Toy rental - Duration: 9:36.Children love new toys. But they quickly bored them. Because any toy is good in the hands of a friend (or in his home). When she belongs to you, you stop appreciating her. Given that other toys are very expensive. And in our difficult times, such a purchase was costly for the parents (the trampoline in the picture above costs about 19 thousand rubles). In order not to deprive children of the joy of owning a new toy and at the same time not straining the family budget, some parents agree to take expensive toys for rent (rather than buying themselves; especially since such acquisitions can quickly litter the largest apartment). They come to the aid of toy rental services, which appeared recently in many cities (but far from all). One such rental appeared in Serpukhov (126 thousand inhabitants) - prokat-alinka.ru. The site is designed as an online store, in it you can not only see what toys are available and which ones are used up to what number, but also order your favorite one right there. They can take a toy for a day, week, month or more. And pay a much smaller amount. For example, renting a room trampoline (as in the picture above) costs 600 rubles per day in Serpukhov's rental of toys (1,500 rubles a week, 4,000 rubles a week). For parents - inexpensive if you pay for a week (for a week, children can jump a month in advance). And for the rental of toys 4000-6000 rubles per month for the rental of a trampoline worth 19 thousand rubles - a lot (because it can pay off in this way already in 4-5 months). That is, the service is obviously beneficial for both customers and the owner. And the more our (and not our) industry produces the most diverse, including expensive, toys, and the more the birth rate rises, the greater the demand for such a rental. Because life teaches us to save more and more (the same car sharing, which appeared recently in Moscow and in other Russian cities - this is also a way to save on the purchase of a car - to use it from time to time, for a certain amount, and not to care about buying or credit). What you need to do before starting a business First do a little research on the subject do you have such rentals in your city (for some reason, whether this service is necessary or not, I for some reason have no doubt - definitely, I need it). Despite the fact that in many cities there is a rental of toys, but it does not exist in all cities (it is not in my city, as in most cities in the Nizhny Novgorod region). To begin with, it is enough to use the search for relevant communities on VKontakte (because every self-respecting such service simply has to be there). For example, I learned that in the city of Kovrov, Vladimir region (139 thousand inhabitants) there is no rental of toys (or almost none - you need to check it additionally; perhaps he is on VKontakte with other keywords, or he isn't on VK, and he exists in the city itself). Even if you find in VKontakte an existing group serving your city, do not be lazy and look into it - does it work (for example, I found a similar group in the neighboring city of Arzamas, but it does not work. All entries end in 2015, and the calls of users to respond at least something for hire, no one answers.) And if you live in a big city, then several rental of toys may coexist in it (especially if this city is very territorial and at least one large district is far from the existing services). How to start and grow a business 1. Purchase an initial set of expensive and / or rare toys (such toys will often be rented). I read the story of the creator of one such rental in Moscow - she spent on the initial purchase of 500 thousand rubles. But if you do not have such a sum - you can get out at a lower cost. As an option, buy just a few large toys that other children will probably want to learn - a trampoline, a slide, a swing ... And start to donate them. The first money you receive can be spent on the purchase of other toys. Or, having seen the demand and having calculated your future possible profit with a large number of toys, you can already start looking for some sponsor (sponsors need specific numbers). Or you can shake your family friends - perhaps they will help you out for the first time with their toys. 2. Renting a room (keeping all the toys at home is not an option. They are voluminous and you need to invite people somewhere, show them). 3 Hire an employee to display and issue toys (for those parents who will come after them), as well as a courier - to deliver toys to those who do not want to come. 4. You will need strength and resources for PR. You can advertise in children's clinics, institutions (kindergartens and nurseries). To cooperate with game rooms (you can rent them your toys - for money or in exchange for advertising). The creator of the Serpukhov hire, as I read in her VKontakte group (vk.com/prokat_alinka) - participates in various city events, for example, in the City Day. You can start with other entrepreneurs promoting their products and services in the children's environment - to conduct joint activities. 5. You can start a video channel on Youtube and show videos of how little kids have fun playing your toys. 6. In addition to renting the toys themselves, you can arrange the rental and the necessary things (as does the Serpukhov hire) - the car seat, a baby monitor or a playpen for a train (such things are not a whim, but the most necessary necessity). 