Robbery at 1:25 | ANIMATION | Zelda - Duration: 4:41.Well, "shopping time"...
Let's see what they sell here...
Well...
...the normal items in any store inside the legal....
A shovel...
...bombs...
...three hearts probably human...
Oh look, a bow, this interests me.
What? 980 rupees?!
If you don't like: don't to buy.
That bow is of high quality and unique.
But it's too expensive!
A chicken-vine! You pay!
That the crust has the Apple's logo drawn it.
And that's just why is a fucking-mother item.
Obviously I need it, but it's expensive, and this is the only "100%" of the island ...
Holy wind fish!
Listen sir: these security gossip does not work.
Sure, they're there to freak out.
But I have cameras, and nobody escapes me ...
No one!
Anyone is robbed any day ...
I tell you, a friend of my father-in-law's cousin knows about these things.
Mmm...
Hey! What do you do with bow?
You bring the bow here with the freelance lord!
In other words: me.
So long!
As long as you do not come back, I'll give you wives on the Kung-Fu plan!
GUATA, GUATA!
Son of a mother's bitch!
Hey Chinese:
Say "cerda", sow in spanish.
Why?
Well, okay, I don't lose anything to say.
"Zelda".
*He laughts*
Fucking racist, I'm going to get you by the band and I'm going to tease you in the ass, you fucking shit-eater!
His motherfucking mother...
...this fag is going to shit him...
Hello, the record?
I'm the shopkeeper of the shop, I wanted to change the name to a retard that goes green.
Ay, "the legend of cerda"...
..."the legend of sow" in spanish...
Hey Thief, you're worse than "the Lute".
*Laughs uneasily*
Ah... yeah, hello...
Hey, what's up, Thief?!
What a machine you're made of!
Marin is crazy for you!
Fuck, another...
Thief, you are undoubtedly the hero of the legend!
It's okay, man!
Hey thief...
...I composed a chiptune song for you, listen...
I knew that in the towns with 10 inhabitants, the news circulates at all pills...
But this is surreal!
Please, this people prays to a whale that seems to come from the Seville Fair...
BUAH...!
Civil Guard, please, take me your identification document...
Yes, here you are...
What's your name?
...Thief...
You make fun of me?
To the jail!
This can with me...
When I leave here, I will return the fucking bow...
You're an asshole, "poyo"!
I suppose the scene of this game served not to steal in the Chinese shops, because...
Oh come on, please... who has not ever stolen an "100%" shop?
Because this robbery scene...
Which is real by the way, nothing of the parody...
The developers of this game claim to have done so, and more admitting...
...that those of Nintendo develop the games through experiences of life.
Can you imagine Shigeru Miyamoto stealing in a Chinese 100% shop?
He did it!
And this game is the greatest test you will ever see in your whole life!
Hey you, the green one:
Stop talking to the 4th wall and get out of here...
Which, as I see it, actually: your name is Thief.
To the "carrer"!
...Stupid Chinese with judicial powers that change you name of the balls...
Hey, I've come to return this stick tied to a rope more expensive than all my retirement.
And by the way, I want to sell this Digimon-Bakugan-Sesame Street or some shit of those plush...
KAME, HAME ...!
What the...!?
- HA! - NOOOO...!
This happens to call me Chinese, I am from Albacete.
That I have an eye problem that makes me see bad as a fuck-shit...
...and talk bad too.
What do you think? You like it?
MEH...!
I'm the great Mamu!
*He laughs*
I escaped from prison, "poyos"!
And as my name is Anti-Kirby ...
I'm going to kill that fucking Kirby!
Oh hell, it's all been a dream!
BUAH...!

I used 1.5mm metal, it is made bulk of the peak.
You can make one-sided peaks.

Complex patterns and texture I did not choose, because
This is a test peak, tried from a simple, but in principle
you can do and more , And more complex.
This peak is collected from two parts at the corners made

I did stamp on metal 1.2 mm or a half, because

Travel Insurance Explained - Why you Need it and What to do in a Medical Emergency - Duration: 7:57.we have a very important topic to talk to you about today it is the importance
of why you need travel insurance now a lot of people don't think about travel
insurance when they're when they're heading out on even a short trip or a
long trip really but we're here to tell you that you definitely need it and we
know from firsthand experience
yeah Dave broke his back in the Amazon a couple of
years ago yes he did and if we didn't have insurance it would have cost us
well over $100,000 and we'd still be paying that sucker off right now but
because we have travel insurance we had medical evacuation we have hospital
stays covered we had x-rays and CT scans everything was covered and we I had it
all under our insurance otherwise if we didn't we either a would have been
paying all of that in a pocket or even worse what many people do is think well
maybe it's not so bad maybe he just has a really badly bruised back for
everything and maybe we'll just try and get ourselves back to Canada it wouldn't
have worked he had a broken back you broke two vertebrae in your back and
thank God for health insurance because you have a full recovery I did I'm
standing here today though most people think oh well that'll never happen to me
I'm not gonna break my back you know did you do it doing some adventure obviously
cuz we're adventures no all I was doing was stepping into a boat and I happened
to slip and fall backwards and hit my back on a metal stair so it can happen
doing anything anywhere that's why it's great to have the best coverage when
you're away you don't want to be stuck with those medical bills like Deb said
for the rest of your life and it doesn't have to be something also
it doesn't have to be something that is super serious you know I know this
happened to Deb brother he was down in Florida you know dad down in the US and
he slipped and broke his fall with his hands you know didn't hurt anything but
about an hour later his wrist wrist all swelled up and he had to go to the
hospital to get it looked at and if he didn't have medical insurance we all
know what the cost can be in the US and he was covered so even though he was
just going to Florida for a short amount of time he understood the importance of
having travel insurance no matter what the length or where you're going of your
what destination your trip is in too many people think oh it's just a short
trip nothing will happen well things do happen Dave and I can
vouch that things happen all the time when we least expect it when we're
climbing or kayaking or doing some treks in the outback
nothing ever happens to us no but whatever we're just in the city or doing
something mundane that's when it seems like we hurt ourselves we never worry
about how much it's going to cost us the minute we feel something an ailment or
sick or hurt ourselves we go to a doctor overseas and we make sure that it's
better so let's talk about a few of the misconceptions that people think of why
they don't need health insurance or travel insurance one thing people think
is that oh I'm covered as long as I got that travel insurance with my credit
card not always so we always recommend for people to check the fine print read
see what's covered a lot of people don't do this and you don't want to be in a
destination and have to use it and find out you're not covered
we recommend buying supplemental insurance on top of your credit card
insurance because just then you know what you're covered for and you don't
have to worry about things so reading that fine print buying a little bit of
extra coverage especially we're doing a longer trip is well worth the cost a lot
