For those of you who don't know, my name is Radostin Kuzmanov
I am 19 years old, living in Denmark
for I am a student here
The main idea of my youtube channel is usually to educate people
in the field of training and nutrition
But in today's video we will definitely leave all of that on the side
because today I have to do the 10K calorie challenge
I have to eat SO MUCH food...
and huge part of that food will be junk proccessed food
I don't usually teach people to eat that kind of food so don't take this as an example of a good diet
but there is no other chance for me as everyone on youtube and all around the social medias
does that challenge, especially when they hit 10K subs
and for me this is already the case for we are already 10 000 here on youtube
actually 11 000!
and yeah...I know, you would like me to eat 11 000 calories today
which would be highly possible today
because the way that I want to do this challenge is something much different
from what most of the people do when they have to eat 10k calories
Most of the people eat foods that are high in fats
such as McDonalds, chocolate, pizzas, donuts and etc
because fats are high in calories
a bit more than twice comapared to protein and carbs
which makes it easier for you to get more calories without eating that much food which is high in volume
so definitely foods high in fats are suitable for this kind of food challenges
but for I want to do something different
I will try to eat as less fats as possible today
and to eat 2000 grams of CARBS!
because if I get 2000 grams of carbs there is no chance that I will not hit 10K calories as 2kg of carbs = 8000 calories
This will be a huge challenge for me
I haven't seen anybody does that yet
so I will give it a shot!

It's 09:06 in the morning
and basically the rules for this challenge are to eat all of the food into the frames of 24 hours
which hopefully I will do
the only problem is that I have to go to work in the evening
for those of you who don't know I work as a photographer at night club
and 11:30pm I have to be there
Hope that I will not look terryfying
for I will definitely be bloated as f
but let's hope I will manage to take photos wtihout a problem
The other rule is that I can't drink beverages like juice, coca cola, sprite and etc (the ones that have calories)
So the only thing that I can drink today is just water or drinks without calories
such as coca cola zero
but the problem is that I can't drink carbonated drinks as I have stomach problems
I think it's time for me to weigh in and check what's my starting weight
and tomorrow I'm gonna weight in also so that we can see the difference
I will also show you my physique even though I am not at my best shape now
For I was not really strict with my calories the last few weeks
Although yesterday I had really low calorie day and basically I just ate the amount of protein for the day
so that I can create kind of a calorie buffer
even though this compared to 10K calories is nothing.
My weight is 86.0kg and now let me show you my form
I must start eating because the more the time passes the worse for me...
so here is my breakfast
These are the products that I'm gonna use
musli, chocolate buscuits, jam from figs, yogurt and bananas
I should take the biggest bowl
for sure!

This is FREAKING SWEET!
I thought that this will be easier
but this thing at the bottom...
it's that sweet that you can't even imagine
If I would take sugar and sip it into my mouth it wouldn't be that sweet
I have to work on my laptop so I'm gonna get 50grams of rice cakes
as they have a lot of carbs

It has been 30mins since I ate the rice cakes so now I'm gonna eat that corny
These are the macros that I have eaten till now
384gr of carbs, 46gr of fats and 50gr of protein
I have a bit more than 1600grams of carbs left...
This sounds a lot!
In the beginning when I thought about 2000 grams of carbs it sounded less
but I'm gonna give all of me!
I will try to eat them till the end of the day!
The worst thing is that I already feel how my face is geting bloated
but it is what it is... everything for youtube!

After 30mins I have to go for training
So now I will show you what I am going to get now and also during my training
for I have to use every single mintue that I have in order to eat ;(
otherwise I won't be able to manage to eat that much carbs
Bascially I'm gonna use these sweets

