Youtube daily report Nov 19 2018

Hello everyone, in today's tutorial we make baby Jesus

and the crib

with today's tutorial we complete the 3 fundamental characters of the crochet Nativity, which we did together this year

in fact, we started with the tutorials

to make the Virgin Mary

and then we did Saint Joseph

if you have not yet seen these tutorials,

find the link in the information box,

and in the upper right corner

I asked you what other characters

would you like to add to this Nativity

and you have suggested me many,

surely we can not do them all this year,

but certainly we do the ox and the donkey

but today we see how to make baby Jesus

we will work the head and this little blanket

and the crib, separately

because, I do not know how you do,

but in my crib, first you put the crib, and on the night of December 24, you add Jesus child

but stop the chatter, let's start the tutorial

for this tutorial we need:

the chosen yarn (for 4mm crochet), in different colors

a bit of cotton wool, needle and thread

a 2.5mm crochet hook, scissors and a woolen needle

for the head we start with a magic ring

round 1: 6sc

we pull the tail of yarn to close the ring

we work in a spiral, so I suggest you mark

the beginning of the round with a marker or a thread

round 2: (1sc 1inc)x3 (9)

round 3: 9sc

round 4: (1sc 1dec)x3 (6)

after the round, cut a long yarn

and extract the crochet

fill the head with a bit of cotton wool

help yourself with a thin object

insert the yarn into a wool needle

and we close the hole

inserting the needle only in the outer loop of the chains

from the outside, towards the center

we pull the yarn

and we fix the yarn as you see in the video

and the head is ready

we start the small blanket with a slip knot

ch 5

we weave around the chains

starting from the 2nd chain from the crochet

round 1: 3sc, 1d.inc. (3sc in the same stitch),

let's go back to work on the already woven chains,

turning around

in this chain we have woven 3sc

from the next chain we weave

2sc, 1inc (10)

in the 1st round we have 10 stitches

in the 2nd round we weave 11sc

working in a spiral, we count 11sc

in this way

we straighten up the work

we weave 3sc entering only the half chain in front, of the stitch

in this way the half loop behind, remains available

from here on, we begin to weave in rows

row 3-12: ch1, turn the work, 13sc

starting from the 1st sc, we weave 1sc at each stitch

when we have woven the 10 stitches of the 2nd round

the other 3sc we weave them,

in the half chain not used,

of the last 3sc of the previous round

so 11, 12 and 13

in this way the blanket has a double front layer

we weave in this way, up to the 12th row

row 3-12: ch1, turn the work, 13sc

when you work in rows, it may be useful

to put a marker in the first and last stitches of the row,

to identify them easily

so you will be sure to have 13 stitches in each row

when the 12 lines are woven

ch1 and cut a long yarn

and this is the result

we can fold the blanket a little, like this

fill with a little cotton wool

we fix the blanket with a pin

and we position the head

insert into a needle from wool, the tail of yarn of the end of the work

and we sew, creating the shape we want

we can, for example, fold the blanket in this way

with a few stitches, we sew the head to the blanket

and the edge of the blanket

for example, this way

when we have completed the seam,

we bring the yarn in a not very visible position,

we knot and hide

with needle and sewing thread, we embroider the eyes

follow the pictures, they explain better than words

we tie and hide

for the crib:

with the chosen color, we make a slip knot and ch9

starting from the 3rd chain from the crochet

and if you want, entering the back thread of the chains

we weave 7dc

when the 7sc are done

ch1 and cut

this will be the base of the crib

now we prepare many fringes like these

to make the straw, you can use a single color or 2, like me

for the straw I have chosen to use 2 different colors

to make fringes look at the pictures of the tutorial

like these we do others

we hook a series of fringes, all over the edge:

on the chains of dc

in the chains of the side

in the foundation chains

and on the other side

we put another 2 rows of fringes:

