- because this Northern Lights is really compact by definition. Pot must be as big as possible. I recommended
- this gardener to get bigger Pro Pots by Garden High Pro... It permits transpiration, really useful for automatics.
- We've already shown it to you a few times in our channel... I arrived late because he asked me about

He met with red and whites while he was still at young age.
What brought him to Belgrade and what are the ambitions
of the team he runs together with Željko Delić

Where does the idea to come from Australia and get involved in Serbian sport come from?
My first time in Belgrade was eight years ago
We started to work with Serbian rugby league in 2015
by becoming the sponsors of Serbian rugby league federation.
That was really good,
, we helped the national tim and the federation a bit,
so last year we started thinking how can we help even more.
We already knew Željko,
so Red Star was definitely a good idea for us.
Have you heard of Red Star as a brand even before coming to Serbia?
Definitely, we had a lot of friends from former Yugoslavia and Serbia back home.
My best friend from high school was Serbian,
and he used to wear Red Star jerseys back from 1980's
so i learned what Red Star means for the people in Serbia.
What are your goals in Serbia?
We have to be a proper amateur club,
we have plans for the next year and for the next ten years.
Next year we want to build on our infrastructure,
work on our players, juniors, cadets
and also we want to get girls, women to play the sport.
In 3 or 5 years, we think probably in 5 years,
it will be good for us to play League 1 in England,
and hopefully in 10 years we'll be on top.
How much does Colin's support mean to you?
Colin's support is really priceless, and we are very happy to have him in our organization since last year.
You could see the effects of his work, and it all clicked between us almost right away.
. Our social media presence is big,
we also highly raised the profile of the club,
and the biggest help is when it comes to our international plans.
We have big plans for our players to play both in England and Australia.
At the moment we are running the project of getting Miloš Ćalić to play in Australia,
which we expect will increase the level of our game and everything else.
At the moment we have some of the superstars of our game,
which not many people here know about.
Trbojević brothers, Jake and Tom Trbojević are of Serbian origin, their parrents are Serbian.
They both play for Australia, and not only that, they are one of the leading players.

WWE Release Emma, Darren Young & Summer Rae WWE usually save their Future Endeavours announcements
for Fridays.
It's an old PR trick - release bad news just before the weekend so people have two
days to quell their initial anger.
But on Sunday, more out of nowhere than a Randy Orton social media post - WWE announced
they had released Raw wrestlers Emma, Darren Young and Summer Rae.
Emma was first to be let go, with WWE announcing on Twitter:
BREAKING NEWS: WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Emma.
Which was updated just over half an hour later to include both Darren and Summer.
This was followed up by a statement on WWE.com, wishing all three the best in their future
endeavours.
Summer might have been aware of her release several days before, posting on the eve of
WWE's announcement: "Never trippin' off the past, I would rather
never mind 'em.
Cuz only fools trip over somethin' that be behind them."
Summer has been out with injury since last August, her last TV match being a victory
over Alicia Fox on the 18th July episode of Superstars.
She was reportedly medically cleared for an in-ring return back in May, though.
Young's release is more surprising, with him appearing for WWE at a LA Clippers NBA
game with Becky Lynch, The Miz and Enzo Amore just the previous night:
"Awesome time @LAClippers game helping promote Dec4th @wwe #raw #ClipperMania was lit and
what an honor meeting @DocRivers 🙏🏽 #BLOCKTHEHATE" Young's departure means Heath Slater is
the only member of the original Nexus line-up still actively wrestling for WWE.
That faction was meant to create the next class of WWE main eventers, but Wade Barrett,
Young, Ryback, Michael Tarver and Justin Gabriel were released, Daniel Bryan had to retire
and David Otunga has transitioned to a commentary role.
Emma is the only one of the three so far to have issued a statement about their release.
And because it's 2017, that statement came in the form of an emoji, and on Twitter, simply
posting a broken heart.
Despite being one of the originators of WWE's Women's Revolution/Evolution/Whatever they're
branding it today, Emma's main roster run was plagued with bad booking and injury - the
most infamous being a 17 week tease for her new character Emmalina, for that to be ditched
on its debut.
Pro Wrestling Sheet reported this was because WWE officials thought Emma couldn't pull
off the overly sexualised character.
Her last WWE program before her release was as Asuka's debut opponent - which recent
NXT signee Lio Rush decided to joke about in a since deleted tweet:
I guess these are the things that happen when you're not TRULY ready for @WWEAsuka"
A gag that didn't go down too well with the WWE roster:
With Peyton Royce tweeting: "Wow, kid.
Didn't you just get here?
Professionalism goes a long way."
Dash Wilder commenting: "So busy trying to be a comedian, you forget you're a dumbass"
And Bray Wyatt's rather threatening: "You aint gonna make it here with the wolves, kid."
Somehow, the WWE releases didn't include Neville, who reportedly requested to leave
the company several weeks ago - meaning Emma, Young and Rae might not be WWE's only Future
Endeavoured names.

