Youtube daily report w Nov 21 2018

Keeping in tradition of our military videos today

We dive into further

Understanding the military of Sweden and although Sweden may be a very neutral country while occasionally lending in a helping hand in

Joint operations around the world specifically in peacekeeping the Swedish Armed Forces do understand the importance of a diverse

Specialization within its military and as the world progresses to combat new

Technologies and enemies Sweden is grown to adopt

Against these and with that in mind we take a look at the Special Forces of Sweden and find out who these great and amazing

soldiers are good afternoon guys and girls

my name is Dave Walpole and welcome to FTD facts channel where I look at people cultures and places from all around the world and

in these kind of videos

We look at the militaries and the special units that countries have

But today we are going to look at the special forces of Sweden

Now this is one that's been requested for quite some time

You guys have been in the comments section saying yo talk about the SOG and that's what we're doing today

But if it's your first time here guys and you like learning about militaries in countries

You want to hit that subscribe button and that foul?

notification because that's what we do and on top of that if you're liking this video and you want more

Sweden related topics or topics around Special Forces

Just hit that like button because if we get a lot of likes that we know to continue to do more now

Let's get rolling. Now. I'm not gonna lie one hard thing is finding information about this particular unit

Because it is well

First of all a special forces unit and they don't like to tell a lot of the public what they are doing

So it makes a finding information really tough to do and although we're gonna talk about the SOG

You should keep in mind that Sweden has had a lot of different

Special Forces units throughout its military history

and the reason some of them are not around today is because they actually

merged with the SOG and I'm gonna get into that in this video because first of all,

Let's just get a general understanding of what?

special forces units are actually required to do within the country to quote off of Sweden's military website the SOG our

Special Operations Task Force groups they are a core unit of the special forces within

Sweden and they provide unique and unconventional

Capabilities to achieve a strategic goal also heads up while we're doing this video

You guys may see some footage of certain units that are not classified as Special Forces now

the reason for that is because finding actual photos on the SOG or any special forces unit is

Kind of a hard thing to do as well

And on top of that some people just tagged this as a Special Forces Group

So if we find him on Google then we're kind of stuck. So the SOG. What does it stand for?

Well, they are known in English as the Special Operations Task Group and to pronounce it in Swedish

although I'm probably gonna mess this up because I know a lot of you guys in the comments section you guys love to take the

Piss out on me being like you mispronounced it wrong, but let's give it a shot

I think it's pronounced sour skills to operations group and I think that was right

But one thing that's really important to know about this Special Forces Group is it's rather new on the Block when it comes to new

military units within the country as a matter of fact this particular special forces unit has only been around since

2011 it's like well at the time of recording this video, it's like seven years old

Special Forces units within Sweden have actually been around for a long time

And because Sweden has a very neutral perspective on war the country hasn't had much need for a special forces unit

Which explains of why they may seem like a little new to the game now

The reason this group was formed in 2011 was very similar to how Dutch Special Forces groups were formed

They were actually merged from two different units into one major unit

now these two groups were firstly the special protection group also known as the SSG or SAR skill disguise grouping and

secondly

the special reconnaissance group known as the s IG or

SAR skill des in Hamptons grouping and in order for us to understand how the SOG works

we got to look at the history of these two particular units looking at the SSG first this particular group became active in

1994 and although the actual a number of troops is classified. They do estimate that at its height

there was anywhere between 60 to 80 actual soldiers or

Special Forces units and of course within this group the approximate age of all the soldiers were in their early 30s

similar to most special forces groups these guys were extremely secretive and as a matter of fact

They didn't become aware to the public until about 1997 and to recruit people for this program

They took officers and notable individuals from different sections of the military and to be in this group

It took more than one year of basic operator training soldiers would learn how to do halo dives

Parachuting scuba diving and as well woman could apply but only as intelligence officers

It's also interesting to know that for the training of this program

It was also held in other countries in joint operations

Of course

The SSG was also present in many different operations around the world until the merge in 2011 for example in 2002

They were in charge of guarding the Afghan King Mohammed Zi Shah and in 2002

They were sent back to Zaire for what was known as Operation

Artemis during the second Congo war which was actually the first operation led by the EU and the first autonomous

EU operation as well. They were a part of the first Rapid Response unit by any EU nation

and of course the first major operation outside of the EU that was conducted by the EU and with the United Nations in

2004 the SSG was also in Kosovo and in 2008

They were in Chad along with other operations in Macedonia Liberia Lebanon and the Bosnian war now

Let's move on to the second group the S IG and find out a little history about them

Now the s IG in 2007 formed out of the parachuting school now similar to the previous group

There's not quite an accurate number

but they do guess that there was anywhere between 50 to 70 people that were trained in this program and

Were in their early thirties as well now for this particular group, they were more heavily focused on reconnaissance than combat

Of course Sweden has its own form of reconnaissance group known as I star but for this particular group

It was designed for missions that required a little bit more training as they were deemed more

dangerous for training when it came to si G individuals

These guys were trained by jumping out of c-130 Hercules doing nighttime and daytime

jumps as well as halo jumps but today this group has been

discontinued as of 2009 and it was reorganized into the

323rd paratrooper company as well as a few other companies and by that merge

I meant specifically the parachuter Ranger program not the s IG they were merged in 2011 to create the

SOG

but now let's look specifically at the SOG because this particular unit its size is also listed as

classified

so one thing that I've heard when it comes to the

SOG, and who they select I have heard this

I can't confirm it that they only select people once in a lifetime and it pretty much means that if you don't make the team

You are never allowed to get into it

Unless of course

There is some really really good reasons and to dive further into the training of the SOG for about six months before

Individuals have their major test

They get analyzed by officials and told where they need to improve on and during the selection process. It takes about two weeks

We're actually one whole week. You are gone on an entire field exercise

And of course if these individuals are chosen to move forward into Special Operations training

They then qualify for a basic operator course which takes approximately 12 months to finish as for the SOG

They also say that they generally work in teams of four with usually a team leader a demolitions expert

Radio operator and a combat medic as well. I just want to mention when it comes to the SOG the s IG and the SSG

They've been apart in many operations such as the belkin's the Congo Chad

Central African Republic and much more which of course we should include Afghanistan in there as well

But as for the SOG, they have specifically been in Syria and Iraq for operation inherent resolve as well

They've been placed in the countries of Iraq and Kurdistan

to train other soldiers and for all these groups no matter where they've come from or whether they've merged into the new group known as

The SOG they're garrison and headquarters have always been located in Carlsberg Sweden. So there you have it

That is a look at the Special Forces of Sweden

Of course

We've missed some major facts and like I said guys if you know some facts that we got wrong or we've got some facts

We could expand on be sure to put it down there in the comments section below because here on FTD facts

We like to continue learning even after we've done a video. It's the best thing about having this great community

But on that guys

My name is Dave Wawa. And I just want to thank you guys for tuning in and learning about these particular awesome forces

I really love doing our military videos because it's just really cool to expand our minds about the military's also

Keep in mind if you haven't done it already hit that subscribe button, and of course

Don't forget to give the like button if you guys are liking this video and you want more sweet and content or you want more

Military content and then that we'll see you in the next one

Because today you and I learned about the special forces of Sweden a force that has had a history since at least the 1950s

Being a part of a military that has been around for years

Despite its peaceful position

these are the soldiers of the Sweden Special Forces the men and the woman who go a little farther to put their lives on the

Line for the safety of the loved ones their homes and most importantly their culture

Thanks for watching guys, all right be sure to check out this is our most recent video here

And of course, don't forget to check out our military playlist because we know you guys like learning about militaries

So we've done a lot of videos just for you guys. Other than that. We'll see you in the next one later skaters

Lebe deinen Traum 😌😃😇 | meine Geschichte - Duration: 11:24.

Hello, dear German learners!

I know that many of you

are very interested in

what my current life situation is

and what I do.

That's why today, I'm going to

talk about it a bit.

However, it's not just about me

in this video,

but also about you.

Because I want to

inspire you with my story,

so that you get the courage

to set high goals yourself

and work to

reach them.

Here we go.

Many, many years ago

I had set myself the goal

to build an online business.

After I finished my studies,

I spent two years

to find myself.

I spent a year on working to

understand myself

and to process injustices

that were inflicted on me in the past.

Free from the ghosts of my past,

I now had the opportunity

to look into the future.

So I spent the second year with

thinking

what kind of online business

I wanted to build.

I tried many things

and found out

that I liked the topics

that required a lot of creativity

and programming skills.

I think, to be happy at work,

everyone should find out for themselves

what their strengths are.

Some topics showed potential.

However, my intuition told me

that my future does not lie there.

Finally, I found inspiration.

I realized

how much I liked

to learn Italian –

especially if the material was exciting

and while learning Italian I was

being inspired.

I thought to myself:

How cool would it be

if I do the same for German learners?

How cool would it be

if I give German learners the same opportunity

that was given to me?

Well, I started in October 2015

with the project Authentic German Learning.

As it is with every startup

I had no income from it at first.

