Preview Sevilla FC vs CD Leganés - Duration: 1:16.At the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan, Sevilla play high flying Leganes
–currently in the European spots.
"We have to keep our feet on the ground. We know that the main objective is to stay up, and that we could hit
a negative run of form. We have to be prepared for that and keep a strong mentality.
All these positive results only make us want to work harder and try more things, because we believe
in the style of play the manager wants."
Sevilla suffered at Mestalla, falling to a second consecutive defeat in LaLiga and their third
in four matchdays.
The results are in stark contrast to their early season form, and Leganes are now above them in the table.

Logan & Jake Paul's Olympic Favourite: the Rio 2016 Siblings | My Olympic Moment - Duration: 5:16.- Rio 2016. - The Summer Olympics.
I can't believe there were so many sets of siblings
and twins and triplets in the Games.
This is our Olympic Moment.
(MY OLYMPIC MOMENT)
- What is up? I am Logan Paul. - And I am Jake Paul.
And we are the Paul brothers.
# RiseofthePauls.
Paul is... Our last name's Paul.
It's the dream come true, being out in Los Angeles with
a brother doing entertainment together.
I think that's something that we always dreamed of as kids.
Yo, I'm not lying, you're making me cry right now, bro.
- Dude, don't cry. - It is a dream come true.
Like, I don't know, we're both so lucky to be out here
and doing it with each other, pursuing our dreams
and our passions and making it a reality is...
I mean, life is amazing.
To me, the Olympics is, like, such a special place
because it's the best athletes in the world
all coming together,
things that are going on between countries just,
like, go to the side and it's just a focus on the Games
and athleticism.
See what I'm saying, bro?
I'm at the Rio Games, I was there.
We dabbed at every single Olympic event,
me and my roommate, and it got 60 million views in seven days.
And there's an atmosphere, especially
when you're seeing these athletes compete.
Like, they've worked their whole lives for this one moment
and the only thing they want to do is win.
And I'm like, yo, I admire that, I respect it,
I envy it.
And it was just magical, man. Being in Rio was amazing.
I think when we found out, like, there was I think
36 siblings that made it to the Rio Games.
- That's incredible. - That was inspiring to us.
Yeah.
So, right off the bat, you have Venus and Serena Williams.
Unfortunately, they were knocked out somewhat early,
- but they made it. - They made it.
- How about rugby? - Yeah, yeah, rugby.
Rieko Ioane and Akira Ioane from New Zealand.
I'm down to play some rugby. I'm down to play some rugby.
And Brazil had two sets of brothers on their team.
Lucas and Moises Duque.
And then they have another pair of brothers which were twins -
Felipe and Daniel Sancery.
And, speaking of twins, the Olympics had a handful of them.
Lisa and Anna Hahner, who were marathon runners for Germany.
And then from the Netherlands we have the twin sisters,
Sanne Wevers and Lieke, who were gymnasts.
Yeah, and Sanne actually beat the USA favourite
Simone Biles in the balance beam.
She got gold over Simone Biles.
That hurts.
And if twins weren't enough...
- They aren't. - They are not.
So let's go one up and let's say triplets.
The first time ever triplets have competed in the Olympics.
They were the sisters Leila, Liina and Lily Luik,
who were the first ever triplets to qualify
for the Olympic Games.
To make the Olympics - wow.
To have a sibling make it...
- Wow. - ..even more wow.
And then to win a medal on top of that?
- That's the icing on the cake. - Wow.
- That's a big wow. - Yeah.
Like British triathletes Alistair and Jonny Brownlee,
who ran, swam...
and biked for first and second place.
- That's impressive, bro. - I'd be pissed if I lost.
If you got second to me.
And then the brothers Gary and Paul O'Donovan,
who clinched a silver medal in rowing, but were a little upset
and it was kind of all over social media
because they missed out on some of the partying
and celebration for getting the silver medal in Ireland.
Yeah, they were just stuck in Rio, missing out on the pubs.
No bueno.
These were just some of the stories involving siblings.
You know, we didn't talk about all of them.
Qualifying with your sibling, even if
you did not win a medal, is definitely a feat in itself.
Jake and I both work really hard.
Like, right now, for example, it's Sunday morning, 10am,
pretty much all of our friends partied last night,
but we're here doing this because this is something
we want to do, something we want to chase and love.
