collector in bo3 and as a youtuber who wants to post the content for you guys

get every single DLC weapon in the game so I can bring you these types of videos

join off the start 24 25 so we gotta match that with the xmc in the second

game I know all the extra camos which one is your favorite okay we got the new

maximize each of the weapon strengths obviously the xmc being an absolute aim

box of a weapon the aim on this thing is so sick and I have four grip as well so

we should be in for a little bit of a tree I'm hoping we can do pretty well

and I think we can do pretty well so we have to match 24 25 kills a different

map but it's still a small map and I think we can we can pull it off we have

a decent team you know we're facing the craziest of players but we also have you

know some some some outliers to worry about you know that 352 on the other

team right there going 3 an hour right now one of the biggest strengths of the

PPSh is 100% Thea The Magazine says you can get away with a lot of gunfights

because you have so much ammo you rarely have to reload you can just go you know

guns blazing just run up in a room and just go off with the xmc I don't have

extended mag I'm even that fast mag really so the magazine aspect of the

weapon kind of lacking in that department we only have 30 in the clip

and Von D is hacking me again man what is this leader leg wait it out bait it

out I'm gonna be coming around here watch he's not gonna be easy on the

think he's skis cool to go and he's not good night what is bo3 up to today

they're lagging me they're hacking me Von D's playing with my soul and now

pretty nice streaker 25 to 4 we're only 62 kills into the CDM and we already

matched the PPS HS kill a cap or kill score I mean what more can you ask for

game number three and find out is this weapon worth it and which DLC weapon is

better oh the classic DLC weapon glitch not loading the camel not loading the

pixels I love it alright game number three with the PPSh gonna start off

first 50 kills when that 50 kill mark hits in the TD and we are going to

immediately swap out to the xmc and try our luck with that weapon see how many

kills like get what the KD is at each half and just

the general gameplay and see if the change of the weapon swings the gameplay

in any noticeable large way so PPSh around 1/2 1 of this combine TDM where

you got some grounds to cover I got some kills to get cuz that xmc absolutely ooh

you know it's a nice little start all right there we go

ALERT: Obama Caught In Major "Deportation" Scandal | Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:47.

President Trump has brought renewed attention to the issue of immigration.

While it has been a topic of importance to Republican voters for years, GOP lawmakers

have continually swept it under the rug to avoid confrontation with the powerful pro-immigration

lobby.

Spurred on by an election victory that featured immigration as its centerpiece, Trump has

moved to undo Obama-era policies that encouraged illegal entry.

According to the Washington Examiner, a new report by the Center for Immigration Studies

indicates that under Obama, up to 200,000 immigration cases were administratively "closed"

without action–allowing thousands of illegal immigrants freedom to move around the country.

As Andrew R. Arthur of the Center for Immigration Studies explains, the Obama administration

allowed immigration judges to abuse their discretional authority to close cases.

The Obama Department of Homeland Security (DHS) also set priorities for when deportation

should be pursued.

In essence, Obama created a system for circumventing federal immigration law.

It was a loophole that allowed judges to simply stop proceedings if they did not want to see

a certain individual deported.

This Obama-era move has contributed to a massive growth of the national deportation case backlog.

As Arthur noted in an earlier Washington Examiner op-ed, there were only 300,000 cases in the

federal backlog as recently as 2011.

But after Obama took aim at immigration enforcement during the second term of his presidency,

the number sky-rocketed to 600,000.

With the now-discovered administratively-closed cases, there may have been as many as 800,000

deportations in the backlog.

But the Trump administration has already taken steps to rectify the situation.

As the Center for Immigration Studies report states, the Trump Department of Justice (DOJ)

has reversed the practice of administrative closure.

Administrative closure will now be used as originally intended: on a case-by-case basis,

not as a blanket method for absolving illegal aliens of their federal immigration crimes.

And the DHS is now beginning to reinstate cases that were previously closed.

These changes will expedite the removal of violent criminal aliens, many of whom were

set free thanks to Obama's lax immigration policies.

The new strictness on immigration will also discourage foreign nationals from attempting

to enter the US illegally through the southern border.

Unauthorized border crossing places everyone at risk, including the unlawful entrants.

This was clearly seen in an incident in San Antonio, Texas last month.

As Fox News reported, ten undocumented immigrants were found dead in a sweltering truck.

Although they could have walked out of the truck to avoid overheating and dehydration,

they remained inside to keep from getting caught by the US Border Patrol.

The Trump administration seeks to put an end to such tragedies by removing Obama-era incentives

for illegal entry.

President Trump is making gains on immigration within the executive branch while being opposed

on immigration legislation by leadership within his own party.

