Tuesdays With Terry | February 6, 2018 | Orphan's Promise - Duration: 1:08.I had a guest recently on the 700 club that was talking about the opportunity
we all have to do the Gospel and it just reminded me of the fact that the Bible
tells us to be not only hearers of the Word, but doers. And I thought to myself,
you know, sometimes we can become hearers and talkers about the Word and we can
feel satisfied with the fact that we know what the Bible says, we can maybe
even reference it when we're sharing what it says with each other. I just want to
encourage you today to do what I was encouraged to do: to go back and read the
book of Acts and then ask God what he'd have you do in the world that he has you
positioned in so that others might see Him ... know Him... be drawn to Him and find
the amazement of a miracle happening in their lives. Let's not just be hearers
only or speakers only. Let's be doers of the Word! God bless you

Learn Vocabulary: Sports of the Winter Olympics - Duration: 14:33.Hi. Welcome to www.engvid.com. I'm Adam.
In today's lesson we're going to talk about the Winter Olympics.
They're just around the corner, and I figured it's a good idea that you know what's going
on if you're interested in winter sports.
I'm going to tell you about the different events that you can watch, and what the different
words are that they're talking about on TV.
Okay?
Because this year the Olympics are in Pyeongchang, South Korea, which is the northern part of
South Korea, but not North Korea.
It's a little bit confusing.
The northern part of South Korea.
And all the regular events are there, so I'm going to walk you through them and make sure
you know which ones you like, which ones you want to watch, adjust your calendars, your
timetables because if you live in a different part of the world, you may have to watch them
during the night.
So, we're going to start with the events and then I'll give you some general Olympics' vocabulary.
Let's start with skating.
Okay?
We're going to...
There're different events for skating.
There's speed skating which happens around a long track, an oval track, and people basically
race each other; then there's short track speed skating-sorry-and basically this is
like a very short...
It's almost like a little circle, and you have five or six guys, and they just basically
have a race and they're trying to finish first; and whoever finished first, second, etc.,
they go on and they have a few rounds of this. Okay?
They have different rounds, and the winner of each one or the top two of each race go
to the next round, the next round until you have a final round, and then the winner gets
gold, second place gets silver, etc., or in bronze.
So, this is a very exciting event because there're always crashes, and they go around
really, really fast, and they're like...
Basically almost sideways because they're on their skates going around in a circle all
the time, very exciting to watch.
Then, of course, there's figure skating, which is one of the more...
One of the most popular events during the Winter Olympics.
There are men's, women's, and pairs figure skating, and I think there's also a dance
figure skating, it's a little bit different.
And basically they're on the rink, so the ice surface, or the...
The building they're in is the arena and the actual ice surface is called a rink.
And there they do all kinds of performances.
It's very acrobatic.
Now, you might hear all the different names of the movements they make, like double axel
and cow something, these I don't actually know because you have to actually know something
about figure skating, but you can just watch it.
It's very beautiful to watch, beautiful music and they wear their costumes.
Their costumes are just basically they create for themselves, they're custom-made costumes
you can call them, and they go around, they do all these acrobatic things.
There're two components to it, there's the technical and then there's the artistic.
So they do this on two occasions, and they get a scaled score, basically up to six or
five, 5.2, 5.5, etc., and whoever has the best score, obviously gets the gold medal.
And the one component is the technical where they have to do certain number of routines,
certain number of movements.
And the second one is artistic where they have to basically involve those movements,
but also according to the music, according to the style, etc.
Okay?
Very popular.
And of course they're wearing figure skates.
That's the only real equipment they need, except for their costumes.
Speed skaters, they wear a different type of skate.
It's a much longer blade, okay?
So they're basically on blade.
They're basically on, like, two or three milli-...
Or three or four millimetres of metal, that's all that's holding them up.
Very sharp edges to the blades, and that's what they go around on, etc.
Okay?
So, figure skating.
Skiing, that's another common and very popular sport in the Olympics.
All types of different events that involve skiing.
Alpine skiing is basically coming down a mountain, and there's a slalom, basically it's a very long...
They're on the slope of the mountain, and it's a very long course.
Okay?
And they come down and whoever has the best time...
So, there's two ways to do it, there's time and there's also races for different things,
but Alpine is usually time trial.
Now, there's cross-country skiing which is flat but long distance.
