It's really sad to see people using their past as an excuse
instead of a lesson. And what I have found is that actually the people
with the worst circumstances are usually better than the naturally gifted people,
all right? So it's like greatness is actually achieved as opposed to inherited.
It's not just a gift. For example, you know, I was just having a discussion and
someone said, "Hey, you know, have you just always been able to get up here and
be on camera and talk about things?" And no, I have not, not at all.
I had Lyme disease over a decade ago, and what happened is my face literally was
paralyzed from the nerve damage. I couldn't even move my face.
I still have a little trouble. So I had to retrain my face, and the neurologist said
it might be permanent to some degree. So when I smile, like it's not all cohesive.
My face is kind of messed up. And even moving my eyebrows, I had to train myself
to move my eyebrows again. I had to go up and down right over and over and over
again. And still, again, it's kind of a little hard to do that.
It has a little pain and it's kind of like waking muscles up. So I never thought I
could even be on camera because I would just go like this. I just talk like this
and no one wants that, right? You have to be animated and interesting.
So I didn't believe that. I thought also that I couldn't even move because my body
was so messed up. I mean it basically almost killed me, and I still have lasting
back pain. That turned out to be the biggest motivator for me though because
the idea that you can't do something and it's a life sentence, that doesn't work
with me, and it shouldn't work with you either. For example, I have
people come and tell me. They say, "Well, when I was in high school, I
lost battle of the bands. I got download and I wasn't good enough." What?
You let that make you stop, really? You let that make you quit.
Come on. You got to look at it like, "Hey, if you fail over and over and over again,
you eventually are a success." You know how many times I failed? Like a zillion,
but if you fail one time and you quit, you're a failure.
You see the difference? If you fail over and over and over again,
you are a success, because you kept going and you kept getting up.
But if you fail one time, you are a failure, as in you are the person that
quit without having that resilience, without having that dedication and drive.
And you say, "Well, I just don't have drive." Well, you don't have purpose.
You're not connected with purpose because you do have drive, you just have
to tap into that drive. And yesterday is a long process but be the person that
fails over and over again, not the person that fails one time and quits.

