What's up cubers !

How are you doing ?

In this video i will be presenting and solving to you this one.

That is possibly the most dangerous Rubik's Cube in the world.

All Right guys.

The cube is this one here.

It consists basically in a 3x3x3 cube.

But...

Covered by a lot of sharp blades.

Lets take a look through the zoom. Take a look.

There are two types of blades that i putted here in this cube.

There are pen knife blades here in some faces.

And in other faces i putted shave blades.

All the faces with the cutting part of the blades pointing to the outside.

And i don't need to say that these blades are really sharp.

That's why to hold this cube, as you already might noted, i am using a special anti-cutting glove.

This glove is made by Kevlar.

The same material used to make the bulletproof vest. This glove is made by Kevlar.

I believe this is resistant.

To in fact show you that this blades are sharp i will use here,

A common cubing box.

I don't need to say that this in my fingers would be a great damage.

Lets take a look now on the pen knife side.

It is also well sharp.

with minimum effort a maximum benefit now I've realized that they these are

two rather difficulty expressions for some of my students so I thought I'd

discuss it here so well I personally grew up in England I'm an English

teacher and I grew up on the outskirts of London so grow up means where I was

it as a child and I became bigger but it's something that I did and it doesn't

depend on anyone else except of course where I was born so it's just something

natural and you can ask where did you grow up

why did you grow up there did you like where you grew up so grow up is becoming

bigger actually I did grow up in London but I left when I was 15 because my

family moved to Germany and so let's say that I suppose we can say that in my

adolescent years I grew up in Germany and I must say that I wasn't

particularly enthusiastic when they told me we had to move but it was the best

thing that I ever did because I learnt a new language I got to know a new culture

and oh yes it was amazing and I really appreciate this opportunity I was given

instead the other expression I wanted to explain to you and now I have the Sun

glazing my eyes maybe I can turn slightly oh that's better is the

expression bring up so bring up is not something that you do as in grow up but

it's something that the others do so I can say I was brought up in London so it

means that my parents but not only my grandparents people who give you an

education they give you they teach you and they give you their values

so they bring you up some people are not lucky enough to be brought up by their

parents for some unknown reason they may be brought up by an aunt or be brought

up by their grandparents in any case it's those people who look after you and

also yes they take care of you and they also teach you they send you to school

so you can say I was brought up by my parents but because they often went to

work I had to stay with my grandparents on certain occasions so I was brought up

both by my parents and my grandparents so this is the meaning of bring up okay

there are other meanings I mean bring up can also be completely different if I'm

talking about something and I say oh yes by the way then I bring up another

subject and that's something completely different but here I'm mentioning the

difference between grow up which is something where you personally just

become bigger and bring up which is somebody else teaching you how to become

a young adult okay I hope this information was useful I'd like you to

I want people to think about it: The United States has 325 million people.

China presently has almost 1.4 billion people and that was a subject at the recent China

International Import Expo in Shanghai.

They have presently already a relatively wealthy middle class of 300 million people, and they

want to have 600 million middle-class people in 10 years from now.

This is an enormous market, and obviously, it will not stop there, but the tendency will

be to just make China an all-around prosperous country, that has been the policy outlined

by President Xi Jinping at the 19th National Congress of the CPC in October last year,

that they want to have by 2050, China to be a fully developed, modern industrialized,

democratic, harmonious, culturally progressive country, which means they will have long overcome

poverty and they will probably have 1.5 billion or more

people, who will be in a middle class!

Now, China is absolutely putting the emphasis on innovation, and as some people who have

been working in China and know the situation, have noted, it is just not true that China

is copying Western technologies and that is what they

depend on.

China, in the meantime, has bypassed the West because of their focus on innovation in several

fields already, one of them, most obviously, is the fast train system, which is an excellent,

excellent development, which is not matched by anything in the West, and this is entirely

Chinese engineered.

I could add, their being the most advanced in fusion research, their very ambitious space

program, their absolute focus on the excellence of their students.

