What is Trek's Stranglehold Dropout? - Duration: 1:37.Stranglehold is Trek's exclusive horizontal sliding dropout system that provides 15mm of chainstay length adjustment.
It lets you convert your geared bike to single-speed,
or alter your chainstay length to dial in the ride characteristics you want.
15mm may not seem like a lot, but it can have a big impact in how your bike feels.
It can make your trail bike feel more like a dirt jumper or your cyclocross race bike ride like a stable touring bike.
Stranglehold's forward-most setting will shorten chainstays for a snappier handling and a more playful ride.
Perfect for popping off jumps or handling quick corners.
Or, slide the dropouts all the way back to lengthen the chainstays for added stability and comfort.
Great for all day adventures, touring, or loose terrain.
Longer chainstay length also makes room for higher-volume tires.
Stranglehold uses a thru axle with oversized axle nuts that pinch the dropout.
A redundant bolt and nut system ensure everything stays locked in place.
The result is a system that doesn't slip, even under the harshest pedal loads.
When adjusting the wheel forward or back, the brake caliper moves along with the rest of the system.
So your hardware and your rotor caliper stay perfectly aligned.
Long and stable, short and whippy, geared or single-speed; Stranglehold lets you decide.

How Do I Adjust Trek Stranglehold Dropout? - Duration: 3:50.Stranglehold is Trek's "no-slip" sliding dropout system.
It gives riders 15mm of chain stay length adjustment.
It can turn a geared bike into a single speed, or allow you to change the bike's geometry for a different ride feel.
Slide the wheel forward for a more playful ride or back for more stability, the choice is yours.
You've got a bike with Stranglehold; how do you use it?
It's pretty simple, let's go over the steps.
Here's a list of tools you're going to need for this service:
ABP Field Service Tool
If you don't have one of these, a 20mm socket will do just fine.
5mm hex wrench
10mm open-end box wrench
Flathead screwdriver
You may need some blue Loctite, so make sure you have that handy as well.
Start by removing the rear wheel and axle, and set that aside.
Using a 5mm hex wrench, loosen the disc tab fixing bolt on the non-drive side.
You only need to loosen it 1 or 2 turns, just loose enough to slide the hardware.
Using a 20mm socket or ABP field service tool remove the main axle nuts completely.
With the main axle nuts removed, inspect the threads on the hardware.
Ensure they are clean and have sufficient thread lock compound.
If necessary, apply a bit of additional blue Loctite to the threads.
Using a flat head screwdriver carefully pry out and remove the plastic spacers.
With the 20mm socket or ABP field service tool, reinstall the main axle nuts.
Leave them loose so that they're about 1 full turn away from being tight.
With the hardware still loose, reinstall the wheel and partially thread in the axle.
This will make it easy to assess tire clearance and proper alignment while making adjustments.
With a 10mm open end wrench, turn the tensioner nuts behind the dropout to slide Stranglehold into the desired position.
Make sure to turn the drive side and non-drive side tensioner nuts evenly in small increments to keep both dropouts aligned.
Now that the dropouts are exactly where you want them, it's time to tighten all hardware back up.
Remove the thru axle and rear wheel.
With your 20 socket or ABP Field Service Tool, tighten the main axle nuts and torque to spec.
Next, with your 5mm hex tighten the disc tab-fixing bolt on the non-drive side.
Reinstall your rear wheel and axle, and give it a spin to make sure you don't have any brake rub.
You may need to make some minor adjustments.
If you've moved the wheel all the way forward or back,
it's a good idea to check the chain length and rear derailleur adjustment to ensure the bike is shifting well.
Minor adjustments may be necessary.
And that's all there is to it.
The only thing left to do is gear up, get on your bike, and hit the trail.
A chain tensioner is recommended for best performance running single speed on carbon Stache models.
Consult your local bike shop with any compatibility concerns.
Side effects may include bloody knuckles, grease stains,
loss of bladder control after weighing your bike, and an uncontrollable smile.
Single speed conversions are not for every rider.
If you experience Stranglehold adjustments lasting more than four hours,
please contact your local bike technician immediately.

#SombraELuz - Trébeurden - Duration: 4:45.We're in Trébeurden, which is in Brittany.
It's the city Kevin's coming from.
You were born here, right?
There is no hospital, but next to here ...
Here is the region of Asterix and Obelix.
So it is a region of Celtic origin.
You can see that even in the product symbols here.
They always use the triskle, which is that famous symbol you should have seen before.
And here is a very special place for me too, because when I arrived in France it was here that I lived.
So when I come here, I have a very good feeling.
And the people here are super cool, food is very good.
And as you can see, the landscapes are wonderful.
This is great for photographers to take pictures.
So ... it's not easy to walk here, but we'll find a way, right?
You have to wear good shoes because otherwise you fall on the stones.
And now we are in a place called "Presqu'île de Bihit".
Presqu'ile means almost an island, because in fact it begins here ...
Oops, my hat!
Here begins to taper, and looks like an island but is not totally surrounded by the sea.
And there... it's an island.
And it is very interesting, here in Brittany the tide changes drastically.
The tide can rise and fall extremely in one day.
And you can only reach this island if the tide is low.
Guys, one thing that's cool here in Britain too, is that they speak another language.
Well, not everyone, right?
But before the Brittany region was not from France, they were independent.
So they did not speak French.
But now, as France has taken over Brittany, most people speak French.
Actually, everyone speaks French, but there are people who are bilingual, like Kevin.
Kevin speaks Breton as well as French, he learned at school.
But at one time it was forbidden to speak in Breton.
They really wanted to decimate the culture of Britain.
That's why there are separatist people here who do not want to be part of France.
We decided to rent a catamaran here in Trébeurden.
I've never done this and it's been really cool.
Kevin's teaching me how to do everything, right, Kevin?
Am I hallucinating?
No! Teaching!
Ah yes! I'm the teacher!
It's not that easy, right Kevin?
Now we stopped here ... there is not much wind in this area because we are in the middle of the island!
There is wind!
It's windy, but now it's not going too fast right?
It's better now?
Ah, now it's better! Now we can feel the emotion!
Do not forget to visit Ploumanach, the favorite village of French people (elected in 2015).

Why Do India And China Have So Many People? - Duration: 2:59.India and China, together, are home to over 2.7 billion people.
That's as many humans as in the next 20 most populous countries combined, or in the whole
other 170 countries in the world.
Over the last 300 years, India and China each added more than a billion people to their
populations, way more than any other country, but they have actually been growing at about
the same rate as the rest of the world.
They have a lot more people today because they had a lot more people a few hundred years
ago, when the world began its period of modern, and rapid, population growth.
It's like comparing a big bank account and a small one.
If they both grow at about the same rate over many years, the big one gains a lot more money,
simply because it started with more.
So the billion-dollar, er, billion-person question, is why did India and China have
so many people when they started their rapid growth?
We can't know for sure, since so many variables factor into long-term population dynamics,
but the two most plausible explanations are food and area.
Having lots of fertile land and good access to fresh water makes it possible to grow lots
of food, which in turn makes it possible to nourish a lot of people.
Even today, the 10 most populated countries in the world all have a relatively large amount
of farmland.
