Here at Loro Parque, we have recently welcomed autumn
However, in Planet Penguin, it is spring now.
This has to do with the fact that our facilities simulate the habitat of these animals down in South Pole to perfection.
In order to achieve these conditions, we keep the temperature down to 0º all year long,
and we produce 12 tons of snow every day during 365 days of the year.
Last but not least, in order to guarantee our animals' wellbeing,
this exhibition imitates perfectly Antarctica's light cycles.
This is why this exhibition is kept in constant daylight for 6 whole months
recreating this way summer for the penguins.
On the other hand, the other half of the year is always kept dark,
as if it were night time as a recreation of the winter conditions in Antarctica.
Thanks to this attention to detail, we make sure all of our penguins,
a total number of which almost reaches 200, live in the best of conditions.

everything all at once and that honestly was me all the time I'd go and change
everything but today we're gonna start with something simple that everybody can
do which is breakfast. All the stuff that you saw before that's what most people
have including me before I started my journey on health that's where I went
you McDonald's Burger King going to get some donuts
that's what the average American oh that's what the average person usually
does they go get fast food because they think eating healthy is either too much
time or they think it costs too much money today we're gonna go to Whole
Foods and we're gonna show you some simple things that either one you
thought were super healthy that actually aren't or to some that you can replace
your breakfast to make sure that you have an incredible breakfast and we make
the changes that we absolutely need let's go
I got so much breakfast one of the most important meals of the day that we're
gonna start our day with whatever you start your day with it's gonna how it's
gonna probably end McDonald's cheeseburgers all this kind of stuff
these sausage patties all these things that people usually get I would start my
day with rolled oats and why has some great carbs and it's gonna keep me full
for a long time so that way I can go on a lunch not gonna be eating and stealing
I'm starving right also there's tons of some of the morning I got to get done so
I always sit with old-fashioned rolled oats now why is a lot of nutritional
value in it stuff that's usually in tons of packages stuff like that that that
are completely pressed no nutritional value stay away from it it's not good
for it now let's say you're on the go and you say look Kyle I don't have a lot
of time I don't even have time for that I literally give my sick kid something
and they push them out the door we're not anytime look you can do something
like this if it is prepackaged but make sure that you look at the sugar content
this one right here has almost 14 grams of sugar okay now why is that a big deal
a lot of people have said well that's a natural sugar well look if they're
adding sugar to it though if it's fruits and it may be if you're adding some
agave or something like that that's completely fine but when you start
adding tablespoons or sugar or tons of brown sugar and stuff like that you're
just adding extra calories that you absolutely don't need so keep an eye out
on that sugar content

all the time Kyle what about my kids what about their cereal that they love
look I'm not telling you not to enjoy your life Bobby is that stupid to live
your life and have tons of restrictions but what I am Telling You we're gonna
replace something simple like for instance a breakfast cereal let's make
sure that we look at something that has a lot of nutrition that doesn't have
tons of sugar in it so let's say for instance one right here healthier
options and most breakfast cereals out there especially for kids but we look in
the back of it there's nine grams of sugar a lot of you said we'll call these
blueberries in it though but yeah that's fine but the second ingredient is also
sugar cane so what does I mean they're adding more sugar so it tastes better
the consumer we don't need all that extra sugar if you want to add some
sugar add some more fruits all we got to do make sure you guys are reading the
ingredients as well as the nutrition labels cuz if not they're gonna trick
you make sure you guys take a look back
all right here's something super simple you guys can do to cut out calories cut
out some sugar throughout your day a lot of people they're always adding creamer
in their coffee which look it's not a bad thing but remember it all has
calories so in 1 tablespoon right here has 35 calories and 5 grams of sugar
most people are putting well over 6 7 tablespoons usually it's usually they
have creamer with their coffee juice and coffee with their creamer is what it
usually is so make sure to start you to eliminate any eliminating it each other
maybe reduce it and try to get rid of an all in general let's go for black coffee
or any kind of tea that's unsweetened save a lot of calories of the day
all right so here's another thing that most people always either have a
misconception over sometimes just super simple look orange juice
nothing bad at all orange juice is amazing has tons of vitamins tons of
minerals but at the same time they're not eating regular orange is basically
just pumping pure sugar in your system so if you are gonna have some orange
just go for a regular orange pick up an orange and eat it don't eat tons of
share that's entering your system all at once especially though fiber it just
straight sugar to try to cut it out yogurt another big thing obviously
yogurts is great it's good for you it doesn't matter but look this right here
well almost everybody loves this brand right here but the first ingredient in
here is guess what is cane sugar it's all that it is there's some fruit fruit
puree some milk some cream this right here is the liquid desert that's all
that it is you're adding a lot of extra calories you can absolutely don't need
and all this even for dairy free ones like that's what I eat if you're getting
the ones that are super flavor that have tons of sugar in it you're doing the
same exact thing whether it be dairy or not it doesn't matter so I cut it out
like we talked about before you don't have to change everything all at once
but making one simple change can make a big difference so what are we talking
about this right here look it's not breakfast let's be honest with each
other it's really deserved tons of butter tons of calories tons of things
that you don't need yeah is it gonna be good absolutely it's gonna be good but
it's gonna be good for you probably not try cutting these out in the morning and
I guarantee you'll see the results