So the idea that you can suppress a country which has a 5,000-year-old history, which

has been the leading force, at least until the 15th century and then, periodically also

after that, and now is on this course, and it has the largest population.

Maybe it's going to be surpassed by India at some point, but it's just an extremely

large population -- the idea that you can suppress such a country and stop it from developing,

it's just ludicrous, and really reflects the wrong thinking.

What China has offered is a great-power relation of a win-win cooperation among great nations,

and that is what they want.

They don't want to bypass the United States as the dominant power, they have stated very

many times, this is not the intention of China.

They just want to have respect for their sovereignty, and noninterference, acceptance of the other

social system.

But if you relate positively to China's offers, it is a benefit for everybody!

So the idea of this absolute, lying China-bashing, which has taken a new degree of aggressiveness

with these reports coming from various study groups and commissions -- you mentioned Rubio

-- I mean, that just is really counterproductive, and it confuses the population who all of

a sudden think China is a big threat and it is not.

And I really want to emphasize this, that this China-bashing is really a lie!

It's a completely invented narrative, to cover for the geopolitical intentions of those who spread it.

Small Details You Missed In Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald - Duration: 4:26.

The second Fantastic Beasts film brings together the story of Newt Scamander and his old professor

Albus Dumbledore.

Throughout, fans can find a ton of Easter eggs hidden throughout the picture that only

the truest Harry Potter aficionados are bound to catch.

Pull out your wand, and get your anti-spoiler spell ready: here are the small details you

missed in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

In The Crimes of Grindelwald, there's a lot to unpack about the relationship between the

titular villain and his opposite-equal, Albus Dumbledore.

Dumbledore's visit to the Mirror of Erised does help reveal some of the major points:

In it, he sees his younger self making a blood pact with the boy he says he was "closer than

brothers" with.

Not only does that call back a similar scene from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

when the Boy Wizard summons up a happier image of his parents, it also earns a more subtle

bit of nostalgia from the original series thanks to who we see in it.

Actors Toby Regbo and Jamie Campbell Bower reprise their roles as Dumbledore and Grindelwald

in Fantastic Beasts 2, after having portrayed the characters ever so briefly in Harry Potter

and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.

Considering how small their screen time was in the original series, they could've easily

been replaced, but seeing them return to these roles nicely bridges the gap between the film

sets.

The sweeping new shots of an unfettered Hogwarts probably made for a very welcome sight for

Harry Potter fans who cringed with every artifact's destruction in the Second Wizarding War in

Deathly Hallows: Part 2.

The bridge is shown intact, the Great Hall is perfectly lit by floating candles, and,

of course, Dumbledore's office is still filled with so many of his intriguing tools of the

trade.

The scenes involving young Dumbledore also featured a few namedrops that will ring familiar

to fans.

First, there's the instruction for the students to go with Professor McGonagall, who we all

know and love so well from the Harry Potter series.

Then, one student's name is called out as Mclaggen, who must be the ancestor of this

Gryffindor student from the original series, Cormac McLaggen.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald also turned what we knew about an old Harry

Potter character on its head when it revealed that Nagini was not always the snake sidekick

of the Dark Lord.

Instead, she was formerly a person with the Maledictus curse, which meant that she shape-shifted

into snake form and one day would not be able to change back.

There's a running theory that she might turn out to be Tom Riddle's actual mother before

it's all said and done.

It would certainly help explain the allegiance she develops for the character later on — not

to mention his eventual snakey features and his gift with parseltongue — especially

if she were to, say, conceive Voldemort with Credence.

On the other hand, the books and films have already established Riddle's parentage, so

if the Fantastic Beasts films decide to go a different direction, they'll have a whole

lot of explaining to do.

Harry Potter fans may have previously only known of Nicholas Flamel thanks to Harry,

Hermione, and Ron discovering how he created the Philosopher's Stone and achieved immortality

— or at least really, really long life — in the first installment.

