Trump-Hater Stephen Colbert Gets Schooled By Rand Paul With 4 Words From Founding Father

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) recently appeared on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert"

to discuss Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the FISA memo.

Colbert, a well-known Trump-hater, got schooled by Paul with four words from a founding father,

and it's a video you don't want to miss.

According to Mediaite, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) appeared on Stephen Colbert's show on Wednesday,

January 31, 2018, to answer a few questions out of left field.

When Colbert tried to put Paul in the hot seat over Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

witch hunt and the FISA memo, Paul was ready to take the talk show host to a truth clinic.

Paul came right out and told Colbert that he believes there is a potential problem with

Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian collusion during the 2016 presidential

election.

Colbert's arrogance hung in the air, and it was clear that he was waiting for the chance

to pounce on Paul for his opposing view — that chance didn't come.

According to Daily Caller, Colbert asked Paul if he thinks the FISA memo should be released

to the public.

Paul's response was more than Colbert was prepared to handle.

Paul first expressed his concern with Mueller's investigation and pointed out that everyone

can be monitored by the government at any time.

Then, Paul schooled Colbert with a quote from James Madison.

"I'm concerned.

My biggest concern is over something that Madison said at the beginning of our country,

he said that 'men are not angels,' and that's why we need more oversight of government,"

Paul told Colbert.

"Our intelligence community has the authority to listen to every phone call.

Every one of your phone calls could be listened to if they wanted to.

Every one of your e-mails can be tracked."

Paul continued to quote James Madison like a boss and told Colbert that because there

is a bias in the intelligence community that there should be a check and balance, "a

judge and a warrant."

I could not agree more with Paul.

Robert Mueller was given way too much power, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein

is to blame, along with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Paul explained to Colbert that when Mueller went after Michael Flynn, his charges had

nothing to do with Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

In my opinion, Mueller already knew he wouldn't find any evidence of Russian interference

or collusion, which by the way isn't even a crime.

Mueller's purpose, from the beginning, was to take down the Trump administration piece

by piece.

"So I think because men are not angels – and women aren't either – there could be bias

enter into the intelligence community, and we have to be very, very careful that someone

gives them a check and balance, and that check and a balance should be a judge and a warrant.

So, one of the things I fought with over this collection of FISA data that we should go

to a judge to get to that," Paul continued.

Then, the Senator nailed it when he told Colbert how easy it is to trick someone into making

false statements if you have access to all of their phone conversations.

This was the exact tactic used by former President Barack Obama's administration that gave

Robert Mueller his footing to go after Michael Flynn.

I'm concerned that we've given too much power to a prosecutor.

He was supposed to go after Russian collusion," Paul said.

"So far, he's gotten someone over – he recorded General Flynn phone call and then

got him to say something inconsistent with what was recorded on the phone call.

Think about it from a personal perspective.

If I had a thousand phone calls from Stephen Colbert, what I could learn?

And, then, I can interview you, and if you say anything inconsistent with what you said

on your private phone calls, I could put you in jail."

After getting schooled by Senator Rand Paul, Stephen Colbert's only defense was to quickly

add that if the conversation being recorded was regarding Russian sanctions, then "lock

me up."

Colbert quickly cut the conversation, ending the segment immediately after that, so Rand

Paul didn't have a chance to respond.

Clearly, Stephen Colbert wasn't ready for a mental match with someone who possesses

a sharper intellect.

Panasonic GH5s Review SUBS ENG - the substitute of the gh5? - Duration: 17:44.

Here we are guys, a year is passed since GH5 has been released, this very January GH5S was launched.

Let's unbox the GH5S. This will be a very short review,

it will not be detailed as those that you might found on other YouTube channels, but it will mostly focus

on GH5S advantages and disadvantages compared to those of the GH5. There will be

tests that will show positive and negative aspects of both models,

and thus, this review is going to be a guide to help you decide which one you should choose, which is

the best choice according to your needs. I had the opportunity to own them both,

to try them both, to use them both

but let's unbox the GH5S packaging right now,

later on I will explain you everything.

Well, the box looks like that of the GH5's one, let's open it,

you will find instruction manuals of the new GH5S, let's keep them aside,

let's open this up, inside there is the DC-GH5S body, as you may see

there is nothing different from the previous version,

actually, the box looks exactly the same.

Let's open it and here we have the camera body, beautiful, with the scarlet logo and the

rec button, new, all scarlet, as the S under the letters GH5.

Here we have the neck strap to hang it around your neck,

cables:

computer cable, well you know, the usual cables that are always included

in every Panasonic packaging; they made a new

battery charger, I see, smaller, and more portable

than the previous one.

Hence, it seems that Panasonic really decided to make its customers

unhappy. After the launch of GH5,

as a matter of fact, presenting so soon an alternative model, much more recommended

to videomakers, in my opinion, it was like a hit below the belt,

especially for those who will buy the GH5,

will realize that their camera is incomplete. I am talking about the lack of

the long awaited stabilizer that makes the GH5

so amazing a model for a lot of videomakers, because it allowed

to use the GH5, and it allows it even now, since it is still in

production and really appreciated by people, even without a steadicam,

a gimbal, or simple without a tripod, in fact easily holding

the camera, with just a small post-production stabilization,

it was possible to have a completely fixed image indeed. Using the GH5S

this is not possible anymore. This ia an advantage of the Gh5, which GH5S lacks

and it is an advantage that, in my humble opinion, may be seen as the main difference

between these two models, one is for those who make videos, who

use the camera always with

a gimbal, with a steadicam, with sliders or else,

with tools, then, that help the shooting to be smoother, while the GH5 is recommended

more for people that travel, for those who do not want to miss a single chance to shoot in every situation they come across.