of people think they have coverage with their company at work or with their home
province or state that's not the case most of the time the minute you step
foot out of the country or even out of your province or state you are not
covered so you want to make sure you find out about that and the coverage
that you need to get you want to make sure that you have emergency evacuation
insurance that's really important if you have a severe injury you need to get out
of there and get on an air ambulance and get home or get to a facility that can
take care of you when Dave broke his back in the Amazon we were in the middle
of the jungle and he had to spend some time in a little tiny jungle hospital
that did not have the facilities and things No thank God we had that air
ambulance insurance that could take him on a stretcher back to Canada where he
could get the health that he needed
now a lot of people say oh I don't need trip cancellation or trip interruption
insurance well this is something else you should have as well especially if
you're going on a longer term trip if you're doing something a little bit
short where the cost isn't that big I wouldn't really worry about it but if
you're doing a longer trip I would definitely recommend it because if
something comes up a medical emergency or anything like that you can get your
flights and everything refunded which is which is a great thing especially if
you've dished out you know five to ten thousand dollars you don't want to eat
that money so it'll be covered under your insurance you also want to make
sure what kind of coverage you are covered for do you have a private
hospital room do you have hotels covered do you have food covered that's all
really important when you if when you have your loved one in the hospital when
dave was injured I didn't have to worry about the extra days I was spending in
in Peru or the extra money I'd be spending on a hotel or food everything
was covered all prescriptions were covered and the great thing about a lot
of those flights the medical evacuation insurance if you don't even have to pay
for that that money goes into paperwork and goes right to the insurance company
so you don't have to fork out fifty to one hundred thousand dollars right then
and there who be happy about that yeah now baggage insurance is another thing
that people don't really think about it a lot of times it is included in your
credit card insurance or in your travel insurance policy but again it's always
good to check the fine print it's a really good thing to have because if
your bags get lost or they get stolen or they don't get there in time then you
have that insurance where you can go out and buy clothes and and toiletries and
all those things that you that you need to they actually find your bags or you
know to get you to the store when you do have a medical emergency you want to
make sure that you have all of your paperwork in order Dave wouldn't really
know about this then he was on a lot of drugs when we were in Peru he was really
really in badging but I had a lot of work that I had to do I had to gather up
all the paperwork I had to make sure that I called my insurance company
before anything happened and luckily there was a satellite phone on the ship
we were on I called American Express was who we we used and I said my husband has
had a bad fall I need to know what I'm covered for and if you can't get on the
phone beforehand you have to do it right away soon as you get to the hospital
make sure you get on the phone to your insurance company a good insurance
company will be on there telling what you what you're covered for telling you
what paperwork you need I needed to get all of his x-rays all of his doctor's
notes everything that he possibly had all of his prescriptions and another
great thing that insurance companies offer our translators a lot of times you
can do the basic conversation with people when you're in a country but you
can't do the really important things so having a translator come to help you out
set things up and gather what you need is invaluable so as you can see we are
true believers in travel insurance we have used our insurance a lot we've had
a motorcycle accident in Thailand I've had a knee infection a very bad blood
infection in Africa gave absolutely broke his back in Peru and we've always
had travel insurance we've never had to worry about going broke because we get
sick when we're travelling so we highly recommend you getting it it's very
little money for a lot of peace of mind so before you head out on your next trip
make sure to call your insurance provider or your credit card see what
you're covered for and make sure you have all the right covers before you
head out there and travel and for more travel tips make sure you subscribe to
our channel we have new travel videos travel tips travel tips on every single

What Fans Never Knew About Scary Movie - Duration: 4:36.The 2000 horror spoof Scary Movie was a total game-changer that managed to bring a heavy
dose of absurdity to a genre that was getting a bit long in the tooth.
It turned an unknown Anna Faris into a movie star, spawned a bunch of sequels, and featured
a ton of cameos — but there's a lot more to the story than that.
Here's the untold truth of Scary Movie.
What's in a name?
From the start, Scary Movie was conceived as a wacky spoof of everything that makes
the horror genre great — and writers Shawn and Marlon Wayans made that abundantly clear
with the film's original title,
"Last Summer I Screamed Because Friday the 13th Fell on Halloween".
...which, of course, is a mashup of I Know What You Did Last Summer, Scream, Friday the
13th, and Halloween.
Reportedly, another potential name for the movie was,
"Scream If I Know What You Did Last Halloween."
Even though these overly-long titles were shelved, the shorter, simpler title still
pays tribute to a classic — Scary Movie was the original working title for Scream.
"I'll send you a copy."
Tenth time's a charm
In an interview at the time, director Keenen Ivory Wayans revealed that he saw the potential
in his brothers Shawn and Marlon's idea, but that it took ten different drafts of the script
before it was ready.
At the same time, another horror-parody was being developed, written by Jason Friedberg
and Aaron Seltzer, and Dimension Films bought both scripts to avoid any potential legal
hassles.
Scary Movie used ideas from each of the two scripts, so Friedberg and Seltzer were also
credited as writers on the film.
Saving the horror genre
Keenan Ivory Wayans reportedly felt that a project like Scary Movie could be just the
thing to breathe some fresh life into a tired, cliche-filled genre, saying,
"In horror, you've had the Jason series, the Freddy series, the Scream series.
This genre's been played to death."
He referenced how the movie Airplane turned the disaster-movie genre on its head, and
with Scary Movie, he saw a way to similarly shake things up — by melding the horror
with outrageous comedy.
"I'm running!
Help!"
"Help!"
While the film was not exactly critically acclaimed, its box office and cultural success
speaks for itself.
Anna's concerns
One of the things that made Scary Movie so successful was newcomer Faris's hilarious
performance, which included some of the silliest moments ever on film.
"Grandma!"...
"Hi baby!"
"My hip!"
Faris reportedly credited the Scary Movie films for giving her a career and opening
doors, but she admits she was "very naive" at first, and thought her success in the gross-out
comedy would make things easy for her in Hollywood.
Instead, she said she had to branch out to projects like Lost in Translation in an effort
to garner some more respect as an actress.
