let's go into detail before I start your online store
you have to make sure that you have
the time and energy to manage it
online stores are always
underestimated people always think by buying a domain name, buying a customised
template and e-commerce template and that's the end of everything and
replacing the photos.
No buying an online store is very easy
but managing and making it successful
is a very difficult task
so before you endeavor in this venture please consider
doing more research before you continue in your own online
domain names and buying all these ecommerce templates
because managing an online store is not game.
However, if you already own an online store
then you know the challenges that you face having an online store
building your own online store and putting it out there
is just a small task
but actually getting to sell that
product you have put on your website
to the public is a different story.
so if you know you can't sell your products on other platforms
or you want to actually
be everywhere and you feel having your own online store - would solve that issue
and maybe you think shops are very expensive
and cannot afford stores so
you feel like maybe the only second best thing is to have your online store then
that's a very good idea
but you have to invest a lot of time and energy.
if you're not willing to invest that time and energy
please don't start an online store
because you'll be doing it all for nothing.
However, if you want to start an online store and you're really really really
really really serious I'm sure you really have time.
and want to and you want to successfully make that money online

Story Time: I saw a ghost! - Duration: 4:09.
Today will be a little bit different
Today, I'll be doing a story time
I'm going to tell you about how I once saw a ghost
This case happened a few years ago,
it would have been during Hong Kong's Hungry Ghost Festival
So I went home and as I left the elevator,
and turned the corner
There are just two flats at the end of the corridor
So far ahead, in front of the doors I saw a Westerner with blond hair
I didn't think much about it, and continued to walk
I knocked on the door of my flat, and the girl was standing in front of the neighbour's door on my right
At the time I was staying with my uncle, aunt and their daughter
My cousin then opened the door for me
My aunt then came over and asked me if I wanted to invite my friend in
My friend?
There is no friend. That isn't my friend.
So I didn't think much of it again
My aunt thought it was strange,
who is that? Because we know the neighbours
They shouldn't know this girl
My aunt asked my cousin,
"Did you see that girl? Did you see what she looks like?"
My cousin replied, "I didn't see her at all"
That was really strange because she opened the door
She should have seen the girl
My aunt started feeling scared
Why is there randomly a person standing there?
None of us know her
My aunt kept asking me questions
like, when you walked past, what did she look like?
because maybe it's the blond girl in this building who is mentally retarded
I thought about it
The girl was looking down at the time
Her hair was down
but I should have been able to see her face
but I couldn't see a face
It was strange
She didn't move at all either
Usually when you're waiting and you have your head down,
if someone passes, you'll look up
She didn't move at all
I didn't see a face, she didn't make a noise, she didn't lift her head up
All of that is already a bit strange
My aunt asked my uncle to go down and ask the building security
"did you see this girl?"
"did she come in or out of the building?"
The security guard said that there was no girl
She never came in or out of the building
After hearing this, my aunt was really scared
This made me a bit uncomfortable
Could it really have been a ghost?
This scared two of my cousins
They don't even live there!
We were living in Kowloon, and they live in Hong Kong Island
It had nothing to do with them!
They were still scared
It was so funny
They were already 15/17 years old
I don't understand why they were scared
There's a big chance it really was a ghost
There was another case
There was this one time I woke up
and saw a man standing at the end of my bed
but lots of people have said they've seen this
They've seen someone at the end of their bed when they've woken up
So, maybe that wasn't a ghost

In today's video we are gonna answer a question that Julie submitted about what the downsides are of
refinancing her student loans

