Boat Review & Two Interviews: Rayglass 3500 feat. John Eichelsheim - Duration: 7:59.

Hi i'm John Eichelsheim from Boating

Zealand magazine. Today we're aboard the

new Rayglass 3500. Long awaited and

much anticipated new model from Rayglass,

who have a reputation for building

quality vessels. This is certainly one of

them, it's important to the New Zealand

boating industry for lots of reasons, not

least because it is a production launch

and those things are really quite rare

today in New Zealand.

The Rayglass 3500 likes to cruise

at about 25 knots, it's a comfortable

speed, the fuel consumption

is pretty reasonable and you're

certainly going to cover the ground in a hurry.

So we're up here on the bow of

the Rayglass 3500.

There's a nice lounging area here, these

cushions can be removed when you're

underway, but great place when you're

when you're still and the sun's out.

There's even some drink holders, four of

them, stainless steel drink holders there.

Up on the windscreen you can see we've

got three really robust windscreen

wipers, there's a spotlight and up on the

roof area we've also got solar panels,

which I'm told, produce enough power to keep

everything topped up on this boat that's

pretty good going.

New Rayglass 3500 has got a really

social layout, and that's typified by

this galley area which opens out onto

the cockpit, the window folds right up

out of the way you've got a bifold door

here so that the whole space opens onto

the cockpit really nicely. I like the way

the servery works.You can be cooking in

here and serving or you can be standing

in the cockpit and being social with

people who are inside the boat.

I'm talking with Scott Little from Rayglass boats.

Now Scott you had quite a

bit to do with this boat right from the

very beginning didn't you? Yeah I did

John yeah we've been very excited about this

whole project. Initially it started from

me personally wanting to look at a boat

and come up with a concept of something

that would suit my wife and family.

There's a lot about it that suits the Kiwi lifestyle.

Was that part of what you were trying to achieve?

Yeah we basically built a boat that would cater

for all the needs of a guy, his wife, and the family,

so you've got that saloon area up

in the front of the boat giving you the

U-Lounge, the separate galley, and then

we built the cockpit area and the

front around it basically. So you

actually started with the sort of

the living areas of the boat and then sort

of went from there is that how you sort

of worked it? Basically saw it as a,

as the main operating area of a boat which

you know, you know most people want to

work in the saloon day and night and

then we develop the rest of it from there.

Now this is a pretty important boat for

Rayglass, I mean this is a production motor

launch which you know the like Hanse

in New Zealand these days and you must

be pretty excited about the whole thing?

Yeah we are actually we a we're really

excited about the future for, for

ourselves and obviously importantly for

our customers and for our suppliers.

On our own perspective we've learned a lot

from the 4000 that we previously built,

which was a very successful boat and we've

put in a new spin on the layout and

improved things so we feel that we've got

a boat that's really suited for the Kiwi

boatie and the lifestyle that we expect

to have here in New Zealand.

So got a really comfortable helm

position this captain seat is just

brilliant, I like the way you've got fold

away armrest, you sit here securely.

Excellent vision from here right around

and you know it's a place that you can sit

to drive or stand to drive.The bolster

folds away all the controls fall nicely

to hand in this case it's a

Simrad multi function display, but you

could have a Garmin or whatever it is

you wanted to have, but there's plenty of

real estate there for modern electronics

another feature is the fact that the

battery switches are remote, so you can turn

your batteries on and off from here at

the helm which is a really nice feature.

So for a boat of this size, this is a

really good saloon area. We've got a full

wrap around settee and a proper saloon

table that you can sit around and enjoy.

Extra seating on the starboard side this

arrangement would easily accommodate

five or six people. They've used really

sensible easy care fabrics, the sight

lines from here are excellent sitting

down, I can see out the windows I can see

right around the boat. Plenty of light

also from the skylights which open and

are going to give us some ventilation to

in the open position.

This works extremely well.

Now the Rayglass 3500

cockpit is not massive, but it does work

particularly well, you've got this nice

wide swim platform aft here, that people

will use to fish from, we've got a nicely

moulded bait table here that's something

that Rayglass does very well. We've also

got this barbecue area, it's very

sensible attached to the outside of the boat

you sort of keep the mess on this side

and a nice reversible seat.

I'd like to introduce Simon Barker from Ownaship.

Simon quite a few of your customers are

interested in this boat.

We've been working with Scott for close

to two years now providing, some feedback

with regard to this boat, so at the

moment we've currently got four boats on

order for Rayglass, which is really

exciting. As you've seen there's our first one

the first two boats currently sold out

and once we start telling everybody

about this great story, I'm sure the

next couple will go after that pretty quickly.