It's like a marathon for runners, except they're doing it on skis.
They're different types of skis.
Their boot...
Their ski boots are not tied down on the back so they can take steps, and they have much
longer poles than the race skiers.
Then there's the Nordic-combined.
The Nordic-combined is both Alpine and cross-country.
So sometimes they go down hills, and then sometimes they go across flat land, then down
hills, etc.
Now, there are mogul races.
Moguls are basically like bumps, and they go...
And they have to go between the bumps, over the bumps, and whoever does it the fastest
is the winner.
Sometimes there's a race, sometimes it's by time.
Okay? A biathlon.
So, a biathlon is a combination of cross-country skiing, so they go for like a couple of kilometres,
then they stop, and then they have rifles on their backs.
They take the rifle, they aim, they shoot at a target, they put the rifle back, cross-country
skiing some more, another rifle shot, another range, and targets, etc.
Then there's ski jumping.
Now, there's two types.
When they say ski jumping, basically this is the long jump.
So they're coming down a long ramp-okay?-and then they take off, and then they're, like,
flying like birds as far as they can, and they land and everything's good.
Then there's freestyle ski jumps, which means it's a very, very steep and short ramp, and
they jump, and they have to, like, upside down, summersaults, and twists, and all kinds
of interesting things.
That's the freestyle.
Then there's also snowboarding, which basically has the same events, obviously not cross-country,
it's only down hills.
And they have races and they have to qualify.
So they have all kinds of qualifying rounds, and then when they have the best of the best,
then they have races, and they have times, and they have to get the best time.
Now a lot of this, the qualifying is about trials.
So they have many rounds just to qualify, and then the official races begin, and then
the official time counts begin.
The equipment that they use for skiing or basically the skis, there're two skis that
they stand on, the two poles that they use.
And again, cross-country and Alpine are different.
And then they wear goggles, they wear boots, they usually wear helmets these days as well.
The snowboarders just wear...
Just use a snowboard, which is basically like just a long board, one board, both feet are on it.
The board is this way and they're facing...
They're horizontal or perpendicular to it, and then they go down and try to win.
Okay.
So that's the main events, now we're going to look at a couple more.
Okay, so now we're going to see the other events.
Now, the thing about the Winter Olympics, there are much fewer events...
A lot fewer events than the Summer Olympics, but they're very exciting events.
They're all very exciting because there's always something happening, there's always
some drama.
Unfortunately there's a lot of accidents, but they also...
That's part of the excitement, part of the fear of what can happen, especially when you're
talking about sledding.
Now, this is a very exciting sport.
You have bobsledding, luge, and skeleton.
Super, super dangerous sport, but very interesting to watch.
So, a bobsled or some... a bobsleigh, as...
However you want to say it, both are okay.
It basically looks like a big tube and the top...
It's hollow and open at the top, and four guys or two guys have to push it on the track.
They basically go down a track, but it's like a curved track like this, and they're going inside.
And it goes all the way down the mountain and they go really fast.
So this tube, it looks like a canoe a little bit, and it's on blades, long blades, and
they go down the ice, and they go like up and down, and really fast around all the curves
and stuff.
And the two or four guys, they push it down the track, once it starts getting to move
they have to jump inside, tuck in and start going down.
Very exciting.
And then there's a luge, which is one person with a shorter little tube or sled, is the
correct word, and they just do it by time.
So all of this is about time, whoever has the best time down the track is the winner.
Okay?
Now, skeleton, I personally think the people who do skeleton are a little bit crazy because
this is basically a flat sled, it's just a board on blades, on ice...
Like, basically long ice skates, right?
Just blades with a flat board, and they take it, and they run, they put it down, jump,
and they lie down flat on their stomachs, head first, and they go down the track, and
whoever has the best time.
Super dangerous, but very exciting to watch.
Okay?
Then there's, of course, the best event and this is the marquis event of the Olympics
because...
So we call it marquis, because this draws the most attention, this and figure skating
I would say are about equal.
Hockey is very popular in especially northern countries that have... that play hockey.
And they play on a rink, it's a much bigger rink...
If you watch NHL hockey, it's a much bigger rink, it's an international-size or Olympic-size
rink, and the national teams play.
And every child in these countries, like Canada, US, Sweden, Finland, etc., everybody grows
up wanting to play on a national hockey team and win the gold for their country.
