After weeks of witnessing hundreds of NFL player's kneel in protest during the national
anthem, some team owners are reaching their breaking point.
Every week as the NFL players continue to kneel in protest the ratings continue to plummet
due to fans boycotting the games.
This absurd demonstration that NFL players claim is to bring awareness to racial inequality
in America all while cashing million dollar checks has only angered millions of hardworking
Americans.
Now, these racist players have taken their protest to a whole new level with what they
just did in today's game, and it spells bad news for every white player on the team.
Every time these arrogant players kneel during the national anthem, they only create more
division in an already fractured country.
Though these players say that their national anthem protest is not meant to anger or frustrate
the fans, it is making the situation worse, not better.
Team owners have expressed frustration over the national anthem protests and that they
have continued despite the public outcry against them.
Finally, after witnessing hundreds of players kneeling some team owners are taking a stand
against these racist protests.
Earlier this month, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones issued a pointed ultimatum to his players
stating that players who kneel during the anthem will not play ball.
Of course, that statement sparked an internet firestorm where social justice warriors attacked
Jones for demanding respect of players that played for his team.
Then shortly afterward, Houston Texans owner, Bob McNair followed suit saying during a meeting
with other team owners that "we can't have the inmates running the prison".
Of course, the Texan team took offense to this comment by McNair and met together before
today's game to discuss their best retaliation.
The team considered several options including peeling the team decals off of their helmets
or staying in the locker room for the anthem, but instead, they opted to kneel during the
national anthem.

A majority of Houston Texans players took a knee Sunday during the national anthem ahead
of their game against the Seattle Seahawks in protest against controversial remarks made
by the team's owner.
Texans owner Bob McNair had met with the team Saturday morning and apologized for his previous
comments that "we can't have the inmates running the prison" during a meeting of
NFL owners.
Even after the meeting with McNair, the Texans held a players meeting in Seattle to decide
how to game the game Sunday, ESPN reported, citing a league source.
Texans left tackle Duane Brown told ESPN he anticipates "up to 65 to 70 percent" of
the team's players could kneel as part of the protest in Seattle, adding the players
would not remove the team's decals from their helmets as had been discussed.
McNair's remarks caused a firestorm of criticism from athletes inside and outside the NFL and
prompted an initial apology from the 79-year-old Friday.
"I know they were upset," McNair told the Houston Chronicle about his meeting with
the players.
"I wanted to answer their questions.
I told them if I had it to do over again I wouldn't use that expression."
The comment was published in an ESPN The Magazine story about two recent days of meetings among
owners, players, and others to discuss the protests that have drawn the ire of President
Donald Trump.
Players, following the lead of former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick, say they kneel
to protest social injustices, particularly against African-Americans.
Trump has sharply criticized the protests and even called on NFL owners to fire players.
The meetings earlier this month did not result in a policy change that would require players
to stand for the anthem.
Owners and players are expected to meet again next week to discuss initiatives.
Now, this move by the majority of the Houston Texan team puts the team owner, Bob McNair
and the coaching staff in an incredibly sticky situation, and here is why.
Currently, our country is held hostage by identity politics and not offending anyone's
feelings.
So, since McNair apologized for his comments due to the bullying tactics of the left, he
is now facing a huge issue.
McNair is going to have to call out all the players including the white players for turning
the game into a political stunt instead of the team just playing ball.
The comment that McNair made is similar to the common phrase the "inmates running the
asylum", and it is entirely possible he just confused the words.
However, instead of the team giving McNair the benefit of the doubt they chose to make
matters worse, and who knows where this protest will end up now.