7. It is desirable to create a convenient site - for showing all your toys and for their order by parents (like what the entrepreneur from Serpukhov created). If you find it difficult to start an independent business As an option, There is an opportunity to find more experienced partners in this business. For example, I found toyrent.ru's Moscow toy rental service, which itself seeks partners in Russian cities (under franchise terms), read more at toyrent.ru/page/franch/. This rental already has several franchisees in three Russian cities (Rostov-on-Don , Astrakhan and Khanty-Mansiysk). The most pleasant thing about this partnership is that the partner will have a ready-made convenient site for working with clients. For example, this is how the website of a toy rental service in Khanty-Mansiysk looks like (its address is hm.toyrent.ru). By the way, Khanty-Mansiysk is also a small city. In it live only 96 thousand people. So if you are interested in such a business (and even if you live in a small city), and there is no such rental in your city (or there is - despite the fact that your city is big) - you can start it from tomorrow. If customers will break toys Of course, toys can break in the hands of others. And with that you need something do something (otherwise, the cost of repairs or the purchase of new toys will begin to eat up profits). Here's how this issue was resolved by entrepreneur Maria Popova - the owner of the Moscow rental of toys. She talks about it on the page dailymoneyexpert.ru/how-to-make/2016/09/19/biznes-v-krizis-igrushki-v-arendu-11310.html. That is, she enters into a contract which protects it from damage to toys by customers. Even the fact of signing such a contract makes people be more careful about renting things (they understand that if something happens to a toy, they will have to pay much more than the rent). In other words, don't worry about it. Legal registration of various subtleties of work solves all problems.

Get Unready With Me | How Do I Remove My Makeup? | İlayda Akdoğan - Duration: 12:32.Hello everyone. Today I will share with you how I clean my make-up.
Yes I do lots of make up and share them with you here, but we have never spoken about how I take off my make up
Because you have lots of questions about my skin in general, I thought this would be the best video to be shot.
Actually, everything about my skin is very important to me,
I try not to use so many different products. After some point, putting so many different products on my skin tires it out,
and also I think that in the future I would regret tiring out my skin. So I go with minimalism. I mean at least it is like this at the moment,
in the future maybe I will learn some new stuff and try them out. Maybe then, this other way would be better for me,
but if I speak for now, when I keepit minimal, I also feel better on the inside and it feels like I am not trying too hard
The thing we must all know and never forget about make--up is to never sleep with it
I'm not going to lie, I used to do this when I first started make-up, because I was so lazy about taking it off
I had eye-liner and mascara on, I got lazy, I didn't take it off, I lingered and lingered, then, I just slept with the make up on
Then I woke up in the morning and I saw that I've just slept just in the right way, my eyeliner is stil perfectly there! Like wow,
Why would somebody be happy for that? I do really have habits like that, but now, I am really cautious about this matter and I even developed some methods for this.
I will talk about them in the following minutes of the video.
But right now, I have a heavier make up on my face then my regular.
Like eye shadow, water proof mascara( I actually use that often), foundation ect ect, I have a make up on my face, that really should be cleaned.
I don't use any product for cleaning my make up, like these electric make-up removal devices
They actually tell that they are good, it might be good to try out
I haven't tried one yet, so I don't use one for now, so we are just going to move on with cotton.
I am going to tell you about a life changing detail about cotton, the brand is not important, but the shape is.
The square shape cotton is such an amazing thing , especially if you have a lot of make-up on your face,
while you try to take it off, it gets very boring,
and after some point, you start not to care about the places you can not completely clean,
and also we have this habit of cleaning so roughly, we rub our face so hard, it damages our skin.
After we rub our skin so hard, when we touch it with the cotton, our skin starts to get so sensitive, you don't want to clean any longer.
at least I used to live this very often, so that's why, these square cottons have been my saviors.
These clean more make up than regular, so you can skip over the phases which you pore more and more product to clean your face.
With these you also avoid wasting
I also used to like the round make up removal cottons, until I met the square ones.
Normal cotton especially absorbs nearly all the producti and so takes off less make up, and you keepon repeating every step.
These are really the best, for me.
When I take off my make up I use micellar water. This is something that I've been using for a very long time, and I can't give it up.
Me and my mother are constatly finishing one of these. Garnier's double phased micellar water.
I especially like to use micellar water, (let me start cleaning my make up at the same time), because,
one of my biggest fears is that one of the product that I use to get my face oily and cause acne on my face.