We push each other up. It's converging plates.
You take science class? The fingers go up in the middle.
That's what's happening with Jake and I.
Converging plates.
I love this guy cos he's my brother.
- Thanks, brother. - I got you, bro.
These Olympic moments inspired us.

ETH-is it worth studying there? - Duration: 3:27.It is worth studying at the Federal Institute? I answer that question in a moment.
[music]
Yes! Worth it. Let the reasons. Federal Institutes are islands, people,
of knowledge. Who studies at the institute Federal has the opportunity to learn
too, for free. The Federal Institute has high school
but it also has technical education and teaching higher. I will give some examples for you.
If you are the Holy Spirit, you the
Espirito Santo, you can take courses such as
Mechanical Engineering and also Mining engineering. And it's course, are by
example, Mining Engineering won a super high grade is the last year
regarding the quality of teaching Engineering.
So are fantastic courses, there are many opportunities that appear
the Federal Institute and even some them paid.
I remember at the Federal Institute had people who made to do research
students were selected to work to research, and grants you
wins the federal government, if you have a low income, to keep the studies.
So if you have a place for you to They can not afford a good college
particular, the site that I point you to try to make the higher education is a
Federal Institute. Both the question of education, which is top notch as
also the opportunities that appear there.
Another very interesting thing for you We're doing the study at the Federal Institute
and will suddenly end the course: always come back at the Federal Institute.
Something I always saw, met in the street alumni who complained of not having a job.
And then I had in school posters
nailed showing companies needed person at the newly formed
The school, contact the school we You will never miss, you never can and should miss.
So sometimes back in school because the signs are there that will show
a lecture by a problem that you are going in the company,
or suddenly a lecture that will open you a door you
always wanted to walk, another course will appear and also a possibility
employment as were these posters I told you.
So remember: studying at the Federal Institute is to open a door for
you can have a successful career. Both in the matter of you go to the
the labor market as well as stay on the education and also
get the best opportunities. Large companies heard you
It has the Federal Institute in the curriculum, it looks quite differently.
Worth doing the study by Federal Institute.
I will go for you in the future more some information.
so be sure to sign up and click the bell for you to receive
a YouTube message that has new videos. Thus,
once you have ... [noise] an opportunity you receive a message that there is something new
it is worth taking a look here at Alexandre teacher channel.

They Don't Want Us to Succeed.. OUR LIFE - Duration: 8:11.if you can't tell by the title this is gonna be kind of a serious video unlike
our other straight-up goofball videos I mean songs about pineapples so
something is going on in our lives and has been going on in our lives and we
thought we should make a video about it so if you guys click to see a funny
video you're not gonna see it so this problem started ever since we
were kids so ever since we were kids our parents limited our career options so so
basically both our parents encouraged us to only be doctors lawyers engineers so
it's the top tier careers that you could get when you go to college and graduate
and have a great sustainable job for the rest of your life and by constantly
telling us that we grew up thinking all right either we're gonna be a doctor or
a lawyer and we both chose doctors because there's no lawyer subject in
school and we both like science more than the other subjects in school so
like lunch nah besides what lunch was my favorite subject so we chose to become
doctors so we both thought we have to be doctors so our entire lives all that was
stressed to us was us being doctors to impress our parents or to make our
parents proud so basically our career options were through a scope this small
and we have to pick here instead of everywhere else and mind you this was
taught to us from a very young age but as kids me and Gary had like all sorts
of hobbies we like to try different things I for example if I was gonna be
an NBA player like a lot of kids do it a bunch of things what did we do bro we
like should we shop videos we made songs like what the videos did we shoot but we
like shop first what we did vines we did to Milan like when we had a video camera
we even we made videos on that camera like we were trying to fall off or bunk
beds and make a video out of it like and we broke the camera putting it on the
thing trying to make the camp we were the biggest goofballs when we're at home
or when we were together and as kids we did like all sorts of things we paid
like sports we paid music instruments and stuff we went to acting school at
one point because yeah we made vines at one point solid solid two binders and
even though we did all these things as kids
the closer we got to high school in college the more we were told that only
the high tier careers are what you're gonna do this mindset that our parents
have is because they came from another country and school was basically a