1 in the upper part of the dc,

and 1 in the lower part of the dc

let's see how

for each fringe we use 2 threads

even if you're using only one color of yarn

insert the crochet hook in one of the stitches

follow the video to understand how to hook the fringes

we pull well

in the same way we hook all the fringes

we put a fringe in every point of the border around,

as we did with this

and then we create a row of fringes entering the upper part of the dc

how I show you in the tutorial

in the same way we complete the whole row

in the lower part of the dc

let's repeat the same procedure

and so we continue, completing the round of the board,

using 2 wires for each fringe

and then the 2 central rows

a fringe in every stitch of every row

this is the result when we put all the fringes

in the rows in the middle

and lifting this series of fringes

below we can see the fringe circle, of the edge

when you have positioned all the fringes

with scissors

give the shape to the crib

the fringes will be too long and irregular

and with the scissors we give the shape

we want to the crib

the knot of the fringes sometimes tends to loosen

so I suggest you a trick

put a little transparent nail polish on all the knots

in this way the fringes will be blocked

and even baby Jesus is complete

for today the tutorial ends here

I really hope that you like this baby Jesus

and that you are doing the Nativity with me

if you have not seen the previous tutorials of the series

in which we made Our Lady and Saint Joseph

find the link in the information box

and in the upper right corner

with this tutorial the Nativity is complete

we have Our Lady, Jesus and Saint Joseph

I'm waiting for your first pictures,

although I have already received photos of some beautiful Our Lady

I remind you to add this tag to the photos:

#presepecrochetandlove

in this way I can easily find them

both on Instagram and on Facebook

in the next tutorial we make the ox

which, as you can see, is still in progress

Vlog: My Vacation in Thassos, Greece - Duration: 6:01.

Hi there, English Hackers, it's me, Markét, and this is another travel video,

this time from a beautiful Greek island, Thassos, where I arrived yesterday in the evening.

I was quite tired so I didn't let you know yesterday.

I only had dinner and went to bed.

But today, I'm fresh and ready to show you this beautiful island so let's go.

Well, you probably can't see it properly but today, it's the total lunar eclipse.

Over there.

Okay, this is one of the most popular beaches here on the island.

It's called Tripiti Beach and it's well-known for its white sand as you can see over there

behind me.

And I'm going swimming because it's hot so bye bye, see you soon.

We're climbing the stairs to the ancient theatre, acropolis.

It's upon the hill.

And we are in the capital city of the island called Thassos so it has the same name as

the island itself.

That's the view of the capital from above the hill.

It's quite small as you can see.

I think there are only about fifteen thousand or sixteen thousand people living on this

island.

The green area over there, that's the ancient agora (which is a market) and over there,

you can see ferry boats.

This is the city centre of the capital during siesta.

Nobody here.

I'm really looking forward to today's trip, guys, because we're renting jeeps and we're

going to the mountains to explore the area.

It's gonna be great.

We're going to see some waterfalls and we're going to climb the highest mountain of the

island, Ypsarion.

That's Ypsarion, that's the highest mountain of the island and that's where we're going.

And here we are, the top of the highest mountain of the island.

Hi, guys, we've just arrived in Theologos which is a little village in the mountains

and we're having espresso freddo which is our favourite coffee here in Greece and we're

going to explore the village.

And I'm going to show you around.

This is their bus timetable, by the way.

Very "professional" and so confusing.

It's said that if you stand in the middle of this circle and you face your zodiac sign

and you make a wish, it will come true.

So we're leaving.

Bye bye, Thassos!

Waarom tekenfilms en klassieke muziek voor elkaar gemaakt zijn - Duration: 7:43.

This is the opening scene of What's Opera, Doc?

A short cartoon from 1957 made by Warner Brothers,

with leading parts for Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd and of course

Richard Wagner's opera music.

What's Opera, Doc? is a masterpiece

and was even proclaimed best cartoon of all times.

It is also one of the finest examples

of how classical music and cartoons are a perfect pair.

They seem to be made for one another. Why is that?

Why cartoons and classical music are made for each other.

The key figure in the history of classical music and cartoons

is Carl Stalling.

Carl Stalling worked in a theatre in Missouri

where he accompanied silent films with his orchestra or on the piano.

Carl Stalling made a real art

of sneaking his own improvisations into famous tunes.

Between films there was publicity,

made by Walt Disney, who was a young film producer.

Walt Disney one day went to the cinema

and immediately became a fan of Carl Stalling's unique style.

They started working together

and the first result was the cartoon Plane Crazy.

This is also the first time we get to see Mickey Mouse.

That was just the beginning.

Soon Carl Stalling suggested to Walt Disney

to work the other way around,

to start from the music

and create images that would fit with it.

That's how in 1929 the Silly Symphonies were born,

a series of cartoons with a lot of attention to music.

Again, Carl Stalling used his trademark.

He combined his own compositions with well-known tunes,

for example by Edvard Grieg.

That's how we listened to classical music from a young age.

Carl Stalling put classical music on Disney's agenda.

But uncle Walt wanted to take it one step further.

He was looking for a way

to make classical music even more accessible

with a cartoon in which you only heard classical music.

With a leading part for Mickey Mouse

and the great Leopold Stokowski as the conductor.

That was Fantasia.

Fantasia was a spectacular and ambitious project,

but maybe a little too ambitious, because it was a bit of a flop.