Hockey involves a stick, a hockey stick; a puck, a little, round, rubber thing that they
play around with.
You have to get goals and if at the end of the game the score is tied, then you have
a shootout, just like in soccer.
Whoever gets the most goals on the goalies win the medal.
Okay?
Then there's curling.
Curling is relatively a new sport.
It hasn't been in the Olympics all the time.
It's basically played on a sheet.
It's on ice, but they're not wearing skates; they're just wearing shoes that they can grip
the ice with.
And they take a stone, it's basically like a stone and it has a handle, and they grab
the stone, they lift it, and they throw it down the sheet.
And there's like a target and they have to land it in the middle of the target, and they
have to knock the other team's stone out of the target area, and they go back and forth.
And they use the stone and then a broom.
So one guy throws the stone down the ice, and then two guys walk down the ice in front
of the stone and broom the ice to make it smooth so the stone goes faster or slower
as they need it.
It looks like fun to play.
It's not that much fun to watch, but again, people love it, that's why it's become a sport.
So, now, a few things you need to know in terms of the Olympics, and this applies to
Summer and Winter Olympics.
The people who compete are mostly amateur athletes.
Now, some sports like hockey was full of professional hockey players, this year it will not be.
The NHL, where most of the hockey players play, did not allow them to come to Korea
to play, so there will be amateur hockey players, and it's all about sportsmanship.
Now, this is a very important word: "sportsmanship".
This is about competing, but remaining friendly and gentlemanly.
Okay?
If the other team is hurting, you don't hurt them more.
You beat them, but you don't embarrass them, you don't hurt them more than by beating them.
Okay?
It's about showing respect to each other.
The winners stand on the podium, and the podium often looks like this.
You got your gold, silver, bronze medalists.
Sometimes it could be like this, whatever.
Whoever's the highest has the gold.
When they present the medals to the winners, they will always play the national anthem
of the gold medal winner.
Okay?
Whoever won the gold, that person's country's anthem is played.
And at the beginning, just like in the Summer Olympics, somebody comes in running with a
torch, a big stick that has a little flame, and they come and they light the Olympic flame,
and the games begin.
Opening ceremony, closing ceremony, etc.
Now, you might not be very interested in the Winter Olympics; Summer Olympics are still
more popular, but if you live in an English-speaking country or if you live in a country, a northern
country where these sporting events are very popular, you may need to discuss or have a
conversation with people about the Olympics.
For example, if you're in Canada, people will talk about the Olympics.
They will especially talk about the hockey team.
Okay?
If they have a good Canadian figure skater, they will talk about him or her.
So it's very important that you know what's going on in the Olympics if you're living
in these countries, and it's a good way to start talking to people, make new friends.
If you go to a bar in Canada, for example, during a hockey game, when there's a hockey
game playing, everybody will be there, the bars will be full, people will be talking
and having a good time, and talking about the Olympics and hockey.
You should really watch.
In fact, I'll...
One day I'll make a video lesson about hockey, I'll teach you guys how the game works, why
it's so exciting, why it's the best sport in the world.
So, in the meantime you can go to www.engvid.com.
If you have any questions about the Olympics, you can ask me there in the comments section.
There's also going to be a quiz that you can try to understand your... make sure you understand
the vocabulary here, and all the points.

The Secret to Split-Time Opposites Poi Flowers - Beginner Poi Tutorial - Duration: 6:14.Hey gang!
Drex here from DrexFactor.com.
Split-time opposites flowers were the last type of flower I learned how to do and they
were definitely the hardest.
Today I'm going to share with you my top 3 tips for learning and mastering these flowers
because they look super cool!
Before we dive in, I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to the friends of the
channel!
Big thanks to Dark Monk, Emazing Lights, Flowtoys, Spinballs, and Ultra Poi for helping to make
the videos on this channel possible.
You can visit them all on the web by following the links down in the description of this
video.
Despite how difficult they are and how long they took me to learn, I still have to say
split-time opposite flowers are probably my favorite type of poi flower by a wide margin.
The symmetry and visual balance of them is just so perfect and they can be done in wall
plane without looking super awkward.
But how to learn them and more importantly how to polish them?
Tip number 1: practice split-opposites
Part of what makes these flowers a challenge is that it's not common for people to be
familiar with the pattern your hands move in for it.
Together same is pretty obvious.