guaranteed job for the rest of life our parents have this mindset
because they came here as immigrants in their 20s I saw these careers that
Dayton had the opportunity to become a doctor an engineer a lawyer for their
son to become a doctor engineer a lawyer yeah and those are like the highly
respected careers are a doctor you're saving lives a lawyer engineer like
respectable smart intelligent right so when you start comparing it to anything
else the other career is not as good mind you they even have the opportunity
to they couldn't go so many years in school and they had us and I needed like
to work and get a medical school and be in debt
yeah our mom had us drop college yeah and she still went she had birth then
went to class a weak leader yet birth and missed the test and got ahead yeah
yeah I even know that well now you do so now fast forward today they were both in
college and we both chose bio as our major in college but after my first
semester in college is the bio major I changed my major because I hated it I
was like I don't want to be a doctor and I have a life epiphany like I don't want
to be this like a family doctor so I changed my major to psychology to be the
psychologist and at the time we started doing YouTube videos and it got more fun
and fun and we got more into it and we realize that there's careers outside of
being just a doctor and that's after like two years of college realizing like
not everybody is a doctor or a lawyer so basically fast-forward now and we
become a little bit bigger on YouTube even though we're so small we gain like
a little bit more fans a little bit more like traction behind our videos and I
realized that this is what I want to do and this is what I can do so you tell
your parents mom like I want to be an ice cream salesman and she goes an ice
cream salesman you mean a doctor you can be a doctor and sell ice cream and now
both your parents who have supported you your whole life for me they thought I
was gonna be a doctor and now you're telling them no I'm not gonna be a
doctor I don't want to be a doctor I wanna be this ice cream salesman
thank you still okay what you said YouTube there so ice cream salesman
translates to doing YouTube okay that's me
and mind you when we started YouTube we went to two separate universities which
was like about hour away from my house and we came every single weekend and
recorded videos and went back record videos and went back so and then we
edited during the week row of skits over the phone
and we did this ongoing for over a year yeah and now that I realize that YouTube
is something that I want to do instead of go to call
via doctor and my current situation at my university is that I'm living alone
and now that I'm living alone not wanting to be at college and it's not
that I don't want to do the work right not to brag I'm actually really good at
school and now since I don't really want to be
on my college it's become basically miserable to be somewhere you don't
really want to be and not having a choice
basically and having to drive an hour to go to his apartment and hang out during
the week because I'm alone in my situation I've been studying biology for
a long time and halfway through making YouTube videos I realize that you can be
successful doing anything you actually want and put your work into but the
problem is that there are people around us that don't want us to do that so they
don't they don't want you to succeed at these certain things because they only
want you to be again the top tier doctor lawyer blah blah blah the problem is not
that I don't want to become a doctor the problem is I need to choose what I'm
going to do for the rest of my life and my decision is gonna be all up to me and
have no one else's influence on it or I'm gonna make sure that no one else's
influence is on it so I'd be confident for the rest of my life that I'm doing
what I want to do because I wanted to do what I want to do got it good so now
basically our parents think what's best for us is what they think which is for
me being a doctor and staying in school and not giving me the option to do
whatever I want in my life and that's on YouTube even though I know I'm gonna
succeed at whatever I do I want to make that choice and I'm gonna pick that
career not you a lot of it does stem from our parents thinking too much of
what other people might think like they don't want to say that their son makes
YouTube videos they want to say oh he's a doctor he cures cancer that's that's
what they wanted and like they don't understand that YouTube is a different
kind of cure I cured your laughter I don't know thank you laughter I used
laughter to cure you I don't know so they constantly I say what if you fail
what if you fail like what if you try to be a youtuber and you don't go to school
and then you go at homeless and you fail everything they're saying towards us is
like you're gonna fail so don't do it it's it's easier to become a doctor not
you're gonna fail but what if you feel like what if you fail like the chances
aren't high for you to do that so don't do it the chances are high to me there's
no doubt I don't see this whole chance thing I don't understand this mindset of
what if I fail because me and Gary literally put so much work into making
our videos good we know that we always improve you know we put out good videos
and at the end of the day it's like believing in
