Youtube daily report w Oct 27 2017

Hello, I'm Matthew Rodrigues,

and welcome to a very sensual edition of The World of

Zumanity style.

Welcome to The World of.

Last week,

we didn't stop until we got enough of SEP7IMO DIA.

Every week, we are releasing a new episode,

so don't forget to subscribe, so you don't miss it.

Today, though,

we're slipping into something a little bit different

or, should I say, slipping out of something different.

Zumanity is the resident show

at the New York New York hotel.

It's got the spirit and sass of burlesque

and the sensual aerobatics we love from Cirque.

It's sexy, it's classy,

and it's totally rated Cirque.

We've got studs in stilettos,

whips, chains, feather boas

and some very flexible new friends.

Leave your inhibitions at the door

as we explore The World of Zumanity.

Zumanity is a provocative exhibition

of human sensuality,

arousal and eroticism –

an intense visit to a world where human inhibitions

are both unveiled and discarded,

where style and intense sensual passion

share an uncommon stage.

Mom, if you could just look away from the screen right now,

Just turn the screen…

Turn it off. Just shut it off.

Now it's time for fun facts

Zumanity has 99 wigs and hair pieces,

and the performers aren't wearing much more than that.

Male and female artists

both wear high heels in the show.

Sizes range from 4 1/2 to 13.

We're talking about the shoes, not… you know.

The tallest pair of high heels in the show is 7 inches.

The Zumanity theater was built especially for the show.

I also suggest wandering through the lobby

and looking through the peep holes in the wall.

Trust me,

you're gonna like what you see on the other side.

There are a few 90-degree angles in the lobby

to evoke the image

of the human body

or a boudoir.

It took 16 designers

to create the unique Zumanity universe

and, apparently, they all like things a little frisky.

Let's check out one of our favorite acts and,

let's be honest,

they're all our favorite acts,

because people ain't wearing much.

Woo! Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

OK.

Thank you for watching this week's steamy episode

of The World of.

Please tell me in the comments below

if your freaky side is excited to see Zumanity.

Next week,

we'll cool things off a little bit

with a trip to space

and some true, blue buddies

in TORUK – The First Flight.

When the performers come to train at the headquarters,

they actually have apartments that are right across the street,

and if you look closely,

you can see into their showers.

This is where they practice for all of the shows,

and it is massive.

That looks good, guys.

Looks good.

Did a good job. That's nice and even.

Here's another costume piece though,

this is not from the show;

this is from my own personal wardrobe.

My grandmother bought it for me.

Thanks, grandma.

If you need to keep things hot

and watch more videos about Zumanity,

and our playlist for The World of series

is right here.

As always,

we have a ton of fun stuff below in the description.

I'm Matthew Rodrigues.

Get Out -- Movie Review #JPMN - Duration: 2:41.

This fantastically inventive and proactive psychological horror film from first-time

director Jordan Peele was released nationwide on February 24, 2017.

The very modestly budgeted $4.5 million dollar production broke an impressive $250 million

in ticket sales.

When a young African-American man visits his Caucasian girlfriend's mysterious family estate...

not everything is as picture-perfect as it first seems.

Inherently an allegory for today's more suppressed form of racism, "Get Out" delivers this important

social-message through the lens of a purely haunting and downright frightening narrative.

Daniel Kaluuya is outstanding at anchoring the bizarre R-rated story, the gorgeous Alison

Williams pulls off duality within her character with surprising ease, while the always versatile

Bradley Whitford is suspiciously disarming as a wholesome father figure.

There was a very real part of me that wanted this story to conclude without any major twist.

It would have been far funnier (but less scary) if all the terrifying circumstances and perceived

racism really was just in Kaluuya's paranoid head.

Thankfully, the script, also penned by Peele, takes the movie to unimagined depths, that

are best explored unspoiled.

I'll only say that this film's most powerful accomplishment arrives moments before the

credits roll, when it appears everything our hero struggled for was for naught.

Through expert direction, a subtle set-up earlier, and the underlying racism our society

tries to ignore every day... this singular moment lands with pure chills.

For the briefest of moments, all of white America was able to understand (or at least,

relate to) the fear our African American brothers experience every day.

Although it was a little heavy-handed with the Microsoft product placement, this 104-minute

thriller delivered a wholly unique and captivating experience.

Although it was the first major release of the year I saw, it was instantly leaps ahead

of anything I saw in 2016.

Invocative commentary and visceral scares from a visionary talent make "Get Out" a truly

AMAZING film.

That does it for this "Movie Night" excerpt - but if you'd like to watch more reviews

First look at a simple PoC crash - Exploiting FFmpeg ft. Paul Cher - Duration: 12:47.

Paul Cher is a research who together with his colleague Emil found vulnerabilities in

ffmpeg.

He then wrote me an email asking if I would like to make a video with him.

And this lead to the very first LiveOverflow podcast episode which you should listen to,

to get a bit more context for this video.

So Paul will now walk us through some of his exploit process and I will add some comments

here and there to hopefully make it a bit easier to understand.

ok.

Hello everyone.

My name is Paul and today I will be presenting you guys research about FFmpeg security made

by me and my colleague Emil Lerner.

We have already presented it in our talk on PHDays conference which took place in Moscow

earlier this year, and you can watch it in recording, but we did not cover the binary

exploitation part too much, and now we are gonna focus only on binary exploitation and

go as much in-depth as possible.

But first, let's take a quick look what is FFmpeg and how it really works.

FFmpeg is powerful opensource software, to easily record, convert and stream out videos.

Thus, it is used by many platforms and services that provide file storage conversion and editing

functionality.

And this really means that FFmpeg is used almost everywhere starting from your favourite

messenger finishing up with some lovely meme storage.

When you upload a video as a gif or so on some image sharing plattform it's very likely

that the video is handled by ffmpeg.

It's really a very popular and big tool.

Of course such a system would be a good target because it has a very large attack surface.

There are some really cool researches already, for example research presented at blackhat

2016 by Maxim Andreev and Nikolay Ermishkin.

Or research by Gynvael Coldwind and Mateusz Jurczyk from google, who managed to fix thousands

of bugs in ffmpeg and many other researches.

Knowing this, me and my colleague Emil still tried to take this challenge and to find some

new bugs.

First let's take a quick look at the ffmpeg functionality.

Ffmpeg has really cool features and all of them are described in the documentation on

the official website.

Seems like there is a feature that allows you to collect files not only from the local

filesystem but also form the remote systems by using networking protocols.

So as you can see you can provide a link as an option to ffmpeg and it will go for the

remote file, and take it, and process it.

Let's download the sourcecode from the github and see how this process is implemented.

And now I'm going to clone the repo to my ubunut virtual machine.

And this may actually take a while.

So now we have downloaded the ffmpeg sourcecode.

To follow me in my next steps you need to be sure that you have downgraded your FFmpeg

to vulnerable version.

You can do it by resetting FFmpeg to correct version by using exact commit number or by

grepping from the commit log.

As I do right now.

So i'm using git reset hard to pull the head driectly to the exact commit number.

Heh.

Funny little advice.

Look through the git commit log with his name in it to find the latest version before it

was fixed.

Now let's take a quick look at the http protocol implementation.

I'm using vim to do this

So, as you can see, ffmpeg doesn't use libcurl or any other library, and it has a custom

implementation of the HTTP protocol and also many others.

So it is really a good [attack] surface to search for the vulnerabilities.

And this is a very important observation.

Libcurl has been audited and around for a long time.

It's a very very safe library and also used a lot.

But instead of relying on some other library ffmpeg implements it's on HTTP handling.

And sure you will think that HTTP is very simple, but there are weird protocol features

that can break your neck when you actually have to implement it in C.

So, for now I have two versions of ffmpeg compiled, the first one is compiled with addresssanitizer.

We talked about this one in our podcast.

And the second one is the original ffmpeg binary, but it has debug symbols and it is

compiled without code optimization options, so I can easily debug it.

You can do it as well by configuring project with the following options.

I just want to quickly explain the basic idea behind address sanitizer and why it's great

for debugging but also finding heap vulnerabilities.

For example one feature is that asan will automatically fill certain memorz areas with

a recognisable pattern.

And when then some code uses bad memory, for example in a heap overflow case, it will likely

crash because of those values and you can easily recognise that it crashed because it

read data from that memory.

And there are a few more ideas and tricks like that.

So it's very convinient.

So, let's quickly recap on how we actually did the fuzzing.

At some point, we thought that there might be a small chance that nobody has been fuzzing

the network protocols inside FFmpeg before us, and there might be some vulnerabilities.

And yeah, this is exactly the case.

I won't explain too much about the fuzzing process, because we used secret dark magic

related technique called ehm "launching AFL" and the process of fuzzing was already

described in the podcast.

