My first morning in Stockholm and I'm going to the beach!
Yeah, I moved out to Rio de Janeiro to go to the beach here!
I saw just a little bit of this city, and I'm very impressed!
So quiet, clean and calm!
Now I'll get a public bike,
It's not from Itaú, as in Rio!
But it's this one that I'll use here!
I was in the wrong side and a guy said: - Go to the right side!
It looks like sunday,
but it's tuesday.
it looks like holiday,
but it isn't.
It looks that I'm in the richest part of the city.
but I'm not.
It's another reality.
So different from ours (Brazilian).
I'm still learning here.
You decide to ride a bike in Stockholm. Then you look and think:
Where's the rear break?
Yeah,
The rear break is on the pedal.
To use it, you must do this,
Push it back!
Then you'll stop!
Isso é um rio? Ou um lago?
Você não sabe? Eu não sei.
Eu muito menos! LOL!
We're going to Shal..., Sharsha??
É o rochedo (não é praia,lol)
Que lugar lindo!!
Aqui é tão lindo!
Aveia!!!!
Eu nunca vi aveia assim,
Na natureza!
Só nos filmes!
Sério?
Eu só vi lugares assim nos filmes.
No Brasil,
Bem,
No lugar onde vivo (Rio de Janeiro), nunca vi nada assim.
Apenas fotos!
Eu adoraria correr aqui!
Eu sei, eu não vou fazer isso!
Lindo!

What a boring life, my God!
Soooo boring!!!!
People swim here soo relaxed!!
But the water is sooo cold!!
I tried to, but it's impossible for me!
Only my feet and and hands inside the water.
Maybe in a few days I get used to the temperature and then I'll swim.
But, until then... I need to get used to this water
It's so cold for me!!
Some cars passing over there,
People with their boats and jet-sky
And a lot of people swimming naked here,
Including me! But,of course, I won't film them!
Be naked here is a very usual and tranquil.
Who didn't brought trunks dress an underwear,
Who's not using bikini or swimsuit use painties and bra,
Even because the only difference is the fabric.
Who's dressed do not bother with who's naked,
Who's naked are super duper relaxed,
People at their boats do not bother about the nude people,
You're taking a sunbath in Sweden,
Suddenly time changes and it starts to rain!
Well, they're saying that it's not an usual thing!
It don't happen easily! (Rain and sun at the same time)
Had it to be at the day when I'm here?
Well,
with or without rain, with or without sun,

Amphiprion Percula, the clownfish - Duration: 9:25.
The 28 species of clownfish are subdivided into in groups that we call complexes.
We will study one by one in this video series
Are they: Percula, Tomato, Skunk, Clarkii, Saddleback
and Maroons.
Do not forget to enjoy each one of them and get informed about you.
The orange clown fish (Amphiprion percula) is widely known as a popular fish
of aquarium.
Like other clownfishes (also known as such as anemonefishes), often lives in
association with sea anemones.
Amphiprion percula is specifically associated with with the anemones Heteractis magnifica and Stichodactyla
and, as a larva, they use chemical cues released from anemones to identify and
to locate the appropriate host species to use them for shelter and protection.
This causes preferential selection when their host species of anemone.
Although popular, keeping this species in captivity is quite complex.
The Marine Park Authority of the Great Barrier chooses the number of licenses for
which are issued to traders of aquarium fish looking for this and other
tropical fish in the Marinho Grande Recife's barrier.
The symbiosis between the clown and anemones depends that the clown would attract other fish to the
anemone, where they are stung by their tentacles poisonous
The anemone helps the fish by protecting predators, which include starfish, wrasses
and other maidens, and the fish helps the anemone feeding it, increasing oxygenation and
removing the waste material from the host.
There are several assumptions about of the fish to live inside the anemone without
are impaired.
A study conducted in Marineland of the Pacific by Dr.
Demorest Davenport and Dr.
Kenneth Noris in 1958 revealed that mucus secreted by the clown fish prevented the anemone from
their lethal nematocysts.
A second hypothesis is that A. percula acquired immunity to anemone toxins
of the sea, and was shown experimentally as a combination of the two.
The fish feed on algae, zooplankton, worms and small crustaceans.
reproduction Since these fish live in an environment
hot water, they can reproduce during the year.
Each group of fish consists of a pair of playback and 0-4 non-creators.
Within each group there is a hierarchy based in size:the female is larger, the breeding male
is the second largest, and male non-breeders become smaller and smaller as the hierarchy
descends.
Each fish is born male, but will only change to
the female if the only female breeder dies.
If the female dies, the male reproductive changes sex, it becomes the breeding female and the
the larger non-breeder becomes the breeding male.
The spawning process is correlated with the lunar cycle.
At night, the moon maintains a higher level of alert in fish and this increases the interaction
with males and females.
Before pairing, the male draws the female through of courtship behavior.
Such courtship actions include extending its fins, biting the female and chasing her.
Males also swim quickly in a upward and downward movement to attract
the females.
The location of the nest is also important for the survival of eggs.