yourself and putting enough work to get there and I don't understand this what
if I fail no I'm gonna do it until I make it happen and you have this these
people constantly telling you no don't do it or like no I'm not I won't support
you and to me it's like I'm at a point where I don't care because this is what
I want to do and I sit here trying to convince them and convince them and I
think I'm getting the upper hand a little bit and to me there is no doubt
and yes we're not the biggest on YouTube yet but no no man it's like there's not
a lot of people that watch us but we get like such good comments all the time and
I guarantee that even though right now probably you're watching us when we're
really small I guarantee you one day you're gonna also watch us when we're
big so if you're watching us now you're the reason we're still doing what we're
doing right now is because of your support so hopefully your support sticks
till the end which at which there is no end but so even though basically our
parents and our family they don't want to see us do YouTube the thing that does
keep us going is you guys we apply to you guys we talk to you guys because we
love it we love the support you guys give and we know that it's gonna
continue and there's gonna be more of you guys I know it
so ya we didn't make this video to say oh our lives are terrible we have to make a
choice our parents are making us do this no it was kind of just to let you know
so you guys who are watching this now hopefully believe in us as much as we
believe in us and that's a lot that's a lot of belief that's a lot of belief so pick into
your pockets and take up all the belief you just spit all over me sorry
they don't want us to succeed in life, they don't want me to succeed

Attack On Titan Season 3 Delayed? Season 3 Release Date Announced! (Shingeki no Kyojin Season 3) - Duration: 2:37.Attack on titan season 3! Some surprising information about the release date just
came out! So what's up guys Foxen here. Today they dropped information about
Attack on Titan season 3 along with a new visual. Before I get onto the visual
let's talk about the release date. It turns out that this is not coming out in
spring but it's now confirmed to be coming out in the summer season. Yeah
what the fucking hell! If you recall the spring release they got confirmed back
at the anime Expo. It was in Funimation's panel so what
happened? Either this thing got delayed three months or Funimation simply they
don't have the correct information and they just ran with it.
So yes it's now confirmed that attack on Titan season 3 will be coming out in the
summer season which means July and that does really suck since yesterday it was
just five months until season 3 came out. Now you gotta add three more months to
that. Oh well, we can't do anything about it but back to the visual! Let's check
that out. For this you got Eren tied up in someone's sex dungeon. You got Levi
enjoying that down below and you got this mystery figure of course this is
none other than the new character Kenny and just going by the track record of
season 1 in season 2 Kenny's portrayal and the enemy should be pretty awesome
by the way just take a moment and look at that crystal background it looks so
great once again the attack on Titan anime is gonna plus the original
material by the way I do have to mention that there still is no confirmation on
the number of episodes I'm hoping that this is not the only visual because if
we go in based on this this is only stuff for the uprising org if attack on
Titan season 3 is gonna be 24 or 25 episodes then there should be another
visual later on anyway in addition to this something else also got announced
there is gonna be an attack on Titan season 2 compilation recap film you know
just like the first season got two movies this thing is gonna be hitting
theaters on January 13th and I know a lot of people don't care about this so
you might not either personally I just want to see what new scene is added to
this movie although to be perfectly honest I would love to see attack on
Titan on the big screen which has almost zero chance of it happening worldwide
anyway question of the day how excited are you for attack on Titan season 3 and
bonus question which Hannah mystique are you most excited for
there's so many sequels coming out in 2018 I also got a feeling that sao susan
3 is gonna debut ever on this time summer oh so if you enjoyed this please
be sure to give it a colossal thumbs up and subscribe we're doing for Levi we're
almost at a hundred thousand subscribers there is a lot of upcoming stuff
including attack on Titan content but more information on that soon so
subscribe and I'll see you guys later

What The Cast Of Goodfellas Looks Like Today - Duration: 6:04.Thanks to a star-studded cast of real New Yorkers and mobster lookalikes, Martin Scorsese's
1990 crime-classic Goodfellas has aged as beautifully as a fine Italian wine.
But have the stars aged as well as the movie?
Here's a look at what the cast of Goodfellas looks like today.
Robert De Niro
He's one of the most decorated actors in Hollywood history, winning Oscars for both The Godfather
Part II and Raging Bull, but Robert DeNiro has never been one to rest on his laurels.
After playing Jimmy in Goodfellas, De Niro lampooned his on-screen mobster persona in
the 1999 hit comedy Analyze This.
Since then, De Niro has continued to appear in films both great and, well, not so great.