Why? Children got frightened watching the film,

because they saw a dinosaur combined with

Le Sacre du Printemps by Igor Stravinsky.

Or suddenly the devil jumped at them

with creepy music by Modest Mussorgsky.

Despite the moderate success of Fantasia,

people like Walt Disney, Leopold Stokowski or Carl Stalling

created the interaction between classical music and cartoons.

That rang a bell with other producers.

With MGM, or with Warner Brothers.

Disney had the Silly Symphonies,

Warner did something similar with Looney Tunes or Merrie Melodies.

And there too, Carl Stalling played first fiddle.

I told you he was a key figure.

Because Carl Stalling moved from Disney to Warner Brothers

to compose music for their cartoons.

There was one condition.

As Warner was also a record company,

every cartoon had to contain one popular song

from the Warner collection.

Not a problem for Stalling.

Once more he combined his own ideas with those popular songs,

but also with classical music of course.

Things had to go fast at Warner.

Carl Stalling composed a new score every week.

And did so for 22 years.

To keep up this punishing pace,

Carl Stalling found a very efficient way of working.

For every scene, he requested a short description and the duration.

Based on that, he composed the music.

As a composer, Carl Stalling has over 600 cartoons to his name.

Of course there are other examples

of good musical cartoons, apart from Disney and Warner.

Think of Popeye, Woody Woodpecker and of course Tom & Jerry.

Classical music and cartoons are a match made in heaven.

But why is that?

For that, we need to go back to Bugs Bunny and What's Opera, Doc?

This example proved that classical music

was a gift for cartoon makers.

Why? Classical music provides a clear rhythm.

It adds emotion.

Classical music is built around action and reaction,

just like cartoons.

And it brings...

...humour.

Classical music was a good financial move.

Making cartoons was a fast-paced business.

If you wanted to use

scores of contemporary, popular music in cartoons,

you had to pay copyright,

while classical music was free of charge.

Last but not least:

Carl Stalling.

He made sure that classical music played a leading part in the cartoons.

He could perfectly manage

the fast, efficient Hollywood studio system,

without losing an ounce of creativity or beauty.

That's why cartoons with classical music

have become part of our cultural heritage.

That's all, folks!

Necron Seraptek Heavy Construct Size and Build Review - Duration: 10:40.

in today's necron video we're going to have a look at the necron seraptek

heavy construct size and I'm going to do a build review to help you when

you build yours then I can put the smaller gun Nick

speaking and welcome to this video and if you want to keep up to date with the

wonders of Warhammer 40k not miss an upload then please subscribe and hit the

bell button so you don't miss a video I upload Mondays Thursdays and Saturdays

every week okay so the aim of this video is to do a size comparison of the forge

world necron seraptek heavy construct up against some other models now before the

size comparison I'm going to do a review of the build I'm hoping that this review

will help you when it comes to you building yours oh go on give us a kiss

best buddies okay so in this part of the video I'm going to cover the instruction

book and just run over some stuff which I've learnt via the book and the build

so this of course is the instruction book a very nice colour instruction book

the list of all the parts etc the first thing you want to do is make sure you

have all of the parts and then you need to wash and dry them so wash them with

some nice hot soapy water leave them to soak for a few hours and then get a

toothbrush and just gently scrub the parts to get any residue off and then

you want to air dry them before you do anything now they come numbered on

little pieces of sprue I would advise you keep them on the sections what I did

is I built one piece at a time using the instruction book and cleaning up each

section and taking them off of the numbered sprue as I went along and it

seemed to work pretty well there was a lot of cleaning up to do I took my time

it took many hours to make this model however each

hour was incredibly enjoyable I really did enjoy this build and the detail of

this model is absolutely fantastic now as we come to the next page in the

instruction book this one had a few problems so when I

got to section 14 I noticed the first error so basically the numbers here are

round the wrong way so where it says piece 34 is actually piece 35 and of

course the other way round there now not a problem you can easily work

out from the picture that that is an error however that was the first error

but not the only one as I moved through the instruction book I also noticed that

the legs here and down here are also incorrect so it says 13 here it's actually

15 and up here where it says 15 they're actually 13

however those were the only errors in the book but of course it's worth noting

that it's also worth noting but if you're planning on doing a detailed

paint job on this thing rather than just dry brushing it which is what I'm gonna do I

would suggest that you don't actually glue this piece on here the underbelly

or these arm plates here if you do that it's going to be very very difficult to

actually paint this model to be fair I'm probably gonna struggle to get my dry

brush in there but if you're planning on doing edge highlighting etc then I would