In 2009, Faris told The AV Club she initially questioned her decision to sign on to the
horror spoof, saying,
"I had this moment during the first Scary Movie where I felt really unattractive and
really concerned.
Just like, "What am I doing?"
Faris said she never really considered herself a funny person, and it took a pep talk from
her director to get her back on track.
According to her, Keenan's advice was:
"There's no vanity in comedy."
Faris said that the philosophy stuck with her, and helped carry her through her lengthy
comedy career.
No sequel?
In promoting Scary Movie, the studio took a jab at the "sequelitis" that typically plagues
horror franchises, releasing posters with the tagline, "No mercy.
No shame.
No sequel" — a clear signal this wasn't your typical horror flick.
But that went right out the window when the first Scary Movie banked $278 million worldwide
off a comparatively tiny production budget of $19 million.
Not surprisingly, that tagline was retired in subsequent home releases once it was clear
the film would indeed spawn a sequel — or four.
The Scary Movie franchise would go on to encompass five films, collectively grossing just short
of a billion dollars, at $896 million worldwide.
"Oh-ho-ho!
Lord I'm-a have a heart attack!"
A falling out
The Wayans brothers may have created the Scary Movie franchise, but it still belongs to Dimension
Films.
In a 2013 interview, Marlon Wayans revealed that the studio rushed them to crank out the
critically-panned Scary Movie 2, and he didn't even realize a third film was in the works
until he read about it in the Hollywood trades.
He claims the studio basically stole their pitch for a third film, before actually inviting
them back to take on Scary Movie 5.
But by that time, the Wayans brothers had moved on.
Marlon said,
"We had our time and did what we could with the franchise.
I think Scary Movie is tired."
Considering we haven't seen anything since 2013's Scary Movie 5, Wayans is probably right.
"God this is exciting!"
"Thanks.
I think you should feel my nipples."

Truck Driver Shortage, NOT! - Duration: 1:28.Hey it's Chris Safety Dawg here. Driver shortage. I wrote an article in
over-the-road magazine about a month ago and I had a great response when I talked
about the driver shortage. Or an actual fact, the lack of driver shortage. We
don't have a goddamn driver shortage! When you go to this store the milk is on
the Shelf. When you go to the store to buy anything, lumber, food, clothing, it is
all there and a truck driver brought it. And as long as the products are still on
the shelves we don't have a goddamn driver shortage. What we do have is a
quality shortage. We are short of high-quality, professional, truck drivers.
That's it. No driver shortage. Shortage of quality. When we get to the point where
we don't have our goods on the store shelves, that's when we're in for a
driver shortage. Until that time there isn't a driver shortage. Just thought
you'd want to know. All right, Chris Harris Safety Dawg out!

Tenno BROKE Twitch Drops! XD An IRL Warframe Min/Max Success Story - Duration: 2:25.I had a guide all setup and darn near ready to upload on how to efficiently farm the most
items per hour with the least amount of strain to your internet and performance power that
was set to go live this morning,
but no need now as Twitch just axed off that entire thing.
DE then followed it up on the one-two punch by conveniently preventing speedrunners from
attaching new accounts to keep the achievement runs and hype alive.
Sure, ya got room to be a bit upset at the potential loss of a fireworks to put any Fourth
of July display to shame,
and based on drop tables we were able to suss out, DE really did make the odds of getting
the Frost Deluxe skin and Vectis Prime about .1%
and that looks eerily similar to why the fan base loves data miners and their work to keep
DE honest in the first place,
but ya know what?
I ain't even mad.
For all the previous games running Twitch Drop campaigns, all the well-known fully supported
and huge mega triple-a titles and their big floppin' financial phallus of marketing,
it came down to Warframe and it's army of Tenno to bring low the system and force Twitch's
hand to how they work.
Do ya see the greatness in that, Legion?
Through DE's unhealthy love of RNG and our desire to combat them with sheer quantity
of loot rolls without care to the cost of bandwidth,
we have altered the course of Twitch history.
From now on, every single Twitch Drop campaign will have that 'one streamer at a time' requirement,
which was previously implied but clearly not enforced.
So while you can thank DE's painfully diluted drop table and lust for free promotion on
Twitch as the catalyst,
it was all you at home who really swung the pendulum of digital history in a different
direction.
I'm not even mad I didn't get all the drops, bit miffed I darn near fished a fully edited
video and invested all those hours testing different methods to make sure it was accurate,
but I can't help but giggle that a bunch of ninja farmers and speedrunning streamers we
SO dedicated to their craft that the proverbial hands of god were forced to act.
Now you're free to say they killed the fun, and ya wouldn't be wrong, but at the end of

Trump Still Hasn't Released His Tax Returns, What's He Hiding? - Duration: 3:45.It's been nearly a year since the disappointing election of November, 2016, where Donald Trump
secured enough electoral votes to be elected President of the United States.
In the 12 months that have essentially passed since Donald Trump won that electoral vote,
he still hasn't released his tax returns to the United States public.
At every opportunity, Republicans in Washington, D.C. in the House and Senate have voted to
shield his tax returns from being released to the public.
Trump has said the reason he didn't release them is because he was under audit and he's
not allowed to.
That's not true.
You can absolutely release your tax returns if you're being investigated by the IRS, if
there's an auditor, if there's anything going on.
You can always release them.
The IRS has made it perfectly clear that they're not the ones holding up Donald Trump from
releasing his tax returns.
Why, after 12 months past the election, are we still talking about this?
Because it's still an issue.
Transparency is very important in the federal government and if we don't have that, it just
leads to wild speculation.
For example, we do know somebody who has gotten his hands on at least part of Donald Trump's
tax returns that the rest of the United States public hasn't had access to, and that person
is Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.
Mueller recently met with officials within the IRS to go ahead and get his hands on some
of those Donald Trump financial records that the rest of us are just dying to see, because
he believes that there is some evidence of criminal wrongdoing within those financial
statements.
To be perfectly honest with you, there is not a single part of me that doesn't believe
that the reason we haven't seen those tax returns is because they hold the key to bringing
down the Trump Administration.
I firmly believe if we saw those financial statements, if we saw those tax returns, there
would be ample evidence within there to bring down the Trump Administration and put Donald
Trump in prison.
Why do I believe that?
First of all, because he's adamant about hiding them.
Talk to any police officer and they're probably going to tell you the same time.
It's a mantra that most of them go by, only the guilty hide.
That is exactly what Donald Trump is doing right now.