In today's lesson we will learn a little more about Fontworks.
To see the previous lessons on Fontworks, click the link that appears at the top of the screen.
In today's lesson we will see how you can join two Fontworks.
The words, learn how to join the Fontwork "ABC" with Fontwork "University", creating a unique art.
Let's learn how to do?
On the screen, we have a document with a fictional example imprint "ABC University".
This logo was created using Fontwork.
In the first stage of this class, we will see how to create this logo.
In MENU bar that appears at the top of the screen, click "Insert" and then click "Fontwork ...".
Ie MENU "Insert", "Fontwork ..." option.
Among the Fontwork options that appear, select which you want to use and click "OK".
Notice that the Fontwork appears in a very large size on the screen.
So to adjust the size of Fontwork, I'll click the "right" mouse over the Fontwork,
choose the "Anchor" option, and then choose the "On Page" option.
Note that around the word "Fontwork" appear points (tabs).
I'll click on the tab that appears at the top left edge and move the mouse down, diagonally,
to decrease the size of the word "Fontwork". Then I will place it in the center of the page.
I'll double-click on the word "Fontwork" and enter "ABC".
"ABC" is the real name of the University that we are using as an example to create the logo.
Note that the document logo, "ABC" appears in red.
So let's learn now how to change the color of the Fontwork.
In MENU bar that appears at the top of the screen, change the "Gradient" to "Color", and select the color red.
Note that the color of the Fontwork "ABC" has changed.
Now, we will make the second Fontwork, which will be placed under "ABC".
For this, I will leave a big gap between "ABC" and the new Fontwork,
and work closer to the bottom of the page.
I will do this because, when two Fontworks are very close, it is difficult to identify the tabs belonging to each of them.
I'll click in the region that will be the Fontwork.
Then the MENU, click "Insert" and choose "Fontwork ..."
Now from the options that appear, I will choose what kind of Fontwork will use.
Notice that the word "Fontwork" appears on the screen with a very large size.
I'll click the "right" mouse over the Fontwork,
choose the "Anchor" option, and then choose the "On Page" option.
Now, I position (drag) the Fontwork elsewhere, to work better.
This will be our new Fontwork.
These points will show are the "guides" of the new Fontwork.
This other points are the Fontwork guides "ABC".
If the two Fontworks get too close, there may be doubt in the identification of belonging to each Fontwork guides.
Note that the logo used as an example, the words "ABC" and "University" are on different planes.
First we write the word "University".
I'll double-click on the word "Fontwork" type "University" and click a blank spot on the page.
Now, we will change the word slope "University" to equal to our example.
I'll click once on the word "University".
Now,
I'll click on the center guide the top of the Fontwork University
and "pull" down.
Note that the word "University" gets "lying".
Now, I will decrease the size of Fontwork.
I will click on the tab that appears at the top left of the word "University"
and move the mouse down diagonally.
Now, I position (drag) the Fontwork "University" near the Fontwork "ABC".
Note that is very similar to the logo that we are using as an example.
Our Fontwork is ready. Now, let's join Fontwork "University" with Fontwork "ABC".
I'll click the Fontwork "ABC"
press the "Shift" key and click the Fontwork "University" (keeping the "Shift" key).
Note that after this procedure, only eight blue tabs appear on the screen.
I will perform the procedure again note.
What this means?
It means that these two objects (both Fontworks) were united.
This tab now refers to these two objects together.
But now if you click on any point on the page, this junction is undone.
So it is necessary to group these two objects.
I will click with the right mouse button on the letter "B", click "Group" and choose the "Group" option.
Now, this is a unique object.
Note that if I click on the word "ABC" and move the mouse, the word "University" moves along.
This is because the two Fontworks became a single object !!!
If I click on the bottom tab on the right side and move the mouse up diagonally,
Both the word "ABC" as the word "University" will be smaller.
Note that we can build a very similar logo with the logo we use as an example.
I will delete the Fontwork that appears on the screen.
In the next lesson we will see how to generate some interesting patterns in Fontwork.