And Asia - and in particular south and east Asia - has tons of farmland, lots of river
valleys, and the ability to grow food year-round.
Plus, domestication of plants and animals essentially started in Asia, giving populations
an early leg - or wing - up.
As such, Asia's been the most densely populated region of the world for a really long time.
Area matters too; countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh may be filled with farms and
densely-populated, but because they're smaller in area than India and China, they simply
cannot contain as many people.
Of course, a few other things happened in India and China in the last few thousand years,
and some of them helped the populations grow, and some of them shrank the populations, but
through it all, the large and fertile lands of India and China were able to sustain lots
of people, such that when the era of modern population growth came around, they had a
head start.
Or rather, a hundred-million-head start.

How To Have Tough Conversations - Duration: 16:45.Have you ever had a tough conversation in front of you and you weren't sure exactly how to handle?
It could have been with a boyfriend or girlfriend, a friend, a roommate, family, or even work.
They happen all the time and unfortunately, we're not really taught how to do them well.
And if you blow a high-stakes conversation, you can irreparably damage
your relationship or even your career.
So today, I want to talk about some strategies
for what to do before and during a tough conversation
to make it easier and make sure it goes as well as it can.
And I'm also going to talk about, at the end, how to de-escalate a conversation
that kind of got off track and isn't going so well.
So the first thing to think about before a tough conversation is your outcomes;
you need to draw your line not just for you ideal outcomes but what's acceptable and what's unacceptable.
Sometimes, especially in a tough conversation, you can't get your ideal—
I think of a great example from my own life was a really tough breakup I had;
I was dating this girl for a long time, I really liked her, but
I didn't see a future for us so I wanted to break up
but my idea would have been — stay friends, keep talking every day, and keep texting every day.
The thing is that's not what she wanted, right?
And so we tried to break up and then she would started to cry and she got very upset
and I would say, "Okay, I take it back. Let's keep dating,"
because I didn't want to make her sad for even an instant
which is totally unrealistic so I sat down I thought,
"What do I actually want? What is an acceptable outcome for me and what is an unacceptable outcome for me?"
So okay, what I actually want is to break up and stay friends but what's acceptable is to break up
and we can be sad — we can miss each other for a little bit.
What's unacceptable is to keep dating someone that I don't want to be dating and eventually get married because I'm too scared to break up with her.
So I wrote it all down and it was the thing
that I think gave me the inner strength and conviction to go through with it
even though it was really, really hard to hurt someone I cared about so much and
years later, we're friends now; it's totally fine, it doesn't have to be permanent but
I truthfully don't think I could have done it if I hadn't written down
the acceptable be unacceptable and gotten clear with myself that it was okay
if we were both hurting for a little bit because it was the best thing for us.
That brings me to the second thing —
before a conversation, put your mind in the other person's body
and think, "What's good for them?" because you don't want to just be the selfish
bulldog that's running through life and not thinking about other people and also,
a conversation is gonna go better if you think about what is gonna help this person
achieve their goals, what motivates them and what are their values
so the best story I've ever heard for this is Charlie.
Charlie wanted to move to New York City but his job was in Washington, D.C.
He could've just quit, he could just put in his two weeks notice,
he could've done it via email because he was really scared to have this conversation
but instead, he got some time with his boss, sat down and said,
"Hey, I really like it here, I really like the people but I'm unhappy in D.C.
All my friends are in New York; my best friend's in New York.
It's important to me to be happy; I need to move but
I want to do this in the best way possible for you so
does that mean working remotely, does that mean you guys hire my replacement and I train them and it takes a couple months for me to go
get my ideal outcome which is to go to New York? How can I do this so it's good for both of us?"
And they had a great conversation and ended up with Charlie working remotely,
first person of his position to do it, and he got a 50% raise because he switched from employee to contractor.
So that incredible outcome couldn't have happened if he hadn't thought about the other person.
The third thing is to just set the tone, right?
Don't blindside the person, don't come in and start screaming — they don't know what's happening —
but also, don't make things that aren't a big deal a huge deal.
So if you want to get feedback to a significant other or a roommate,
you don't have to say, "Hey, we really need to talk," right?
You can just grasp with it, "Hey, can I talk to you for five minutes?"
By doing that, you set the tone but this isn't necessarily a big deal when it isn't
and you save the really draconian grave tone for when it is a big deal.
Now, that's the before; what about during?
One really, really tough thing to do is to give someone feedback or criticize them
or share how you're feeling about something that's bothering you
without the other person becoming really defensive and blowing up on you.
And the best way to do this that I've ever come across is by
only speaking in things that can't be refuted so facts and feelings.
If you come in and start to label people or generalize you're sunk and that's what most people do.
So if a roommate is leaving dishes in the sink, what most people do is go,
"Oh god, Ted, you always leave the dishes in the sink."
Now, that's not true. Unless Ted is literally leaving every single dishes he's ever used in the sink, that's not true
and now he can get defensive and go, "That's not true. What about yesterday?"
Now it's escalating and you guys are at each other's throats.
Or let's say you a friend that makes jokes at your expense. You don't like it.
If you go, "Oh my god, Jerry, you're such a dick; you're always putting me down."
Now you've labeled and generalized — that's what everyone does and it just leads to a fight.
So instead, only talk about two things that really no one can tell you aren't true —
absolute facts and your own feelings. So dishes in the sink example — you go,
"Hey, man. I saw you put your dishes in the sink. I just want to let you know that that makes me feel a little aggravated because now I have to
either clean up after you or we have to have a messy house."
Someone putting you down with jokes — great example — I went on a vacation
with ten friends and some I knew really well and some were friends and friends I didn't know that well. One was this guy, Tom
and Tom was so bad when he was drunk at putting other people down.
He was super fine sober, I've met him before and liked him, but he got drunk
and was just rude; he just make jokes at everyone's expense, putting them down
to elevate himself and to make himself feel better.
So instead of saying, "You're a dick," I just said, "Hey, man. You have made a couple of jokes today that did not make me feel good
and if you keep making jokes like that, I'm not gonna want to hang out with you."
Now it's not a threat; that's just a true acceptable outcome for me.
But I've also painted the doorway for Tom to be able to stop,
for Tom be able to go, "I didn't realize that and I'll stop making those jokes," which he did
because I didn't say, "Hey, you're being a dick; I don't wanna hang out with you."
I said, "You keep making these jokes that I don't like and if you keep doing it, I'm not gonna want to be your friend."
Now this is incredibly powerful when you combine it with a second thing
which is — going on the record early.
So dishes example or joke example — it doesn't matter.
The first time it happens most people let it go because their conflict avoidant.
The second time, the third time, the fourth time, they keep letting it go, they bottle it up,
and they just sit on it and they fume and the other person has no idea that something's bothering them
and then all of a sudden, they snap and then they freak out and they're yelling
and the other person is completely blindsided and now you're both kind of in the wrong because that person is doing something you don't like
but you've exploded in a very, very intense way with no warning.
And so now you can say the person's messy but they can say that you're crazy.
The flipside of this — if on the first offense, you go,
"Hey, man. I saw dishes in the sink. I just wanted to let you know it kind of bugs me.
I really like keeping a clean apartment. Would you mind cleaning it?"