Together opposite is, too.
Split-same is like doing the crawl or backstroke.
But unless you've played with double-dutch jump roping it's unlikely you've already
encountered split-opposites.
There's a great trick I picked up from Alien Jon for teaching your hands how to do this
pattern: clap them together on the right side of your body and then snap your fingers as
you separate your hands top and bottom.
Clap your hands together again to your left and then flip your hands so you switch which
one is on top.
Separate your hands and snap your fingers as you go across the center.
Clap your hands to the right, and flip your hands to switch which hand is on top.
Try just drilling this pattern: clapping and snapping, clapping and snapping over and over
again.
It really helps to do this up against a wall so you get a feel for doing it in wall plane
and you're not reaching too far away from your body as you do it.
The best thing you can do for yourself is get this pattern as comfortable for your body
as possible.
Tip number 2: use linear isolations.
I've seen a lot of different methods for teaching these flowers over the years but
without a doubt the best method I've seen is to use linear isolations.
Don't worry about the jargon for right now--focus instead on what they actually are.
To demonstrate this, I'm going to start with my right hand over on the left hand side
of my body with my poi spinning clockwise relative to me.
You see how there's a spot where the poi crosses my centerline?
When that happens I'm going to let the poi head drop into a stall on my centerline and
pass my hand directly above it over to the right side of my body.
Over here I'm going to pull the poi out spinning clockwise once again.
So that's a drop through my center moving left to right.
Going back over to the other side, I'm going to pop the poi head up my centerline and let
my hand sneak underneath it back over to the left.
So...the full pattern I'm going for here is drop and pop.
Drop and pop.
When that gets to feel comfortable, try letting your hand go up as the poi pops and down as
the poi drops.
If you can do this much, you're actually doing a 4-petal antispin flower already.
So now you want to learn this same pattern with your left hand going clockwise.
Start with the left crossed over to the right side of your body and drop it down your centerline,
then pop up your centerline.
Drop down, pop up.
And again, get your hand up and down with the poi head.
So now that you can do it with both hands, start with your hands both off to the same
side of your body and spin them in split opposites relative to each other.
Really important detail here: make sure the poi attached to the native hand is in between
your arms in buzzsaw plane.
From here, pop your hands apart across your centerline and bring them back together to
the other side of your body.
Think that there's an explosion between your hands that sends them pushing away from
each other only to get yanked back together to either side.
Take your time at either side to find your timing again.
Maybe count 3 beats on each side--thinking 1,2,3 beats and apart.
1,2,3 beats and apart.
As this gets more comfortable, work your way down to 2 beats, then 1, and then just go
straight back and forth.
Think: apart, together, apart, together, apart, together.
Each time you move your hands apart, try to think that the poi are trying to pop and drop
with them.
If you've got this, you've got the flower!
Tip number 3: watch the center!
I've been doing split opposites flowers for nearly ten years and even then I didn't
realize until last year that I was doing some wrong as I performed them.
As I go back and forth, I've got a tendency to have my hands travel across the centerline
of my body at different times.
This in itself isn't the end of the world, but when you look at the trails the poi leaves,
you'll see that the top and bottom petals don't line up.
It's a small thing, but being able to really nail small moments like this really make your
style look clean and polished.
I discovered as I was doing this that the culprit was that my top hand was always a
little slower coming from either side than my bottom hand was, so I started practicing
speeding up my top hand and as you can see it results in a much cleaner flower.
One way you can practice this is if you have access to a mirror, take a dry erase marker
and draw a vertical line down the length of the mirror.
Now as you perform your split opposite flower, try to make sure that both of your hands are
crossing that line at the same time.
Cool!
I hope this helped out some of you.
Split opposites flowers can be challenging to learn but look so unbelievably cool!

LGBTQ+ Community in Hanoi? - Duration: 4:54.Hi!
So today I want to talk about something that's really important to me
The whole point of traveling for me is not because I am Deaf
It's also not just finding my identities.
It's really everything that's part of me
I am very proud to be part of the LGBTQ community
So obviously, it's also one of my goals to meet more of LGBTQ people
Why?
We are already a small community
So when you find someone that's in the LGBTQ+ community,
you often feel that connection between each other
It's the same sense of feeling with Deaf community
So during my time in Hanoi
I only stayed for 9 days
So I researched and wow, I didn't realize how challenging
It was really hard to find the LGBTQ community
Which for me, it gave me an interesting perspective
It was alot easier for me to find the Deaf community than the LGBTQ+ community
Which was really interesting because...