definitely leave these pieces off in actual fact whilst this model is

incredibly detailed as you build the model you'll notice that a lot of that

detail does get covered up now the other thing to note as well is when you're

building the legs it says glue all of these joints

together then it goes on to say pose the model how you want to what I highly

recommend is you don't glue these together as per the instructions I would

suggest that you do it in this stage here when you're actually gluing the

legs on now it is a bit tricky it took me an hour to glue the legs into

position to get a good pose however it was the most fun

part of the build even though it was tricky now in terms of the gun

instruction books there was no errors at all in actual fact the guns were pretty

simple to build especially this one this one here was a little bit more tricky

mainly because I had a slight warping on some of these longer sections not a

problem I just heated it up with a hairdryer and bent them into place once

done I was able to glue them very easily now if you're interested to know more

about the weapon options and how I magnetized them I've got a video for you

coming up soon showing exactly what I did for now though it's time to have a

look at a size comparison with this awesome seraptek model ok so here is my

seraptek heavy construct I'm absolutely loving this model now I tried to make this

guy as dynamic as I could most of the builds that I've seen so far people have

just been having him sitting there with the big guns as the main focus I'm gonna

try and get mine into close combat as well especially if it's going to explode

so I wanted to make him a little bit more menacing not just with those big

guns but also with the big scything things on the front of him now one little thing

about these scything things is when you build them you build them as if these

here are not glued which was one reason that inspired me to actually put one of

these in the air because I thought that was pretty cool it does however make it a

little bit odd on the ones that are on the floor because they sort of go up and

down I don't really know there's actually any point I might glue this one

in that up position just to keep it flat now I've also got one of his legs on the

back here off of the ground like so again just to try and get that dynamic

look as if he's moving across the table the guns themselves they're magnetized

and if I can get it off there we go

this joint here moves around as well so again you can change the pose up quite a

lot and here we go with the smaller gun as well so really really cool loving the

model but what we really want to do is compare the size to some other models

okay so the first thing to note regarding the height of this model is

that the height can change depending on the pose that you do so if you look at

the forge world pose here you can see it's much lower than my one with my

dynamic pose I've managed to get him to ten inches tall now I reckon you could

get it another inch higher if you wanted to but it would mean having

these joints here quite straight and I think it would look a little bit odd and

of course with my leg in the air that does give me another couple of inches so

let's have a look and compare him to some other models okay so what I'm gonna

do is I'm going to bring some models in starting with some small ones and

gradually getting bigger so you can really see how big this model is so

let's start off first with a scarab swarm so yeah of course the scarab swarm

is a very small model anyway but as you can see he's looking pretty big right

now let's have a look as a necron warrior so of course just a normal

infantry guy now as you can see he is dwarfed under the legs of the heavy

construct right next let's have a look at a Space Marine okay so there is my

rune priest not a primaris marine but just a normal mini marine as they're now

called the seraptek is looking pretty big still okay so next we've got an Eldar

wraithguard again an elite sized infantry model and the seraptek is still huge

against him okay so next let's bring in necron destroyer and once again the

seraptek is still massive compared to him how about a nightbringer

The nightbringer the shard of a star god and of course the

seraptek footprint is huge compared to these very small bases that we've got

ok so let's get some bigger models on the table now I don't own an imperial

knight but I do own an armager warglaive and as you can see the seraptek

is still massive compared to that so this thing is not small so let's go up

in size next up we've got the tyranid mawloc

now I think the mawloc is

starting to get up to the same height that this model could be if you made it

quite flat however in my pose it's still pretty dwarfed

so let's bring in a wraith knight now the wraith knight is sitting roughly to the

top of that body so it's the leg which is making the seraptek even bigger

however that gives you a very good idea of how big this thing is and like I said

it's got a massive footprint as well now the last model that I'm gonna bring in

is a tyranid/hive crone on a flying bass as you can see the seraptek

is still taller than him even without the leg in the air still going to be

taller so this model I think is probably about the right height for the stats

that it is it's a nice size takes a good amount of room up on the table and it

looks very imposing I am really happy with the size but let me know what you

think of the size in the comments box below and if you're not subscribed yet

How to Live Your Best Life with Bipolar Disorder | HealthyPlace - Duration: 3:30.

Hey guys, it's Hannah.

How to live your best life with bipolar disorder.

And I'm going to share with you 3 ways,

based off of my experience living with bipolar 2,

which is treatment, acceptance and embrace.

And I go more in detail about this in previous videos

so subscribe to my YouTube channel and check those out.

Treatment.

The side-effects suck and it's very difficult.

There's no doubt about it.

I went through the same thing and it did not come easy.

But I was assertive.