However, Fantastic Beasts 2 gives us a fuller glimpse of the character in his crone-like

decrepit form — as well as a quick glimpse of that elusive Philospher's Stone in Flamel's

house.

But unlike most of Rowling's characters, Flamel was actually a real person, and was rumored

to have used alchemy to become immortal.

"Nickola Flamel."

"Jacob Kowalski."

"Oh!"

"You don't look a day over 375."

The end of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald features a big twist, where we

finally learn about Credence's family history.

After narrowly escaping capture in the first film, he spends this movie trying to track

down the identity of his real parents and figure out why they decided to leave him in

the care of a horrible woman like Mary Lou Barebone.

In the end, he discovers that he isn't the long-lost sibling of Leta LeStrange, as he'd

expected, but that he was actually named Aurelius Dumbledore — and that Albus Dumbledore is

trying to destroy him, according to Grindelwald.

If there's one thing these Wizarding World stories love, it's family drama, and the revelation

that Credence could actually be related to Dumbledore is the good stuff.

Fans of the franchise are probably poring over their books to see if they can figure

out where this new information fits into the ever-expanding Harry Potter universe.

If only hearing the actors say the name "Dumbledore" with such gravitas didn't sound quite so,

Article 13 Will DESTROY PewDiePie & YouTube As We Know It - Duration: 5:10.

Guys, article 13, if it gets passed, is going to mean really really bad things for this

platform, and for EU creators like pewdiepie.

Not only is youtube going to block content for viewers in the EU, but they are going

to block EU creators from uploading videos unless they can specifically prove that all

the content in the video belongs to them.

I'm going to give you an update on this very important story, here for you on IO.

So, A few weeks ago, MEP's voted to pass new copyright rules that will effectively

ruin the internet, youtube and put EU creators out of business.

Essentially the laws put the responsibility on the platform, where they have to integrate

upload filters that will scan content to make sure that it doesn't breach copyright.

They say that these new laws could pay out musicians, filmmakers and publishers billions

of dollars in payouts for their copyrighted material.

As an artist, I'm torn.

Because believe me, I know how much it sucks to not get paid for my work, yet see it featured

in newspapers or in videos.

But at the same time, I cant be that mad about it, because I am getting exposure as well.

Sure it would be nice to get a couple extra bucks here and there, but I completely understand

that its next to impossible to police every single person that uses my image or song or

anything like that.

Most of you are aware that youtube already has an upload filter that scans content.

And do you know how much that filter costs?

100 million dollars.

And youtube has to keep putting money into it.

YouTube CEO Susan Wojciski has finally spoken out about what the passing of article 13 could

do to youtube, and it doesn't look good.

Susan has called the legislation will also harm creative industries, and its also simply

unrealistic.

Copyright is a really tricky thing.

Artists who collaborate can battle over who really owns the rights to a specific artwork.

For example, if you have a falling out with your band, and lets say the drummer came up

with the drum line for a song you wrote together, they can say that they are part owner of the

song and you can't sell the song to anyone.

Imposing this kind of copyright legislation on platforms like youtube will make it extremely

difficult for that platform to determine who owns a specific piece of artwork.

Not only that but youtube pays out a lot of money to copyright holders already.

2.5 billion dollars to date.

Its not like there is nothing in place already to protect artists from copyright infringement.

Susan said.

"platforms that follow these rules and make a good effort to help rights holders identify

their content, shouldn't be held directly liable for every single piece of content that

a user uploads.

In an opinion piece in the financial times, susan said the following, its impossible to

expect the open platforms that host this content to make the correct rights decision.

Susan wojiski has urged politicians to rethink the copyright law because it means that EU

citizens will not be able to access content that they have watched 90 billion times in

the last month.

It directly affects creators like pewdiepie.

Musicians like Ed Sheeran and dua lipa who have posted their content to youtube and gotten

huge followings because of it.

There are 35 million channels based in the EU that could be at risk.