As covered by CNBC, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI), remains committed to the idea that

America needs more immigration, not less.

According to Breitbart, Trump has endorsed the RAISE Act, which would raise American

wages by cutting legal immigration in half.

This and other Trump immigration initiatives are popular with the Republican base, but

unpopular with Republican politicians in Congress.

It's a divide that will likely be resolved in the GOP primaries of the 2018 midterms.

Nooo the battery's dying.

I'm sick.

So, Imma just drink some coffee and have a chit chat.

But I figured this would be an appropriate time to talk about the things that I've learned

since being diagnosed with chronic illnesses.

The biggest, I guess, misconception about having a chronic illness or even a disability

in general because of the way the media portrays it all is that I can't be happy.

I've just been realizing day by day, that after getting diagnosed I'm the happiest I've

ever been quite a long time actually.

Because it's really emotionally draining to be fighting and searching for these answers

that you don't know what they'll be or where they're going, you're being told you're lying, etc.

It makes you really sad and really depressed.

Now that I know that it's not all in my head I'm really happy, and I'm able to look at

other situations more logically.

So, I'm in a good place instead of being mad at the world.

I didn't think though that I would have nearly as hard a time as I am, using mobility aids in public.

I think that just comes from the fact that I know a lot of people that have harassed

because they're young and they have mobility aids.

At one point it was easy.

Then I just had a lot of bad interactions.

And that's something that's really stressful and very terrifying for someone who travels

alone a lot- is to think that someone could come up to me and scream at me for faking

a disability and I won't be able to like..."prove"...that I'm disabled.

It always depends on the day.

Some days I do not care, and then other days I'm so self-conscious about using my crutches

or my wheelchair or my cane.

It's really just hard and weird.

Even though upward of 90% of Americans with medical conditions, their medical conditions

would qualify as invisible.

So, we're the majority of people, people with invisible illnesses.

Yet, the majority of other people think that we're lying if they can't see something.

I think also along those lines is trying to communicate to friends and family how it works.

I have to really articulate what's going on because no one can see it.

I'm really really good at describing exactly what my pain is feeling like because I can't

accurately portray it on a 1-10 scale.

You reach a point *clears throat* where the pain level is still the same, nothing's gotten

better, but you're able to tolerate it more.

So, you're like my pain is definitely at an 8, but if I say that they're gunna think I'm

lying because I'm sitting here composed.

It's such a catch twenty-two because doctors have a hard time believing you if you come

in composed and you say that you feel like you're dying.

But then they also think you're over exaggerating if you come in and you're sobbing.

Which is something I didn't really think about.

For broken bones, for colds, for flu, you're able to give them a list of set symptoms,

but then for me- I've got three issues.

You're trying to list out this like book of symptoms to people, and so when people ask

"how is your pain" I can go "okay well I feel like my legs are melting" or "I feel like

there is something under my skin trying to push forward."

So, you think of the weirdest analogies to try and help people understand even just a

little bit of what you're going through.

I'm still really bad at this: at accepting when I can't do something because I really

hate the fact that I can't do some things now.

I don't know it's just hard and there's a lot going on, but I think that's it.

I feel really sick, and my throat really hurts so-

Do you feel stressed out when people start asking you questions about you in English?

Do you get nervous, confused?

Why?

Why are you scared?

Well, sometimes it's because suddenly the attention is on you and you have to respond.

Right?

So, my name is Rebecca, and in this lesson I'll show you how to solve that problem very easily.

Now, of course, there are all kinds of questions in English, but in this lesson we'll focus

on questions with the verb "to be" in the past, present, and future.

Why only the verb "to be"?

Because the verb "to be" is a very common verb in English, and lots of questions are

asked to you using this verb.

Now, because people ask you a lot of questions, in this lesson I'm only going to focus on

questions that people ask you, so you know exactly how to answer.

These are not how to answer questions about him, or her, or us, or them.

Okay?

Only about you.

All right?

So by the end of this lesson you will know how to answer these questions, and feel much

more confident and comfortable.

Okay?

Let's get started.

So, first of all, the thing to remember that in English when somebody asks you a question,

especially when it's a yes or no question, you don't usually just say: "Yes." or: "No."

because it sounds a little too short, and could be a little rude, could sound nervous,

could sound angry.

So usually we say a little bit more.

Why?

Just because then it sounds a little bit more like a sentence.

And these...

This little bit more are...

This is called short answers.

Okay?

That's what we'll learn now.

So, for example, the question will start something like this: "Are you something?" and we're

going to practice many times so you get it, and your answers...

The options are: "Yes, I am." or: "No, I'm not."

Okay?