Depending on the size of the female
400-1500 eggs per cycle.
The expected period of rearing females is approximately 12 years and is relatively
long for a fish of its size, but it is characteristic of other reef fish.
It was not clear why non-breeding continue to associate with these groups.
Unlike the non-reproductive ones in some groups of animals, they can not
of occasional reproduction because their gonads are not functional.
They can not be considered helpers in the nest, because he discovered that his presence
does not increase the reproductive success of the breeders.
Recent research (Buston, 2004) suggests that they are simply queuing for
the territory occupied by the breeders, that is, the anemone; non-breeding
living in association with the breeding have a better chance of eventually securing
territory than a non-resident.
The probability of a fish climbing this queue is equal to that of the individual who
at least one of its dominant ones, because an individual will move up if some
of its rulers die and not simply when its immediate dominant dies.
The development of juvenile fish for depends on the hierarchical system and can
be described as density dependent.
There is aggression involved in these small families, although not usually among the male sex
and feminine.
Aggression usually exists between males.
The greatest man will suppress the development of the next male minor and the cycle will continue
until the smaller fish is dumped from the anemone hostess.
Within each anemone, the regulation of the species is controlled by the female once
that the amount of space for fish in the anemone is directly proportional to its
size (which eventually reaches the maximum), then it controls the size of the other fish.
Amphiprion percula is a very competitive fish and this causes the smaller fish to have a
atrophied growth.
There is the potential for a fish to ranking, contesting its dominant.
This depends on the relative body sizes of the two fish, and it is very unlikely that
happens, since A. percula maintains well-defined size differences between
adjacent individuals in position.
However, in an aquarium, this fish is peaceful, and can live well in an environment
of aquarium.
Fish lay their eggs in a safe place near the anemone where they are easily
protected, and parents can withdraw to the safety of the anemone if the danger threatens.
The clown usually puts his nests to the night after a few days of careful cleaning
and examination of the chosen place.
The preferred egg sites are flat stones or slightly curved or some other item
that the fish dragged near its nest to the effect.
(In captivity, clay pots and saucers are an attractive choice.)
First, the female lays down some your ovipositor (a whitish tube that
descends from the belly), taking stock of the surface, then the male follows behind
to fertilize the eggs. After many passages, the nest is complete and will hatch in 6-8
few days after sunset, usually on a very dark night.
However, the male is very protective of the nest and incessantly stirs the eggs to provide
circulation of oxygen and verifies them As for any bad egg, what does it eat?
before they can rot and damage more eggs.
Females may or may not help the male to take care of the nest.
In incubation, the larvae explode and swim towards the moon and the open ocean to
ride the chains and eat plankton for about of a week, before the still tiny
clowns return to the reef and look for an anemone to settle in.
Eventually the cycle repeats itself.
Development The development of A. percula is relatively
fast.
After the eggs are fertilized, they ready to hatch after about
six to seven days.
After incubation, the larvae are very small and transparent, except for the eyes, the bag
yolk and some color throughout the body.
The larva then sinks into the benthic environment, but then nothing to the upper water column.
The larva spends about a week floating between the plankton and is carried
ocean currents.
The larval stage ends when A. percula sets in the ocean floor.
The process of larval stages for juveniles takes about a day.
There is rapid color development during the juvenile stage of A. percula.
During the juvenile stage, the anemonefish must find a suitable anemone host.
Specific chemical components are used When finding your host.
These chemical clues are different for each anemone.
This causes preferential selection when their host species of anemone.
When A. percula comes in contact with the anemone, it produces a protective mucosal lining.
This mucosal lining is developed with multiple interactions with the host anemone.
A. percula dances around the anemone, playing their fins first to the tentacles
and then your entire body during your first interaction with the anemone.
This process may take a few minutes or up to several hours.
If A. percula does not continue to contact with the host anemone, the protective cover
of the mucosa may disappear.
A. percula belongs to a group of fish that are not stung by anemone nematocysts.
If A. percula did not have the mucosa, they would be stung.
Other species of fish that do not have mucosa are consumed by the anemone.

5th Graders: Get ready for the T-2-4 Career Fair! - Duration: 3:08.
Hello 5th grader!
Or should I say, future pediatrician. Or engineer. Or firefighter.
Or state representative. It may feel too early to think about the world of work.
The world of work. But daydreaming about a career can give you great ideas, about
what you might want to do later in life. And you can change those dreams into
reality, by setting short-term goals now that one day will get you to your
ultimate goal. That's what T24 is all about.
Thinking and planning now for life after high school.
For life after high school.
Of course, you might have no idea what path is right for you.
That's OK too. Your school counselor has just the thing to get some
ideas flowing. All SPS fifth graders will be visiting a career fair in November
This video will tell you what to expect on this field trip and what's expected
of you. You and your classmates will take a bus to the spoke and Convention Center
downtown. It'll be crowded and loud and you'll be joining about 800 other fifth graders.
Don't stress. After getting off the bus and going up the
escalators, there will be a sign with your school's name where you will line up.