Today I am going to discuss the changing scope of who or what a publisher is.
I have previously spoken about what is academic publishing, in particular the traditional
roles of acquisition and business development, production and editorial services, and marketing
and sales.

But today I am going to talk about the expanding definition or scope of who a publisher is.
Typically, in scholarly publishing, companies like Elsevier or Wiley or Lippincott Williams
and Wilkins would come to mind if someone mentioned for-profit publishing.
Or, one might think about large professional societies or associations and their flagship
journals like IEEE, the American Chemical Society, or the American College of Physicians.
Others would rightly include database companies or continuing education organizations as publishers.
But increasingly, a wider net is now being cast.
Online only publishing companies of course are on the list.
But how about video sites like YouTube or Vimeo.
Or podcasting networks like Panoply or Earwolf.
Facebook and other social media sites are creating an enormous amount of content each
day, albeit user-generated.
Active bloggers are creating original content that sometimes can exceed what a journal or
magazine might publish in a month, especially if you take into account the comment section
to the blog.
All of these groups can lay claim to the term publisher.
Additionally, aggregators, whether in news or scholarly content are an interesting case.
In the purest form, they are creating little to no new content but I would imagine many
might view sites like Flipboard, Inoreader, or Feedly as publishers.
And then considering sites like Reddit or Quora that generate an enormous amount of
content, the line becomes even grayer.
And finally, is the individual.
Many people through the avenues mentioned above or at their own sites are creating a
lot of their own content.
Individuals are assuredly becoming publishers themselves.
When the word publisher is used today, in scholarly publishing or more broadly, we will
have to continue to expand our thinking quite a bit beyond the traditional organizations.

The Australian leads Red Star in the English League and the world elite - Duration: 4:14.
Host: " Rugby (league) is a developing sport in Serbia,
so it's a big surprise when a foreigner that comes from a country
where rugby is well developed decides to come to Serbia and invest in a club.

"Red Star rugby league club" is a full name of the club
that competes in Serbian rugby league national competition,
and the man that stands in helm of the club, Colin Kleyweg, is a born Australian.
He met with red and whites while he was still at young age.
What brought him to Belgrade and what are the ambitions
of the team he runs together with Željko Delić
they both told to my colleague Dušan Ivković.
Where does the idea to come from Australia and get involved in Serbian sport come from?
My first time in Belgrade was eight years ago
We started to work with Serbian rugby league in 2015
by becoming the sponsors of Serbian rugby league federation.
That was really good,
, we helped the national tim and the federation a bit,
so last year we started thinking how can we help even more.
We already knew Željko,
so Red Star was definitely a good idea for us.
Have you heard of Red Star as a brand even before coming to Serbia?
Definitely, we had a lot of friends from former Yugoslavia and Serbia back home.
My best friend from high school was Serbian,
and he used to wear Red Star jerseys back from 1980's
so i learned what Red Star means for the people in Serbia.
What are your goals in Serbia?
We have to be a proper amateur club,
we have plans for the next year and for the next ten years.
Next year we want to build on our infrastructure,
work on our players, juniors, cadets
and also we want to get girls, women to play the sport.
In 3 or 5 years, we think probably in 5 years,
it will be good for us to play League 1 in England,
and hopefully in 10 years we'll be on top.
How much does Colin's support mean to you?
Colin's support is really priceless, and we are very happy to have him in our organization since last year.
You could see the effects of his work, and it all clicked between us almost right away.
. Our social media presence is big,
we also highly raised the profile of the club,
and the biggest help is when it comes to our international plans.
We have big plans for our players to play both in England and Australia.
At the moment we are running the project of getting Miloš Ćalić to play in Australia,
which we expect will increase the level of our game and everything else.
At the moment we have some of the superstars of our game,
which not many people here know about.
Trbojević brothers, Jake and Tom Trbojević are of Serbian origin, their parrents are Serbian.
They both play for Australia, and not only that, they are one of the leading players.
Also Nikola Čotrić who was the NRL rookie of the year is of our origin,
and it speaks for itself about the perspective of this sport...