• Rogue planets, pink planets and planets made of diamond - that's only some of the
15 Strangest Planets that exist today.
15 – Planet 9 • In 2016 scientists introduced the idea
that another planet may have entered our solar system.
• Called "planet 9" it is likely a 'rogue planet', this is any planet that isn't
tied to a star, but roams the galaxy on its own.
• It could have been caught by the gravitational forces of the Milky Way and may be orbiting
somewhere beyond Pluto.
• If Planet 9 does exist it could be 10 times the mass of Earth and take 15,000 years
to orbit the sun.
14 – Gliese 581C • Originally thought to have the potential
for possessing water, Gliese 581c is now considered outside this 'habitable zone'.
It is much too close to its star to support life.
• 581c is also 'tidally locked' so it doesn't have a regular day/night cycle.
This means that as the planet orbits its star, only one side faces star.
So the other side is always in darkness and likely freezing.
• As part of a competition a digital time capsule was selected and sent to Gliese 581c.
It will probably reach there in the year 2029.
13 – TrES-2b • The darkest planet yet discovered is known
as TrES-2b.
• This is because it only reflects up to 1 per cent of the light from its nearby star.
This is makes it darker than the blackest coal.
• About the size of Jupiter, Tres-2b doesn't have the reflective clouds that Jupiter does.
• It is thought the planet may emit a faint red glow, from the intense heat of its atmosphere,
since it orbits very close to its star.
12 – Methuselah 1620-26 b • The official name of the oldest planet
yet discovered is 1620-26 b but it goes by the nickname "Methuselah".
• It is thought to have formed around 13 billion years ago - only 1 billion years after
the universe was formed, which isn't a long time by space standards.
• Methuselah, which is located in the Scorpius constellation, was also the first planet found
orbiting two stars, one of which is a pulsar star.
• Pulsar stars are what remain after a star explodes.
11 – J1407 b • Described as a "Super Saturn", J1407
b is bigger than Jupiter and its rings are 200 times the size of Saturn's.
• It has over 30 rings and each of them are millions of miles apart, making the rings
120 million miles across in total.
• The rings are so large that if they replaced Saturn's rings they would appear bigger
than the moon in the night sky.
• The planet itself is big enough to possibly posses a moon the size of Earth or Mars.
10 – Osiris – HD 209458b • HD 209458b, takes it nickname from the
Egyptian God of the Underworld, Osiris.
This is appropriate since it orbits so close to its star that it has a surface temperature
of 1000C.
• Osiris's orbit is so close in fact that a year only lasts 3.5 Earth days.
The radiation from the star is also causing its atmosphere to evaporate.
• Apart from its close orbit, Osiris was also the first exoplanet discovered using
the transit method in 1999.
• Since it is so far away scientists can observe its atmosphere when it passes in front
of its star.
9 – 55 Cancri e • 55 Cancri e was discovered in 2004 and
considered a 'super-Earth' – it's about twice the width of our home planet.
• This doesn't mean that it's anything like earth, or that it can support life.
In fact it orbits closer to its star than Mercury does to the sun.
• One of it's sides is always facing it's star, while on the other side it's always
night.
• After observations in 2012 scientists thought the crust of the planet might be made
of carbon in the form of diamond.
8 – HD 18977 3b • Back in 2005 the planet HD 18977 became
the first extra solar planet that we knew the colour of.
Through study it was found to be a deep blue colour.
• This colour doesn't come from any oceans but from the clouds in its atmosphere.
• The planet's weather is extreme, with winds that blow faster than the speed of sound
and rain that is made of molten glass.
• HD 18977 is considered a 'hot Jupiter' with a mass even larger than Jupiter.
7 – WASP-17b • WASP-17b is the puffiest planet that we
know of.
What makes it puffy?
It's the second largest exoplanet discovered, but it's only half the mass of Jupiter.
• It's twice the size of Jupiter but nowhere near the same density; so it's basically
like a Styrofoam planet.
• As well as being puffy, WASP-17b also orbits its star backwards.
Usually planets travel in the same direction that the sun spins – but not this planet.
• This could have happened when it collided with another planet, which could also be the
cause of its 'puffiness'.
6 – PSR J1719-1438 b • PSR J1719-1438 b is the companion of a
neutron star, which goes by the same name – minus the b.
• The amazing thing about these two is that it only takes a little over 2 hours for the
planet to orbit its star.
• This is because it orbits a neutron star, which is extremely dense: it has a greater
mass than our sun yet it is only 20km wide.
That means a teaspoon of this star would weigh a billion tons.
• Its companion planet is also very dense.
A little bigger than Jupiter, it has 20 times the density.
5 – Kepler-10c • Some have called Kepler 10c the 'Godzilla'
planet, and at more than twice the size of Earth it is large.
• But that's not what makes this planet special; normally a planet that large would
be gaseous like Neptune.
• However scientists confirmed that this massive planet was actually made of rock.
It was so unusual that it gained the title of "mega-Earth".
• Although it couldn't support life, Kepler 10c is older than scientists thought rocky
planets could be, which means there are more habitable possibilities out there!
4 – Kepler 10b • Kepler 10b was the first rocky world discovered
by the Kepler Spacecraft, which was sent in to space to monitor the Milky Way Galaxy and
hopefully find other planets in the habitable zone.
• Even though Kepler 10b is not in that zone it was still an interesting discovery.
This planet is far from hospitable – it lies 20 times closer to its star than Mercury
does to the Sun.
• It reaches temperatures of 2500 degrees Fahrenheit.
That's hotter than lava.
• Kepler 10b takes less than a day to orbit its star and is 1.4 times the size of Earth,
making it the smallest exoplanet discovered at the time.
3 – Epsilon Eridani b • Epsilon Eridani is the 10th closest star
to Earth, but the closest star with a planet orbiting it.
The star is visible in the night sky, and is only 10.5 light years away.
• The orbiting planet, known as Epsilon Eridani b, is larger than Jupiter and takes
7 years to complete its orbit.
• First discovered back in the year 2000, Epsilon has been used as a science fiction
setting, including as the home to the Babylon 5 space station.
• The planet was recently given the name Aegir.
2 – GJ-504b • GJ-504b has been called the 'pink planet'
since it still glows from its formation around 150 million years ago, which is young by astronomical
standards.
• It is likely more a magenta than the colour of bubble gum, but this planet is a mystery
to scientists in other ways.
• For a gas giant, it is much further from its star than previously thought possible.
The planet was also the smallest to have its image captured, when the Subaru Telescope
in Hawaii observed it.
• Its parent star is visible in the sky and was discovered in 1598 by a Danish nobleman
and astronomer.
1 –16 Cygni Bb • 16 Cygni Bb is a 'Tatooine'-like planet
since it is part of a system with three stars.
• Discovered in 1996 in the constellation Cygnus, meaning swan, the planet was found
to have one of the strangest orbits.
• Instead of orbiting in a circular shape around the central star, Cygni Bb gets to
within 25 million miles then swings out to 200 miles away from its star.
• When it's closest to the star, the temperature reaches 1400 degrees Fahrenheit, then drop
to minus 430 degrees at its furthest.