There will also be a lot of school counselors there to help.
You'll get a bag with some cool stuff in it including a pencil and a graphic organizer for
taking notes. There will be dozens of professionals just waiting to talk to
you about their work. After about 40 minutes there will be an announcement to
line up with your class at the back of the room to board your bus.
Follow the rules you normally would do at school. We're interacting with professionals, after all.
Keep your name tag on. Ask lots of questions.
Things like, what kind of education did you need for this work? Do you work outdoors?
Is this a job that depends on co-workers, or can I do it myself? Write down the answers on
your graphic organizer so you can write about a career when you get back to school.
If somebody else is asking questions you can listen closely so you
don't ask the same thing. Be polite! Say, "thank you for donating
your time to talk to me." Some presenters might have a little giveaway for kids.
But make sure you interact with the person instead of just whizzing by for more stuff.
Remember, you're there to collect knowledge not knickknacks.
Did we mention, stay with your grown-up? Or stay with your buddy. Very important.
When you get back to school you'll get an exit ticket from your teacher.
You'll write about a job that you learned about the career fair. It might be a job that
you'd like to do, but it might not use your notes from your graphic organizer
and write what you learned about a specific job or career.
Be sure to find out enough about a job that you can write a full paragraph with supporting evidence.
Do your best work. You can win a prize!
There's just one more thing. One more thing. Be ready to have some fun!
It's an exciting adventure to think about the future.
We're lucky to have so many community members
Willing to help you toward your dream.

9.9. What Governments Can and Can't Do - Duration: 4:25.
The role of government is at the center of many of our political disagreements.
But rather than argue over what the government should or shouldn't do from an ideological perspective…
let's consider what governments can and can't do.
Governments have almost total authority within their borders.
They make the laws. They collect the taxes.
They can even commit justifiable violence against you, in certain situations.
We're rightly skeptical of all those capabilities the government has.
We know history is full of examples of governments abusing their power.
That's why we set up a democracy, to force it to submit to the will of the people.
That's why we set very clear limits, and checks and balances, on the power of the government.
That's why many conservatives believe it's best when the size and scope of the government is small.
But the other way of looking at this is governments are capable of great good, as well as great evils.
In fact, there are certain good things that only the government has the power to do.
Only the government has the ability to pay for and subsidize public goods that our free market can't deliver.
Only the government has the ability to provide services to people who've been left behind,
so they can get back on their feet.
Only the government has the ability to protect individuals—and even whole groups of people—
from being victimized and forced to live a miserable life, while others get to enjoy every luxury possible.
Wherever there are imbalances, inequalities, and injustices in our society,
there's usually some corrective action that the government can take to fix them.
In fact, you could make the argument that the larger, more diverse, and more complex our society becomes…
the more necessary government interventions become.
Maybe in 1800—when there were barely over 5 million people living in the United States—
a largely hands-off government would've made sense.
But not today, when there are over 320 million of us, many of whom live in huge metropolises.
When many people are denied even a chance to get a good education,
or are totally at the mercy of a rapidly globalizing economy.
When millions of people seek to use their freedoms to deprive other Americans of their freedoms.
In my professional opinion, it just isn't possible to have a small government in this day and age.
I'm not saying that because of my ideology.
I'm saying that because of the math.
The bigger, more diverse, and more complex we get, the more we're going to need government interventions
to keep us all safe, prosperous, and competing on a level playing field.
Of course, governments can be inefficient and wasteful.
Of course, they can abuse their power.
But that doesn't mean we should give up trying to make our government a force for good.
It means we should try harder.
If we want to fix our major political, economic, and social problems,
the government is going to have to play a major role.
Because there are certain things that need to be done that only the government can do.

LEGO's Genius Attack on Re-Sellers - LEGO Taj Mahal re-release! - Duration: 1:51.
It looks like LEGO is really fighting the fight against resellers,
because they revealed - out of nowhere -
that the 2008 LEGO Taj Mahal set is being re-released on November 27th,
which is Black Friday.
The addition is one new piece,
but it will cost an extra seventy dollars in the US,
at 370 dollars.
Alright, first off, I personally don't like that it's an extra seventy,
I mean inflation calculations would put it around an extra forty dollars from its 300
dollar price.
But I'm not going to go into that discussion again like I did on the Death Star.
Because to me, the most interesting part is its announcement.
There were very small rumors that this would be re-released,
one reddit post and I think it appeared in a magazine but none of the LEGO news outlets
really reported on this.
So, in a way, this reveal was a surprise.
Why is this, and why was it not hyped up like, say,
the Millennium Falcon?
Well, two reasons.
First, it's not that big of a release -
it's not the biggest LEGO set ever like the Falcon,
it's not licensed, and it's not too different from its original appearance.
But, the second reason seems to be a direct counter to resellers.
This is the first time I've seen LEGO so confidently announcing this as a re-release,
and its the least changed a re-release have been in recent years, with only one additional
piece.
They released this little comedic video on Twitter of Jaimie,
a LEGO designer, taking the original Taj Mahal to re-release it.