I even used to use something more natural, it's even here, see the bitter almond milk. It is also a very nice product
For once it smells awesome. I really get effected from the scent of everything, but I always
pay attention first to scent, and the last thing I remember is also the scent.
OhI got some on my mouth! Yes I do want to take off my make up but not like this!
This is actually really good. I used to apply this to all my face.
Then my mother said, if you use this so much, it will start to make layer of fat under your eyes.
That frightened me a little, because my face is eligible to get oily. It has dry spots and oily spots.
So then I gave up on that, but still I sometimes clean not my eyes but other parts of my face with it.
But we are not as close with it as before. If you don't have a problem like mine, it also removes make up very good and it has a lot more natural ingredience.
Now i put this square cotton on my eye and keep it there while I make these little movements with my fingers.
When you directly try to take off the make-up on your face (roughly), you can pull off your eye lashes. Be careful with that
Let your face connect with the product you use. In my case, I let mine to connect with micellar water, so I can remove easier and don't damage myself.
And when your face is connected with the product, again with slow moves I start to take of the eye shadow and mascara off my eye.
Now as the eye area is one of the most sensitive places on our face, rough moves must be avoided, or else the damage would be bad.
I am telling these completely depending on my experiences, because I used to clean my make up so harshly
and my eye area, especially the edges of my eyes were being damaged so bad, after some point I couldn't touch there with cotton.
One of the best way to remove the water proof mascara is, when you take off some of it, push your eye lashes upwards and clean the underneath of your eyelashes.
But as I said, don't make rough moves, so you won't pull any eyelash out. As I said, look there is none pulled off.
You can't find even one eyelash on my cotton.
Yeah, there is none and only a small part of my cotton is used.
With this I am also removing the product off my eyebrow.
Later, with it's back side, I will clean my other eye.
I generally don't apply any kohl liner to the inner of my eye, so this helps cleaning all the make up on the surface.
But if you are applying kohl pen tot the inner of your eye and also if you say this doesn't copletely clean my make up, you could also use a q-tip,
and the bottom of your eyelashes. That also helps pretty much. If you are applying bottom to end mascara, it is very important for you to clean off all of it.
Especially with waterproof mascaras. I literally pour the mascara, since it is my favorite.
That's why this is a point that should be paid attention to, or else your eye lashes may fall of, especially because of the remainings at the bottom.
Or, even worse, these remainings may even cause sty because of the bacterias it collects. That is really bad.
Especially when I returned from sets, late at night, I think I couldn't clean the mascara very well, and had sties for a couple times for the first time in my life.
By the way, the best thing that cures a sty is garlic.
You cut the garlic into half and apply the essence on the sty, wherever it is. It burns a little,
but it is really one of the most effective ways. You get rid of the sty and it doesn't burn that much as exaggerated.
By the way I cleaned both my eyes with this, and it is still wet, which shows us that the product on hasn't finished.
And with this I will clean the matt lipstick
Taking off these liquid matt lipstiks is really trouble.
I really should wipe it off until it's completely clean. Or else my lips get dried up
Now I am getting to my second piece of cotton. With it now I will clean the overall of my face.
Depending on the density of the make up, I can even finish with one piece. If my eye shadow ect is not so dense, it even finishes with one cotton.
But sometimes there are these moments, like; I came home (this is also one of the tips that I will give) taking off my make up is sometimes not the first thing I do,
because like, I can be hungry, and so I go eat something and the make up stays on my face and I can even put it on hold until bedtime.
And I totally realized that, I start to get lazier in the evening. While I am more productive in the mornings, at night I get lazier.
So that's why I keep the cotton and my micellar water right next to my bed, in case that I fall asleep, or be too lazy to clean my make-up. They are my life savers.
When I keep these at my bedside, I really grab these from where I lay down and clean my face, finish my job.
So when you are too lazy to get up and go to the washroom (by the way I don't always do these steps in the washroom as well), it is very effective.
I keep these at my bedside so that I won't be too lay to take off my make up and clean my face. So, I stay consistent.
And there is also another case, when I have a really heavy make-up on, cleaning it with these can be hard for me, if it is a very heavy make up.
Or if I'm going into shower, I prefer to use a cleansing oil during my shower, rather than first taking off my make up. I use Dior's Instant Gentle Cleansing Oil.