Smile Direct Club Month 1 Review - Duration: 3:10.
Hey guys it's Kaitlyn here the Frugal Millennial so I have just finished my
first month of Smile Direct Club and I want to share a couple things that I've
learned in the past four weeks
so the first thing I've learned is that every time you put in a new set of
aligners it's going to be uncomfortable for the first three ish days and that's
just your teeth getting used to fitting into the new aligners and shifting space
so nothing was as bad as the first time I ever put them in but it does hurt
every time you put them in the second thing I've noticed is that my oral
health is probably as good as it's ever been and as good as it's ever going to
get I brush my teeth four to five times a day and floss that often because every
time you want to consume something that's not water you have to take them
out consume it eat it drink it brush your teeth floss your teeth clean your
liners and then put them back in so it's a bit of a painstaking process but
nonetheless I think my teeth are actually whiter because I brush with
whitening toothpaste four and five times a day and I am pretty sure I'm not going
to get a cavity any time soon the third thing that I want to share that I've
learned the last month is that it's actually really inconvenient to go out
to eat when you have your aligners and that's because you have to I mean you
could take them out the table I usually go to the bathroom take them out come
back eat and then depending on if I'm going straight home or somewhere else I
have to brush my teeth in the public bathroom which is really awkward often
usually people are looking at me because I carry around my electric toothbrush
I'm brush my teeth in like a Chili's bathroom so not the most glamorous but I
think my teeth are actually starting to shift I'm seeing a little bit of a
change nothing major because I still have five more months to go no I have
six more months to go on this so I really haven't done this for very long
in terms of my overall plan but you can go ahead and see my before and my
current pictures of my teeth and I think that you can see at least I think I can
see a little minor shift in teeth which is really exciting so I like

Visitor Management with the Travel Professor - Duration: 4:06.
Don't play Pokemon Go at this tourist attraction. This is Tuol Sleng, the
genocide museum in Cambodia. In this video I look at the issue of visitor
management. How do tourist attractions manage the quantity and the behavior of
tourists while they're in the attractions. Of course, they want to
attract the tourists to come and visit but how do they get them to behave in
the most appropriate way. I look at several examples where have been in the
past, not just the genocide museum here in Cambodia but also a temple in Lao, a
Church in San Marino and not just religious attractions but also just
general tourist attractions. I look at a couple in China. Signage is the most
common method used to encourage visitors to behave appropriately but other
methods include police or guards or CCTV.
One issue with tourist attractions is visitor management.
and in China particularly with
over 1 billion people. They come to 5A-rated attractions managing visitors
and getting them in and out is one big issue that they have to deal with.
The camera, as you can see, can pan around, can see
lots of people, and pan around to the buses
So you can see getting people in and out of these tourist attractions is one
critical element to have a successful tourist attraction. So in terms of
visitor management, one way that the attractions can control where visitors
goal is something like the physical boundary over of the rope. The other
way is some sort of signage. Now depending on whether, it depends on
whether the tourists will obey these things or not. But there's other ways
also to manage visitors. Another way to control, to do some
visitor management is with the friendly police force. If visitors do something incorrectly,
then, of course, they can guide them to the right way.
And lastly, another way for visitor
management is we also have some CCTV so everybody is under surveillance. This is
another way to keep the destination and the attraction nice and pristine and
untouched from or destroyed.
Despite all the best techniques of visitor management, even at a place like this,
at the moment, I'm in Kunming or
just outside of Kunming at Shilin, in the Stone Garden, we still see some
graffiti. How to stop this? I mean, you can we've talked about fences to
stop people, security guards, CCTV. Still, this is very disappointing. I can't read
it but it shouldn't be there.
So I'm here in Sisaket , is it? Temple
and Museum and so one of the things about visitor management is respecting
and paying respect to the rules so you can see here we've got rules and regulations
for the Sisakit Museum: Don't bring your guns. Don't take photos inside. Be,
just been generally be, respectful but there is a long list there, written both in Lao and
in English. So one of the important things about tourism is looking for
visitor management and how attractions can make sure the visitor is doing the right thing.
I'm just near the church and you can see examples of visitor
management here. We're going into the church. We need to be respectful so don't
wear bikinis. Don't eat ice cream. Don't drink beer or McDonald's, shorts or don't
bring your dog either. Another example of visitor management.