In America, I felt it was the opposite
But already, the fact that the Deaf community is small
The LGBTQ+ community is small
But imagine both? That are Deaf and LGBTQ, it's even a smaller chance
So, it was challenging
I did look everywhere
One day before I left to go to North Vietnam
I went and visit a Deaf social.
I met one Deaf guy who is also gay
We were so happy to meet each other! We connected right away
So check out what he said!
So let me explain
This is Canh *showing sign name*
We were chatting
Ah, I found out he is gay
I was shocked and told him I am the same
I asked him how's the LGBTQ community here? Are they accepting or are they closeted?
I learned about the government and everything
Ah, first time I met her. I was so happy that she is gay! Same as me!
So let me tell you how it is here in Hanoi, Vietnam
In the past with the LGBTQ
We all met together and tried to fight for our rights against the government
The government kept ignoring. Why?
They thought we were sick. That it was a mental illness
We've been fighting for so long!
Maybe now for three years
For the past three years now, we're fighting
Now, we are more free
Why? Because in America, it is okay.
It's okay but relationships are not okay before
It's more free with relationships now because of America
They couldn't before. It was a little open
But now we are freer, it's okay
But with the government, we still don't have rights yet
But here with the local people and the community, it's okay
Thank you
Lilo: Do they have clubs or place where LGBTQ people can meet?
Yes! They do have it. It's at night
At nighttime over there
It's famous. People can kiss there
It's in Houg, a famous place where turtles are
Ho Gowum
Do you know where?
Lilo: No
There's where all the people go. I can show you and help you
Unfortunately I didn't have time to go and see the LGBTQ+ community and socialize there
I didn't get to see it
But now I know for next time, for sure I would love to visit
I would love to see more of that
But for the people who are curious
If they have LGBTQ community here
Is it safe for LGBTQ+ travelers?
the answer is... YES!
It's safe! Completely safe!
I did see some backpackers out there who are couples
Lesbians and gays
They're out there. I did see the backpackers and they're safe
They did hug and kissed. It was fine
I didn't see anything that looked down on them. No judgements
It's just hard to find them. It's really challenging
So if you know someone who is gay, lesbian, transgender, bisexual or any other identities
Let them lead you around. Let them show you where to go
So you know where you can feel safe
Where you can feel like you can be yourself
Ok
That's it!
Peace out!

How To Foam Roll Your Low Back - Duration: 0:53.how's it going guys Dr. Henry here your Camas area chiropractor and today
we're gonna go over how to use the foam roller on the low back. So, first things
first I'm not a huge fan of people rolling out their low back on the floor
and the reason for that is because we can go into way too much extension we
can actually put a little bit too much stress on some structures in the low
back so solution for that is to use the wall right and instead of standing
completely perpendicular to the foam roller I'm actually gonna cant my body
about 45 degrees over to the right and that allows me to kind of get into more
some of the more muscular structures in the low back if I want to get a little
bit more out of this guy I can take my feet and I can push them away from the
wall, lean more of my body weight in and if that's a little bit too much and I wanna
get a little bit less out of it I can just stand a little bit more upright so
give that a shot let me know if you have any questions

Best JS Partner | Angular vs Vuejs vs React - Duration: 15:49.so you want to learn a JavaScript framework and you are totally confused
which to learn of which to even learn or not so all these things in this episode
of Best JS partner and with that I am your host sarthak this is the channel
where I talk about Laravel vuejs react angular and much more related to web
development so if you are new to this channel don't forget subscribe like bit
fumes on Facebook Twitter and Instagram so let's start this video and we will
see why there is a confusion there is confusion because there are top 3
JavaScript frameworks or library which is vuejs react or angular and because
they totally have a same functionality has a same popularity and you get
confused then comes which to learn on which to not that means which one
you need to learn which one you don't need to learn then come a great question
which is asked many times by my friends my subscribers my followers that which
this framework is very easy to use with laravel or which one I can use with laravel
what you will suggest Sarthak? so I am going to answer this question also
then comes long-term support suppose you have created a website with vuejs and
after two year vuejs comes down and you don't have any updates for your
website and you have to rebuild it on the framework which is popular at that
time so you don't want that which one is best for single page application or
mobile because company nowadays don't want to hire one for iOS one for Android
one for front-end one for progressive where all these things are simplified by
these framework because JavaScript framework are best suited for web
development for a single page application for mobile development they
have the native support and that's the important thing which one has a great
native part then comes the programming concept because every JS framework uses
its own system but which one uses good programming concept because if you are
using a programming concept of programming principles
in your code the your code will become easily manageable and easily testable