Waste Time Feeling Sorry for Themselves
Many of life's problems and sorrows are inevitable, but feeling sorry for yourself is a choice.
Whether you're drowning in student loan debt, or you're struggling to pass Advanced Calculus,
indulging in self-pity won't fix your problems.
If you're tempted to host a pity party when the going gets rough, train your brain to
exchange self-pity with gratitude.
Mentally strong people don't waste their time and energy thinking about the problem, instead
they focus on creating a solution.
2.
Give Away Their Power
It can be tempting to blame other people for when you face problems and experience uncomfortable
emotions.
Thinking things like, "My professor makes me feel bad about myself," however, gives
others power over you.
Take back your power by accepting full responsibility for how you think, feel, and behave.
Empowering yourself is an essential component to building mental strength and creating the
kind of life you want to live.

Shy Away From Change
Although you likely feel safest when you stay within your comfort zone, a safe life isn't
necessary fulfilling.
Avoiding new challenges serves as the biggest obstacle to living a full and rich life.
Acknowledge when you're avoiding change simply because you want to escape the discomfort
associated with doing something new.
Commit to facing uncomfortable emotions head-on.
The more you practice stepping outside your comfort zone, the more confident you'll become
in your ability to tolerate the distress that may be necessary to reach your full potential.

Waste Energy on Things They Can't Control
It's tempting sometimes to worry about all the wrong things.
Rather than focus on preparing for the storm, you may be tempted to waste energy wishing
the storm wouldn't come.
If you invested that same energy into the things you do have control over, you'd be
much better prepared for whatever life throws our way.
Acknowledge the things you can't control, but don't waste too much time and energy on
them.
Rather than waste your resources worrying about things like your roommate's GPA or how
the job market is going to look when you graduate, devote your energy to problems you can change.
5.
Worry About Pleasing Everyone
Choosing a major based on what your parents want you to do, or accepting an internship
that a professor wants you to take, can interfere with your ability to create your own path
in life.
Doing things that won't be met with favor takes courage, but living a truly authentic
life requires you to live according to your values, even when your choices aren't popular.
Cherish what it means to be an adult, you get to make your own choices, regardless of
what other people think.
It's not your job to make anyone else happy.
Be bold and brave, even when others around you aren't happy about your choices.

Fear Taking Calculated Risks
You likely make dozens if not hundreds of choices every day with very little consideration
of the risks you're taking.
And in college, calculating those risks fall on your shoulders for the first time.
It's up to you decide everything from what you're going to do on Friday night to what
career path you're going to take.
Avoid basing your decisions solely on emotion, rather than the true level of risk.
Emotions can be irrational and unreliable so your level of fear isn't an accurate way
to calculate risk.
You don't get to be extraordinary without taking risks, but it's important to take calculated
risks, not reckless ones.