The laws still need to go through one more vote in January.

Guys, this is so so important.

If you want to save the internet, and this platform we love, the platform that pays our

bills and pays the bills of your favourite creators and connects you to your favourite

creators, contact your MEPs and tell them that article 11 and 13 just aren't realistic.

Obviously the laws need to be rewritten in such a way that it doesn't hurt the very

industries that they are trying to protect.

That is all I have for you on that, I'm going to respond to our last video on article

13.

DIY - How to make a decorative ladder out of copper pipes - Duration: 3:26.

Ladders have many uses. They can also be a decorative piece— and are perfect as a

towel rack. I'll show you how to make one out of copper plumbers pipe. But careful--this

ladder is not meant for climbing! To make the ladder I buy copper pipes and

so-called T-joints to connect them in my local hardware store. I take two

copper pipes, each 18 millimeters in diameter and two meters 50 in length. The

T's to join them and the end caps are right next to them. And this is what

you'll need in detail: two copper pipes eighteen millimeters in diameter and two

meters 50 in length. 10 copper tees to join the pipes. 4 copper end caps for a

nice clean finish and no sharp edges; a pipe cutter, which you will also get from

the DIY store. A tape measure, a pen. All-purpose glue and spray paint in the

color of your choice. I chose gray. Time to get to work: Measure and mark the

position that you're going to cut. We start by measuring 25 centimeters.

Now for the pipe cutter. Place the pipe inside, screw the handle tight and then

turn the cutter around the pipe until it is completely severed. Repeat this

process until you've cut all the pieces you need. We need two 40 centimeter long

pieces of pipe, five 35 centimeter long bits, eight 25 and two 15 centimeter

lengths of pipe. Then you can start assembling the ladder. The 40 centimeter

long bits are at the base of the ladder. The rungs are 35 centimeters long. The

interconnecting side pieces are 25 centimeters long. Use the all-purpose

glue to attach the copper caps to the ends. Then join the pipes together using

the tees. Repeat the process until you just have two 15 centimeter long pipes

and two end caps left for the top of the ladder. Also attach these.

And let the whole thing dry. Once everything is dry, spray the ladder with

paint, outside if possible. I'm using little blocks of wood to

support it. Then do the same thing on the other side of the ladder and let it dry

again. Then your ladder is ready for use - for example in the lounge or in the

bathroom. I used grey spray paint on my ladder.

But you can keep the original copper color too. Keep in mind the copper changes

color and turns green as it ages and fingerprints leave dark spots. Use

toothpaste or citric acidt to scrub off the stains,

then rinse well. Your copper ladder will shine like new!

- So you wanna learn how to do a press to handstand.

Well, in this video I'm gonna show you a critical press

to handstand drill, and make sure you stay around 'til

the end because I'm gonna give away a big secret

that most people get wrong.

The gym that teaches people how to move instead

of just exercise because we believe that health

is about performance, not just body image.

Hi, in case we haven't met, my name's Rad Burmeister

and I'm one of the co-creators

of the Foundation Movement System and co-owners

of Unity Gym, the place where health is measured

by how the body performs and feels, not just how it looks.

So, as I said, in this video we are going to teach you

a really awesome compression strength drill.

Now, as far as gymnastics strength training goes,

this is actually a pretty basic drill.

It's down there at some of the, you know,

more beginner level.

But if you're an adult and you haven't done

this stuff before, this is advanced, this is bloody hard,

you're gonna need to do a lot to get to this one.

But if you've already been doing

your compression strength for a little while,

and you've hit some plateaus, then this is an awesome way

to break through those plateaus.

So, what you're gonna do, you're basically just gonna sit

down on the ground like Richard is now and as a beginner

you're gonna put your fingers on the ground,

we're gonna lift our knees up and try and get

the toes off the ground, and then you're going

to extend your legs, tensing the quads and pointing

the toes for reps.