Second time — "Hey, they're dishes in the sink. Would you be able to clean your dishes when you're done?"
Now, by the fourth, fifth, and sixth time, they're ignoring you,
you actually have a right and you're on the record to be mad
and then you can decide acceptable-unacceptable —
are you willing to move out over this, are you willing to not be friends ] with them over this or do you want to split a cleaning lady over this?
You can decide what to do but at least you're on the record
and you have mutual understanding.
And that's the third thing that's really important when you're gonna have a difficult conversation is —
you want to make sure that they understand you but also
you want to make sure you understand them — don't ascribe intent.
Don't just create a story in your head that's based on nothing but your own interpretation.
People leave dishes in the sink because they just don't care; the mess doesn't bother them.
They aren't necessarily disrespecting you; they aren't necessarily thinking, "I hate my roommate so much. This is gonna piss him off,"
they're just not really thinking about it.
So if you get on the same page, you share your facts and feelings,
you give them a chance to say, "Oh, sorry. I didn't realize I was bothering you,"
you guys can get on the same page and then you're very likely to move forward in a way that is good for both of you.
Now, this leads me to the flip side which I know we all do sometimes screw up.
Sometimes, someone's giving us feedback or criticizing us and we're the one that left the dishes in the sink.
There's two things that really make a conversation go better
if you're the one who screwed up or if you're the one who's made a mistake
or if you're the one receiving feedback or criticism, that is —
make the other person feel heard and understood and own it.
Again, what most people do when they're criticized, they get defensive and they
push back and when someone pushes you and you push back, things escalate.
Now, if somebody comes to you and they say, "Hey, man. It's really pissing me off.
You always leave your dishes in the sink..." they do everything wrong —
they generalize, they label this and that, and you make them feel heard
and understood, you go, "Hey, I didn't realize that I was doing that and I had no idea that that's how that made you feel.
I get it and in the future, I won't do it."
How do you stay mad at someone like that?
How do you say mad at someone that says, "I've listened to you. I totally
understand. Now that I get what you're feeling, I won't do it again."
You can't keep yelling at that person but if they fight back, you can
and that's why so many small things in relationships just blow up into huge arguments
out of nowhere because it's these bottled tensions and then no one wants to hear the other person and everyone gets defensive to make sure they're not wrong.
It's not about who's right and wrong; it's just about a mutual understanding and then going forward in a way that makes both people happy.
And the second thing to do is own it — great example from work — I have a friend
who was putting together a presentation and he screwed up some numbers.
We've all done it; I've done it for sure.
He screwed up some numbers, gave it to his boss, boss didn't find it,
gave it to the partner, partner didn't even look at it probably, and they all went presented to a client.
Client found a mistake so what do you do now?
You're in the meeting; the numbers are messed up.
They go over it as quickly as possible; they just blow past it.
The next day, there's a ten-person call.
It's the three people that were in the meeting and the rest of the team
and my friend knows what's coming so he's thought about ahead of time how to handle this.
Partner brings it up; he goes, "Hey, that was not cool. That was not okay.
You messed up the numbers and you made us look bad in front of the client."
At this point, my friend could have pushed back and he could have said,
"Well, yeah but Bob didn't check the numbers either; that's kind of Bob's fault
and I gave you the presentation," — that would be a disaster because
when you push, someone pushes back — equal and opposite force.
So what he did instead was he just owned it; he said,
"You know what? You're right. I'm sorry. I screwed that up. I shouldn't have. It won't
happen again and there's really nothing I can say to to take it back besides that."
His boss immediately felt badly because he was owning it completely on his shoulders
and he was taking it on the chin and the boss actually said, "You know what?
It's not a big deal and it's not your fault. We should have checked the numbers. Don't beat yourself up about it."
So now he's being comforted and was told t's not a big deal because he owned it completely.
All right, that is what to do when the conversation is tough
and you need to give criticism and what to do when you're receiving criticism.
What about those highly charged conversations?
What about those conversations that don't necessarily have a huge weight
to them but they're just topics that you know tend to lead to religion,
it could be politics, it could be talking about someone else's relationship,
seeing a lot of friendships end because a friend is trying to help someone
see something in their relationship but often with our boyfriends and girlfriends, we're blind to it and we're very defensive.
In this case, the Socratic method is your best friend.
Now Charlie's gonna do another video sometime in the next couple weeks about how to win any argument.
If you want to see that one, just subscribe to our channel.
For now, all I'm going to talk about is how to guide someone to a conclusion themselves
because a lot of times, these tough conversations
you want someone to act differently but you don't know how to get them there
or you want someone to feel differently about a certain topic, human rights issue —
whatever it is — but you end up just screaming at each other.
By only asking questions like the Socratic method,
you can guide somebody in their own thinking so they come to a conclusion on their own.
And the only way to do this is to be open-minded.
You can't come in with an agenda to come in and actually think,
"Could this person be right? Could I be wrong?" and then ask questions
and a lot of times, if you keep things civil so that people aren't defensive
and you're both open-minded, you can normally come to agreement.
That's what logical people do but if you come in and said,
"No, that's wrong. I believe this. You shouldn't believe that,"
you're going to have a screaming match and no one's gonna change their mind.
Now, as much as I would love to say that
this all works perfectly and you're never gonna get into a situation that escalates, it happens.
So how do you deescalate a conversation?
The best thing I've found is to de-escalate their physicality, their body language
and their tone because physicality and your tone can be a virtuous cycle or a vicious cycle.
If you're happy and smiling and laughing and then someone tells another joke, you're gonna laugh again.
That's why in comedy shows, people always try to get the main act on after some warmups
so you're in a good mood and you're laughing.
Now, the flip side of that is if somebody is shouting at you and yelling
and their tone is aggressive, nothing you say is gonna get to her; they've gone into an emotional fight-or-flight state.
Anything you say no matter how right you are is just gonna get blown away by their reptile brain.
So just basically call a timeout; talk to someone, you're steady talking about politics or religion,
and you have atheism-versus-religion differing opinions and the person starting it heated.
Just go, "Hey, you know what? This isn't a conversation that seems to be going very well.
I can tell you're getting a little heated. Why don't we just drop it and talk about something else?"
and the person would either agree and you guys can talk about something else
and avoid that blow up or the, "No, no, no. Let's talk about this,"
but they'll realize that they were starting to get heated and they'll take themselves in check.
If you can just gently call out someone's body language and their tone and reset
them to a more neutral place, that feeds into their brain; they will literally be more open-minded
because they don't have aggressive or defensive body language and tonality.
So that is it. I hope that was helpful for you.
If you guys want to talk about something that's a little bit more upbeat
which is how to meet new people and make a great first impression,
Charlie has a great video on that. I will link to it and thank you for watching.
I got a couple of comments last time that I didn't introduce myself
and I should have in the last video so my name is Ben.
I co-founded Charisma on Command with Charlie about four years ago.
I left a job on Wall Street and working private equity
so that I could create this company because
working on this area of self-improvement and my relationships has changed my life in an incredible way.
I was a very average person who had friends but wasn't really a leader.
I would feel out of place in group conversations. My dating life wasn't what
I wanted it to be and by focusing on my confidence, my charisma, and my ability to
work with people and talk to people, my whole life changed.
