Soy Luna 2 | Luna doesn't want to go on like this (ep.57) (Eng. subs) - Duration: 0:48.Listen to me. Sorry. I need you to listen to me.
Matteo, stop.
I feel like I've seen this movie many times and I'm tired of it.
Sorry, I was wrong.
I would like to turn back time and change everything I did.
For what? To solve everything the same way.
Or did I hear wrong when you said you were willing to do everything to succeed in your career?
Yes, everything.
Minus hurting you.
I don't know what I can do to change things.
I don't want to see you angry.
I'm not angry.
I'm sad, disappointed.
I would like to trust you, think that you will change but I don't know.
Something between is broken and I don't want to go on like this.
Really?
You don't want us to stay together?

7.15. Don't Let the Ideologues Push You Out! - Duration: 4:45.In the previous video, I encouraged you to keep believing in the things you believe in—
even as you become more open-minded and humble about what you think you know,
and less dependent and absolutely obedient to the belief systems on which you rely the most.
I encouraged you to change how you believe, not what you believe.
But just as importantly, I want to encourage you to stay in your communities.
Don't stop hanging out with people who have similar political, philosophical, or religious beliefs,
just because they're more extreme and rigidly committed to them.
This is really, really important—one of the most important, practical things you can do to advance social change.
The reason it's so important is because, as I explained in another previous video,
when groups feel threatened, the first thing the leaders, elites, and diehard believers do
is put pressure on the rank-and-file.
They throw down the gauntlet.
They turn the threat into an absolute, us-versus-them challenge.
They rant and rave and tell you you have to believe certain things, and you have to reject certain people, beliefs, and causes,
in order to be a good conservative, liberal, Christian, or whatever.
They try to swell the numbers of diehard, totally committed believers by forcing the masses
of more open-minded, less committed believers to make a choice:
either get with the program, or get out of the group.
The temptation, when you're in a group that's pressuring you like that, is to leave.
I mean, why stay if they make it clear you aren't welcome anymore?
But that's precisely the wrong thing to do!
The reason ideologies tend to become more extreme over time is because they regularly purge themselves
of all their moderate, accommodating, level-headed members—leaving behind only the diehard extremists.
Once you leave the group, you've lost the opportunity to influence the group for the better.
Now you're one of "them."
Now you're the enemy.
But if you stay in the group, dig in your heels, and say, "Hey, who are you to define what it means to be a good believer?
Who are you to decide who gets to be included?
I'm a believer too.
I deserve a voice, too.
There are many of us more moderate believers—and we aren't going to let you push us out,"
then you have an opportunity to change the group from the inside.
Then you can move your community in a more tolerant, collaborative direction.
Communities of believers that have become too rigid and uncompromising need people like you.
They need you to show them how to believe—that it's possible to be a strong believer
while still admitting limitations, and acknowledging the value of other belief systems.
Communities of believers that have become too rigid and uncompromising can't be changed from the outside.
Then it becomes an us-versus-them thing.
Then there's no face-saving way to back down.
They can only be changed from the inside, as they confront how out of step they are,
as the more reasonable people model for them how to believe without being so stubborn,
and refuse to let the extremists totally run the show.
So don't let the ideologues push you out!
Stay in your groups, and steer them in the right direction, to the best of your ability.

How Blind People Travel (Airplane, Train, Hotel, Sightseeing) - Duration: 7:37.Boy, this video is really going places.
Boy, a popular question that's come in over the years is "how does a blind person
like myself travel, you know, what kind of things do I encounter?
What's the experience like?" This works two ways.
Now the first way is when I travel with somebody.
Now, when I travel with somebody I'm usually just going sighted guide.
I hold on to their arm and we do all the things that we do. We walk through
the airport together. We walk through security together.
Take a train together. All that kind of stuff
I do sighted guide. So it's very easy that way. But what happens
when I travel alone? That's a little bit different.
For example, if I travel by plane. Now a bunch of years ago we actually
filmed a bunch of this process.
[music plays] So what I'll do is I'll take
a car service to the airport. And when we get there I'll ask
the driver if he can give me directions - which way
the door is going to be from the side of the car, right? Or they might even
get out of the car and show me the direction which I'm supposed to head.
And once I get to the counter and checked in,
then I'm in hands of airport personnel. And then we just
walk through the airport together. I hold on to somebody's elbow like I do
and we walk down towards security and I go
through security. My helper will go through security as well
and then on the other side they can bring me right to my gate.
And then when it's time board the plane, I'm one of the first
people on the plane which is very nice. I just get
comfortable and get seated and that's it.
And then when I arrive, I have to wait for everybody
to get off the plane and I'm the last person
off the plane. And then there's somebody at the airport
to take me through and bring me to where ever I need to go. And now when
I get to the hotel. More of the same thing.
Maybe a valet or someone from the hotel will bring me up to the desk.
Or if I can hear the activity I can just walk toward it.
And get myself in lien and get checked into my room.
[music plays]
So once I'm at the hotel, I usually manage the hallways by myself.
Right? There's braille signs on all the doors. And I just
have to walk down the hall and check the doors and find my room.
I'm going to stay along this wall here and follow it around.
And wait until I'll --- see I'm ahh...
nope, I'm good, okay.
[cane taps against wall]
Alright, let's see if we can find -- oh, more turns.
Jeez. Let's see.
This is...
705... so I think I have a few to go.
[cane taps against wall]
Alright, let's see what's here.
This is 703.
So I want maybe 2 or 1 more to go.
[cane taps against wall]
Ah, and... 701.
Alright. Let's see how the keycard works here.
No.
No.
[jgasp] There it goes. It opens.
Once I get into the room, now it's time to get my bearings.
Okay, so there's a table here. A little coffee table.
There's a chair -- that's actually a little couch. Wow. This is nice.
Straight across here.
Um... wow. This room is huge.
What's this? Oh, this is sort of
the -- okay, this is where the microwave is and stuff.
There's a little dish towel over here.
That's all very good. This must be the bathroom back in here.
Okay. Alright, what do we got over here?
Just big windows and stuff.
I'm sure the view is lovely. Woah...
is this like a whole other room? It is.
[gasp] And here's the bed.
What else is in here? This is ah... again, just like
a vanity I guess.
And this is the window. So this is not how to get our apparently.
Okay. What's in there?
[door slides open] Hello, closet space.
Okay, so then out is
going to be this way. [cane taps against wall]
[laughs] Dude... wow.
How do I get out? Alright, so the big table...
Window's there... the closet...
and more win -- dude, what am I doing wrong?
Oh, good, there's where the remote is. Hey, nice find.
Oh, and I can come out here. Okay.
And bathroom was across this way if I remember right.
Is that television up on the wall? That's cool.
That's very cool. Where the hell's the bathroom? It must be on the way
to the bedroom, right? It's got to be. And it is.
Okay, so right in here. Nice vanity here.
This is good. A little washcloth. I'm not quite sure what that is.
What else? There's a toilet.
And where's the shower?
Look and there's -- ah, jeez -- knocked over everything in there. Well, at least
I know where it is. And it all comes out this, okay good. [metal bang]
Very nice.
So once I'm in the hotel, if I need to go anywhere like the restaurant or the bar,
or something like that. I'll just call down to the front desk.
And ask if somebody can meet me at the bottom of the elevator or
whatever and just take me to where I need to go. And it's pretty straight ahead.
[train horn blows] Now, if I'm traveling by train
that's a little bit of a different experience. So what I do
is I go up on the platform and wait for the train
arrive and then I listen and either
walk left or right to where I think the door's going to be.
I get on the train and then I walk down the aisle.
And sort of touch the top of the seats to see if
I could feel somebody's head in the seat. And that's how I find an empty seat.
So once I get to my destination. Let's say it's New York City.
So I'll ask somebody... "Hey, can you do
me a favor and take me to the taxi stand?" And, you know,
people love to help so, yeah, people will do that for me.
Then I'll just get to the taxi stand. I'll wait in line.
Get into a car. And tell them where I want to go.
[music plays]
Well some of the ways I get to experience the city without sightseeing is I like to
go places. I like to meet the locals. Right.
I like to hear their stories like at a bar or restaurant or something like that.
You just meet the regular people. It's fun because
I'm from out of town and I tell people that and then they begin to tell me
stories and things maybe that I should check out in town
that I might like. Some place to go eat that has great food or some
place with nice drinks or whatever.
I just like to be with the people. That's my favorite part about
travel. I don't really care about going to see the Eiffel Tower.
It doesn't do anything for me. Right. Or, you know,
the pyramids wouldn't even do it for me.
Once of the things I hear in the comments is how sighted people
use photos and videos to remember their trip. And people are curious
"what does a blind person do to remember a trip? Do you make audio
recordings or anything? You know, I really don't.
When I'm on a trip, it's more about the experiences. It's
about the people that I met... the places that I've been to.
Maybe the smells and sounds of a particular place.
It's all that kind of stuff that I just remember because pictures
and video aren't really going to help me much and audio
recordings -- I don't imagine I'd listen to them.
I'm on them. [laughs]
I hear myself talk every day.
Thanks so much for watching this video and of course asking the questions.
And also I'd love it if you followed me on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
so this way you'll always know when there's a brand new video coming out.
[beep] Hey, why do they call it a travelogue anyway?
It's doesn't come from a tree.
You can't put it in the fireplace... alright.
Um...

Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere and the Arsenal stars running out of contract at the - Duration: 5:40.Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere and the Arsenal stars running out of contract at the Emirates… and FAST
ALEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN is set to join Chelsea after refusing to sign a new deal with Arsenal. But he isn't the only contract rebel whose future at the Emirates is uncertain.
Alexis Sanchez looks set to leave Arsenal… but which other stars are running out of contract?.
Arsenal look set to lose star man Alexis Sanchez to Manchester City. Key players Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez – who both joined the Gunners for more than £30million – also have less than 12 months left on their existing deals.
And there are a number of other players in the first-team squad approaching the end of their contracts at Arsenal. Our friends at Football Whispers look at whether any of them will be there for the 2018-19 season?.
Check out the full list below…. arsenal-contract_alt vresion_v2 football whispers_1.
Alexis Sanchez could be on the verge of a move to Manchester City. Alexis Sanchez stars in funny new Chilean mobile phone advert. THE Chilean has twice been named Arsenal Player of the Year since arriving from Barcelona in July 2014.
There is no doubt Arsene Wenger wants to keep him at the Emirates, telling Sky he hoped the forward would sign a new deal less than a week ago.
"We are in a very simple state, he has one year to go and I want him to stay. And if possible, during the season, extend the contract," the Frenchman said.
Ive dealt with this kind of situation many times, because when we built the stadium we had such restrictions on the financial front, and we werent too much in a position where we had a choice to make a decision to sell.
We are hopefully going to a future where we will be much stronger on that front. Yet the player is a Manchester City transfer target and he has turned down a £300,000-a-week offer to stay with his current side in North London.
Sanchez wants a move away and it would be a massive surprise to see him wearing an Arsenal shirt in 12 months time.
Mesut Ozil will also be a free agent next summer. SINCE his arrival in the Premier League, the German has been often accused of failing to turn up in big matches and looking disinterested when Arsenal are losing.
His woeful performance in the Gunners' 4-0 loss to Liverpool on Sunday didn't help prove his doubters wrong.
But despite the criticism he has received, Ozil was named Arsenal's Player of the Year in 2016. And there is no doubt he is talented.
He has been linked with a move back to Germany with Borussia Dortmund, but Arsenal want to give him a new contract.
It would be a major PR disaster if they lost both Ozil and Sanchez and the German is much more likely to be at the Emirates next season than his Chilean team-mate.
Jack Wilshere could also be on his way out of Arsenal this summer. JUST two years ago, Wilshere was tipped as the future of English football by legendary Barcelona midfielder Xavi.
"With all respect, he doesn't play the English way," he said. "He has an excellent passing range, an ability not to lose the ball, it is clear that he has had his education at Arsenal.
For many years now the one position England have not struggled with is world-class midfield players. [Paul] Scholes, and then more recently [Frank] Lampard and [Steven] Gerrard.
"Now I see Wilshere as the future of English football, that is why it is so important they keep him fit. Since that praise, Wilshere has been dogged by injuries.
He has returned from a loan spell at Bournemouth to find himself behind Aaron Ramsey, Granit Xhaka, Mohamed Elneny and Francis Coquelin in the pecking order.
While it will be a wrench to part with someone who has come through the club's academy, it would surely be better for the player to get game time if he wants to have a chance of getting back into the England squad.
It would be a surprise to see him still with the Gunners in 12 months time.
Arsenal signed Cazorla for £12m from Malaga back in 2012. THE former Villarreal and Malaga man hasn't featured for Arsenal since October after picking up an ankle injury.
Despite that, the Gunners took up an option to extend his contract by an extra season after it was up in June.
Cazorla is a fan favourite and was voted Player of the Year in his first season at the club. But he will be 33 in December and surely isn't a long-term option for Arsenal.
However, if he shows quality when he returns to first-team action, he could well earn himself another short-term deal at the Emirates.
Kieran Gibbs only made 11 Premier League appearances for Arsenal last campaign. LIKE Wilshere, Gibbs has come through the academy at Arsenal and has also fallen out of favour at the Emirates.
Now 27, he needs to move on to get first-team action with Sead Kolasinac, Nacho Monreal and Hector Bellerin all ahead of him at left wing-back.
There is no chance he will be at the Emirates next season, with the Gunners keen to offload him this summer so they can get a fee for him.
Gibbs is a West Bromwich Albion transfer target and Tony Pulis wants the deal closed before the transfer window shuts.
Joel Campbell has been on the books of Arsenal since 2011. A FORGOTTEN man at Arsenal, Campbell is still currently part of the squad at the Emirates.
Since joining in 2011, the Costa Rican has had five loan spells away from Arsenal, but did spend the 2015-16 season at his parent club, making 30 appearances and scoring four goals in all competitions.
Sending him to Sporting Lisbon on loan last season was a sign that Wenger doesn't believe Campbell is of the level necessary for Arsenal. But he is currently injured and that could stop him leaving this transfer window.
If Campbell is registered in Arsenal's Premier League squad, he could have a chance to prove that he could have a long-term role to play for the Gunners. Weekend Round-Up: Watch the best Premier League action from the Saturday and Sunday.