Of course not,

because first you have to give

before you can ask for something.

In a later video

we'll talk about "Give, give, give, ask!".

Well, not only did I spent two years

living from my savings,

I had to continue

to live off my savings.

Even after the founding

of Authentic German Learning

more than 10,000€ melted away

while I worked.

I even had to sell my gold –

something that I was very proud of.

I know what you are thinking now:

How much money did Mark have?

Well, since I was a child,

I saved.

I got pocket money

but the only thing I spent money on,

was my favorite magazine

– first comic books,

then a science magazine for young people.

As an adult I then had

my first jobs

and I still spent

money on very few things.

I worked as a cleaner,

had an internship with Bosch,

and later helped a German school

with their social media.

I always spent a lot less,

then what I earned –

that's the simple secret to wealth.

I wish I was rich!

But some goals require sacrifices,

so I invest as much as possible

in Authentic German Learning.

By the way: I know

that not everyone has the opportunity

that I had

and building an online business

is very hard.

That's why I'm always ready

to help everyone

– German learner or not –

with

building an online business.

This offer is for you,

if you feel the urge

to build an online business.

As I said,

at the beginning, I did not receive any income

from Authentic German Learning.

Since I published my first product,

the revenue is increasing

slowly but surely.

When my savings ran out,

I had to realize

that with my company, I

could not survive in Germany yet

– but in Asia I can!

In Southeast Asia

the cost of living is

far less than in Germany.

So I had the choice

to either giving up Authentic German Learning,

to continue, but work part-time

somewhere else,

or leave the beautiful home country

and to live in Asia.

I chose the latter.

By the way, I hate to talk about Southeast Asia this way

because it almost sounds as if

the only good thing about it is

that everything is so cheap here.

No, don't get me wrong,

Asia is beautiful,

the people are nice

and I have made

many great experiences here.

The point is that I can invest much more

in Authentic German Learning,

if I only pay 500 € a month

out of the company account to myself.

That's my salary for all the work

that I invest: 500 €.

Why am I telling you all this?

To brag?

To beg?

No, I want to show you

how near the project

Authentic German Learning

is at my heart.

And the purpose of the whole video

isn on the one hand,

to give you a look behind the scenes

and on the other, to inspire you.

Have a dream.

Follow it.

Don't give up.

Do what you have to do.

I don't just speak

with the young people in the audience.

Life expectancy is 80, 90 years.

More and more people are turning 100.

You still have time for your dreams

and compared to young guys like me

you have a lot more experience.

And what if you have no money –

for your dream?

That's a problem

especially for the young people.

Save every penny

and work your ass off.

But don't be afraid

to invest in yourself.

That's what I do.

I pay for hostel, food,

coworking Space and that's it.

I work almost every day.

From time to time I invest in things

that help me with my personal development.

It's not a nice life

but it is temporary.

That is not true,

it's a nice life

when you enjoy the little things in life

and loves his work –

love your dream.

If you love your dream,

you can hold out.

I want to achieve my dream,

the sooner the better.

That's why I work almost every day.

I do almost nothing else,

except exercise, food and now and then

a few hours of different activities,

to recharge my energy and creativity.

Otherwise, I work almost every day,

for eight to sixteen hours.

… and then I get a message

from a German learner with the question

"Tell me, what's your job, by the way?"

THIS! Oh man…

See you later.

Live your dream.

Bye.

50th Anniversary of MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital - Duration: 11:37.

Back during the great Baltimore fire, Thomas O'Neill, who was a merchant and

had a big store in downtown Baltimore, noticed that his store was going to be

possibly burned down by the fire and he went to church and prayed.

As the fire is coming towards his establishment, he asks the Carmelite

Sisters to pray and he rushes back and sure enough the winds have shifted. And

the fire went eastward avoiding his establishment, his department store. And

he promised God that if his store was saved that he would donate his wealth to

the church.

He died in 1919 and his wife died in 1936. They had no children. His store was

saved from the fire and when he passed away, his fortune went to the Archdiocese

of Baltimore with the following two caveats. One was that a Cathedral -- a new

cathedral -- rebuilt in Baltimore;

and the second, that a Catholic hospital to serve all those that are poor and

indigent, he founded as well. And both of these are living legacies of Thomas

O'Neill. We have to this day the Thomas O'Neill Foundation, which provides an

awful lot of help to an awful lot of people. What he established as the result of his

will. He really did not want recognition. He did not want his name on the hospital.

So it's Monday November 18, 1968 and the very first patient is brought to Good

Samaritan Hospital via ambulance with a hip fracture.

The media was actually present that day reveling over this new $15 million,

284-bed facility. Everybody was extremely excited, extremely excited because no one

that was there had ever had the opportunity to open up a brand new

hospital and to do the preparation and all. And the preparation was just

absolutely marvelous; the education and the camaraderie.

I was 26 when this started at Good Samaritan Hospital. Shirley was

skinny compared to now. When the first patient arrived, the stretcher came down

the hallway and of course everybody -- all of the staff -- and all we're looking you

know to see what was going on. We went into his room, got him into bed and all,

and everybody greeted him. I'm sure he felt like a rockstar.

The parable of the Good Samaritan in the bible is that of a traveler on the road to Jerusalem; a

dangerous road, who gets waylaid. They beat him up by

thieves. Left him half-dead, beaten, robbed, strip naked, and left for dead on the road. You get

the sense that his life was hanging in the balance.a And as he's laying there

suffering, several other travelers ignore him.

But the Samaritan, he decides to care for this person, he's brought into safety.

A person not of that region stops, cares for him, binds his wounds. He bandages him

and carries him into Jerusalem for further care. What he sees is somebody

who is in need. That's what the Samaritan is, a Samaritan is who meets the need

with no other strings attached. The parable of the Good Samaritan and

what it shows, plays out every day at Good Samaritan Hospital. And it plays out in

the William Wheedleton story from the 1970s. William Wheedleton was a 21-year-old

young man who became a paraplegic because he was shocked. He left the first

facility that he was in because they felt they couldn't do anything more for

him. And there were two facilities in the state that could have taken him:

Montebello and Deer's Head down on the Eastern Shore and both refused to take

him because he had had some behavioral problems. Willy was on one of those mobilized

stretchers, on his stomach and this doctor came in and clapped him on the

back. Hey Will! And Will came up swinging. He

ordered him put out on the ground. No wheelchair, no nothing and the next morning

I called Baltimore Sun newspaper. Two days later, it was front page of the newspaper and

Dr. Arthur Stevens called me and he said I want your son.

Dr. Stevens loved his patients and they knew that he loved them. He was an icon

nationally of rehabilitation medicine. He was concerned for the whole patient. The

injury, whatever it was, had a physical component, but it also had a

very deep psychological component to it. He dealt with a whole package. We loved

that man to death. Nobody had made an effort to rehab him [William] until we got Dr.

Stevens - at Good Samaritan. That Good Samaritan Hospital was

the only effort to rehab him. That's why Good Sam Hospital is so aptly

named, because it is that place of care, and refuge, and healing, and comfort to

those who experience illness and distress and trouble along life's

journey; and it's been doing this magnificently for 50 years.

I think that as we sit here, as this 50th-year milestone for MedStar Good Samaritan

Hospital, it's important that we remember where we came from, who we are, what we do,

who we serve, and how much it means to us. The hospital opened in '68 --1968 -- and my

overwhelming impression was, it was empty. It was a 240-bed hospital with maybe 35

patients in it. So it was a beehive of inactivity. In the 70s -- the early 70s --

we went through some financial difficulties and went through some

political difficulties and then Jim Oakey came in '74 and stabilized everything. Jim

Oakey is a leader; was a phenomenal leader. He had to be to be able to get that

place turned around from being a rehab facility into a general hospital. He

could be a character, don't get me wrong, but he always had the patient's

interest at the forefront of anything that he did and he never forgot the staff.

The success of the hospital and growth of the hospital; success definitely, growth

definitely, quality definitely, I attribute to our leadership which was Jim Oakey,

Pat Smyth.

She was a spitfire. She was a straight shooter, she was a wonderful

person and great, but she didn't take any BS from anybody.

Mom is a Type A personality, Jim was a Type A personality and they clicked as a team.

As a volunteer leader and as a professional leader, the hospital grew exponentially

under Jim's guidance and under mom's leadership on the board.

The result was that Good Samaritan Hospital was ranked in the top 30 nationally.

I have a great respect for this hospital. I've seen what it's done,

that's a great tradition. I am in this hospital every week and I visit patients

every week .More often than not, I'm getting praises for the quality of care

in this hospital and it comes unsolicited. At Good Samaritan Hospital,

Catholic identity is a cornerstone of our culture of care. We very much believe

in it and the word Catholic basically encompasses all faiths ,all

creeds, all races, we care for everyone. Coming to MedStar Good Samaritan

Hospital was an interesting experience for me because I knew it was a Catholic

hospital. I'm Jewish. I wasn't sure what my place was going to be in this

hospital, but I rapidly came to see that all faiths are represented. In fact, I

believe MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital may be the only place in the country -- if

not the world -- where a Catholic hospital has a specifically Jewish prayer room.