These are four brand new mindset techniques you can use
to bring your services to the world. So when you're up leveling, when you're
stepping into a bigger version of offering your services to the world,
number one what you're going to want to do is plan. I know I've said it before,
but one of the things that happened for me is, in the face of wanting to sell
thousands of books -- we had never sold more than hundreds of
copies of anything before as a company -- in the face of having a goal to sell
thousands of books I had to come up with a new plan. We had never sold
more than hundreds of units of anything in five years of being in business and
so I needed a new plan. What is the plan that allows you to sell thousands of
units? And so I had to go to events just like this one, and it was about a year
ago that I was at a three-day event and there were many people in the room that
had launched books. So I became their best friend and was buying them lunch
and following them around the entire time and asking all of them how they
launched their books successfully and talking to them about the different
options. There's a lot of different ways to launch a book: you could do a free
book plus shipping campaign, you can do a bunch of bonus stacks like you saw me do,
buy the book and get all these bonuses. There's all different kinds of ways. I
had no idea if the plan was gonna work and even though my team and I were
able to choose a plan, in the face of that plan I was confused and I had
resistance and I really doubted that it was gonna work sometimes 'cause we
had never done it before. Raise your hand if you've ever felt that
way about your plan. Right? We had never done it before, you've never
done it before, so we pick a plan: we're gonna do this big bonus stack. It was at
that event that I found out about this thing called New York Times. Not only
do you have to write a book, get a book deal, get a publisher, then you're
supposed to go and get on the New York Times bestseller list. Right. Hella
intimidating, most first-time authors don't make it on the list. To get on the
New York Times bestseller list you have to sell between 8,000 to 20,000 books.
You can also become a number one Amazon bestseller, to do that you've got to sell
thousands of books. It's very ambiguous how many. So I'm hearing about all of
these goals, and of course, being Sage Lavine, in the face of hearing about all
of these options I say 'I want to hit New York Times'. Why not? Most first-time
authors don't hit it but why wouldn't I just go for it?
So this little niggling thing gets in my mind: I'm gonna fail if I don't hit
that fucking list. So as my team and I starts putting these plans in place to
launch the book, it's in my psyche that I have to hit this one bar that's really,
really high in order for the book to be a quote "success".
I found myself over the course of the days and weeks that followed becoming
less and less excited about my book launch. I found myself starting to
contract and feel small and intimidated and almost angry at the goal itself.
Raise your hand if you can feel this way. Let's show the viewers how many people
in the room have felt that way. Have you guys felt that way?
I've certainly felt that way, so when I caught myself practically falling apart
on my run along the ocean one Monday morning in relation to this goal, I
scooped myself together and I called some of my colleagues and I said
I think I need to take this thing off the table. It's ruining my book launch.
Not only am I already feeling like I could fail and not hit this goal and
then I'm gonna be like cloaked in shame because everybody's watching me go for
this, but there are people all over the world losing their homes in hurricanes
and fires and there's very real things happening out there, and I'm sitting here
stressing out about something that means nothing. It's a completely ego
based goal. So I worked up a plan with my own coach to take it off the
table and to surrender to the only thing that I know to surrender to when I get
all contorted in the face of achievement, and that is to surrender to what I
really wanted the book to be -- something that makes a difference for people. To
surrender to the truth that the real measure of success is: are we making a
difference for people? Are we making a difference for ourselves?
Are you and I going to sleep at night feeling like we brought something that
improved somebody's lives and that we brought something that improved our own
lives? And day by day I kept surrendering to my mission: I want to change the way
business is done on the planet, I want business to be more cooperative,
I want business to be more collaborative, I want business to be less dog-eat-dog.
It started to refuel me and it started to re-energize me and I started
to find more joy for my book launch again. The only problem
was when I looked at the calendar I still had over two months of hard work
ahead of me to sell thousands of books. And those two months were over lapping
my summer vacations. So I put the second step into place that we all need
to say yes to when we embark upon offering our services to the world and
that is, I started to pace myself. I picked the plan, I decided to trust the
plan, even though I was fucking pissed at the plan sometimes, and I started to pace
myself. I realized that I had been preparing for years for the launch, that
I was walking into with all of the events that I have led, with all of the
little mini group programs I've launched, with all of the focus I've learned how
to bring to my business. I had been preparing mentally and emotionally and
spiritually for giving two and a half months of my life over this book launch.
And I took great care of myself. Tomas came to my house every week and
did bodywork with me, I saw my coach every week, and I put all kinds of
self-care in place for myself so that I could stay focused for two and a half
months to get this thing off the ground. Many of my Leverage clients have
cleared at least one month of their calendars to fill group programs. Many of
you have cleared, in Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy, have started to clear
off several weeks to really go for this thing of building your business. When we
pace ourselves and we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, there's an end
date, we know we're not going to be working like this for months on end, we
can be stronger. We can be what please? "Stronger". Getting closer to the goal, the numbers
started to go up. I had sold a thousand books and then I had sold 2,000 books
and then I had sold 3,500 books.
Then my colleagues started to come out of the woodwork and say I'm gonna buy 250
books to pass out to my entire tribe and I was watching the numbers climb closer
to that eight thousand mark. I had hired someone, a specific consultant who
helps authors get on The New York Times, and I had spent an extra twenty to
thirty thousand dollars on this consultant. And let's just be honest, as
the thousands of book sales were rolling in, I hadn't taken New York Times off the
table completely. It had this little way of sneaking back onto the table, like a
green flashing light saying 'run toward me, it's still possible'. We were very
close to that eight thousand book sale mark two days before pub date and I'm
supposed to be celebrating, we're getting ready for our big book party in San
Francisco. Some of you were there, some of you were there, some of you were on the