that's a great point so next one is testing it is often said that if you are
not testing your code you are not a good programmer and that's the important
thing with the JavaScript framework which will
have the create testing tool then comes the component comparison so let's start
answering the question and the first question is which one to learn first
because you have just landing on the ocean off with JavaScript frameworks so
I recommend to use Vuejs or learn Vuejs first why because it is super
easy I bet you you can just learn vuejs in just one or two days the basic
concept you can get it's super easy then after you get the concept of how J's
frameworks work you can land on to react and after that angular angular is little
difficult among these three separate after completing vuejs react you can
easily get how angular work so this is if you want to learn all three but what
if you only want to learn one because you don't have time to learn all these
things you just want one master that and get a great job so which one I recommend
to learn so I can answer this in the comparison so if you are talking about
to Vuejs or react which one I going to learn my answer is react because
react is very very famous and it is gaining great popularity it is backed by
Facebook has native support all these things were till it is not in the case
of VUEJS if you are talking about react and angular huh angular is the best angular
has everything everything in it you don't have to rely on other party other
packages and that's the case of react react has to get the packages has to
get the libraries other than integrate it and then you can create the next big
idea but angular has everything in it you can just go and learn it and you can
have everything and you can create anything then comes angular vuejs not
about angular the as I have told you vuejs is just
gaining popularity becoming great but it's not great yet so next one is which
one easy to use with level this is the greatest question and I am going to
answer this and surely surely Vuejs and react is the answer of this question but
also tailor otwal the creator of level has given us the ability to choose which
front and preset we want to use in the level 5.5 they have the artisan command
which is like PHP artisan preset and then you can use vuejs or you can
use react yes they are totally built-in and you can just use these framework
just like JavaScript framework you deemed you don't need to setup any API
you don't need to setup to server one for front and one for back-end if
everything is integrated in level so that's super easy so I recommend to use
Vuejs or react another one as per your need but what about angular yeah angular
is little difficult to use with level you need to set up an API on the level
then you have to use stateless authentication and these things making
the use of angular width level difficult so next question is long-term support
which one has the great long-term support because angular is backed by
Google and Google is great company I love Google everyone love Google and
because it is updating every time giving new functionality and new concepts on
the angular that's why angular has the long term support I bet you angular will
never go down then comes react react is backed by Facebook and that's the reason
it also will have the long-term support and it's super super popular and used by
many big company and most important part about the react is that it's getting
updates very very quickly and each update making react a great front-end
then comes view GS few giasses created by even viewed not backed by a
big company just funded by a patreon and because it's created by a former Googler
so that's why few GS and angular has many things similar but I'm not sure
what about the long term support because vue.js is just gaining popularity
because it's super easy to use but maybe after one year we will get how will be
the journey of UGS in a long term support so this means angular and react
to Vince for the long term support and then comes best for single page
application for a single page application or the mobile application
angular or react has the capability but not view GS you just does not have any
native support angular has ionic framework you can just transform your
web app into a mobile app react also has react native but view doesn't have but
the Creator even you as I have told you has given this statement on somewhere on
the github I have copied this thing then he said that Alibaba the Amazon of China
the Alibaba sorry Jack Ma Alibaba is creating a weak system that is going to
use hugest for creating the native support that means for creating the
native components for mobile and it's not open source yet but they're going to
make it open source maybe this year or next but till now bujji's does not have
mobile support ok the next important part is the programming concept
programming concept here angular fails because angular has MVC pattern Model
View controller and dependency injection these things are making angular a super
super framework because if you are using programming concept you can test your
code supremely good way okay and that's the case also in react because it just
provide you view part model view controller view parts and it can also be
tested word to not have great programming concept as angular has
components here view GS Vince because vgs has everything on the same file you
don't have to navigate between other files the for CSS for days for HTML in
the single file you will have a template that means the HTML part you would have
the script part this means judge JavaScript part or and the same file you
will have the style part so everything is in the same file so that's making it
great then comes react react uses GSX which means just using javascript and