This is a place where faith is important, where every morning is started with a

prayer read by different members of the faith community representing all faiths.

Our days here end with a prayer. There are services available through the day.

Five decades of devoted, compassionate, faith-based medical care that is a

mainstay in our community.

I want to pray with you that the next 50 years will be even better.

Happy Anniversary as we continue on the path of the Good Samaritan.

And done, looks even better! Lets analyze each

This is the golden winning valkyrie, the stickers added this beautiful red gradient in the wings and black horns

You know how powerful this dude is, the big metal wings do very powerful hits

This is a takara beyblade so it does not have a qr code, but if that bothers you too much, have this instead

If you have a frame for it, even better. It is an original part because the bottom is not painted

It is ready to be put on winning valkyrie

And this is the black xtend. Originally it belongs to z achilles but that's the combo takara chose

If I had the xtend+ tip, i could add to it as well. So far, this is a regular version with 2 height options

I customized it with the yellow star sticker that comes with it

Now lets assemble the full combo

Energy layer, forge disk, performance tip...

It looks even better as the red in the middle will blend with all the other parts. This golden, red and black join our collection

And now lets see how powerful this valkyrie can be! Lets battle!

And thats it, we had awesome battles with this golden valkyrie!

Congratulations for watching the video until the end, you will discover next week's unboxing! We have more gold...!

We have the golden LR string launcher, that was also only available in certain events in Japan!

Dont miss it next week! Dont forget to like, comment and subscribe!

Walking the streets of: Mitrovica - Duration: 13:27.

To Mitrovica, anybody?

Good. Now I am in the center of Mitrovica

I am going to show you a few decent buildings.

That one there

That one and this other one

Were built during the ex-Republic of Yugoslavia

And

I don't know...Still decent

although too early

then

This other one

but you can

ignore it

I don't know what that one there is

but this one used to be a bank

I am in the enter here. "Meh Uka" Square

There is the statue of Meh Uka

Meh Uka

The first soldier to join the war

from the region of Shala e Bajgores

Strait over there

At the end of the boulevard

there is "Isa Boletini" Square

We are going to go there too

but first we

take a look at this one

from the inside

This is named the House of Goods

If I am not mistaken. I might be. Nevermind.

It's an interesting building nevertheless

Let's go inside

doggie, doggie, doggie

The whole first floor is a market

There is only a restaurant upstairs

"Yeah, we saw the restaurant. Lack of footage."

That'S an interesting peace of work

I would be happy

to have designed it even now

a few decades later

Completely reasonable design

Decent looking rhythm

In the elevation too

I don't know what to say

All the shapes and volumes

the stairs over here

Something interesting I wanted to note

would be this street and this building

No matter how much I want to show you the building

The trees block the view

Even if I get close

The view would always fragmented

And you can see nothing

Now...

Is the tree a useful element?

or is it not

Who can say that? It's good,

and bad, you can't say

Someone may think of it as a negative element

concerning the human scale

Someone may think of it as a positive one

For the air and she shades

But in the other hand, do you need shade here?

I don't know

Oh, and that building over there is

the oldest building in Mitrovica

That's what they lied to me, and I am lying to you the same way

They said the name of the owner, but I cant remember

They did not tell a story about him. Maybe that's why

let's go now to boulevard Agim Hajrizi

This is Isa Boletini Square

Before we jump to the beautiful things, let's take a look at this

First of all this building

Which is

A beautiful thing!

To this day

And...Isa

But the most interesting thing about this

Is the respect this new building

pays to the old one

They don't give the slightest duck

Look at this. You can jump from the balcony

to the old building

From the terrace...

And another beautiful building

From Isa Boletini Square where we ar enow

You can get to Meh Uka Square

And this would be the center of Mitrovica

This is the bridge on the river Ibri

Over there it is the Serbian zone of Mitrovica

Where there are only a small 200 Albanian families from Kosovo

River Ibri

And

A beautiful square full of life

By night Mitrovica is fire!

You can swim in the river

But a kilometer away

It is quite dangerous because it'S too cold even in winter

Actually they said 2-3 people die per year here

And there it is the bridge of Ibri which is always on the news

in Kosovo

For the problems the Serbian community causes beyond the bridge

Harassing every Albanian of Kosovo who goes beyond

Anyway, I don't think of it this way

A decent Serb

Wouldn't harass anybody, but a drunk, a degenerate might do something like that

Or a desperate "nationalist"

I think they are the ones who cause most problems

That's the Isa Boletini Square

So these are the main buildings

This one also if a building of that Era

But reconstructed in a modern style

Beautiful!

In conclusion, you should come and see Mitrovica

Now look! Why aren't there any beautiful buildings like this in Albania

I mean, there are

But very few. What is lacking

Fantasy? Money?

Is the client affecting the design too much?

What is the problem?

Every building should talk like this one

But there aren't a lot of the. There are only a few ugly cubes

A cube is OK, when there is reason for it

Look at that beautiful facade

Just Beautiful!

This is it fro Mitrovica

It's dawn now.

The sun shuts down

Any minute now.

This was the first morning in the village

When you are tired of Tirana and her noise

The serenity of the village is priceless. Listen to the livestock bells

A lazy day.

One grabs fruit from trees.

One sits and sharpens the chainsaw

Then we went harvesting wood

I didn't do anything, but...

I ate a few fresh hazelnuts instead

They are life

Hazelnuts,one, and walnuts

but before they are fully done

As you can see

We jump in a car. Music with cifteli

And went for the mountain

With 1 full km/h

For two hours

We drove 2 kilometers

to go see the beehives

Beautiful

We stop a bit to sightsee

And since the car would drive around

We walked there a few minutes

Breath fresh air

And wait for them

Well they arrived earlier

I lost my feet here.

We are here.

The bee's man is feeding them now

I approached to record

There are eggs

And there is honey

They just started to produce honey

Just recently, the last two weeks

They ate all the honey they had produced

All of it

Look at this

All the holes where filled with honey

But they ate it all

You said they ate the honey because they had nothing to eat?

If there was no rain

I would have collected a least 50 kg of honey

Out of these 8 beehives yes?

Yes, they are new.

They were starving

They said clearly don't go on front of the hives

Because there is the gate of the hive and they sting

But I forgot, and one of them stung me in my forehead.

Just when I cut recording a bee stung me

Where did it sting me?

So we came from over there?

Yes, from there.

On the border with Serbia

This way right?

On the border? Yep.

That way

This is called the Spring of Coffee

When a family of a village from this side

married their son with the daughter of a family from a village of that side

They had to walk for too long.

Thus two families would meet here

Have coffee here as the tradition calls

And then they would part ways

This and vice versa

While we were recording

Two huge golden eagles were following us

I try and record them but the look like tiny flies

I don't think I can see anything

Yes, there are two of them, but I can see nothing.

I choose to leave you now from this beautiful sight from the Spring of Coffee.

And end this video about Mitrovica

We will meet again with another video for another city, of village altogether. Meanwhile, have fun!

use a pice of fondant to give you an idea of placement of the nose cover up the

crease with some modelling paste now i am going to show you a really easy way as to

how to create the signature sparkly shiny beanie boo eyes! take a ball of blue fondant

cut into 2 equal pieces flatten into a circle shape lightly dampen the circles and dip into

the edible glitter fold you page and pop the rest

of your glitter back into the bag to save any west use a circle cutter to create 2 smaller

black circle shapes use a piece of white modelling paste to create

a nose roll out some black modelling paste into 2 strips to create the mouth use a triangle

piece of black modelling paste for the nose u ended up using a cricel cutter to make the

nose smaller use 2 small circles of fondant to create catchlights

for the eyes create ears for your beanie boo now using

grey modelling paste and shape into a triangle shape hold up against your beanie boo to get

an idea of the shape and size of the ears insert some blue fondant in the centre place

the head of your beanie boo on top of the skewer and stick the ears on now i am going

to show you how to make the flat beanie boo heads for around the outside of the cake as

you can see i created lots of beanie boo characters and this is the menthos i used to create every

character so you can use this and adapt it to create any benaie boo character you like

you can also turn these into beanie boo cupcake cake toppers use a cookie cutter to create

a basic head shape use a saller circle cutter to create eyes and insert the colour of the

eyes

mould a beak with your hands click on that link above if you want to learn how to make

Incredible Facts About Sweden Special Forces - SOG (Särskilda Operationsgruppen) - Duration: 10:17.

Celebs Who Don't Believe In Monogamy - Duration: 4:19.

Celebs' private lives are often placed underneath a microscope for the rest of the world to

judge.

Still, it's always pretty surprising when we learn about famous people who don't believe

in monogamy - even if they're in long-term relationships!

Prior to ending her marriage to her second husband, Romain Dauriac, Scarlett Johansson

gave an interview to Playboy and said:

"I don't think it's natural to be a monogamous person.

I might be skewered for that, but I think it's work.