He is hiding those tax returns because there is obviously something in there he does not
want us to see.
Maybe it's criminal activity, maybe it's something as simple as the fact that he's not worth
as much money as he told us he is and he's trying to protect his fragile male ego at
that point.
Whatever it is, he doesn't want us to know.
While it would be refreshing for him to release these tax returns, or for Republicans in D.C.
to stop shielding him from the Democrats who are trying to force the release of these tax
returns, what is comforting, at least to an extent, is knowing that the people investigating
the Trump Administration do have access to these tax returns.
I hope that they find whatever it is they're looking for in there so that we can finally
put an end to the Donald Trump nightmare here in the United States.

Top 10 Red Hood Shocking Facts - Part 2 - Duration: 5:41.Hey guys!
Welcome to top 10 nerd.
I'm your host Kelly Paoli and today we're taking another look at Red Hood, Jason Todd,
for our top 10 red hood shocking facts part 2.
We covered most of the bases the first time around, so make sure you check out that vid
afterwards to catch up.
But, in the meantime, let's jump into our list!
10 Other Aliases We've talked about Jason as the Red Hood,
but what about the other aliases he's taken on over the years?
During Countdown, Jason encounters Earth 51's Batman who gives him the Red Robin costume.
And in Battle for the Cowl, where he donned a version of that Batsuit where he was heavily
armed and wore the cowl that previously belonged to Bat-Devil.
9 Age Since DC likes to relaunch itself so many
damn times, we've had a few changes in terms of character ages pop up, including Jason's.
Post crisis Jason was Robin for three years, he met Batman when he was 12 and died when
he was 15.
Whereas in the new 52m Jason was Robin for just a year, and was 16 when he took up the
mantle and 17 when he died.
And according to both Rebirth and the new 52, his age is roughly between 18-20, making
him underage.
8 Mechanical Capabilities Jason has an affinity for vehicles, and knows
his way around them quite well.
When we're reintroduced to Jason post crisis, he's stealing Batman's tires.
Which even Bats points out would have been difficult, much to his surprise that a young
boy committed the crime.
There's been other instances of Jason's competency of cars, especially the bat mobile
- at one point, he develops a scheme in which he infiltrates the bat mobile to pop a bomb
on it while wearing a wet suit while Batman is distracted with the Penguin's goons in
The Lost Days; the special wet suit being the one way he won't be detected by the
bat mobile.
And to top it all off, he often rides around on his motorcycle.
7 Demolitions Aside from his mechanical capabilities, Jason
has picked up a few other tricks through his training, including demolitions.
Taught by a world renowned bomb expert in Russian, Jason learnt how to defuse a wide
variety of bombs and explosive devices.
This Russian expert was involved with the mafia, who was part of a plot to distract
British law enforcement with a bomb they were to believe was from an Islamic extremist,
but Jason ends up hunting them down and safely denotes the bombs.
6 Trained across the globe Just like Bats!
Funded by Talia al Ghul's credit card, that is.
Anyway, he trained with the All-Caste clan of assassins, an ancient clan that actually
predates the League of Assassins, who are located in the Himalayas.
During the Lost Days he spent a ton of time travelling across the world, a lot of it in
several undisclosed locations, but as we mentioned in our last number, he also saved London civilians
when defusing bombs.
He's fluent in English, French, German, Italian and Russian, although the latter is
his weakest.
5 The Dark Trinity With DC Rebirth came a new Red Hood and the
Outlaws team, Jason joins up with Bizarro and Artemis the fallen Amazon, forming the
Dark Trinity, which is suppose to mirror the iconic DC trinity of Superman, Wonder Woman
and Batman, with Jason being Batman's foil.
Red Hood and the Outlaws originally debuted during The New 52 in 2011, and featured Arsenal
aka Roy Harper and Starfire, the latter receiving a ton of criticism for her overt sexual depiction,
with some saying rather than being sexually liberated, she came off as a wish fulfillment
sex object.
Neither volume did well critically, but more on that later.
4 Protege Scarlet, otherwise known as Sasha, who was
deformed by Professor Pyg after her father worked for him, and murdered her father while
he was in the hospital after the attack.
Red Hood found her there, and promised her a way she could channel her rage.
This began their relationship as his sidekick.
http://batman.wikia.com/wiki/Scarlet
3 Parents While we talked a little bit about Jason's
parents in the last video - specifically how he was a bit of a clone of Dick Grayson, and
then when he was redefined his dad became a criminal and his mother a drug addict - but
there's another parental duo that Jason had in an alternate universe - Kate Kane,
aka Batwoman and Renee Montoya.
They had adopted Jason in DC's Bombshells, who Kate meets as a young boy during the Spanish
Civili war.
And unfortunately, he too meets an untimely end in this timeline.
2 His Return Was Teased For two years, in the Hush story arc when
Tim Drake is kidnapped by Jason but turns out it's just Clayface.
Many people saw this retrospectively to be signalling his return.
And in a way, it did.
He would eventually return in Batman: Under the Red Hood.
When Superboy Prime punched reality.
Yes, punched reality, which obviously has more context then him throwing one massive
super punch, but that's for another video.
Anyway his punch set a ripple in time and space, distorting events in the main universe,
which ultimately resulted in Jason's resurrection.
Which is no longer cannon, but hey, still hilarious.
1 Problematic Popularity The response of Jason's appearance in Hush
led to his reintegration into the DC universe.
But his popularity has always been problematic at best, from his early days of being a Dick
Grayson clone put up on the chopping block by editors, to the mixed reception of the
current Red Hood and the Outlaws.
Over the past five years as of August 2017, sales for that title have dropped by 27.2%,
with sales dropping by 72.8% in the past year - which to be fair, had gotten a boost in
general because of the Rebirth launch.
The past six months had dropped by only 12.8%.
Which is better than the stats were in January 2017, where stats for the six months prior
to that dropped by 67.9%.
There we have it friends!
How do you guys feel about Jason Todd?
Love him or hate him or are you somewhere in between?
Let us know in those comments below.

Most Medical Professionals Giving Vaccines Do Not Know What Ingredients They Contain - Duration: 10:59.Most Medical Professionals Giving Vaccines Do Not Know What Ingredients They Contain
Those Who Give Vaccines Should Know The Ingredients in Vaccines
By Marco Cceres
The chances are that if you ask most chefs about the ingredients they put into their
favorite recipes, they will be able to list for you the name of every single ingredient
and the corresponding amounts. That is what you would expect.