And I figured out how I wanted to feel

And that's the attitude that I went into my doctors with.

Because I knew I deserved to live a good life

living with bipolar disorder.

And the biggest thing was getting on medications

so that I could do that.

I took my health into my own hands.

And part of treatment, of course, is coping skills.

which, one of the biggest things for me,

is self-help and reading.

And I've shared this book a million times

"You are a Badass" by Jen Sincero.

I bring it everywhere for me.

And I suggest it to everybody.

Or any type of book that helps you

clear your mind and have a positive way of thinking.

Acceptance.

This is huge.

When I first got diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder

I had no plans of coming out.

I was going to hide my diagnosis.

I felt ashamed.

And then I got involved in the mental health community.

And I was around these people who lived with a mental illness

that were wonderful and brilliant individuals.

So I asked myself at one point,

"Why am I so ashamed of this?"

Why am I waiting for society to accept me?

So I decided to accept myself.

And the biggest thing that led me to that

was getting involved in the mental health community, locally.

Also, following people on social media.

Advocates.

And, there are tons of other blogs on the HealthyPlace website

that are available and that are amazing.

Embrace.

When I label a part of myself as the thing

that prevents me from succeeding in life,

that's exactly what it does.

And that's the biggest thing I've learned so far

on my journey living with bipolar 2 disorder.

I take pride in overcoming the obstacles that I have overcome.

And one huge thing that led me to embrace my condition

was learning, on my terms, about my condition.

I stopped letting other people tell me what my mind was,

and all of that.

And I started doing it on my own.

And seeing all these individuals that have lived with a mental illness

in our society,

researching the history of stigma,

and learning about my community

and my condition

on my own -

which made me take a lot of pride in it.

Right now, I am researching "Alice in Wonderland"

and how there are many elements of mental illness

in that children's story.

This really helps me embrace my condition.

We are one.

And we are in this together.

And you should take pride in yourself,

as an individual living with bipolar disorder.

And you deserve to live your best life.

That's really what I want

for those of you living with bipolar disorder.

And, of course, I want to hear your thoughts

and share your experience living with bipolar disorder

down below in the comment section.

And I can't wait to see you next week.

Bye.

After Answering Mueller's Questions Trump Reveals How The Entire Witch Hunt Is A SCAM(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 13:12.

After Answering Mueller's Questions Trump Reveals How The Entire Witch Hunt Is A SCAM

as president Trump starts the final two years of his term he faces new

challenges for the first time he must deal with a divided Congress after

Democrats regain control of the house Robert Muller's Russia probe appears to

be reaching its conclusion and there are new challenges overseas from allies like

Saudi Arabia and adversaries like North Korea we sat down with mr. Trump Friday

in the Roosevelt Room just across from the Oval Office

hoping to explore a presidency at a turning point mr. president thank you

for talking with us thank you Chris very much let's start

with the state of Donald Trump there are a number of stories out there that

you're angry about the midterms about your treatment in the media about the

way you were treated when you were in Paris

one story even said that you were in a quote cocoon of bitterness and

resentment we'll get into all the details later but how dark is your mood

it's very light it's fake news it's disgusting fake news I read a front-page

story in The Washington Post they never even called me nobody ever calls but you

know they they hear I don't even think they have sources I think they just make

it up like it's fiction and I will tell you I'm extremely upbeat the White House

is running like a well-oiled machine it's doing really well I have great

people I will make some changes but not very many I'm very happy with my cabinet

other than you know a couple of exceptions and even there I'm not

unhappy and I will tell you that it's so wrong the reporting about me is so wrong