It's a lot of work."

She went on to proclaim that the fact that marriage is such hard work for so many people

is proof of how unnatural it is, stating that she believes it "goes beyond instinct."

"SEXUAL FREEDOM FOREVEEEEEER."

Johansson, who separated from her first husband, Ryan Reynolds, in 2010, also described marriage

as a "beautiful responsibility."

So, does this mean the movie star will hesitate to tie the knot for a third time?

Well, it appeared she was willing to give fidelity another shot when she linked up with

boyfriend Colin Jost, a comedian known for his gig on Saturday Night Live.

A source told E! News:

"Scarlett says he is different than many of the men she has been with."

Perhaps there's some hope left for this die-hard monogamy hater after all!

Senegalese-American artist Akon believes it's about time Americans wake up and embrace polygamy.

He told TMZ that, if women were more accepting of a man being with multiple women, there

would be "less domestic disputes" in the world.

But he didn't stop there.

He also claimed that men are "natural breeders," adding:

"If you find that one woman that supplies everything that you desire in a woman, of

course, that would be a motivation for you to stick with that one woman.

But, I don't know no one woman that can satisfy every man's one need.

It's impossible."

He wasn't lying either.

The "Smack That" singer has been very vocal about his private life - in particular, his

relationships with four women whom he considers to be his wives.

"You're married."

"Yeah."

"Are you monogamous in marriage?"

"No."

"How does your wife handle that?"

"They just know it's me.

She loves me for who I am."

Yeah - that's not exactly something that a fan of monogamy brags about.

Although comedian and The View host Whoopi Goldberg has been married three times, she

still has some unusual ideas about commitment in general.

She told host Piers Morgan on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight:

"I suppose that, you know, you have to actually be in love with the person that you marry.

You have to really be committed to them.

And I'm just - I don't have that commitment."

Goldberg also revealed that, in her opinion, extramarital relations are no biggie.

In her book If Someone Says "You Complete Me," Run!, she wrote:

"Sometimes in a relationship, people can't always get what they need, and if you have

reputable people you can turn to in order to get what you need, I say go for it.

It is a whole lot better than being frustrated and angry at the person you love."

Celebrity couple Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard appear to be the epitome of wedded bliss.

The twosome got married in October 2013 at a Beverly Hills county clerk office, as reported

by TMZ.

However, despite being married and devoted to the Employee of the Month actor, Bell has

expressed some interesting views on relationships.

When asked for her thoughts on monogamy, the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star told Men's

Journal:

"I'm quite positive we are not meant to be monogamous.

It's difficult, and it requires a lot of attention, vulnerability, and openness."

"Do you want me to ride in the ambulance with you?"

"Nah, I'm good.

You're kind of a d---."

On the other hand, Bell also noted that she was grateful to have a partner who was so

direct about his emotions, telling the magazine:

"He's very open about what he needs to stay satisfied in our relationship because if one

partner isn't satisfied, you just kiss it goodbye; somebody's going to stray."

Way back in 2004, Ethan Hawke had an affair with a much-younger woman named Jennifer Perzow

- despite the fact that he was still married to then-wife Uma Thurman.

While he just might be the poster child for infidelity, he stands by his views, telling

Mr. Porter:

"People have such a childish view of monogamy and fidelity."

He added "our species is not monogamous," before revealing that he doesn't understand

why someone would get bent out of shape over an unfaithful partner - because, in his opinion,

"human beings are sexual beings."

After his divorce from Thurman was finalized in 2005, Hawke went on to marry his children's

nanny in 2008.

He told Mr. Porter:

"My relationship with my present wife is thrilling to me and I'm committed to it.

But neither she nor I know what shape the future will come in."

Oh boy.

중국인이 딱히 텐센트, 알리바바 같은 대기업에 안들어가는 이유 Why Chinese Won't Work for Big Companies like Tencent/Alibaba - Duration: 10:51.

Honestly, I don't think it's that hard to get a job in China compared to Korea,

even though it's getting harder in these days.

Don't Korean people want big companies only?

Yeah, if they could choose.

Not everyone.

That kinda belief often comes from the previous generation.

I have no idea.

'cuz they're paid well.

I mean, good payment is one thing,

but another is when you hand out your business card:

"Hey I work for SAMSUNG"

Isn't it proud to do that in Korea?

Ye....

ah??

I'd put it this way.

Just the fact that my name is on the business card of a big company...

shows how good I am

and upgrading the brand called 'me'.

I think there're a lot of people thinking that way.

Then I think this is a phenomenon taking place in a hierarchical society.

WhenI I look at China, we are both under the East Asian confucianist influence.

So I think there's a strong hierarchy here, too.

But if China isn't like us that much,

it's quite an unexpected thing.

Hi everyone in Korea!

They could think you're Korean Chinese 'cuz your Korean is so good.

I'm Han-zu.

I'm from Shandong, the nearest place from Korea.

I'm staying in an Airbnb place of which the price is way more reasonable compared to hotels.

The host can speak perfect Korean as well.

So it's very convenient for me.

If you need to look for an accommodation in Shanghai,

I'll put a link below.

Especially if you want to stay long.

Yeah.

Welcome.

Is it because it's hard to launch a business in Korea?

Launching business is very easy for youngsters in China.

There're many business owners around me.

Look. It's easy to launch business in Korea, too.

But it's hard to succeed.

You know the new startup companies being born in Korea in these days?

If it's successful, most of them are made by someone already proficient after big company experience.

It's a difficult ecology for a newbie to have that kind of challenge.

Then in China, there're a lot of people around me who don't go to companies.

They run their own business.

'Weshang', do you know 'Weshang'?

You can sell stuff on WeChat.

A lot of them.

You can also make money by traveling.

And another is TikTok.

They put videos on TikTok and...

It's like Youtubers then.

It's like me.

Ah, wait then.

You know Tencent is one of the biggest companies in China.

If your business card is 'Tencent', wouldn't people look up to you?

You've seen China so far.

Just few years ago, we didn't have WeChat Pay and Alipay.

Anything can take place in a single year.

And nobody has any idea what kind of society it'll be in the next year.

How do you imagine the lifetime job then?

I don't even want to get a lifetime job.

The same office, the same work, and the same company.

I hate that, too.

You won't want it.

I won't want it.

Do Chinese people think like that, too?

Other people?

At least to me.

Alright.

For one thing, Tencent and Baidu are not the kind of companies with decades of history like the ones in Korea.

That makes sense.

It's so honorable just because I got in there?

Not really.

Would my parents understand what I'd do in Tencent?

No.

So, you mean 'cuz your parents...

But if the same thing for me,

even if my parents wouldn't understand what I do,

they'd like it only if the company is big.

You know what I mean?

They like it 'cuz it's big.

Factories are big, too, you know.

Is it a factory that you want?

When we work for small companies, we're looking at the potential instead.

If there's a potential, it's a good company.

Even though there're only 5 employees, I could get in,

and later, it could...

How should I say this?

I think that was a good point, 'cuz in Korea,

we were grown up not being able to find those cases.

That is, the cases that small companies actually grow up to become big,

or big companies going away 'cuz they're not good enough,

we haven't actually seen that happening.

And that gave us a fundamental belief.

'Launching business won't work'

Ah, not 'won't work', but 'will be hard'.

It'll be hard.

It's your daydream.

No more a dream.

What we've rather observed so far was big companies expanding.

They try this and that.

And that kinda mindset...

I mean, this is the common sense,

but it faded away.

If we imagine doing something different, we get scared.

"Is it right? It's not okay!"

The feeling that a fish is getting out of the water.

And this is what I feel.

From what I know, a lot of Chinese companies are self-made.

Way more compared to Korea.

So I guess you guys have different perspective.

We all should not predetermine ourselves by setting a certain role.

"I'm this kinda person" / "I'm a reserved person"

If I determine myself like this, I can't help following that.

If you have to go to big companies, and if the small ones are not okay,

you'll be always at a office, not being able to do your thing.

That was actually me.

I heard a shocking story few days ago.

It is especially to me.

One of my friends was working for Amore Pacific, a very big company with a nice salary.

But he's quite old, as he's older than 33.

Woman?

Man.

He finished study in the US, and got the job.

But all of the sudden, he wanted to become a pilot.

Pilot?

Yeah.

So he quitted, and went back to America.

Went back and learned English again.

It was very surprising to me.

He's old and got great stuff already, but it's amazing how he started from zero again for his dream.

I'd like to be able to do anything when I'm at that age, too.

Why wouldn't I be able to do it when he could also do that?

That's what I thought.

What do you think? Isn't he amazing?

I think he's like me

'cuz I also came through similar decision.

I told you guys last time that no one uses cash or card in China.

They all use Alipay or WeChat Pay.

So, it's all done with QR code.

You pay your rent with that, right?

Alipay?

I heard they can even buy illegal tickets.

Even the beggars would use Alipay to...

Yeah, true.

REALLY?

They use QR code?

Really?

Real.

I pushed it, and four came up.

Alipay, WeChat,

Let me scan it.