Neymar has warned Philippe Coutinho against joining Barcelona - Duration: 3:39.Neymar has warned Philippe Coutinho against joining Barcelona
Philippe Coutinho may not have earned his dream move to Barcelona this summer, but Neymar believes the Liverpool star will not come to regret it.
The Reds have rejected three big-money offers from Barcelona this summer, the latest coming in at an enormous £114million.
Jurgen Klopp and owner Fenway Sports Group were adamant the 25-year-old would not be sold this summer as they prepare for their return to the Champions League.
And according to the Brazilian newspaper Estadao, Neymar - who sealed a world-record £198m move to PSG from Barca earlier this summer - has warned Coutinho against a move to the Catalan giants.
The paper claims: Neymar said to Coutinho in a chat that he wont regret Liverpools decision to keep him away from Barcelona.
Barca completed the £96m signing of Ousmane Dembele over the weekend and sporting director Robert Fernandez has hinted they are ready to spend more before the window closes on Thursday.
He told Sportsmail on Monday: We are negotiating with a player with the possibility that he can arrive. We hope it ends well. We hope to be able to present a new player, he said.

How GREAT Promotional Art Sells More Games - The ART! - Duration: 10:15.I'd be willing to bet that you're the type of person that will AT THE VERY LEAST
look up a trailer for a game before you go out and buy it.
We are people of the internet after all.
Imagine for a second that you had to buy all of your games based SOLELY off of what the
box art looked like.
How many terrible games do you think you would have gotten duped into playing?
When most people think of video game art, THIS is what they think of.
But, there are so many other artistic tasks that are more detrimental to the development
of a game.
Concept art is messy.
There's room for mistakes.
The goal here is to turn out a lot of different ideas or to show the team what the end product
should look like.
Key Art is for promotional use.
It's to grab the attention of a potential buyer.
This is VERY important.
It's most likely the first imagery the general public will see.
It could take months of planning.
It usually goes through many different iterations, and gets passed between many different people.
It could be focus tested over and over until it's exactly what will catch the eye of the
most amount of people.
These pieces rarely depict actual in-engine gameplay.
A good example would be the first Mega Man.
Capcom already had promotional art worked out for this little blue guy.
So without the limitations of the NES, THIS is what they envisioned Mega Man to look like.
But for SOME REASON, they decided THIS would sell more games.
This cover art is actually blamed for the games weak sales at the time.
But I'd consider this to be an example where the game looks BETTER than the box art.
Fallout New Vegas is an example of a game that looks WORSE than it's box art.
Look at the graphical fidelity here.
You mean to tell me that was rendered on an Xbox 360?
This box art looks phenomenal.
I'm not saying the game looks inherently bad, it just never had a chance of ever looking
THAT good.
And by no means is Fallout New Vegas the only title that decided to jazz up it's box art.
Every AAA game publisher does this.
There's just a fine line they have to walk between adding a little bit of extra polish,
and blatant false advertising.
As graphics get better, this disconnect seems to be fixing itself.
I think Metal Gear Solid V is one of the few games where I'd believe it if you told me
that this image was rendered in engine.
But even when a publisher tells you it's rendered in engine, you have to be a little
skeptical.
The Call of Duty WW2 reveal trailer started with a title that said "Actual In-Game Footage."
That trailer contained EXCLUSIVELY cutscenes and scripted events, and no gameplay footage.
Even the so called "in game screenshots" used for promotion can go through a lot of editing.
A looot of people called bullshit on this Far Cry 4 preview screenshot.
Anybody can tell it's just...
TOO perfect.
How the hell would a person actually capture that moment.
It's also possible to use a lot more processing power to render a single screenshot, adding
a LOT more detail than you'd find in actual gameplay.
It's less taxing than rendering all of these things moving around.
This is how Horizon Zero Dawn's photo mode renders beautiful crisp photos.
But even with tricks like this, key art is never as simple as taking an in game screenshot.
Sometimes it could START that way, but there's always much, much more work to be done.
In fact there can be many different mediums at play.
In game models can be posed to perfection, then colored, rendered in SUPER HIGH detail,
and painted over to make sure the image is immaculate.
In some cases, photography is used.
Then it's mashed together in photoshop and again, painted over.
I know I just summarized it pretty quickly, but this process could take MONTHS.
Last year we got a pretty good look behind the key art of Battlefield 1 from Senior Concept
Artist Robert Sammelin.
He's the guy responsible for the general theme of the Battlefield covers since Bad Company
2.
When you see a mostly blue image of a soldier walking towards screen with bright orange
highlights and lot's of blown out lens flair, you know it's a Battlefield game.
Robert and his team started with a bunch of sketches and speed paintings to get the general
idea.
Then they got some props, brought in some models and had themselves a photoshoot.
Lot's of photo's are taken and mashed together.
This cape was likely added in later.
Cloth is so finicky, it's just easier that way.
The model in the cover art for Battlefield 3 was a motion capture artist.
He notes that on normal mo-cap days he's dressed in a motion capture suit.
You know, one of those leotards with the white balls all over it.
On the monitor though, he could see a real time feed of himself wearing full military
gear.
However, for the cover art shoot, he had 65lbs of actual gear on.
The Battlefield 1 art took eighteen months of planning and 3-4 months of hands on work.
Of course, it's finished towards the end of production as to get the most accurate representation
of the game, incase things change.
So, is this disingenuous?
I mean, it's a photograph, and NOT rendered gameplay.
This type of realism literally could not exist in the game.
I guess it's not much different than say, an over the top movie poster.
There's a weird sort of fine line between artistic license and actual false advertising.
How good can you make this game look without promising something that it's not.
People seem more able to suspend their disbelief for box art, not so much for so called "in
game screenshots" or "pre-rendered trailers"
Good key art is iconic.
It immediately makes you think of the franchise it represents.
It doesn't have to be complex.
It can be abstract or minimalistic and still serve it's purpose.
To me the simpler the better.
What if the Order 1886 cover was just it's logo?
Well, they don't have the same brand recognition as lets say, Elder Scrolls.
The Skyrim box art is just the logo.
It's stylized really well, but even if we take away all of the detail you still know
exactly what game franchise it is.
This is just good design.
Fallout 4 is a better example.
That power armor helmet provides all the information you need.
The logo and the power armor were actually the first designs created in the development
of Fallout 4.
They wen't through more iterations before they made their way to the cover, but the
general idea was there. This is also fairly close to what we see in the game.
You might also remember this image from the promotion of Fallout 4.
It's basically a summary of the "Welcome Home" trailer, just in one long image.
The art book shows us how much work went into this trailer, and in turn, this key art.
It's not just a screenshot.
It's WAY too beautifully rendered.
And this screenshot, which is just as beautifully rendered, is on the back of the box.
It's placement gives off the impression that it's just promotional art and not an
in-game screenshot like the 3 we see at the bottom.
You know at this point, I think we've seen so much bullshit from the games industry that
we're just trained to sort through it.
Of course, this isn't limited to the video games industry.
Key art also applies to movies, TV shows, music, hell even YouTube Videos.
It's purpose is to draw you in, peak your curiosity and give you the BEST representation
of the work.
But ALSO give you an accurate representation so that you don't fee swindled after you're
done consuming the content.
If you do feel swindled, ya got CLICKBAITED.
And that's the fine line content creators have to walk.
How can I show the most idealized version of my product without giving people a false
impression?
If you're going to draw people in with a fancy image, you better have what it takes
to back it up.
And if promotional art is something you'd like to do yourself someday, well good luck
to you.
Key Art is a very specialized type of art.
Having some drawing chops often isn't enough.
You've got to wear a lot of hats.
Granted most of the time it's a large team of people with varying skill-sets who create
the key art for these AAA games.
I don't necessarily think that box art being rendered differently than in-engine footage
is necessarily malicious.
It just should be at least a LITTLE representative of the content inside.
I think screenshots and promotional material these days are WAY MORE malicious.
It's much MORE likely that a potential buyer could be tricked by this sort of advertising.
Every other form of media has trained us NOT to judge a book by its cover.
So next time you look at your game collection, take a minute to consider the sheer man hours
that just went into creating the physical boxes that decorate your bookshelf.
And next time you see a game ad out in the wild, consider how it was designed to pull
you in and take your money.
So what do you guys think about promotional art?
What are some of your favorites?
It's very difficult for me to pick a favorite but I like the illustrative ones like Red
Dead Redemption or Metal Gear Solid 2.
That Yoji Shinkawa.
Mwah. MWAH.
Firewatch is great too, if only the GAME WAS AS GOOD.