"Are you talking to me?"
"Are you talking to me?"
Ray Liotta
He may be best known for his turn as Henry Hill in Goodfellas, but Ray Liotta has landed
plenty of other juicy roles in the decades since.
Besides appearing in a boatload of films with titles like Blow and Narc, Liotta also famously
played one of the most-popular and most well-known video game characters of all time, Tommy Vercetti
in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Most recently, fans of the tough guy could catch him starring in Shades of Blue, and
making an appearance as a bathroom-obsessed convenience gas station owner on The Unbreakable
Kimmy Schmidt.
"I knew it!
You stole my bathroom key so you could poop here for free!"
Joe Pesci
From Raging Bull to Casino to the Lethal Weapon franchise, Joe Pesci is a Hollywood legend.
And his masterpiece is undoubtedly the character of Tommy DeVito in Goodfellas.
"I'm funny how?
Funny like a clown?
I amuse you?"
After 1998's Lethal Weapon 4, however, Pesci pretty much retired from acting and has only
appeared in a handful of projects in the decades since.
That's about to change, however, as he's currently slated to appear in Martin Scorsese's upcoming
Netflix movie The Irishman alongside Robert De Niro and Al Pacino.
We can't wait.
Lorraine Bracco
Known for playing Karen, Henry Hill's partner-in-crime and wife in Goodfellas, Lorraine Bracco is
no stranger to mob films and TV shows.
Her role as Dr. Jennifer Melfi in HBO's The Sopranos is easily her most well-known part,
earning her multiple Golden Globe, Primetime Emmy, and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations.
Most recently, Bracco appeared as Angela Rizzoli in Rizzoli & Isles, and made a guest appearance
on the animated-sitcom BoJack Horseman.
Paul Sorvino
The actor behind "Paulie" Cicero certainly cuts a powerful figure — which is why he's
most well-known for playing high-ranking men on both sides of the legal fence.
In Goodfellas, Paulie is a "made" man, while Sorvino's other famous role — Sgt.
Phil Cerreta on the crime drama Law & Order — places him firmly on the side of the good
guys.
Next up?
Playing a mobster in the Canadian mini-series Bad Blood.
Hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Frank Sivero
Italian-born actor is Frank Sivero is probably most readily recognized for his role in Francis
Ford Coppola's masterpiece The Godfather Part 2 — which parallels his role as mafia-man
Frankie Carbone in Goodfellas.
In a case of life imitating art, Sivero has made headlines in recent years for all the
wrong reasons, spending several days in jail in 2014 for carrying a gun.
But maybe he was just method acting?
Mike Starr
A native of Queens, New York, Mike Starr cut an imposing figure, standing well over six
feet tall and dwarfing the rest of the Goodfellas cast, as Frenchy.
Following the Scorsese classic, Starr played lots of memorable roles in other films, including
The Bodyguard, Ed Wood, and Dumb and Dumber.
"you can't double stamp a stamp"
"you can't double stamp a stamp"
"you can't double stamp a stamp"
"Lloyd"
"Guys!
Enough!"
Starr is still popping up all over the place, including films like Black Dynamite and, like
Ray Liotta, TV shows like The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
"Burning in hell, with the rest of the Yankees, Lord.
Amen."
Debi Mazar
A Queens native, Debi Mazar's career has been primarily comprised of Jersey-girl type roles.
Playing the coke-head Sandy in Goodfellas was one of her first gigs, but since then,
she's appeared in numerous movies and TV shows, most famously as Shauna on Entourage.
These days, she can be found hosting her own Cooking Channel show, Extra Virgin.
Kevin Corrigan
Since playing Henry Hill's baby faced brother Michael in Goodfellas, Corrigan has become
a classic showbiz "that guy," appearing in everything from Superbad to The Departed,
not to mention a regular role on Grounded for Life and guest appearances on Community.
"So on and so on… etcetera!"
"Did you just mispronounce etcetera?"
So if you haven't seen him recently, don't worry — because he's sure to appear in something
else any minute now.
Michael Imperioli
After telling the psychopathic Tommy DeVito to "go, uh, friend himself," Michael Imperioli's
character Spider got more than just a bullet in the foot — putting an end to his short-lived
Goodfellas screen time.
But it was long enough to land Imperoli the role of a lifetime as Christopher on The Sopranos,
which earned him a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series
in 2004.