77gr of carbs and 0 fats and protein
which makes it perfect for me!
the sweets are super good! I have already tried one
So now I will get 100gr. post-workout, and 200gr during my workout
for my training
This is a grapefruit one
I got sick from all of the sweetnes of the breakfast
but I have to admit that these sweets are lit!
6 of them have almost 80gr of carbs!
LOL!
This is just great.
I have left 2 sweets
Which I'm gonna get now so that I am done with them
as I want to puke aleady, even though they tasted pretty good at the beginning
you know... when you eat to much sweet you get sick of it after
I'm gonna put this pizza into the oven while I am taking bath
Finally I will get something salty...
I am about to puke if I get more sugar in the next few hours
The pizza looks pretty good
these would be my macros after I'm done with the pizza
871gr of carbs, 122gr of fats and 156gr of protein
5278 calories!
After I am done with the pizza I will be on my half way to the target
and I would have 1130grams of carbs left
which is not a small amount at all...
I hope that I will not puke at some point and that I would be able to go to work without rolling on the ground till there
I am watching a movie so I will get those 2 bananas meanwhile
which adds 40 grams of carbs more
This will be my next meal!

which I usually like a lot, but now...not really
just because I feel I'm gonna get a sugar attack
from all of that sugar I have eaten today
so... 200gr of bananas + 200gr yogurt
after I get all of that...
I would pass 1000gr of carbs
160gr of fats and 174gr of protein
Peeps, this is just crazy!
I can't believe I am doing this and that it is actually that hard
Of course I am making the things more complicated as I want to eat that much carbs
otherwise I am sure that I could already get 10 000 calories from other kind of foods
but there is no way back so I'm gonna give all of me, no matter if I will succeed or not
Even though I may not get 2000grams of carbs I will hit 10K calories for sure so no worries!
let's continue with eating all of these sweet things which I will probably not look at for the next couple of months (BIG LIE)

now I will go for a ride at the skatepark behind my building
because if I stay all day at home thinking about what to eat next it will be even more difficult
and actually if I go for a ride I will burn some extra calories (energy) which might help me to get more appetite
so I will definitely go for 1 hour of ride and then I will be back to continue with the food
I just got back home and now it's time to continue with the torture
I have to eat these 200gr of chocolate buscuits
I decided to add these 100gr of rice cakes as well
It's already 9pm
After 2 hours and a half I have to be at work
and I already got almost 8000 calories
and in case I will eat 2000 grams of carbs I have 730gr more left.
Which is too much and I don't think I will manage to eat that much in 2 hours and a half
it's impossible
I am feeling super tired, bloated and heavy
I don't have any appetite...
and I am just feeling terrible.
I just got back from the store. Got these tortillas
sushi
and icecream
plus this muslibar
which has 97cal
I'm gonna get it now
I can barely breath...
I haven't eaten for 1 hour but I feel that all of the food I ate today just hit me
and it's just terrible
it's not even tasty
I am not sure if it was a good idea but I decided to prepare some rice
120gr raw
I will get it with the sushi which is 200gr
I am done but now it's time for the icecream
it has 260calories per 100grams
which is good
and let's see the calories + macros after I am done with it
now I am talking with a friend of mine on skype as it's much easier to eat food while talking with a friend
after I am done with the icecream I have less than 200 calories left
so no worries
I ate the half of the icecream and I am already about to puke
Oh sh*t, after 40mins I have to be at work...

I'm getting it done...
so it will finish as soon as possible
then I just need about 200 calories more and I am done with the stupid challenge!
I have to go out for work already
I will eat the rest of the calories after I come back
because now I am super gorged
I hope that it's not visible how much my belly is in front of me
and also.. hope that I will not fart as otherwise all of the clients will run away
and this won't be good.
it's 3am and I just got back from work
and I am having this bowl of oats, yogurt and protein powder
and the calories that I have eaten ...

so... I am done with the challenge
next day
My weight is 87.6kg
which is surprisingly lower than expected
but anyways, I expect it to be much more tomorrow *it was 89!
I am feeling as bad as I was feeling yesterday
bloated as sh*t...
I hate when this happens
So today I will be on low calories, tomorrow also.
and soon I will do a mini cut
because I can't stand myself when I am on that body fat percentage
for even before the challenge I fuked up with my calories a lot
so I will definitely do a mini cut and if you are not subscribing yet I suggest you to do so
for I will show you how I am going to do it + the results
At the end I managed to get 10K calories, which was the main goal
The only thing that I feel stupid about is that I couldnt get 2000gr of carbs, as I wanted
in order to do something different
but at least I ate 1600gr of carbs, which is not that far from 2000
and it's still a pretty good achievement
I have to admit it was not easy at all to eat that much of carbs
so I am happy that I gave all of me
but if I had continued to eat more carbs I would die