You saw this coming in China.

Let me try another one here.

It worked this time.

Like this, it's so technological in China.

You can use QR code for anything.

But sometimes it fails.

Sometimes it'll fail for no reason.

Please take that, too.

Sometimes it doesn't work.

I've experienced that once, too.

How would Chinese react to it?

It's only 3 yuan.

You try another one, or just leave.

Just leave?

Getting lazy.

It's just unlucky.

Unlucky.

Actors Who Straight Up Quit Because Of Their Co-Star - Duration: 4:24.

When it comes to making a movie, cooperation is key.

But anyone who's ever had an annoying coworker knows that sometimes, you just can't get along

with that jerk you're stuck with.

Considering how poorly Sex & the City 2 was received, it's a little surprising there were

any expectations for a third installment, but star Sarah Jessica Parker said she was

"disappointed" in September 2017 upon the announcement that Sex & the City 3 wouldn't

move forward.

Unnamed sources told People that this was Kim Cattrall's doing, claiming that the star

was making "outrageous demands" in order to agree to appear in the third film.

Cattrall, however, denied the claims, telling Piers Morgan in 2017:

"I never asked for any money.

I never asked for any projects.

I'm, ya know, to be thought of as some kind of diva is absolutely ridiculous."

The New York Post's Paula Froelich wrote an article blaming Parker and the other co-stars

for mistreating Cattrall from the beginning of the HBO series, isolating her early on

because they were intimidated and jealous of arguably the show's only genuine movie

star.

After the death of Cattrall's brother in 2018, Parker expressed sympathy during a red-carpet

interview.

Cattrall responded on Instagram, writing:

"Your continuous reaching out is a painful reminder of how cruel you really were then

and now…You are not my friend.

So I'm writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore

your 'nice girl' persona."

She ended the post with a link to Froelich's story.

In 1992, Penny Marshall directed A League of Their Own, about the short life of the

first professional all-female baseball league.

Well, wouldn't you know it: As memorable as Geena Davis was in the film's lead, she wasn't

the original pick for Dottie Hinson.

That honor went to Debra Winger, who quit the role two weeks before filming.

"You had a little bit of a reputation of going head to head with your co-stars and kind of

mixing up with them."

"Wow, this is just going so bad for me."

"No it's going great!"

Winger, who'd already had a reputation for not getting along with other cast members,

apparently had a problem with Madonna, who both appeared in the film and provided its

theme song, "This Used to Be My Playground."

League producer Elliot Abbott told the Baltimore Sun that Winger worried that her presence

would "cause a circus atmosphere."

It would be interesting to see how Winger's career trajectory might have changed if she'd

put up with Madonna's presence.

In the years since, she's so thoroughly disappeared from the limelight that it inspired Rosanna

Arquette to make the 2002 documentary Searching for Debra Winger.

We'll probably never know exactly what Bill Murray said on the set of 2000's Charlie's

Angels that angered Lucy Liu to the point that he was replaced by the late Bernie Mac

in its sequel, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.

But the basic gist is that while filming a scene Murray said something questioning Liu's

acting talent, and Liu responded by throwing punches at him until the crew pulled them

apart.

"Well, I'm not surprised because I had a real long talk with a squirrel one time, longer

than I can talk to most humans."

In some versions, Murray simply said, "You can't act."

MTV offers an account that has Murray pointing to Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and finally

Lucy Liu in succession and saying:

"I get why you're here.

And you've got talent.

But what in the hell are you doing here?

You can't act."

Whatever was said, Murray and Liu reportedly didn't get along after the incident, leading

Murray to turn down an appearance in number two.

OK, so let's get one thing straight: Christian Bale didn't force Ewan McGregor to quit 2000's

American Psycho.

They were never castmates to begin with!

What they were, however, were competitors.

That's right: Bale pretty much strong-armed the Star Wars actor until he yanked his hat

right back out of the ring.

While good ol' Leonardo DiCaprio was initially attached to the project, he eventually bowed

out, and Bale was determined to land the role.

He even refused other roles for nine months in order to keep his schedule open, even though

the studio was still looking for a leading man elsewhere!

"One part of me wants to take her out, and talk to her."

"And what'd the other part of him think?"

"What her head would look like on a stick."

Eventually, execs turned to Ewan McGregor, but he inexplicably gave it a pass.

When GQ asked Bale if he could confirm rumors that it was him who convinced McGregor to

say no, he responded:

"Absolutely.

I phoned a few people and let them know my commitment, let me tell you!

I called them all and told them it was my role.

Don't touch.

Step away.

Or if you're not going to step away, understand what you're up against."

"I'm a pretty, uhh…

I mean I guess I'm a pretty sick guy."

Which means, from a certain point of view, you could say Batman used a Jedi mind trick

on Obi-Wan Kenobi.

And that's pretty cool.

Scotty T nearly DIED as housemates saved his life

During his heyday, Scotty T was a famous face on both Geordie Shore and Celebrity Big Brother.

While he's remained a popular character since, it appears we almost lost the Newcastle lad after a blunder during filming.

Despite his ongoing partying antics with his fellow housemates in Geordie Shore, that wasn't the show that almost cost him his life.

Recent claims from his former housemate Chris Maloney revealed that Scotty had a near-death-experience in the CBB house.

"The next thing he was turning purple and blue, a piece of meat was lodged in his throat and he was literally choking to death." The former X Factor star explained how their fellow housemate John Partridge saved his life with the Heimlich manoeuvre.

Scotty's accident wasn't shown to the viewers, but it was memorable for those who were in the house.

After having his life saved by his housemate, Scotty went on to win the series, making him the third Geordie Shore cast member to win a reality show.

He followed suit after Vicky Pattison won I'm A Celeb and Charlotte Crosby won Celebrity Big Brother.

Although it looked like the Geordie Shore gang were untouchable when it came to taking the crown, their reign was sadly broken after Marnie Simpson lost out to Stephen Bear.

Since their time on Geordie Shore, some of the originals have moved on to their own shows, with Charlotte adding Just Tattoo Of Us to her long line of reality shows.

On his return to the show that started it all, Scotty became the house boss – much to the dismay of his fellow Geordie pals.

Despite getting kicked off the show previously, the producers allowed him back after watching his good behaviour.

With his prominent return to the house, it's not looking like Scotty is going to be kicked to the curb any time soon.

Tessa Thompson on Creating a Strong Female Character for 'Creed II' - Duration: 2:04.

- It's like nothin' really matters to him right now.

Including me.

- I was just talkin' with Steven

and he said it was important to him

to balance out all the macho in this movie

with some really grounded, flushed out female characters.

- Yeah.

- How much input did you have in shaping Bianca?

- Oh tons! Yeah.

And it was so fun that they gave me that space to do that.

Yeah it was important to me.

I love Adrian, she's such an incredible singular character.

And it's important that these counterparts in these films,

they stand to deepen the central character.

But it's so exciting to me for a new generation

to get to project an image of a female counterpart

who also just has her own agency

and aspirations and rich inner-life

and feels like she's nuanced and complicated enough

that she could occupy her own narrative.

And I think that that just is great.

That's what you want out of every supporting character,

but particularly the female character,

because we just don't see that enough on film

and it's boring any other way I think.

I do know, one thing that I love in the film

is when they're discussing,

Adonis and Bianca are discussing their child

and their family to be,

and Bianca says to him something like,

"I'm not going to be making sandwiches,

"I'm not going to be barefoot and making sandwiches."

that was something that I literally said on a FaceTime call

to Mike when he first pitched to me

the idea of them being new parents.

And that it made it into the film and in Bianca's mouth

and my own hesitation around it,

made it into her hesitation and her hopes.

Steven is really so collaborative and so transparent,

and so wants you to be a part of that process.

And it's fun making films with a collaborator like that

because you can't tell where your insight

or your ideas begin and theirs end,

because it's just seamless in that way.

And there's no ego and no one has to take responsibility,

you're just in it together in creating that.

Avoid Bloating; Don't Eat these 7 Foods!|HFE♪ - Duration: 10:57.

Avoid Bloating; Don't Eat these 7 Foods!

Do you have problems with bloating? Avoid bloating and promote better overall digestion by avoiding these 7 foods.

Take note!.

Abdominal bloating is a condition which can cause us to appear heavier than what we really are.

Many people think that this is because of accumulated fat in the abdominal area, but there are many other factors that cause this condition.

In fact, sometimes the bloating is accompanied by digestive discomfort such as the accumulation of gas and pain.

This produces the feeling of being heavy.

The origin may be associated with poor food choices.

After all, many foods cause bloating when being digested.

Unfortunately, we tend to ignore which foods are causing our discomfort.

Because of this, we continue to consume them daily.

In this article, we'll you the 7 foods that are the culprit when it comes to bloating.

Milk and dairy products.

Milk and dairy products are linked to abdominal bloating.

This is caused by a high content of lactose, a sugar that can cause digestive problems by impeding enzymes to work incorrectly in the body.

Its poor absorption causes the production of excess intestinal gas, bloating and pain.

