeah.

This is something all middle-aged men of the world would be captivated by. Really.

Right.

It's really good!

You know, those girls were really amazing.

Amazing.

Yes, they have really good teamwork.

Each of them showing their own personality, it was truly beautiful, I love it.

But you know, I was thinking about this person who saw the YouTube video that was randomly uploaded.

For that person to even start scouting for talent on choreography there feels kind of something only foreign countries would do.

Korea is awesome.

They immediately take that opportunity when they recognize something good.

Man, Koreans are amazing when it comes to information.

Amazing.

They absorb it just like that.

How did you communicate with them, with English?

Oh, it's fine, it's fine. (괜찮괜찮)

Eh, wait a minute.

Did you just speak Okinawan just now?

No, no. It's Korean.

Ah, Korean? What did you say?

"It's alright, it's alright."

It's alright?

Yeah.

But you're not so fluent in Korean, right?

That's right. I only started learning it when I went there.

I taught in English when I was there.

Ah, so you taught them using English?

The Koreans understand it just fine. They can speak English and Japanese it seems. I think it's amazing.

Aside from speaking, the vitality needed for this is amazing.

Really?

It's kind of like "chanpuru."

Eh? What's that?

"Chanpuru"

Ah, a mix of various things?

Yes, yes. It's like, all the things we've experienced and the cultures we were exposed to are mixed together; it comes out unique for each person individually.

It's the same way for my choreography as well.

So when you decided to go there, you had to quit your previous job, right? Then, they hired you?

At the time, if you feel nervous or anything, everyone's it in it together and all, but have you had any negative thoughts?

Yes, I have.

You have?

I have.

For example, today's talk is broadcasted live.

That's right. Oh my god! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Eh? What was that just now? It was kind of hard for me to understand.

But, even with negative thoughts, everyone seems to brighten up like right now.

If it was me, I definitely can't do it.

If it was me, I think everyone here would be dumbfounded.

You need to have that kind of influence too, right?

Ah, is that so?

It's kind of like, you have to give off that vibe. That power.

I think so. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

In America especially, right?

Yes, if you're not good at that, you won't stand out.

You won't be noticed, right?

And at the very start, you went straight to America and was able to achieve that.

I think I managed to do it when I went for the audition.

So right now, you've done so much from there, you're now at this age (37).

Yes?

I was thinking, why did you return to Japan?

I guess, to be able to be renowned for my own work as Nakasone Rino, that's actually what I want to do.

Of course, I like dancing too; but I also like many different forms of entertainment.

I would like to challenge myself even more in those areas.

Until now, you have worked hard only as a dancer, yes?

Backup dancer.

So, from here on, as Nakasone Rino,

your work becomes easier.

Yes but, although I would still be happy to do stage performances, there are other totally different areas which inspired me, and I would like to delve into that.

Eh, what do you want to do?

For now, I would like to have chronic fatigue.

Eh? Chronic fatigue?

What's that? You're that tired?

Yes, I have a question.

Go ahead.

I love movies.

Yes, yes.

What's your favorite movie?

Ah, movies that I like?

I mean, the number one movie in your life.

Ah, the number one movie in my life?

Eh, what I have in my mind right now, it's probably "Apocolypse Now."

Um, it's by Francis Ford Coppola.

Oh?

Yes.

I'll watch it.

Ah, you don't know it?

Sorry.

I like the others too. Such as "Godfather."

Right.

I like those types of movies.

I saw one the other day which was quite interesting. Johnny Depp's Black Mass?

For me, I like those Mafia-type, those dark kind of movies.

Because I have a dark history.

Yes.

You know, today, I truly felt the power of a woman's graceful resolve, so...

Oh!

Yes. For me, I don't really like casual talk.

Right.

I hate casual talk.

Right.

But speaking with Miss Nakasone, I'm okay with it.

Eh?

Oh, I'm happy to hear that.

Somehow, I don't know if this person is really Japanese or what kind of person is she, a guru too in the first place.

But it was a very good exchange.

Ah, thank you very much.

You're welcome.

You'll do your best in Japan this year, right?

I'll do my best.

You'll do your best.

Please cheer for me.

I definitely will.

Oh yeah?