I have to eat these 200gr of chocolate buscuits
I decided to add these 100gr of rice cakes as well
It's already 9pm
After 2 hours and a half I have to be at work
and I already got almost 8000 calories
and in case I will eat 2000 grams of carbs I have 730gr more left.
Which is too much and I don't think I will manage to eat that much in 2 hours and a half
it's impossible
I am feeling super tired, bloated and heavy
I don't have any appetite...
and I am just feeling terrible.
I just got back from the store. Got these tortillas
sushi
and icecream
plus this muslibar
which has 97cal
I'm gonna get it now
I can barely breath...
I haven't eaten for 1 hour but I feel that all of the food I ate today just hit me
and it's just terrible
it's not even tasty
I am not sure if it was a good idea but I decided to prepare some rice
120gr raw
I will get it with the sushi which is 200gr
I am done but now it's time for the icecream
it has 260calories per 100grams
which is good
and let's see the calories + macros after I am done with it
now I am talking with a friend of mine on skype as it's much easier to eat food while talking with a friend
after I am done with the icecream I have less than 200 calories left
so no worries
I ate the half of the icecream and I am already about to puke

My weight is 87.6kg
which is surprisingly lower than expected
but anyways, I expect it to be much more tomorrow *it was 89!
I am feeling as bad as I was feeling yesterday
bloated as sh*t...
I hate when this happens
So today I will be on low calories, tomorrow also.
and soon I will do a mini cut
because I can't stand myself when I am on that body fat percentage
for even before the challenge I fuked up with my calories a lot
so I will definitely do a mini cut and if you are not subscribing yet I suggest you to do so
for I will show you how I am going to do it + the results
At the end I managed to get 10K calories, which was the main goal
The only thing that I feel stupid about is that I couldnt get 2000gr of carbs, as I wanted
in order to do something different
but at least I ate 1600gr of carbs, which is not that far from 2000
and it's still a pretty good achievement
I have to admit it was not easy at all to eat that much of carbs
so I am happy that I gave all of me
but if I had continued to eat more carbs I would die