live stream. I got a call from the New York Times consultant: the algorithm has
changed. The New York Times doesn't like anybody plotting to get on the list. So
the contract was cancelled. I had to completely let go, 48 hours before my
book came out, of my dream of becoming a New York Times best seller. I was
disappointed to say the least. I called some of my friends who knew how much
this meant to me, some colleagues, and cried on their shoulders.
I felt devastated and
my company did what probably will end up being its biggest pivot in the history
of Women Rocking Business. We were exhausted, my team and I had been working
long days to sell thousands of books, which by any measure is a tremendous
success. I had actually gone so far in the face
of some of the disappointments of launching the book, I had gone so far as
to get into massive pursuit mode. In fact one of the things that happened was that
my major affiliate partner, who had been planning on promoting the book for a
year, pulled out on me at the last minute. And
in the face of that: pursue. Step 3: pursue. 2 was pace yourself, pace
yourself. Number one plan, number two pace yourself,
number three pursue. In the face of my biggest affiliate partner pulling out on
me, I am not going to shrink. What's the phrase please? "I am not going to shrink."
I got on the phone and I called my mentor and I told my mentor what happened.
My mentor right now is a very successful man who intimidates me, his
name is Jeff Walker, he's big. I talked to him about it and I put an opportunity on
the table for him to support me. I thought, what am I crazy, this is nuts.
I said 'what would it be like to get a book into the hand of every woman who
walks into your internet marketing conference in October'? He texted me the
next day to say he'd like to buy 500 books from me, to get a book into the
hands of every woman coming to his conference in two weeks. I never would
have pursued my mentor in that way had I not lost my primary affiliate partner.
Guess what? My primary affiliate partner jumped back
in, that's how we got to 8,000. So in the face of the disappointment of New York
Times a growing recommitment happened in me and an awareness that, because I
had been going for this crazy goal, I had sold thousands of books. In the face of
exhaustion, my team being burned out, me not wanting them to get sick, and in the
face of me feeling like I had already tapped all my resources literally
calling people on the phone asking for favors selling thousands of books I now
had a decision to make. Was I gonna let myself have no
credibility because of this book not hitting the New York Times list, or was I
gonna find some little iota of energy to fight? I called Marci Shimoff: 'What do I do?'
I had already called her like five times. She's a busy woman. I called her again.
She's like, I know what we need to do, we can take a bunch, like hundreds
of your orders and push them through Amazon in a day and we'll get you number
one in your category. Ah a glimmer of hope! I was terrified to let my team know
about this plan. They had been sleeping five hours a night for like a week and a
half or two weeks. I called Jenn Sebastian with a shaky
voice: Jen, there is possibly a way. She says, I know, I've done it and I've been
thinking the same thing. She says I have completely got your back. She hired her
teenage kids and their friends, my Santa Cruz friends and Meghan Neeley were
over at my office in downtown Santa Cruz at 10 o'clock at night, 24 hours after my
San Francisco book launch party. Robin wanders in and we are exhausted. I had
just thrown a big event in San Francisco the night before, the finish
line was like five hundred yards behind me, and we pulled together and we pushed
orders through and Women Rocking Business became number one on Amazon
that night. It's not about Women Rocking Business being number one, but it was
about being willing to, 1, pivot. You will find yourself at a point in your
offerings and in growing your business where you feel like there's nothing left.
Some of you in this room have ended up with seven people in your program, eight
people in your program, and you told me you wanted ten. And I've been the one to
say keep going, keep enrolling, let's go for ten.
Run through the finish line. What's the phrase please? "Run through the finish line." It's not really about
number one best-selling author, but you know what? Is it actually gonna help
me to have that, is it gonna help me make a bigger impact, are people gonna take me
more seriously, are people gonna take the book more seriously? It's a game. I was up
at 10 o'clock at night, with all of my staff knowing that they were exhausted,
inside my own nervous system being with the fact that this was a big fat game.
You want to know why people win awards? They play the what? "The game." You want to know why
people get elected? They play the what? "The game." How many of you resist the game? How many
of you guys resist the game? Right. The problem with resisting the game is
you're gonna change a lot less lives. I resisted the game too and this whole New
York Times debacle, it was the best thing that ever could have happened to me. To
number one, get me realigned with what really
matters. Who cares, New York Times, number one on Amazon, most people don't even
know the difference. Number two, it matters that we're changing lives. Number
three, the game does matter and you're gonna need support to play the game.
Because we're up against all kinds of inner resistance and we can go a hell of
a lot further when we play together. Meghan Neeley said to me that night,
I'm exhausted and this is a blast. Shannon, who's sitting there with
her eyes lit up. Marci Shimoff is calling me on
speakerphone from having dinner with her girlfriends at 9:30 at night: 'All right,
how are you doing? How's your team doing?' She's at dinner over glasses
of wine. I watched people open up their lives in generosity and support each
other. And many of us forget to do that, many of
us forget to do that when we're offering our services or when we're watching our
sisters offer their services. We forget to just open ourselves up in generosity
and just completely be behind each other. What's the phrase please? "Be behind each other."
So you gotta have a plan, you just got to, and even though it's gonna feel all
kinds of uncomfortable, north-south left-right, you gotta trust it. Number two,
you have got to pace yourselves and you have to know -- I want to invite you
to remember that the work that you're doing right now to grow your business,
it's actually preparing you for the bigger goals whether you know it or not.
Number three, you've got to be willing to pursue. I never would have made that
scary phone call in the face of the disappointment that I had just
experienced. There are people in your lives that can help you in a big way and
some of you shrink against asking them.
Number four, pivot. When you find that what you're doing is banging your head
against the wall, or it's not gonna work, or all of a sudden a door comes flying
shut, or you're not quick to your goal yet but you realize you could get there,
be willing to pivot. Get yourself more support, ask for more help than you think
that you need, and be willing to get on the Facebook page and ask your mentor
and change the plan if you need to. Then every one of us together can become
number one best-selling entrepreneur of the year! Give someone a high five and say "number one best-selling entrepreneur of the year!"