HTML combined together to create its component so it's also good but angular
everything is separated because they are using a great programming concept of
separation of concern in that way everything is separated and you just
have to navigate between each and every file for CSS and HTML other things so
vue.js Vince here or react also so next is testing as I told you testing is the
important part of any programming system so angular uses karma as official but we
can also use other testing tools reactor uses just or mocha or mucha whatever you
going to call it so these two has the testing capability because they are
using great programming concept but UGS doesn't have any testing capability till
now even view the creator of UGS is going to create official testing tool
which will be used by vue.js but till now there is no official testing tool
for view GS and you can use other testing tool with view jails but I'm not
sure they will good or not but officially no testing tool for you just
so testing purpose angular and react Vince here and angular has great testing
capability and angular okay next is job who the jobs yeah you are learning these
framework because you want to get a great job and here I bet you react is
the boss of everything react job is maybe I think five times combining the
angular and futures super popular react everyone
want a react programmer because it is so easy to use and has great functionality
as we have discussed you and that's why everyone want react person so that's why
I think for a job purpose you just learned reacted but angular is not so
far behind the react is because angular is backed by Google and it has some
great programming concept and that's why if you are going to learn angular and
you want to get a job there is not so many um jobs but the jobs which angular
has gives you a good salary so in that way angular is also a great thing
next come to future's young Fuji s has many jobs but as I have told you it's
just a new framework but not has many functionalities like react and angular
has so maybe that's why till now two jobs for view years lags behind the
angular and react so if you just go to up work or any freelancer website just
search for react you will get turned off job compared to these two
so react wins here then let's see some NPM trends because we will get the
packages via NPM so here you can see clear winner is reacting so react is
supremely have great downloads npm download last six months this is
real-time as 28 gen or not so real-time okay but if vgs fails here because vgs
just have 200,000 NTM downloads and angular doubles of the view GS but what
about react how I can say how much number of zeros here okay
so clearly the react is the winner of our npm trend okay then let's talk about
the github star rating because here angular is less number of stars but if
you talk about reactant view GS you can see who Jesus is just maybe five to six
and stars rating behind the react maybe after one year vgs will go beyond react
I don't know but it's so close the comparison is so close that react and
view both have great great github following so that's very cool so if I
sum up all these things if you want to just use J's framework for simple
functionality simple reactiveness for the user interface use few GS if you
want to have a scaling fully JavaScript app like mobile app like single page
application use react if you have a single page application with API as a
back-end just like I have told you level you want to get on the backend then
angular is the best but among all these things
my favorite is angular but what I suggest you if you want to go further on
the JavaScript environment go and learn react because we have seen that react is
so much popular and if they have lots of lots of jobs compared to all these
things so my recommendation react okay then what I suggest learn first ugh then
react then angular learn react or angular to work on both web or native
for super large project no doubt angular is the best because with angular you can
create a small app to great great project so now tell me which one is your
favorite and why why is very important because if other person read your
comment they will know that why you want to some framework if you like react
tell everyone why you want to learn react so I'm waiting for your reply and
surely we will have a great discussion on this video and if you still have any
questions you can just message me or you can comment below or you can ask
anywhere like on Twitter on facebook on instagram maybe on email anywhere you
can ask me and I will surely answer you and if you have not subscribed please go
and subscribe to this channel because here great knowledge never ends so like
bedrooms on Facebook Twitter and Instagram don't forget to share this
video with others so that everyone know which one to learn which one not which
is the best gs frameworks so we will meet in the next episode till then good
bye

DiSCOVER Fort McMurray Kendra's Paintzone - Duration: 3:42.Welcome to this episode of Discover Fort McMurray I'm your hostess Melanie Galea
with RE/MAX LaBiche Realty I've been operating in Fort McMurray since 2007 as
a local realtor right here in Fort McMurray. My passion is to bring to you
how you can shop local and some of the great businesses right here in Fort
McMurray and I am with Kendra of Kendra's paintzone! Awesome okay so Kendra
tell me tell me how long have you been in business? I've been operating paint
group paint events since November 2016 and I've been a
professional artist since 2004. Great so tell us some of the products
and services that you offer? Some very distinct ones. Number one I am a fine
artist so you bring me your pictures and we can make a special piece out of that
also I do group paint events so any group smalls eight people up like 45.