By the way I don't give any must uses for any of these brands, except Garnier's micellar water, because I used it for years. Other than that, you can always find an equivalent.
But currently I use these, so I directly share them with you.
You can also find as effective and more fair prized cleansing oils, gels, soaps and more.
The thing of this is, while in shower, once I get my face moist I squeeze 2 pumps of this to my fing - no to my hand, and it is enough. You can see how little I used.
Since I normally use micellar water, I use this very seldom, so this goes for a long time. But as I say this brand isn't a must. You can also find other brands which are equivalent.
Normally I hate to wash my face with so much water and get myself all wet while I try to wash my face. To be honest, I do sometimes make hanky-pankies.
So that's why I only use this only in the shower.
With the second cotton, I've cleaned all my face and finished all the work with two cottons. Only cleaning of the lipstick was a bit harder, But micellar water is the best.
Because I regularly moisturize my face in the mornings, I didn't apply any moisturizer after cleaning. I only moisturize after cleaning when my make up is too heavy
But since the micellar water leaves a moist layer on my face, it doesn't easily gets dry.
But if my face gets dry after these steps, I moisturize my face with a moisturizer.
But because I don't feel my skin dry right now, I won't apply something and it is really like this, I don't want to make any extra thing to make it look more.
And these were the steps of cleaning my make up.
As I said, using too many products for me is to tire the face, so cleaning my face with the minimals feels easiest, the most practical and the best to me.
So I quickly cleanse my face off the make-up. For now these are my favorite methods.
So these were all the tips that I wanted share. I hope you enjoyed the video.
I want to remind again, that every Monday and Wednesday, (whenever I say this I do this move with my hand)
Every Monday and Wednesday I upload a video, so if you want to get a notification when I do, you can click on the bell next to the subscribe button!

I interviewed spouses in Indiana. I did phone interviews.
I interviewed spouses in Colorado where I was living at the time

them together into the five scenes that make up the play itself.

I think we all realized that we had something really special.

Manchester United stars slammed in extraordinary rant by Arsenal legend - Duration: 2:39.Emmanuel Petit has blasted Manchester United's stars in an extraordinary rant, claiming he felt "ashamed" for the club during the first half of the Bournemouth match
The Arsenal legend let rip at the Red Devils players but says Jose Mourinho is doing his best in charge
Nemanja Matic, Ashley Young and Chris Smalling were all singled out by the World Cup winner
"I don't know but I know that Mourinho is doing his best," he replied to RMC Sport when asked if the players are letting the United boss down
"That's not enough, but I think that a lot of players in his team should really look in the mirror
"Matic first, is it his brother that signed for United from Chelsea ? Except for the last season where he did good he is light years from what he is capable of
"He's not the only one, there's Ashley Young and that's without even talking about the central defence
What are they doing at Manchester United ? "I'm tired of Smalling. You know me, I'm not someone who hammers players so easily
But for him, I've been asking myself for years. These players are not good enough to play in a club as big as Manchester United and that has been going on for years
"The game against Bournemouth after 30 minutes I was ashamed for the United players
I was ashamed for this mythical club, I was ashamed for its history, I was ashamed for Mourinho, I was ashamed for his staff, I thought to myself, but what is this a team of good for nothings
"Guys who don't give it their all who watch each other play. No inspiration. Honestly, it was shameful when you represent a club like that
It was shameful, I've never seen United so bad for thirty minutes, under Mourinho's command

Channel Update September/October 2018 - Duration: 21:34.Channel Update September/October 2018
Hi everyone and welcome to the channel update for September and October 2018.
I know that i am a bit late with my update since it is already early November, but i was not able to get the update filmed earlier. I was either at model shows or had to work the last few weekends.
Thats why the schedule has changed a bit. However, i don´t think it is a big problem to bring out the update a bit later this time.
As always we take a look at the appointments for the upcoming model shows, what happens at the workbench right now, the new kits i got and what you can looking forward to in the future.
As you probably know the centenary for the end of the First World War in 1918 is approaching. In order to commemorate this a model show is taking place in France, in the Alsace region, in the town of Molsheim.
Together with a couple of club members i will take part in this show. The show takes obviously place on the 10th and 11th of November.