And that's why we started this business so that's me and
Charlie's got a very similar story but now you know a little bit more about me
and thank you for watching. You know, I have a lot of respect for you for
being on that same journey; it's not easy to change — it's very easy to stay the
same and complain so the fact that you're proactively chasing this and trying to
become better, I have a lot of respect to that so that's all.
If you've watched this far, you're a legend and I will see you in the next video.

Easy Grunge Smokey Look for 🎒 BACK TO SCHOOL Makeup 💄 - Duration: 16:47.Hi guys! So it is that time of year again where summer is ending, fall is about to
start, and it is time for back-to-school! So if you guys are interested in
learning how to do an easy grunge smokey look, just keep on watching. And also
don't mind my hair it's in transition I'm gonna be doing something fun with it
next so I know it looks different than last time but it will be different again
soon. So if you want to see how I got this look just keep on watching! So the
steps I like to do my makeup is I like to do my foundation and stuff first so I
did that already with my eyebrows but I'm just gonna do some light contouring
and blush and stuff first so I'm just taking this Lily Lolo - Lulu - I forget
how it's called Lily Lulu do I it's a sculpting and highlighting
duo as you can see I've like destroyed it I got it in this subscription box
it's only cruelty free it's called petit four I highly recommend it it's really
cool so I'm just taking this pixie double-ended brush I have really high
cheekbones so for me it's kind of easy to find where to place my contour but if
you're ever curious just kind of make a fish face and then follow the line
and I don't really bronze my face too much just because I'm already really
fair and I don't really want to I think it looks kinda weird on me so a trick I
learned from Kimberly-Clark I kind of mentioned it in a previous
video is I do my blush last so instead of doing like contour blush highlight I
do it contour highlight blush and it kind of blends it out all together I
think she calls it like Neapolitan contour or something like that so I'm
just taking four highlight just this top one from the Tarte pro quo palette the
lightest shade per use and I have a little bit of texture on my temple so I
just kind of keep it right here what I do I wait because otherwise I don't
emphasize it and we don't want that
tiny bit on my nose I don't really do much to my I don't contour my nose
either I'm kind of indifferent about my nose I don't really feel the need to
change it and then lastly blush so just taking this little baby Tarte blush
okay and so I don't like to bring my blush in too far to the middle on my
face like on the apples of my cheeks because I already have a fairly round
face and I don't want to make it look even rounder so but that's just me so
now for eyes we're just gonna be using a few colors from three pallets today
mostly just focusing on one pallet and so I'm just taking the next I'll not pop
palette and I'm just taking this orange shade I've already set my eyes and
everything this is just gonna be like a light transition shade
- not too much orange I feel like these you can kind of control the pigment a
little bit in terms of how much you want to build it up and whatnot
all right
I'm gonna be mostly using because I wanted this to be simple so when I think
simple in terms of like if I'm traveling and I just want to do my normal like
warm smoky eye I bring this guy this is the Kat Von D little quad and I believe
it's in the shade rust or the you know like collection rust yeah rust and I
really like this one again it's vegan so all of these are cruelty free as usual
so we're just gonna take this really really orange shade here and deepen up
the crease so one of the main reasons i kind of wanted it to like a
back-to-school look is because I actually went to Catholic school believe
it or not and I couldn't wear makeup until I went to high school which is
where I ended up like it wasn't Catholic school anymore it was just like an
independent school and I know not a lot of middle schoolers wear makeup but at
least I could have had like the option to their it was like no you can't do it
like we couldn't even have colored sneakers like they had to be black white
or black and white so um it would have been nice just to have the option so I
kind of wanted to do this for people who are maybe thinking about playing the
make up a little bit more who kind of come from a similar background because
the first time I ever like really worn makeup regularly was towards the end of
middle school when I was a cheerleader because believe it or not I was a
cheerleader everyone is either really really shocked just because of like how
I look usually like I don't look like a cheerleader type but then some other
people are like okay yeah I get that because I'm really loud but yeah so
that's the first time I ever wore like eye line or anything because we had to
and I only put eyeliner on the bottom I remember them like to me it kind of
makes me laugh now but so I'm next we're just gonna take this pinkish color right
here
and get that in the middle of the eyelid
and now lastly to just deepen up the crease we're gonna take the brown color
but my favorite subject in school growing up was always science or reading
I loved reading I read like several books a week I was really really into
reading when I was younger and I still am I read when I can I've been working
on this one Steven King's book for like a year now just because it's it's one
it's in large print so it's like literally this thick the reason why it's
large print for those of you who may not know is I'm legally blind I'm thinking
about doing a video about later on just to kind of explain what type of blind I
am because there's so many different types and not a lot of people know that
I didn't even know that until I got diagnosed with my particular thing so if
you have a burning desire to hear about that soon just let me know because being
legally blind and doing makeup isn't I don't know I haven't seen it very often
if you have awesome because that's that's great I just I wish I had you
know more often than I have so that's why I have to like get kind of close and
like crisscross my arms again get close enough so then bringing that orange
shade again from the kat von d palette just do anything it underneath
I don't know I always loved school I always looked forward to the first day
of school I didn't really like go along with many
people from my high school but I was just always the person who loved
learning and it was always my thing so lastly for the inner corner highlight
I'm gonna be taking this BH Cosmetics um foiled eyes palette think I'm gonna use
it I help you know I want this one to look good
whoa or at least symmetrical if anyone saw our episode of pretty nerdy then you
would know that what she's saying is not true because I totally did her makeup
and it was amazing it was believed she said that this was perfect and the lips
that I did were perfect so I just want that out there that I'm a frickin makeup
artist extraordinaire okay by living room anyway
so I'm gonna take this um this second down one right here this is like pinkish
one
and we're actually gonna Beach like going back to visit my parents and a
little bit and I was thinking about doing a few videos up there one with
each of my parents so stay on the lookout for those because they're gonna
be pretty funny Ryan's gonna be in one of them and I think he's excited about
it are you excited and then I'm gonna do and you know what we're doing it's a
secret and so they watch it okay it's a seeker we're gonna do about three I
think like three actual videos and then maybe a few vlogs but it'll be cool I'm
very excited okay so now for eyeliner kind of keeping with the warm tone theme
you can do to one of two things or whichever you like whenever I want to do
like a burgundy eyeliner I either use a liquid lipstick I recommend the Kat Von
D Vampira or one of those even Nosferatu that one works too um those are really
good or I have this little baby tart eyeliner that's super tiny I've had it
for a long time but it's burgundy I like to use this one as well so whichever
works for you
I can switch to the magnified beer then even if you like
Kanzi normally this is a trick I like to use if you're just starting or something
if you take a little short brush and then a magnified mirror you can get a
lot closer without tapping your brush to the mirror and then like jabbing your
baby so just gonna do mascara now and then lips and then I think we're done
for a mascara today I'm just gonna be using my go to this is my Tarte lash
paint I love this stuff
I have a lot of eyelashes and I feel like any time I use like really thick
clumpy gross wand it just sticks them all together so this one really bans
them out nicely
no fake eyelashes today I don't really think you need to wear fake eyelashes to
school if you want to cool but I could just see myself like getting annoyed
with them after a while or your boyfriend sneaking up and pulling them
off it's so weird like he gets gross - it's actually kind of funny at the end
of the day I'll be like hey Ryan and he'll be like what and he'll look and
I'll like rip my eyelashes off and it grosses him out so much but then one day
he came over and he just ripped them off and like ran away I was like you never
ever pull off somebody else's eyelashes ever but now you like you want to pull
them off it's weird say something about eyelashes like what the heck dude
they're like little caterpillars on your face only when there are they're
freaking weird you don't remember that Jenna marvelous video or she made a wig
out of fake eyelashes ever since that I really wanted to do it and put it on you
know thumbs up you want to see that so alright so you're ready for me now no
let me do it bye people watch fiercely two times it's our other show it's a
talk show watch it cuz I'm on it and it's fun so it watch gon blow - gum
blows my phone is not your video so lastly I'm just taking a nude lipstick
and I used to wear red lipstick to school it's just up to you but I know I
used to always be paranoid about it rubbing off but that was before like a
liquid lipstick sort of thing so now they have a bunch of different
kinds I'm just using Kat Von D bow and arrow I really like this one especially
if you're even if you're a darker skin tone I've seen this on girls who are
darker and it looks pretty on them too but this is like one of the only nudes
on me that doesn't look like just weird
yeah when I was in Middle School and stuff YouTube it wasn't a thing yet
really makeup-wise
so it would have been really nice to have all these videos so this is the
finished look I hope you like it it's pretty easy and one that you like sit
down and actually do it without all the interruptions in between it should
really only take you about like 20 minutes tops so yeah so this has been my
back to school easy grunge look um I hope you guys liked it and I hope you
guys had an awesome first week or two back to school I know every place is
different so just let us know how your first week went and the comments down
below and what your favorite back-to-school beauty item is alright

Filmmakers Shouldn't Fear Rejection | Molly McGlynn | TIFF '17 - Duration: 1:25.Okay, take two.