So Simon very briefly how does it work?

How do people get into a boat like this

with Ownaship? Yeah so what we do is try

and make it affordable. We buy a boat

then we split it up into shares and

there's currently six shareholders going

into this boat and then they share their time.

The allocation that they'll get is

they'll get use of up to 57 days a year

which is a lot of boating time.

So they put some capital in. They've got

pride of ownership they all talk about

it being their own and BBQ stories

dinner parties.

They're all saying: Do you wanna come out on

my boat? Which is, which is great, it's great

to hear. And then they'll pay an annual

management fee which covers all the

costs associated like: Marina insurance

and maintenance. All our boats are all

walk on or walk off. So they're all cleaned

and valied. After they've finish which they

absolutely love, and also it makes that

easy getting out on the boat they can

spend more time out there.

No fuss boating you just get all the enjoyment

and none of the, none of the other stuff.

We take away all the hassles that people

have with boating, and they just do

everything that everybody enjoys, works great.

Right well the engine room hatches

hydraulically operated as you can see it

lifts up right out of the way excess is

great, we've got a couple of Mercury

diesel TDI engines 260 horsepower each,

these are essentially the same engines

that go into the Volkswagen Touareg so

nice and light and powerful

it's a 35 knot boat which is pretty good

going for a boat of this size.

So this is the

master cabin it's the largest cabin on

the boat. It extends underneath the

saloon floor, but there is room enough

here for a full queen-size mattress and

you can drop in whatever mattress you

like. We've got standing room for

dressing so that works quite well, some

storage and yeah, it's quite a sensible use

of the space which otherwise might not

have been so well utilized.

This is the Bow cabin

and again we've got another

double berth, you can sleep two people here

quite happily, and there is an option of

another bunk so you could sleep three if

you go for the bunk option.

So the heads

are a good size they are completely

molded fully molded so, really really

easy to clean and really practical.

So there we are that's the Rayglass 3500

it's a smart new vessel, significant new

vessel for the New Zealand boat building

industry and one that I think a lot of

Kiwi's are really going to enjoy.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain rejects Chelsea in favour of Liverpool move

Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has reportedly turned down the opportunity to join Chelsea, having set his sights on a move to Liverpool.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was the subject of a £40 million bid from the Premier Leaguechampions earlier this week, with the Gunners reluctantly agreeing a deal. But as the Reds remain interested, his prospective switch to Stamford Bridge was not considered a formality.

This has been underlined as BBC Sport report that Oxlade-Chamberlain has rejected Chelsea's advances, as he "wants to move to Liverpool.

"Oxlade-Chamberlain believes the Blues planned to use him at wing-back, and his primary reason for wanting to leave Arsenal is to play in central midfield," David Ornstein writes.

"A bid from the Reds is expected before Thursday's transfer deadline, although it is likely to be below the price Chelsea were willing to pay.

Arsenal are said to want to wrap up a deal "as soon as possible," but if Liverpool do not return with a bid, Oxlade-Chamberlain will see out the final year of his contract in north London.

There is no guarantee of the Reds making an approach for the England international, with Thomas Lemar seemingly their preferred target.

Reports on Tuesday revealed that Liverpool were planning a bid in the region of £75 million for the AS Monaco winger, with Divock Origi potentially included on loan. If Lemar arrived, it is unlikely that Jurgen Klopp will require Oxlade-Chamberlain, with the pair stylistically similar.

However, it could be that the German is pushing for both, particularly given Lemar is a natural winger and Oxlade-Chamberlain is eyeing a regular role in the middle of the park.

Either way, neither deal is expected to be tied to the future of Philippe Coutinho, despite persistent claims that the playmaker is on his way to Barcelona.

Responding to speculation over an imminent move for the No. 10, Liverpool CEO Peter Moore told one 'supporter': "I know not of what you speak.".

Jordan Henderson would love to become England's next permanent captain—and has bought into Gareth Southgate's dream to develop the best team in the world.

The Three Lions are in the midst of their latest transitional period as they look to secure safe passage to the World Cup and then produce a far better display in Russia than has been seen at recent tournaments.

England have the individuals to perform on the biggest stage but have shown themselves to be mentally fragile—an area Southgate is trying to improve by cultivating leadership qualities within his squad.

The former defender has handed the captain's armband around as a result, amid Wayne Rooney's fading influence before the striker's international retirement. But the Three Lions boss has yet to decide exactly what to do in terms of the permanent captaincy.