I'm loving what I'm doing I did well in France I did have a problem where I

wasn't able to go to a cemetery because the Secret Service would not let me do

it we'll get into all of this no no but I'm just telling did the Secret Service

would not let me do it and they made it a big deal you've said a lot of things

there let's try to unpack there's a lot of talk about staff

changes your deputy national security adviser was moved out after your wife

did something I've never heard of a first lady doing before publicly calling

for her removal are you comfortable with the way that went down where it's kind

of looked like your wife was firing one of your advisers well I didn't know the

adviser well really and I know they had a lot of problem I wife did a great job

in Africa and she was not treated properly by the press she really worked

so hard they came to me they wanted to go a little bit public because that's

the way they felt and I thought it was fine

I met with Mira two days ago and we're gonna move her around she was with me

for a long time although I don't know her she's really somebody I don't know

very well but we're gonna move her around because she's got certain talents

but frankly she is not she'll never be put in the United Nations let me put it

that way meaning she's not too diplomat he's not too diplomatic but she's

talented are you happy with Kirsten Nielsen at DHS well I like her a lot I

respect her a lot she's very smart I want her to get much tougher and we'll

see what happens there but I want to be extremely tough what are the chances

she'll be DHS there's a chance but there's a chance everybody I mean that's

what happens in government you leave you make a name you go the people that have

left have done very well the people that have left have done very well from my

white house I like her very much I respect her very much I'd like her to be

much tougher on the border much tougher period back in July you said that chief

of staff John Kelly will be here through 2020 we can say that I wouldn't look we

get along well there were certain things I love what he does and there are

certain things that I don't like that he does if that aren't his strength it's

not that he doesn't do you know he worked so hard he's doing an excellent

job in many ways there are a couple of things where it's just not his strength

it's not his fault it's not his strength such as but I haven't even thought about

John in terms of this but John at some point is going to want

move on John we'll move on so 2020 is no longer written in stone could happen

yeah it could be I mean it could be but let's see what happens I have not look I

have three or four or five positions that I'm thinking about of that maybe

it's going to end up being two maybe but I want to I need flexibility you have

already made at least one big change naming Matt Whittaker as your acting

Attorney General he has a long record of speaking out against the special counsel

and his problem the truth is there was no collusion with the Russians and the

Trump campaign did you know before you appointed him that he had that record

and was so critical of Robert Muller I did not know that I did not know he

took views on the Muller investigation as such and when you found that out I

don't think it had any effect if you look at those statements those

statements that can they really can be viewed either way but I don't think

illusion what do you do when a person's right there is no collusion he happened

to be right I mean he said it so if he said there is collusion I'm supposed to

be taken somebody that says there is because then I wouldn't take him for two

reasons but the number one reason is the fact that he would have been wrong if he