1 Simple Trick to Write Anything Easily - The POWER Writing Technique | Emails, Essays, Letters etc. - Duration: 15:29.Do you often find it difficult to write things?
Like emails, letters or essays?
Do you sit down to write something and then realize you don't know what to write?
If your answer is yes, then this lesson will help you to overcome exactly these problems
because I'm going to teach you a very simple trick that you can use to write anything easily,
quickly and effectively.
This is a process used by the best writers in the world and it's called the POWER writing
method.
You can use it to write emails for work, essays for your English exam, you can use it for
letters, business reports, blog posts, stories – basically, anything that you need to write.
But you might be asking – why is it called POWER writing?
Well, POWER refers to the five stages of the writing process: Prepare, Organize, Write,
Evaluate and Review.
This is the order you will follow and it will allow you to write without getting stuck by
focusing on one task at a time.
So let's start with the first stage – prepare.
Before you write anything at all, you must prepare for it.
This is because the reason we often struggle to write is that we don't have enough ideas
when we put pen to paper.
So the most important task of writing is to come up with good points before you write.
So this is the very first stage – before you write a single sentence, you're going
to collect ideas.
And here's how you do it: You take your paper and pen (or you can do this on your
computer if you wish), and you note down anything that comes to mind.
Don't criticize your ideas – don't leave out or discard anything.
Whatever you get, write it down.
Don't worry about organizing your ideas – we'll do that in the next stage.
Also, don't worry about grammar, spelling or punctuation – remember we just want ideas
so if there are mistakes, no problem.
And keep doing this until you have no more ideas.
As an interesting note, this process of coming up with ideas is called brainstorming.
OK, let's look at an example of how to do this.
Let's say you're in an English exam, and you have to write an email of complaint.
Here's your task: You recently purchased an item online, but you are not happy with
it.
Write an email of complaint to the manager of the shopping website: say what you bought,
why you are not happy with it, and what action you expect them to take.
So let's start by collecting some ideas for this.
So what kinds of things can we buy online?
We can buy clothes, we can buy computers, phones, books and so on.
Let's think of some more specific ideas – I like computers, so let's talk about
them.
You can buy a laptop.
Actually, you can also buy computer parts like a monitor, a mouse or a keyboard.
For this task, I'm going to go with a mouse because it's easy.
Now if I bought a mouse, what problems might I have with it?
I think the most common one that people face is with one of the two buttons – let's
pick the right-click button, but you can also have trouble with the scroll wheel – that's
the wheel in the middle.
So I bought a mouse and maybe just two days later, the right-click button started having
problems.
But I'm going to say that now it's been a week and the button has just stopped working.
You can see that I'm just using my imagination.
I want to add some more details, so let's say the scroll wheel is also having some problems.
What problems can it have?
Well, if I try to scroll in one direction, it actually makes the screen go the wrong
way.
So we have our problems now.
But what do we want the shopping website to do?
We can say give me my money back – that's called a refund, or we could ask for a replacement.
I like that idea.
Now when they give me a new item, they will want the old one back.
So I'll have to return the defective unit.
That means the mouse that's not working.
Alright, we are done collecting ideas.
And here in just two minutes, we have all the information we need to write our email.
Notice that as I was brainstorming, I came up with lots of ideas – I collected everything
that came to mind without leaving anything out.
And then I expanded on the important ideas.
It can be very helpful to talk out loud during this stage like I was doing – try to have
an imaginary conversation and you will find it easier to generate ideas.
Also, it's good to use paper and pen for this exercise rather than your computer.
This way, you can draw a mind map like the one you see on the screen – it can really
help you to be creative.
OK, once you have the ideas you need, you move on to the second stage, which is Organize.
The goal of this stage is to produce an outline for what you're going to write.
That is, you're going to structure your ideas in a logical manner.
So throughout this stage, you should keep asking yourself this question – "How do
I guide my reader?"
Think of yourself as a tour guide – imagine that you're taking your reader through a
tour of a great place – that great place is your writing.
So, what should the reader read first?
What should he or she read next?
And what should your reader read last?
So in this stage, the first thing you do is go to the ideas you've collected, and select
the best ones.
After that, you take those ideas and arrange them in the most logical sequence.
So here, we're back with our ideas for the complaint email.
It's easy to see which ideas we want to keep – the mouse, the right-click button
with its two problems, the scroll-wheel, and the request to replace it.
When you do this on paper, you can underline the ideas you are selecting.
So, now, how do we organize these points?
Well first, I want to say that I bought a mouse online, it has two problems – one
is that the right mouse button started having issues two days later, or two days after it
arrived, and now it's been a week and it's stopped working completely.
Then I'd like to mention the scroll wheel.
It's making the screen go in the wrong direction.
And finally, I want the company to replace the mouse, and I can return the defective
one.
This is the outline we're going to follow for this email.
A good outline should have all the ideas that you need, and it should be well-organized.
I think this is a pretty good outline, so with this, we move on to stage three – write.
This is where you're actually going to put pen to paper.
That is, you're going to take the ideas in your outline and write full sentences for
them.
Treat this as only your first draft.
That means, just focus on writing full sentences without worrying too much about grammar, vocabulary,
spelling or punctuation.
Just go with the flow and write out some sentences.
You can come back and correct the mistakes later.
Now, if you're writing in an exam, then you need to try to write correct sentences
in your first draft because you don't have time, but in all other situations, leave the
corrections for later.
Sometimes, as you're writing, you might think of some additional ideas to include
or you might want to remove something or move ideas around, that's OK – it's a natural
part of the process.
Alright, let's go back to our outline and write some full sentences.
So here I have the outline that we created (I've added a few words here and there to
make it easy to understand).
The first point I want to mention is my purpose for writing.
So I can take this idea and put it in a sentence like this: "I am writing to complain about
a computer mouse I purchased recently from your webpage."
There are some mistakes in this sentence, but that's on purpose.
Don't worry about them for now.
OK, so just like this, we need to take all of the other ideas and put them in sentences.
I'm going to show you my first draft in a moment but I want you to think about how
you would write sentences for these ideas.
Pause the video, think about it then play the video again and check.
Alright, here it is.
You might notice that there are errors in grammar, spelling and punctuation, and there
also some poor word choices.
That's OK (we can come back to them).
Remember that we're only trying to produce a first draft here.
But you can already see that our email is coming together nicely.
And now that we have a draft, we move on to the next stage – evaluate.
This is the stage where you check your work.
This is also called proofreading.
There are four things you need to look at: vocabulary, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
First, you check if you have used the right words to express your ideas.
Then you check to see if there are any grammatical mistakes you need to correct.
After that, you check if you have spelled all the words correctly, and finally you look
at your punctuation (that is periods, commas, question marks etc.) and make any corrections
that are necessary.
Alright, we're back to our first draft.
Before I make any corrections to this, I want you to try doing that.
There are a total of eight errors in this email – two in vocabulary, two in grammar,
two in spelling and two errors in punctuation.
Stop the video, try to correct them, then play the video again and check.
OK, let's talk about vocabulary and word choice first.
In the first line, I've said 'webpage' – this should be website.
Because a webpage is just an individual page – the company is the website.
And in the very last line, I've said 'delivery guy'.
This sounds a little casual, and also the person delivering the replacement might be
female.
So it's more professional to say 'delivery person'.
These are the changes I made in word choice.
Let's talk about grammar – Notice I've written 'the scroll wheel have started'
– 'scroll wheel' is a singular noun, so it should be 'has'.
And where we make the request for the replacement, it says 'if you could sent' – it should
be 'send'.
Let's move on to spelling.
The first error is 'writing' – it has an extra 't'.
And the second is 'immediately' which is missing the 'e'.
And finally, let's look at punctuation – the first error is that there is a period (or
full-stop) missing after completely.
And then, after 'I would appreciate it' there is a comma which should not be there.
How many of these errors did you identify – let me know in the comments.
Now, as I was reading this draft, I realized that in a real email, you would give details
of your order.
So I quickly came up with some imaginary order details and put them and the end (before the
closing).
And I also thought it would be useful to say "see order details below" in parentheses
(or round brackets) right at the beginning.
So here we have our final draft, and it looks pretty good to me.
So now, we go on to the final stage – review.
OK by now, you will have a pretty good piece of writing that's almost ready to go out
into the world.
But before that, it's always a good idea to go over it one final time to make sure
that it reads well.
You do this to check that what you have written has the intended effect on the reader (that
is the effect that you want).
If you're in an exam situation or you're writing a quick email at work, all you need
to do is just give it a read before you hand in your paper or hit the send button.
But if you have time, or if you're writing something longer (like a report or a story),
then the best practice is to not review it immediately.
This is because after you finish writing, your mind will still be full of the same ideas.
Instead, you should leave it and come back to it the next day (or, at least, after a
few hours).
This way, you will look at it with a fresh pair of eyes and it will be easier to notice
any last-minute corrections that you need to make.
When you review, it's good to read it out loud and not just silently in your head, so
you can check if your writing sounds natural.
And finally, if you can, ask someone else to read it and give you their feedback (just
don't do this in an exam).
If you've gotten this far, then congratulations, you have now used the POWER writing process
to easily, quickly and effectively produce a written work.
Now, in this lesson, I showed you how to do this with an email but remember that this
process works in the same way for anything that you need to write.
Alright, let's do a quick recap of what we've learned in this lesson.
You begin the writing process with the Prepare stage.
This is where you collect or brainstorm ideas.
You then organize your ideas into an outline that you can use to write.
Then you go on to the Write stage where you expand your outline into full sentences and
produce your first draft.
After this, you Evaluate or proofread the draft to correct any errors.
Finally, you review what you've written to see if it reads naturally and make sure
it's fully ready to go out into the world.
Once you get good at applying the POWER writing process, you will find that writing anything
is easier, more systematic and more enjoyable than ever before.