In my opinion, this is the main point on which people should focus

when they have to choose between these two models. For using the GH5 you are able

to get awesome pictures in any situation, to say, you find yourself

in front of a breath-taking view, a circumstance that lasts few seconds,

you just need to hold it in your hand, turn it on, aim, focus and start

shooting. Using the Gh5S, as I will show you in a little while, without

a mechanic stabilitazion your videos will be useless, holding the

camera in your bare hands will give you images that you will not be able to use

almost in 90 per cent of cases, thus it is a camera much more recommended to

those who make videos, for those who do it in a professional way. For those who travel,

for those who are loking for a "shoot-ready" camera to carry around, for you,

the GH5S is not a good choice at all.

Another lack is about 6K, the GH5S is not anymore able

to shoot 6K, because, being provided with a sensor of whose pixel are larger

but lesser, it is able to control light better, above all in lowlight

conditions, but it gives back a less detailed

image, at least on paper. Reguarding 4K video,

the difference is slight, let's say that the GH5 advantage is,

in the daytime, with good lightning, that you can shoot 6K

and then you may downsize the video in order to get video files, objectively,

much more detaliled, much more beautiful. The difference is very small, looking at those

few photos I made, I noticed it, few, few, videos, sorry, i would gladly make

a deeper comparison, and I will do it in my next video,

for sure, but since its arrival, I live in Veneto region and it has been

a week of fog, thus I was not able to make any good

video outside, in the daytime and

then I will make another video with a deeper analysis.

Thus I did not make any test, here in my studio, for the simple

reason that there are a lot of studio-test-videos online, but mostly, what happens

in the studio, will not actually happen, it is like when the GH5 appeared the first time,

every test published on web agreed that till 6400 ISO it works like crazy

but later on has been proved that in low light conditions,

in the "real world", outside, it hardly kept up with 1600 and 3200 was

its deadline with high light lenses in order to be used

for professional works. Thus in a future video I will

show something more.

Beyond what has been said in many reviews concerning pre-production models,

I saw that, especially, in dark videos, the GH5S is

is higly improved. It has an autofocus that never missed a target, never missed a shoot during my tests,

even when I find myself in complete darkness, thus I give it full marks.

Let's now come to the main reason why this camera has been designed

I really hoped that Panasonic would have made a camera

able to be free of film grain and thanks to the GH5S, it got

really, really close.

According to my tests, however, I realized that videos shooted by this camera are amazing but only

with very, very, very highlight lenses, it is preposterous to compare the GH5S to the Sony

α7S II, in fact the GH5S can not keep up with it, in terms of lowlight,

but it has, of course, the advantage of having 10bit, of being able to shoot 50-60 frames-

per-second, of having any slow motion, and all those settings that I have already found

in the GH5. Unfortunately clean files with lenses, let's say, from F1.7

or higher in dark conditions, as you will see soon, the outcomes are not so

good as those that you may find online.

On the other hand, using very higlight lenses, whihc means, from F1.4 to 0.95

the outcomes are different, a lot different, and there it becomes a "man on mission".

But why talking about this stuff? You might think that if someone has to shoot

lowlight, he is going to get lowlight lenses. But what matters here is

the price. Just think that a Panasonc F1.2 lens

and Panasonic 12 mm lens, both made by the company which produces the GH5S,

costs 1.200 euros.

Thus,

according to the differences between the GH5 and the GH5S,

in lowlight and with, let's say, "cheap" lenses,

there is not so much difference, but, of course, working using

very, very highlight lenses, the difference will show up because,

of course, the camera is able to shoot better with more light

and I saw that it controls much better sorry, it controls badly

the underexposure. When situation of high underexposure show up

if it is really dark, you will see a lot the film grain

and you get that chromatic noise which is very bad to see and you can not even get rid of

using denoiser programs, like Neat video, thus those who want to buy the

GH5S must rember that he is going to spend alot

for lenses, and, of course, you might think about buying speed booster,

I had a Viltrox, but you still have problems due to optical flares.

These problems are not easy to eliminate

and when you shoot by night and you may have

a street light in front of you, keep on having those horrible things, which are optical flares,

is frightening, at least for me, and I can't see videos this way.

I always try to have native lenses that belong to the camera

thus in order to have high quality, and I don't want something more between

the glass of the lens and and the camera sensor.

Anyway, this is something really individual, you may like it or not,

but it will cost you, though.

Anyway, I don't want to bother you further, I have

already talked too much, I can simply say to you that there is not

a winner between these two camers, they make stuff completely

different from each other and they work in different ways

if you are looking for a camera to bring with you in your travels, a camera that let you shoot

a video anytime without too much thinking about how to get a marvellous result,

just take the GH5, easy.

Its stabilized sensor is something really amazing.