Absolver PVP and PVE Controller Settings [ Beginners Gameplay Guide ] New Game From Devolver Digital - Duration: 2:30.what is up ladies and gentlemen boys and girls it's Zulo back again with
another Absolver video today we're going to be going over remapping and
controls and why it's important to start things off I have to say that the
default controls are really brutal on a controller a first glance you may be
thinking Zullo they aren't that bad and to some people that may be the case but
as we see absorber grow into a more PvP oriented game as more people reach the
quote unquote end game you also see a lot more players popping up with
different controller setups and this will be able to make your reflexes a
little bit quicker if you aren't part of the 5% of the population that actually
uses a claw grip
I of course use an Xbox one controller for Absolver and the setup I use mainly
is for being able to vote dodge and switch stance as well as attack all
simultaneously all I've done to rearrange my setup is as follows
sequence attack once switched from either X on an Xbox one controller or a
square if you're on a ps4 controller to write trigger then switch alternate
attack from Y on a controller an Xbox controller that is or of course triangle
on a ps4 controller to left bumper or l1 next we will be switching rush from l3
to Y because it's not really viable in combat currently maybe at a later date
there will be some sort of reason to do it but right now it's not really super
viable so we're gonna be searching that one two-y next bill will be switching a
mote from l3 to the back button or the select button on your controller because
that's not used in combat either it's kind of like a full tool or also used
for communicating kind of yeah and then lastly we'll be switching our
stance mode from a right trigger or r2 on a ps4 controller to l3 and this is to
help us stand stance while moving and being able to dodge and attack all at
the same time oh yeah of course is just my setups I'm also interested to hear
what other people are using for their controllers so if you have any comments
or suggestions on my controller setup I'd love to hear them as always I hope
ever and enjoy this video and until next time take it easy peace