He says, it's for the fans -
they've been requesting re-releases for years.
That means this is the first of many more re-releases to come.
That means, no Direct to Consumer set is safe, in one morning,
these direct to consumer sets that are being sold on eBay can drop dramatically in price
once a the set is announced to be re-released.
Resellers should be scared,
and LEGO shouldn't be seen as such a safe investment anymore.
I personally have never resold a LEGO set in my life,
nor do I plan to, so I have no affect on this.
Maybe I should be happy.
As I see it,
as long as they don't waste the Winter Village spot and keep the price reasonable,
I'll be happy...
but I don't think the price on this one is a reasonable increase,
so I don't really want it.
Anyways, what do you guys think?
Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
I'll see you guys later.
Peace out, bye.

English at work: Episode 38: Oranges and Lemons - Duration: 5:14.
Hello and welcome again to English at Work, where things are a little tense.
Anna is finding it hard to work with new employee, Rachel.
She's told Paul, the boss, about Rachel's incompetence but
he's done nothing about it.
So Anna, how are you feeling today?
Frustrated.
All that work I put in, getting the contract for Imperial Lemons
and Rachel has sent out a load of second-hand plastic oranges!
I guess you're going to have to call your client and sort out the mess.
I guess so.
Oh hi Tom.
Is she about?
The man-eater?
No it's all clear, she's gone out for a cappuccino.
Good good.
Look I managed to call the guy she bought the second-hand
oranges from, and I cancelled the order.
Phew, great!
Yeah, yeah… and last night I managed to order some Imperial Lemons and
sent them to that company in France – Fruit Traders International.
Here's the paperwork.
Tom, that's brilliant!
Here, let me give you a big hug – you saved the day!
Ooh, that's a bit tight.
Oh not again!
You two just can't leave each other alone…
Bbbut it was just…
Say no more Anna.
Now, I was looking for my special red pen, have you
seen it anywhere?
No.
Funny that, my pens have gone missing too.
I'll go and get some more.
Now Anna, I don't want to interfere but have you called that company in
France to see how they are?
Well, they're fine aren't they?
It's good customer service to call them and see how they are.
But what do I say?
Tell you what.
I'll go over there and you can call me and practice.
Right.
OK Tom, I'm calling your number now.
Hello – Fruit Traders International.
Yes, hello… …introduce yourself and ask me how I am.
Oh right.
Hello I'm Anna from Tip Top Trading.
How are you today?
I'm very well.
Now ask me about the order.
I hope you have received our Imperial Lemons and that you are happy with
the order.
Yes, very very happy.
The lemons are… fantastique!
Oh that's good.
Erm… we do hope you are pleased with our service and
that you may use us again.
We certainly will.
Thank you.
Do you have any questions you may want to ask?
No… actually yes….
err, can I… err… buy you dinner sometime?
Very funny Tom.
They won't ask that!
No.
I'm asking you.
Oh right… erm…
OK then… yes!
Hooray!
Or should I say oh dear?
Silly Anna has agreed to go on a dinner date with Tom – but there is still some
business to attend to.
Don't forget to make that call to your client Anna.
No I won't – in fact I'll do it right now.
Good!
While she makes that call, here is a reminder of some of the phrases
she could use…
Hello I'm Anna from Tip Top Trading.
How are you today?
I hope you have received our order and are happy with it.
We do hope you are pleased with our service and that you may use us
again.
Do you have any questions you may want to ask?
Are you OK Anna?
You look a bit annoyed.
I am - I just called our client in France to check everything was OK and
they said Rachel had already called them and told them our lemons were
so last season and they would be stupid not to choose oranges!
That's terrible.
…hey Anna, how about this restaurant for our date…
I mean our business meeting.
Look at this menu…
Not now Tom.
Rachel has messed things up again.
She's causing so much trouble.
She's got to go.
Oh… yeah right.
This calls for action.
It certainly does.
It sounds like Rachel has gone too far this time and it's
up to Anna to sort things out.
But what can she do?
Join us again next time on English at Work to find out.
Bye!

Tools for Fashion Drawing | Fashion Drawing Tutorial - Duration: 7:37.
Hello, hello!!
Welcome back!
In this lesson, I'll show you the most essential tools to use for fashion drawing, so you can
start learning + practicing + improving right away.
Now, let's start!
To start learning fashion drawing, you don't need any special, super expensive, out of
the world tools.
Actually, you only need a few things, and you can get started to learn and practice
after one visit to the art supplies shop.
Sometimes it's easy to fall into the trap of "well, when I get these tools, or these
pencils, or these colors, or the dream studio, then I'll start learning, or I'll begin
creating my designs or my illustrations", but wouldn't it be easier to just get started
with what you already have?
Or wouldn't it be better if you started to learn, practice, and create from now so
your skills and talents grow with time?
Of course, it would be easier and better, right?!
Okay, great, so let's see the essential tools that you need to start learning and
practicing your fashion drawing skills:
Pencil or mechanical pencil
My favorite pencil to work with is 2H because it's not too hard nor too soft, and it's
not as messy as those pencils on the B spectrum.