I guess so look I already told you a lot of stuff that we need to cut out that we
need to stop but let me start with something that we can have fruit I know
a lot of people they would say oh stay away from Peru he's gonna make you fat
look my wife and I we lost a lot of weight and I ate a lot of fruit fruit is
amazing the reason why between fruit juice and fruit it's completely
different because there's tons of fiber and further slows down it doesn't get
invert straight to fat like everybody said you hear always miss out there
about that fruits gonna make you fat no bees look obviously don't eat 3,000 of
these in a day that's just common but eating fruit in the beginning your day
is amazing it'll give you tons of energy throughout the day all right guys look
another great option that you can always do is get a smoothie
if you go to the place like this it's gonna be more expensive obviously but
it's way healthier for you if you want to do it at home it's always gonna be
cheaper that's what my wife and I always do throw some fruits throw some veggies
whatever protein powder that you're going to use will keep you full for
hours and it's way better than anything that you're gonna get especially at a
fast food place another thing that people always do they always eat Tundra
norm I'm going to say it's fab and I'm not gonna say it's great either a lot of
your null is whether it be here in Whole Foods or somewhere else or tons and tons
and tons of sugar that's added to make it taste really really
one that you can use oh if you guys come in here we have tons of different weeks
that we can do we got millet we've we've got so many of things we've already
talked about roll oats if you want to make your own Bowl make it really taste
really really great grab a bowl throw whatever oats you're going to do whether
it be oats or millet or any type of different grain throw it at the bowl
throw some fruit on top throw some of your protein powder mix it up with some
almond milk or something like that it's a great bowl keep you pull and it's way
better than anything that you're gonna get store-bought alright so hopefully
you learn something I know a lot of you out there especially when you're trying
to get into either eating healthier just becoming a healthier person in general
everybody tries to change everything all once and most of time it doesn't have
lasting change and that was specifically me

Right now I focus on one thing at the time,
but I don't mean that other things aren't important too.

and quality of life
it cannot consist only from one thing,
for example, only family or only career
because if you only choose one thing, you will always lack another.
So there are many things that consist.
Happiness
when
when the environment you are being surrounded
inspires you and so do you

when you can so whatever you like and you lack nothing
When you have enough of friends, love and money
when you do what you like.
Right now, I'm on my own, the stage for my individuality
I feel very
living that kind of life
that I created for myself
I decided to live it this way, took on these circumstances
I'm studying, filming
Even though I don't live by myself this year,
but it feels like I am by myself.
that's a period for my individualism.
when I can express myself
I can get to know myself
And for now I like it this way, it fits me.
I used to think that somebody arranges it all for me,
and whatever I do - doesn't matter - it gonna be whatever it was meant to be.
But right now
I'd truly love to believe and I'm trying to believe,
although I don't know, I might be wrong,
I'm trying to believe that depending on what you do,
you might change your destiny slightly.