We all had this big ambition to have a festival here in Lamego.
Mostly, the shows here were…
more around folk music or popular music…
I'm obviously not going to ask you to clap your hands,
because that would make me feel a bit David Carreira, Michael Carreira, or Marante,
but I will ask you to keep up with the beat with me!
The invitation from the Ribeiro Conceição Theatre came in 2011

something that might appeal to a young crowd…
at the time we used the theatre's main hall and it's rehearsal room as well
which we used again this year.
If you compare this to our editions two or three years ago,
this is our most ambitious one.
Each year we try to do something different,
to get a little bigger,
to do something we hadn't done before,
and this year we added two extra days,
so in a way we had a four day festival.
We explored other parts of town,
we were interested in that, in exploring the monuments,
in going into the places that aren't part of the city's everyday life
like Alameda or like our stage up at the castle…
Then, of course, we also added the Zona spaces,
with installations all over town,
as well as artistic residences.
It's been interesting as well to see how the audience respond,
how the Lamecenses respond to our proposals.

Look, I came here for the first time as a musician,
and at the time I already thought this was sort of
the best festival of its kind.
The last time I came, that was with Manipulador,
my solo project,
and they asked me onto their music label,
and then they asked me to work with them as well.
And I worked more and more, and now I find myself…
part of building this festival,
that because of its unique setting is one of my favorites.

I think it's interesting how we've expanded across the town of Lamego,
we're reaching out to people so much more,
we get them to move around in the town,
we get them to move around in the town, rather than standing around in the same place

waiting for a concert.
It's so cool for us to get here,
especially knowing the story of a bunch of friends
who had an idea seven years ago
and they have the nerve to make this thing that has all of the good stuff,
different types of music, bands that are starting out, bands from Portugal,
a spectacular place, making use of the places in the city…
truly… it is amazing… and we're touched…
All the little "problems" we run into throughout the festival,
they're actually great fun,
because then you're done and it's always worth it,
and this year, it still is worth it,
because everything's going so well…
the audience is joining us, more and more… each day more…