Since The Sopranos ended, Imperioli has kept himself busy with roles on shows like Californication.
Frank Vincent
Besides playing Billy Batts in Goodfellas, Scorsese favorite Frank Vincent also appeared
in Raging Bull and Casino.
But he's probably best known for playing crime boss Phil Leotardo in The Sopranos, as well
as mafia figures in everything up to and including the Grand Theft Auto series of video games.
Sadly, in September 2017, Vincent suffered a heart attack and passed away from complications
after subsequent heart surgery.
He was 80.

7 Ways to Lose Weight Fast - Best Way to Lose Weight | ClinicyL - Duration: 4:03.7 Ways To Lose Weight Fast - Best Way to Lose Weight
Losing weight seems to be on everyone's list of New Year's resolutions.
But what's the best way to shed pounds once the holidays are done?
Read on for tips to help you lose weight successfully in the new year
1.
Eat Regularly "Skipping meals can have a negative impact
on your metabolism," says Toronto nutritionist Aviva Allen-your body might start storing
extra fat in anticipation of more missed meals.
Instead of eating less, consume small, nutrient-dense snacks and meals more often, every three hours
is ideal, and try not to eat after seven o'clock at night, when your metabolism is at its slowest.
2.
Reduce Your Portions It's a simple fact: Eat less and you'll
lose weight.
There's good evidence that over the past 50 years, restaurant portions have "super-sized,"
and our waistlines have grown along with them.
We've become accustomed to eating larger servings to the detriment of our health.
To combat this habit, use a smaller plate for your meals.
Less space on the plate means automatic portion control.
And when ordering or buying food, choose the smallest size of any high-calorie items.
3.
Ditch The Crash Diet Dieting makes food an enemy, not a source
of sustenance and well-being.
So-called yo-yo dieting-losing weight, putting it back on, losing it again and so on-is bad
for your health.
If you suddenly reduce your food intake, your body, because it is designed for survival,
will slow down your metabolic rate in order to store energy more efficiently.
This is why people on a diet crave snacks like chocolate, which gives a quick boost
to their energy levels, and why weight loss slows down dramatically after the first couple
of weeks.
4.
Don't Rush Your Meals Eat slowly.
It can take half an hour for the brain to realize the stomach is full so don't rush
your meals.
It's a principal reason we overeat.
Always put your fork down between mouthfuls.
5.
Give Your Kitchen A Makeover Take a look in your fridge-what do you see?
Two jars of mayonnaise, some leftover cheddar and a lot of sugar-laden condiments in jars?
Now open the cupboards: what's the cookie and cracker situation?
Do an honest evaluation of what you tend to keep on hand.
If you always have chips on hand, you will eat them.
If you keep Goldfish crackers around "for the kids," you can be sure that they won't
be the only ones snacking on them.
Throw out anything that's going to be a temptation and sidetrack you from your weight-loss
goals.
Be ruthless.
Give the unopened food items and cans to your local food community centre.
6.
Watch Your Calories, Even If You Exercise There are not enough hours in the day that
will allow you to exercise off a Happy Meal," says Dr. Arya Sharma, chair for Cardiovascular
Obesity Research and Management at the University of Alberta.
Working out has countless benefits to your health and will help keep your weight down
by building muscle and encouraging better body image, but when it comes to shedding
pounds and keeping them off, reducing your caloric intake is the way to go, Sharma adds.
If counting calories make you cringe, Jessica Begg, a registered dietitian based in Vancouver,
has this advice: "As corny as it is, you really can't go wrong with Canada's Food
Guide.
I would rather people look at recommended portion sizes than calories."
To keep weight down, she suggests that 80 percent of your daily calories come from foods
recommended by the Food Guide.
That leaves the other 20 for treats such as cookies, chips, and cocktails.
"[It's] the equivalent of a small dessert every day," she says.
7.
Understand Why You Overeat Looking back, can you see what lead you to
overeat in the past?
It's important to understand if you turn to food when you're stressed or want comfort.

Adrenalin Forest in Wellington - New Zealand's Biggest Gap Year – Backpacker Guide New Zealand - Duration: 8:07.So today we're going to Adrenalin Forest which is an obstacle course through the trees.
they have seven different courses we have three hours to as much as we can.