So let's jump directly to the part where we already have a crash.

So, here I got my crashes, I have already simplified them a bit to be more readable

for you.

So Let's take a quick look at them first.

The first one is ascii text basically.

Let's open it with my favorite.

Vim.

Soo… this is HTTP protocol.

it has a lot of really interesting features like "Transfer-Encoding: chunked" for

example which was used here.

Basicly what it does is instead of setting the content-length header and length of data

and then whole bunch of data afterwards, it allows you to send the data to server in little

chunks.

First you send the size of the chunk in hex and the next line is the chunk itself finished

with the CRLF (\r\n).

And there -1 was used as size as you can see, maybe this was causing an issue.

So, let's move on.

So here I wrote a simple echo server.

Basically what it does is, it is binding on the port, listens for everyone.

And it's basically reading the argv filename.

It reads it and basically echoes to the output.

So nothing special.

Let's now launch both binaries with this output and see what happens . Let's launch

the original binary first.

Segmentation fault confirmed.

So he wrote a small server that just responds with this test case that causes a crash and

pointed ffmpeg to load the file from there.

And then it caused a segmentation fault.

But how do you figure out now where and why it happened?

That's why he compiled a second version of ffmpeg with address sanitiser instrumentation

included.

So for a more detailed report we are now launching the address sanitizer binary.

Ho ho.

Let's see.

So the heap buffer overflow in function http_buf_read.

This is nice.

You can see here the output of address sanitizer.

And it recognised a heap buffer overflow.

And it shows you here how the heap looked like and fa means heap redzone.

So that's a bad address.

And because it was also compiled with debug symbols you can easily see the trace of functions.

So let's launch FFmpeg using GDB and take a closer look at what happens and then we

will start auditing the source code.

As you can see the server is already launched.

Let's connect to it using ffmpeg in gdb.

So as you can see the crash is actually caused by memcpy, because it reached the end of the

mapped virtual memory region.

Let's look at the backtrace.

So in this functions it seems that the size equals to -1 integer…

So being able to pass in a negative chunk size is clearly a programming mistake that

apparently leads to an exploitable condition.

These two functions are very interesting, let's look at them.

Once again I will be using vim as my IDE with support of ctags, which will allow me to navigate

through the sourcecode quite quickly.

So keep up.

Just FYI: Ctags is a tool that will sift through your code, indexing methods, classes, variables,

and other identifiers, storing them.

And vim can then use it to quickly jump around the c source code.

So paul now investigates a bit around the line that caused the crash.

So this is the http_buf_read function.

And inside the memcpy the len is actually -1 over here.

So this is actually not exploitable.

But let's look at what caused the corruption of the size parameter.

This was already corrupted in the previous function which called it.

So.

Let's look at it.

This is http_read_stream function.

It's actually in the same file.

Let's scroll up to the top of the function.

Ok.

As you can see here is the piece of code which corresponds for reading the HTTP chunked data.

So there is the line reading.

And there is the strtoll function, which also accepts a negative numbers.

So the chunksize could have been negative.

So str to long long integer is a function that converts a string to an integer.

And integers can be negative and we know that the HTTP chunk size was set to -1.

So this function will return -1.

And a memcpy with -1 is nonsensical.

And later the minimum was taken of these two and of course the negative number was less

than any positive.

So that's probably how our size integer was corrupted, which caused the crash of FFmpeg.

And later there is the http_buf_read function which was called with the negative argument.

So as you can see this is actually not quite exploitable.

Let's jump back to it.

But still if we are able to make this fall through this branch, meaning that buf_end

will be equal to the buf_ptr we will be able to call ffurl_read function, which is different

from the memcpy.

Let's look inside it.

And this is basically calling the retry transfer buffer with the callback url_read.

So. here it is called.

And url_read is basically a function which accepts some parameters and it feeds those

parametrs to the read function and calls it.

And that's it.

Maybe that's it.

Maybe we can translate the -1 to the read function and this issue will be actually exploitable.

If we will be able to make buf_ptr be equal to buf_end we will fall through this check,

into the ffurl_read which will call the ffurl_read, which ... , which will call the transfer_func

callback, which will fill the arguments for the simple read function and call it to receive

the data.

Eh stop.

Oh boy, now I'm completely lost.

I didn't understand that last part.

But that's because we don't know enough yet about the heap and some other structures.

As you know, this video is getting a bit long and it's a lot to process already.

Let's continue this very technical part in the next video and see if we can understand

it then.

Paganini, the Undead Violinist - Duration: 3:37.

Hi.

Welcome to the Listener's Guide.

I'm Steve.

It's pumpkin spice latte season, which of course means it's time to talk about ghosts,

ghouls, and the occult.

One of the most fascinating figures to look at through these lenses is none other than

the famous violinist Niccolo Paganini, who lived in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth

centuries.

Now it's important to remember before we get going that Paganini is only a little bit

responsible for his spooky image.

Western Europe was in the throes of the Romantic Gothic style and was obsessed with anything

occult.

People with illnesses were suddenly awesome, and the grosser-looking, the better.

And Paganini, well, he had syphilis, probably related to an especially bad dalliance with

a woman of ill repute that also landed him in jail.

The treatment for syphilis at the time was mercury, which ended up making him look like

a walking corpse.

As a traveling musician, too, huge swaths of his biography are missing.

Needless to say, audiences' imaginations ran wild and he gave them plenty of material

to work with.

Like I said, though, Paginini is still a little bit responsible for his image.

For one thing, he was quite the showman.

He incorporated a lot of parlor tricks and theater into his performances, imitating the

sounds of animals, thunder and the like to his audience's delight.

According to one story, he was even able to imitate the sound of the spoken word on his

violin, apparently getting it to say "buona sera," prompting his audience to return

the greeting.

He also improvised on folk tunes and dances in the Italian style, very different from

the French style which was popular at the time, which lightened the mood for a lot of

his audiences and made the occasion more interactive and theatrical than the stodgy, dignified

performances they were used to.

Add to that the fact that he was a phenomenal violinist in general.

He had especially flexible fingers that enabled him to play a lot of really complex chords

that most other violinists couldn't reach.

He also used a lot of extended techniques, as well, that confuse the eye if you don't

know what you're looking for.

For instance, in his famous Caprices for Violin, one movement shows off the left-hand pizzicato,

meaning that the player has to pluck the strings with their left hand while bowing with the

right.

If you don't know the piece or the technique, you have no idea where the plucked string

sound is coming from, because you assume that the left hand is only holding the strings

down.

It starts to look like he's playing the violin by magic, which is an easy assumption

to make, given that he looks like a reanimated corpse.

So rumors began to spread that he had sold his soul to the devil in order to play the

violin well.

This was already an overdone trope by the time he came around.

Giuseppe Tartini, for instance, was born about 100 years before Paganini and was best known

for his Devil's Trill Sonata, a song that was apparently dictated to him in a dream

by the Devil himself.

However, with Paganini, the story got a little overdone.

It was not uncommon to see pictures of him with his hair flying out, surrounded by images

of the occult, like pentagrams, black cats, dancing skeletons, and the like.

But audiences loved him.

He developed a bit of a cult following, not unlike Franz Liszt a few decades later.

He was dripping with deviousness, and audiences couldn't get enough.

And that makes him the perfect Halloween musician.

So who are some of your favorite Halloween musicians?

Maybe some favorite Halloween pieces?

Let's go.

I will steal detective's car since he is in inside and he cant see me.

yellow pete's shop is again very far and we will take a ride to the shop.

we have arrived. we will pick up weapons fast and we will continue our way to art gallery.

Open up.

Of course its me.

Move. Let me through.

I'm back.

Stop talking,give me weapons.

I will choose same weapons.

Thats all.

We are at the art gallery.

First guy started to shoot instantly after i entered.

We need to find sam but before we need to kill all this bastards, one by one.

One less to worry about.

This guy surprised me.

Do I hear my footsteps or?

I've heard well. someone was here....i mean this guy.

Yeah right.

You are dead also.

Grenade,grenade!

if I'm right this guy has a Tommy gun?

yes, he does, give me your ammo.

there will be a lot of bastards here.

I have 16 health left.

you are dead.

are there any more bastards?

Guys where are you??

check out this guy.

I have 2 health left.

one more down.

grenade,grenade.

I think I heard someone.

yes, i heard good.

let's continue.

I think there should be doors somewhere around here. or hallway....

but i cant remember right now where are they.

not here. maybe on the other side.

oh, you have a Tommy gun well give me your ammo.

more Tommy gun ammo.

I have grenade also.

Why i cant reload?

Now its fine.

doors are maybe here if I'm not wrong.

Here they are.