said that there's no collusion he's right he is gonna have to make or could

potentially make a lot of big calls in the Muller investigation if Muller

decides that he wants to subpoena you the Attorney General Whittaker can block

that if mother issues a final report he can decide how much goes to Congress or

doesn't go to Congress you tweeted this week about quote Bob Muller and his gang

of Democrat thugs right yes Whittaker decides in any way to limit or

curtail the Muller investigation are you okay with that look he it's gonna be up

to him I think he's very well aware politically I think he's astute

politically he's a very smart person a very respected person he's gonna do

what's right I really believe he's going to do what's right but you won't

overrule him if he decides to curtail I would not get involved and all these

people that say I'm gonna end the investigation you know they've been

saying that now for how long is this witch-hunt gone on it

and for what since May of something but how long have I been looked at you know

when I've been looked at once again 26 time the day I announced I was looked at

as a candidate with nothing no proof with phony people like McCabe and Stroke

and his lover you had Lisa page his lover these people were looking at me

they wanted an insurance policy just in case I won or Hilary lost and this was

the insurance policy it's a scam there was no collusion whatsoever and

the whole thing is a scam your team is preparing written answers to questions

about not my team I'm preparing written answers Mike I'm the one that does the

answer yes are there writing them out yes yeah they're writing what I tell

them to write are they gonna be submitted at some point very soon yes

I've completed them so you're you are submit wasn't a big deal by the way

wasn't a big deal the answer the questions were asked and answered wasn't

a big deal you know they make it like I had meetings for many many hours I got

the questions I responded we wrote them out I read them once I read him a second

time we made some changes that's it they're very simple but you know why I

did nothing wrong here's my question though you are

submitting written answers to the special counsel about the issue of

collusion but not on obstruction of justice well there was no obstruction to

me if I'm a surgeon I think they probably agree with that your final

position that there's gonna be no sit-down interview and nothing written

or in-person on obstruction I would say probably probably I mean I can change my

mind but probably I think I would've no way I think we've wasted enough time on

this witch hunt and the answer is probably were finished one in a hundred

what honor do its we would I gave very many to say no sir you're right and very

successful actually we gave very very complete answers to a lot of questions

that I shouldn't have even been asked and I think that should solve the

problem I hope itself the problem if it doesn't you know I'll be told and we'll

make a decision that time but probably this is the end

if Congress were to move to either try to cut off any US involvement in the war

in Yemen or to block any arms sales you won't go along well I want to see Yemen

end but it takes two to tango Iran has to end it also and Iran is a different

country than it was when I took over it's far weakened because of what I did

with the Iran so-called Iran deal or an nuclear deal which was one of the great

ripoffs of of all time but I want Sony to stuff but I want to ran to stop also

when Democrats flipped the house back in 2006 and picked up 30 seats

President Bush 43 had a news conference the next day and said we had a thumping

last week in this election the house picked up so far it's 36 seats it may be

on the way to 40 seats and your reaction was that it was almost a complete

victory I won the Senate you don't mentioned that excuse me I won the

Senate I think they said 88 years but this was a this is a historically big

defeat in the house you'd lost 36 maybe 40 seats some would argue that it was a

thumping and I want to talk about some of the ways in which you lost you lost

in traditionally Republican suburbs not only around liberal cities like

Philadelphia and DC but also red state big cities like Houston and Oklahoma

City you lost among suburban women you lost among independents and in three key

states that I think you remember pretty well Wisconsin Pennsylvania Michigan you

lost both the governor's seats and the Senate seats are you ready I won the

Senate and that's historic too because if you look at presidents in the White

House it's almost never happened where you want to see we won we now have 53 as

opposed to 51 and we have 53 great senators in the US Senate

we won that's a tremendous victory nobody talks about that that's a far

greater victory than it is for the other side number two I wasn't on the ballot

well I was you wait would you set you I said look at me I said pretend I'm on

the but I have people and you see the polls how good they are I have people

that won't vote unless I'm on the ballot okay and I wasn't on the ballot and

almost everybody that I went I think they said it was ten out of eleven and I

went against President Obama and Oprah Winfrey and Michelle Obama in a great

state called Georgia for the governor and it was all stacked against Bryan and

I was the one that went for Brian and Brian one look at Florida I went down to

Florida Rick Scott won and he won by a lot I don't know what happened to all

those votes have disappeared at the very end and if I didn't put a spotlight on

that election before it got down to the 12,500 votes he would have lost that

election okay in my opinion he would have lost they would take in that

election away from him Rick Scott won Florida he'd kept to say excuse me a man

named Ron de Santos is now your governor your new governor of Florida a wonderful

man named DeWine he's your governor of the great state of Ohio remember what

they used to say before my election you cannot win unless you win Ohio I won

Ohio we had a tremendous set of victories you look at the victories but

if you can't carry and you certainly didn't carry it two weeks ago Michigan

Wisconsin and Pennsylvania you're not gonna get reelected I didn't run I

wasn't running my name wasn't on the ballot there are many people that think

I don't like Congress that liked me a lot I get it all the time sir will never

vote unless you're on the ballot I get it all the time people are saying sir I

will never vote unless you're in the ballot I say no no go and vote well what

do you mean as much as I try and convince people to go vote I'm not on

the ballot thank you god bless you and God bless america

HOW TO FILM AN ONLINE COURSE | DAILY VLOG 168 - Duration: 10:00.

- So real quick before I go out.

It's a Saturday today and today I am beginning filming

for an all new online course.

(mellow music)

I started filming probably, maybe it was only three

or four months ago, I built a course called How to Vlog.

And I built it because people

in my big online course were asking me,

how do I vlog like you, how do I make videos,

how do I make video for my About Us page?

And I thought I'm not going to tell you, I'm going to show you.

So I built an entire course for them

within the DARETOGROW online course,

my big flagship program.

But then I took it out and I started selling it

to people directly and it's been amazing

because it's generated more cashflow for my business,

more money I can spend on Facebook ads.

It's introduced me to new people,

I got invited onto a podcast because of it,

this led to new clients and it's just been,

it's hard to explain,

it's had a really positive impact on my business

but, do you know I have this motto

of put out your (audio drops) version,

I'm not sayin' that course was sh', it was excellent

but when I was filming it I knew I could do better.

When I was editing it and uploading the videos,

I knew they could look better, I knew I could do more

but I thought, it doesn't matter, you can't make it better

'til you've made it done.

You can't make it better until it's complete,

is probably better English.

So today is the day I'm beginning to refilm this course

and the only way for me to ever get a course live,

is to put a deadline on it.

So, I don't know the date today, maybe it's

about the 8th, 9th, 10th, maybe about the 9th of November?

This course is going live on the 1st of December

and I'm going to start shouting about it next week

'cause for me I need the pressure of a deadline,

I need the pressure of public failure

in order to get it done.

So in today's vlog I'm going to show you behind the scenes

how I make and film an online course

and how you can do it too.

But first, you know the routine,

poor Sasha has been so patient, let's go stretch our legs,

we'll get a coffee from Rachel at Coast

and we'll go on a walk in my favorite place

in Jesmond, I'm not, I don't live in Jesmond.

We'll go on a walk in my favorite place

in Tynemouth, Northumberland Park, let's go.

(electronic music)

Come along, this way.

(door squeaks)

All right, I'm back from my walk, I had a little coffee,

saw a friend, walked Sasha

so she's going to sleep now for a bit.