Want me to just look at you?
Filmmakers can not only learn from rejection,
but you have to thrive...

And I think, externally, you can have a lot of

So I think you have to kind of use that rejection as fuel.
There are so many female Canadian filmmakers that inspire me.
I think, um...
You know, people like Deepa Mehta, is kind of...
Like, she's just an integral figure
for me in terms of Canadian female filmmakers.
I have to say there's a lot of really exciting
new female filmmakers coming up right now.
I am surrounded by them,
and I really don't think that
there's, like, a competitive feeling at all.
I think everyone that I know
is genuinely excited for each other to see each other have these successes.

How To Get A Loan - Real Estate Taxes - Q&A #10 - Duration: 15:54.Kris Krohn here with Limitless TV and today we're going back to some Q&A.
I cannot believe how many incredible questions you guys have. You're inspiring
new videos, new topics, and it is important for me to get your questions
answered. So today, I'm gonna handle about a dozen of them and get you the answers
that you've been looking for.
Alright let's get started. First question today comes from James Bicklebut. James,
thank you for this question. James asked, he says, ok Limitless TV super inspiring
Kris, I got $100,000 of equity in my home and right now I tried to get a home
equity line and they are they're offering me a thirteen percent interest
rate or I can take my four percent loan and do a cash out refinance between four
and a half and five percent. What do you think I should do?
Oh my goodness, you've got three options right now and I'm going to give them to
you right now James. Number one is, I don't know what is happening with the
bank you're talking to on a home equity line of credit but a home equity line
of credits are usually cheaper than a cash out refinance. So please go talk to
a couple of different banks. The only reason why they'd be quoting something
higher is that they're a non-traditional bank, or you're talking to a hard money
father-in-law kind of person, a loan shark, something strange is going on or
you don't have good credit but I'm thinking you do have good credit cause
your second option is you're thinking, oh man Kris do I really want to pay for a
cash out refinance and go from an awesome juicy 4% rate to maybe a 5% rate?
That's not a bad option. Remember it's all about the arbitrage. If I get let's
say of the hundred, thousand let's say I get fifty thousand out, can I place my
fifty thousand dollars somewhere that makes up the difference in that 1% cost
of increased rate on the rest? And with me of course you can. There are plenty of
options. We'll talk about that too. So this is a really great question. Right
now you should be able to secure a home equity line and it's gonna be between
three and four percent. If for whatever strange bizarre reason that doesn't work
then I want you to go to the cash out refinance at 45%. And if you just head all around bad credit
James, sell the property. I know you're thinking, wait Kris, I have a home. Why
would I sell it? You got a hundred thousand dollars of equity, Go take that
money and put it into three properties. If you want help knowing how to do these
things then click the link below and in the notes section make sure you tell me
James, maybe with your real name not picklebut
exactly what you want to do, what you have available, and I'll have my lending
team jump in. Give you all your options and we can even talk about me supplying
you with properties to help you actually get that moving forward. Fantastic
questions a lot of people in your situation.
In fact, if you're watching this video and you've got equity that equity doesn't
mean anything unless it's working for you. So if it's equity in a home, it's
doing nothing losing at the rate of inflation. But if it's equity an
investment property, how do you, how do you put that into another property and
start working almost infinite returns by velocitizing your money by having the
same dollar that was sitting here now sitting in two places.
Alright, next question comes from Eric Boyd. In a previous Q&A you said that you
prefer single family homes over condos because they generally appreciate in
value more. He said, this makes sense. Do two or three or even four family homes
appreciate similarly to a single family house in the right market. Okay hands
down across the board Eric you're gonna see single-family homes are going to
travel better than townhomes. They're gonna travel better and appreciate
better than condos and they're also going to do better than multi-family
homes when you're talking about duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes. Single family
homes? it is a sweet spot below the median and 3 bedroom homes and greater.
Ok next question comes from
silent gamer. Not so silent today. Hahaha. What do you think about the idea, I can
be such a nerd in my head you guys make me so happy. I don't even know if you
know you're doing it. What do you think about the idea of buying a rental and
pay as least as possible towards the mortgage and keep whatever is left over
from monthly rent and do the process over again. Okay
silent gamer has a fantastic question. Basically says, Kris, when I buy a house
I could I could do a thirty-year, mortgage I could do a 15-year mortgag,e I
could do a like an interest-only mortgage. What should I do? and I want to
tell you something that as long as it is not a negative amortization mortgage,
they don't even exist anymore that was an '05, '06, '07 product but
they may come back so you gotta be super careful. I'm dropping it for you. The
the question is, should I try to get the lowest interest rate? and instead of
trying to pay off the house put it towards my next investment? Yes
silent gamer that is exactly what you want to do. Snowball
I was just sitting now with one of my clients they had bought four homes with
me and we had partnered on some stuff and they were making $80,000 on each one
of their homes. So think about that. 4 homes times
$80,000. They were doing pretty well. Over $300,000. Nice. And I went back and I
said, what do you want to do now? they said, Kris, we wish that we had bought 10
homes instead of 4. And silent gamer, that's what you're talking about. More
real estate done the right way is always more better. And it's also more funner.