You are both dead.

there is a guy over there.

the painting has fallen down.

where did Sam go?

i think he ran away upstairs.

yes, he went this way.

and now its last and the hardest part of this mission.

battle with Sam.

the final battle is underway. he should be somewhere here on the balcony.

there he is.

we need to wait the moment when he reloads and then we can shoot him.

after that, he will start running.

come on just a little bit more.

i shot him a little bit.

come on spend all your ammo.

he escaped.

we just need to finish him off.

there should be...here they are...blood trails.

The only RATED "R" circus you'll need to see! | The World of Zumanity | Cirque du Soleil - Duration: 4:49.

Hello, I'm Matthew Rodrigues,

and welcome to a very sensual edition of The World of

Zumanity style.

Welcome to The World of.

Last week,

we didn't stop until we got enough of SEP7IMO DIA.

Every week, we are releasing a new episode,

so don't forget to subscribe, so you don't miss it.

Today, though,

we're slipping into something a little bit different

or, should I say, slipping out of something different.

Zumanity is the resident show

at the New York New York hotel.

It's got the spirit and sass of burlesque

and the sensual aerobatics we love from Cirque.

It's sexy, it's classy,

and it's totally rated Cirque.

We've got studs in stilettos,

whips, chains, feather boas

and some very flexible new friends.

Leave your inhibitions at the door

as we explore The World of Zumanity.

Zumanity is a provocative exhibition

of human sensuality,

arousal and eroticism –

an intense visit to a world where human inhibitions

are both unveiled and discarded,

where style and intense sensual passion

share an uncommon stage.

Mom, if you could just look away from the screen right now,

Just turn the screen…

Turn it off. Just shut it off.

Now it's time for fun facts

Zumanity has 99 wigs and hair pieces,

and the performers aren't wearing much more than that.

Male and female artists

both wear high heels in the show.

Sizes range from 4 1/2 to 13.

We're talking about the shoes, not… you know.

The tallest pair of high heels in the show is 7 inches.

The Zumanity theater was built especially for the show.

I also suggest wandering through the lobby

and looking through the peep holes in the wall.

Trust me,

you're gonna like what you see on the other side.

There are a few 90-degree angles in the lobby

to evoke the image

of the human body

or a boudoir.

It took 16 designers

to create the unique Zumanity universe

and, apparently, they all like things a little frisky.

Let's check out one of our favorite acts and,

let's be honest,

they're all our favorite acts,

because people ain't wearing much.

Woo! Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

OK.

Thank you for watching this week's steamy episode

of The World of.

Please tell me in the comments below

if your freaky side is excited to see Zumanity.

Next week,

we'll cool things off a little bit

with a trip to space

and some true, blue buddies

in TORUK – The First Flight.

When the performers come to train at the headquarters,

they actually have apartments that are right across the street,

and if you look closely,

you can see into their showers.

This is where they practice for all of the shows,

and it is massive.

That looks good, guys.

Looks good.

Did a good job. That's nice and even.

Here's another costume piece though,

this is not from the show;

this is from my own personal wardrobe.

My grandmother bought it for me.

Thanks, grandma.

If you need to keep things hot

and watch more videos about Zumanity,

and our playlist for The World of series

is right here.

As always,

we have a ton of fun stuff below in the description.

I'm Matthew Rodrigues.

Remember to subscribe to Cirque du Soleil

Let's continue this very technical part in the next video and see if we can understand

it then.

The Problem With Problems! - Duration: 3:38.

So it's very natural in life that we face problems

but some problems are huge and they can consume us

It's the kind of problem like I was facing a couple of weeks ago

which was constantly on my mind

Every time you're kind of thinking and you're thinking about this problem

And it's making you feel bad and it's making you feel uneasy

and you just keep thinking and keep thinking and keep thinking

There's a massive problem with this which I want to tell you about

but before I do that

I want to tell you about a research study that scientists did

They asked people two very simple questions

So the first question they asked was

on a scale of 1 to 10

how happy are you right now?

So the participants said

I'm a 7 for example

Then they said to them on a scale of 1 to 10

how would you rate your finances?

And then they gave a score

So what they found when they asked this question was that

there was no correlation between

happiness and their finances

So that makes sense

They're happy

nothing to do with their finances

Then what they did is they basically switched it

And they said

how happy are you with your finances?

And then someone might say

I don't know 4

And then they said second question how happy are you generally?

And then they said 4

And what they found is because they had switched the question

people actually gave their answers based on their finances

So there became a correlation that was created

just because of the questioning

And the reason why this is linked to problems

is because this is the problem with problems

If you start thinking about your problems deeply

it affects every part of your life

And so it's really, really important that when we are facing something big

when we're facing a problem which is huge

that we zoom out

We need to look around

and we need to understand that even though we have this massive problem

and it's a problem that could affect us deeply

we are still in a life which is full of blessings

You might have this problem which is so huge

and you're thinking about it and you can't get over it

But the truth is

the blessings of your life are still there

So you still have eyes

even though there's probably thousands that have gone blind today

You're still here with parents

whereas someone might have lost a parent today

You're still alive

while 100,000 people passed away yesterday

So these are the blessings that are still there

And I'm saying this problem has to be seen in context

and it needs to be something that we view with the rest of our lives

There's a hadith that I read

Its classification is a little bit weak

but the meaning of it is true

which is the Prophet SallAllahu alayhi wa sallam said

whoever among you wakes up in the morning and is safe in his house

and in good health

and has provisions for the rest of the day

it is as if he has all the good things of this world

Now that's an amazing hadith

but it sums up exactly what I'm trying to say

that no matter what you're going through

no matter what the problems

the truth is that if you're safe,

if you're in good health

and if you have provision like even food to last you for the day

then it's like you have all the good things of this earth

And so we need to make sure

that ultimately our problems which are a test for us

is not one of the things

that takes us away from Allah and makes us ungrateful

and makes us feel terrible

because this is a trick of Shaytan

but rather we need to make it

that our problems are things that make us realize the blessings of Allah

make us of those who are thankful

and ultimately those that are successful inshaAllah

HOW TO Double PULL THROUGH BRAID Tutorial - Duration: 12:47.

What up guys? Ashley Elizabeth here with AEHM artistry

and it is time for a

much much much requested tutorial!

HOLD UP!

What is up with my hair [flying around]?!

If it bugs you like crazy, that it's like

flying away like that,

fast forward like 30 seconds and it'll

be over. I promise!

But I'm editing right now & I'm like

oooo Sorry 'Bout that!!

Nothing I can do now!

Ok, you guys have been asking

for this for a while, and you've clicked on the video so you already know,

but it is how to pull through braid, double pull through, I should say.

How To Double pull-through braid technique.

If you don't know what that is I'll pop the

video up right here, and some pictures, so you can see.

You guys wanted to see how I

did that, I think it was the Tarte Hybrid Foundation video that I did it on.

And I posted some pictures on Instagram, as well.

So make sure you SUBSCRIBE and

follow me if you want to be notified as soon as I post NEW things and also if

you guys comment on my videos and tell me like certain videos you'd like to see

I'll, most likely, I will see that comment and comment back to you and I will try

my best to film it as soon as possible.

So enough jibber-jabber, let's keep rolling!

Alright so, you don't need too too much for this look.

Obviously, start with,

you know, somewhat clean hair.

I actually washed my hair not yesterday but the

night before and I straightened it yesterday.

So, it's kind of second day

hair still, I mean I don't count the night that I wash it.

So you want like maybe next day hair cuz you want a little bit of texture but if you're oily

then it might be the same day for you.

But, you know, you want to cut down as

many steps as you can.

You're going to need a comb with a rat tail on the end.

Just to section off your part.

Obviously a hair brush, to keep you know your hair

nice and detangled.

If you don't have a Wet Brush yet, you need to make sure you

buy it! These things are awesome at detangling and I'll tell you why later if

you want to know, just let me know if you want to know, you know!

So, and then you need these little hair elastics.

So I'm gonna use green today, so you guys can

see where I'm placing.

Normally, you probably, want to do clear or whatever

color your hair is.

They make this one, this brand right here is called Little Box of Pretty.

These little hair elastics.

I'm gonna see if I find them online somewhere.

I picked them up at Planet Beauty, which is local to me

here in California.

Some clips just for sectioning off the hair.

And some hairspray for the end.

I am a loving this brand IGK this is the Intern Flexible Hairspray.

You've probably seen it on my last couple videos, but I just really like it because

it gives a really good hold. It's not too sticky and I can still work with it.

I use it on all my professional sets like for hair and everything like that too.

So, it works really really well!

To start off, you're gonna grab your rat tail comb and

you're going to just separate it down the middle.

And you can use a clip but

I'm actually gonna use an elastic just cuz it gets my hair out of the way even

better, for my own personal use.

I'm gonna just move this hair out of the way.