Now, I'm about to start filmin' this vlogging course

and I want to be really honest with you and say

that just before I begin filming there's real reluctance

in my body, I start thinking, I should make some food,

I should watch a movie, Lisa you work so hard.

I don't know why, it's like the fear of it not working

or the fear of it not being good makes me not want to begin

and honestly, the first few takes I do, the first few bits

of filming is no good and that's what puts me off starting

'cause I just want it to be really good

for the people watching, for the people buying.

I want to tell you that if you watch any of my videos,

especially if you've joined and paid to go on any

of my courses, thank you, first of all,

just know that I didn't wake up and I was like,

oh yeah, super excited I'm filming today.

I wake up and I have a little bit of fear in me,

I have hesitation, I have reluctance to get started,

but I know now through experience

that as soon as I begin I'm glad I did.

And that all those fears, all those worries,

all that beating myself up, goes away.

So, one of the keys I want to tell you is

if you want to film an online course, go and have your coffee,

go on your walk, get dressed, do all of that,

but then begin, don't delay by watching a movie,

don't delay with another trip to the shops.

Get started and just know that the first few cuts

might not be the best

but you have to begin those first few cuts

in order to get to the good stuff

so I'm going to put this on time-lapse,

I'm just going to show you a little bit behind the scene

as I set up the studio,

I shouldn't do that, it's actually a home studio.

So I'm going to set up the studio, start filming

and I'm going to try and film three videos

and then have a break.

(electronic music)

- Okay, so I've just been filming on there now,

so I'm literally just going to press stop on that,

stop the recording

and this is the exact setup I've been using,

so if I go back here,

I've got my two studio lights there, pointing on me,

I've got my Canon 80D on the tripod and then this is cool,

up here I've got an external mic, the Rode mic,

which is pointing directly above me,

meaning I'm going to get really good quality sound.

Now that mic will click right onto the top

of the camera here but

because the camera's a bit further away from the desk,

I've actually decided to detach it

and I've put it on a stand here and connected it

so that the mic is right above me.

Because I've got all of this equipment here

I'm literally havin' to duck under mics, weave in and out.

Don't worry if you want to make your first few videos,

don't be afraid to rearrange furniture in your house,

move things about, move a sofa from one room to the other,

put some pictures up on a wall,

create like a bookshelf style background,

just go the extra mile and create a bit of a studio space

and it will just elevate the feel of your videos

to the people watching.

(electronic music)

Hey vlog, so I am well on my way now.

I've just filmed three videos for this brand new course

and I know already they are so much better

than the original.

And I want to tell you this, okay,

because I keep saying put out your first sh' version.

I don't mean put out a sh*t version and that be okay.

I just mean finish something start to finish,

put it out and make your first few sales

because when I put out my first course,

I called it How to Vlog using you iPhone and iMovie

but then everybody who joined didn't have an iPhone

or iMovie, they just joined

'cause they wanted to learn how to vlog.

So I was almost too clever by being so specific.

So this time I'm doing it and I'm opening up

and it's going to be about how to make videos

for your business, how to grow your business using videos,

within that vlog, about us videos, training videos.

So if I hadn't of launched that first version,

I would never have got that feedback.

Plus I made a few thousand Pounds if I'm honest

from the first version, meaning I could spend more money

on Facebook ads, I've started to build my audience,

I've already had loads of traffic

to the vlogging sales page,

I've got a captive audience of people who are interested.

And the other thing I want to say

is I'm filming these videos and it's awkward

and weird and bumbly getting started

but am I in the flow now, like, I've just knocked out three.

I've got another one which I'm already excited to do,

I'm just going to have a break, get some food, get a cuppa.

But because I've done them before,

the content is flowing so much easier

'cause what happens is you put out your first sh' version.

I don't mean sh', do you know what I mean,

it's like your first, that's the best I can do right now.

And then what happens is, over the next few weeks or months,

your brain's workin' away on how it can be better.

Everything you do you think,

oh, I should definitely add that to the training video

and then you evolve,

your learning and your teaching evolves,

so now when I'm makin' these videos stuff's coming

out of my mouth, I'm like, whoa, I didn't know I knew that.

It's like it feels much more unscripted, much more natural,

I feel 10 times more confident

and that energy is coming across in the training videos.

So again, if you want to build an online course

or launch a vlog or write a book, please, I compel you,

do the first sh't version

'cause once you've done your first version,

you'll learn a lot, you become a new person

and you can make it better and better from then.

(electronic music)

The rest of the stuff.

Today is new memory card day,

meaning I've got brand new memory cards

to go in both cameras and that's exciting

because it means a whole new world of opportunity.