And I'd be more than happy to answer them on a video like this Julie's question is Jared
I'm currently paying off a federal student loan from my master's degree
It's currently at 7 percent fixed interest rate, okay
That's better than mine was I got a letter in the mail from a private loan service company offering two point nine percent
Variable interest rate or a three point five percent of five percent fixed interest rates a little range there
What are the downsides of refinancing with a private loan company in case?
You don't know when you refinance your federally backed student loans with a private loan company
You're essentially turning your loan into an unsecured loan so kind of like a credit card when you borrow money on your credit card
So one of the downfalls when you take a federally backed
Student loan and turn it into a private loan with a private loan company
You're essentially losing out on some protections that you get when you have a federally backed loan
So usually these types of forgiveness so if you ever become disabled or anything like that
you basically wipe out that kind of protection also there are certain types of payment plans and
Deferrals that you can get through the government if you have federally backed
Student loans, but if you don't and you switch it to a private loan company and you decide to refinance with them
You are essentially losing all of that protection the next thing is surrounding the interest rate now variable interest rates sure the 2.9%
Sounds really good, but you have to remember with any kind of variable interest rate
They can raise it whenever they want and you're not going to be sure in the future
When they're gonna raise it and by how much
And then we're often gonna raise it then they are going to lower it so always keep that in mind with any kind of variable
Interest rate another thing to keep in mind
Surrounding the interest rate is with this three and a half to five percent fixed interest rate that they're saying they could give you
Remember that the paper that you got in the mail
it's
Kind of a marketing ploy while they might potentially give you between three and a half and five percent interest rate if you
Refinance with them that might not always be the case now the three and a half percent
That sounds really good, and if you can get that. I mean it sounds pretty enticing
But the problem is they probably don't offer that three and a half percent
To very many people a very small percentage of people that call them so always keep that in mind
It's definitely worth calling to check it out
But don't get set on the fact that they're going to offer you the three and a half percent
When you apply for one of these?
Refinances with a private loan company. They're going to do a hard pool in your credit report
So that's going to lower your credit score and that stays on your credit report for two years
So always keep that in mind when you do go to check out what the rate will be for you in this
Situation if you're really on the fence and not sure what you should do then just keep your loans the way they are
backed by the federal government that way you have the protection that you have and you don't have to worry about it and then just
Focus on putting as much money towards your loans as you possibly
Can yes?
I want you to save money wherever you possibly can but
To lose that protection if you're not sure if your guts saying I don't know then just stay the course pay extra

How To Get Rid Of Toenail Fungus At Home│ Toenail Fungus Remedy - Duration: 3:11.
How To Get Rid Of Toenail Fungus.
Toenail fungus causes are no laughing matter.
The fact is that about 12% of the population in developed countries is afflicted with some
degree of toenail fungus.
There are a handful of clear methods that people can use to prevent catching a toenail
fungus infection.
In this video, I review the best practices and suggestions for never developing nail
fungus of any kind.

1.
Baking Soda.
Baking soda will not kill the fungus, but it can effectively prevent fungus from growing
and spreading.
Plus, it helps by alkalizing pH level of the skin.
Mix two parts baking soda and one part warm water to make a paste.
Apply the paste on the infected toenail using a cotton ball.
Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off.
Repeat twice a day for about a month.
2.
Garlic.
Garlic contains the antifungal compound, which is very effective against toenail fungus.
mix two to three freshly crushed garlic cloves with olive oil.
Rub the mixture on the affected area with a cotton ball.
To keep the mixture in place, wrap the infected toenail with a gauze bandage.
Keep it on for several hours and then rinse with lukewarm water.
Follow this remedy once or twice daily for several weeks.

Apple Cider Vinegar.
Apple cider vinegar is one of the best home remedies for toenail fungus due to the presence
of antimicrobial properties.
Mix equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and lukewarm water.
Soak the infected toenail in this solution for half an hour.
When done, pat dry your toenail thoroughly.
You can even use a hair dryer to remove all the moisture in and around the toes.
Apply this once daily for a few weeks.
4.
Tea Tree Oil.
Tea tree oil has antifungal as well as antiseptic properties that help kill the fungus infecting
your toenail.
Put four or five drops of tea tree oil in a small tub filled with lukewarm water.
Soak your feet in the solution for 15 minutes, and then pat dry thoroughly.
Apply this twice daily for a month.
5.
Oregano Oil.
Oregano oil has antiseptic as well as antifungal properties that help treat toenail fungus.
Mix four to five drops of oregano oil in two teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
Use a cotton ball to apply the solution on the infected toenail.
Leave it on for 10 minutes and Use a toothbrush to gently scrub away the uppermost layer of
the nail.
Then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Follow this remedy at least once daily for three weeks.

To make Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa we've taken 1 Cup Roasted Bengal Gram
2 Finely Chopped Onion, 8-10 Dry Red Chillies
1 Lemon, 3 tbsp Cooking Oil, Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
8-10 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Finely Chopped Ginger
So let's make Red Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa
Turn on the flame and pour Cooking oil in to the pan
Adding Bengal Gram
Ginger
Garlic
Onions (Optional)
Mix it well
Adding Dry Red Chillies & Turmeric Powder
Salt
Mix it well
We've roasted it well for 5 mins and now we'll turn of the flame
Once its cool down we'll grind it
Now its completely cool down & now we'll grind it
Adding little bit of Water in it
Mix it well
We'll grind the chutney
Chutney is ready and we'll serve it into the bowl
We've taken out the chutney in a bowl and now we'll squeeze lemon into it
Mix it well
Here we have our chutney is ready