What are you going to do with it now?
Hi, I'm Sheryl Loch with Ginger Roots Media back again with Lany Sullivan
with Events by Lany. [Lany] Alright, so we're wrapping up Instagram. The post
event promotion. So we've already talked about post event with YouTube. We've
already talked about post event with Facebook. How different is post event
with Instagram than the other two? Is it different? [Sheryl] Not really, you've gathered
tons. [Lany] Video done. [Sheryl] Drop mic. Okay so you've had your photographer get all kinds of
images. You've had your attendees get all kinds of images.
You, yourself have taken all kinds of images. Now you're going to be able to
send those through. You've also gathered a bunch of quotes. You've gathered all
kinds of things that you can use. Let me say this, if you haven't gathered all
kinds of things during your event, you screwed up from the get-go and I got
nothing for you. But if you've gathered a bunch of stuff,
I don't care if it's quotes, images of each of the speakers, images of the
attendees, images of yourself, your attendees,you've encouraged to get stuff.
Now what you're going to do is drip feed it out. You're going to just keep
promoting your speakers, your sponsors. If you can talk about different things
they said or actions you're taking because of something you learned at the
event or we're inspired to do then you're going to be putting that out. All
we're going to do, is we're not going to drop this Instagram account. It's not
going to die. [Lany] because people do that your event ends, your Instagram dies, your
Facebook dies, everything dies. So we talked about this, I think in the
Facebook or the YouTube, I don't remember which one, but this is, this is a big picture game.
This is a slow game. So you're just slowly dripping, you don't ever let
anything die and the build, you're building, you're doing a build
up and then you're doing the build down and then you're going to build it up
again. So it's just kind of like, what is it, the bell curve. So you're going up
and going up and down up and down, all the way through every event. So you're
coming off of this high and then you're going to work, you're going to continue
to promote and promote and promote, slowly, slowly, slowly and now you're
going to get start really amping it up for your next event. So you're going to
just continue through this full bell curve every time you do an event. [Sheryl] And
that's the thing, you just keep it alive. You keep interacting. You go over, you
build new followers, you're commenting on other people's post. You're going to
continue to build this, not at a ramped up rate like Lany said, but you're
going to keep it going and you want to to keep the momentum going and keep
reminding your attendees and your speakers and your sponsors how great it
was to participate in your event and build the anticipation for when you
start planning the next event and then you're going to start it all over again,
but the longer and better you build the first time out and the more you keep
it going, it'll be easier the second time, the third time, and it's just like a
snowball. It's going to grow, but if you drop it, you drop it and it's done. [Lany] Yep.
[Sheryl] And keep in mind that you also have all of these other channels like we
mentioned before, that you're going to take this content and you're going to be
sending it out through other channels too. So your social media while it is
slowing down, you should have enough content to keep everything filled
constantly and that includes your Instagram. So post event is basically
thinking and promoting the others, promoting the excitement, the experience
as you always... [Lany] Experience. I'm always about the experience, like you can find,
the thing is like you, when you go back through your old content because if
you're not going back through the video and you're not going back through the images
and you're not going back to everything um, we'll slap you
because that's what we do, but but once you go through it you're going to be
able to pull out quotes from your speakers, you know, quotes from the
testimonials, you can pull out one quote from a line, one line I mean, one line
from a quote or from a testimonial and drop it into an image and that could be
shared 4 months later. It doesn't have to be shared today. The point is over 30 to
45 days after the event, you know, you have time to do this. You can, you can
crowdsource the immediate content, but then you can also take the time to
create that slow burn, build content. [Sheryl] And if you've done your videos correctly and
you've done your testimonial correctly or your interviews and all that you can
actually take them, edit those videos so that you can make a square video because
I already went on a rampage about square video on Instagram and you can put out
those little one minute clips or one-minute testimonials and those don't
have to be done the day of the event or the day after. They can be put out as you
get them done. So... [Lany] Yeah, I think that's the thing is people get overwhelmed and they
think they have to do it all now, but... [Sheryl] You don't want to it all now. Why would you
want to flood everything at once? Drip it out. [Lany] Yeah. Just create this, create it
little bit little. Have your team build it. You can do it. Have your team do it,
and then you know just start dripping it and and then ramp it back up three,
not three months out, whoa... six months out from your next event. Three months is a little