Remember the H in a pencil stands for Hard, and the bigger the number, the harder the
pencil and the cleaner the lines.
And the B stands for soft black, and the bigger the number, the softer and darker the pencil.
(Show B-roll of me making lines with different pencils to show the difference)
I also love working with mechanical pencils because the lines are finer than the pencil's
and I don't need to use a sharpener, so I can draw and draw non-stop.
If you want, you can try with both, a regular pencil and a mechanical pencil.
Neither of them has to be expensive.
My pencils usually cost less and one buck, and the mechanical pencil I'm using cost
no more than two bucks.
I tend to lose my pencils all the time, so I
don't invest quite a lot in them, but I also love how they work.
Eraser and Sharpener
When you buy your erasers, make sure they're soft and kind with your work.
You don't want your eraser to stain or damage your drawings, so be aware of that.
I love purchasing erasers in bulk because as with pencils l tend to lose them all the
time :P
For sharpeners, I prefer the metal ones.
And this one with two holes is just perfect.
One hole is to sharpen the pencils and the other one for the color pencils.
Paper.
Loose sheets of paper or a notebook
Okay, you have your pencils, your eraser, and your sharpener ready, now you need a place
where to put your ideas on.
For this, you can get a notebook, or you can even work with loose sheets of paper and then
put them in a binder.
Especially at the beginning that you'll need to practice a lot, I'd recommend purchasing
a pack of bond paper in letter size and a binder.
Then, start learning, draw, practice, make some mistakes, observe and improve, and tweak
and repeat.
Make sure you keep your best work in the binder.
And when you feel more confident in your drawing skills, then get a notebook and put all your
designs, ideas, and illustrations there.
You can optionally use ruler and templates for circles and ovals
These tools are amazing for beginners; they help you create clean + perfect lines + circles
+ ovals for your figures and faces.
And I totally recommend them when you're just starting out, although sometimes I still
use them when I want a neat drawing.
The ruler will help you create a preliminary line skeleton for your fashion figures before
you draw the actual body and put garments on it.
Then you can determine where the joints like knees, shoulders, elbows, and ankles will
be with the circle's templates.
And you can use the ovals templates to draw the head of your figures.
All the ruler, and the circles + ovals templates are here to help you with that shaky hand.
But, I definitely recommend you to follow the drawing exercises from a previous lesson
and video, so you keep getting better.
Workbook and cheat-sheets
If you're totally new to fashion drawing and especially to drawing fashion figures
and faces, then the workbook and cheat-sheets from my course Drawing fashion figures and
faces will be super helpful for you because I created them specifically for beginners
to train their eyes + hand + brain to create beautiful and proportionate figures and faces.
These are a shortcut to help you improve your skills faster, and you only need to print
the cheat-sheets and draw over them.
Or use the cheat-sheet under a sheet of paper, and draw following the step-by-step from the
course + workbook.
(b-roll)
As you can see, you don't have to wait until you have all the tools, nor the most expensive
materials or the biggest studio.
You can start learning + practicing from now with as little as paper and a pencil.
So, grab your materials and stay tuned because during the next lesson we'll be finally
drawing :D
Great!
That's it for today!

BBC 6 Minute English - Crying men - Duration: 6:06.
Hello and welcome to 6 Minute English with me, Neil, and a very sad looking
Finn.
Hi Neil.
Oh dear, what's wrong Finn?
It's just this beautiful piece of classical music always makes me cry.
Ah…
I see!
Finn is a man who cries.
That is interesting because this programme is all about men who cry.
Well, I don't cry all the time, Neil!
We can talk more about your crying later, but first it's our quiz question.
And, of course, it's about crying.
Finn, take this tissue and dry your eyes and answer
this…
Thank you.
I'll try my best.
An organisation of eye scientists, called the German Society of Ophthalmology,
did some research about male crying habits.
I want to know how often men cry every year.
Is it: a) Between one and five times.
b) Between six and 17 times.
c) Between 18 and 25 times.
I think it's b): six and 17 times.
OK, we will find out at the end of the programme.
But back to your classical music now Finn.
Do you often cry when you hear a piece of music you love?
Well, not always.
It depends on a few different things.
And if the music reminds me of something, I can become emotional.
You can say someone is 'emotional' if they are showing strong feelings.
Well, Finn, you are not the only man who has cried
in public recently.
David Beckham cried at the end of the final football match
of his career.
And George Osborne, who is the British finance minister, was recently
seen on TV crying.
He was at the funeral of the former British prime minister,
Margaret Thatcher.
A funeral is the ceremony people go to when someone has died.
But why do you sound surprised?
It's normal to cry – especially at a funeral.
But, is it normal for men to cry?
People thought it was so strange for the finance minister George Osborne to cry in public that
they asked him why he did it.
Listen to his answer.
He uses that word we talked about - 'emotional'.
Listen for it.
I guess I welled up a bit because I thought it was a very emotional and moving occasion
and at times overwhelming.