I don't think that my destiny was

I was studying journalism. I worked as a journalist
and there was a stage in my life when I felt determined to change.

and I don't think that it was 100% meant to be by destiny.
I think that was me who made this choice.

to get married, have children - I don't think so
although perhaps for many people it's a dream
but right now I think, the most important is
to have a person next to you
that would share mutual feeling of love
and I have no idea where I'll be living
maybe not necessarily in Lithuania, who knows.
I truly love my bed.
I can relax there. I just simply lie down,
of course, it should be tidy in the room,
I could light up a delicious candle,
I really like vanilla scent
and when I just simply lie down to bed
I relax
For instance, when it's really cold,
we don't always have the heating on,
it is hard to get up out of bed sometimes, to do my makeup even,
because it's cold. And heating takes time,
so what I also like about bed
I take all my makeup and I just do my makeup while in bed,
holding a little mirrow in my hands. And I'm still in my warm bed.
I really like my bed.
I write all my assignments there, even though I have a proper desk.
I'm still thinking.
Okay, for example,
Once, when we were in our first year at uni, we had a rehearsal.
But instead of actually working,
we played some load music and did some embarassin stuff,
I remember filming some btis of it,
we put on some wigs, we were jumping, dancing
putting on frills
it was like being cleansed
crazy behaviour.
And so maybe the same day or so,
we were eating pizza exactly here - on this theatre stage
we just ordered a pizza
and as if we don't have a table. On the floor.
Some kind of dramatic tune was playing in the background from Rokas playlist.
"Who gonna eat the last piece of pizza??"
And others there like:
"Dominyka, you can do it,
yes!"
And then
dramatic song from "Interstallar", I believe
It was funny.
It's very hard to compare, when you don't know,
how would it be if I got a place in Academy.
No idea, maybe I wouldn't get it through or so
If they didn't want me there, when it means they didn't want to work with me
If they didn't want to work with me, why should I want to be where I'm not welcome?
It's hard to compare when I didn't study elsewhere
but I think that