Unfortunately, Panasonic did not provide it the new model, because, maybe,

it would have never angered its customers that bought a GH5

on Christmas but they discover now a new model

that came out so soon. Believe me, though, when I tell you that going around the world

with a gimbal, which you cannnot always

use in every occasion, thus I would reccomend the GH5S

to those who are pros, who work in situazions where they can control

anytime any movements. Concerning extreme lowlight situation, anyway, none of them is really

perfect as a camera.

I really think that the best is still the Sony α7S II

and the GH5S is not so close to it, but it is a real big step indeed.

We got back two steps more on ISO.

Having an ISO that can be used for professional

works till 6400, which is, of course, very high,

but no further.

Thus for dark, dark, dark-you-can-not-see situations, it is not the right camera for you.

Thus, if you go around European cities or big cities around the world, you will always have

enough light in order to shoot using the GH5 endowed with a highlight lens

and without losing too much money.

You will find on this channel

the video I made in Vienna, on New Year's Eve,

in lowlight situations with the GH5

and you will see that maybe it is not worthy to

spend one thousand euros more, only for the camera body,

as it is its actual price.

But, it might be better to have a good deal

buying a GH5 at a better price.

I will not take anyside, I have them both

as a matter of fact, I think, that to hold them both it is the best solution

in order to use each of them in the right moment, but if I have to choose one,

the one without which I could barely make a video

is the GH5.

Thus I would buy it, for sure, if I should choose now.

What else? Enough talking, I have already bother you a lot,

Cheers to you all and I will give you some clips of mine

See you on my next video. Ciao!

One last thing, I did not tell you

but this video has been released both with the GH5

and the GH5S, for this reason you did not see them both in my desk

and I am pretty sure that you will not be able to see any difference between the two cameras,

as both are amazing cameras! Ciao!

"I Owe It to Myself to Get Well" - Duration: 6:18.

My heaviest was probably 485.

Right out of college,

there was just

terrible habits of eating and drinking.

I just took the being a big guy as my role, because I've always been the big guy.

About three or four years ago, there was a scary moment. I had a heart attack.

And I was in the hospital for two days. No one knew I was in the hospital.

And I currently have three stents.

Beginning of the year I had really bad pain going down

the sciatic nerve and

just in pain, couldn't sleep for five days and finally went to see a doctor and had an MRI done. Then we discovered

I had a herniated disc along with spinal stenosis in two parts of my lower lumbar.

So that was the third doctor in the line of many doctors that told me, "You need to get some weight off of your frame."

Right around May of last year I went and I saw a gastric bypass

surgeon, because I thought, this has got to change and this was the answer. But a really good friend of mine

challenged me and he asked me,

"Have you done everything physically possible to lose the weight?"

And I realized maybe I haven't, maybe I've been lying to myself there.

I haven't given a really good go at becoming fit physically the natural way.

[Shockey:] All right, so let's go ahead, let's start back here. Let's go into a squat position, OK?

Here we go, on my cue. Down and up. Down. Up.

A little more control on the way down, Al.

[Sagapolutele:] Dorian asked me to come in to work with him one on one and not necessarily join the regular

beginners class, just to see where I was physically.

[Shockey:] When he came in, we talked on the phone first and when he first

spoke on the phone, I could tell he was very hesitant. You know, normal,

you know, and I just told him, you've got to meet first,

you know, let's meet and I'll let you know if I think this is gonna be a good fit for you and

we can help you or if we need to go a different route, or I can lead you to a different route.

Will you extend your hips and your knees up simultaneously? OK? Here we go, full extension and up.

[Sagapolutele:] He listened. I think that was one of the big things. Like I've been to other types of gyms,

and you know, they just take your measurements, and you need to do this, do that, do this, but this was a very different

experience. It was like

sitting down and having a conversation with a friend.

[Shockey:] He was at a crossroads. He's going to either continue to go down this downward trend or he's going to

make a change in his life and progress forward.

[Sagapolutele:] I admitted to him that

this is probably a cry for help.

So going in, he basically said, "I want to help you. Brother,

I want to help you, but you have to show up and do the work."

When I finished my first WOD here, I was so,

like that was such a good feeling, it was so amazing. Because when I first started, I wasn't finishing workouts.

[Shockey:] From a physical standpoint,

nothing surprises me with what he's been able to progress and do and everything like that. The light bulb clicked on for him

and I remember that day when he came in and he realized that he can do it.

[Sagapolutele:] So my competitiveness now comes in if there's like a new person that comes in, my mind automatically goes,

"Don't let them beat you, you've been doing it for a while, they haven't, don't let them beat you!"

[Shockey:] I was gonna use your last name, but then I was like, "Man, I can't pronounce this clear," so I was like, naw.

We're just gonna go with Al, all right?

So what we did is we took a couple of Al's favorite movements, power cleans and deadlifts.

And we took his least favorite movement, burpees, and we made that into a workout.

[Sagapolutele:] Just the encouragement, of like, checking in, whether it was a text or whether it was an email, or sometimes

I get a phone call after a hard workout. It was that sense of like

someone wants to see me, like, do well and succeed.

[Shockey:] It's really the community aspect of our members, you know, taking him in and also aiding him and encourage him every day.