So, he cried because it was an emotional occasion.
He used another two words to describe the funeral.
Now let's listen again.
Can you hear what they are?
I guess I welled up a bit because I thought it was a very emotional and moving occasion
and at times overwhelming.
What did he say, Finn?
He said it was moving.
If something is moving, it means that it makes you feel
sad.
Just like that piece of music that makes you cry, Finn.
OK, Neil.
That piece of music is very moving for me.
He also said that the ceremony was overwhelming.
When something is overwhelming it makes you feel so emotional,
you can't cope!
You have to cry.
Come on, Neil.
It's time for me to ask you some questions.
Don't you ever well up – meaning your eyes fill with tears?
You must have had a moving or overwhelming experience.
Of course I have.
I welled up when I got married and I cried like a baby when
my children were born – but that was because I was so happy.
Ah, so are you saying that it's OK to cry from happiness?
Maybe that's true.
Lots of men cried during the London Olympics in 2012.
Perhaps it's becoming more normal, but it still seems that if you are a man and
you cry in public, it will be talked about in the media as if it is strange or wrong.
But, enough about me…
I can see you are trying to avoid talking about this subject, Neil.
Does it make you feel uncomfortable or embarrassed?
Not at all.
I am a modern man.
But just let me turn this on again and see what
happens.
Ah, that's not fair, Neil.
He's going to start again.
Yes, I can see tears – he's welling up.
Here's the answer to our quiz question.
How often do men cry every year?
I said between b) six and 17 times.
And you are right.
Join us again for 6 Minute English.

Fractional Decimal Numerals to Binary - Example 2 (bad) - Duration: 4:48.
Okay, I want to change another fractional decimal numeral into a binary numeral.
So, this time, let's look at the numeral point zero, or, zero point six one three two eight
one two five.
So, notice, I don't have any whole number part here, so that's just going to be a zero
starting out.
I'll put my radix point.
Now, I want to take this thing times two.
It's a little unwieldy, so maybe I'll do the multiplication vertically.
So point six one three two eight one two five times two.
Okay, so that'll give me a zero carry a one.
So five, two, six carry a one, five, six, one, two carry a one, I don't care about that
zero at the end, so point one two...I took two times one and got one, okay, point...one
point two two six five six two five.
Great.
That thing's a one so I'm at zero point one.
Now, I don't want to worry about that one, I want to take zero point two two six five
six two five times two.
I've recorded this video three times.
Going vertical is not helping me.
Five...two carry a one, one carry one, three carry one, five, four.
Okay, I got zero point four five three one two five.
I don't care about this end zero.
I care about the zero in the front, though, so now I'm at point one zero.
Okay, I don't need to subtract one to keep going because it was less than one.
So I'm going to multiply this by two.
That gives me zero, four...five, two, six, zero, nine, zero.
So, point nine zero six two five.
I don't care about this zero, but I do care about this zero at the end again.
Zero point one zero zero.
Okay, now let's double this.
Zero point nine zero six two five, times two.
Zero at the end, carry one, five, twelve, eighteen.
Gives me a one at the front, I don't care about that zero at the end, so now I'm at...better
not lose my number, zero point one zero zero one.
Okay, subtract that one, so point eight one two five, times two.
Zero carry one, five, two, six...teen.
Gives me a one.
So now I'm at zero point one zero zero one one, except, you know, in red.
Great!
Get rid of the one.
Zero point six two five.
Times two is one point two five.
So I'm at zero point one zero zero one one one.
Take off the one, point two five times two is point five.
So zero point five.
Zero one zero zero one one one zero.
Finally, a half times two is one.
Gives me zero point one zero zero one one one zero one base two.
Okay, so just by repeated multiplication by that leftover part, getting rid of one when
necessary, I got point one zero zero one one one zero one, so these two numerals are the
same number, point six one three two eight one two five in our decimal base ten system,
and point zero one...zero zero, sorry.
Those are not the same.
There we go, point one zero zero one one one zero one in binary.
Double check, one zero zero one one one zero one, great!
Thanks.

Justin Bieber Spent the Night at Selena Gomez's House | Daily Celebrity News | Splash TV - Duration: 0:53.
Here are exclusive shots of Justin Bieber's car leaving Selena Gomez's house in the
early morning hours.
…and we have these shots of him arriving the night before.
So if you add two and two together… it's reasonable to conclude that he spent the night,
right?
The story is that the former couple are just friends… and they've been slowly reconnecting
since she underwent kidney transplant surgery.
But rumor has it we shouldn't look into it too much.
Reports are still suggesting that Selena and The Weeknd are still an item, and Justin and
Selena are only friends.
But you know the old saying: where there's smoke there's fire.

Something Extraordinary Is Happening In The World, And Most People Haven't Noticed - Duration: 4:43.
Something Extraordinary Is Happening In The World, And Most People Havent Noticed
by Conscious Reminder
Lets make one thing clear before we start!
The fact that you are reading this, even if you ran into this article by accident
(accidents and coincidences dont exist), confirms that you have already started walking
the path of the awakening.