If your hair kinks easy, definitely use a clip.

So, that's gonna be really cute for a little bit.

And then what you want to do, obviously make sure your hair is a

little brushed out, and comb it backwards or brush it back cuz that's gonna be the

way the pull-through braid lays. Okay?

So, you're going to start with your first

triangle section and this is the same way you start off a regular braid.

So if you're familiar with that.

Alright so, you have that piece and you're going to

secure it with one of your elastics.

If you're wondering if it's going to hurt

to take out the elastics, well just be really careful.

It does a little bit if

you're not careful but you can have somebody cut them out for you if you

trust them with your hair.

So, you just want to make sure it's positioned in the

area that you like and you kind of lift it out a little bit cuz you don't want

it to be too tight.

And like I said if you're doing clear or your natural hair

color you shouldn't really see that one.

You can start it a little bit more back,

you know, whatever you prefer.

And then we're gonna actually move it out of the way.

So once you like where it sits move it forward and clip it out of the way

here and then you can grab your comb again, or you can use your finger if you

like. And you're gonna make your next section.

Comb it back.

After you play around with this for a little while, you can space out as much

as you like.

So it's definitely very custom to what you like to look like.

You're gonna do another elastic

right there.

Spread it out just a

little bit, but you don't have to do too much because we're gonna spread it out

later, okay?

And then you take this first section, you're going to put it into to

put it around that one you just did and bring that one forward so just like that

and then clip that right out of the way and this one's going to go into the next

section so you can grab your next section

you shouldn't splat and then you grab those little pieces bring it down to the

base and your elastic

so you can kind of see what's forming right here you're gonna just repeat that

process all the way down so I'll show you a few more and then I'll speed it up

so you can see what we do on the boat out so again split into two bring this

one that you just made so that new one that you made forward that's the two

that you split those two right there together split again out of the way and

you have this was the section before that all right so I'm going to speed

this up really quick just for this part and then I'll show you what you do is

leave the bottom pieces

you

we've reached the end of where your scalp ends and now it's just the length

of your hair so you're pretty much just doing the same thing you're just not

adding any new hair so we wrap it around and then you just put an elastic just as

you wrap that's it super easy it looks way more complicated than it is which is

cool because once you get it down you can look like you spend an hour on your

hair but hopefully it was only 10 minutes baby split you can clip this out

of the way if it bugs you I'm just used to just dealing with it

just make sure you're spacing as you're going because you want to make sure it

shows up you know you don't want to put them back to back to back you want about

in say inch what is this inch inch and a half in between each one okay so now I'm

on my last one so I'm just gonna wrap it around still

but then tie it off so keep try to keep that front one in you can't leave it

like this and it looks super cool and it's cute but we're gonna spread it out

and make a nice and poufy and give some definition in there but what I like to

do maybe you want to spread it out right right away to kind of see how it looks

but I actually like to try on the other side to get it about the same amount

because I like it to look really even if you don't care then like just do

whatever you want to do but I like to try to make as similar as possible so

what I mean is each section I'll try to section off the same amount of hair and

the same placement of the elastic and then so I'll fast-forward through that

because you guys kinda already saw the jist and then we will spread it out and

show you what the final look will be okie dokie but first-come Mucha rigged

you

and broke

okay we are not done yet though we got to spread out that braid so I start with

the bottom that's why you want to leave a little length out because you're gonna

take some of that away and just take those sections that were split into two

and just start separating it don't do too much because you can't put it back

in so do a little bit at a time you might go up and down the braid a couple

times to make sure you got as much as you want out you can pull this bottom

section but just very gently and spread it out like that cool and you're kind of

covering the elastics as you go so you can see them peeking in there but you're

kind of spreading it out to kind of cover it that's why you just take the

edges here

you

can see this hard so you have that big old chunky elastic right there you kind

of spread this out a little bit we're gonna hairspray and kind of tuck it and

if you can see an elastic too much just kind of push it down on that base and

then spread it out there see if there's anywhere else that you want it to be

right up and chunky and you guys saw my hair isn't super thick so even if you

have a thin hair medium to thin like me it won't still look chunky and make your

hair look so much thicker if you have really thick hair than oh my gosh it's

gonna be out of this world and it's super amazing

okay and before you start hair spring just kind of go through and check your

work and make sure you're happy with it

it's I'm gonna take that igk in turn a flexible hold hairspray and just so I

want to kind of cover the elastic a little bit like from head on you're

gonna see it cuz it's lime-green but just kind of spray and you don't have to

do too aggressive you just want to keep a little bit in place and then you can

use this spray to your advantage to kind of hide any elastics that you might see

if you want them to like really jet out just kind of push them forward alright

there you go that is the double pull-through braid for you guys I hope

that those of you who requested are watching and if you have any questions

about it if I miss anything go ahead and leave it in the comments below I'm

thinking I'm gonna do in the next month or two how to do this on somebody else

because sometimes we like to do each other's hair when we're going out and

everything right and what you how you use your hands on yourself obviously is

gonna be different how you place your hands when you clean somebody else's

hair so if you're interested in seeing that make sure to comment so I know that

that's something that you guys want to see and if there's anything else like I

said at the beginning of the video that you guys are interested in seeing make

sure to let me know or else how will I know and make sure you subscribe before

PVRIS "What's Wrong" Official Lyrics & Meaning | Verified - Duration: 4:43.

There's all this money.

There's all these fans.

There's the fame and the glitz and glamour.

When it's really not.

It's not that at all.

No matter what you're doing.

Whether you're playing music, or you're acting, or any kind of career.

Just because you have all of this in front of you and you have the world at your fingertips

doesn't necessarily mean it's fulfilling.

When you have that, that's not where you're going to find fulfillment.

You're going to find fulfillment in human connection.

And when you don't have that, that's when you kind of lose everything.

This one in particular.

This was actually the first song I wrote once we got off the road and were settled into

the studio we were working at.

It was me just purging all of the negative, any negative emotions or ideas I had about

the past few years.

At this point I was really just burnt out and just drained from everything and so sick

of myself.

So this song was that chance to just get it all out.

It was the first time I had to reflect on everything that had happened over the past

few years and I really felt empty from it all.

But it was something I kept hidden for a long time and never really talked about it, or addressed.

It was the first time that it had come up.

Past few years while we were on the road when I was doing writing that wasn't this song

in particular, I referenced a lot of anatomy, and skin and bones, and lungs and veins and blood.

Anything relating to human anatomy and I don't know why.

I'm just too much of a perfectionist.

Really picky about things.

That just drives me into a hole with everything, whether it's relating to art, or just a conversation

I had with somebody.

It's mostly referring to my parents.

My Mom.

I would come home in between tours and I would be so tired, and she would ask me about everything

and I would be like, "I don't want to talk about it Mom."

"I don't want to talk about it."

She would always tell me, she'd be like, "You're so cynical."

I'm like, "I know. I know. I'm telling you this."

"I'm trying to explain why."

There was just a lot of disconnect in that department.

It was funny.

I remember writing that.

I had the verses ready and we didn't have the chorus yet.

I was trying to find a way to mask what I was feeling with some kind of visual, or metaphor

with this song in particular.

And eventually I kind of said, "Fuck it," and I just wrote that down.

Just went back to this old classic imagery of somebody sitting at a grand feast, or on

a throne and them just not giving a shit about any of it.

I think only foolish people will find fulfillment out of materialism.

I definitely think that line, whenever I sing that I always get a little stoked from it.

That definitely was one where I was like, "I like that one."

All of us as a band are doing this 'cause we love music, and we love making art.

That's the sole reason, and that's our main intention.

There's nothing. We don't want fame. We don't want money.

If that happens, that happens. But that's not the priority.

It was just a comfort thing.

It was like, "No. You're still doing this for the right reasons."

"It's not gone yet."

"You didn't give up your integrity."

"You didn't give up your vision yet."

It was mostly along the lines of that.

The only RATED "R" circus you'll need to see! | The World of Zumanity | Cirque du Soleil - Duration: 4:49.

Hello, I'm Matthew Rodrigues,

and welcome to a very sensual edition of The World of

Zumanity style.

Welcome to The World of.

Last week,

we didn't stop until we got enough of SEP7IMO DIA.

Every week, we are releasing a new episode,

so don't forget to subscribe, so you don't miss it.

Today, though,

we're slipping into something a little bit different

or, should I say, slipping out of something different.

Zumanity is the resident show

at the New York New York hotel.

It's got the spirit and sass of burlesque

and the sensual aerobatics we love from Cirque.

It's sexy, it's classy,

and it's totally rated Cirque.

We've got studs in stilettos,

whips, chains, feather boas

and some very flexible new friends.

Leave your inhibitions at the door

as we explore The World of Zumanity.

