How to Get Rid of a Puffy Face.

Ice.

Dip a washcloth in ice-cold water or wrap two to three ice cubes in it.

Place this cold compress on your puffy face.

Leave on for several minutes.

Massage.

Lubricate your face with a moisturizer, olive oil, or facial massage oil.

Lightly massage your face with your fingers.

Start from the forehead and gradually work your way down to the under-eye area, cheeks,

jaw line, and neck.

Facial Tapping.

Press your middle fingers into the deepest hollow of your cheeks (where the cheekbone

and jawbone meet).

Massage the area firmly in circular motion for 30 seconds.

Repeat a few times daily.

Cucumber and Lemon Juice.

Take six to eight slices of a cucumber.

Apply these slices on your face.

Leave on 15-20 minutes.

Wash your face with cool water.

Coffee Grounds.

Mix two tablespoons of finely ground coffee, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, and a tablespoon

of honey in three tablespoons of whole milk or plain yogurt.

Apply it to your face.

Scrub and wash off after 15-20 minutes.

Brewed Green Tea Bags.

Steep a green tea bag in about eight ounces of hot water for three to four minutes.

Mix two tablespoons of honey and a tablespoon of olive oil in it.

Important thing is we've found it!

At least I've found the station now need to try and find the market

We have arrived at Chatuchak Market

For locals it is called JJ market

I think that if you come with an open mind to live the local culture

It'll be amazing!

It is the biggest makert in Thailand

It has more than 8,000 stands

More than 27 sections

Including furniture, pets, food, drink, paintings, decorations... You name it!

I've already found something I was looking for

I'm looking for these small wooden frames

Because I want to put up a wall of them in my room

And this place has endless options for that

It's got kind of a vintage look

I love vintage-looking things!

Period Life Hacks - How to Deal With PMS - Duration: 6:55.

Hi guys it's Ritta with rawritta.com today I'm sharing with you some period life

hacks and how you can deal with PMS. So how many of you think that PMS is normal?

It's just a part of being a woman? Well actually it's not a normal thing

typically PMS is caused by an imbalance between progesterone and estrogen so the

ratio of those two is not very well balanced it's out of whack but also PMS

what we're not taught is that it's actually a sign that our body is trying

to give us it's trying to tell us that there's something out of balance and

what causes this imbalance to happen it's typically diet it's stressed it's

for detoxification and environmental toxins today I'm mostly focusing on the

first two stress and nutrition and stuff like that

so because it's this imbalance is caused by stress and nutrition we need to be

working on that so one thing you could do is is look at your nutrition because

this one is a really important one because you don't want to have very high

blood sugar spikes and crashes because that causes your hormones to get out of

whack to get off balance so making sure that you're eating a diet that is

healthy that has a healthy amount of carbs fats and protein is going to be

very very helpful and also making sure that starting your day off with a

breakfast that is high in fats and protein will prevent those blood sugar

spikes and and crashes during and throughout the day so like it's at first

up take a look at your nutrition you want to be eating in a way that is

where your blood sugar is going to be stable because the stable blood sugar is

what's going to keep your home hormone levels healthy and the second thing to

look at is exercise how are you exercising if you're doing too much

intense exercising and and excess that that is inappropriate for your body then

that again is going to cause you cause the imbalance of those hormones you

don't want to be exercising in a way that you hate you don't want to be

exercising in a way that you feel obligated to do just because you want to

look a certain way and I've already done another video of how to work out smart

and not just hard and how to make sure you're exercising right for your own

body and I'm gonna link that in the description box below so that you can

watch it and check it out as well but basically it all comes comes down to

this question that you ask yourself how do I feel when I do this workout is this

exercise does it feel good both mentally and physically if you're saying no if

your answer is no to both of these questions then you need to change things

up you need to find what works for you

number three is sleep yes I'm gonna mention it I'm gonna keep mentioning

because I feel like sleep is such an like it's very underlooked it's it's not

very appreciated in our society and to me I think that if you work on your

sleep that's probably the best thing you can do for your overall health because a