Next question comes from Country Living. We're selling our home in West Virginia
we want to move back to Pennsylvania but we can't get a loan
however, we own our home outright. What are our options? Ok this is a fantastic
question. Option number one, sell the house. Homes that you've been living in
and our owned paid off outright don't always make the best rentals. Especially
if you're moving out of state. I do not like owning out-of-state property if I
only have one home out there because I've got no loyalty with the property
manager. I'm worth a hundred bucks a month to them. You do not buy loyalty for
$100 a month. So number one option, sell the home. And my advice is, sure you could
buy your house paid off in Pennsylvania but frankly it might be better to put a
20 or 30 percent down payment and have the rest of the money sitting in
investment properties producing more cashflow and building more equity than
paying off the house itself.
Country Living, those are your two best options
because if you can't get a loan then selling it and placing it that way is
something that will help you. You might be saying, but Kris if I can't get a
loan then I have to use the money to pay off my home in Pennsylvania. This is not
true. If you can't get the loan you have other options. You can cosign, there are
credit partners. I invest, I have my partners all the time come to me with piles of money. They want
investment properties, they want retirement income, but guess what? They
don't have the credit. So you know what I do? I rent somebody else's credit, safe
and secure and it works. You got options. If you want to pursue any of those, click
the form below and let me know and I'll have my team be in touch with you. Next
question comes from Joe Mar Johnson. He says, Kris in one of your videos, you
talked about buying a primary residence with 3% down but if you do this aren't
you going to have homeowners insurance and mortgage insurance? Well you're
always going to have homeowners insurance. Mortgage insurance is usually
what you have on a property until it's 20% paid off. And you know what? It is
cost of doing business in real estate. It's not always avoidable. But I'll tell
you what, I would rather have mortgage insurance and put 3% down and walk into
a Pirate Booty of equity rather than waiting to have a 20% down payment which
might take me a lot more time in many many more years all because us trying to
avoid perhaps a hundred or two hundred dollars a month on the mortgage
insurance. It's not a deal-killer. Okay next question comes from unsought bar888
What taxes are you responsible for when renting out your
property? This is a fantastic question. If you're renting out a property that
already has a mortgage in place, you might have already wrapped in your PITI.
Principal, interest, taxes, and insurance. So generally the landlord is responsible
for all those taxes. I'm not really aware of a landlord that ever went to attend
and said, hey this is what your rent is but then you also got to pay extra for
taxes. It might exist but in my hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and thousands
of homes, I've never actually encountered that. So generally, all that's on you and
it's not on your tenant. Okay Eddie Cervantes great question he says, do you
think investing in commercial property is more profitable than investing in
homes? Eddie it absolutely can be. It's just that
commercial usually takes a lot more money. Now I don't get interested in
commercial generally until there's a lot more money that needs to go into it. I
was sitting down with some of the other that are like, Kris why aren't you doing
just one big commercial project instead of five hundred little baby houses?
Because I have a system in place, I love the diversification of five hundred baby
houses. I've, this last month I sold five houses. I did not put any money in these
houses years ago. My partner's got their downpayment back and then we each got
ten to twenty five thousand dollars on every one of these homes that we sold
and so if you think about it, those homes I got great diversification it's easier
to liquidate. Lots of different little assets. Some people will argue it's a lot
of extra work. I don't think so if you've built the right team. I will look into
commercial. I do commercial deals especially when they have really
compelling ROIs.
If they're just comparable to my single families I don't
touch them. And then real estate where I'm averaging
ten to twenty percent a year on my single-family homes,
there's not really much reason to go into commercial. Sometimes commercial requires
a lot more money and it can be a lot more extra money and don't ever put all
your eggs in one basket. Because if it was scraping everything together to do
the commercial deal, I would say no bueno. I want you to go back and I want you to
do a pile of single-family homes. You're ready for commercial when you got a
massive chunk you can put in but it is only a minority of your total asset base.
Fantastic question. Okay from Derrick C. Can you explain how you use an LLC to
mitigate your risk as an investor?
You know, it's interesting. An LLC has
protected me from time to time but in the end I don't want you to think that
it is this crazy bulletproof system. There are some things out there that are
crazy bulletproof like life insurance. I stash lots of money in life insurance
because you know lawsuits can't get to it, governments can't regulate it, they
can't get their hands in that cookie jar. What an LLC does is it tries to create a
bifurcation between your personal and your business and you're only going to
be able to protect what you put in the LLC. I would never for example take my
art business of things that I paint and my real estate business and commingle
them. Because if I have a problem in one business it bleeds into my second. So I
will use as many LLC's as it takes to create separation in my different
business endeavors. There are LLC's out there called series LLC's. These are
proven to create a single entity LLC but with individual protection for property
so it's like an LLC with corporate veil protection between all the different
properties. They're more, they're more money to set up and so I don't
set them up because your likelihood of getting hit is very very small. When
someone has an issue on a house they're not trying to attack all your assets.
Generally, they're attacking the house and the house will take care of most
things. Remember you got homeowner's insurance and you have to have that it's
super important. That'll take care of 99% of problems that happen less than 1% of
the time but should it escape and go outside of that? It could hit the other
assets in the LLC so it's meant to create a corporate veil of protection
between assets. This video is going long but I got six more questions so now I'm
going to revert to my short quick answers okay? First one
comes from Jesus Jimenez. He says, hey Kris not sure if you can if you've answered
this question but basically my parents used my credit to buy their house and
now they don't want to refinance it but I want to buy another house so what
should I do? Fantastic question. You're wondering
whether you should put more money down on the next house? but I tell you this
put your parents on title and then have them do a rate and term refinance. What
that means is, you're not trying to pull money out you're just trying to shift
control so that it comes off of your credit. And that kind of refinance the
only reason why they wouldn't be able to do that is if they don't have the credit
to be able to refinance. If they do and if they can, they should. And a
refinance is easier than a purchase. So make sure that they are reflected on
title and a refinance is gonna be way easier because they're already owning
the home. So do that. This next one comes from Gabey. Kris, love your questions
I've got a question. I own a duplex with a partner. I was the
hard money, it's gone up $50,000 in value. I was the hard money lender but now my
partner wants to buy me out. And the question is, should we split the equity?
The answer is yes you split the equity. So you get your money out and if there's
$50,000 of equity, a true fair buyout at fair market value would be you getting
25 of the $50,000. Now sometimes, we're not acting at fair market value and
sometimes partners will be more conservative and your partner might say
hey I only think that thirty thousand of that is fair. Let's split at
fifteen thousand fifteen thousand. But either way, you should get credit.
Shellfish. When, renting out a house should report it on my taxes? Yes do this.
Maria Quint, Quintanilla. Maria Quintanilla. Hello, I
love your videos they're very motivating thank you I got a question. I got eight
thousand saved up but tons of money in my 401k. If I pull it on my 401k there'll
be taxes and penalties should I do this?
Maria, yes this is actually what I
specialize in. I get really fired up about 401ks and
IRAs and these ridiculous vehicles that are my money that ugh! I'm not gonna
start. Go watch one of my videos I'll rant on it.