Zumanity is a provocative exhibition

of human sensuality,

arousal and eroticism –

an intense visit to a world where human inhibitions

are both unveiled and discarded,

where style and intense sensual passion

share an uncommon stage.

Mom, if you could just look away from the screen right now,

Just turn the screen…

Turn it off. Just shut it off.

Now it's time for fun facts

Zumanity has 99 wigs and hair pieces,

and the performers aren't wearing much more than that.

Male and female artists

both wear high heels in the show.

Sizes range from 4 1/2 to 13.

We're talking about the shoes, not… you know.

The tallest pair of high heels in the show is 7 inches.

The Zumanity theater was built especially for the show.

I also suggest wandering through the lobby

and looking through the peep holes in the wall.

Trust me,

you're gonna like what you see on the other side.

There are a few 90-degree angles in the lobby

to evoke the image

of the human body

or a boudoir.

It took 16 designers

to create the unique Zumanity universe

and, apparently, they all like things a little frisky.

Let's check out one of our favorite acts and,

let's be honest,

they're all our favorite acts,

because people ain't wearing much.

Woo! Is it hot in here, or is it just me?

OK.

Thank you for watching this week's steamy episode

of The World of.

Please tell me in the comments below

if your freaky side is excited to see Zumanity.

Next week,

we'll cool things off a little bit

with a trip to space

and some true, blue buddies

in TORUK – The First Flight.

When the performers come to train at the headquarters,

they actually have apartments that are right across the street,

and if you look closely,

you can see into their showers.

This is where they practice for all of the shows,

and it is massive.

That looks good, guys.

Looks good.

Did a good job. That's nice and even.

Here's another costume piece though,

this is not from the show;

this is from my own personal wardrobe.

My grandmother bought it for me.

Thanks, grandma.

If you need to keep things hot

and watch more videos about Zumanity,

and our playlist for The World of series

is right here.

As always,

we have a ton of fun stuff below in the description.

I'm Matthew Rodrigues.

Bath Bomb Press Review - Bath Bomb Machines Reviews Part 1 - Duration: 19:02.

hello everybody this is Ariane from La Fille de la Mer. Thank you so much for

joining me today as I will start my review of the beautiful bath bomb press

if you've been on my channel lately you may have seen the video when Lee Choy,

the owner and creator of the bath bomb press visited me here in the Magdalen Islands

and personally delivered this unit. Since then I've had the chance to

work with the press, try it out, try different formulas, different molds and I

will give you a full review giving you the features of this machine and telling

you what works best for me. First of all I would like to say that this model is a

Canadian design and it has been on the market for seven years almost eight and

I want to point out how perfectly packed it was when it arrived to me here in the

magdalen islands after traveling from Alberta because Lee actually mailed it

to me and then flew in to show me how it upright so she didn't actually carry it

in her suitcase because it was kind of heavy but I took some video of when I

received the Box opening it and showing you this was like in pristine packaging

nothing was moving in the box all of the parts were safe this machine is also

very sturdy and it was perfect when it arrived another factor to take into

consideration when you want to buy a bath bomb machine most of the time it

will be online so you can't actually see the physical unit is to head over to the

manufacturers website and the bath bomb presses website is really easy to

navigate let me show you so you can see that all of the items the molds and the

units are very well listed and look at that they even have a double press so

it's basically the same as the unit one except it has a second piston that will

press two bath bombs at once on the top left of the website you can choose your

currency whether you're in the US or you want to pay in Canadian dollars and

just so you know this item can be shipped almost worldwide a fun fact

about the bath bomb press is that they are very active on their Facebook page

and also on Instagram and they actually help to promote their clients so if you

have an Instagram business account and you make bath bombs with the bath bomb

press if you hashtag and tag them in your posts they will repost you to their

viewers and they have like a lot of people subscribe to their Instagram

account so that's really great for business let's take a closer look at

this unit it is very sturdy it is all aluminum so no arresting there is a

security switch here and the lever right there and then I already have any top

mold attachment hooked on and look at all these beautiful moles that I have

but they have many many other on their website so you have the heart mold right

here and then these are the sphere mold I have three of them but they have a few

others so I have the small the medium and the large and then the square mold

and the shower tablet mold the table space that this unit takes is 12 by 6

inches wide it's very stable but another thing you need to know before buying a

bath bomb press is that it needs to be hooked to a compressor alright so this

is a 6 gallon pancake compressor from porter-cable

it is a little noisy but it comes with 25 feet of hose so you can actually put

it outdoors while making the bath bombs or in the next room and then you will

need to build up the pressure and then raise the psi four spheres it's about 70

to 80 and then for other shapes it can go all the way up to 100 100 and 110 now

I'm gonna put on some gloves and a bandana

I'm gonna put this baby to use for the purpose of this review I am using a

recipe that was supplied with the bath bomb press and I will be coloring the

bath bombs with a purple dye it was actually sent to me as a gift by the

fizz berry let's try this out wow this is red and when I put it into the witch

hazel it's like turns purple these dyes are very concentrated so a little bit

goes a long way I used point 15 gram for this total recipe this is only baking

soda and I will add the wet ingredients first and then I will add the citric

acid when everything is well combined

okay let's hook up the machine voila check the pressure perfect and have some

fun let's see if this works let's just like do one test this is a

lot of pressure so don't put your fingers in there and make sure nobody's

around that could put their fingers from the back it's pretty safe just make sure

no kids are around this is not a machine for kids this is meant for adults I

believe okay

filling to the top and trying to leave this beautiful and with this machine you

can actually press a couple times to make sure that your bath bomb is very

very well packed this is what I was and the release is so easy

and the reason why there is an indent table that you can purchase for the

sphere molds is that if you want to pipe frosting on top it actually allows you

to pipe into the bath bomb and then the frosting holds better so if we take a

closer look at this machine there aren't any guides on this machine it's actually

a divot and all of the molds from the bath bomb press will fit right into his

divots so there's no need to adjust anything it'll just work with any mold

no let's press a heart and it pops right

Oh beautiful beautiful it's it's very funny because when you're soap maker

soon enough your clients are gonna ask you to make bath bombs so you start

making bath bombs and then and then when you start making bath bombs you kind of

get hooked to making them and then you become an addict of all of the shapes

and sizes of bath bombs that you can actually make and this heart just makes

me so happy

beautiful comes right out

oh it's not so good I am NOT working in an ideal position because I am working

in a little table and it's not good for my back I'm moving away soon and I will

have higher counters I promise

look at this heart isn't it cute alright let's just change shape I'm gonna use

the square mold because the square mold actually works with the same attachment

on the top here as the heart so I can just make hearts and squares and

alternate there's like it's really easy for these molds to be switched up

without having to unscrew or screw anything back on and off same thing as

the heart pops right out oh we got a beautiful square see these

aren't the same size so what you can do is you can work on a scale put your bowl

on a scale and then as you take powder out of the bowl you know exactly how

much goes into your mold so this way you can make evenly shaped shapes you can

make even shapes okay so you can press down with your fingers and the palm of

your hand and then even if the top isn't perfect when you put the top part of the

mold it will just push everything in and make everything come out nice and smooth

I am now trying read 28 by v ferry again it said dye that is 90% pure and look at

this pink is creating amazing I love it

one thing that I realized while testing out backbones machines over the summer

is that not only what equipment you are using has an impact and the final bath

bombs but the ingredients that you use and most importantly baking soda and

citric acid can come in various forms from different brands some of them are

coarse and some of them are really fine there is food grade there's technical

grade so I find that food grade really fine citric acid is what works best for

me and also when you find a type of baking soda that works for you stick

with it because I've had problems with this summer I was using a brand that was

working great for me and then I got another supplier shipping me some baking

soda because I had an in order to make for others things and I just thought you

know I'll get the baking soda there instead it was a different brand and

same recipe same machines same equipment the Bombers wouldn't hold so when you

find something that works great for you stick to it

i scented these in cotton candy and I think that the pink is perfect

you

this is the again the medium round sphere and because these are pumpkin and

I'm making them for Halloween I'm sprinkling a little bit of gold silver

and black galaxy mica from the fist re

and because some things have a problem having a round bottom when I dry my bath

bombs I decided to use these half sphere molds and set my bath bombs in them and

place them back into the drying tray and doing this keeps the shape perfectly

perfectly round here's another way I found to stabilize my half spheres so

that they could sit into the plastic molds and dry and keep their nice round

shape I just took PVC pipes and I split them

in half or actually my father's put them in half for me and then I just put them

in my drying trays I put my plastic sphere molds in them it keeps everything

up straight so the bath bombs can dry in there the bath bomb press is a bath bomb