[Sagapolutele:] As soon as I left the beginners class and joined the regular class,

strangers walked up and cheered me on,

people who don't know you, yet they recognize why you're there.

They come in and they want to see you do your best, no matter what it is.

I started CrossFit at 422 pounds, and I am down

154 pounds,

currently weighing at 268 pounds.

I'm about 18 pounds away from my goal.

I've been ill for so long, like obesity, I look at it as

sickness, if you will. I've been sick for so long that I think I owe it to myself to get well.

For my cardiologist, he's pretty elated at where we are at. Sleep apnea, probably have to test out of it.

I could sleep without the machine now, and not feel groggy. Knee pain just kind of went away.

Ankle pain, just same thing. My primary care physician, she's super happy and we've been talking about this for years.

And she says, "I don't know what clicked, but I'm glad it clicked

and I'm glad, you know, you didn't go through the gastric bypass route."

Like, if you would've asked me a year and a half ago if I would be 154 pounds down,

no, I couldn't see that. That was just unimaginable,

unfathomable at that very first day,

walking in and doing this with Dorian.

[Shockey:] I want to see more people like Al that have the initiative to make that change. They've got to make that decision.

We were there to support Al. Al took that support and did something with it.

Michelle Obama Humiliated After Bashing Trump Goes Horribly Wrong On Ellen DeGeneres Show - Duration: 4:43.

Michelle Obama Humiliated After Bashing Trump Goes Horribly Wrong On Ellen DeGeneres Show

Michelle Obama recently went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and proceeded to use her time

to bash President Donald Trump.

Too bad for her, things went horribly wrong — and she's got to be downright humiliated.

The left isn't doing too good these days.

Along with having to deal with Americans warming up to President Trump, they've also embarrassed

themselves quite a bit.

For instance, quite a few Democrats protested the president's State of the Union address,

thinking it was the popular choice.

Come to find out, it wasn't.

However, things just got a lot worse for them as former First Lady Michelle Obama entered

the public spotlight to offer her two cents.

Appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show, it wasn't long before the conversation naturally

shifted to politics.

Of course, Michelle wasn't bashful when it came to how she felt about Trump.

The topic was initially brought up by Ellen when the television host stated that she is

"frightened" when it comes to the state of our nation and the future of America.

Beyond the fact that she didn't mention any specifics, one can only assume that she

simply meant that she didn't like the direction Trump was taking us.

For some reason, this equates to fear when liberals aren't getting what they want.

Taking the ridiculous sentiments one step further, Ellen asked Michelle what advice

she could give to other snowflakes who were just as "scared" as she is when it comes

to President Trump and the big changes America is currently experiencing.

Sadly, rather than try to unify the nation, Michelle sought to further the "us vs. them"

mindset.

Using her husband's campaign promise that he never delivered on, she simply said, "All

we have is hope," according to Entertainment."People are afraid, but then there are people who

feel good about the direction of the country, so I mean, that's what makes this country

complicated because it's made up of so many different people from different backgrounds,"

Michelle told Ellen, when asked what advice she'd give people who find the world to

be a "scary place right now," as The Hill reports.

"The thing I learned in the eight years that I was in the White House is that what

we do every day in our lives, the good things that we do every day — and we know we do

it: we show empathy, we care for each other, you know, we do have a lot in common," Michelle

added.

"That's what it means to lead with hope and not fear.

And that's all we have, is hope," she continued.

"I would just encourage your viewers, the country, to do the things we do every day:

to love each other, to take care of each other, to show empathy — and you can't do that

only when people make you feel good or safe," Michelle went on.

"We've got to do it all across the board.

However, that's about the time things went horribly wrong.

As the snippet from her appearance on the show began to go viral, the American people

unleashed holy hell on the clueless Democrat.

You see, most of America isn't frightened.

Concerned?

Maybe.

Paying attention?

Sure — but not frightened.

In fact, CBS obliterated that narrative with a recent poll.

For those who haven't heard, 3 out of every 4 Americans who watched Trump's SOTU approved

of the message the president put out:Of course, there are a few snowflakes melting down as

they attempt to make the world appear as though it's on fire, but the facts speak for themselves.

Right now, both the economy and Wall Street are breaking records.

Furthermore, jobs are coming back, prompting unemployment rates to drop, including the

lowest black unemployment rate that our country has ever seen.

Liberals want to make everything look bad.

They want you to think that no one likes President Donald Trump, that America is suffering because

of his policies, and that we're all going to die from the trouble he's supposedly

causing.

Too bad for them, people are waking up to their sensationalized lies.

America is doing great, and despite former President Barack Obama's disastrous time

in office, most people are finally feeling true hope again.

As much as Michelle doesn't want to admit it, our country suffered unprecedented division

because of her husband.

However, things are finally looking up with President Trump in office — and it'd be

wise of liberals to start acknowledging that before they lose what little support and credibility

they have left.

MAJOR PANIC!! They Were Just Caught In The White House Changing HUGE Detail From The Memo - Duration: 6:50.

MAJOR PANIC!!

They Were Just Caught In The White House Changing HUGE Detail From The Memo

Those in charge of national security walk a very fine line between accountability and

oversharing.

On the one hand, they don't need sensitive information floating around in the world.

On the other hand, the American people have a right to know what is happening in Washington,

especially with our elected officials.