6 KEYS TO MAKING THE GLOBAL SHIFT IN HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS

The great shift in the consciousness of humanity has hit critical mass and passed the point
of no return. It�s been building slowly but surely, and now it�s about to kick into
high gear. The next decade or so will be a period of enormous change and perhaps more
than a little turbulence. Think of this as the process of humanity going into labor as
it begins to birth a new earth reality. In this article, I offer what I consider the
six keys to smoothly and successfully making the shift to the New Earth and becoming a
charter member of a wonderful new era of humanity.
Before diving into the practical advice that I have to offer, I�ll briefly explore the
shift that is underway.
The Shift and the Ascent of Humanity
The Earth and our entire solar system is being bathed in powerful cosmic energy causing the
base frequency of the planet and everything on it to ascend. The Earth has transitioned
from the 3rd to the 4th dimension, and it continues to slowly shift upward (check out
The Multidimensional Universe to learn more about frequency and dimensionality). This
energy is triggering awakenings and shifts in consciousness of people all over the world.
As our consciousness shifts to higher perspectives, we are taking our first baby steps towards
transcending this realm of duality and separation.
Even though the collective consciousness of humanity is ascending, many remain locked
in 3D consciousness. This level of consciousness focuses on differences, separation, and limitation,
and expresses as fear, self-serving and controlling behaviors, and us-against-them dog-eat-dog
mentalities. The ultimate result of which is the creation of a world characterized by
competition, conflict, and suffering.
Those that can break free from 3D consciousness will have the pleasure of experiencing the
birth and growth of a wonderful new era of humanity � one characterized by cooperation,
harmony, peace, and prosperity for all. The key to participating in the new earth reality
is is to attain and maintain heightened levels of consciousness.
What to Expect During the Transition Period
You can expect the next decade or two to be a period of unprecedented revelations and
change. Many startling and even disturbing revelations and disclosures will unfold. These
revelations will include the economic and geopolitical manipulations and fraud of the
global banking syndicate, the UFO/ET presence and secrecy and related hidden technologies,
and the suppression of free energy technology and other important technologies, and more.
Many may be shocked and angered by what they learn.
There may be some turbulence as the foundation of peoples� beliefs are shaken to the core,
and the winds of change start to rock our existing institutions and systems. How extensive
this turbulence will be is impossible to predict, but one thing is for sure � your state of
consciousness determines whether, and to what extent, you get entangled in it.
Two Worlds, One Playing Field
Contrary to what some people believe about the trans-dimensional shift of earth from
3D to 4D, those who remain in 3D consciousness do not disappear from our 4D earth reality.
We all remain visible to each other, and we will all appear to be on the same playing
field.
Despite appearances, it will be more like two separate worlds coexisting in the same
space. Third density consciousness will play out, and this will be WITNESSED by those of
us that have moved beyond 3D consciousness as the fall of the old world and its mentalities.
Those that remain stuck in 3D consciousness won�t just witness this fall they will DIRECTLY
EXPERIENCE it and some of its associated unpleasantness. At the same time, those that have transcended
3D consciousness will be experiencing the birthing of a wonderful new world and the
worst of any unpleasantness will pass them by.
The 6 Keys to Successfully Making the Shift
Many of us are well on our way to transcending 3D consciousness and have released many outmoded
and limiting beliefs, buried negative emotions, and fears � others still have some work
to do. In the challenging times ahead there are some potential stumbling blocks that may
trip some of us up and cause some backsliding. Here are six things that you can do to help
avoid these stumbling blocks and stay on track to becoming a charter member of the New Earth.
#1 � Release Your Emotional Baggage
Every soul who chose to have human experience knew that the separation from their divine
source that the Earth game entailed would lead to some painful emotional experiences.
To cope with it, many of us have deeply buried lots of emotional pain � pain that we have
accumulated not only in this life but many others.
An integral part of the awakening process and shift of consciousness that is sweeping
across humanity, is the surfacing of our deeply buried emotions. This surfacing of emotions,
although painful and disturbing at times, gives us the opportunity to address and release
the emotions, as well as forgive all those involved, including ourselves.
These buried emotions are low frequency (negative) energies trapped within the energy field of
your body. As the base frequency of earth � and everything on it � increases, these
stuck emotions keep you tightly anchored to 3rd density earth reality, and will continue
to adversely affect your physical health. If not addressed they will ultimately lead
to your expiration from the Earth game.
Another problem related to unreleased emotional baggage is that it will trigger the manifestation
of increased adversity into your life. Because of the heightened base frequencies of everything
in our reality, manifestation is quickening. Now, more than ever, any pent up negative
emotional energy is a potent manifestation force that will draw adversity into your life.
We can see this adversity happening every day. All of our emotional baggage is surfacing
and releasing, giving the appearance that the world is worsening rather than improving.
It�s a good sign, however, because once it�s all cleared the state of our lives
and the world will start improving and become far more harmonious.
Ultimately, you won�t complete the shift to 4th density earth without releasing all
your emotional baggage. You simply cannot stay with the new earth if you do not release
all your emotional baggage. It is lower frequency energy that will keep you anchored in 3rd
density.