Suggestions.

Replace cow's milk with vegetable products such as almond milk or oatmeal milk.

If you want to opt for more absorption of calcium, consume vegetables that contain this mineral.

  Refined Grains.

Grains that have been processed have less nutritional value.

Refined grains lose their fiber content, which is key for digestion.

They also contribute less vitamins and minerals in comparison to whole grains and, because of their gluten content, are highly likely to cause bloating.

Suggestions.

As much as possible, limit your consumption of refined grains, including those from bread and pizza.

Find substitutes for grains that are whole grains, free of gluten.

Raw vegetables.

Cruciferous vegetables are full of essential nutrients.

As well as being low in calories, they also help you stay healthy.

Unfortunately, the problem is that they also contain polysaccharides known as raffinose.

When digested, they ferment and produce gas.

This, of course, implies an inflammatory action in the abdomen, which is difficult to treat.

Suggestions.

Limit the consumption of these types of vegetables, incorporating them into your diet only once a week.

Eat them raw or steamed. Lunch meats.

Lunch meats always look fresh and are a fast and delicious option.

However, what few people know is that a great variety of chemicals and fats that aren't good for your health are hidden in these products.

Their continual consumption produces an inflammatory reaction in the body, affecting  articular and digestive health.

Besides, they contain too much salt and can cause fluid retention and metabolic ailments.

Suggestions.

Replace these processed meats with lean meats such as chicken or turkey.

Avoid food that contain these added ingredients.

Fried foods.

Fried foods are one of the most common causes of bloating.

This isn't just because they increase the accumulation of gas, but also because they slow down the digestion and increase cholesterol levels.

Suggestions.

Completely avoid fried processed foods, chips and similar products.

When cooking at home, use olive olive oil or sunflower seed oil.

Condiments.

Condiments add flavor to food.

In small amounts, they provide interesting benefits for your health.

It's not good when they're consumed in large quantities, especially when combined with 2 or more varieties.

These irritate the lining of the stomach.

When they produce an inflammatory reaction, they cause acid reflux and gas.

Suggestions.

Add only small amounts of condiments to your dishes.

Avoi combining too many different spices at the same time.

Limit your consumption of spicy condiments, such as pepper and chile.

BeansWe can't deny that beans are delicious and great for a healthy diet.

They're an important resource of vegetable protein, antioxidants and vitamins and minerals.

Due to this, eating beans can cause inflammation because of their polysaccharide content.

Suggestions.

Only consume them occasionally, in moderate proportions.

Cook well to avoid undesirable digestive reactions.

Do you tend to include these foods in your diet? If so, it's probable that this is the reasons you frequently get bloated.

Limit your consumption of these foods and opt for other foods that are lighter.

10 Habits That Are KILLING Your Productivity! | How to Be More Productive & Stop Procrastination - Duration: 7:32.

Alright today, I'm gonna talk about the 10 things that are SERIOUSLY killing your

productivity.

So no intros, let's get this video off to a productive start and not waste any time.

#1 Your phone.

The average millennial checks their phone 150 times per day.

That means most people can't even go more than 10 minutes without looking at their phones.

And most people I know can't go more than 3 minutes without checking their phones!

Phones have managed to do an amazing job at killing people's ability to focus and go

undistracted.

And what's worse is that it's caused people to become habitually distracted, meaning most

people have the bad habit of being distracted by their phone every few minutes.

The easiest way to combat this is to turn off push notifications from all social media

and keep your phone OFF while you're doing work.

This way you won't get any notifications while it's off and when it is on, you'll

only get notifications of calls and texts, so this way, you'll have a smaller habit

of checking your phone because you won't be notified for the nonsense going on on social

media.

#2 Your environment.

The environment you're in typically dictates the distractions you have.

For example, if you're at home, there are WAY more distractions than if you were working

in a quite library or in a coffee shop.

When you work from home, your bed and your couch are just a few steps away, luring you

to just lay down and take a quick break for 'a few minutes'.

Before you know it, two hours have past and all you've done is lay in bed on your phone

while you were supposed to be doing work.

Sound familiar huh?

Or you're in the middle of some productive, focused work and then your dog comes over

and starts asking for some attention.

Or your mom or brother walks in to talk to you for 5 minutes and then boom your focus

is ruined.

The point I'm getting at is this, you should work in environments where there are very

little distractions.

If you're in school then I recommend going to the library, and if you're not in school

then I still recommend going to a public library because it's quiet and you're not tempted

by snacks in your fridge or your bed.

Coffee shops are another good alternative because you have access to food without the

tempting distraction of eating food on your couch or eating and then taking a bullshit

'study break' while you just lay in bed and procrastinate with your dick in your hand.

Find an environment that works for you and use that.

#3 Your sleep schedule.

The large majority of the population pushes off sleep and doesn't give it the importance

it deserves.

This is why most people can't perform at high levels and produce serious results.

Sleep is the most important thing dictating your ability to be focused and productive,

and to even feel awake and energized enough to focus on your tasks.

If you're constantly fatigued and tired then there's no way you're gonna be able

to be a productive person, you'll just end up spending your time laying in bed on your

phone all day because you're too tired to do anything else.

Every night, no matter what it takes, you should be getting at least 7 hours of sleep

at a minimum.

Absolutely no excuses.

Sleep is one of the pillars of your health and if you can't take your life and your

health seriously enough to prioritize your sleep then you probably aren't serious enough

to be productive anyways.

More importantly than just getting at least 7 hours of sleep, is going to sleep and waking

up at the same time.

This sets a rhythm up for your body and allows it to be in sync so that when you do sleep,

you're getting high-quality sleep.

If you struggle with getting enough sleep, I also recommend checking out our sponsor

Tiege Hanley because their eye cream and skincare system will take care of any dark marks and

bags under your eyes and make your skin look flawless.

The Tiege Hanley skincare system comes with a facial wash to keep your face clean and

free of dirt, an exfoliating scrub to dig deep and cleanse your pores of blemishes,

a firming super serum to make sure your skin is firm, hydrated, and glowing, and of course,

their premium quality eye cream which will get rid of dark circles and make your eyes

and face look like you got the best night's sleep possible.

And to top it off, it comes with an AM and PM moisturizer so your skin is hydrated and

soft as fuck.

Tiege Hanley also has an acne system that comes with their face wash, exfoliating scrub,

their acne cream, and their AM moisturizer.

So if you suffer from acne, they can take care of that for you as well.

So while you're fixing up your sleep schedule be sure to add Tiege Hanley to your routine

so that you're always looking well-rested and godly.

#4 Push notifications on desktop.

Not only are your phones a distraction, but your computer can also be a major source of

distractions as well.

Especially if you have your phone linked with your computer, you're gonna be getting all

your text messages and facetime calls to distract you anyways.

The best way to work around this is to disable push notifications from all your apps on desktop

to ensure that your laptop isn't becoming a major source of distraction.

The last thing you want is to be getting bombarded with emails, texts, phone calls, facebook

notifications, and tweets all sent to your laptop while you're trying to bang out an

important task.

Besides, you want to make sure your laptop is free of distractions so that your brain

doesn't associate it as another source of distraction and only associates it with productive

work.

#5 Not setting up a work schedule.

Most people procrastinate their work even when they know they have to get it done.

Most kids in school know they have a homework assignment to do, yet they don't plan the

exact time and place where they're gonna sit down to get it done.

This leads to the work getting pushed further and further back into the day until it ends

up being 11 PM and you're just starting your 5 page assignment.

And even worse, if it's something like a business idea or new project to start working

on, you'll likely never get to it, and just keep pushing it off to the next day.

Setting your priorities and scheduling around that is a much more effective way to go about

it.

So if you know you have to get something done, you should plan your day around that thing,

and you shouldn't do ANYTHING else until that one thing is finished and complete.

This prevents you from procrastinating and motivates you to get it done so that you can

enjoy the rest of your day after you finish it.

#6 Failing to plan your execution.

The easiest way to get shit done faster is to plan exactly how you're gonna do it.

For example, if you have to write a 5 page essay, then you should outline it first so

that you frontload the hard work of identifying the main components of what you're going

to work on, so that the rest of your work is guided by what you already established

in the beginning.

For example, when writing these videos I first outline the main points of the godly shit

I'm gonna teach you guys, and then I just build off of the main subjects so that the

videos end up writing themselves.

Making an outline and game plan for how you're gonna attack your work is much more effective

than trying to tackle the whole task at once without any strategy.

#7 Sugary foods.

Foods that are high in sugars will always give you an initial sugar rush and end with

the inevitable crash.

This crash will leave you lacking energy and focus and make it much easier for you to rationalize

taking a break and slacking off.

Now I'm not saying that taking breaks is a bad thing, but your breaks should be scheduled

and purposeful.

You shouldn't just decide to take a break, it should already be scheduled before you

start your task.

Sugary foods will lower your energy levels and wreak havoc on your focus, making you

more prone to taking a bunch of bullshit breaks before you actually get anything done.

And that's it.