making machine that has been well known and recognized in the handmade industry

for the past seven years it comes with a full one-year warranty on all moving

parts and I highly recommend you head out to their website to read their

conditions of use if you want to know more details about this as of today they

have 16 different molds including the three top indent that go on the sphere

small medium and large molds if I had to advise you on which molds to get with

the unit up and purchase I would say get a sphere mold

I think the medium would be like the best seller because it's a really nice

size to use in the tub the heart mold of course is a big win for me I love it the

kids love it so get the heart I would get the mediums

fear and I would get the cube these are overall my three favorite moles there

are other moles that I still haven't tried and I'm gonna put a card right up

there and I'm gonna ask you which of the bath bomb press modes would you like to

see me put to use that I don't already have and who knows maybe we'll see this

machine comes with a pretty high price tag I would call this an investment for

your business usually investment turns back into

profit and this machine will help you make professional-looking bath bombs in

all the shapes that you love and it should turn back into profit pretty

quickly I know that personally I was afraid to get one of these machines

because of the price I had a $600 manual press from a different brand that was

not working for me and I was scared to make the jump and

get a pen Ematic press now I'm really lucky because I was gifted this unit I

bought a couple molds but most of these were given to me by the bath bomb press

so that I could make a review for you guys to learn about their features I was

scared and I was pressing bath bomb by hands they were okay but now they are

super awesome it's really much easier on the body to use a press because when you

press them by hand it's your arms and your wrists that apply the pressure in

this case the compressor and the machine do all of the hard work for you so it's

really much more easy on your body and it makes perfectly nice smooth shapes

something else that I wanted to tell you about the bath bomb press is that they

are really active on social media mainly Facebook and Instagram and there's also

their YouTube channel you can write them through Facebook Instagram or email and

they are usually really quick to reply so if you need help on anything because

you have a problem operating the unit because if you when you switch from

manually pressing bombs to a bath bomb of course the formulas used may need to

change and the way you are working and thinking

the whole bath lawmaking process may need to change so they will help you

make it work they give you a basic recipe to start working with the press

as well as a tips and tricks document in order to use the unit with a compressor

so that is super awesome in conclusion I would say that this is definitely a

workhorse this machine is so easy to operate it boosts productivity it helps

you make more bath bombs with lesser body effort as it removes the distrain

from your hands and passes them onto the machine your products will look

professional you have a wide selection of modes and shapes if you want to know

more about the bath bomb press you can check all the links below if you have

any questions leave them in the comment section I will try and answer and I will

let Lee at the bathroom press know that she can head over there and answer your

comments also thank you so much for watching I hope this video helped you

understand how this machine operates and figure out if this is the choice for you

it has definitely made an impact on my productivity and I am totally thrilled

and in love with this machine see you later

you

Top 10 POISONS most Americans eat or drink EVERY day - Duration: 6:53.

Top 10 POISONS most Americans eat or drink EVERY day

If you accidentally sprayed roach killer or weed killer on your fruit, you would probably

rush to wash it off, knowing it would make you sick if you ate it, now or later (in fact

you would probably discard the produce entirely). If you put poisonous rat baits or pest-killing

food pellets under your home, you would certainly make sure your dog or cat couldnt

get to them, knowing what would happen if they did. Heck, thats just common sense

and responsible living. Yet the search for the cure for cancer and Alzheimers

disease marches on, while tens of millions of Americans eat food and drink beverages

that are loaded with weed killer, bug killer, and industrial toxins that warp our cells,

destroy our immune systems and incapacitate our cognitive abilities.

Over time, conventional American food literally deconstructs our genetics, creating and perpetuating

health disasters for which the medical and scientific communities just cant seem to

prevent or solve. Maybe thats because theyre all the ones making their fortunes

off the problem.

Mark these words: No chemical medicine will ever prevent or cure the health problems that

chemicals in food, drinks and medicine are causing. There are no pain killers, diabetes

medicines, chemotherapy drugs or anti-anxiety medications that can fix your brain, heart,

liver, kidneys and pancreas when the very CAUSE of the malfunctions is found in synthetics

and carcinogens that are being consumed daily. When you eat GM corn and soy daily, take baby

aspirin for your heart, eat antacids for your indigestion, make your coffee and tea with

tap water, drink out of plastic bottles and eat fried foods made with processed oils,

youre asking for chronic health disaster to come your way in fact, youre inviting

it into your life.

Take a close look at the 10 most popular poisons most Americans eat or drink EVERY single day

#1. Insecticides Dioxin and 2,4-D: Corporations like Monsanto, Bayer, Dupont, Dow, Syngenta,

Cargill and BASF do NOT care about human life or health. They are in business to make money,

kill bugs and kill weeds period. Most chemical insecticides utilized on American

crops are toxic to humans and cause cancer and dementia.

#2. Glyphosate (and other toxic herbicides) Roundup, the worlds most popular weed

killer, contains 50 percent glyphosate, commonly used on fiber and wheat as a drying agent

before processing begins in the silos. Many U.S. staple crops are embedded with glyphosate

in their genetic makeup as biotechnology firms create food that contains poison, so that

more poison can be sprayed on the plants without killing them. (Doesnt matter to them if

it kills humans, bees or farm animals.)

#3. Sodium Fluoride Industrial chemical byproduct of industries in China imported

to the USA as an insecticide and dripped into tap water with the unsubstantiated claim that

its good for building strong teeth and preventing cavities.

#4. Bleach Most white foods are bleached white. Bleach causes pancreatic cancer and

bladder cancer two of the toughest cancers to survive. Consider never eating white bread,

white rice (except basmati), white flour, white pasta or white sugar.

#5. Bisphenol A (BPA) This poison is found in many plastic containers and canned foods.

#6. Benzene a petrochemical and constituent of crude oil colorless and highly flammable

 commonly used in sodas.

#7. Hexane a solvent and chemical cleaning agent used in the processing of canola oil

and soy oil (its a cheap way to separate the oil from the protein) commonly found in

infant formulas, veggie burgers, fruit and nut bars, protein drinks.

#8. PCBs chlorine compound often found in salmon and canned sardines.

#9. Aspartame The most popular artificial sweetener on earth that causes weight gain.

The patent confirms it is the excrement of genetically modified bacteria. Thats just

nasty! Aspartame is known to cross the blood-brain barrier, so the brains cells are bombarded,

and the result is neural cell damage and eventually cell death which can lead to serious brain

damage. Many of the symptoms of aspartame poisoning mimic the symptoms of multiple sclerosis

(MS) and even dementia, like Alzheimers.

#10. Ammonia The conventional U.S. meat industry thrives on one theory: If it doesnt

make you sick or kill you within 24 hours, then its safe. Most conventional

red meat is ammonia-treated (and bleached) to kill the E. coli and then dyed back pink,

like with hamburger and steak, to look attractive in the butchers window.

Change what you eat change your life Real doctors literally PRESCRIBE organic plant-based

foods for disease treatment

Alternative medicine is blasted by the medical community because it finds and eliminates

the root causes of most diseases and disorders which, for the most part, makes doctors less

money. Without surgery, chemotherapy and expensive pharmaceuticals, most M.D.s and oncologists

couldnt live the lavish lifestyle they do right now. If you want your health to be

organic and sustainable, doesnt it make sense that everything you eat and take as

medicine be just that?

The solution for ideal health free of disease and disorder is not as complex as you may

think. Begin by eliminating the most common toxins from your daily intake. You will notice

a difference immediately in how you feel, your energy level and your clearer thinking.

You may even realize after a few weeks or months that the cure for most diseases and

disorders exists in an organic, plant-based food regimen, and you will be absolutely and

positively correct.

Whats your doctor prescribing for you chemicals or organics? You better start asking the right

questions if you want the right answers. Heres some valuable knowledge from a doctor that

youll always remember after watching.

She Goin' Kill Me - Home Sweet Home part 2 - Duration: 24:52.

(scared) oh my god, help, oh my god, oh my god, I'm scared, I'm so scared, oh my god,

no!

Hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and welcome back to Home Sweet Home and the final freaky

Friday video.

Friday videos will continue, they just won't be freaky, not all of them anyway.

Um, I have just gotten beyond where that woman was.

I was really hoping that I could steal those scissors but I can't.

Um, so, now my objective is to get the hell out of here basically.

Uh.

Objectives.

'Danger must get out of this place.'

Yeah, so I have to get out.

Gimme my flashlight.

So we're back, um- Just so you know, these controls are kinda bullshit so now I have

my mouse because fuck the trackpad.

Ooohh I don't like this.

Eh.

I hate that it closes, I hate that it closes on its own.

(game light blinking) oh no.

No blinky light, I do not like you.

I do not like you at all.

(game crash) Oh dear lord!

I wasn't scared, you were scared.

(sing-song like) I don't like this, not a single bit.

Um, this seems to be one of those, uh, run and hide type games.