Qarth, Greatest City That Ever Was and Will Be, Great Moraq and Isles | Essos and Beyond - Duration: 12:17.Despite their long history, little can be said with any certainty of the Qaathi - a
people now gone from the world save for a remnant in Qarth.
What is known is that Qaathi arose in the grasslands, and came into conflict with Sarnori.
Since they kept losing wars with the Tall Men of Sarnor, they began to drift farther
south, creating new city states on their way.
Their farthest city was founded on the coast of the Summer Sea.
Through time the northern lands of the Qaathi turned into the red waste, however, and their
civilization declined.
The Qaathi were on their way to collapse, when the Doom struck, but what could have
become their opportunity for the expanse of their power because of the chaos that arose
on the continent, became their worst nightmare when the Dothraki attacked, destroying all
the remaining Qaathi cities save for Qarth itself.
Qarth remained untouched mostly because of its famous three walls of thirty, forty, and
fifty feet in height, respectively engraved with portraits of animals, war, and lovemaking.
The triple walls of Qarth is one of the nine wonders made by man according to the famous
traveler Lomas Longstrider.
Qaathi were on the brink of the extinction, yet, in a way, the destruction that Dothraki
brought with them led to a resurgence of Qaathi.
Forced to look to the sea, the Pureborn who ruled Qarth swiftly constructed a fleet and
took control of the Jade Gates, the strait between Qarth and Great Moraq.
With the Valyrian fleet destroyed and Volantis focused on conquering the Free Cities of western
Essos, no one opposed the Qartheen as they established their control over the most direct
route between west and east, thus gaining immense wealth on both trade and levied tolls.
Qartheen are a tall and pale people, called Milk Men by the Dothraki for their complexion.
They did not rebuild their destroyed cities through time.
Instead, they began to call those ruins by their Dothraki names: Vaes Orvik, City of
the Whip, Vaes Qosar, City of Spiders, and Vaes Shirosi, City of Scorpions.
While Qarth depends upon its slaves, khalasars never cross the Red Waste to sell their slaves
at Qarth.
The Qartheen do not want them to do so, either.
The Qartheen have been known to bar entry to the city to those who do not meet their
approval.
Due to Qarth's isolation behind the Red Waste, being denied entry will often spell doom for
travelers, and their bones can be found extending around its walls.
This area is sometimes called the "Garden of Bones".
Qarth is a city of merchants and because of its location it began to be seen as a gateway
of commerce and culture between the east and west, and the north and south.
From Qarth, four main travel routes originate.
The western route leads to the city Qarkash, also controlled by the Qartheens.
Though Port Yhos is not linked to the road, it is also under the control of Qarth.
The northwestern route leads to Vaes Qosar . While the eastern road leads to Asabhad,
controlled by the Great Fathers of once notorious Patrimony of Hyrkoon.
The fourth route, the Sand Road, leads through the southern Bone Mountains, eventually passing
Bayasabhad, also controlled by the Great Fathers, leading to the market city Tiqui, belonging
to Yi Ti.
Qal island is under control of the Qartheen and is fortified on both ends with their harbor
cities.
Qarth's port is one of the greatest in the world.
Shaped like an enormous horseshoe, the harbor extends for several miles and is packed with
activity.
Numerous brothels.
gaming dens, warehouses and winesinks line the streets, along with temples devoted to
exotic gods.
The whole area functions as a massive marketplace, where goods can be purchased for a fraction
of what they would cost at a bazaar in the city itself for as long as the buyer asks
no questions about the item's origin.
The various trade guilds of Qarth each have their areas of the harbor.
The far end of it is where ships from Westeros, the Summer Islands and the Free Cities are
permitted to land.
Trade goods from Qarth include saffron, dreamwine and liquor, silk, spices, and elephants.
Qartheen spice ships can be as big as palaces and can travel as far as Braavos to trade.
Back in the days of rule of Jaehaerys First in Seven Kingdoms, in the last of his nine
voyages aboard the Sea Snake, Corlys Velaryon brought a shipload of gold to Qarth, where
he purchased twenty more ships.
Filled with spices, elephants, and silk, most of the ships returned to Westeros.
Corlys thus became for a while the wealthiest men in the Seven Kingdoms.
Qartheen adventurers search for gold, gems, and ivory along the eastern coasts of Sothoryos,
hungry to make a profit.
However, they have never been able to reach the southern end of Sothoryos, or just considered
it to be too dangerous, after evaluating the risks of such journey.
Qarth's buildings are painted in rich shades of rose, umber, and violet, and seem to shimmer
as if in a dream.
Fountains carved in the shape of fantastic beasts can be seen in every open square.
There is a great covered passage where the heroes of the city stand atop columns of green
and white marble.
A cavernous building is home to a bazaar.
A thousand gaily colored birds live on the ceiling of the building, and on the terraced
walls above stalls, bloom trees and flowers beyond count.
Other locations in Qarth include the Temple of Memory, where traditional sacrifices are
made, the Garden of Gehane, and Warlock's Way, a street, where houses have no windows.
Status is quite important among the Qartheen, and they tend to be very concerned about appearances.
Qartheen women wear gowns which leave one breast exposed and sometimes dye their hair
to appear more exotic.
Meanwhile, men favor beaded silk skirts and vests which are covered in extravagant gold
tracing and jewelry on the front.
Both men and women decorate their clothing with gold pieces shaped like insects and encrusted
with jewels.
Qartheen seat themselves on cushions on the floor, and wealthier citizens sometimes decorate
their noses with jewels.
Warriors of Qarth wear scaled, copper armor and snouted-helms with copper tusks and long,
black silk plumes.
Camel riders sit high on saddles inlaid with rubies and garnets.
Their camels are dressed in blankets of a hundred different hues.
Children might go about naked, wearing only golden sandals and body paint.
Qartheen men and women retain their possessions after marriage.
However, there is a marriage custom where, on the day of the wedding, the groom may ask
for any one item from his bride's possessions and the bride may ask for any one item of
the groom's possessions.
Whatever is asked by either cannot be denied.
This is seen as a gift of devotion by the bride and groom to each other.
Qartheen men are known to weep in times of strong emotion, as it is considered to be
a mark of civilization, and Qartheen politeness goes as far as having the assassins known
as the Sorrowful Men say "I'm so sorry" to their victim before killing them.
Qarth is nominally ruled by the Pureborn, who are seated in the Hall of a Thousand Thrones.
They deal with all matters of civic importance, commanding the Civic Guard and the fleet of
ornate war galleys which rule the straits between the seas.
However, the powerful guilds of the Thirteen, the Tourmaline Brotherhood, and the Ancient
Guild of Spicers all contend endlessly with the Pureborn.
Meanwhile, the warlocks of Qarth broom over them all.
The Pureborn, also known as the Enthroned, are descendants of the Qarth's ancient kings
and queens.
They are calculating and are known for offering poisoned wine to those they consider dangerous,
and their greed is equally well-known.
To receive an audience with the Pureborn, a petitioner should make a traditional sacrifice
in the Temple of Memory, offer a traditional bribe to the Keeper of the Long List, and
send a traditional persimmon to the Opener of the Door.
If all goes well, the petitioner will be sent a pair of blue slippers, signifying the granting
of an audience in the Hall of a Thousand Thrones.
The Pureborn are enthroned on great wooden chairs of their ancestors.
The unique chairs are immense, fantastically carved, bright with gold work, and studded
with various precious stones, as each Pureborn wants his chair to be the most fabulous.
Warlocks are magic practitioners of Essos.
Their center of power is the House of the Undying, home to the Undying Ones of Qarth,
also known as the Palace of Dust, a long and low building without towers or windows, coiling
like a stone serpent through a grove of black-barked trees.
The buildings roof is made of black tiles, of which many are fallen or broken.
The warlocks of Qarth are feared and respected throughout the East, and are also well represented
in Asshai by the Shadow.
Yet, the warlocks' power and prestige have waned over the years.
Most warlocks have blue lips from drinking shade of the evening.
It is made from the inky blue leaves that grow on the black-barked trees found around
the House of the Undying.
It has an unappetizing smell and initial taste, having been compared to ink, spoiled meat,
and rotten flesh, but upon swallowing tastes like all things its imbiber has ever tasted,
and more.
House of the Undying houses the Undying Ones, also known as the Undying of Qarth, the most
mysterious of all warlocks.
A saying in Qarth is "A warlock's house is built of bones and lies."
The Undying Ones are the conclave of ancient warlocks of Qarth and the elite of their order.
They dwell in a chamber somewhere deep within the House of the Undying.
The Qartheen like to call their city "the Greatest City that Ever Was or Will Be".
An easy claim to make if one knows only the docks and custom houses of other cities.
There are many islands south of Qarth, in the waters of the Summer Sea, that are linked
with Qarth through trade, but are not controlled by the Qartheen.
Great Moraq is the largest island in the known world.
Because of the prevailing winds, the eastern shore of Great Moraq is lightly settled and
rarely visited.
The northern half of Great Moraq is a mixture of plains, hills, and small forests, while
the southern half of the island is densely forested.
The city of Faros is situated at the mouth of a river on the northern stretch of its
western coast.
The inhabitants of Faros worship the Stone Cow.
There is a saying among the Qartheen: "It is easier to milk the Stone Cow of Faros than
to wring gold from the Pureborn."
At the southern point of Great Moraq is the city of Port Moraq.
Vahar is a city on an island of the same name that has become wealthy from the spice trade.
The Isle of Whips is a small, isolated island in the Jade Sea, largely barren and named
for its role as a way station for slavers.
The city of Zabhad is located on the northern shore of the Isle of Elephants and is the
only known settlement on the island.
According to records set down by Corlys Velaryon in his letters, the Isle of Elephants is ruled
by a shan, who rules from a palace made of ivory.
The Qartheen do enjoy their elaborated appearances; however, it is not only a matter of status
among the Qartheen, but also of survival: showing off is a sign of strength among descendants
of Qaathi, and as long as they can appear wealthy before the eyes of the other, they
are perceived as powerful as well.
Any failure to keep up appearances and the men is gone.
Deserts make minds see mirages, and Red Waste is a great desert indeed, but one must keep
his vision clear in case he wants to survive in these lands.
Thank You for watching!
See Ya!