#2 � Maintain the Sacred Neutral
Remember the importance of sacred neutrality. Find a way to not be drawn into the negativity
that is rampant on our world. There are plenty of people whose awareness has not expanded
yet that are still living in fear and negativity. Worse yet, our fear and negativity is being
encouraged by a few with a very self-serving agenda. There is a small elite group of people
lurking in the shadowy parts of our government, corporations, and the military/industrial
complex that want to maintain their power and control at all costs.
Try not to get drawn into the confusion, mayhem, and nonsense that may ensue as the old begins
to crumble. Stay detached as you watch the drama play out while you continue to be a
living example of a new level of awareness. Do not be drawn into the fray and drama of
those that do not want to let go of the old ways and the old world. Do not be drawn into
the drama of those well-meaning people who are outraged by disturbing revelations, or
the actions of others who allow themselves to become embroiled in the drama. This is
THEIR choice. Stay on your higher path.
Stay centered in your heightened consciousness and keep the drama at bay. Stay out of the
fray and focus your energy on maintaining your heightened perspective. Focus your energy
on being a shining example of the new consciousness. Focus your energy on demonstrating this through
your enterprises and in your local communities. Do whatever you can, however small, to contribute
to creating the new paradigm wherever you are � in your enterprises, your communities,
in your families.
No matter what happens, strive to stay neutral and calm � be the �eye in the center of
the hurricane� as the world storms around you. Make every effort not to engage in the
drama, even if terrible things happen. Doing so only gives energy to and makes it worse.
Remain centered in your higher perspective, principles, and ideals.
Avoid the temptation to judge or condemn those embroiled in the drama, on either side, as
good or bad, regardless of whether their actions seem justified or not. Judgment and condemnation
never serve to heal these situations; they can only ever sustain them or make them worse.
Be a living example of sacred neutrality, calmness, positivity, non-judgment, and love
in the face of the storm. Your example will be an immense help to all those that are struggling
with and getting drawn into fear and negativity. Humbly and quietly share from your heart your
perspective on the bigger picture if anyone asks how are you maintaining such calmness,
such stability, such a positive outlook. This will be of great service to the world in the
times ahead.
Strive to keep this all in perspective. Remember that this is a journey and adventure that
your soul chose. Even if you don�t remember WHY right now, there certainly was a reason
why YOU chose it; why WE ALL chose it. The challenges we are facing can be seen as unexpected
chaos and lead to feelings of despair, or they can be viewed as the anticipated and
needed catalysts for our individual and collective spiritual growth, which leads to feelings
of joy as we attain new levels of understanding and awareness.
#3 � Send Unconditional Love and Forgiveness to Everyone Involved
As we begin to witness the fall of the old world and the mayhem that may ensue as 3D
consciousness plays out, it is imperative that we send EVERYONE involved unconditional
love and forgiveness. Send it to innocent bystanders, send it to those you may view
as unenlightened that allowed themselves to get caught up in it, and even send it to those
that you may view as self-serving or dark, that may have been the instigators.
As you observe the world in conflict and violence, remind yourself of your core principles and
values. Rather than reacting with judgment and condemnation, consciously choose to respond
with love and forgiveness. Forgive everyone involved and send as much healing love as
you can to them. Do it in any way you know how, any way that resonates with you, but
do it. Unconditional forgiveness and love is the secret sauce that holds the power to
heal the entire world! Jesus knew it, Martin Luther King Jr. knew it, the Buddha knew it,
and we know it.
#4 � Accept that the Old Will Fall and Focus on Creating the New
We are birthing a new world, a new paradigm. As a part of this process, much of the old
will fall. But, what will sprout up in its place are the very things we are creating
from the grass-roots up right now. Don�t be too concerned with the fall of the old.
The old must wither and die to make room for the new.
Like the plants that grow in your garden; when fall comes, they wither and die, and
then rot in the ground � but they enrich the soil. They must pass to make room for
the new growth of spring. In the spring, the seedling sprouts anew. We are the seedlings
� the seeds of the new world are being sown by us.
Focus on the wonderful garden we are going to create together; the new paradigm we are
birthing. If the seeds that fell spent all their energy on trying to stop their parents
from withering and dying, they might very well exhaust themselves and be unable to sprout
the next spring.
#5 � Maintain the Highest Vision of a Smooth and Effective Shift
Even though the transitional period is likely to include some turbulence, its extent is
by no means set in stone. Do not fall into the trap of imagining the worst outcome. You
are a creator and you are co-creating our reality with your thoughts, so make sure you
steadfastly envision only the best outcomes for everyone involved, and trust that by living
squarely in the new consciousness the worst of any turbulence will pass you by.
One of my favorite spiritual books, Oneness, offers in chapter 43 a very metaphysical perspective
on our fears of upheaval and calamity during humanities transitional times. It expands
on and amplifies what I�ve said in this article. I highly recommend you listen to
it. If this chapter resonates with you, I recommend purchasing and reading this very
profound book.
#6 � Demonstrate the Higher Way Through Simple Acts of Kindness
KINDNESS is the one thing above all else that will take us to the next level. Kindness is
your helpful, supportive, and uplifting words and actions. Kindness is informed by, and
an expression of, the divine qualities of acceptance, allowance, non-judgement, forgiveness,
and compassion and is perhaps the most important key to making the shift to the new earth.
The world does not need more cleverness; it needs more kindness. Simple acts of kindness
are the force that will birth our new world and guarantee your place in it. Shower everyone
and everything with kindness and watch the magic happen!
Birthing the New Earth
Tremendous changes are rapidly approaching that will herald the arrival the new era.
As the beliefs, institutions, and systems of the old paradigm begin to shake, crumble,
or morph radically around us, stay unwaveringly centered in your new consciousness, and you
will successfully join the new earth and participate in the new era of humanity.
Let each of our lives be the living example on which this new era is grounded. Let acceptance,
allowance, non-judgment, forgiveness, compassion, love and kindness guide our way to the manifestation
of a wonderful new era where cooperation, harmony, peace and prosperity for all will
flourish!