lot of people can actually get away with eating bad foods but if they get a

really really good night's sleep every day they can be pretty healthy so I'm

not saying long-term that's very healthy but it just goes to show you how

important sleep is if when you're sleeping so many things are happening in

your body you are restoring you are balancing hormones

you are detoxifying and so much more while you're sleeping so working on your

sleep is so so important to balancing your hormones and preventing PMS and I

have a sleep sheet that you can download completely free that where I share all

kinds of tricks and you know I share like what kind of teas will help you

sleep better some meditations and affirmations and also I'm sharing the

right movements that you can do at night a little bit of like stretching yoga

movements that will really help you relax your muscles in your body and help

you get a better night's sleep so working in your sleep and getting every

single day a good quality restorative sleep is going to help you prevent PMS

and or at least less than the symptoms of PMS and make you overall healthier

the last thing is working on your stress or lifestyle so all the three things

that I mentioned earlier nutrition exercise and sleep can actually cause a

lot of stress on you if you're not managing at them right so if you're not

eating right if you are over exercising if you're not getting good quality of

sleep those are all stresses on your body whatever is going on in your daily

life making sure that you manage that daily stress it's very very important it

could be something as simple as committing to meditating for 10 minutes

every day it could be that you take a 20 minute Epsom salt bath because that

actually really helps you alleviate pain it helps you with circulation and

also it's some form of self-care so look into a way of taking more care of

yourself so that you can be managing stress your overall stress in your life

What the guys! This is the first episode of AiNews and today we are going to talk about Alpha Go Zero.

So, my name is Selim Chehimi and once a week

I want to bring you an intuitive understanding of the subject.

First I don't know if you know deep mind but it's

an AI company (one of the best in the world) that has been acquired by Google in

2014 and

It's often described as a kind of Appolo program for AI because it gathers the best scientists

and the best engineers to make quick progress in this domain and

their goal is

first to solve intelligence and

second to use step one to solve complex problems so for instance it can be climate change, it can be healthcare.

They have created a computer program called Alpha Go, so I don't know if you know the game of Go

but it's a Chinese game that has been played for a really long time and

Actually, it's not even considered to be a game

But like a complex art form and what is really fascinating about

The game of Go is that there are more possible moves than atoms in the entire universe.

So in fact Alpha Go needs some sort of human intuition to work and

Actually it turned out that Alpha Go was just the beginning

Because Deep Mind just announced an improved form of the program called Alpha Go Zero and this new system

marks a significant technological jump from the Alpha Go program.

Because unlike Alpha Go, Alpha Go Zero doesn't need human data or guidance and

What I mean by that is that to learn the rules of go,

Alpha Go has been showed a lot of previous games that have been played by humans.

But Alpha Go Zero doesn't need that, because it will learn the rules by competing just against itself without

prior knowledge of the game, so you don't need to show it a lot of previous games, a lot of human data

you don't need that and

After just three days of playing against itself so it played

around five million times.

Alpha Go Zero beats Alpha Go

By 100 games to zero so we can say that Alpha Go Zero just became the world Go champion

Number 10 on the list I call Buzzkill.

I was riding on my 2015 BMW S1000RR coming up turn 6 when my run was cut short by someone in the other lane.

Really just wrong place wrong time.

Number 9 was pretty insane. Didn't realize how gnarly it was until rewatched the footage.

Going full throttle, I went into oncoming traffic.

It was when I noticed the car about to pull out on me that I downshifted and gave them an engine rev.

Just another day.

Number 8 was in California after a long day of riding.

My buddy in the GT3RS and I were racing when he suddenly pulled off. I was mid lean and had no place to go. I had to split him and the photographer.

Number 7 wasn't me, but my friend pushing himself a bit too much around the corner and barely missing a car head on.

Number 6 was when I over threw a wheelie and had to power it down. Was a hair from looping this one.

Number 5 was a throwback to my CBR days, my buddy on the Supermoto was shifting left when I was coming down from a 100 mph wheelie.

Number 4 wasn't me either. It was another guy I was racing. He went to pass a car when the car was going to pass another in front of him.

Number three was one of my closest calls. Could have been really bad, but I was focused forward and was able to squeeze through the gap.

Number two was when I was out in California. I was taking a corner when my chain was loose. It gave me a slingshot effect and threw me faster than I expected into this corner.

My hand was maybe a centimeter from the post.

Of course number one... you all know.

The classic mirror break.

Yeah if my hand had hit that railing, it would have been game over. No R1 race on YouTube.