just double-check that and make sure the bird says on and that step one done step
two is to download an application called downloader again you probably have
already got this installed but if you haven't just press left on the remote on
the home screen click on search and then search for the app downloader
once you see that click on that click on download and that should now be ready to
use to get the Mouse toggle you need to navigate to this address in download r
which is HTTP colon forward slash forward slash bit ly for /td UK MS so
type that in and click go this will automatically begin the download of the
mouse toggle apk
he didn't set install so press down and to the right click install and now click
open so when you're going to Mouse toggle you'll see that the two options
at the top are both enabled which means that we're enabling the mouse service

pellet tin from the bigger manufacturers,
you know that some models may have different caliber indications,
such as 5.49, 5.50, 5.51, 5.52, and so on...
Those numbers refer to pellet's head diameter in millimeters,
and can drastically influence precision and accuracy.
For example, see how head diameter affected grouping with these pellets:
5,46 mm Head.Diameter, at 25 m
5,52 mm Head.Diameter, at 25 m
While looking for a better way to measure pellet's heads,
I found the Pelletgage.
There are 10 holes measuring from 5,48 mm up to 5,57 mm, in 0,01 mm steps
It is very easy to assembly, just make sure the holes are aligned
(steel and acrylic plates) and don't over tight the screws.
Measuring pellets - H&N Baracuda Match 5,53mm
This pellet usually groups well with my HW100 and BT65
I started trying the 5,54 mm hole.
The pellet head didn't drop through.
5,55 mm
After some time... all pellets fell into 5,55 or 5,54 mm.