Wake up in the morning in the lovely Moana Lodge.
This afternoon we are going to Adrenalin forest the cool thing about Adrenalin forest is just
off State Highway 1 we're there in no time.
We're ready to get our shot of Adrenaline in the forest.
Once we get all our gears set up we're going through the safety briefing so Sonny knows
that we've used those kind of clips already.
We used them actually when we did the Black Odyssey Tour with the Black Water Rafting
Company back when we were in Waitomo.
They're those kind of magnets clips that just clips on the wires . So the forest works as
such: there are seven different courses and each course is made of a bunch of different
activities and activity would be for example rope swing bridge or whatever that is and
you're gonna go from one tree to another then you're going to unclip and do the next activity
and when you're done all the activities off this specific course you're back on the floor
and you go up to the next course if you dare.
So after the safety briefing we do our first you know two or three levels just to get the
hang of things and then we move onto level three which is maybe about a third of the
way up the trees.
And already at level three Robin is shitting himself.
Level three.
It's kind of embarrassing.
But anyway, we just let him get on with it.
Sonny who has been our camera man I'm just having a chat to him and yeah meanwhile, Robin's
yeah about halfway across the obstacle we're having a chat for a little bit longer like
whoo, conversation dies down because we've been talking that long, look over, yep Robin's
moved to the next step.
Still chatting along.
All in all, it's a very lengthy process.
How am I supposed to pass that one.
This?
Yes.
So level one and two easy peasy and we tackle level three where it gets a slightly bit higher.
Anything that is above my own height it's going to start scaring me and I know it sounds
ridiculous but I have a rational fear of height.
To start with it's dead easy it's just thin bits of logs that are really secure in place
there's wire ropes that are really secure just basically these earlier levels the obstacles
are very secure you don't feel like you're going to lose your footing too much.
When you move onto level three things get a little more unstable things are starting
to swing about a bit we have a rope bridge with just bits of ropes to step on obviously
that's not very stable then we move onto like these swings with two logs in crosses attached
with some rope so you are literally swinging with the weight of your body to get to the
next one.
I'm actually enjoying it quite a lot it it's er I'm scared as shit as usual but the course
is actually pretty challenging and very varied.
I mean, you know, every activity so far we've done is pretty different than the previous
one so it's actually quite fun.
I just wish I wasn't you know frozen to death by terror of heights.
But aside from that I'm having a blast.
So most of the time I'm going first to to reassure Robin I turn around to see how he's
doing and again that fear in his eyes - I've never seen anything like it he's just not
blinking and I can see him struggling not looking down but he yeah he's doing the worst
thing you can do if you're afraid of heights which is looking down.
So he's just shaking his whole body is shaking which is making the obstacle shake even more.
Laura is probably doing alright.
I can see her doing some poses or having some fun you know while she's doing the obstacle
she is still talking to guide over there or asking robin are you doing alright?
Are you doing some pictures or anything?
What are you doing?
Just be scared like normal people you're instinct tells you to be scared right now so be scared.
We keep on going like that from one activity to another and making our way all the way
to level six.
On level six things get much tougher we are really high in the trees so basically each
level goes a little bit higher in the trees and the activities are much much much more
challenging.
So to be fair I won't really comment on what's happening to me because I'm completely blacked
out I'm going through the course without any recollection of what I've done.
I mean I am so terrified right now I have no idea what's happening to me I only remember
that there was some ziplines and that wasn't too scary it was a great accomplishment and
it was really fun and something that I would really definitely do again and again it's
under 50 bucks you have three hours to do as much as you can in the forest it's definitely
an amazing value for money and a very fun activity it's an amazing day out I cannot
recommend it enough to people that come and stay in Wellington.
We get to the UFO discs.
I get so stuck here.
Oh my God.
I fall straight away I'm trying to climb back up the rope I fell pretty helpless right now
but Robin is none responsive I don't know what Robin's doing right now.
This is the only time he starts to talk "Come on Laura you can do it."
He's shouting some words of encouragement he can see there is just flying foxes ahead
so he just wants to get to on with it and get down as quickly as possible but I'm holding
up the whole crew here.
After that ordeal, I'm relieved because I can see some ladders going down the trees
we are now making our way down to the ground.
We're just going to hold onto the rope so she can't move along.