By the same token, you would expect most doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other medical workers
who administer vaccines would be able to list for you every ingredient in vaccines, along
with the corresponding amounts. That is what you should expect.
However, that is not necessarily the case.
According to neurosurgeon Russell Blaylock, MD:
Youd be amazed at the number of physicians, you ask them whats in a vaccine? Theyll
say, well, theres the bacteria, the virus you want to vaccinate against, and then theres
a little immune stimulant in there to help stimulate the immunity so they react against
those viral antigens.
They dont know about these other chemicals in there like formaldehyde, special proteins,
special lipids that are known to be brain toxic, that are known to induce autoimmunity
in the brain. Theyre not aware of that. They dont know that MSG is in a lot of
vaccines?monosodium glutamate, a brain excitotoxin. Theyre not aware of whats in the vaccine
theyre giving. [1] Nephrologist Suzanne Humphries, MD concurs
with Dr. Blaylock. She admits, [D]octors are not taught about vaccines in medical school.
We are not taught whats in vaccines as far as the adjuvants. We are not taught how
vaccines are manufactured as far as what kind of animals go into them. [2]
Pediatrician Bob Sears, MD also admits, We never learn what goes into making vaccines
or how their safety is studied. We trust and take it for granted that the proper researchers
are doing their job. So, when patients want a little more information about shots, all
we can really say as doctors is that the diseases are bad and the shots are good. [3]
Pediatrician Larry Palevsky, MD recalls:
There are a number of ingredients in the vaccines, and it was only after 15 years of being in
medicine that a mother came up to me in 1998 and said did you know that there was mercury
in vaccine? So you could see being a pediatrician, being trained, one of the lectures is not
these are the vaccine ingredients. Most of the public, and most of my colleagues in medicine,
are unaware that small particles of these products are being injected into children,
and most children are receiving almost all of them at once because theyre receiving
so many vaccines at the same time. [4] You would think that doctors would, at least,
be curious about exactly what they are injecting into their patients. Most of the ingredients
in vaccines are listed in the manufacturers package inserts as required by the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA), so it should not be difficult to look them up and memorize
them. Certainly, it would be no more than it would be for a chef to memorize his or
her recipes.
Take, for example, the influenza vaccine. For the 2015-2016 influenza season, the Centers
for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimated that 42 million children (six months through
17 years old) and 102.4 million adults (over 18 years old) in the United States received
one or more seasonal flu shots. Thats a total of at least 144.4 million flu shots
given in the U.S. This estimate did not include second doses given to children (the CDC recommendation
is that the first year that children aged six months to eight years old receive influenza
vaccine, they should get two doses of the vaccine given at least four weeks apart).
[5]
The total population of the U.S. last year was 324.1 million last year, [6] which means
that at least 44.5 percent of the U.S. population received one or more flu shots.
Thats a lot of flu shots for doctors, nurses, and other medical workers to administer. It
is concerning to think that many of these individuals may not know what is contained
in the vaccines they are giving to nearly half of the people in the U.S.
There is no good reason for such ignorance because the information is readily available,
either in the vaccine package inserts supplied by the vaccine manufacturers with vials of
vaccine provided to public health clinics, private doctors offices, pharmacies and
other vaccine provider [7] or on the vaccine list published by the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC) and posted online. [8]
Chef in the kitchen with recipe book It is reasonable to assume that those who
administer influenza vaccines regularly to people should know the ingredients of what
they are giving. Its not all that different from memorizing the ingredients of a few favorite
food recipes. The CDC lists 11 influenza vaccines licensed
for use in the U.S and these vaccines, along with their ingredients taken directly from
the manufacturer package inserts, are as follows:
Influenza (Afluria) Trivalent & Quadrivalent contains sodium chloride, monobasic sodium
phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, monobasic potassium phosphate, potassium chloride, calcium
chloride, sodium taurodeoxycholate, ovalbumin, sucrose, neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B, beta-propiolactone,
thimerosal (multi- dose vials). The multi-dose vial contains thimerosala mercury derivative.
[8] Influenza (Fluad) contains squalene, polysorbate
80, sorbitan trioleate, sodium citrate dehydrate, citric acid monohydrate, neomycin, kanamycin,
barium, egg proteins, CTAB (cetyltrimethylammonium bromide), and formaldehyde. [8] Fluad also
contains MF59C.1 adjuvant (MF59), a squalene based oil-in-water emulsion. [9]
Influenza (Fluarix) Trivalent & Quadrivalent contains octoxynol-10 (Triton X-100), a-tocopheryl
hydrogen succinate, polysorbate 80 (Tween 80), hydrocortisone, gentamicin sulfate, ovalbumin,
formaldehyde, sodium deoxycholate, and sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic sodium chloride.
[8] Influenza (Flublok) Trivalent & Quadrivalent
contains sodium chloride, monobasic sodium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, polysorbate
20 (Tween 20), baculovirus and Spodoptera frugiperda cell proteins, baculovirus and
cellular DNA, Triton X-100, lipids, vitamins, amino acids, and mineral salts. [8]
Influenza (Flucelvax) Trivalent & Quadrivalent contains Madin Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK)
cell protein, protein other than HA, MDCK cell DNA, polysorbate 80, cetyltrimethlyammonium
bromide, and -propiolactone. [8] Flucelvax 5 mL multi-dose vial formulation contains
thimerosal. [10] Influenza (Flulaval) Trivalent & Quadrivalent
contains ovalbumin, formaldehyde, sodium deoxycholate, a-tocopheryl hydrogen succinate, polysorbate
80, and thimerosal (multi-dose vials). [8] Influenza (Fluvirin) contains ovalbumin, polymyxin,
neomycin, betapropiolactone, nonylphenol ethoxylate, thimerosal (in the 5 mL multidose vials).
[8] Influenza (Fluzone) Quadrivalent contains
egg protein, octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton X-100), sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic
sodium chloride solution, thimerosal (multi-dose vials), and sucrose. [8]
Influenza (Fluzone) High-Dose contains egg protein, octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton X-100),
sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic sodium chloride solution, formaldehyde, and sucrose.