Here's what I'm basically saying, yes use your 401k, your money sitting in real
estate will do way better for you than sitting in your 401k. Is it
worth it to pay the tax and penalties? Always. Why? because until you wait to a certain age
all you're gonna do is avoid the penalty. You're always gonna have to pay your
taxes. So you know what? Take the tiny hit and get your money working for you. If
you have questions on how to do that or if you want to partner do a pile of
deals with me I want you to click down below, hit the link, and put that in the
request and my team will contact you and get some basic information and we'll be
able to share with you specifically all your options of what you can do. RT
happens. Love your videos, tons very useful. Question, Quicken Loans or not?
Answer, depends. Is it a good rate? If it's not, don't do it. Is it a bad rate but you
have an investment that earns you a high profit margin? Maybe it's worth it. It's
all opportunity cost. If you can qualify for Quicken Loans you can probably
qualify for some others as well. Okay John Burgoody. Once the house is acquired
what is the best way to get the house rented out? John, hire a property manager.
That is your, have them do it. They're gonna charge you 8 to 10% of the gross
rent that they collect and it's their responsibility. Go with a successful firm.
Go with the firm that has lots of houses. They're getting lots of calls and they
can refer people to your specific house. If you want to do it yourself go to my
lease option video where I'm gonna show you how to put obnoxious bright neon
colored signs in the lawn and trust me it's going to pick up the attention of
people that may want to do a rent-to-own. It'll mean self-managed, it'll mean more
cash flow also me in down payment. I'm a fan of that. If you got a little extra
time, that's the way to go. Okay friends, thanks so much these are fantastic
questions. Thank you for watching today's video and if you have more questions be
sure that you respond below. If you're not a member of our tribe then go ahead
and subscribe and post your questions so that we can make more videos and more
Q&A videos to make sure you got everything that you need to succeed for

U.S. Defense Secretary Mattis says 'diplomatic solutions never run out' with N. Korea - Duration: 1:53.At the Pentagon, Defense chiefs of South Korea and the United States met just around 48 hours
following North Korea's latest missile launch.
Contrary to President Trump's recent comments, Defense Secretary James Mattis emphasized
there's still time to find a peaceful way to resolve the issues.
Lee Jeong-yeon starts us off.
Arranged weeks ago, but the timing couldn't have been better.
South Korea's Defense Minister Song Young-moo and his U.S. counterpart James Mattis sat
down for talks on Wednesday in Washington.
Their first face-to-face at the Pentagon came just two days after North Korea's latest missile
test over Japan.
When asked prior to the meeting about whether all diplomatic solutions had been exhausted
on North Korea,... Mattis answered with a resounding "No."
(English) "We're never out of diplomatic solutions.
We continue to work together and the minister and I share a responsibility to provide for
the protection of our nations, our populations and our interests."
Contradicting an earlier declaration made by President Trump that "talking is not the
answer" when dealing with North Korea, Mattis emphasized the benefits of economic and diplomatic
pressure over military pressure.
The two defense chiefs also condemned the regime's repeated missile threats and reaffirmed
the strength of their military alliance.
(Korean) "I have no doubt in my mind that these issues
will be resolved through the strength of the ROK-U.S. alliance, as we have done in the
past."
Later in the day, Song met with White House National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster, who
said the U.S. will defend South Korea with every means possible against threats from
North Korea, and that the two countries will work closely together as allies to deal with
all issues related to the regime.
He will also be discussing North Korea issues with Admiral Harry Harris, head of the US
Pacific Command.

GTA 5 Solo Money Glitch 20 Million Every Hour NEW Money Glitch After The Smuggler Run SKY PS4 GAMER - Duration: 7:00.let me start off by saying thank you to everybody that represented yesterday on
the video truly your support was felt like I said before the people that are
asswipes on this channel that come here in hate I have no doubt they're probably
going to be hating on this video I got only the middle finger raised up for you
with my two hands but the people that support I truly want to say thank you
and that's why we put in the time right now in order to show you stuff like this
now you guys I want to show you the title of this glitch and make no mistake
about it we did copy PlayStation a sky shithead on his title ok he is a fake
youtuber he's the youtuber that you need to be flagging for YouTube in order to
investigate his videos the title says 20 million every hour new solo money glitch
after the smugglers run GTA online money glitch now this glitch right here we are
gonna put it through its paces and we are going to test it the retards that
are gonna go in the comment section and say you did it wrong please go hug your
mom or something if you know who your mom is just or find your dad I don't
know you're adopted just go get a hug from somebody that cares about you ok
this glitch is not really that difficult and what these guys count on doing is
they try to take something that's already known to the gamers and they try
to mix it up with something that's fake now I'm gonna show you one thing about
his video check out the support this guy's getting and this support is not
something that I'm proud of like when I see the community that stupid to be
honest with you this guy's got a 1k thumbs up on his
video he's got 228 thumbs down including mine as of the documenting of this video
he's got 42,000 views that made him something around $60 on that video if
you guys are so interested in the money right we were talking about it yesterday
these people that are so interested in the money well there is a compulsive
liar for you that like to lie and he's making a lot of money on YouTube so
let's call it the way it is from now on let's not sugarcoat it anymore let's
just call it the way it is so let's go ahead with a glitch this glitch depends
on something that we used to do and that is the MOC
bring your MOC out right beside your apartment building now I have
ten-car garage it calls on a tank car garage in a friend's invite-only session
a close friend session once you have that setup going make sure you have a
retro allergy inside your MOC go into your tank out garage whatever building
you have it and and pull out the normal social club allergy that is for free
once you pull that out beside your MOC pull up your phone and replace it with
another one you see the similarities to the other glitches that we were doing
right there that's how they can mix you up and they could make you believe that
the glitch is active that they're not lying to you you're like oh yeah I've
done this before let's do it again it's obviously a real glitch he wouldn't be
going through all these steps so once you replace the allergy disappears
obviously on the map he tells you to get into your MOC and sit inside the retro
allergy that you have now pull up your phone and take out the Leicester
invitation for whatever highs that you're active in and beyond the second
screen that you're ready to gas and press Yes on the Leicester invitation
now we documented a video just last week right before this DLC came out and every
time we did this step it said error you've been booted offline do you guys
remember that if you're active on the channel you probably remember and you
know what I'm talking about well Rockstar after the DLC doesn't boot
you offline anymore you stay in the session you actually go to the Leicester
invite iced and you feel like the glitch is working a okay now once you get to
that screen and it just pops you into the clouds you're going to the highest
screen and then you come back down out of the apartment that jackass tells you
pull up your map and check out that you have a retro a duplicated retro right
under the MOC again this is part of another glitch that we were just Doc
talking about it yesterday now for you to combat that problem in order to get
the car away from the MOC you need to be away from it and start any mission race
or whatever and then come back from it once you come back from it the car will
spawn right beside you but it will be bricked the only way for you to unbreak
the car is to go and get a cargobob and lift it up again part of another glitch
that makes you think this is a legit glue and it's a goal once you get the
car go I just went and bought it to be honest
with you just to the present for you guys once you get that cargobob lift up
the car and the car will become unbreak now this is the part that he tricks you
in and a lot of people are fooled on it including that 1k that liked his video
these guys meant that the amount of fake stuff that they do is unreal so he takes
the retro allergy that's been unbreached with the cargobob and he goes and drives
it toward the tank car garage now I got the message that says the garage is full
a vehicle has to be transferred to the other storage so I'm like no don't
accept that yet because if you accept it then you don't know what the hell is
happening in MOC so I went and took a walk into the MOC and the MOC is empty
the MOC is empty the car that spawns under your MOC is your original retro
allergy it's not a duplicate it's the original car and you just you don't
duplicate anything Rockstar lets you go ahead was wasting your time but they
have a nice sense of humor and they're like you're not basically gonna get the
car regardless so I drove the car and I want to show you guys if I wanted to
trick you I would do exactly what sky ps4 did I would take the car drive it
into the tank car garage get the signal that it says the garages fault and once
I do that I'll be like there you go you duplicated a car it's full that's how
you get it and now we just gonna and I don't show you the screen that says you
have to transfer a car to the other place right and this way you can fake
everything and you can have people clicking tons of likes on your video
even though they don't know how to do the glitch this is one method of people
being compulsive liar the other method of course is the best one of all which
is YouTube is watching my channel or what Rockstar is watching my channel and
this glitch is probably gonna get patched within five minutes of me
putting out this video I'm the only one that has it so make sure to click on the
notification squad it's a lot of bullshit okay I can only bring you the
videos and ask for your support the haters man like I said two fingers
held up for you right now alright thanks everybody for being here
do let Skyy ps4 shithead that your Sheriff has documented him reach out to
the gamers under his comments section and show your support for somebody to
come and lie and get hundred actually not 100 he got a
thousand like on his video yet we are out here calling it the way it is
we never get nowhere near that I'll see you guys on the next segment peace baby

BOK keeps interest rate steady for August at 1.25% - Duration: 2:18.The nation's central bank decided to keep its benchmark rate pat... at a record low
of 1-and-a-quarter percent for another month.