How Do People Buy Guns Legally? - The Legal Brief! (AD-FREE) - Duration: 5:07.

Welcome back to The Legal Brief, the show where we CRUSH the various legal myths and

misinformation surrounding various areas of the gun world.

I'm your host Adam Kraut and today we're going to tell you the truth about the gun

buying process.

After the tragedy in Parkland, Florida, gun control has been trotted back out as a way

in which we can prevent these incidents from occurring.

While gun control advocates continue to push for more restrictions on law abiding citizens,

it has become rather clear that a number of people are undereducated on how guns are bought

and who can actually buy them.

It's worth noting that when we are talking about gun laws, federal and state law comes

into play.

Let's start with the most common misconception.

Background checks.

No one is able to walk into a gun shop or gun show and buy a gun from a dealer without

undergoing a background check.

Federal law requires that a dealer complete a background check on the person purchasing

a gun prior to transferring the gun to them.

The person must complete a form called the Firearms Transaction Record or 4473 which

contains a number of questions related to federal prohibitions.

Questions on the form include things like whether the person is subject to a restraining

order, been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment, whether

they've been dishonorably discharged and if they've ever been involuntarily committed

or adjudicated a mental defective.

We actually covered the ins and outs of the 4473 and prohibited persons in separate videos

which will be linked in the video description.

Now, I know what you're thinking.

A person could just lie and get a gun.

Not quite.

After the form is completed, the dealer must run a NICS check, otherwise known as the National

Instant Criminal Background Check System, on the person.

Some states, like Pennsylvania, are point of contact states, where the dealer contacts

the state police who then in turn contact NICS.

Either way, NICS gets contacted.

NICS is run by the FBI and contains a repository of information which, among other things,

pertain to the criminal records of people.

The system tells the dealer they can either proceed with the transfer, delay the transfer

(meaning NICS looks to obtain more records or information about the individual attempting

to purchase the gun before making a decision) or deny the transfer.

If the background check system denies a person, the dealer is prohibited from completing the

transaction.

In other words, they don't leave with a gun.

There are a variety of reasons that a person can be denied.

As I mentioned before, those reasons include things like being subject to a restraining

order or being a felon.

On top of that, states have their own prohibitions which go beyond that of the federal government.

I've included a link to Pennsylvania law as an example.

Currently, the federal government prosecutes less than 1% of individuals who attempt straw

purchases, which is a fancy name for buying a gun for someone who can't legally possess

one, or making false statements on the 4473, since a person is certifying their answers

are true under penalty of perjury.

This figure was relayed to me by a representative of FBI at the NICS Retailer Event.

Federal law also prohibits a dealer from transfering a handgun or ammunition to be used in a handgun

to an individual under twenty one years old.

Eighteen year olds may purchase a shotgun or rifle and the ammunition to be used in

them.

There is also no lawful way for a person to mail order a modern firearm and have it delivered

to their doorstep.

Any firearm ordered online must be sent to a licensed dealer, who then must conduct a

background check.

While some politicians would have you believe that you can walk into a dealer and walk out

with an automatic rifle, that is simply not the case.

It is true machine guns are legal for civilians to own.

However, civilians are banned from owning a machine gun made after 1986.

As a result of market economics, on the cheap end, a machine gun is on average around 7

to 10k.

Couple that with additional paperwork requirements and the tax for a machine gun, the number

of people who purchase them are extremely limited.

It requires a lot of their hard earned money, time and compliance with additional requirements

to own one.

As you can see, gun laws at the federal level are not as lax as some might have you believe.

There are already a number of existing laws that prohibit people from legally obtaining

guns.

However, all the prohibitions in the world don't actually matter if the government

does not enforce the existing law.

And to those out there that are shocked a person is able to purchase a firearm and take

it home the same day, I leave you with this thought.

It's a good thing that law abiding citizens are able to do so.

If you aren't a criminal, you should be able to exercise your constitutional right to keep

and bear arms without a hassle.

Just like you should be able to walk down the street without the police stopping you

and asking for your papers.

Just like you should be able to hold an unpopular opinion, express it, and not fear reprisal

for doing so.

After all, these are your RIGHTS, as enumerated in the Constitution.