[8] Influenza (Fluzone) Intradermal contains egg
protein, octylphenol ethoxylate (Triton X-100), sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic sodium
chloride solution, and sucrose. [8] Influenza (FluMist) Quadrivalent contains
monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed porcine gelatin, arginine, sucrose, dibasic potassium phosphate,
monobasic potassium phosphate, ovalbumin, gentamicin sulfate, and ethylenediaminetetraacetic
acid (EDTA). [8] Additional information about influenza and
influenza vaccines, including complete copies of influenza vaccine package inserts that
also list contraindications, reported reactions, results of pre-licensure clinical trials and
other facts, can be found on NVIC.org.
It is reasonable to assume that those who administer influenza vaccines regularly to
people should know the ingredients of what they are giving. Its not all that different
from memorizing the ingredients of a few favorite food recipes. Neither is it unreasonable to
assume those who give flu shots should know the potential side effects of each of the
vaccines and the synergistic toxicity [11] of the ingredients that could provoke these
reactions.
You would expect a command of this basic knowledge by doctors, nurses, and other health care
professionals who are injecting these ingredients into nearly half the U.S. population. The
next time a doctor recommends that you or your child get a flu shot, ask him or her
to tell you exactly what is in the vaccine being recommended and see what kind of answer
you get.

Q and A on Enlightenment, Spiritual Awakening, Astrology and More (ft Koi Fresco) - Duration: 21:12.welcome back to another video my name is Aaron and I help people expand their
consciousness today I'm here with my good friend coy fresco hello everybody
and what we decided we would do is film a Q&A video for you guys of some
questions that we actually just asked you about so on social media on both
snapchat and Instagram we just asked our audience some questions that you guys
might have so what we're gonna do now is go ahead and answer some of those
questions and we're doing a second video on my channel with me in there and talk
about the law of attraction and whether or not it's actually real yeah go ahead
and check I'm gonna link that up in the video below so go ahead and check out
that video by just clicking that link and you'll see some of the content over
there as well so the first question we have is does astrology impact one's life
in any way what are your guys has thoughts on astrology ooh what do you
want to gonna start this one off yeah I actually uh it's a video on astrology
once that was kind of divided my kind of bosses astrology I try to really mix a
lot of spiritual practice and scientific you know understanding and on the
fundamental level there's a lot of lack when it comes to astrology I mean the
scientific standpoint yeah so for me I've always said that astrology has as
much impact as you allow it to have I totally agree it's kind of just like
crystals just like you know tarot card readings all these you know a lot of
these New Age practices are they can help us and they can assist us and they
can give us insight but that all depends and is determined by how much you know
you put your heart into it you take those words eggs as facts versus fiction
right that to me is the biggest indicator on how much astrology is going
to impact your daily life yeah you know I've never heard of ecology around the
world and you know they live perfectly functional lives exactly I totally agree
as I say a lot in the channel I believe that everything in life is fundamentally
neutral but that we tag the meaning as to what things mean so if we use
astrology as a symbol then we can derive certain meaning from that and mean maybe
even from like a consciousness point of view we've all teamed up together even
like hey Mercury retrograde means this and we may collectively agree that this
is what some of the things mean but at the fundamental base level I think we
have the power over what we believe to be true and that it's dependent upon the
meaning we give it yes so it can be a powerful tool but it's not the end-all
be-all yeah it's not a necessity it's exactly and any kind of life spiritual I
have regular material why yeah it's not you know like I said there are tons of
people who throw it strongly out the window and I'm completely healthy happy
enjoyable lives and there's others who you know read about it and practice it
every single day who have the same results it's just exactly where your
mind is in what you're utilizing that astrology for totally agree yeah it just
really depends on the person it depends on you depends on what the person
believes and there's nothing wrong with it but it's just a powerful tool if we
see the power in that so I'd say that's the main one so alright do I can ask a
question though yeah that was a good one I like that one I like that question
alright here's another question that so here's a good question I got it so when
I get kind of often how do we remain positive and spiritual or positive or
spiritual either/or when you're stuck in a household of people that are stuck in
society system I get that question all the time say well it's the same thing
you owe me go first on this yeah for sure okay so the first thing I'd say
that's the most important with this is what we define the situation to be many
times when we get into a house we're automatically subconsciously labeling
people as negative and even if sometimes they don't do something negative we
might think and interpret things they're doing as negative when they're actually
not and maybe they really are but the point is to know that we need to kind of
like let go of the labels I know there's been people that I've been around that
did have more of what we could call a negative attitude but what I did is I
noticed that the moment I stopped focusing on that so much it was like
it's kind of started to go away because I wasn't looking for it as much so it
kind of became like a self-fulfilling prophecy so I I'd say the most important
thing to know is the most power like the most powerful ability that you have is
the ability to choose how you respond to situations and if our definition say
that this has power over me then it will have power over me but it's kind of get
in tune with what the definitions are because if we believe it has power over
us than it does but that's our choice so yeah I think it's all about that
awareness of what we define to be positive or negative and
dropping the labels as to what that is and what I love to go off of is you know
Alan Watts has had a great way of speaking and Alan Watts would always
talk about you know seeing life as a game you know think I like doesn't have
to inherently be good or bad it's just a game so yeah because of that if we are
players in this game if we are humans human as you like to say in this
experience we have to see things as we would see in the game which is a
challenge right and all right well something to overcome so if I'm in a
situation where I'm at home or I'm at school or in somewhere where I perceive
it to be a negative area negative place of being negative my negative energy I
need to stop seeing it as inherently negative or inherently you know against
me and start seeing it as a challenge for me overcome that negative car yeah
the negative no I can't believe that just happened but so if I'm going home
to like say I considered a negative household or I'm going to negative
school I need as I start looking at it as I would in a game which is a
challenging household or at our high school and if I can see it as a
challenge I can sit down and think about wastes overcome it how can I grow
through this how can I use this as an opportunity to learn right I can learn
to combat my thoughts in the sense of wanting this to be something against me
and me just be the pity party and I can learn overcome and instead it only be
you of the victor in this challenge I stop seeing my family as negative he's
actually instead so you might say oh yeah powerful individual about the
ability to overcome my issues and my problems right which is what we see in
successful people around the world it's never a problem of them it's just okay
this is a roadblock how do I get around it exactly it's never something that's
stalking that is so true yeah and that's that goes for all of us and that just
that takes that little flip of the switch and he said you know I agree if
you see it as a game it's less serious I totally I love that analogy because it's
so true we we have the ability to decide what power it has over us and if we
decide we're going to be at the cause and not the effect then we will be so
