LIVERPOOL are ready to spend another £135million to land Virgil van Dijk and Thomas Lemar — after making Naby Keita their club-record signing. Jurgen Klopp's £183m spree started as he agreed a £48m deal for RB Leipzig's Keita.

Liverpool have agreed a club-record deal to sign Naby Keita in 2018. He had a medical yesterday and will make the move to Anfield next summer. The Reds will also pay an undisclosed premium for the Guinean midfielder.
Kop boss Klopp is set to smash the club's transfer record again with a last-gasp £75m bid for Southampton centre-back VVD and are also prepared to test Monaco's resolve with a £60m offer for Lemar.

What is different about Spltisvilla this year?
Umm... what's different is it's about chemistry in the science behind love.
Can science play a role in finding your partner and
you know can all these little details of collecting data about different people can we figure out how
you know science plays a part in either falling in love or finding your ideal match.
Who was Sunny Leone's first crush?
My first crush was Michael Jordan.
Why? Because I played basketball while growing up and you know, I was little bit of a tomboy
so, you know I always wanted to dunk up basketball like him or I don't know. I don't know what. It was just my first crush.
Umm describe your co-host Ranvijay in 3 words?
I would choose respectful as one of them, Masti to like different level and witty like very witty
He would remember like stuff from stuff from stuff from this person to like the first sentence the person said when they first came in.
I mean it's amazing. He has the memory of like they say an elephant like they an elephant never forgets.
He would read something or hear something and he never forgets anything. It's insanity and I am like what?
He actually said that? And he's like yes do you remember bla bla bla and the entire conversation is that.
It's awesome. But he is also a lot of fun to work with and he is someone I respect a lot
We have so much fun in this year, we had so much fun laughing literally every single day during every single session we laughed so much. It's ridiculous.
I think we got in trouble for laughing at all times.
Tell us about your most memorable day?
I think my most memorable day would be actually my first date with Daniel
because it was just that. It was dinner and I swear and I don't know why, like people might not believe me
I swear the entire restaurant disappeared and we sat there for 3 hours just talking
and we were drinking whine too and the waiter was not shy to keep filling it up.
But to be able to sit with somebody talk about family, life, politics or views and our cultures
beause he is jewish and I am Punjabi and how similar our cultures are, what is not similar
and things you learn about each other so many different things we have in common
and that we are fascinated that we sat there for hours and hours and hours. Sounds pretty cool.
You know one of my favorites.
What's the last lie you told?
I don't know, I don't really lie. I am an angel like that
Umm just kidding! See there I lie. Okay that's the last lie I told.
Can Sunny cook? And can Sunny cook Indian food?
Can I cook? Yes. I am actually very good at cooking. Um I love cooking you know all that food that's actually bad for you. Um that stuff i like cooking.
And umm can I cook Indian food? If I have to I will definitely know how to cook Indian food
Are my rotis completely round?
No! Not at all. Can I make a nice square? It might have like a little weird sideways edge.
No, it's not happening.
But, if I had to, I definitely can cook Indian food.
The nice thing about Indian food is that there's some basic ingredients and if you just follow those, you know,
do the taste test through Indian food, it'll turn out fine!
If you found out you had an hour to live, what would you last meal be?
Oh, that's simple! Pizza and french fries.
Like, but not, like, it would have to be so much pizza and french fries that
if it was my last day, I would like, actually fall asleep in some sort of food comatose.
And then, I die and I wouldn't even care that I died because my stomach was so full of pizza and french fries.

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump and his administration have gradually taken a harder line against China on trade issues, inching closer to matching Trumps tough talk during the campaign.
But the pace has been all too slow for a president intent on retaliating against alleged Chinese foreign trade abuses and rebalancing the US-China trading relationship.
I want tariffs, Trump told a coterie of top advisers in the Oval Office during retired Gen. John Kellys first week as chief of staff, a source with direct knowledge of the meeting told CNN.
Axios first reported details of the tense Oval Office meeting.
Trumps demand that his advisers give him options that would empower him to level tariffs against China came as his advisers presented him with a memorandum that would empower the US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer to launch a broad investigation into Chinese trade abuses concerning intellectual property rights.
But the memorandum, which Trump later signed, did not go far enough for a president determined to take aggressive action to confront Chinese trade abuses and rebalance the US-China trading relationship, which has been marked by a longstanding deficit from the US perspective.
Trump unloaded on his aides from behind his desk in the Oval Office during a meeting that was attended by his new chief of staff, Lighthizer, his then-chief strategist Steve Bannon, National Trade Council director Peter Navarro and National Economic Council director Gary Cohn, a source with direct knowledge of the meeting confirmed to CNN.
Trump argued during the meeting that China was laughing at the United States and repeatedly made clear he wanted his aides to give him avenues to impose tariffs on certain Chinese imports.
The memorandum was just the latest sign of action from the Trump administration aimed at countering Chinese trade practices.
The Trump administration has also launched investigations into imports of steel, aluminum and other goods China has been accused of dumping in the US.
But the administrations actions on trade have also been tempered by US diplomatic efforts to enlist Chinas support in the face of increasingly belligerent North Korean threats.
Trump also appeared to direct most of his frustration at Cohn, a former Goldman Sachs executive who has feuded with the Bannon wing of the White House over trade issues.
While Bannon and his allies -- including Navarro and sometimes Lighthizer -- have pushed a harder line on trade, Cohn has urged restraint, arguing instead that the US should be cautious not to unfurl the global free trade order.