You wanna aim for somewhere between five and 10 repetitions,

and if you wanna make it really tough or challenging

for yourself, you can put in a five to 10 second hold

at the end of each rep.

Now, if you're a little bit more advanced,

you're gonna put your palms flat down on the ground,

and the more advanced you are the further forward

your hands are gonna be.

And all the while, you wanna depress the scapula.

So you wanna be pushing your shoulders down

and try and lift your head up.

Don't look down, the goal is to try and keep your chest up

and head up and push your shoulders down,

push your hands into the ground and get those knees

as high as you can because, if you wanna be able

to eventually do a stall to press to handstand,

that's what you have to do.

You gotta be able to push down into the ground

and lift your legs up.

You wanna doing this drill between two

and three times a week and it really just depends

on how much your body hurts after you do it.

If you find that it's affecting your strength

and you're cramping up and you've got a lot

of muscle soreness after you do this,

then maybe just reduce it down to two times a week.

And you wanna aim for three sets when you do this.

You can go for up to five sets when you get

much more advanced and your body's more conditioned for it,

but start off with just doing three sets.

As I promised at the start of this video,

I'm now gonna share with you the big mistake

that people make when doing this routine,

and that is leaning back.

People lean right back when they're doing this.

It's very important that you plant your hands firmly

on the ground.

The first thing you wanna do is get your palms flat

on the ground if you can only get your fingers

on the ground, the next thing you wanna do is be trying

to bring your hands forward.

And you want to lift your chest up, lift your head up,

and don't lean back like that, okay?

A bonus thing that people do wrong is, so the second thing,

would be not straightening the knees all the way,

and tensing the quads and pointing the toes,

that's a big one you wanna look out for.

And then, one of the most important things

with this whole compression thing that you keep hearing

me harp on about is flexibility.

You must have a good level of flexibility

if you wanna be able to do this, otherwise your muscles

are trying to lift your legs, but they're fighting

the tight hamstrings, the tight adductors,

the tight lumbar extensors that are preventing

you from being able to get into that position.

or even if you just wanna level-up your current level

of flexibility, then you wanna get

 "Even when I'm back I won't be fully at the races or fully fit, but it would be nice just to get a few appearances before the end of the season, probably more mentally to prove that I can do it and then have a good pre-season and start fresh next season

"  The midfielder added: "I've had injuries in the past where it's been difficult because pressure from fans has been 'he's injured again' or 'we can't trust him he's always injured'

This week's top stories include majority of U.S. firms in China are eyeing

relocation, is Chinese legal reform enough to protect your IP and one size

First up, majority of U.S. firms in China are eyeing relocation. More than 70

percent of U.S. firms operating in southern China are considering delaying

further investment and moving manufacturing outside China. Researchers

surveyed 219 Chinese and foreign businesses, one-third of which were from

the manufacturing sector. According to the survey, U.S. companies feel they are

hurting more than their Chinese counterparts. Eighty-five percent of U.S.

companies surveyed said they have suffered from combined tariffs. But only

70 percent of Chinese respondents felt the same. People have been

questioning whether companies will leave China since the trade war began. The

survey doesn't reveal specific relocation plans, but it does show those

plans don't necessarily involve moving back west. By the looks of this survey

it's no longer a question of if companies will move out of China,

it's a question of when. Next up, is Chinese legal reform enough to protect

your IP? China has been working to increase IP protections for several

years. In 2008, China published the national intellectual property development

strategy. Since then, China has increased damages awarded and legal IP cases,

open specialized IP courts and tribunals to train judges and restructured the

state intellectual property office. But despite these changes, China has yet to

shake a decades-old reputation of lackluster regulation. And the U.S.

government continues to punish China for perceived wrongs. Ongoing reform may pave

the way for improvement, but the current political environment is rocky at best.