In summary:

Limit phone use Optimize your environment

Fix your sleep schedule Remove push notifications on desktop

Set up a work schedule Plan your execution

And avoid sugary foods.

Early Warning Signs Your Kidneys Are in Danger! - Duration: 3:11.

As important as your kidneys are to your health (including your bone health), symptoms of

their malfunction can be quite subtle.

Yet early detection is crucial for preventing permanent kidney damage, so it's vital to

recognize the signs that something is not right with these detoxification organs.

In today's post, you'll learn about 5 early warning signs that could mean your kidney

function is not up to par, and what to do about it.

Let's get started!

Before We begin..

Don't forget to Subscribe and hit the Notification button.

So you won't miss the next great videos from us!

#1.

Changes in Urination Your kidneys are responsible for producing

urine and eliminating waste through it.

Changes in the frequency, odor, color and appearance of urine should not be ignored.

Common types of changes include: • Increased need to urinate, especially

during the night.

Anywhere between 4 to 10 times a day is considered to be normal.

• Seeing blood in urine.

Healthy kidneys filter waste from the blood to produce urine, but if the filter is damaged

the blood cells might start to "leek" out into the urine.

• Having foamy urine.

Bubbles in the urine especially the ones that require you to flush several times until they

go away indicate that unwanted protein is in the urine.

#2.

High Blood Pressure Your circulatory system and kidneys depend

on each other.

The kidneys have small nephrons that filter waste and extra fluids from the blood.

If the blood vessels get damaged, the nephrons that filter your blood don't receive enough

oxygen and nutrients.

That's why high blood pressure is the second leading cause of kidney failure.

#3.

Puffy Eyes An early sign that your kidney's filter

system is damaged is the onset of protein in the urine, which can result in puffiness

around the eye area.

The puffiness around your eye can be explained by the fact that your kidneys are leaking

a large amount of protein into the urine rather than keeping it and distributing it throughout

the body.

#4.

Having Back Pain Kidney failure can result in back pain that

is usually deep and located right below the rib cage.

It can be felt in the front of the groin or hip area.

Back and leg pain can be caused by kidney cysts, which are large fluid-filled sacs formed

on the kidenys, and are the result of polycystic kidney disease.

#5.

Having Dry and Itchy Skin Healthy kidneys do tremendous work by removing

waste and extra fluid from the blood, helping produce red blood cells, and maintaining the

proper amount of minerals in your body.

Itchy and dry skin signal the failure of kidneys to maintain the right balance of minerals

and nutrients which can result in bone and kidney disease.

Girlfriend cooked her lover his remains and served them to workers with rice' | In the UAE - Duration: 2:16.

Girlfriend cooked her lover his remains and served them to workers with rice' | In the UAE

A Moroccan woman has been accused of butchering her lover, cooking his remains and serving them to workers with rice in the United Arab Emirates.

The unnamed woman carried out the killing at her home in Al Ain after her boyfriend of seven years said he was planning to marry someone else in Morocco, prosecutors say.

Officers said she cut up his body and used a blender to mince her former partner's remains before cooking and serving them to Pakistani workers near her home as machboos - a traditional Gulf dish of rice and meat similar to biryani.

Police were called after the man was reported missing by his brother. He went to the couple's home in the hope of finding him, but she claimed to have kicked the victim out and said she did not know where he was.

Reports in Morocco then quoted the brother as saying that police found a human tooth inside the woman's blender. According to The National, DNA tests confirmed the tooth belonged to the man and his girlfriend was arrested.

She was arrested and is said to have told police she carried out the killing in a moment of 'insanity'. The woman said it was out of revenge, having financially provided for him for years.

She said she had asked a friend to help dispose of the body - but the friend denied witnessing the crime when questioned by police, The National reports. A court date will be set once police have completed their investigation.

Solving for X: The Value of Justin Y. - Duration: 6:43.

Good morning Jake Paulers.

So before I get started saying anything, I just wanted to let you guys know

this is more of like an analysis/meta YouTube sort of video.

So if that type of shit doesn't interest you, I understand.

But I wanted to talk about Justin Y.

So I don't normally drive to work,

but today I have my car in the city,

so this feels really fancy.

Justin Y is an account that can be seen in the comments section

of all sorts of videos across YouTube,

and is precisely known for doing just that – leaving comments.

So what is it about his comments that's now made Justin Y

a recognizable name on YouTube,

despite having no videos.

What is the X Factor? Or...Y factor –

that's catapulted his channel to over a hundred thousand subscribers?

First of all, he's recognizable.

The frequency with which he comments

and the wide array of videos that he comments on

makes it seem like the guy is basically everywhere.

He's said that in order to comment so frequently,

he basically just leaves his notifications turned on,

when he gets one, he opens up the video,

leaves a comment, and that's it.

There's no bots, no alternate accounts –

and apparently he's subscribed to like, hundreds of channels, so he basically

always has a video to comment on.

In case you're wondering, this is like my work's meditation room?

Yeah I don't know, I don't really know anyone who uses it either.

Secondly, his comments are actually valuable.

Like, how many times have you seen some dumbass comment like this:

Someone commenting early on the video of a huge YouTuber

to try and promote their own channel.

In fact, popular YouTuber JacksFilms has a song about this.

Promote your channel in the comments sections of other YouTubers, oh we love that!

I'll be honest, like it's something that I kind of used to do myself,

I would usually leave a meaningful comment,

and, you know – possibly mention that I had a channel at the end of that,

but it never went as far as like, promoting the same dumb copy/paste message

on every single video.

That's just insane, and nobody wants to see that.

Nobody likes that.

But if the content of your comment is good,

like it makes people laugh,

or you have a good point,

or it's just a Jojo reference...

whatever.

If people like what you're about, they're gonna go to your channel anyways

to see if you have more.

And no matter what, when you're scrolling through the comments,

I'd much rather see that than someone doing some shameless self-promo.

By leaving these comments, Justin Y. makes people enjoy what he has to say,

and they want more, so they go to his channel,

but when they get there, they find that it's empty.

So what does he actually do with his channel?

Not only is commenting on videos good for the video's creator,

but Justin Y. essentially uses his empty channel to promote other people's videos.

He's basically a content curator,

but unlike all of these shitty Instagram accounts,

he's not trying to pass this stuff off as his own.

Justin Y, whether intentionally or not,

is using his popularity to open people up to other creators.

From what I can tell, dude just loves YouTube.

And shit, I can respect that – I love YouTube too!

Finally, Justin Y. has basically inadvertently created a community.

He's had multiple videos made about him,

including this one, I guess.

Additionally there's actually a Justin Y. subreddit,

which is hilarious to me,

and he didn't even make it – a fan did – which I just think speaks to the power of his community even more.

I gotta say, I am not exactly thrilled with how dark it is outside once I leave work.

At the end of the day, Justin Y. might not actually make videos on YouTube,

and I get why that annoys some people who do make videos,

since he's now technically lined up to get a silver play button.

But he creates a different kind of content, in the comments

and no matter what anybody says,

people are clearly appreciating it.

So Justin, I know you'll probably be watching this,

so, I hope you get that play button.

Keep commenting.

Billie Eilish - come out and play (Lyrics/Audio) - Duration: 3:32.

Wake up and smell the coffee

Is your cup half full or empty?

When we talk, you say it softly

But I love it when you're awfully quiet

Quiet

You see a piece of paper

Could be a little greater

Show me what you could make her

You'll never know until you try it

You don't have to keep it quiet

And I know it makes you nervous

But I promise you, it's worth it

To show 'em (them) everything you kept inside

Don't hide

Don't hide

Too shy to say

But I hope you stay

Don't hide away

Come out and play

Look up, but of your window

See snow, won't let it in though

Leave home, feel the wind blow

'Cause it's colder here inside in silence

You don't have to keep it quiet

Yeah, I know it makes you nervous

But I promise you, it's worth it

To show 'em (them) everything you kept inside

Don't hide

Don't hide

Too shy to say but I hope you stay

Don't hide away

Come out and play

Hyundai i20 1.2 MPI (84 cv). NÃO COMPRES sem ver isto! - Duration: 6:49.

Hello everyone, and welcome to another video from Razão Automóvel's YouTube channel.

Today I bring you the 1.2 MPi model of

the Hyundai i20.

I'll leave a link in the description below,

where you can check out this model's specs,

price and extras.

Let's focus on what's new in this model,

that got a facelift a few months ago.

On the outside we have new rims,

and a slightly different looking front,

where some changes were made to the grill

and the LED daylights.

Along the body sides, it got this new element right here,

which, according to Hyundai, gives the car a more dynamic look,

though I can't see that, not really.

When it comes to the rear, I do notice some changes.

Namely, the rear LED headlights

and the bumper's design.

The trunk is crucial for cars in this segment.

Why? Because these cars are used for everything.

We get 322 liters of boot capacity,

which is great,

plus a false bottom that can increase or decrease boot space, depending on our needs.

So when it comes to the trunk,

the Hyundai i20 is pretty good.