Dwell on the Past
While reflecting on the past can help you learn valuable lessons, ruminating on your
history can be harmful.
Whether you were bullied in junior high, or still can't believe you didn't pass that class
last semester, dwelling on it will only hold you back.
Although moving forward can be hard, especially if you've endured your share of misfortune,
it's a necessary step to becoming your best self.
Make peace with your past so you can enjoy the present and make your future as good as
it can be.

Make the Same Mistakes Over and Over
It'd be nice to learn enough from each mistake that you'd be guaranteed to never repeat that
same mistake twice.
But, how many times have you said, "I'll never do that again," only to find yourself right
back at it a few days later?
Mentally strong people don't hide their mistakes or make excuses for them.
Instead they turn their mistakes into opportunities for self-growth.
Be humble and learn from your mistakes, and you'll find new strategies to become better.

Resent Other People's Success
No matter where you go to college, you're bound to be surrounded by people who are prettier,

Focus on what you have to give, rather than what you think you deserve.

Even when it feels like you're moving too slow, keep going.
As long as you're headed in the right direction, you're making progress.
Now is the time to build your mental muscle.
Gaining mental strength is a lot like building physical strength.
While a successful bodybuilder needs to maintain his physique with good habits, like going
to the gym, it's equally important for that bodybuilder to get rid of unhealthy habits,
like eating junk food.
An exercise regimen won't be effective in building lean muscle unless unhealthy eating
habits are also eliminated.
Similarly, building mental muscle requires hard work, dedication and exercise.
In addition to adopting healthy habits, it's also essential to avoid detrimental habits,
like thinking negatively, engaging in unproductive behavior, and indulging in self-destructive
emotions.
The good news is, everyone has the ability to build mental strength.
But to do so, you need to develop self-awareness about the self-destructive thoughts, behaviors,
and feelings that prevent you from reaching your full potential.
Once you recognize areas that need work, commit to mental strength exercises that will help
you create healthier habits and build mental muscle.

at the door, he got up to investigate and opened the door only to be jumped by a man
wearing makeup and it was revealed it was just his dad playing a

Mr_13ig Falsely arrested and robbed: Mr_13ig was streaming some video games late
at night when his neighbour made a noise complaint on him and at 11:30pm the cops showed up at
his door and told him to keep it down and asked him to give his name, he did not feel
comfortable giving his name as he had not committed any crimes.
After arguing for a while about his rights, he was arrested and taken away by the police
officer to be arrested and while still streaming, not even a minute after he was arrested the
same neighbour who made a noise complaint came in to his apartment twice to steal his
shoes, headphones, wallet, watch, and his cell phone.
Luckily the moderators on his stream called the police and the neighbour was arrested
and Mr_13ig's items were returned to him.

If You're Going Through A Hard Time Right Now - Anthony Gucciardi - Duration: 5:28.It's really sad to see people using their past as an excuse
instead of a lesson. And what I have found is that actually the people
with the worst circumstances are usually better than the naturally gifted people,
all right? So it's like greatness is actually achieved as opposed to inherited.
It's not just a gift. For example, you know, I was just having a discussion and
someone said, "Hey, you know, have you just always been able to get up here and
be on camera and talk about things?" And no, I have not, not at all.
I had Lyme disease over a decade ago, and what happened is my face literally was
paralyzed from the nerve damage. I couldn't even move my face.
I still have a little trouble. So I had to retrain my face, and the neurologist said
it might be permanent to some degree. So when I smile, like it's not all cohesive.
My face is kind of messed up. And even moving my eyebrows, I had to train myself
to move my eyebrows again. I had to go up and down right over and over and over
again. And still, again, it's kind of a little hard to do that.
It has a little pain and it's kind of like waking muscles up. So I never thought I
could even be on camera because I would just go like this. I just talk like this
and no one wants that, right? You have to be animated and interesting.
So I didn't believe that. I thought also that I couldn't even move because my body
was so messed up. I mean it basically almost killed me, and I still have lasting
back pain. That turned out to be the biggest motivator for me though because
the idea that you can't do something and it's a life sentence, that doesn't work
with me, and it shouldn't work with you either. For example, I have
people come and tell me. They say, "Well, when I was in high school, I
lost battle of the bands. I got download and I wasn't good enough." What?
You let that make you stop, really? You let that make you quit.
Come on. You got to look at it like, "Hey, if you fail over and over and over again,
you eventually are a success." You know how many times I failed? Like a zillion,
but if you fail one time and you quit, you're a failure.
You see the difference? If you fail over and over and over again,
you are a success, because you kept going and you kept getting up.
But if you fail one time, you are a failure, as in you are the person that
quit without having that resilience, without having that dedication and drive.
And you say, "Well, I just don't have drive." Well, you don't have purpose.
You're not connected with purpose because you do have drive, you just have
to tap into that drive. And yesterday is a long process but be the person that
fails over and over again, not the person that fails one time and quits.