Why is Wally REALLY wearing BARRYS old suit !? Wally is the new Flash ? EXPLAINED Flash Season 4 !! - Duration: 1:35.Yo guys, what is over do here and in today's video. I'm gonna be telling you why while he actually wears Barry's old suit
So this video is gonna be a short one because there's nothing really to talk about as I'm just gonna get straight to the point
so let's get started, so
in the flashy season 4 trailer we see this we see the Samurais and we saw some leaked footage like
The leaked footage was of Wali
and while he was
Embarrassing fighting the Samurai and in the trailer day when looking for the flash the samurai was actually looking for the flash
So what actually happened is Wally. Where's barry his old suit and b tends to be the flash
And then we don't actually know what happened after that, but that's why wally actually where's barry soo
Because he's trying to be the flash. He's not gonna take the Mantle or anything because
He just he's just wearing it for one moment. He's not ready for the whole season or something as
there has been photos and like
Videos and behind the scenes stuff of him his normal kid flash suit
There's also a leaked video
I think the video could be a photo of Iris being kidnapped by the Samurais, so I'm guessing that
Wally Fails and doesn't be the samurai and then the samurai Gets Iris
And say you have one last chance to bring the flash
I don't know of something like that, but yeah, this is end of today's video. I know it's a short one, but
Yeah, I'm sorry fort one, but yeah, please give it a like and I'll see you in my next video

JUST IN: Famous Dem Caught Scamming Hurricane Victims | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:24.The recent events of Hurricane Harvey have left a massive need for financial help for
all of the people displaced, the property destroyed, and ultimately getting everything
back to the way it was before the storm.
Unfortunately, there is always someone out there looking to capitalize on a tragedy.
It was recently discovered that the infamous Democrat activist Linda Sarsour started a
fund to help care for the people who were affected by the Hurricane.
According to The Weekly Standard, it turns out that the fund is being used to solicit
donations for the people involved with her movement.
As soon as folks caught wind of this, it spread like a wild fire.
A tweet from Sarsour was released Tuesday morning, saying, "Donate to the #Harvey
Hurricane Relief Fund," followed by a link to her fund page.
The imagery and verbiage indicate that it is, indeed, the correct page.
There are pictures of the flooded Houston Highways, and the phrase "Hurricane Harvey
Community Relief Fund."
One would think that they are in the right place to donate in support of the large number
of people facing troubles down in Texas.
The typical groups involved in this Hurricane Harvey relief effort include the Houston Food
Bank, the Greater Houston Community Foundation, and many others.
However, the donations on the page linked by Sarsour do not lead to any of these groups.
Instead, donations go to the "Texas Organizing Project Education Fund."
Oddly enough, the "Texas Organizing Project Education Fund" has nothing to do with helping
those afflicted by the hurricane.
Instead, it works towards, "advancing racial and economic justice through community and
electoral organizing."
In other words, it is all a scam.
Deeper down the page, it becomes clear that these donations will be used for reasons beyond
just Hurricane Harvey relief.
On the official page, it almost sounds like an afterthought.
On their Facebook page, the group clarifies that the funds will help achieve the following
goal: "Together we will organize and advocate for our devastated communities, shining a
spotlight on inequalities that emerge in the restoration of lives, livelihoods, and homes,
amplifying the needs of hard-hit communities, and providing legal assistance for residents
wrongfully denied government support."
Essentially, this means that donors have no idea how much of the funds are going to go
to Hurricane Harvey, and how much will go to promote the liberal agenda.
The verbiage is so vague, Sarsour could use any amount of the donated funds towards whichever
efforts she chooses.
Many conservatives came to call out this odd factor so people can see that this situation
is not a typical disaster relief fund.
If she wanted to donate to the Hurricane Fund, then her efforts are good.
However, it seems more likely that she is working toward funding her own group and profiting
from a disaster.
Seth Mandel called her out on Twitter, "This is really unbelievably gross.
Even for Sarsour, this is just so far over the line.
At the time of this writing, the Texas Organizing Project has not responded to any comment on
their use of the funds.
Only time will tell if Sarsour can be held accountable for this disguised relief fund,
and how she will use the funds from unsuspecting donors.

Wasted Night (Short Story Audio) - Duration: 2:53."Who the hell are you?" Thomas asked.
Thomas and I used to be best friends
We did everything together
Parties, dinners, weddings
Everything
I remember on the third grade, people used to call us the "gay couple"
But we didn't mind.
As long as we had each other
We were fine.
There wasn't a time we weren't together.
I was right by his side the moment he lost his memory...
Forever.
Everything happened so fast
I just wish I could do things right and turn back time.
It was 5:03pm
Thomas picked me up to go to Kelsey's party
He made me that I wouldn't let him drink
Because he was the one driving.
Instead..
I gave him the first drink
I never thought something bad could happen
Didn't think of any consequences
After that drink.. I became the worst best friend anyone could have in the world
And thanks to that, Thomas will never remember me again.
We both started drinking like there was no tomorrow
At 4:30am I told him:
"We should get going".
My second mistake.
I didn't even mind he was still drunk.
I was tired and I wanted to get home
How selfish can I be?
He didn't want to drive and I convinced him by telling him:
"Nothing is going happen". We were drunk, but not stupid.
Third mistake.
Thinking shit can happen, but not to us.
The accident happened as soon as we left Kelsey's house.
The other car hit us by passing a red light,
we both were falling asleep and we didn't mind looking at the traffic light
Stupid, isn't it?
When you're drunk, you think you control the world...
When in reality, you crush your own world by thinking that way
The other car hit us on Thomas' side
But we both passed out.
"Who the hell are you?" Thomas asked.
I just wanted to know he was okay.
His parents made me disappear from his life...
So he could never remember me again.
They used to think I was a good influence in his life,
but after that night..
They knew I wasn't.
I thought so myself after that night.
There was nothing I could do about it.
After all,
They were right.
Not only that night had I lost my sight..
I lost my one and true friend.
Thomas.
I'm glad he's alive
But it will be as if i'm dead to him.
He'll never remember me again
But I shall remember him until the day I die.
My eyes won't work. I lost sight in both of them.
But I still see a clear image of Thomas smiling back at me.
Don't be stupid like me..
Don't drink and drive.