I am curious to see how this all works, since i don´t know what to expect there. I don´t know how big this show is, what the skill level of the presented work is like and such things.
It will be very interesting for me to present my work abroad. I displayed my models at a model show in Austria a couple of times before, but to be honest, it does barely count as a foreign country.
I am pretty sure that France will be a different experience and i am looking forward to that. I am looking forward to get some awesome food there in particular. I am certain that i can get my hands on some great local food. I am indeed a "bon vivant", so i am excited for that.
I already spent some thoughts on how i am going to decorate my display table there. Of course i put there some of my figures, dioramas and individual tank models. In between them i want to display a few relicts from WW1, which belonged to my great-grandfather once, who served in this war. I think of things like his helmet, photographs and such things.
That is something different. Normally when i go to model shows i just put my dioramas on the table and thats it. In this case though i want to go a bit further and incorporate some old war relicts into the display.
This will certainly arouse some interest. WW2 relicts are fairly common, one sees them at model shows on a regular basis. When it comes to WW1 relicts this is not that common, because there is much more time in between. Not much is left of it these days.
I am in the very lucky position to own quite a few things from that time. It is a special wish i have to bring it there and show it to the audience.
It is a great achievement for us that we can hop into a car, drive to France and help to create an awesome exhibition there together with the French, 100 years later.
This is probably the greatest achievement of our time in Europe. It is possible to go there without fear for ones life.
In the previous update video i mentioned two model shows for that time frame: The exhibtion in Erding and the big model show in Ried.
I did not have the time to go to Erding. I hinted at that possibility in the last update video already and it actually turned out that way.
It would have been too much for me. No time and too much driving around. I will go there again sometime in the future.
Anyway, i did not make it there, but i hope that all of you, who went there, enjoyed it. I did not hear much about it, so i assume it was good, since there were no severe complaints.
The big model show in Ried took place recently and was great as always. Nothing to complain about. The ambient there is great and the organisation is fantastic. Everything goes smooth and directly, without too much bureaucracy involved. I really like that about this show. It all goes so smoothly.
I also managed to meet some old friends there again, just as every year. I am very happy about that. I enjoy it to get to talk to them and show them my latest dioramas, which i built since the last show.
I also made some new friends there. Thats what i enjoy so much about these shows: You can establish and cultivate some awesome friendships there.
This is important to me, thats why i go to these shows, because i seek the communication and contact. I tend to meet the same people again and again at these shows.
Of course one could spend some money there - thats how it should be at a model show! Some good bargains!
What i got here is a fleamarket find. It is a diorama accessory set by Mirage Hobby in 1/35 scale. I think i bought and used this set about 3 or 4 times already in the past.
It is always good and useful: The little cart, fences, road signs and a telegraph pole. All of it is useful, never a mistake to get that. In this case it did cost me 5€, which are well invested in my opinion.
Besides that i also "pillaged" the MiniNatur booth at the show. The prices are very good there. I got me these little shrubs for example.
I also got this little tree. It is meant for 1/72 scale mainly. I guess it can be used for larger scales, too.
I also got me a 1/35 scale tree. One day i will be able to make such trees myself. I guess it is not that hard, as long as you know how to do it. Until now i have not yet mastered this, so for the time being i will use trees, which can be bought.
Besides that i got me three model kits. I did not have the intention to buy any kits there, but the opportunity was there and the price was good.
They are all in 1/72 scale. The reason for that is: Earlier this year i built the 1/72 scale Flyhawk Panzer II L "Luchs" and i enjoyed that one a lot, so i thought "why not doing some 1/72 scale stuff from time to time?"
I got my hands on the Unimodels Panzer III H. The kit does not look bad at all, so i think i can turn this into something cool.
Then i got the Panzer 38(t) Ausf. C, also by Unimodels. A pretty neat kit by the looks of it.
Finally i got me this Japanese tank by IBG Models. Whats the name of the tank by the way?
"Kou". It is a Kou tank, very interesting. It is much more like the quality of the Flyhawk kit i talked about earlier. These Unimodels tank kits should be fine as well, but they are not equally detailed. This IBG Models kit should be superior, which is no surprise, because it came out much more recently.
The reason why i got this one are some 1/72 scale figures of Japanese tank officers i was given at a different model show some years ago.
The quality of them is awesome. I think they are made by Germania Models or something along those lines. Really superb details!