THE ULTIMATE 10,000 CALORIE CHALLENGE | 2000 GRAMS OF CARBS - Duration: 28:17.What's up everyone! Welcome to my new video.
For those of you who don't know, my name is Radostin Kuzmanov
I am 19 years old, living in Denmark
for I am a student here
The main idea of my youtube channel is usually to educate people
in the field of training and nutrition
But in today's video we will definitely leave all of that on the side
because today I have to do the 10K calorie challenge
I have to eat SO MUCH food...
and huge part of that food will be junk proccessed food
I don't usually teach people to eat that kind of food so don't take this as an example of a good diet
but there is no other chance for me as everyone on youtube and all around the social medias
does that challenge, especially when they hit 10K subs
and for me this is already the case for we are already 10 000 here on youtube
actually 11 000!
and yeah...I know, you would like me to eat 11 000 calories today
which would be highly possible today
because the way that I want to do this challenge is something much different
from what most of the people do when they have to eat 10k calories
Most of the people eat foods that are high in fats
such as McDonalds, chocolate, pizzas, donuts and etc
because fats are high in calories
a bit more than twice comapared to protein and carbs
which makes it easier for you to get more calories without eating that much food which is high in volume
so definitely foods high in fats are suitable for this kind of food challenges
but for I want to do something different
I will try to eat as less fats as possible today
and to eat 2000 grams of CARBS!
because if I get 2000 grams of carbs there is no chance that I will not hit 10K calories as 2kg of carbs = 8000 calories
This will be a huge challenge for me
I haven't seen anybody does that yet
so I will give it a shot!