This and this, these are called short answers with the verb "to be".

"Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."

Okay?

This is, of course, contracted a little bit, but don't analyze it.

Okay?

Just repeat it after me so that it comes out of your mouth very easily.

So, now I'm going to ask you some questions about you, and wherever you are, I want you to answer.

If you're in a library, say it quietly.

Okay?

Or say it in your mind, but better if you can actually pronounce it and say it.

So I'm asking you: Are you married?

You could say: "Yes, I am." or: "No, I'm not."

Okay?

So say it.

Really, tell the truth about you.

Okay?

Next: Are you American?

So you probably said: "Yes, I am." or: "No, I'm not."

Are you having dinner right now?

"Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."

Okay.

Are you a student?

"Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."

Are you at the library?

What did you say?

"Yes, I am."

And some of you said: "No, I'm not."

In case you realized, these are general questions, these are a little bit academic, and now we

come to the more professional questions somebody might ask you at work.

Are you a manager?

And you could say: "Yes, I am." or: "No, I'm not."

And last: Are you attending any meetings this week?

Even if you're not, just pretend.

Give me an answer.

"Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."

Okay?

So, in the present tense these are the only two options you have, these are the only two

things you have to learn: "Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."

Next we'll look at how to answer these questions in the past.

So, in the past our question will be: "Were you something?"

Okay?

And the answer will be: "Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."

Say it after me: "Yes, I was.", "No, I wasn't."

Okay?

So, let's look at some imaginary questions.

These are general, these are to do with the academic world, and this has to do with work

or at your job. Okay?

So: Were you busy yesterday?

So you could say: "Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."

Were you in London last year?

You could say: "Yes, I was."

Maybe you were.

Or: "No, I wasn't."

Okay, next: Were you ready for your last English test?

I hope you're saying: "Yes, I was because I watched engVid."

Or: "No, I wasn't. I have to watch more engVid."

Okay.

Or: Were you doing your homework when I called?

Okay?

"Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."

All right.

Now: Were you on the phone?

"Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."

And last: Were you at the conference last week?

And you're saying either: "Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."

Okay?

So you see how it's building, right?

How it changes, of course it changes because first we talked about the present tense.

-"Are you?"

-"Yes, I am."/"No, I'm not."

Then we talked about the past tense: "Were you?"

so your answer changes: "Yes, I was."/"No, I wasn't."

And last we're going to talk about the future tense.

So, in the future our question is: "Will you be something?"

Okay?

And the answer is: "Yes, I will."

or: "No, I won't."

Again, don't analyze it.

Just accept and remember that the positive answer is: "Yes, I will.", negative answer:

"No, I won't."

All right?

Now let me ask you some questions;

some general ones, some academic ones, and some professional ones.

So: Will you be at home tomorrow?

What did you say?

"Yes, I will."?

Okay.

Or:

"No, I won't."

Remember you have to say the whole thing.

Don't leave out the ending.

I want to hear: "won't".

Okay?

Next: Will you be going to the party on Saturday?

So maybe you said, let's pretend there's a party on Saturday:

"Yes, I will."

"Yes, I will."

Will you be applying for the job?

So maybe you can say: "Yes, I will."

or: "No, I won't."

Now, what was the point of these short answers?

The whole point of the short answers is that you don't have to repeat the whole question.

Right?

So, when we said: "Yes, I will" it means:

"Yes, I will be applying for the job",

but we don't have to say the whole thing. Okay?

So by giving these short answers, they're like shortcuts that make it much easier for

you to answer.

So, are you feeling better now?

Are you feeling more relaxed?

Are you feeling less nervous?

I hope you're saying: "Yes, I am."

Okay?

Hi, I'm Dr. Kelsey with Premier Chiropractic.

I am here to talk to you today about hip flexors, pain and tightness.

The hip flexor has 3 muscles that attach to the thigh and they pull your leg and they

also attach to your Lumbar spine.

Their main action is pulling up the leg.

It is a common injury in runners, also with people that sit in desks all day because the

muscle is shortened.

When you sit like this for 8 hours and stand up, it lengthens and is aggravated because

it is not used to being lengthened like this.

With runners too, the repetitive motion of bringing your leg up higher than you normally

do with walking, it aggravates it as well.

With sitting all day, your glute muscles are stretched out and they become weaker.

So, I am going to talk to you today about how to stretch the hip flexor's and about

how to strengthen the glute muscles to help try to alleviate some pain that you have.

We are going to start with stretches, first.

So, Iam going to show you some static stretches with Dr. Becky here.

It is important that if you are going to go for a run to do dynamic stretches before a

run and you can do static stretches after or if you have been sitting in a desk all

day, static stretches will be ok.