There is a photograph, which i can pretty much rebuild with these figures and in that picture you can see also a tank like that one. So i got me that tank kit in order to put these figures to use.
As you can see i was pretty modest and did not spend too much money. I just got me a few little things there. It is enough anyway.
Since we are already talking about past model shows: A thing that made me very happy was a little show report about the Augsburg Modelling days 2017 in the ModellFan magazine.
One of my dioramas got printed in there in a pretty big formate. This is a great praise for my work to see some of my work printed somewhere.
It is awesome and made me very proud that my work is considered to be good enough to be shown in a magazine.
Now we have a look at the workbench. Here you can see the Panzer II diorama i am working on for a while already.
In the previous update i was not sure how many figures i should use here. As you can see this has been sorted.
I found a couple of very nice figures with marching poses in my stash. They are by ICM and Dragon. They are ideal, just a few alterations were required. You can tell that by the different colors of the plastic.
I also glued in the tree already. It is a very pretty tree indeed, i got it at the Stammheim model show.
The grave for the tank crew was roughly shaped up with some modelling clay up here in the front.
Next i will add the gun slings to the weapons, using paper and superglue. Thats a detail, which is always missing. Paper and superglue works well.
I also have to make the tank fit better to the surface, or rather, the surface has to fit better to the tank.
I built the model with the swingarms in different positions to adapt it to the surface, but the place of the tank has changed, so i have to make it fit better now. Should not be too hard afterall.
With that out of the way i can soon proceed to get some paint on the models. I am thinking of making a short tutorial about painting a cobble stone road in an easy, effective and realistic way.
This might be interesting. I think it got requested a while ago, now i have the opportunity to show it.
The Phantom II by Revell in 1/32 scale made some progress, too. It does not look like it at the first glance.
I painted these bare metal areas at the rear of the plane and got some red paint on the insides of these flaps down here.
Next i have to mask this off somehow and then i can continue with the paintwork. I am not yet sure if i will paint the wheel wells at this stage and mask them off, or if i do that later.
This is the tricky bit when it comes to aircraft models. I don´t have the routine to understand the way of proceeding entirely.
As i mentioned in the previous update already i don´t have big expectations anymore. I just built this to try out these Hataka paints for this special German camouflage pattern.
The kit in itself is the weak point here, since it is not really good at all. I hope i can turn this into something cool with my painting skills, if they even exist. I hope it turns out presentable.
Due to its size it has a great presence. I also intend to build a small ("small") diorama for it. Nothing too fancy. I am aiming at an airfield.
I got me a pilot figure for it. I would need two pilots actually, but right now i have only one. The VW bus by Takom in 1/35 scale should look nice to it as well.
That is my plan for presenting this model at some point. However, first i have to turn this into something presentable. I am not sure if i can make it. It is a bit of a wreck really.
Recently i started my first figure for my building project about the Thirty Year´s War. It is the Cardinal Richelieu by Black Dog in 75mm scale.
The figure is okay. It requires some filler here and there, which is to be expect when it comes to resin figures.
The belt and straps for the scabbard wasn´t included at all. His rapier would have ended up floating. I added that myself, using paper and superglue. It is rudimentary, but better than nothing.
The interesting thing about this is the base. The base, which comes with the kit, is not too bad actually.
However, it is perfectly obvious that this figure is inspired by a pretty famous painting, which shows the Siege of La Rochelle.
You can clearly see that this pier or whatever it is looks very different. I decided to build my own base in order to come a bit closer to the scene, as it is shown in the painting.
Actually it is not a pier at all, it is meant to be a dam, which was built to seal off the city on its seaside as well. I don´t know how that dam actually looked like, because this painting was made much later.
It does not matter afterall, i just want to reproduce the scene in this painting.
First i formed some stone blocks using modelling clay. Then i built the dam framework using some balsa wood.
The tricky bit is now the water up here. All i did up to this point is soaking a paper hanky with wood glue and using that to roughly shape up the waves in the water.
Much more work has to go into texturing the water. We will see how that goes. I am not very experienced with that.
Another interesting detail is the cannon ball, which is somewhat burried into the stones. It can be seen in the painting as well.
I don´t think a cannon ball can land on a stone surface like that, i guess it would rather bounce off and land somewhere else.