We can run those and then very uniquely I run a lot of youth paint events so I run
them here in my studio or in for birthday parties at your own house .
We do those so we've had a lot of fun with that a lot of fun. So bachelorette
parties you know like when a special day parties. That you want to celebrate the holidays
you just want to have that little bit of wine in your own house some fun nights
if you want to get the guys involved because it is a pretty funny because
they don't think they can paint but they can. Awesome okay so Kendra what's
different because there's some other companies in town that run these sort of
events what's different and better about you? Absolutely. There are but I am
a certified training and development professional in Canada there are very
few of us around and not part coupled with the fact that I'm a professional
artist means that when you come to one of my events you really have to know
nothing and I will guide you through whether you are as young as eight or as
old as they come. We have a lot of fun Some of my friends have had
paint nights with you and they've had a blast and really really enjoyed myself,
& enjoyed themselves. You don't have to be an artist to do one of
these evenings do you? No that's the whole thing I have this skill set to
guide you through. You just have to show up with a willing spirit. My always, my
biggest goal is that you leave having fun and you learn a little
something about painting you didn't know. As long as you've had fun that's really what it's about
Awesome well that sounds wicked ok so just before we get into the one last questions.
Tell what is a commission because some people might not understand exactly what that means.
A lot of people get confused because I'll post things and I'll say they were a commission and
they're not sure. What that means is you've come to me with that special
place or that favorite musician that you like because I've done a lot of
musicians lately and you say can you paint this and I recreate that in a way
for you those are honestly my favorite pieces to
do because when you when you give them back the person yeah they mean so much
It really does I've hired you to paint two pictures for me and people
are blown away. Have a look here you're gonna have a see right like one is the
picture and one is a painting Kendra is unbelievably talented so you're gonna
be in great hands and have a great time! So Kendra if someone wants to get a hold of
you whether they want to hire you for a commission or they want to register for
paint nite how do they do that? Well of course through discover Fort McMurray
because we all like to shop local that's a big part of I'm doing why
we're doing this but also I'm on Facebook and Instagram both through
Kendra's paint zone
So please please please share this video, comment tell somebody a bit that there's great events
right here in Fort McMurray there's always something to do you can check it out on
Kendra's on Facebook page and as always download the app Discover Fort McMurray
as well I'm your hostess Melanie Galea from Remax LaBiche Realty
helping you Discover Fort McMurray

for view GS and you can use other testing tool with view jails but I'm not
sure they will good or not but officially no testing tool for you just
so testing purpose angular and react Vince here and angular has great testing
capability and angular okay next is job who the jobs yeah you are learning these
framework because you want to get a great job and here I bet you react is
the boss of everything react job is maybe I think five times combining the
angular and futures super popular react everyone
want a react programmer because it is so easy to use and has great functionality
as we have discussed you and that's why everyone want react person so that's why
I don't know but it's so close the comparison is so close that react and
view both have great great github following so that's very cool so if I
sum up all these things if you want to just use J's framework for simple
functionality simple reactiveness for the user interface use few GS if you
want to have a scaling fully JavaScript app like mobile app like single page
application use react if you have a single page application with API as a
back-end just like I have told you level you want to get on the backend then
angular is the best but among all these things
my favorite is angular but what I suggest you if you want to go further on
the JavaScript environment go and learn react because we have seen that react is
so much popular and if they have lots of lots of jobs compared to all these
things so my recommendation react okay then what I suggest learn first ugh then
react then angular learn react or angular to work on both web or native
for super large project no doubt angular is the best because with angular you can
create a small app to great great project so now tell me which one is your
favorite and why why is very important because if other person read your
comment they will know that why you want to some framework if you like react
tell everyone why you want to learn react so I'm waiting for your reply and
surely we will have a great discussion on this video and if you still have any
questions you can just message me or you can comment below or you can ask
anywhere like on Twitter on facebook on instagram maybe on email anywhere you
can ask me and I will surely answer you and if you have not subscribed please go
and subscribe to this channel because here great knowledge never ends so like
bedrooms on Facebook Twitter and Instagram don't forget to share this
video with others so that everyone know which one to learn which one not which
is the best gs frameworks so we will meet in the next episode till then good
bye