seven a phrasal verb take off like many phrasal verbs this one has
multiple meanings and I am gonna give you a couple right here so take off can
mean to remove like if you get in and you have your jacket on you'll take it
off right because you don't want to wear it in your house you have a painting on
the wall but you don't want it there you want to move it somewhere so you're
gonna take it off you're gonna take it off the wall
take off also it can apply it to airplanes so when the airplane starts to
leave the ground its taking off but take off also means to leave not just for
planes but for people so I can use this at work if it's five o'clock and I want
to say guys it's five o'clock I'm gonna take off I will see you tomorrow to take
number eight to take a rain check another expression so this is great when
you have been given an invitation to an event or maybe to go to a movie or for
dinner so if someone invites you somewhere but you can't make it maybe
you have other plans or you're feeling tired you have a lot of work to do but
you want to say thank you and you also want to tell the person who has invited
you that you want to do it at another time in the future so if your
friend was like hey you want to go see the movie tonight
you could say no I you know what I'll take a raincheck
it means you want to do it in the future take a raincheck
number 9 take time off so you could say I'm taking some time off we could say
I'm taking a week off from taking a month off it means you're taking a break
or a vacation from work so at Christmas this is a true story I am planning to
take a couple of weeks off I am going to take a vacation around Christmas time to
spend my time with my friends and family and number 10 to take your breath away
this is an expression that means to be beautiful or stunning so when you see
your friend on her wedding day and she looks gorgeous you could say wow you
really took my breath away you look incredible or you see the sunset and you
tell your friends it was so beautiful it took my breath away
so those are my 10 phrases with take make sure you pick 1 2 or 3 of them and
start using them in your everyday English you'll sound more natural more

I dressed up as a vampire and I had fake blood with the teeth that made me look like the deez nutz guy and my friend

Something it was something and since he lost the helmet he wore black eyeliner and black lipstick I was
sssssssssssss
Confused, but I didn't care all I cared for was the sweet delicious delicate soft
moist candy that we were gonna get.