Maybe you still havent realized this, but something extremely extraordinary is happening
in the world right now.
Yes, the world is changing and I will tell you the ways in which the world is changing:
1.
People cannot understand the concept of employment anymore:
Everyone is becoming more and more aware of the fact that the way employment works is
not good.
This means that most of us realize that we are not happy in the jobs that we have chosen
and thus are actually trying to find the purpose of our lives.
Yes, people really feel that they have to work to achieve the purpose that they have
set for themselves and this is the reason that they dont like their jobs anymore.
2.
Entrepreneurship is changing:
Entrepreneurship is changing in a way in which more and more people are starting their own
start ups.
This means that there is a rise of innovative ideas and everyone wants to do something new
for the world.
Everyone wants to leave a legacy behind and thus startups and new entrepreneurship models
are on the rise.
3.
Collaborations are increasing:
People are realizing that the influence a single person can bring is far less than the
influence a group of people can bring.
Thus, more and more people are coming together to do different things that are useful for
the world.
It is surely an amazing phenomenon.
4.
We are learning the internet:
Initially, we were all overwhelmed by the internet.
We didnt know how to use the internet properly and didnt quite understand the benefits
of the internet.
Now, we do know how to use the internet and we are realizing the importance of the internet
more and more now.
This is surely good for us.
5.
Consumerism is getting limited:
We are realizing the web of consumerism and advertisements that was around us for a very
long time.
Moreover, we are realizing that consumerism was affecting us in a bad way and influencing
as well as manipulating us.
We are finally able to see beyond the limiting contours of consumerism and are thus realizing
that we need to become better people rather than fall into the snares of materialism.
6.
Organic eating and health are talked about:
We are also realizing that the quality of food is not very nice and thus we are moving
towards eating healthy food and making good life choices.
There is an increasing awareness as well as discussion about health and fitness and this
starts off from the idea of organic eating.
More and more products that are being made are organic in nature and thus the way we
think about health is also changing.
7.
Spirituality is increasing:
The more we are going away from materialism, the more we are realizing the importance of
being grounded in spirituality and the relevance of spirituality in our lives.
This realization is also helping us in understanding how spirituality must govern our actions and
our deeds and thus we are becoming better and more aware of our spiritual roots and
needs.
8.
People do not trust the education system:
We are also realizing that the indoctrination that happens in the education system is extremely
harmful for us.
We are realizing that the education system is making us more of a slave to the other
systems of society and thus is harmful for us as a whole.
Therefore, something extraordinary is happening in the world.
May be we arent noticing it but change is bound to happen.
Let us hope for the best for
the world!

Parenting Tips for Starseeds - Duration: 5:00.
Parenting Tips for Starseeds
by Nadine Alexander,
Lets clear the air before I proceed with the topic at hand please.
I struggle with titles like the one for this article.
For starters, I do not have all the answers.
I dont think that I am the epitome of perfect parenting.
My desire is to offer insight into my life and my daughters with the hope that
I may be a mirror for you.
Things are always clearer when we are on the outside looking in.
This is undeniable.
How do I know this?
DISCERNMENT!
What is discernment?
Noun meaning perception in the absence of judgement with a view to obtaining spiritual
direction and understanding
So, second of all, my ultimate wish for you is to put the focus inside you when you are
searching for answers.
Hold up?
Did I already start giving parenting tips?
When spirit works through you, you may not always be aware.
When you learn to be silent, be still, and tune in, moments like the one I am having
with be easier to pinpoint.
It is from this place that choices truest to our soul are made.
It is from this place that we can communicate from the heart and untie it from the mind.
Here is a short list that I have made as I consciously observe my parenting this week.
There are aspects of the relationship between me and my child that my relatives to not see
as proper.
I choose to let my child guide me as to what she needs.
I also listen to what I needed as a child, what I didnt receive but longed for, and
what I need now, as a woman and mother.
Here goes nothing: 1.
Skin on skin
When I was pregnant, I read the baby books.
The only thing I can remember is a section on the importance of skin on skin contact
between the parent and baby.
This was an ah-ha moment for me.
I dont restrict it to babyhood.
We!
Me!
You!
We all have this need.
When I am not in a relationship, I will go for a massage or manicure.
It is healing on so many levels.
So, when cuddle time happens, my child likes to sleep nearly nude, as do I.
When I am fully clothed, she will express that its not so comfy.
I can feel the difference myself.
She also needs my hand to be on her sacral chakra.
2.
Clothes sensitivity
My child will like something one day, and another thing the next.
Today, she hates socks with ruffled tops.
Yesterday, it was ok.
She only has 2 pairs of flat top socks.
They are in the hamper, I tell her to wear the ruffles.
Her emotions start to boil over.
Oops!
I failed to see the gravity of her discomfort.
Sandals it is!
Why not force her to wear the ruffles you ask?
I too, used to experience this as a child.
I was never heard.
My feelings were never acknowledged.
The markers this left on my psyche were I am nuisance. I am a bother to my loved
ones. My feelings dont matter. I am not normal because I have feelings.