It's 09:06 in the morning
and basically the rules for this challenge are to eat all of the food into the frames of 24 hours
which hopefully I will do
the only problem is that I have to go to work in the evening
for those of you who don't know I work as a photographer at night club
and 11:30pm I have to be there
Hope that I will not look terryfying
for I will definitely be bloated as f
but let's hope I will manage to take photos wtihout a problem
The other rule is that I can't drink beverages like juice, coca cola, sprite and etc (the ones that have calories)
So the only thing that I can drink today is just water or drinks without calories
such as coca cola zero
but the problem is that I can't drink carbonated drinks as I have stomach problems
I think it's time for me to weigh in and check what's my starting weight
and tomorrow I'm gonna weight in also so that we can see the difference
I will also show you my physique even though I am not at my best shape now
For I was not really strict with my calories the last few weeks
Although yesterday I had really low calorie day and basically I just ate the amount of protein for the day
so that I can create kind of a calorie buffer
even though this compared to 10K calories is nothing.
My weight is 86.0kg and now let me show you my form
I must start eating because the more the time passes the worse for me...
so here is my breakfast
These are the products that I'm gonna use
musli, chocolate buscuits, jam from figs, yogurt and bananas
I should take the biggest bowl
for sure!

I will also add some protein powder

This is FREAKING SWEET!
I thought that this will be easier
but this thing at the bottom...
it's that sweet that you can't even imagine
If I would take sugar and sip it into my mouth it wouldn't be that sweet
I have to work on my laptop so I'm gonna get 50grams of rice cakes
as they have a lot of carbs
one more...
It has been 30mins since I ate the rice cakes so now I'm gonna eat that corny
These are the macros that I have eaten till now
384gr of carbs, 46gr of fats and 50gr of protein
I have a bit more than 1600grams of carbs left...
This sounds a lot!
In the beginning when I thought about 2000 grams of carbs it sounded less
but I'm gonna give all of me!
I will try to eat them till the end of the day!
The worst thing is that I already feel how my face is geting bloated
but it is what it is... everything for youtube!

After 30mins I have to go for training
So now I will show you what I am going to get now and also during my training
for I have to use every single mintue that I have in order to eat ;(
otherwise I won't be able to manage to eat that much carbs
Bascially I'm gonna use these sweets
you can see the macros here
77gr of carbs and 0 fats and protein
which makes it perfect for me!
the sweets are super good! I have already tried one
So now I will get 100gr. post-workout, and 200gr during my workout
for my training
This is a grapefruit one
I got sick from all of the sweetnes of the breakfast
but I have to admit that these sweets are lit!
6 of them have almost 80gr of carbs!
LOL!
This is just great.
I have left 2 sweets
Which I'm gonna get now so that I am done with them
as I want to puke aleady, even though they tasted pretty good at the beginning
you know... when you eat to much sweet you get sick of it after
I'm gonna put this pizza into the oven while I am taking bath
Finally I will get something salty...
I am about to puke if I get more sugar in the next few hours
The pizza looks pretty good
these would be my macros after I'm done with the pizza
871gr of carbs, 122gr of fats and 156gr of protein
5278 calories!
After I am done with the pizza I will be on my half way to the target
and I would have 1130grams of carbs left
which is not a small amount at all...
I hope that I will not puke at some point and that I would be able to go to work without rolling on the ground till there
I am watching a movie so I will get those 2 bananas meanwhile
which adds 40 grams of carbs more
This will be my next meal!