Beth's Cappuccino Muffin Recipe | ENTERTAINING WITH BETH - Duration: 3:54.
- Hey guys.
Today we are gonna be making some delicious
cappuccino muffins.
This is a great one for any of you coffee lovers out there
and they also have a little bit of chocolate chips in them
as well.
They become a real conversation piece when you bake them
in these really adorable newspaper muffin cups.
Now if you're a member

so you are all ready to go if you want to make this recipe.

Okay, let's get to the muffins.
So in a large bowl, you're going to add two and 1/3 cup
of all-purpose flour,
two teaspoons of baking powder,
a teaspoon of salt,
and one teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
So this is gonna give our cappuccino muffins
a nice cinnamon undertone
which is, you know, reminiscent of a cappuccino.
Then you can set your dry ingredients aside
and then in a heat-safe pitcher,
you're going to add three-quarters cup of hot water
and two tablespoons of espresso powder.
I like to use the espresso powder
because I think it gives you a really nice bold flavor
but if you don't have that on hand,
you could also use instant coffee.
That would also work.
And into that we're gonna add one-quarter cup of milk,
and then just put your coffee mixture aside,
and then in a large bowl, you're going to add two eggs,
a cup of sugar,
three-quarters cup of vegetable oil,
or you could also use canola oil or melted coconut oil
would work too, and then you're gonna slowly add in
the coffee mixture, and you can whisk that all together
until everything is combined, and then we're gonna
add our dry ingredients in thirds, whisking gently
until everything is mixed through.
There, see, how easy was that?
Now we're gonna add our chocolate chips
and we're gonna do a third of a cup of those.
So I do like to use these little mini chocolate chips
just so you have a little bit of chocolate
but it's not like over the top for breakfast or for brunch.
And you can stir those in.
Then you're gonna take out a muffin tin,
and you're gonna line your tin with the muffin papers.
Now this recipe is designed to fit
the large tulip muffin papers,
so even if you don't use these cute newspaper ones,
I would use any kind of tulip paper.
It's just that the regular-size muffin paper
might be a little too small, or you could do that,
and you'd just probably have more like 18 muffins.
So you want to fill each cup about halfway
and then we're gonna place our muffins
in a 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 17 to 20 minutes.
You'll know that they're done when they start to rise up
and they might even start to crack in the center.
Then you can pull them out.
You can allow them to cool slightly
and then one thing I also like to do
is just dust a little bit of powdered sugar
in the center of each one, just to make them extra pretty.
And you can pile them on a cake stand.
I like to put them on cake stand
just so that you see that beautiful newspaper design
come through.
If you put 'em in a basket,
you won't be able to see it so much.
And when you slice into these,
you will see how moist and light this muffin texture is,
mixed with that richness of the coffee
and the little spike of the chocolate chip.
It is the perfect little treat to enjoy at a brunch
or for teatime,
or for any time you want to make a big impression.