Unfortunately, there are times when those who wish to game the system will hide behind

the security issue, claiming that information that would implicate them might make the country

unsafe.

That seems to be what is happening with the now infamous memo that could solve the Russia

collusion/wiretapping issue once and for all.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) memo has been being passed around Washington

for the past couple of weeks, with everyone trying to determine whether it should be released.

According to The Gateway Pundit, a select few have gotten to read the memo, and it's

a bombshell:

"On Wednesday morning Judge Andrew Napolitano spoke to Varney and Co. on the latest developments

of the FISA memo and its release.

Judge Napolitano told FBN that FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein told the White House on Tuesday that they were concerned about the memo's

release.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was AWOL again.

Judge Napolitano: According to the Washington Post the president has not yet seen it.

He's going to see it this morning…

So the FBI and DOJ do not want it out because they believe it reveals sources and methods

of inquiring data, of inquiring intel.

And they don't think it can be effectively redacted.

How do we know this?

Because Christopher Wray, the director of the FBI, and Rod Rosenstein, the number two

person of the DOJ, the chief operating officer of the DOJ…

Where's Jeff Sessions in all of this?…

Spent about an hour-and-a-half with General Kelly the president's chief of staff yesterday

afternoon trying to persuade him of the potential dangers coming out.

The FBI released a statement on Wednesday pointing to grave concerns on the release

of the House GOP FISA memo.

'FBI Statement on HPSCI Memo to be attributed to the FBI:

The FBI takes seriously it's obligations to the FISA Court and its compliance with

procedures overseen by career professionals in the Department of Justice and the FBI.

We are committed to working with the appropriate oversight entities to ensure the continuing

integrity of the FISA process.

With regard to the House Intelligence Committee's memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited

opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it.

As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions

of the fact and fundamentally impact the memo's accuracy.'"Essentially, the congressional

probe required that this memo come to light, at least to a degree, and now the truth is

about to come out.

The problem with the truth for the FBI is that they've got quite a few secrets, and

apparently not all of them are legal.

The memo, which was reviewed by a select few, is making it's way to President Trump, who

will decide if it can be released to the public.

Now though, the Republicans who saw the memo originally are saying that has been altered.

MSN, one of the mainstream stooges, even grudgingly admitted that it had been altered:

"The House Intelligence Committee sent the White House a different version of a classified

memo about the Trump-Russia investigation from the one that committee Republicans voted

to release to the public, the committee's top Democrat said Wednesday night.

Republicans who have seen the memo say it shows that the FBI relied on an opposition

research dossier paid for by Democrats to obtain a warrant to conduct secret surveillance

on an aide to Donald Trump's presidential campaign; Democrats who have seen the memo

say it is an inaccurate and misleading attack on the investigation led by special counsel

Robert Mueller and designed to undermine the FBI."

The fact that the memo is subject to alteration is problematic.

Right, wrong or somewhere in between, those who have the deciding vote on what is legal

and what is not, need to be able to see the facts of the case.

Even if the memo doesn't implicate anyone, the fact that certain forces are so ready

to shut it up is highly suspicious.

And before anyone goes crying "national security," please remember that the President

has the deciding vote about whether this is safe to be released.

If Congress and the President signed off to release the information, it's probably not

too sensitive for the public.

Once again, we see that this is about FBI brass saving their skins, not looking out

for the American people. The Gateway Pundit also reports that if this memo is materially

changed, it could spell bad news for the FBI and their reputation:

"FBI Chief Christopher Wray released a statement today condemning the release of the House

Intelligence FISA memo.

Intel Chairman Devin Nunes then released a response to Director Wray.

'It's clear that top officials used unverified information in a court document to fuel a

counter-intelligence investigation during an American political campaign.'

Translation: Obama FBI/DOJ lied to court to spy on

According to Catherine Herridge from FOX News FBI Director Wray had 90 minutes to review

the classified FISA memo with House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes and Rep. Trey Gowdy on

Sunday afternoon on Capitol Hill.

The FBI and DOJ are very upset that the House Intelligence Committee is about to expose

their FISA abuse.

The memo must be devastating!

NOW THIS…

The FBI sent 5 agents over to the White House this week to alter the House Intel FISA memo.

Lou Dobbs: Our chief correspondent at the White House, John Roberts, telling us that

the new version of the memorandum has been altered in some ways by the White House review.

Five professional members of the FBI were at the White House to meet with the Chief

of Staff John Kelly to got through that."

Time will tell what the memo says and who it implicates, but it doesn't look good

for those who've been scrambling to change or hide it.

The deeds done in secret are about to be revealed in the light of the American political system.

They might soon face the judgment of the justice system as well

Trump-Hater Stephen Colbert Gets Schooled By Rand Paul With 4 Words From Founding Father - Duration: 4:35.

How to do the Splits, what NOT to expect: #3 Introduction to the best stretching routine - Duration: 4:10.

do you want to know the key to functional practical flexibility well

it's this you've got to get strong at your maximum range of motion.

okay continuing on from "what to expect from this program" I'm going to make a few

points about "what NOT to expect" and with this I really hope to reduce any

discouraging surprises that might disrupt your discipline and training consistency.