which I usually like a lot, but now...not really
just because I feel I'm gonna get a sugar attack
from all of that sugar I have eaten today
so... 200gr of bananas + 200gr yogurt
after I get all of that...
I would pass 1000gr of carbs
160gr of fats and 174gr of protein
Peeps, this is just crazy!
I can't believe I am doing this and that it is actually that hard
Of course I am making the things more complicated as I want to eat that much carbs
otherwise I am sure that I could already get 10 000 calories from other kind of foods
but there is no way back so I'm gonna give all of me, no matter if I will succeed or not
Even though I may not get 2000grams of carbs I will hit 10K calories for sure so no worries!
let's continue with eating all of these sweet things which I will probably not look at for the next couple of months (BIG LIE)

now I will go for a ride at the skatepark behind my building
because if I stay all day at home thinking about what to eat next it will be even more difficult
and actually if I go for a ride I will burn some extra calories (energy) which might help me to get more appetite
so I will definitely go for 1 hour of ride and then I will be back to continue with the food
I just got back home and now it's time to continue with the torture
I have to eat these 200gr of chocolate buscuits
I decided to add these 100gr of rice cakes as well
It's already 9pm
After 2 hours and a half I have to be at work
and I already got almost 8000 calories
and in case I will eat 2000 grams of carbs I have 730gr more left.
Which is too much and I don't think I will manage to eat that much in 2 hours and a half
it's impossible
I am feeling super tired, bloated and heavy
I don't have any appetite...
and I am just feeling terrible.
I just got back from the store. Got these tortillas
sushi
and icecream
plus this muslibar
which has 97cal
I'm gonna get it now
I can barely breath...
I haven't eaten for 1 hour but I feel that all of the food I ate today just hit me
and it's just terrible
it's not even tasty
I am not sure if it was a good idea but I decided to prepare some rice
120gr raw
I will get it with the sushi which is 200gr
I am done but now it's time for the icecream
it has 260calories per 100grams
which is good
and let's see the calories + macros after I am done with it
now I am talking with a friend of mine on skype as it's much easier to eat food while talking with a friend
after I am done with the icecream I have less than 200 calories left
so no worries
I ate the half of the icecream and I am already about to puke
Oh sh*t, after 40mins I have to be at work...

I'm getting it done...
so it will finish as soon as possible
then I just need about 200 calories more and I am done with the stupid challenge!
I have to go out for work already
I will eat the rest of the calories after I come back
because now I am super gorged
I hope that it's not visible how much my belly is in front of me
and also.. hope that I will not fart as otherwise all of the clients will run away
and this won't be good.
it's 3am and I just got back from work
and I am having this bowl of oats, yogurt and protein powder
and the calories that I have eaten ...

so... I am done with the challenge
next day
My weight is 87.6kg
which is surprisingly lower than expected
but anyways, I expect it to be much more tomorrow *it was 89!
I am feeling as bad as I was feeling yesterday
bloated as sh*t...
I hate when this happens
So today I will be on low calories, tomorrow also.
and soon I will do a mini cut
because I can't stand myself when I am on that body fat percentage
for even before the challenge I fuked up with my calories a lot
so I will definitely do a mini cut and if you are not subscribing yet I suggest you to do so
for I will show you how I am going to do it + the results
At the end I managed to get 10K calories, which was the main goal
The only thing that I feel stupid about is that I couldnt get 2000gr of carbs, as I wanted
in order to do something different
but at least I ate 1600gr of carbs, which is not that far from 2000
and it's still a pretty good achievement
I have to admit it was not easy at all to eat that much of carbs
so I am happy that I gave all of me
but if I had continued to eat more carbs I would die
