(drum roll)
- Is there a '90s revival?
I think I've missed it.
Did it already happen?
If so, then it must have been overrated.
(drum roll)
Under-fucking-rated!
Y Kant Tori Read?
It was one of those things whereby my mother said to me,
"Thank the dear lord that that record didn't happen,
"because I couldn't stand you in that bustier,
"and you would've never gotten out of it."
So mom got her wish.
(drum roll)
Rated.
I had beef with Morrissey in '92, I think,
backstage somewhere, where we'd never met before,
and I think he might've...
I don't know what he saw me as,
but he didn't understand that I can roll.
And I'm a minister's daughter,
and I've been where the trains don't run, honey.
(snaps fingers) Work.
(drum roll)
Underrated.
I've just been rediscovering Frank Zappa.
People, I know, might not consider him heavy metal,
but he's a heavy thinker.
He's a heavy player, and he's a heavy dude, and, wow.
What a life-changer to discover Frank Zappa at almost 54.
Maybe it's a good thing I hadn't discovered him before,
because I might have, you know, I don't know,
just run away from church and become a Zappa groupie.
(drum roll)
Underrated, chocolate.
It's just heaven.
I like it with chili, chocolate and chili, and wine.
A good Bordeaux.
Well, Al Stewart used to say,
"Burgundy, if you're working with the intellect energy,
"and Bordeaux if you're working with the central energy."
Chili and chocolate, wine, Bordeaux.
(drum roll)
Overrated to Google yourself.
Don't Google yourself.
No, no.
No.
No, that's the devil.
Careful what you're looking for,
because you can't unsee something.
You just don't know when you go on to Google
who will have left a message about you.
So, overrated.
(drum roll)
Underrated.
I've seen so many people that aren't children
that, I don't know, waiting for an airplane,
especially if you're really nervous.
I mean, Xanax, or adult coloring book?
I think, you know, they can, the same, similar.
(drum roll)
I'd say rated, because...
Well, it's one of those things.
You can get it so wrong, can't you?
You gotta really, really get it right,
and that's where I am with this, on the rated.
When it's great, then it's probably underrated,
and when you're not feeling so good the next day,
then it was overrated at the time.
With too much Bordeaux.