What NOT to expect. Number one: progress will not be linear.

the first thing you should not expect is that your strength and flexibility

progress will not be linear. actually instead of a linear progress it'll be

more like... two steps forward, one step back, three steps forward, one step back.

Maybe even something like this as you work through your sessions. Like one day

you'll find that your new maximum range of motion is say 160 degrees. And then

two days later, when you do your next session, there might be some regress

and you only manage say 150 degrees. Then in your next session you hit 170, then 170 again

and finally a full 180 degrees. I think it's very unlikely that you manage

to increase your maximum range of motion by a full five or ten degrees every single session.

Expect to have some days of regress among your many days of progress

and don't let it discourage you

so unless you're working your hip adductors all the time taking them to

their maximum range of motion and making them a contract intensely and regularly

these exercises are going to do some damage at the start. Good damage of course.

Beneficial damage. But at a microscopic level we're tearing our

target muscle cells in a very specific way and it's going to feel uncomfortable

and I'm just being honest really if you want a lovely relaxing stretching

program... well you're just not going to find that here. I mean I do hope you at

least try this out but like I explained in the previous video don't be surprised

that each session gets you puffing and sweating and you get a serious workout

as opposed to a relaxing therapeutic rest

I thought about explaining rep ranges time and attention and typical training outcomes

but man I know I know I know I know that'll only create distracting debates.

So I'll say this: It is very unlikely that the high volume of quick

reps that we clock up will stimulate ANY growth in ANY of the type to fast twitch

muscle fibers in our adductor groups. I mean there just won't be enough load

to make us bulky there. So yeah this program is not going to cause hyperplasia, which

is basically making new muscle cells to increase muscle cell quantity or

hypertrophy which is making bigger muscle cells to increase muscle cell

size we won't experience either of those outcomes either hyperplasia or

hypertrophy because we're getting strong by increasing muscle efficiency and

that's when our bodies learn to recruit more existing muscle not making new

muscle cells or bigger muscle cells but using existing muscle cells and that's

because really the type of strength we're after is strength endurance

because that's specific to functional applications like fighting dancing

gymnastics and so on, where we wouldn't just fire eight kicks and then walk away

really what we need is as many in the tank as possible maybe fifteen maybe a

hundred and fifteen or as many as it takes to get the job done and that's why

we won't be bulking up there. okay that should take care of all

of your expectations so in the next video I'll go into all of the things you'll need

to start and finish a program I'll see you then

hey before you go to the next video and make sure you subscribe for more content

just like this because there's a growing library of progressive training videos

here on the ten thousand method channel to help you with your training goals

Top 5 WWE Hall Of Famers You Didn't Know Are Still Wrestling Today - Part 3 - Duration: 6:30.

Top 5 WWE Hall Of Famers You Didn't Know Are Still Wrestling Today - Part 3

5 NIKOLAI VOLKOFF: Nikolai Volkoff is the definition of heel wrestlers in the 1980s. The Cold War was in full effect, and a Russian brawler looking to steal our freedom was the perfect man to go one on one with Hulk Hogan. Once the Cold War died down, so did Volkoff's career.

He puttering around in the WWE during the early '90s, but has since gone on to have a career on the independents, where he has been making appearances for over 20 years. Most surprising, Nikolai's most recent match was against legendary east coast hardcore icon and former owner of Combat Zone Wrestling, DJ Hyde.

I've covered one of these legendary independent matches before in my list of 15 Sad Photos of Wrestlers After They Fell From Grace. That particular bout saw Volkoff take on Bobby Fulton in a match for Classic Championship Wrestling that was so poorly produced, they couldn't even secure a ring.

4 TATSUMI FUJINAMI: One of the most surprising inductees of the WWE Hall of Fame would have to be Tatsumi Fujinami.

Not because he is undeserving of the spot, just because he's not a guy WWE ever really mentioned despite technically winning gold for the promotion, as a multiple-time WWF Junior Heavyweight and International Heavyweight Champion.

Tatsumi is one of the most respected wrestlers of all time, not only does he have Ric Flair's stamp of approval, but Bret Hart once said, "I always wanted to be the great wrestler that Tatsumi Fujinami was." That's high praise.

He still wrestles for a ton of promotions in Japan. Recently he has spent time wrestling for ZERO1, NOAH, W-1, and a bunch of other companies dying to have the Dragon on their roster.

3 TONY ATLAS: It is well documented that during the early '90s, Tony Atlas was in a world of trouble. Drug addiction lead to him being released from the WWE, the very same company where he became one of the first African American Tag Team Champions, and soon, he was homeless and living on the street.

He as given a second shot (unfortunately, it was the racist Saba Simba gimmick), but it was able to get him back on his feet and inside a wrestling ring. That was almost 30 years ago, and he hasn't looked back.

He tends to keep his wrestling schedule near his home on the east coast, and can be seen teaming up with a veritable who's who of former WWE superstars like Tito Santana, Henry O. Godwinn, and The Patriot.

2 TERRY & DORY FUNK: According to Terry Funk, he has formally retired from the ring 22 times. Of course none of them have ever stuck. The first one was announced in 1983, he returned to the ring a little over a year later.

The most recent retirement claim was in September of 2016, he was still in the ring a year later in a match that featured other members of this list, the Rock 'N' Roll Express and Jerry Lawler.