Henderson has worn the armband in half the matches he has been available for under Southgate and, should a full-time captain be named, he is understandably keen to get the nod. "Of course [I want to be captain]," Henderson said.

"If you ask a lot of the lads in the dressing room, they'll feel as though they're ready to lead this team. "And of course I'm no different but whoever, it's up to the manager at the end of the day.

"Whoever gets it the lads I'm sure will be right behind the person to help lead.

"And it'll not just be one person leading, it'll be more than that off the field, and doing things on the training pitch and in the meeting rooms that need doing.

"He's spoken and he doesn't really want to give it to anyone at the minute, he wants to sort of mix and match and bring leaders through, whether you're experienced, whether you're a young player.

"I think it's just finding the right captain for him really, and for this team, to lead, and that's totally his decision to be fair. "I feel as though I'm ready, but I'm sure there's other lads that feel that as well.

Liverpool facing race against time to land Monaco forward Thomas Lemar as French club consider £74m bid

Liverpool face a race against time to land Thomas Lemar and could have as little as 24 hours to wrap up a club record deal.

Jurgen Klopp wants to sign the Monaco forward and he is eager to work under the German in the Premier League but the clock is against Liverpool, who have been in discussions with the French champions in an attempt to secure Lemars release.

They have mapped out a proposal that would see them pay £74million and they could use Divock Origi as a makeweight in the deal; the Belgium striker is surplus to requirements at Anfield but Liverpool do not want to sell him to Premier League rivals, which rules out Tottenham.

It is clear Liverpool are prepared to shatter their transfer record once more after completing a £55million deal for Naby Keita but their cause is not being helped by the fact Lemar will be involved in Frances squad for their World Cup qualifier against Holland on Thursday night.

The implication, then, is that Liverpool would not be able to conduct a medical in the final hours before the deadline and they will have to move quickly – or make the decision to switch their sights on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Liverpool, who are also desperate to sign Virgil Van Dijk, have tracked Oxlade-Chamberlain all summer but the sticking point is whether Arsenal would be prepared to sell the England international to a direct rival.

Keitas switch from RB Leipzig was rubberstamped on Tuesday. He will move to Liverpool in the summer of 2018 and is delighted that he has the opportunity to test himself in the Premier League.

How To Make A Typography Poster Design | Satori Graphics - Duration: 5:43.

today how to make a typography poster design a tutorial brought to you by Satori graphics

what up that people welcome back to the home of graphic

design content or right here on YouTube satori graphics today we're going to be

using both illustrator and Photoshop it is how to make a typography poster

design tutorial I'm launching my giveaway this coming Friday and on

Friday I'm going to upload a video where I'm gonna explain to the details of how

you can enter so make sure you catch star video in a new document in

Illustrator we need to type our typography first and foremost the star

poster design today so access the type window like so this is the typeface I'm

using here but you can of course use whatever you want

I will drop a link in the description below or the font L made in this poster

design there's going to be 12 letters you can do the less if you want to but

the feel of the whole design twelve letters work best

instead of simply typing out everything in one text box I'm using the old option

key here for duplicate each letter this way we can align everything a lot easier

and the typography poster design when you have your first three letters

finished select them all and then open up the align window

here we're going to align them as well as set equal distance between them

with the letter still selected hit command or control G to group them we

can head up to object and grip duplicate the group with three more times with the

option key we're then need to line all of the Gribbs and send equal distance

between them making our table ography poster layout perfectly aligned ed each

letter individually you can ungroup them all here is my typography layout which

says a toy design we can play around the letters if they are still not perfectly

aligned

take the rectangle tool and select a stroke we will draw a border around the

typography in Illustrator

you can set your stroke to whatever value you want to but I'm gonna use 30

for my typography poster design

once happy select the border and then I'll learn the stroke I'm going to

duplicate a typography design with the alt/option key and use the pipette to

select white from the canvas

in the next part of this tutorial on how to make a topography poster design we're

going to be moving things over to photoshop

so I went back and lead to my border and I made a thicker one instead select all

of your design and then hit command C to copy air or if you're using Windows ctrl

C the Nova and Photoshop open your image I have a link for this specific image

download in the description below you need to now hit command V your ctrl V to

paste in place now this looks fairly good as a poster

design but we can make it a lot better I will take the pipette tool here and grab

a color from the background in with the rectangle tool place a shape over the

entire canvas in Photoshop go to layer below the topography layer and then

lower the opacity something like 25

then in a typography layer said the blend mode to overlay like so you can

play around with the blend modes but for this type of approach the design I

personally prefer to use overlay if you double click the square layer you can

use the prepare tool and change its color experimenting with what you think

looks best I prefer to sample colors from the background itself so the entire

design ties in together and there you have it how to make a topography poster

MANCHESTER CITY have had a £50million bid for Alexis Sanchez rejected by Arsenal. But City boss Pep Guardiola will now go back with an offer to include Raheem Sterling in a new deal for the wantaway striker.