Anyway, it can be seen in the painting, so i incorporated it into the scene, too.
It is certainly interesting to do some scratch building. Normally i don´t do that too often. In this case it wasn´t too complicated up to this point and i think it looks much better than the included base.
I made some big progess with my building review series of the Schneider CA tank by Hobby Boss in 1/35 scale. Recently i published the third part of the review, where we painted and weathered the tank.
It was very important for me to finally finish off at least the tank model, because i want to take it to that model show in France. It fits my display perfectly.
Of course it would have been awesome to have the finished diorama ready as well, but you can not have everything sometimes.
Anyway, the next stage will be the construction of the diorama. Of course i am going to film that as well for the fourth part of the building review. This should finish the series.
I made up my mind on my current way of producing these building reviews. It is a bit cumbersome and i intend to do it differently in the future.
It will become much more enjoyable for me and won´t interrupt my work flow too much. This will hopefully speed up each building review series and makes them more frequent.
Thats my plan for the future, first i have to make some acquisitions, like a proper microphone and such things. This should enable me to do the building reviews the way i envision it right now.
Thats it from the workbench, now we have a look at all the kits i got since the last update.
As you could see my new acquisitions are quite a mix of various subjects. Pretty much every topic, which is interesting to me, is featured in a way.
For example, the various resin and white metal figures in 75mm scale of all these mercenaries from the Thirty Year´s War.
I have a pretty big scene for them in mind. I plan to build that for quite some time and keep buying figures for it for a couple of years already. In the last weeks the purchases for this project have increased, because of my building project.
It is not yet entirely complete though. I still want to add one or two figures to the scene. The plan is to build a fairly big diorama of a battle formation.
I also got me a couple of accessory parts and figures, which are meant for several dioramas i have in mind.
Furthermore i got some models of the WW1 genre, because it is very relevant right now. I want to keep it up, since we finally have some good kits of this subject available. I should be supported. It is and will remain an interesting subject.
My plan for the next weeks is to clear my workbench a bit and finish a few projects. I intend to finish most projects i have on the go one by one farily promptly.
This should enable me to start a few new things. For example a buddy build project, which involves Panzer IIIs in Africa. This has been planned together with another YouTuber for a while already.
These are the things, which are waiting in the line and you can look forward to them. I won´t run out of videos to share with you guys.
So far, so good. I hope you enjoyed this update as much as always. See you again in the next video, your Hamilkar Barkas.

Italy Tuscany San Gimignano Towers, History & Things to Do - Duration: 6:29.Good morning! And another beautiful day it is.
I'm in the town of San Gimignano
with an amazing view
a beautiful day. I don't know if you
hear... crickets and insects singing the birds
are tweeting
so let's go and explore this little town.
Now this little town is famous in Italy
for being sometimes called the idyllic
Italian Tuscany town and it
really has an amazing location built on a hill it
was a medieval walled fortress town
with some very well-preserved towers in the
middle now the towers were merchant towers
and the height of the towers was
a sign of your wealth
at one point there was 72 of these tall towers built in the
city
now, or I say city, village, town
now 14 have been preserved which is that
I think the highest number of any place in Italy a lot of the other places Wars
and Urban Renewal have actually got rid of a lot of the towers but the skyline
of San Gimignano is now famous for these fantastic tall towers that dominate the
centre of the village.
It's a wonderful place to walk around it's not
very big
it's very user friendly
it is quite touristy and if you go in the height of
summer there's lots of activities there's orchestras choirs dancing but
there's still a nice atmosphere there so
take a wander through the streets absorb
the atmosphere sit on one of the many
piazzas and enjoy the views of the
towers imagine the history that has gone
through here it was almost like an
independent town a bit like Siena at one
point but when the Black Death swept
Europe pretty much half of the
population of the village died and it
came under the rule of Florence like
most of Tuscany did and you can see
influences in the architecture from the
Romanesque era right through to the
Florentine times
but after that and after the Black Death
it didn't really grow that much sort of
faded out of history the towers crumbled
and has now got its Renaissance
its second Renaissance as an excellent
tourist place to visit and it
is nice to visit although as I say
it can get a bit crowded and it's a little bit
expensive but go, enjoy, absorb.
It's got the evening
we've had a great walk around the
town see some music seen
the sights
now it's time to sit here and
have some proper food I've ordered beef and Chianti.