How Psilocybin Treatment Alters Brain Activity In Depressed Patients - Duration: 8:30.
A paper published in Scientific Reports shows, for the first time, the brain changes potentially
underlying the post-acute phase of a psilocybin experience.
The study examined changes in the brain activity of patients with treatment-resistant depression.
And the overall goal of the research was to bridge the gap between observed psychological
changes and the physical activity of the brain.
Before getting into the study, let's review some background information.
There's a growing interest in using psychedelics, such as psilocybin and LSD, for the treatment
of psychiatric conditions.
Accumulating evidence suggests they could be useful for depression, addiction, anxiety,
and other conditions.
Efficacy may exist with and without cooccurring psychotherapy.
So a psychedelic even on its own, at least in a safe, supportive environment, can produce
beneficial effects for patients and perhaps for healthy people.
Findings in healthy volunteers and in patients have shown these drugs elicit powerful experiences
AND lasting psychological changes, such as an increase in openness and a general improvement
in one's quality of life.
There aren't many drug experiences known to facilitate lasting changes of this sort and
it's a pretty unique way of treating psychiatric conditions.
If you have a treatment that yields a lasting benefit, the need for ongoing medication or
psychotherapy is reduced.
This saves people time, money, and side effects.
The evidence doesn't indicate this will work for everyone, but there's been a fairly high
rate of response in the studies so far.
We already have some understanding of how brain activity changes under the influence
of psychedelics.
Research indicates they cause an increase in global connectivity around the brain.
While the integrity of core resting state networks, like the default mode network, declines.
This is a significant shift in how the brain functions.
It may be what allows introspective and sensory experiences to affect people in substantially
different ways when they're on psychedelics.
There's still a lot we need to learn and we know even less about how the brain changes
when a psychedelic wears off.
The goal of this study was to see how psilocybin, a prodrug for the 5-HT2A agonist psilocin,
could affect the brain after a treatment session.
fMRI was used to examine markers of activity prior to treatment and one day after treatment.
So although this doesn't tell use what's happening when someone experiences less depression 6
months later, it can give us insight into the immediate after effects.
A lot of people refer to the day-after effects as an "afterglow," and it's common for people
to feel different in this post-acute period before they return to "normal."
19 patients with treatment-resistant depression received 10 mg of psilocybin and then 25 mg
a week later.
Blood flow was measured using arterial spin labeling and the BOLD signal was used as a
proxy of brain activity.
BOLD allowed the researchers to examine resting state functional connectivity.
Meaning which localized brain regions are functioning together in a time-dependent manner
for a common purpose.
Only 16 ASL results and 15 BOLD results were ultimately available for analysis.
There was a significant decline in depression in connection with psilocybin treatment.
And those benefits were seen the day after treatment and 5 weeks later.
All 19 had at least some decline in symptoms after 1 week.
12 were considered "responders" at this point, meaning they had at least a 50% reduction
in depression.
By 5 weeks, 18 patients had some decrease and 47% were responders.
When looking at whole brain cerebral blood flow, only decreases were seen.
Those declines were significant in a number of areas, which you can see on the screen.
Reduced CBF could be indicative of reduced activity.
Because the amygdala was affected and increased activity in that region has been associated
with depressive symptoms, that data was analyzed further.
The initial post-acute depression reduction significantly correlated with reduced amygdala
CBF.
Though this day-after effect was not predictive of treatment response at 5 weeks.
Moving to the BOLD data, the researchers looked at four regions relevant to depression: the
subgenual anterior cingulate cortex, the ventromedial prefrontal cortex, the amygdala, and the parahippocampus.
RSFC with the amygdala wasn't altered, but there were changes with other regions.
An increase in connectivity between the sgACC and posterior cingulate cortex was observed,
but it didn't correlate with initial depression reduction or reduction at 5 weeks.
Another increase was seen between the vmPFC and inferior-lateral parietal cortex.
While this didn't correlate with reductions the day after, it did predict patient response
at 5 weeks, with responders showing significantly greater increases.
Lastly, there was a decline in connectivity between the PH and PFC.
This also didn't correlate with reductions the day after, yet it did predict response
at 5 weeks, with responders showing greater decreases.
One of the findings that's come up in psychedelic research is that the benefit could be tied
to mystical or peak experiences.
If you have those experiences, you might get more from the drug.
For this reason, the researchers looked to see if these experiences mediate differences
in parahippocampal RSFC.
Indeed, patients with the greatest peak scores had the greatest declines in PH RSFC with
limbic areas, like the amygdala, and with default mode network regions, like the posterior
cingulate cortex.
Based on these results, once you enter the post-acute period, there are changes in brain
activity, but they're substantially different from the acute period.
Acutely the changes are characterized by disintegration of resting state networks and global integration.
Yet post-acutely there seems to be a reintegration in those networks and relatively minimal effects
on global integration.
An example of this is the default mode network, which is best known for underlying the sense
of Self.
Psychedelics initially decrease DMN functional integrity, yet post-acutely, psilocybin seemed
to cause an increase in connectivity.
Post-treatment increases between certain DMN nodes even predicted response at 5 weeks.
Other studies have shown both increased and decreased DMN connectivity in depression,
so it's not clear how surprising this result is.
Regardless, the acute decline in RSFC followed by a seemingly beneficial increase, led the
researchers to suggest this could be considered a "reset" in the brain.
The DMN goes through a period of disintegration and then reintegrates to restore normal, non-problematic
functioning.
How a psychedelic like psilocybin causes this isn't known.
The researchers also focused on connectivity changes between the parahippocampus and prefrontal
cortex.
RSFC between these regions is typically elevated in depression, while psilocybin, at least
in the post-acute period, decreased connectivity.
And that decrease may be mediated by peak or mystical experiences.
In summary, this paper explored psilocybin's post-acute impact on blood flow and connectivity
for the first time.
Some functional connectivity within the default mode network seems to increase after treatment.
And specific increases between the vmPFC and iLPC nodes of the DMN were greatest in patients
with a response at 5 weeks.
It's important to remember that statistically significant correlations between brain activity
and psychological responses could be false positives.
Far more work is required before we'll know if these changes explain the post-acute effects,
not to mention treatment response weeks and months later.
The study was also limited by a small sample size and it didn't have a control condition.
So all of these things should be kept in mind when interpreting the results.