Sorry, I got carried away there so we were off to find candy we visited many houses
You know the usual the creepy ones, the rich ones, the old ones, the pedophile ones and we got to the best one
lip smack*
The hot one which was the high school girls having a party and still giving out candy to trick-or-treaters
So we walked up to the door and knocked

And two thick ass
Sexy ass girls came to the door with a Nurse costume and in Witch costume. I was speechless
But Oliver said trick-or-treat, they started giggling and one of them said

I have no idea where the hell
They got the assumption
But apparently he look like a cholo. For those who don't know what a cholo it's basically a Mexican gangster
They give us the candies and we left. I told Oliver. "Let's go home. I'm done for tonight". He said "all right
let's go to my house and count our earnings." We got there, and I don't know why my parents always do this
They always check the expiration date on every candy to make sure it's not bad
Even if it was expired you know how many preservatives are in that one ounce candy bar. You can't even imagine
Enough to preserve it for years to come unless the candy is from like 19
20 s then I don't care how expired it is. I'll eat it

History of the Eredar Part 1: Gifts of First Light - Duration: 6:53.
Welcome back to another episode of the Lost Codex.
As the forces of Azeroth and the Army of the Light wage War on the Legion's home-territory,
we are here to provide insight into the Legion's history and tactics in their Burning Crusade.
With countless worlds and a seemingly endless loss of life burning in their wake, it is
imperative to understand and know our enemy.
We'll be focusing on the histories of not only their
most insidious Lieutenants and soldiers but also telling the stories of the Legions most
hated enemies and those who fought valiantly against their crusade.
Today's new chapter will be narrated by Archivist Agairuun who will be providing a
brief overview of the Eredar's ancient history and their civilization that once ruled over
the mighty world of Argus.
Let us begin.
Argus.
The homeworld of my people.
Before my world was set upon by the Legion, before Sargeras approached our leaders with
a promise of power, the Eredar of Argus thrived.
We were one of the oldest races in the Universe- when countless worlds were still young and
blooming with primitive life, our world prospered and shone bright in the Great Dark.
During the earliest days of our civilizations history, the Ancient Eredar of Argus were
visited by the Naaru.
They gifted the leaders of our people with ancients artifacts of great power.
Among the most powerful was one called the 'Ata'mal Crystal', a relic that would
later prove to be the salvation of our people.
While there are only a few recorded accounts of Naaru contacting the ancient Eredar and
gifting them powerful relics, the presence of these artifacts did fascinate and puzzle
even our most brilliant minds.
Most Eredar sorcerers were gifted in the schools of Arcane magic; proficiency in holy magic-
the magic of the Naaru- was far more rare.
Despite this, a select few Eredar Sorcerers focused their studies on the the multiple
artifacts the Naaru had left behind, though it would take time before the artifacts powers
were fully realized.
Among the first to tap into these artifacts powers were one of the Leaders of the Eredar,
Velen.
Velen, like many of our kind, was skillfully attuned to the powers of the arcane and in
his research and pursuit of knowledge, he took interest in one artifact in particular-
a relic called the Shard of Tu'ure, the fragmented remains of a long-deceased Naaru.
During this time, a strange affliction had started spreading throughout the Eredar people.
Those infected suffered an addled mind and diminished memories.
The loss of knowledge was terrifying to the Eredar and the risk of losing ones memories
and mental capabilities spread panic throughout the population.
Velen, however did not panic.
He had spent much time tapping into the dormant powers of the Naaru-shard and soon, found
that the Naaru artifact had begun to glow a warm, radiant light.
Although he was putting himself at great personal risk, Velen carried the artifact among the
cursed and called upon the shards power.
The relic's light bathed over the sick and one by one, cured the strange malady that
had gripped the afflicted Eredar.
Velen was truly a leader of the people.
His mastery and attunement to arcane magic, science and artifacts earned him respect and
approval among the magical orders of the Eredar, but it was his kindness and wisdom that was
admired by all of his people.
Velen did not rule the Eredar alone, however.
Beside him stood the other Leader in the Eredar Duumvirate; his most trusted friend and closest
ally.