Well that was a delicious meal
I'm so full now but it was really nice one of
the nicest meals I have had
but now there's some events
on this evening so I'm looking forward
to them then I'm going to go home,
charge some batteries
come back after dark

The Red Road - celebrating resilience and sobriety - Duration: 5:55.(drums banging)
(people chanting)
- The drumming, you know that,
the heartbeat of the Mother Earth,
to us, that's, you know, life.
It's part of who we are as a people.
- [Eddie] A very good morning to everybody.
- [Audience] Morning.
- Don't let the rain bother you.
I have never seen anybody melt.
(audience laughs)
We'll start of course as we always do,
with honoring the people, first of all, right,
on O'odham Nation, and the San Xavier District
for allowing us to gather at the recreation center.
Twelve years!
(audience cheers)
We are at the San Xavier Recreation Center
on the San Xavier District of the Tohono O'odham Nation.
And we are celebrating what we call the
Twelfth Annual Red Road to Wellbriety Celebration.
(speaking in foreign language)
- [Man] Protect us wherever we walk upon this Mother Earth.
- [Eddie] Celebrating recovery in our native communities.
We try to bring an emphasis on that it is possible
that people do recover, that people can change their lives.
(people chanting)
Red Road is a term that was coined by Native Americans,
kinda as walking the right road, the right way.
Everybody knows the difficulties and challenges
that most native communities encounter,
but very few people are doing anything to celebrate
people who are doing well,
people who have changed their lives,
and not just, you know changed it,
some of these folks have been clean and sober for
40, 50, 60 years, and we want to honor those people.
And we ask people how long they've been clean and sober,
and then we do a countdown all the way down to one day.
The recovery countdown, where, you know
we count down the number of years
that people have been clean and sober,
and these people step up and say,
"I've got 30 years, 35 years, 40 years."
(audience cheering)
And of course we have people who, also step up and say,
you know, "I've been clean and sober 20 days, 15 days."
(slow rock music)
So it gives them a place where
the stigma is sort of removed,
and so it gives them, you know an opportunity
when somebody says, look we're gonna celebrate recovery,
we're not gonna talk about, you know all the things that,
you know we can't do, what about the things that we can do?
(slow rock music)
I myself am in recovery,
and having had some difficult
obstacles in my life that I had to face,
in reality facing them, and not just glossing over them,
and thinking that
there's got to be something better than this,
and beginning in my own recovery,
and people giving me opportunities, I mean great oppor-
opening doors for me that I'd never dream possible.
So, my idea then is that look if we can
put something together where you get more than one person,
where you get lots of people doing this,
can you imagine the impact it has,
you know in our community?
- I've been participating in the Red Road
for probably about seven years.
(chanting, banging drum)
It means a lot to me because it saved my life.
I've been sober six and a half years.
This is the longest I've ever been sober.
- So, all of this has to go today,
'cause we are not taking it with us.
Every year, it's a struggle and, to raise the funds
that we need to put on an event like this.
We're always hopeful that the next time
we put something together and we ask the community
to support us that hopefully they will.
- Thank you.
- Thank you. - You're welcome.
- [Man] Thank you.
(audience cheers)
- Historical trauma has been part of the native communities
for hundreds of years, hundreds and hundreds of years.
And we believe that by healing one individual at a time,
that that healing goes back seven generations,
and seven generations forward.
So it's something that, you know everyone heals.
When one person heals, the whole community
is part of that community healing as well.
- The feeling that people who are struggling have is that
they feel like they're the only ones,
and oftentimes they've been marginalized,
disenfranchised, even from their own family.
(bells jingling) (drums banging)
(woman chanting)
People need encouragement,
they need somebody to support them,
they need somebody to just to offer a hand,
and be able to say to them look you can do this,
you can do this, and there's opportunities
and there's resources in the community
to be able to do this, so you don't feel alone.
- The Red Road is something very positive for our people.
We're all fighters when we come in here,
because we fight for that alcohol, we fight for that drug,
but we come in here and we fight for our lives
when we get here,
and just seeing other people doing that very same thing,
knowing that where they've been before,
and sharing our stories, we know we're not alone now.
- [Eddie] Okay let's give a hand to everybody who
got a necklace.
(audience applause)
Here's the other thing that...
(audience applause)