Oh my God that was so hardcore.

Digital | Negative Space - Duration: 6:12.Welcome to phdu, today we'll be using negative space as the main inspiration for our compositions.
I was just doing some b-roll, some other shots of some trees and stuff.
I saw these leaves up here, and I was getting a nice shot on the camera.
Sharp focus of the one leaf, and behind it in the background you would see all these little green dots
of the other leaves that are in the background from the sun.
I think that's negative space...
I'm not entirely sure, but I still want to give that a go.
So for my shot, what I think negative space is - is getting a subject and then behind
them it's just like a blue sky or black wall or something that's just kind of concentrated,
and just a very vibrant colour.
So I'm going to get Josh - I'm going to photograph Josh, and I'm going to put him on top of the
hill up here.
I'm going to try get a little bit of green at the bottom, but mostly it's just going
to be the blue.
So we've just turned the corner and there's this nice tree here - it's in shadows, and
it's nice and dark.
I'm thinking of getting a portrait of Maddie, and the tree encapsulating the background.
I think I'll have to crop it in post, but it's a hard one - negative space is a hard one.
I'm not sure if I'm using - I think negative space is meant to draw - meant to isolate
the subject or it's meant to put focus on the subject because there's so much space
around them.
Its hard - I haven't actually looked up a definition so this is...
Let's actually look up a definition.
It's quite simply, the space that surrounds an object in a image.
Just as important as the object itself, negative space helps to define the boundaries of positive
space and brings balance to a composition.
So negative space is just the space around a subject.
So in those simple terms, I'm going to get Maddie to sit on this bench, and I'm going
to try frame her smaller and make the frame more about the plants behind her - because
there's some nice light on those too from the sun.
I feel like I've just been bitten by something now, so my lips are - I'm having an allergic
reaction to something.
But aside from that, I have an idea.
The idea is there's this rocky kind of wall behind us, and there's just one corner just
right in there which I think has enough depth as negative space to put Josh or myself in
front of it.
We've got this nice wall, the greenery - there's some really nice light in the corner and on
the ground here.
So I think I might frame myself in this.
I think I'll stand in the middle and I'll direct Maddie on how to take this photo.
We thought we'd try a reflection this week.
Negative space it's umm - with all of these challenges it's hard.
When you start going out looking to do a certain thing you've got to get your mind
into it.
You've got to go "Ok, let's take a couple of photos and really just start focusing on
what I think low-angle is, what I think negative space is."
It takes you a couple of photos, but once you get towards the end of it, you're like
"Yeah I think I got some good photos that represent what I think that is."
And what's difficult is that for me especially doing industrial and all that kind of stuff...
I would go onto Google images and try and replicate that kind of stuff, but with the
places and locations that we chose, it was hard because what I had in mind wasn't there.
The whole point is to challenge ourselves and go 'This is what you're doing, this is
the camera you've got - now make the best image you can with those things.'
I think it's makes for some unique images because - we've walked around here before
and we've taken some photos, but thinking about negative space specifically - you don't
think of certain compositions and then you get the photos that you never would have taken
because you're thinking in a certain way.
I feel like negative space is just kind of like an untold little story.
You have your subject and you have whatever is it as your negative space and then you
kind of make up - because it's so minimalistic, you kind of make up what you want in it.
It's being able to compose that so effectively that when people look at it they do think
of it in that way.
Overall though, I think we got some really nice images today - It was a good location
actually, I didn't think - Sunny day, really nice light this morning actually.
I didn't think it was going to turn out as good as I thought, just because of trees and
stuff - I don't like shooting them just because of the fringing and purple around the edges
- But either way I think we've done a good job, I think it's turned out a lot more interesting
that I thought, and more importantly we got some nice photos out of it.

Candy Witch - #31witches of inktober - Duration: 1:56.Hello friends!
It's Kat, from MeowMeowKapow.
This is my first year ever doing Inktober or Drawlloween, and I've decided to use
the #31witches prompts from last year.
All of the supplies that I use will be listed in the doobly-doo down below, and I'll even
do my best to list the exact paint colors.
Prints of my favorites will be available in my Etsy shop, but if you're particularly
in love with a piece let me know in the comments and I'll do my best to make some of that
one, too.
Anyway, enjoy!