The decision was made as to not rattle the market... especially amid growing tensions
on the peninsula.
Kim Ji-yeon breaks down the widely expected move for us.
The Bank of Korea has frozen its benchmark interest rate for the 14th consecutive month,...
holding it at a record low of one-point-two-five percent.
The central bank hinted that the freeze was due to geopolitical risks... triggered by
the heightened tensions on the peninsula following a wave of North Korean provocations.
(Korean) "In July, we estimated the local economy would
grow, 2-point-8-percent this year.
Since then, we've noticed the emergence of several factors that may fuel or inhibit growth.
Positive changes include the stronger recovery momentum of the global economy...
while on the flip side, geopolitical risks stemming from North Korea and China's retaliation
over the deployment of THAAD... are becoming palpable as well."
BOK Governor Lee Ju-yeol had previously stated that he was monitoring the situation very
carefully... since the threats are not regarded as transitory.
An assessment of government measures to curb speculation in the housing market and its
impact on the one-point-two-trillion-U.S. dollar household debt,... is set to play a
key role in determining the timing of the next rate hike.
Further reinforcing a rate freeze is the dovish tone from the U.S. Federal Reserve regarding
the timeline of its rate hikes.
(Korean ed: steve) "Various economic indicators during the second
quarter, including the country's industrial output,... haven't improved from the previous
quarter.
It's going to be a challenge for the BOK to raise rates now since the recovery momentum
of the local economy is not solid enough to lead to annual growth in the high 2-percent
range."
The BOK had previously projected that it would be difficult for the Korean economy to grow
in the three-percent range this year even if the execution of the government's 9-point-8-billion
dollar supplementary budget bill for job creation is taken into account.
(standup) "The Bank of Korea will release its provisional
estimates of second quarter gross national income and gross domestic product on Friday.
Kim Ji-yeon, Arirang News."

The science of smog - Kim Preshoff - Duration: 5:44.On July 26, 1943,
Los Angeles was blanketed by a thick gas that stung people's eyes
and blocked out the Sun.
Panicked residents believed their city had been attacked using chemical warfare.
But the cloud wasn't an act of war.
It was smog.
A portmanteau of smoke and fog,
the word smog was coined at the beginning of the 20th century
to describe the thick gray haze that covered cities
such as London,
Glasgow,
and Edinburgh.
This industrial smog was known to form
when smoke from coal-burning home stoves and factories
combined with moisture in the air.
But the smog behind the LA panic was different.
It was yellowish with a chemical odor.
Since the city didn't burn much coal, its cause would remain a mystery
until a chemist named Arie Haagen-Smit identified two culprits,
volatile organic compounds, or VOCs,
and nitrous oxides.
VOCs are compounds that easily become vapors
and may contain elements, such as carbon,
oxygen,
hydrogen,
chlorine,
and sulfur.
Some are naturally produced by plants and animals,
but others come from manmade sources,
like solvents,
paints,
glues,
and petroleum.
Meanwhile, the incomplete combustion of gas in motor vehicles
releases nitrous oxide.
That's what gives this type of smog its yellowish color.
VOCs and nitrous oxide react with sunlight
to produce secondary pollutants called PANs and tropospheric,
or ground level, ozone.
PANs and ozone cause eye irritation and damage lung tissue.
Both are key ingredients in photochemical smog,
which is what had been plaguing LA.
So why does smog affect some cities but not others?
Both industrial and photochemical smog combine manmade pollution
with local weather and geography.
London's high humidity made it a prime location for industrial smog.
Photochemical smog is strongest in urban areas with calm winds
and dry, warm, sunny weather.
The ultraviolet radiation from sunlight provides the energy necessary
to breakdown molecules that contribute to smog formation.
Cities surrounded by mountains, like LA,
or lying in a basin, like Beijing,
are also especially vulnerable to smog since there's nowhere for it to dissipate.
That's also partially due to a phenomenon known as temperature inversion,
where instead of warm air continuously rising upward,
a pollution-filled layer of air remains trapped near the Earth's surface
by a slightly warmer layer above.
Smog isn't just an aesthetic eyesore.
Both forms of smog irritate the eyes,
nose,
and throat,
exacerbate conditions like asthma and emphysema,
and increase the risk of respiratory infections like bronchitis.
Smog can be especially harmful to young children and older people
and exposure in pregnant women has been linked to low birth weight
and potential birth defects.
Secondary pollutants found in photochemical smog
can damage and weaken crops and decrease yield,
making them more susceptible to insects.
Yet for decades, smog was seen as the inevitable price of civilization.
Londoners had become accustomed to the notorious pea soup fog
swirling over their streets until 1952,
when the Great Smog of London shut down all transportation in the city for days
and caused more than 4,000 respiratory deaths.
As a result, the Clean Air Act of 1956
banned burning coal in certain areas of the city,
leading to a massive reduction in smog.
Similarly, regulations on vehicle emissions and gas content in the US
reduced the volatile compounds in the air and smog levels along with them.
Smog remains a major problem around the world.
Countries like China and Poland that depend on coal for energy
experience high levels of industrial smog.
Photochemical smog and airborne particles from vehicle emissions
affect many rapidly developing cities,
from Mexico City and Santiago
to New Delhi and Tehran.
Governments have tried many methods to tackle it,
such as banning cars from driving for days at a time.
As more than half of the world's population crowds into cities,
considering a shift to mass transit and away from fossil fuels
may allow us to breathe easier.