The first one is kneeling hip flexor stretch.

Where you just, lean forward and stretch.You start out in kind of a lunge.

You lean forward until you start to feel.

If you are feeling a little bit of stretch but you need a little bit more, you can lean

into a different angle because of the 3 different muscles.

Do you feel the difference?

Yep.

And then you can also move it in.

So moving that back leg in and out can affect which muscle you are stretching.

You can also use a foam roller.

IF you are a runner, it is vital that you have one of these.

They are great for IT bands too which runners will notice a lot.

You can use it on the hip flexor as well.

And then lastly, we are going to show you some exercises to help strengthen the glute

muscles to help counter the shorten, strengthened hip flexor.

We are first going to start with the fire hydrant.

This is a good one for activating the glute muscles.

You want to make sure your hands are under your shoulders and your knees are under your

hips.

Dr. Becky will show you by lifting that knee up to 90 and then going back down.

Yep.

And then you do 15 on one side and then you do 15 on the other side.

It is not unlikely to feel the burn on the side you are not using just because it is

helping by doing the stabilizing which is what glute muscles are great at stabilizing

the pelvis.

And then lastly, we are going to show you, the bridge.

It is important to keep your heels under your knees, and then bridge up. and then you want

to make sure you are making a complete, flat bridge.

And then you hold it for a couple seconds and then you go down.

You are tightening the gluts as you go up.

You are tightening the glutes.

You want to make sure that you feel the tightness.

You do this about 20 reps as well.

And hold at the top for a few seconds?You hold at the top for a few seconds.

When you are really contracting those muscles.

And then, lastly.

I am going to have Dr. Becky stand.

We are going to use a theraband, which we have at our office.

We hand out to our patients.

We tie it in a circle and we put it around our ankles.

We are going to do a monster walk.

Basically you can do it laterally, as she will show you where you just go side to side.

And this is good for the IT band and the tensor fascia latta or TFL.

Then if you do it diagonally, where you walk forward a little bit, perfect.

And then you can also walk backward.

You can definitely feel it work two different areas as I am doing it.

Yep, the angle one will focus on the glute muscles and the side to side on will on your TFL

So now you have some stretches and exercises to do if you are having some hip flexor pain

and tightness.

It is important to know if you are having hip flexor pain and tightness that has been

going on for a long time, to realize that when it is really tight, it pulls it forward

and then you have this increased curve or Lordosis in your low back.

If that is going on, what happens is the low back isn't moving as it should and the alignment

can be off.

Chiropractic care is a great method of addressing this and putting some proper movement and

alignment into your low back if that might be what you need.

We address this at our office and we do some rehab too so if you have any questions or

I'll be sharing with you all useful tips on how to do it

Anxiety some time ago. I checked up the world anxiety on an online dictionary and it says

Anxiety is a feeling of worry

Nervousness all on ease about something with an uncertain outcome

So this tells me that anxiety is all about

Feelings how I feel how you feel

Especially when we don't know what the outcome of something is going to be I have come to see that in life

people get nervous, especially when you wanna go for

Interview when they face challenges in life when they don't know what the outcome will turn out to be people get worried when there is

Insecurity in the land people do get worried when they don't have money

People get worried when they don't know what the outcome of something we turn out to be

So this is not peculiar to you alone because at every point in time some other person somewhere do feel nervous

Or get worried about one thing or the other in his or her life

Anxiety is all about nervousness being worried in life

especially when you don't know what the outcome of something will be. So here is my list on how to deal with anxiety.

Do not be so hard on yourself

Just do your best and leave the rest for God especially when you are faced with a troubling issue

Something that is making you too feel worried in life

Just do your best and leave the rest and don't be so hard on yourself because things do get better with time.

The second way to deal with anxiety is to ask God to help you

especially when you feel troubled in life; when you are worries in life.

Go to the place of prayer and ask God to help you in life because you are human

and you cannot do it all by yourself. You need the grace of God to be able to overcome the

issues of life

Another way to do it anxiety is to take one day at a time and keep hope alive in you.

Don't give up

no matter what you face in life, because when you give up then, that will be the end.

Surround yourself with achievers in life; when you surround yourself

with achievers in life you will learn so much from them and you become more productive in life.

And you begin to feel good about yourself the moment you begin to achieve results

in your own life; surround yourself with

achievers and begin to get results in your life, and the last on my list today is

learn to laugh.

Laughter they say costs nothing, but achieves a lot when you laugh you begin to feel good about yourself

it helps you to take your mind away from anything that troubles your heart so learn to laugh and

this will make you to feel good about yourself because they say laughter cost nothing, but it's does good as

medicine.