Unlike his 73-year-old baby brother, Dory has seemingly only broken one retirement claim. Back in 2008, a 66-year-old Dory planned on gracefully exiting the world of wrestling.

That would only last three months. Terry's schedule is a lot lighter than his older brothers, sporadically wrestling within the states. Dory, however, was a staple of All Japan Pro Wrestling Television throughout 2017.

1 KURT ANGLE: The most recent induction to the Hall of Fame is also the only wrestler on this list who's most recent matches have taken place within a WWE ring.

The Olympic Gold Medalist had left TNA in hope of another shot inside the ring that made him popular. However, his past history with drugs abuse and injuries had the higher-ups worries about giving him another match.

Instead of a match, Kurt was given an on-screen role as Raw's General Manager. Then, the legendary mumps outbreak of 2017 happened and, with Roman Reigns on the shelf, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins needed a replacement.

Angle stepped up and put on a hell of a showing. He went on to wrestle in that year's Raw vs Smackdown Survivor Series match, where he once again looked great. Could we see Angle once again get a WrestleMania moment? It could be true. It could be damn true.

I freakin' love this story so much, I'm so excited

So once upon a time, I was studying to be a priest

I say that a lot

And one day my Mom sent me a phone number of this young man named Nate

She told me that Nate was this guy that kinda wanted to become a priest

And asked me if I'd be willing to reach out to him

And talk to him about studying to be a priest and stuff

Cuz that's what I was doing at the time

And of course the answer is Yes!!!

I'm super excited to talk to somebody that wants to become a priest

Cuz priests are the best

And I was really excited to become a priest

And I miss those days

So I call him up and I say,

"Hey I hear you want to become a priest, is that true?"

And he said, "Yeah it is true!

Kind of...

"Here's the thing"

This guy Nate, he prays

He's a person that prays and that's a good thing

He was in a relationship with somebody but during that relationship he felt a call to

the priesthood

And so - Nate is such a radical go-getter guy -

So he decided to break up with his girlfriend and he went and he talked to a priest and

said,

"Hey, I want to become a priest just like you

"Tell me what to do"

And this priest told him,

"Well hey that's really exciting

"Why don't you finish college first and then if you still feel this call to the priesthood

we'll get you into the seminary"

And Nate was like, "Wait, no what??

"But I feel the call right now

"I want to chase this right now"

So he goes and he finds another priest and he says the same thing,

"Hey I feel like I'm called to the priesthood

"And I broke up with my girlfriend and now I'm here and I'm asking about it

"What do I do?"

And this priest said more or less the same thing

He said, "Why don't you finish college first?

"I mean this is great, this is exciting, this is good stuff

"But why don't you just finish college first and we'll take it from there"

Nate wasn't super thrilled to hear all that and he said

"Well okay fine, I don't know what to say

"God I was praying and I felt like you were calling me to be a priest

"And so I burned my boats, I left my nets behind, I broke up with my girlfriend quite

literally

"And I was pursuing this

"But the priests that I'm talking to are telling me no

"So maybe that's a sign that this isn't where you're calling me

"I mean, how else do I read this?"

So he gets back together with his girlfriend

He continues to pray

Faith is important whether or not somebody is studying to be a priest

And that is when he meets my mom

He was in daily mass one day and my mom comes up to him and says,

"Hey you're at daily mass a lot, have you ever thought about being a priest?"

And he said, "Yeah well here's my story"

And that is the story of how I first met Nate

A whole lot of backstory all within the first ten minutes story or so of knowing him

It was a great time

I think this is important context:

The group of people that I was studying to be a priest with, they're called the Legionaries

of Christ

Great group, I love them so much!

While I was with them we had a huge emphasis on praying for vocations

The idea is God is calling people to be his priests and not necessarily everyone who's

called hears that call

So we pray a lot for people who may be called and we also reach out to young men who may

be called

So all of a sudden getting this Nate guy that just falls into my lap through the hands of

my mother

And suddenly I'm like, "Oh my gosh, this is a vocation prospect

"Maybe he's called to be a Legionary

"This is great!"

I was super excited

And you know, there's all this sensitivity too because he broke up with his girlfriend

and then he went to go become a priest and then he was told no

So now he's back together with his girlfriend

Breaking up with a girlfriend once so that you can go to the seminary sucks

Breaking up twice would suck more

So he's a little bit worried about...

He doesn't want to do that to her.

That would suck

So what do you do?

That's just kinda a hard scenario to be in

I'm not a super wise person

I'm not a very impulsive person either

So I decide I don't really have advice for this guy

But what I can offer him is I can truck along with him in this journey

So I start calling him every week or two

In these phone calls we talk a little bit and more than anything I just listen

Nate is this guy that has this tension in his life

He feels this call to the priesthood that never went away

And he also very much cares about this lady that he's dating and he doesn't want to put

her through a rough time again

How does he treat her in the best way possible?

And how does he also manage this call that he feels in his heart?

Tough spot to be, right?

I just listen

I just listen for a long time

And of course pray

That's the point of this whole story

So this goes on for a whole year until finally it's September

Nine days before September 15th

September 15th is the memorial of Our Lady of Sorrows which is kinda a special day for

the Legionaries

They have a huge devotion to Our Lady of Sorrows

And so it was a huge day for me

I mean I was a Legionary and Our Lady of Sorrows is kinda awesome

So I notice that Our Lady of Sorrows is coming up exactly nine days before and I say,

"Huh, exactly nine days before?