So- Oh, I can't get through there.

Um, at least not yet.

So- you, you had to hide from the demon before so it's probably one of the standard horror

games of um, somethin' scary happens, run and hide so it doesn't kill you and then run

and hide so it doesn't kill you.

Which is a pretty common theme if you've played horror games or if you've watched horror games.

Kind of a typical situation.

Ok this- (game chains moving) oh god (game chains moving) Oooh pincers.

I can has?

'Steel pincers for cutting.'

Ok.

Do I have you now?

Do I?

Yes, ok.

I have you, ok.

I now have pincers.

I would like a gun.

Oh dear lord no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no that's blood.

Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.

Oh my god, ok.

Now I can use them.

That was a pain in the ass.

That was a real pain in the ass, game.

Oh god I don't- no, no, no, no, no, no fuck this game.

I wanna hide.

I don't know why, I just wanna hide for a second (laughing).

Ok, um, so- That was a huge pain in the ass to use those pincers.

I think blood means the girl is coming.

Um, and that means death.

So- (heavy sigh) Why am I so scared of this frikin' game?

I guess I'm going out.

Um, I'm probably gonna need that.

I'm probably gonna have to run back honestly.

Based on the way horror ga- oh god.

Oh I don't like this at all.

Really, I really don't like this.

I really, really don't like this.

Am I in a fucking hotel?

Flip flops!

I can has?

Flippity floppities.

Floop floops.

Floop floops?

Ok.

Can I-?

I'm gonna shut myself in here.

I don't fuckin' know why.

Ok I can't interact with you.

Um, can I do anything with this door?

It's a bathroom!

Nothing good happens in the bathroom.

What the hell is that?

I found a hidey hole!

Ok, the more places I find to hide, the more terrified I become because that means I need

to hide in them.

And I don't like that idea.

Um, can I- can I use the bathroom?

I'm feeling kinda scared.

(scared moan) Ok, ok.

Ok.

Ok.

More shit I can't use.

Ok (sigh) alright.

Ok then.

Why do I keep having hiding places and no need for them?

I'm going to need them, I know I am.

Clearly.

(game vomiting noise) Oh god, what is that noise?

Go, go, go, get away from that fucking noise, I don't like it.

'Find something to break them.'

I don't- (groan).(sigh) That means I- (game doors creaking) Oh god, oh god.

Oh god, I'm so scared.

I am such a wussy baby at this.

I hate this.

(scared groan) (game door slams) Oh my god! (scared panting) (whining) I'm so scared.

I just- I just want- I want a safe place and I don't know if I can- Oh god!

Am I bloody?!

Ok, here.

Let's see what you are.

Sure.

'Cursed nails jinx.'

Um, uh huh, uh huh, uh huh.

That's not English.

K. Oooohhh K. And you?

'Note with Chai's number'?

Who is Chai?

And if this is tea, can I have some please?

Because I think that might settle my nerves a little bit.

Um.

Oooohh K. Sssssssure.

Um, anything else?

Eeeehhhh.

OOOHHH!

I can has!

I want!

Gives.

GIVE!

Give, give, give, give, give to me, I got a crowbar, bitch!

I can attack some shiz with a crowbar in real life.

I'd be pretty damn set.

Mmmhmmm.

(game noises swell) Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no, I'm gonna stay right where I am.

(game vomiting noises and metal clinking noises) Don't see me.

I am nowhere.

I don't exist.

(game walking noises) Don't see me.

I'm waiting until I don't hear the footprints.

(game door closes) That was terrifying.

How the hell was I hidden?

What did you just vomit up?

YOU VOMITED NAILS!

Why do I make so much noise when I move? (game crowbar noises) I am so frikin' loud.

I don't have hands.

I know danger must get outta this place, no frikin' shit, Sherlock.

(game coughing) Stop ma- stop coughing.

(game coughing) Stop coughing!

Oh my god, am I gonna start coughing up nails too?

OH MY GOD. (game faint crying) Why am I going so slow?

Like I can't run in here, I can't do anything fast in here.

Can I not interact with any of this?

Why am I here?

Why did I have to go here if I can't do anything when I am here?

I also can't leave.

What?!

What am I missing?

Oh there's more this way.

(game faint crying) I can't stand up.

I don't like this.

I don't wanna go towards the noise.

(game crying getting louder) Ok.

She's not happy.

I feel bad for you honey but I'm sorry, I got 99 problems but a ghoul ain't one.

Well actually, a ghoul's quite a few of them in this game.

(game door opening) ehhh ehhhh (game door closes) What is this?

What is this creepy as fuck thing?!

What the hell?!

What is that alter of destruction?

Oh my god.

Can I stand up now?

Nope.

Nope I can't.

(sigh) No, that's the scary scary, I don't wanna go to the scary place.

(sigh) Why are you making me do this?

I'm gonna hide for a second.

I feel safer when I hide.

Oh my god, I am so terrified right now.

I am- I am so scared.

I know nothing's chasing me but I found all of these hiding places and I clearly need

them, otherwise they wouldn't exist.

Like you wouldn't put a hiding place in a game if you didn't need to hide from something.

(sigh) (scared) oh my god, help, oh my god, oh my god, I'm scared, I'm so scared, oh my

god, no!

Oh my god!

Oh my god! (scared crying) (scared panting and crying) I thought I had hidden.

(scared exhale) But I didn't hide.

Ok, we're gonna try this again.

Get my flashlight.

Um, and I know I'm gonna come over here, I'm gonna see her.

(game panting) Hide!

Hide.

I'm gonna let her go and do whatever the fuck she's doing.

I just hear her walking now.

You don't see me.

Oh my god that is such loud breathing.

(game door opens) (game door closes) I don't know what that was but fffffffuck you so much.

Ok.

Blood dripping from the ceiling, I don't like it.

(game groans) SHUT UP!

I know it's gross but- I mean, this is your life now, dude.

Ok Tarzan?

Electrical room.

(game door loudly creeks) Ok so that doesn't work.

But I'm gonna hide.

I don't know why I'm hiding right now.

I'm just hiding.

I- (sigh) ok. (game noise swells, panting) Go back, go back, go back!

Hide!

Oh my god, oh my god she came through the wall!

Ok, ok.

I'm hiding.

I'm hiding, bitch!

You don't see me.

You don't see me stabby stabby stab bitch.

Uh uh, uh uh, uh uh.

Go home girl!

Go home! (game 'I want to save you') I don't wanna see you!

Did you say I want to see you?

Is that what she said?

Uh uh honey, uh uh.

Waiting until you stop walking your ass away.

Ok, I don't hear her walking, I just hear this random like clicking and I think that

might just be something that's gonna happen in this room.

So I'm gonna leave.

And we're gonna hope that that's the case.

Ok.

Oh no, oh no that's her.

She's over there.

So I'm gonna go this way.

And I'm gonna hide in here for a minute.

So (sigh) Do I have to get her to chase me and then run and hide in here?

Though maybe I don't.

I wonder if I can make this thing work now?

No. (game music swells) Oh great, that's the scary sound.

Do I haveta hide?

(sigh) I don't wanna go after her in here, but I kinda feel like this is the only place

that I can go...is in here.

Ok, so there's a way to peek.

Hold something to peek.

Hold the- (sigh) I can't, I literally can't.

Hold Q?

Oh god.

I literally can't see what that is.

I literally can't see what the game is saying!

Because in order for me to see it, I have to get closer.

(game steps) Hold the right and something to peek.

Oh god, oh god, oh god she's coming back.

I can't see it.

I can't, I cannot see what that says.

Um, it's hold something to peek and it looks like it says Q, which would make sense because

that's close to WASD, but I tried clicking that and it doesn't do anything.

Um (game music swells) It can't be P. If I have to hold P to peek, how am I supposed

to do that?

Because they're on the opposite sides of the keyboard.

This- uhhh, this is frustrating.

It's frust-er-a-ting.

Gimme a flashlight.

Ok.

Hold- Q? (game steps) She's probably gonna walk in a predictable pattern and I have to

get her to chase me and hide.

But I literally can't see what key that's supposed to say.

Oh hold and then move to peek.

Ooooooohhhhhhh!

It's not- You want to save me?

Is that what you're saying now?

I want to hide from you, bitch! (game steps) (game "I want to be with you") I want you

to go away.

(game steps) (game "why is this happening to me?

why is this happening to me?")

I don't know why it's happening but I would like you to shut up.

(game steps) No!

Don't see me.

Oh my god that was close! (game steps) (game "I want to-") Oh my god!

I don't know- I don't know what I'm doing.

OH MY GOD! (game screams) Ok, she came through a door and killed me!

(whimpering) I can't take it, I can't take it, I can't take it, I can't take it.

My heart cannot take this.