connected if it's a challenge then it's a challenge because we define it as a
challenge but a challenge is better than a problem yeah and we have the power to
get through that challenge so I think it's about also knowing that I like the
way you said that yeah yeah that's so true that's such a good
point limping game yeah exactly and I think it's actually kind of fun too I
remember I used to have it makes it all playful it does it really brings a new
energy to the table I remember I used to a sales commission job and used to tell
people kind of treat it as a game like you know we help people we get
commission but if you treat it as a game it's so much lighter and I find that
vintage like things smooth so it's just smooth process so what a wider it is the
less be overthinking and the more we can focus on how to deal with it right and I
like that metaphor too because a game is fun
yeah right a game is fun whereas challenges are supposed to be fun
they're exactly workouts for the brain to the body so yeah I think it as a
challenge makes it something we look forward to eventually versus you see as
a problem which is something that we just dread exactly yeah I so agree all
right next question okay this is a good question I get this every now and then
can we manifest in a way keening and someone else should we try it or should
we not try to do so ooh that's a good question right question I get asked this
a lot so from my you might have a different view on this actually the meat
from my perspective in a lot of what I follow is is a lot of philosophy through
Buddhist Buddhism and Hindi for you it's called invite to Madonna it's kind of
non-dual philosophy and the way I like to express it has to do with Karma
Karma's kind of the causality of what's going on in life everything happening
every moment is our Karma in the case of awakening and Awakening is a product of
our Karma it is our Karma the steps we take lead to awakening but the thing
with that is and the thing with trying to awaken other people is that it's one
of those things where you aren't supposed to force your will upon others
yeah so it's kind of like if you're a teacher in this aspect you shouldn't be
going around preaching to everybody randomly all over the place what you're
going to do is upset them annoy them maybe drive them farther away from the
truth instead what we're supposed to do is assist those who need the assistance
personally help those who are asking for help yeah so if we are thinking about or
wanting to initiate an awakening if somebody else whether it be a family
member a friend it should only be those who are looking for that awakening or
early on for advice or help for us to try to push an awakening on somebody
it's a paradox you can never have it mm-hmm so I try to push the earth down
it's just yeah it's physically impossible
it's you trying to create a non reality right and it's it's just regressive to
your own progress because you're trying to again lead a horse to water that
doesn't want to drink it's exactly going to force the situation instead of
focusing the energy you do have to help someone else awaken who's already open
to it yeah and that's honestly that's something I kind of went through when I
first went through by the way can you back in 2012 I was so excited and so
passionate about all of these things I was learning and I went out and I shared
it with my family I shared it with my friends and a lot of the people thought
that like it was they just could resonate with it and then I looked like
the weirdo but this is what I realized is the best thing you can do is lead by
example be a shining light that just is so bright that other people want to be
similar and you don't have to sell yourself these videos that like we
create on YouTube we're not trying to get you to believe what we're saying
we're just sharing our perspective and if you resonate it then that's great but
we were actually talking about this before we do this Q&A because when it
comes to what we're sharing we're not we're really not selling anything so you
know when someone comes up to you when they're telling you what to believe you
naturally kind of have a rebel instinct like I know that that's how I am is that
someone's like do this do this you want to step back I'm like I'm like no I'm
you kind of feel that you know feel that I see that a lot with activism it's why
a lot of militant activism doesn't work is for sure and we're both vegans so
being vegan the best thing you can do is lead by example people say health you
are how up B you are how in shape you are and that makes them curious yeah
when you go to you know restaurants and shower people it just makes them dislike
you even more exactly because then they associate that negative emotion with the
identity of being vegan so the best way to change or to is to change the world
is to first change yourself and to just be that example and it creates a ripple
it's like doing your stone on the pond you know think that
eventually reach the shores yeah it's just a trust the process trust that that
ripple will reach the shore because eventually it will exactly so no never
try to force an awakened on somebody else it's just not going to happen allow
yourself to assist others who are already seeking in awakening yeah
to awaken first does she go I totally agree yeah that's not so hey okay your
turn Oh gotta get one yeah whoo all right
this is a good one little personal what do you think would have happened if you
never turn your life around oh that's a good question you never had an awakening
about a change would I go first you and me before you go first okay well before
I had my awakening I I was labeled that I labeled myself I guess of having ADHD
I was taking adderall before that were you yeah damn
some odd world dude right so yeah taking adderall and then I was I was drinking
although I was partying a lot more I felt a lot of I always had a lot of
energy like that's one thing about me I've always had a lot of energy I think
that I would have channeled that into doing more activities that were further
away from my path the moment I started meditating the first or second day of
meditating my life changed because I started to feel more different than I've
ever felt before and I became very present to the moment and it changed
everything about me I remember I went to work people were like you're so
different than you were before not a bad way but just like something happened and
if that didn't happen my guess is I would have gone down more of the path of
partying a lot more I wouldn't be as focused with my youtube you know what I
do on YouTube I would definitely be doing things that weren't as you know
constructive and I would be I don't even know where I would be to be honest with
you but I do know that because I started meditating and because I had you know
what it's called an awakening that has led to such a different path like I'm so
much more disciplined now I have such I meditate every day right when I wake up
for 20 minutes right before I go to bed for 20 minutes that's changed my life
more than anything and I don't even know where I would be you know if I was still
doing that so what about you totally agree well if anybody goes my channel
you'll see this but up I should spend a year in jail I saw that I saw that
because I got why when I was 18 and that was the same
kind of situation just partying 24/7 one year whole year day I'm completely lost
in my ego gone you know my only focus was the material world and I didn't
really even have that much information or so that was Fondy awakening exactly
yeah that's upon the awakening so for me I think I would have just continued to
do what my plan was before I knew this happened which was to you know go to
college get a regular business degree or something go work for my father you know
classic story that a lot of us follow right maybe a lot of viewers understand
because we usually just do what our parents insist I was doing you know
Dioner Navarro the substance brainwashing were raised with this
conditioning yeah the conversion rate we're expected to impress our parents by
doing what they ask so I would have continued to play do the same thing you
know work a regular day job do lots of drugs probably getting more trouble then
I discover what it feels like to dive inside to admit my emotions to transcend
my ego on some levels to understand my faults those things would have all just
continued to sit under the surface and we would continue to repress them as we
see many many people especially what writers do 24/7 for sure
so I'm blessed to have the situation that didn't have to mean you know it was
a interesting and harrowing experience but it led me to the space where I could