Blade Runner 2049 Short - 2036 Nexus Dawn (EN & HU subtitles) - Duration: 6:31.When I first saw Blade Runner, I was stunned.
Ridley Scott's vision struck so many chords.
I could immediately recognize its impact on the entire cinematic world.
Now I've been given the amazing opportunity to continue the story and direct Blade Runner 2049,
which picks up 30 years after the first film.
So with that in mind,
I decided to ask a couple of artists that I respect
to create three short stories

but before 2049,
when my new Blade Runner story begins.
My friend, Luke Scott has directed this short film you're about to see.
I hope you enjoy this special glimpse into the world of Blade Runner 2036.

Do you understand?
Yes.
Do this now.
Jesus Christ.
This is wrong.
Human action...
...resounds in the heavens.
The bell echoes above what we decide here today.
We'll polish or crack the firmament.

What are the Different Types of Overhead Cranes? | Cranes 101 | Ep 2 - Duration: 8:42.Hi! I'm Chris Whitney with Progressive Crane. If you're wondering about the
different types of overhead cranes and what applications need them, you've come
to the right place. Welcome to Cranes 10.
If you've done your research or watched our previous video "What is an Overhead
Crane" you've already learned about what an overhead crane can do to increase
productivity and safety within your plant. But with so many different types
of cranes you may find yourself struggling to find out which type fits
your application at your business. That's where I come in. Since no two cranes are
alike, we'd like to use our 40 plus years of
experience to help you choose the appropriate crane for your application
to help your business. From the high power Bridge Crane, to the every man's
Work Station crane, we'll discuss the strengths and
weaknesses of each type. We will also discuss the differences in common types
of cranes: Top Running versus Under Running, Single Girder versus Double
Girder. And how each one suits certain needs. Our goal is to help establish a
deeper understanding of overhead crane so that you can use that information in
choosing an Overhead Crane that will Benefit your Business. Are you ready?
Let's go!
So, What is an Overhead Bridge Crane? If you remember from our last video, it's that
machine you keep losing money on trying to win your date a stuffed animal, or
the machine that Sid from Toy Story used to win a rubber alien. The Bridge
Crane system consists of two overhead rails connected by a single or double
girder bridge. The bridge is supported by End Truck that rides on top of the rails and
moves your bridge from one end of the runway to the other. So, let's start by
unpacking the Single Girder versus Double girder argument. So, why use one over the
other? It really depends on your application and your budget.
A single girder crane consists of a single beam with a hoist trolley riding on
the lower flange. Typically these are less expensive due to lower freight
costs, easier installation, a more simpler hoist design and also allows for a
lighter runway beam. The main reason you would want to upgrade from a single girder to a
double girder crane, is that the capacity you're lifting is over 15 tons or you
need to have a higher hook height within your existing space. If you wanted to,
you can engineer a single girder crane to go to a higher capacity or for a
wider span, but the higher you go the less cost effective it is to use a single
girder crane and you'll want to pursue a double girder. Double girder systems use
two bridge beams instead of one typically you'll see a double girder crane used
for higher capacities, wider spans, and also higher duty cycles. In addition if
you have specialty equipment or need a service platform, you also want to take a
look at a double girder crane. On a Top Running design, they also provide a better
hook height since the hoist is running on top of the beams instead of on the
lower flange.
Okay. So, do I need a top running or an under running crane? Again,
what's your application? Top Running cranes have no limited capacity. They can
be used for very small loads to very heavy. They're ideal for heavy lifting
applications. Under Running cranes otherwise known as under hung cranes,
ride on the lower flange of the runway beam.
These types of cranes are typically designed for lighter capacity and
lighter duty cycle. However, they're designed to maximize your building
spaces as they're hung from the ceiling and don't have any column that reach the
floor. In addition, the hoist can travel further across the bridge and also along
the runway which gives you a greater hook travel. When we talk about under
running cranes we have two different types of bridge girder beams we can
use. You have structural steel shapes and
then you also have patented track. Structural steel is rolled from a
softer mild steel. Is typically used for lighter duty cycle applications. Patented
track however is engineered and built from a stronger steel and is used for
higher duty cycle applications. So enough about the beams, let's get back into the
cranes. Do you need a process crane or do you need a modular crane?
Process cranes are built for a specific need. Typically, they're in a higher capacity, in a
steel mill or container yard. And you see those lifting 10 to 20 lifts per
hour at 50 to 75 percent of the rated capacity. CMAA
typically rate these at a Class D, E, or F. A modular crane or more commonly known
as a kit crane, is typically used in a machine shop or a small mill environment.
These types of cranes are more economical and affordable. CMAA rates them
at a Class C or below because they're only used five to ten times per hour and
have roughly forty percent of the capacity of the crane. If needed, extra
engineering can bump it up to a class D. So bridge crane doesn't sound right for
you? Lucky for you we've got other options.
Gantry cranes are similar to an overhead bridge except they don't have overhead rails to run on.
They have two legs that run on embedded rail on the floor or can also run on top of the concrete.
Gantry cranes are typically used in an outdoor environment at a rail yard or
shipyard where overhead supports are not available in addition they can be used
inside when overhead obstructions prevent the use of an overhead crane
First type of gantry crane that I want to talk about it as a portable gantry.
It's typically used in the maintenance or warehousing application where there's
lifts required in different areas of the plant. There are two types of portable
gantry cranes. You have adjustable and fixed. first time adjustable allows you
to raise and lower the boom, depending on overhead obstructions in a certain area
of your plant. In a fixed height gantry the boom is in a single position and does
not move up or down. The other type of gantry crane is track mounted
gantry. This is similar to a bridge crane in that it only moves in a single plane.
Again you'll have a hoist trolley that is mounted on there that gives you the
same types of motions but it is mounted on the floor. In addition to portable and
track mounted gantry's, I also want to talk about engineered gantry'a. These are
a more permanent fixture in that they have rail mounted to the floor and
can also be tied to a overhead crane runway.
Monorail cranes are used in an assembly line of production line.Typically these
are used when you don't need any side-to-side motion and you just want to
stick to a single plane. In addition they can also be used to move materials from
one Bay into another by way of a track switch. These are perfect for when a full
blown overhead crane is not needed.
Jib cranes come on a number of different types and sizes. They're typically used
when an overhead crane and runway system is not available. You have a
free-standing or you can have one mounted off of a column. These come in a
number of different capacities and spans depending on your need. A jib crane can
also give you a range of 180 degree rotation to 360 degrees.
Not sure if a jib crane is the right application for you? Consider the
following. What kind of floor space do you have? What is the capacity and the
usage? Can we mount it off of a column? What other special options or
considerations are required? What is your budget for the project? The more
information you have the better suited you are to make a decision.
Work station cranes are designed for an individual user. They can be ceiling hung
or free standing. With a rated capacity of 250 pounds to 2 tons, the key here is
that the user can ergonomically move a load from one end of the system to the
other.
And that's it! It's up to you to consider the following:
how many cranes do you need? What is the capacity of the crane and the hoist?
How many lifts per hour? And what percentage of the capacity are each lifts
being performed? Also, you'll want to consider; span, hook height, existing
runway, operating conditions for the crane, or any other special
considerations. Progressive Crane is a leading manufacturer of world-class
overhead cranes. With over 40 years of experience, we engineer and build