I am so scared.

I am shaking.

Crazy lady just keeps killing me and telling me she wants to save me or something but you

don't wanna save me if you wa- if you're trying to kill me.

And then why is this happening?

I don't know.

Why are you vomiting nails?

I don't know.

Leave Tarzan alone and just let him be with Jane, ok?

(sigh) Ok.

That's where I'm gonna leave this game for right now and possibly forever.

Um, let me know in the comments if you want me to keep playing this game, or other game

suggestions that you have.

Friday videos will continue as fun Fridays, so some of them will be game play videos,

Is it the way to come back to your home after all those years?

I never had a home, brother.

My home is buried in Bolu, in barber Necdet's grave.

What do you think you know about my life? That man is not my brother, he is my father.

We both could have been very different men.

But how could you possibly understand this? Have you ever really put someone before yourself?

You've never known what despair is, Yiğit.

Because you always had a brother like Ferhat Aslan.

Despite the consequences, justice will be served. First thing, I'll take that doctor.

- I will bring her to where she belongs, to her brother. - Cut it out!

Your Soul Origins And Purpose - Duration: 10:58.

Your Soul Origins And Purpose

by Russell Boulding

Our Soul Origins.

First and foremost, we are all aspects of a more-than-cosmic unitary consciousness (I

like that name Source of All That Is) that by definition has a nature that is beyond

the comprehension of even the most advanced or evolved individuated consciousness.

It seems a bit odd, but individuated consciousness that has agreed to forget its connection to

the Source of All That Is, as we have on planet Earth, has an especially creative function

in the cosmos.

As Ive come to understand it, Mother Earth agreed to serve as a galactic, intergalactic,

and multidimensional melting pot for the evolution of souls (a term I will use hereafter for

individuated consciousness).

From the information I have pieced together from a wide variety of higher dimensional

sources, our physical genetic heritage has significant influences from three or four

star systems, but that we have traces from more than 200.

Our soul origins are even more diverse than our physical genetic origins.

Recognizing our soul origins makes it easier for us to connect to sources of higher dimensional

assistance who share our soul origins.

Here I offer a brief description of some of these.

If you resonate with any of the soul types below, check out the appropriate websites

identified in Links.

If you have a sense of having a soul origin that doesnt fit any of the categories below,

I would like to know so I can add them to my manuscript.

Please keep in mind that the soul types identified below are not all mutually exclusive.

More than one may apply.

The New Children.

They go by many names: new breed, indigo children, blue ray children, New Age children, violet

ray children, new millennium children, shift babies, star children, crystal children, rainbow

children, psychic/superpsychic children, light children, and mystical children.

Their soul origins are as diverse as those of adults alive on Earth today, and perhaps

more diverse.

In my research, it appears that there are several cohorts with somewhat distinctive

characteristics: 1972-1987, 1987-2000, and after 2000.

This is an interesting and challenging time to be a child and to parent children on planet

Earth.

For more information check out links to New Children websites.

Adult Earth Souls.

If you feel a strong connection to Earth you are probably an Earth soul, although you may

well have starseed connections as well.

My working definition of an Earth soul (subject to modification with new information) is one

that has experienced at least 40 incarnations here.

We Earth souls (and I identify myself as one) are the ones who have primary responsibility

for the human consciousness side of the Great Shift.

If you are an Earth soul and have forgotten our purpose, it is time to remember!

Adult Other Souls.

If you feel a strong connection to Earth but dont really feel human you may be

an elemental soul (fairy, elf, pixie, leprechaun, mermaid, dolphin, incarnated animal).

If you dont feel you belong on Earth, that your real Home is somewhere else, you are

probably a starseed (see links to Beneficial Extraterrestrial websites), angelic or other

dimensional/vibrational soul.

These other souls have chosen to come to Earth during this time to help both humanity and

Earth make the dimensional shift.

Many of these souls are experiencing physical incarnation on Earth for the first time and

didnt quite realize what they were getting themselves into.

Having forgotten their origins, they often find themselves ill-equipped to function in

the rough and tumble environment of third-dimensional Earth.

If you are such a soul, it is time to remember!

Old and Young Souls.

Old souls have Earth experience that dates back to Atlantis, Lemuria or earlier.

Old souls may experience a thousand or more incarnations on Earth.

Young souls began their experience on Earth since the fall of Atlantis some 11,000 years

ago.

When I first created this page I discussed the idea of old and young souls under the

Earth Soul category.

I have since encountered a number of Starseed souls who also qualify as old souls

so I have moved this to a separate category.

Starseed souls may have had extensive incarnational experience on Earth, but is still doesnt

quite feel like home to them.

Walk-Ins.

A Walk-in is an unusual incarnational arrangement in which an exchange of souls occurs one or

more times in the same physical body.

Also, more than one soul may coexist in the same body by mutual agreement.

Many Walk-ins are aware of their identify as a Walk-in from the start, but others may

forget their origin and purpose.

If you are such a soul, it is time to remember!

On Connecting with Our Off-Planet Origins (May, 2015).

I recently received an email from the third person who has recently connected with their

off-planet origins and wished to know more about them.

Three times is the charm, hence this new posting on this page.

First Ill offer a general perspective of my understanding of how Earth fits into the

larger galactic/intergalactic scheme of things.

Then Ill share a bit of my own journey in connecting with my remembering of off-planet

connections.

Finally, Ill offer some suggestions for those who have recently become aware that

they are not entirely of this world and would like to know more about their off-planet origins/connections.

Starseed Souls and Earth.

We are all Starseeds in the physical sense that our bodies are made up of elements that

were created in stars.

The myriad of multidimensional energies of which we are a part also contain Starseed

aspects in the sense of having experience on planet in other star systems.

I just reread the section above on Our Soul Origins and given that the last time I made

significant revisions to it was in 2006, it holds up pretty well with my present understanding.

The main thing I would change is that probably all Old Souls on Earth have off-planet connections.

What may differ between Old Souls is how strongly they retain their feeling of connection with

their off-planet Soul aspects.

Earth is where the cosmic action is for the aspects of Oneness that are interested in

creativity and change.

Somewhere I remember reading (wish I could remember to source) that our human multidimensional

DNA contains contributions from more than 200 off-planet civilizations.

There are a number of star systems that have had an especially active role in the creation

and evolution Homo sapiens.

The main ones that I am aware of include the Pleiades, Sirius, Arcturus and Orion.

A number of off-planet civilizations (or at least elements in them) have also been active

in hampering human evolution.

I am aware of these, but choose not to give them energy by focusing my attention of them.

Within the solar system higher dimensional beings on Venus have been actively involved

in supporting human evolution.

From an inter-galactic perspective Andromeda has a special connection with what is happening

on Earth right now.

Other planets from many other star systems also have a presence on Earth through incarnated

souls and in the sky.

I appreciate and honor them all.

My Own Off-Planet Connections.

My main focus in this lifetime is being of service to Mother Earth and living beings

upon her.

In my own journey of awakening I have become aware of aspects of my multidimensional self

that are connected to other planets in different star systems.

For me the main importance of the remembering has been to recognize the connection without

feeling a need to know the details.

That said, early in my journey I recognized my father, who died in 1993, as a Sirian soul

and my mother, who died in 2010, as a Pleaidian soul.

I treasure this legacy and part of my reason for being on Earth at this time is to integrate

and balance these two energies.

There are a half-dozen other off-planet connections that I have become aware of as part of my

ongoing journey of awakening.

The Sirian and Pleiadian connections feel the strongest to me.

Connecting with Your Off-Planet Origins/Affinities.

For those reading this who have recently become aware of off-planet connections and those

who have been aware of them for a while and would like to know more, I offer three words

of advice: discernment, discernment, discernment.

On the web, especially, there is a lot of misinformation and misguided information (from

my perspective).

That said, Ill offer a few suggestions.

If they resonate, you are welcome to them, if not, thats fine too.

Always trust your own intuition/inner knowing when encountering information about the planet/star

system you are interested in.

Let Spirit/your Guides/other higher dimensional energies that you feel an affinity to that

you would like to know more.

Pay attention to the signs/information that comes your way.

I particularly appreciate high vibrational channeled information from the planet/star

system I am interested it.

I identify a number of such sources in my Great Shift ebook that I found helpful in

developing my larger understanding of multidimensional reality.

Please remember that you came to Earth for a purpose and do not lose that focus in your

search (or if you still have not remembered the reason, make that as much of a focus as

connecting with your off-planet origins/affinities).

Most folks I know who feel they are not of this Earth also recognize that the main

reason they came here is to be of service to humanity and/or Mother Earth.

On the other hand, I have encountered a few folks who came here to gain experience on

Earth that they can take back to their planet of origin

for

the benefit of their home.

Enjoy the search!