dive within himself discover and that is a path that goes on forever you know
it's awesome it's a never ending journey of Education and potential enlightenment
so it is a car and I find this it's hard to what I think about how I used to be
it is hard to relate to it that's the reason it feels like a difference again
yeah it feels like it's only like you're passing car nation in the sense it does
it do you my totally resonate you and I even see older pictures of me I don't
like even think it looks like me or is me it's just that alien to my me out at
this point and it's because you know that isn't your true so I think that's
why I think so yeah where once you do sort of have been that awakening process
when you do start to truly wake up to to what empowers you and what really helps
you help the world right and you're more progressive person you know that what
you were was nothing but a facade it's a complete facade and that's why it was
like a mess that way it's just Halloween's coming up
it's like a mask people Halloween's I know so once you realize
that it's you it's one of those things you can never go back yeah that's so
true what you can't ever go back everything looks different even if you
want to you can't the gates have been opened yeah I have a question that I
think both of us get sometimes yeah and I kind of want to answer because I think
it's the funniest question ever sometimes people ask if I'm enlightened
oh yeah I think that's the funniest thing ever and I don't mean that in the
mean way you'd ask that question but are we enlightened what do you think we're
not alike yeah not even anytime I see that I'm like no that's the paradox two
people understand chugging trungpa we were talking about earlier we always say
ego our enlightenment is the egos biggest disappointment yeah see people
think of enlightenment as some kind of some kind of trophy some kind of
achievement yeah enlighten was just a return to our natural state which is a
play on perception and beyond identification that's all it is it's
it's as simple as sitting you know what I mean right
a stone isn't light because it stone just it is being now that's where life
is it's not some feeling it's not some euphoria people think that you know they
have a meditative state and crazy you know that kind of Kundalini feeling and
they think Don's an enlightened moment signal is just a really big body hi yeah
as nice as it sounds and as much as you know Michael white might want to be
enlightened exactly ego and low to be enlightened but that part of spiritual
practice did you transcend even that and it is you know joke I've listened to so
many people talk about enlightenment whether it be like Eckhart Tolle or Osho
Osho they all said kind of the same thing when you when they did become
enlightened they laughed laughed hysterically because it is such a funny
concept to try to attain something that you already had from a certain
perspective that's why Osho I believe says that you cannot attain
enlightenment you can only realize and like it like me
that's the thing is you have the aligned experience and then you come back into
your ego into yeah your perspective and you go oh my gosh yeah there was no me
there you know exactly the only experience you have on life it is a
reflection of it that's all this and yeah
like a dream you know I mean unless you're lucid but if you're just having a
dream which the most people have you're just lost in the dream yeah and once you
wake up you go oh that's kind of maybe that's what lightens light but we don't
know because we're not enlightened yeah and that's the paradox too is an
enlightened being can't say that they're enlighten in that moment exactly because
who is the enlightened person who is enlightened because you don't have a
needle you know I just wanted to answer that because I think if that doesn't
sing again Alan wants to say who's the knower who knows that he is known
exactly how far back is our identification go yeah how many layers
of sub that onion can you peel back yeah oh there it is you know what I mean so
I'm just kind of funny I just wanted to clarify that cuz I get that question a
lot and I do not believe that I'm enlightened I don't claim to be an item
in enlightened I just think it's that's kind of the way of it we wanted to
answer that I said there's a very slight handful of people on earth who sit in
that state of this pheromone and they probably wouldn't tell you that there
are light and they're probably not teaching on YouTube or writing books or
lecturing they're probably past that yeah I'd say a lot of them probably just
do their own thing I mean if I had to take a guess but yeah give any other
questions I think I might have another one I would get a lot 20 minutes da you
know you both talk a lot we do talk a lot so the final question is can you
because we were talking about it can you become attached to meditation to your
practices can't even I think I think you can become attached to anything
I think you could become even even meditation at a certain level I look at
it sometimes because I get up every day I meditate the first 20 minutes and then
20s where I go to bed and sometimes I think it's a limitation because why
can't this be a meditation why can't I meditate what I eat what am i defined as
meditation so I think I think certain practices can definitely become
attachments and I think it's I think the powers of just knowing oh that is an
attachment and then switching it up yeah and if you want to honor that you can
you can honor that belief you're like I need to meditate every day but I realize
for myself sometimes I'll push myself not to meditate right in the morning
yeah just to shake it up because I'm like am i that fragile that if I don't
meditate I'm just done that day you know I don't want to leech onto it as the
exact fireman's yeah what do you say it's tool same thing I agree in
ramadasu often talked about this and he would say you know even with things such
as meditation if the method of meditation you're using starts to become
withdrawn you're sitting there in meditation you know yeah well switch it
up try a new method try a new technique right go to a new space sit for longer
sit for less in a different position probably things out so you have to make
you see that remember how to return yourself to that space of just being
yeah because sometimes we do get familiar and that was everything you
know if we're learning about certain philosophy we might get comfortable with
it and think we know everything you know we get confident in our practice and in
our our manifestation technique and exactly even us yes so it goes with
everything you know that's what it's always important to you know question
yourself with everything you're doing yeah
am I really getting what I need out of this am i drinking this am i ignoring
what I should be focusing on because it's becoming familiar right and that's
one that's all mine that's my mindfulness is so important in everyday
life it continuously keeps you on your toes
which in turn allows you to perfect your methods and actually realize when you
are or aren't fully diving into them or whether or not you're becoming it
because you bring that awareness in exactly yeah always aware yeah you we
always known a subconscious level whether or not we're attached to
something we always know yeah whether it be drugs or our favorite food or our
favorite shoes you know we know what we are attached to that is what the power
is for that we do live in material society there aren't things we need to
do but we are aware of why we want what we want or why we do what we want in
which aspects of what we do and what we want are things that we really are just
our emotions are tied to rights that attachment arise exactly yeah the
attachment arises with fueling as well I think anytime we become too certain of
anything it's sometimes good to bring that uncertainty in and that uncertainty
there's a space for new experiences and I think that's always important to
remember so and the paradox of too much certainty is that it starts to get dull
exactly it was you know that the feeling that understanding yeah I become
something we sort of gloss over if I try new things exactly you know try new
meditation practices try different types of meditation yeah you know weird if you
have a you know a philosophy you follow and read a book that's debating it you
know right really I do that sometimes yeah I'll
intentionally have something that I believe in if it's an article that
completely negates what I kind of read the whole thing
I'll read it and a lot of times you read it and then you're like well like that's
real interesting all right guys so that yeah camera dive camera die but we're