With a little preparation you can increase protections and rest easy when

operating in China. Try crafting a narrative around your IP and build

relationships with retail channels in China. Last up, one-size-fits-all

isn't always best for social compliance. Eighty-two percent of S&P 500 companies published a

sustainability report in 2017. CSR has become an essential

corporate consideration. For most importers it's a way to assess their

suppliers working conditions and protect their businesses from bad press and

factory closures. But many businesses that want to assess social compliance

struggle to sift through the various options in standards. CSR is based on a

company's individual ethics—a unique personal code. And because of this, it can

be hard to create a universal code. Everyone agrees a factory should be safe

for its workers. But creating a safe factory workspace depends on production

processes. It's unlikely one set of standards could work in every

circumstance. Instead of trying to find a one-size-fits-all CSR program develop

your own program based on company values. Those are just the top three stories

sure that your needs are met? Actually, it's selfish not to, and I'll explain why...

My name is Michelle Dowker I'm a wellness strategist and dietary coach with a

background as a naturopathic doctor. Today, I want to talk about something

very important that isn't always talked about and that's self-care. I've worked

with a lot of women in my experience as a naturopathic doctor and there is a

common theme that I see in my practice and that is women putting everything

before themselves. Taking care of the kids, taking care of the family putting

their career first. And because they're so busy they put themselves last, there's

no time left to take care of them. And oftentimes these women feel guilty

because they have so many other things to take care of.

so I'm here to take today to kind of create a bit of a paradigm shift for you,

and that is that it is not only important to make yourself a priority

but it's actually selfish not to. I know, weird, right? So, I'm going to give you a bit of

an analogy that I use to analogies today actually. So the first one is when you're

on the airplane, if you take a flight and you're on an airplane, the flight

attendant is going to say if in case an emergency when we're in the air, there

will be air masks that drop from the ceiling, oxygen masks, now it's very

important to put the oxygen mask on yourself first before you start helping

other people. Do you know why that is? Because if you lose cabin pressure you

don't have very much time before you'll end up losing consciousness and you

won't be able to help anybody. Now, the average person can survive up to four

minutes without oxygen before sustaining brain damage, but if you've lost

consciousness after thirty seconds, you're not going to be able to help that

other person that may have lost consciousness, and there's no

guarantee that anybody is going to be there to help you. But, if you make sure

that you put your air mask on first, then you can help as many people as you want.

And the same thing goes with life. If you're putting everybody else above you

on your priority list, eventually you're going to burn out. And what's going to happen

is you're no longer going to have the energy to help all those other people

that you're wanting to help around you, and eventually you might get so burnt

out, and you might get sick, that not only will you not be able to help those

around you, but you might not be able to help yourself. And all those people who

have been... who you've been wanting to help will then have to stop what they're

doing and help you. So that's just a bit of a shift - if you make sure that

you're taken care of first, your needs are met first, that will prevent burnout.

And you will have the energy that you want to take care of all the other

things in your that you want to and you feel that you

need to. Now, a lot of people will say "well, I just don't have the time I have

too many other things, so that's all great but I just don't have the time for that".

Now, this is where my second analogy comes in. So when you say that you're too

busy to stop and take care of yourself because you have too many other things

on the go, it's kind of like saying you're too busy driving to stop and fill

up with gas. What happens? You're going torun out of gas and it might happen on a

backcountry road where there's no cell service, and there's no one around to

stop and help you, either. So if you can find ways to fill up your gas tank on a

regular basis, then you'll constantly be fuelled in order to take care of all the

other things in your life that you want. Now, it doesn't have to be major. Little

things like just taking breaks regularly throughout the day - studies have shown

that a walk in nature for 10 minutes can have a very effective response in terms

of reducing stress hormone levels, and helping to create a relaxation effect. It

could be something like asking for help to do things, so you don't have as much

on your plate. Delegate tasks or say for example if you're busy with kids ask

someone to take care of the kids even if it's for 20 minutes so you can go off

and do something to fuel yourself. It doesn't have to be major. It can be if

you want, to the key is to find something and do it regularly. That way you'll

keep filling your gas tank so that you'll have the energy to take care of