Raheem Sterling will be offered as part of a new deal for Alexis Sanchez. The Premier League rivals are locked in talks over the future of the Chilean.

And furious Sanchez, 28, is determined to force a move to City having seen the Gunners accept a £40m bid from Chelsea for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Sanchez is livid that The Ox has been allowed to quit while he must stay at the Emirates. Sanchez told boss Arsene Wenger he wants out before he flew to Chile for their World Cup qualifiers.

And City are undeterred by the hitman's ill-timed return home on the eve of tomorrow's 11pm transfer deadline. Sanchez has been given permission by Chile to miss today's training session in Santiago in a bid to seal the deal.

Personal terms have already been agreed with his agent and City are just waiting for Arsenal to accept their offer for the unhappy forward.

The ex-Barcelona ace wants to link up with former boss Pep Guardiola at the Etihad.

Hello! I`m Stanislava Korobkova

and it`s my first ever talking video

previously on this channel you can only see me or here me

and now it`s finally happening at the same time!

I tried to make it a very long time talking on camera for me definitely still a challenge

I`m a very unconfident and shy person which make it hard for me to move on

personally and professionally

So these kind of videos may help me to fight this

First video like this is about my tattoos my unfinished natural themed sleeve

I`ll show you every tattoo up close and talk about each of them more

And as always about videos like this if you don`t like tattoos just go away

every person has it`s own point of view and it`s our own personal choice what we want to do with our body

So! All my tattoos were made in new-school style

they all very bright and colorful and natural themed

it`s just what I love, what I worked with and what I think is beautiful

my first tattoo was this arrow I draw this myself actually

I was 18-19 and I wanted some kind of meaning behind it

I thought about it as an addition to my purposefulness

but I don`t really like it now and now I`d love to make something else instead

at the same time I made heart and moon symbols as my tribute to Sailor Moon which I loved as a kid

My third tattoo I made 2 years later I just didn`t have enough money for this

here I have a bouquet: favorite butterflies, forget-me-nots, peonies

it takes up 3 sessions and I also recolor peonies after cause they didn`t heal well and were pink before

I made them in a nice vine color now it`s suits me better I think

Next one: my favorite swift prince

I was going to Ireland and swifts and swallows for me are symbols of travels and home at the same time

it`s still my favorite one and because of that I want more birds in the feature

My BAD WOLF tattoo is of cause tribute for Doctor Who fans will understand!

My most recent one is this buckthorn brunch, it`s again something sentimental from my childhood

and it`s only one of my tattoos which I didn`t draw myself

At the end I think I`m a pretty sensitive person

some of my tattoos on certain places were so painful that we use pain reliever

I`m planning now to finish up my sleeve and to add some elements to my other arm as well

Does mayonnaise remove white rings from wooden tables? - Duration: 2:39.

Hi. Lisa here from Active Domestics. I've been reading lately that one way to

get rid of white rings on tables is to use mayonnaise. So we're going to

give that a quick try today and put it to the test and see whether it's a

useful tip after all. So I'll show you... From the other photo you will have

seen there is quite a large white ring on this wooden table. I've got a jar of mayonnaise here.

I'm going to blob some on the table ....but save some for the kids lunch tomorrow. So anyway I'm

going to rub it in and let it sit and then come back and see how it goes.

It's pretty disgusting. I would not want to be NOT wearing gloves at this stage

given I really don't want my hands to smell like mayonnaise for the next two

weeks so I don't have a lot of mayonnaise but I'm going to test it with

this white ring and if this theory works then I will buy some more mayonnaise and

cover the whole table because there's just a couple little marks that the heat

has caused.... So you know the white rings are caused by putting hot

things on the table and not having a trivet or something underneath. So anyway

yeah it's pretty gross but we'll give that a try to see how that works out and

I'll check in soon .......So anyway I'm going to start wiping it off now. I'm just

using an old sock so I can just chuck it out basically

I might let that sit there just a little bit longer. It seems the oils' making it

look a little bit less but when I just have a little bit longer time. Tune in