- in this case we'll try to keep as much hours as we can... Between 18 and 20 hours. Several growers don't even
- let them rest but i think it's recommendable. Between 18 and 20 hours is optimus. If you can grow them indoor,

- There are a few really useful tricks to get closer interknots like using Bud Ignitor to accelerate bloom,
- really useful in feminized conventional plants but in automatics too. It makes it produce more compact flowers
- because this Northern Lights is really compact by definition. Pot must be as big as possible. I recommended
- this gardener to get bigger Pro Pots by Garden High Pro... It permits transpiration, really useful for automatics.
- We've already shown it to you a few times in our channel... I arrived late because he asked me about
- transfering it or not... Another theme to debate... When i arrived it was the pot so nothing to do because it's in
- bloom so... Automatics must not be tranfered during all process because it measures it pot at the beginning
- of the process knowing its final size. Really important to use definitive pot from the beginning because
- if not you'll get a medium pot because you can't transfer it. This plant development is not bad
- as we can see... Compact fruits with hard buds but it could be closer. Growth was slowed down
- by little plagues like white fly special at the bottom... Not a mega destroyer parasite
- but it rests strenght and vitality and it reflects on results. Avoiding plagues and with a bigger pot, its development
- could have been better. I've brought the smallest exemplar of the garden. Nice formation because this
- didn't get all necessary light hours...
- Receiving like 8 or 10 hours of light all days... Even more hours depending of the clouds...
- The final result is really nice fruits... It's in the middle of bloom... It will be nice buds at the end as we like
- so you should only follow with this feeding line... I recommend to use Bud Ignitor to get closer interknots...
- All of it is production and it's interesting. This plant could be ready in only 45-50 days in bloom
- with only 2 weeks of growth, depending on the strain.
- The early hairs mark the beginning of bloom... It will follow growing and it

WWE Release Emma, Darren Young & Summer Rae WWE usually save their Future Endeavours announcements
for Fridays.
It's an old PR trick - release bad news just before the weekend so people have two
days to quell their initial anger.
But on Sunday, more out of nowhere than a Randy Orton social media post - WWE announced
they had released Raw wrestlers Emma, Darren Young and Summer Rae.
Emma was first to be let go, with WWE announcing on Twitter:
BREAKING NEWS: WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Emma.
Which was updated just over half an hour later to include both Darren and Summer.
This was followed up by a statement on WWE.com, wishing all three the best in their future
endeavours.
Summer might have been aware of her release several days before, posting on the eve of
WWE's announcement: "Never trippin' off the past, I would rather
never mind 'em.
Cuz only fools trip over somethin' that be behind them."
Summer has been out with injury since last August, her last TV match being a victory
over Alicia Fox on the 18th July episode of Superstars.
She was reportedly medically cleared for an in-ring return back in May, though.
Young's release is more surprising, with him appearing for WWE at a LA Clippers NBA
game with Becky Lynch, The Miz and Enzo Amore just the previous night:
"Awesome time @LAClippers game helping promote Dec4th @wwe #raw #ClipperMania was lit and
what an honor meeting @DocRivers 🙏🏽 #BLOCKTHEHATE" Young's departure means Heath Slater is
the only member of the original Nexus line-up still actively wrestling for WWE.
That faction was meant to create the next class of WWE main eventers, but Wade Barrett,
Young, Ryback, Michael Tarver and Justin Gabriel were released, Daniel Bryan had to retire
and David Otunga has transitioned to a commentary role.
Emma is the only one of the three so far to have issued a statement about their release.
And because it's 2017, that statement came in the form of an emoji, and on Twitter, simply
posting a broken heart.
Despite being one of the originators of WWE's Women's Revolution/Evolution/Whatever they're
branding it today, Emma's main roster run was plagued with bad booking and injury - the
most infamous being a 17 week tease for her new character Emmalina, for that to be ditched
on its debut.
Pro Wrestling Sheet reported this was because WWE officials thought Emma couldn't pull
off the overly sexualised character.
Her last WWE program before her release was as Asuka's debut opponent - which recent
NXT signee Lio Rush decided to joke about in a since deleted tweet:
I guess these are the things that happen when you're not TRULY ready for @WWEAsuka"
A gag that didn't go down too well with the WWE roster:
With Peyton Royce tweeting: "Wow, kid.
Didn't you just get here?
Professionalism goes a long way."
Dash Wilder commenting: "So busy trying to be a comedian, you forget you're a dumbass"
And Bray Wyatt's rather threatening: "You aint gonna make it here with the wolves, kid."
Somehow, the WWE releases didn't include Neville, who reportedly requested to leave
the company several weeks ago - meaning Emma, Young and Rae might not be WWE's only Future
Endeavoured names.