Inspiring SUCCESS TIPS From a Hall of Fame NFL Legend - Duration: 6:00.Hey, Everyone out there.
It's coach Dan Long with Get Lean in 12,
and yes this is a helmet, and yes it's
autographed by someone famous.
And I want to tell you all about him.
I used to work in the restaurant industry,
and one of the most amazing things that I ever experienced
was working for a gentleman named Lee Roy Selmon.
This gentleman, his number was 63,
used to be on the Buccaneers back when I was a kid.
He became a Hall of Famer on the worst team in the NFL.
Now, I'm sure you're probably wondering
just like I was, how in the heck does someone
become a Hall of Famer on the worst team in the NFL.
Well, I am going to tell you because I
asked him that question.
I want to say God bless his soul.
Unfortunately Lee Roy Selmon has passed on,
but he is not passed on through some of the things
that he has shared.
And I'm going to share one with you today.
I asked him, how did you become that man on the worst
team in the NFL.
This is exactly what he told me-- and I got
three gold nuggets I got out of this that I want
to make sure I share with you, that you can carry on
in life just like I have to make you successful.
He said that the day that he was drafted onto that NFL team,
he went out there for the first practice.
He knew nobody.
He's standing next to a gentleman,
his name was Jimmy Jiles.
I'm sure some of you know who that is.
Jimmy Jiles was standing next to him,
and the coach looked at everyone on the team
and said "Okay, you're going to run 20 yards,
and you're going to hit the bag, do a spin 360 degrees,
and then you're going to sprint towards the end zone,
and you're going to reach the goal line.
You're going to turn back around and jog back into line,
and you're going to do it again.
That's your practice. " So, everyone in the line did
exactly that.
They went 20 yards, did a spin around the bag, went down
and they hit the goal line, and came back.
Until, Lee Roy was up.
Lee Roy's first day, he ran the 20 yards, he sprinted,
turned 360, ran to the goal line and didn't stop.
He kept running for another 20 yards.
And then he kept running for another 20 yards.
Then, he turned around, and then he got back in line.
So then everyone in line, he told me,
was asking him-- hey man why are you doing that?
You weren't asked to do that.
And he just didn't say anything.
The next time he was up there, he did the same exact thing.
Guess what happened.
Within two practices, every single person on that team
was running the extra 40 yards.
Now, what do I get out of that what do you get out of that?
The reason why I want to share that with you
is because that's powerful.
When you do something that is more than what you're
asked to do, that's completely over delivering
and what does that do.
It makes people wonder why and it also
inspires them to want to do more.
Lee Roy was that guy, he live this way every single day.
This man played every single game
like it was the Super Bowl.
He had a mentality that is the most humblest person
in the world.
But, when he hit that field he was aggressive,
and he came out to play and make sure that he
made a name for himself.
Now, what's incredible to me is leading by example--
the three things I got out of this--
he led by example.
And before you knew it he affected the entire team of all
of those players, To be better than they already were. ,
So leading by example is huge.
He rose above average.
He rose above average, because what does average do?
Average does exactly what you're asked to do
and no more than that.
So, what was he doing.
He was over delivering by running an extra 40
yards in a sprint, and then making it
all the way back in the line.
And doing it again.
That's absolutely incredible.
Now, the last thing he chose to do was be different.
He didn't want to just accept the minimal.
He wanted to accept the fact that you could always do more.
So, when it came to his workouts,
and when it came for him to do all the things that he
was doing to be the best guy, to become the only man to make it
in the Hall of Fame out of those Buccaneers.
It was incredible to see this guy triumph.
So, what did he do.
He really led by example.
He a rose above average.
The third thing that he did is he chose to be different.
And it changed the team, it changed the mindset,
and it changed everything in their workouts.
Now, speaking of workouts.
Just for you being here today, I hope
you take some of that information
and you apply it to your life, and I
hope you get better at what it is that you're doing out there.
And so, just for being here today,
I have something special for you.

Now here's the most amazing thing,
it's actually specifically designed and geared
to people in their 40s, 50s, and 60s
that have to move different.
Lee Roy was moving at 40 and 50 like a 20 something year
old because of moving differently.

Alright.
What we have...
Oh, it came with some stickers.
Word of the Month poster.
The word of the month is "daebak"
Cola Coola candy
Cola-flavored snack
Interesting
It's pretty good. I think...
...if you're an avid coke drinker, you would probably enjoy this one.
Bbasae
Shrimp-flavored chips
So this is a, a soft sort of chip. So it's not crunchy like Lay's or Ruffles
but it's like, softer.
I love Milkis
I'm gonna save this for later.
This one came with...
a SnackFever fidget spinner!
Yeol Ramen
This is a Custard
So this is what this one looks like.
It's just like a little cake with custard cream inside
It's really soft
I think a lot of people will like this one
Silicone phone wallet
It not only comes with snacks but it also comes with a couple of goodies, too.
Oh...
So like, originally it was Choco Heim, which is just chocolate flavored, but this one looks like a
white hazelnut wafers
It's not too sweet, which I really like. I don't think I've ever tried the white ones
so I'm excited to try that
Se Kom Dal Kom
It tastes like a Hi-Chew, like a Strawberry Hi-Chew
Milk caramel
There's a Korean lollipop, I guess?
Vanilla chocolate
Of course it comes with a Pepero
Oh!
And one last thing, it comes with...it came with a fan
Which is very useful because it's really hot right now.
It's summer and I live in Arizona so this is pretty useful.
So these are the kinds of snacks that SnackFever will send to you if you subscribe to their monthly boxes.
Your box will be something that might be completely different, but it'll still have a lot of content, regardless.
