also getting you know the GQ subscription which comes in handy you
know trying to you know figure your fashion style out or get some ideas this
is the way to go so for the month of October makes a lot of sense we have the
king of heart this magazine the the how-to guide the the style you know
instruction guide to this package so it has everything in this thing - the
prices how to wear the items which is really great because sometimes you know
you find these bucks because you're you know you want some accessories you might
not know how to wear them all the time this box shows you how to do it so
that's one thing that Jon's box does that nobody else does they pretty much
tell you what to do with these items which is you know which can be very
helpful and then like I said you have the pricing guide so this is October and
that is the king of har and then on here we have some nice promotional stuff
right here I'm guessing there may be some of this
skincare and they're really cool fun you know blood you know paper in here really
fun getting the moves so alright this is pretty funny

movie is so this is this is a cool little fun touch to the box let me get
this you get this thing ready because I want us you guys know how much each item
is so these are some DB shoelaces they're black and white something like
this you know I guess you can add to a nice black shoe on here it shows with
some black shoes I just wanted to get the pricing for you so these are right
at $10 DB and it also says complementing colors black white grey obviously if you
see how it looks with the with the black shoes it looks nice I mean it'll
definitely switch it up you know you can switch it up switch the laces up and
then you get a tie and this is from Lord of the ties called may 100% kind is
thick it's kind of like a thick feel to it it's a little heavier $30 tie about
right this is actually it's probably $30 tires kind of a low price when it comes
to ties so that is another item right there that's two items I'm guessing the
red balloon doesn't have a price value to it but I'm gonna scare my kids maybe
and I'm really glad because I don't have suspenders I don't really have a nice
pair of suspenders and these are really nice a good quality they look let's open
this box up these are also from DV and I would assume that this is at least 2530
dollars these are probably that $60 now I told you you know this whole box is
pretty much black grey and whites cuz and then you also have that red pop with
with it balloon but you're not gonna bring that with you but these are some
nice Oh
all right so these are some really nice and they also come with white buttons
I'm not a hundred percent sure why but oh okay I think you might need them but
look at these suspenders these are really nice you got the leather you know
logo right there the straps are good material and then you also have the
leather straps here with the with the clips I mean these are really really
nice this is what they look like right here if I can keep show you guys a
picture of what they would you know what the outfit would look like there you go
that is nice it's a really good quality I've bought in I think I've bought some
awesome plain black suspenders from like a hmm and they're really cheap you can
tell they're cheap I've never even worn them but these right here look really
nice and I'd want to wear these and you know I like that style once in a while I
wouldn't mind wearing some nice some nice suspenders
so gentleman's box I'm really happy you got you put some suspenders in this box
and then keep it simple socks some bowtie has bowtie --gray black and white
different color grades these are 80% cotton and 70 percent
polyester keep it simple socks I've gotten socks for them before comfortable
can't go wrong so you guys already see the the value I've gotten in this box
for October is great because the suspenders are 60 socks are or I don't
even know I didn't tell you guys how much the socks are but we're I'm
guessing around twelve yeah twelve dollars for simple socks I actually did
a review on keep it simple socks just just the branch you can go check that
video out to you know great socks I think they have a subscription model but
$12 $30 for the time $10 for the laces so it also has the suspenders life so
maybe could you read that little article it says know when to use clips versus
button so that's what the buttons are for never wear a belt with suspenders
it's just giving you pretty much how to wear suspenders so you might get his
package and never had or suspenders don't know what to do but

3 Ways To: Be More Productive - Krystal TV - Duration: 5:26.
Hello! Hello! I'm so glad that you're here with me again. Welcome to another episode
of 3 Ways To: Power Up Your Life and Live Those Freaking Dreams!
And in today's episode we are talking about 3 Ways To: Be More Productive
Step one: Pick the ONE most important thing and schedule that baby.
but listen the trick is to choose the right thing because a lot of times ..
We choose what's urgent. And what's urgent is not necessarily what's most important.
It's just that, that's what everyone's f*cking asking us to do, so we think that that's what we got to get done right now.
But what I want you to do is instead, think about "What is your life goal?"
"What's really really important for you to achieve? "And then I want you to
pick the one activity that you're gonna get done this week that's related to
that life goal, that's the most important thing, that you got to do to get that done.
And then I want you to think about, honestly, reasonably, how much time will that take to do
And I want you to schedule that in your calendar and plan around that
And if the world ends, if you have a baby, if the f*cking whatever happens
If there's only one thing you get done this week, I want you to make a commitment for
that to be it.
So there's a big misconception. And that is that you have to just like run yourself dry.
Like we say in Jamaica you just have to 'raggs yourself out' and you
gotta go and go and go and no stopping or else you're a f*cking loser.
That's such f*cking bullsh*t and that's actually even more unproductive.
What you have to do is take time to tune yourself up and even taking that time out
is such an investment because then when you're actually doing your work
you'll be able to do so much more in a shorter period of time.
Which is just so much more productive! And you'll be able to such better quality of work.
So how do you tune yourself up?
You got to do stuff
that makes you feel like energized and
centered and creative and excited about that work that you have to do.
So I've spoken about four things in other episodes which you can go and check out
things that will help you to tune yourself up. Stuff like meditation,
a good night's sleep, a good diet and exercise. But some other things that you
can do is literally during the middle of the day if your feeling just completely
exasperated but you have to get through rest of the day, literally take 15-20
minutes and just go for a walk and be in nature.
Another thing that you can do really quickly at the office is just get some essential oils that you really like
so my personal favorites are geranium and lemongrass because they're calming
and energizing and just give yourself a quick little shoulder massage or massage
your temples and inhale it and enjoy that moment for 10 minutes.
Just commit to pampering yourself with something once a week whether it's a pedicure
or a massage or just something that you really enjoy and then just dig into that and love it!
Number three. Go in to .. airplane mode
So at least for that one important thing that you scheduled I want you to go in
full-out airplane mode. Turn off Instagram, turn off Facebook, put your
phone on airplane mode don't take any calls. Seriously just go
into a zone where there's you and nothing else for that entire period of
time and if at some point you feel like halfway through you're finished you want
to give up you have nothing left to give then just power through for that whole
amount of time and you'll be surprised what you can push out if you don't get
f*cked by all these distractions! Ya ya ya!
and now it's time for you to choose your action step because, "Action is where the magic happens!"
So I want you to choose one of those things that spoke to you the most and I
want you to write here, right now, what it is it you're gonna do and when you're
gonna do it by and then I want you to go and do it so you can be so much more productive!