Despite these changes, the Hyundai i20

stays true to itself.

Elegantly designed and pleasing to the eye,

though lacking in originality.

Let's see what this Korean model has in store for us on the inside.

Now that we've talked about the Hyundai's exterior, let's talk about its interior.

As was the case on the outside, inside there aren't many original design traits to the Hyundai i20.

What we find is an elegant,

sober and very well made interior.

You'll notice here, atop the dashboard,

the materials used are soft to the touch,

and everything is well built, with no noises

or rattles whatsoever.

That's the main takeaway from the Hyundai i20's interior.

What is new about this interior?

The 7-inch screen of the infotainment

system, compatible with Apple Car Play,

and Android Auto.

We have a navigation system, menus that are

very easy to use,

and a simple interface, which

are the main advantage of this infotainment system,

that we can find in almost every Hyundai model.

Even though the interface is not amazing, it really is very easy to use.

And that's the main goal of any infotainment system.

With this new facelift, the Hyundai i20 also got

a new driver-assistance system.

It includes Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist (LKA),

and Driver Attention Alert (DAA).

In terms of behavior, how do I find the Hyundai i20?

It's very comfortable,

I just came from a SEAT Ibiza and I can tell

this model is far more comfortable - though not as dynamic, obviously.

This car does not encourage great speeds,

because that's not the Hyundai i20's purpose.

This is a small family car,

that is quite comfortable and pleasant to drive,

the suspension is soft and the

high profile tires also help here.

The steering feel is not the greatest in its segment,

but it's nice and it does the job.

If we're talking space, then there's no shortage of it,

both in the front and rear seats.

We get plenty of legroom and headroom.

Even though this model, because of its panoramic roof,

has a little less headroom for the passengers sitting at the back.

But...

it's also far more pleasant

for those riding in the front.

This particular model has a Hyundai 1.2-liter Kappa engine.

It's a four-cylinder, naturally aspirated engine,

with 84 hp and 133 Nm ( 98 Lb.Ft)

It's not a powerful engine but it's a rather economic one.

If you're looking for a fast car that

allows you to overtake vehicles fast,

this is not the engine for you.

You'll have to wait for Hyundai's 1.0-liter TGDI engine,

that will be added to the Hyundai i20 soon.

The most important thing for this engine is fuel consumption,

I've managed to achieve 5.2 l/100km, with little to no effort,

and note that I've driven this model for about 400km.

So the goal here is precisely that, low fuel consumption.

Otherwise when it comes to power, this engine is a bit lackluster.

But if you're not worried about that,

it's a perfectly good engine that allows for nice savings,

and is very reliable, since it's not a turbo engine, and it doesn't complex parts.

It's an engine made for driving for a long time, without any major issues.

And in case you're really worried about car problems,

let me tell you that this model has

a 5 year warranty, with unlimited kilometres.

Final thoughts about the Hyundai i20,

the takeaways are comfort and

high quality build.

As for its price, I'll leave a link for you in the description,

where you can check out how much the extras cost,

and this model's final price.

The price-quality relationship of this model is

very, very good.

In fact, that's one of Hyundai's biggest achievements,

its price-equipment-quality relationship.

And this car proves just that.

That's all for today,

I hope you enjoyed this video,

I'll see you next time.

Eberron Lore - The Sovereign Host - Duration: 6:16.

Hello everybody, Jorphdan here the PH is silent.

I'm back with another Eberron video.

This time I'd like to explore one of the major religions of Eberron The Sovereign Host.

The Sovereign Host represents a pantheon of deities within Eberron.

This is in contrast to the other popular religion, the Silver Flame who worships no deity but

is more of a calling, a devotion to a principle.

The Sovereign Host is similar in this regard where clerics don't communicate with their

deity directly such as what happens in other settings like the Forgotten Realms.

Instead a cleric's magic seems to come from the raw faith they have in the Sovereign Host,

and it's ideas.

Worshipers of the Sovereign Host are called Vassals and can be found across all of Eberron.

There is no central hierarchy, which means various groups are able to worship how they

please and practices differ between them.

The Sovereign Host is composed of nine gods, or fifteen depending on how you want to look

at it.

These gods are said to hold power over every mortal life on Eberron.

These gods are ever present within the world of Eberron.

When nature offers you food from the land that is the gods doing.

The gods are nature and civilization, to be praised in all aspects of mortal life.

The saying goes "As is the world, so are the gods.

As are the gods, so is the world."

The gods are both independent and also part of a greater whole.

It is in this thought that one worships the Sovereign Host as a whole rather than devoting

to a particular deity.

However if a deed falls under particular deity's portfolio one might give a prayer thanking

them specifically.

Hoping that Onatar will bestow his favor upon a smith's work and aid him in the creation

of a weapon or tool.

In the doctrine of the Sovereign Host it is stated "The Sovereign Host is one name,

and speaks with one voice.

The gods are the letters of that name, and the sounds of that voice."

But some Vassals do tend to favor particular gods.

It's like it's written in their doctrine to see them all as a whole but human nature

seems to want specifics rather than generalities.

The priests that focus on a particular deity can perform rituals to any deity; they just

specialize in the rites of a particular patron.

There is another section of deities in Eberron known as the Dark Six.

The Dark Six were originally part of the Sovereign Host but have since separated in an event

known as The Schism.

The Host banished the Six for their evil ways and schemes against other gods.

Despite being banished they are still gods and still hold sway within the world.

To this end some Vassals may pray to these Dark Six under certain circumstances.

It's best to think of The Schism as a disowning.

Your uncle's cousin's sister twice removed.

The Sovereign Host had no power to remove their divinity and so the gods are still present

in the world just not considered part of the nine.

It is with new research that the Nine and Six might not be the separation of Good and

Evil.

That in actuality it's a separation of Nature and Civilization.

See two of the "good" natured deities reside over nature, the other seven reside

over civilization and culture.

Similarly two of the evil deities reside over civilization.

It is this thought that the divide between the nine and six is actually the divide between

the natural world and the culture of intelligent beings on Eberron.

On a symbolic level the Sovereign Host will dominate the world, and hold greater power

than do the Dark Six, for so long as civilization thrives.

If the world falls back into a dark age, and intelligent creatures must return to hunter

gathering societies, the balance of power might shift to the "Dark Six."

I find this interesting; and ultimately it's up to you and your game how the Nine and Six

operate within Eberron.

Within the world of Eberron faith alone powers a cleric's magic.

It is their act of devotion that fuels their spells, which is in contrast to Forgotten

Realms where a clerics magic is given to them through prayers directly from their deity.

It is theorized that Eberron created the gods by creating the world.

That the Sovereign Host and the Dark Six were accidental by products of Eberron's creation.

They are literally the children of creation.

Some other theories say that the Sovereign Host came from other worlds to Eberron, or

that the sheer faith in these beings is what brought them to be.

The later two are not as popular theories with Vassals of the Sovereign Host.

Vassals take time honoring and thanking the gods for the life they have.

They believe that the spark of life, their soul, is a tiny sliver of the divine.

This is what separates them from other mater in the universe.

When a creature dies their body goes to the afterlife of Dolurrh.

This is a realm devoid of divinity, a place where the Sovereign Host holds no sway.

It could be viewed as tragic to spend your lifetime worshiping the Sovereign Host with

bleak view of the afterlife without them.

But by honoring the Sovereign Host it is hoped that they will grant you happiness, in this

life and the next.

Being a magically inclined cleric of the Sovereign Host is not as prevalent as one might think.

There are plenty who worship the Sovereign Host and plenty who become priests, but to

hold magical powers due to your faith is a special thing.

Clerics aren't exceedingly rare, but they are special to Eberron.

Both clerics and priests perform an array of rites and ceremonies.

From small prayers daily, to marriages, births, and various festivals throughout the year.

Even funeral rites are part of a priests duty.

Spread the good word of the Host and bring others into the flock.

The Sovereign Host is a popular religion within Khorvaire, and is not tied to a specific house

or nation.

During the Last War many faithful of the Host simply fought alongside their nation.

Those not willing to fight focused on issues of the faith.

All sides of the faithful agreed to avoid damaging temples or shrines to the Sovereign

Host, even within enemy territory.

The gods of the Sovereign Host are as follows.

And I'll do my best not to butcher these names, but by this point you probably know

who I am.

Arawai "The sovereign of life and love."

Aureon "The Sovereign of Law and Lore."

Balinor "The Sovereign of Horn and Hunt."

Boldrei "The Sovereign of Hall and Hearth."

Dol Arrah "The Sovereign of Sun and Sacrifice" Dol Dorn "The Sovereign of Steel and Strength"

Kol Korran "The Sovereign of World and Wealth"

Olladra "The Sovereign of Feast and Fortune" Onatar "The Sovereign of Fire and Forge"

And that's it for today.

I really like the idea of a Warforged Cleric of the Sovereign Host.

But really any character would be interesting.

I think it's a neat world view to have for a character in Eberron.

Worshiping these aspects of civilization and nature, powering your spells through raw faith.