May sound over the top, but this is my truth.
I do use DISCERNMENT to tell the difference when there is a chance she is trying to push
my buttons.
3.
Answering the big questions honestly
When my child was 3, she started asking me question about where babies come from.
I had fears around this.
Will she tell her preschool classmate?
Will I be hunted by their parents?
I listened to my heart, and dove in with the truth.
From then on, I decided to answer all her questions and answer them honestly.
What other questions has she asked?
What does it mean to fall in love?
Why do boys have penis and girls have vaginas?
Why cant boys have babies?
Why do mommies have breasts?
What are tampons?
As she asks more grownup questions, and as she grows to be more aware of the boy and
girl relationships around her, when I give her information, I request that she not share
it with her classmates as this information needs to come from their parents.

ULTIMATE KING 12-EGG OMELET CHALLENGE!! - Duration: 6:25.
Hey everybody this is Randy Santel "Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and
proud owner of foodchallenges.com! This morning I'm going to be going for
overall win number 466 and my second win in the state of Utah I am again in Ogden,
Utah on that No-Frills Diner I'm taking on their Ultimate King Omelet Challenge!
Now I love omelets and this looks freaking
delicious! It's a 12-egg omelet filled with they've
got onions, jalapenos bacon, peppers, cheddar cheese, ham, tomatoes sausage, and
mushrooms along with a whole bunch of hashbrowns there's basically four
servings of omelet, four servings of hashbrowns, along with this one pancake
topped with some butter, but I've got only 20 minutes to finish this thing so
I'm gonna have to shut up and eat and if I win I'm gonna get the $20 meal for
free I'll get a Sweet No-Frills Diner t-shirt and I'll be added up on their
Wall of Fame let's get this challenge started!
All right now I forgot one thing you also have to finish a large beverage and
because eating all these calories I got a Diet Coke but let's get another
win in Utah then we move on to Wyoming 1, 2, 3. . . Boom! Alright the record
for this challenge is like three minutes so we'll just make sure we beat it in
under 20 plus I ate that big burger last night but we'll get it today
Combining the hash browns with the omelette very good idea!
a lot of jalapenos in here it's spicy!
seven and a half minutes in two-thirds through the omelet and the hashbrowns know
idea how somebody did this in under three minutes
it wasn't even Molly I know she's done this challenge but it wasn't that fast
but let's get all this down and then we'll move on to the pancake, awesome
challenge so far very very flavorful!
13 minutes 45 seconds in I've got all of the omelette and the hashbrowns gone
awesome awesome delicious very very good but I just had a little bit of Diet Coke
left before they refilled it so I'll just have to finish a little bit more
that'll count as finishing that but now I just got to get this pancake and then we
will get the win!
Sixteen minutes in two seconds not the official record but a delicious
challenge definitely my favorite omelet that I've had in a long time!
Everything in there the cheese's the meats the veggies everything was
fresh and just delicious even the hash browns were great too but yeah 16
minutes and 2 seconds I got the delicious Ultimate King Omelet Challenge
for free which would have been 20 bucks I'm gonna get a sweet t-shirt to add to
my collection and I'll be one of the few people up on the wall of fame if you're

CAMILLE GRAMMER BECAME ENGAGED DURING 'RHOBH' SEASON 8, SEE HER RING
Camille Grammer is engaged to lawyer David C. Meyer.
In the midst of production on the eighth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which
Camille Grammer appears to be a major part of, the reality star and mother of two's
rep has confirmed the exciting news to Page Six.
On Monday, October 30, Camille Grammer's rep confirmed that she and David C. Meyer
had become engaged after just over a year of dating.
The outlet also noted that Grammer and Meyer initially met one another in Malibu, California,
where the attorney resides.
As Page Six revealed, 48-year-old Camille Grammer, who appeared on The Real Housewives
of Beverly Hills' first two seasons in a full-time role, teased the news of her engagement
to David C. Meyer on her Instagram page over the weekend, where she shared an image of
herself and her new fiancé attending a 70s-themed party.
In the photo, Grammer was sporting a stunning diamond ring on her engagement finger.
Meanwhile, on Twitter, Camille Grammer further teased the news, tweeting, "Party night
with my love.
We have a secret.. guess."
A short time later, Camille Grammer confirmed the news of her engagement to a fan who correctly
guessed what her secret was and said "thank you" when congratulated about the news.
As fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills well know, Camille Grammer was previously
married to actor Kelsey Grammer and the former couple shares two children.
Camille Grammer has been sharing tons of photos from production on the upcoming eighth season
of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which seems to suggest that she may be returning
to the Bravo reality series in a full-time role.
However, until the network confirms the news with an official cast announcement, it is
hard to say just how much fans will be seeing her when the show returns.
To see more of Camille Grammer and her co-stars, including Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards,
Erika Girardi, Lisa Rinna, Teddi Jo Mellencamp, Adrienne Maloof, and Dorit Kemsley, don't
miss the Season 8 premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills later this year on Bravo
TV.