I was born and raised in St Helens and have been here for 20 years.
To describe our town in a sentence or two I have to say that St Helens is all about
the oceans.
The one thing that visitors to our town are most surprised about is the incredibly diverse
scenery - from the blue waters of the Bay of Fires to the beautiful rainforest of St
Columba falls.
The best place to grab a bite to eat would be Mohr and Smith on the main street, and
the best place for coffee would be Coffee Away and The Bays Kitchen also both located
on the main street.
There are many decent walking tracks you should know about, some being up at the Blue Tier
which is a short 20-minute drive from St Helens and offers beautiful walks both long and short.
The number one attraction for families is Cerise Brook Orchard family golf course which
is a great place to entertain the whole family for a few hours or the entire day.
There are many types of fishing to be done in St Helens, as St Helens is the gamefishing
capital of Tasmania with endless fishing opportunities.
Go on a charter or bring your own boat to fish for big marlin or tuna, or simply drop a
line from the jetty.
The number one activity or attraction that any visitor to our park must experience is
the Bay of Fires, which is by far the most breath-taking spot to experience on the East Coast.
If I were going to propose to my partner in our region I would pop the question at Jeanneret
Beach, which is a beautiful, secluded beach in The Gardens - the perfect place to pop the special question.
A secret about our local area is Sloop Reef - a stretch of beach in The Gardens,
which hides a rock pool that many locals spend their days swimming in.

shots like these are easier than you think, and it doesn't take any magical
special effects or major processing to do them. and this week I'll show you how
the key parts of this technique require three major things - a locked down camera
that is completely stationary, consistent even lighting, and keeping the actors
from crossing the middle of the frame. let's look at the first part; locking
down the camera. the simplest way to make sure that your camera isn't going to
move, is to place it on a tripod and make sure everything is tight. a tripod is
essential in many different basic camera techniques and I highly suggest getting
one if you haven't gotten one already. if you don't have a tripod, you can use
other methods to make sure that the camera doesn't budge - like shooting both
halves in one take but remember even the slightest movement will throw off the
effect. the second critical step is to make sure that the scene you're shooting
has consistent even lighting especially if you aren't using a professional
program that can blend the shot. if the lighting strength changes or shadows are
consistently moving in the scene then you'll find it frustrating to get the
effect to work. the third and final critical step is to make sure your actor
never crosses the middle of the frame. this is essential when we start editing
as we are going to stitch the left and right sides of each video together to
make one video, and if your character crosses the middle they will appear to
vanish in the scene - so make sure that the halves of the video are kept
separate. once you have everything in place, shoot the scene - having your
characters switch to the other half of the frame once the first part has been
recorded. next we will open up our preferred video editor; this is where the
magic happens. you will want to split the clips up to get the parts that you need
and then you're going to stack the clip with the character on the left, on top of
the other. the next thing you need to do is apply a crop to the video that is on
top. what you want to do is remove the right half of the clip so that the clip
we placed on the bottom shows through and it looks as though everything is
happening at the same time. you can do this by applying a 50% crop to the right
side of the video that has our character on the left; as long as you recorded the
video with even lighting, the audience won't see a difference. if you do happen
to see a line going down the middle and your editing program is capable you can
apply a feather to the crop which will blend the video into the one below it
and make a seamless transition that the audience won't notice. thanks for taking