Well I should pray a novena!

For Nate!

"That sounds like a great idea!"

And so, very pleased with myself and my pious inspiration to spontaneously start a novena

for Nate, I promptly forget about the novena for the next nine days

And that was my novena

But here's the thing, it worked

Mary must've prayed that novena for me

Because nine days later on Our Lady of Sorrows is the first time that Nate ever called me

instead of me calling him

September 15th was a really really busy day and so I wasn't available for a phone call

And Nate gives me a hard time for this later

But one of my religious superiors comes up to me and says, "Hey Peter,"

Brother Peter, I was Brother Peter

"This guy named Nate called and left this message"

So I said, "Great!

I'll try to call him back as soon as I can

"But these days are really busy so I don't know when that's going to be"

I don't call back fast enough for Nate so calls me again and he calls me again

Until eventually my superior says,

"Br Peter, why don't you just come into my office right now?

"Whatever you're doing, I don't care

"And we're going to call Nate"

And that sounded great, so I call him

And he was very...

He was a little...

He was a little upset with me

He said, "Peter, I have never called you

"And now I call you three times in a row and you don't call me back???

"I have something really important to tell you!!!"

And I say, "Oh gosh, I'm sorry

"What happened?

Tell me!"

And he said, "Peter, I'm going to become a priest!

I decided!

"I broke up with my girlfriend again and I'm going for it!"

"So excited!"

And I was like, "Whoa no way!

This is great!!

"Huh, what a coincidence that it ended on the last day of this Novena that I didn't

really do anything for but Mary's good like that"

So we talk for a long time and it's a grand conversation

Because you know vocations are exciting

Saying yes to Jesus is an exciting time

And so we just kinda talked about that

There was just so much overflowing joy in that conversation

Cuz that's what happens when you say yes to Jesus

So that was a great phone call

Just kinda grinning in the euphoria of someone saying yes to Jesus

And that's kinda my entire involvement in the story of how Nate found his vocation

There's a lot more to Nate's story

I just wasn't personally involved in all of it

I mean, let's be real:

Up until this point in his story, what did I do?

My mom found him

And my other mom - you know the mom in heaven - was the one that got him to say yes

I didn't do anything

But that's what's so cool and that's what I love about it

Please pray for Nate

He's a deacon now and he's going to be ordained a priest in June

Which is kinda surreal and crazy

And as you can tell, prayers work on him, so your prayers won't be wasted

Pray for good ol' Deacon Nathan

Just a cool story... and I wanted to share...

And now I have

So God bless and ciao!

Best Sony a6500 Settings early 2018 - Duration: 4:27.

Here to teach you guys how I have my video and photo settings on the Sony

a6500 stay tuned through the whole video to see all my settings. So on the sony

a6500 I'm on manual over here so, I run things pretty straight forward I change

things based on the location of my shooting so if I'm shooting and

depending on when I'm shooting I change how the settings are based on the

location for the best possible image and then if we go to our first custom 1

and then the custom 2 will be next this is my 4k 24 fps so you can see over

here the first thing I want to point out it's 24P 60 and then these I just keep

them for how it is that a 1/60 f1.8 and then ISO is auto but I usually change

that depending on the scene of them on my actual shooting so let's actually go

into the menu over here for the first preset. As you can see once we get into

the menu I do my file format is XAVC s 4k and like I said before it's 24 P 60 M

and that is actually the super 35 mm option that's the crop, and then there

are other options here but I just prefer the 4k option over here and then auto

focus tracks sense is responsive and then everything else is a default I'm

pretty sure. I keep the zebras off because I don't want to have a

distraction if we go to our number 2. I had this is my 120P and 60 again this

is just around though I just changed that every single time I get on to this

mode. Let's go to the menu and let's go into the shooting.

The file format is XAVC S HD and

120 P and 60 M this is actually not the super 35-millimeter crop pretty

much everything else is again left on to the default setting

I don't really change much I really like stuff they're putting in as a default

and then let me just go to the color profiles so I forgot to show you guys in

the first one I'm still on the second one and color profile that I'm using here, if I

just find it there it is color profile using color profile six so if we go

press outside of the ISO button I'm using the color gamut "Cine2" and the color

mode is "PRO" and this is for color gamma for now, probably changed soon and

then the "pro" again color mode that's what I feel is the best for me. Then

for number 1 I'm gonna go menu and

color profile I keep that off. Like I said in a previous video I

keep it as RAW as I can because then I just change colors after in post-production

if I had to but otherwise this camera does pretty good image. So that's pretty

much it those are my two custom film settings that's how I actually film on

the sony a6500 and my "1" is my 4k and my slow-mo 1080p is my number "2" and

then I just left these default for now my focus settings are in

"c2" right here and "c1" is my white balance so I just can't keep things

default I definitely will be changing these things shortly and I'll make sure

to show you guys updates of that but for now this is how my a6500

looks when I film and also take manual photos I don't use any of these, apart from Pano,

trying to get into that it looks pretty cool but manual is what I do at

all times
