Youtube daily report w Feb 4 2018

It's been just over a month since the Republican tax cuts took place, and already Republicans,

Donald Trump, especially in his State of the Union and any other address he's given, any

Tweets he's pointed out, they're saying that Americans are getting more money.

"Look at all those bonuses that were just handed out.

Look at all of the money you're getting in your pay check that's more than you used to

get.

The economy is booming, things are great, and it's all because of us, and our tax cuts."

Well, here's what the Republicans aren't actually telling you.

In the last month, more than 40,000 jobs in the United States have been lost due to corporate

layoffs.

Some of these from companies like Toys "R" Us, Macy's, JC Penney and Kmart, companies

that aren't doing so well, so they're laying people off.

Other companies, companies like Walmart, AT&T, companies that are hugely successful and makings

of billions profits in a year, just decided to lay people off for the hell of it.

Those $1,000 bonuses that were handed out in December, those were more like severance

packages than they were performance bonuses, because more people were laid off from these

companies that gave out the bonuses, than received the bonuses.

So yeah, you may have gotten $1,000, but two people, for however many people got a bonus,

were laid off.

So yeah, you may have a little more cash, but now your buddies are out of a job because

of corporate greed.

That's what's at the heart of this.

Those bonuses aren't going to be coming back around next December.

They're not going to be a yearly thing.

And less than 2% of the American population has even seen any kind of increase in their

pay checks, tax cut related or otherwise, since these things were enacted.

So why are Republicans telling us that our pay checks are increasing?

They're not.

That's statistics.

This is market analysis talking at this point.

Enough with the political talking points that tax cuts are going to help everybody.

They're not.

Tens of thousands of people are losing their jobs from highly profitable companies, for

no other reason than the company wants to save money.

And they're doing this in secret, they're hoping people don't notice.

While they're highly publicizing these bonuses that they gave out to some employees who've

been there more than 20 years, and who probably would have gotten a bigger bonus than that

if the company had stuck to their regular Christmas, or December bonus schedule anyway.

That's what's happening here.

This is all a facade, it's all a charade.

And yes, the economy added more jobs in January than were expected, but we're still losing

at an alarming rate.

Donald Trump is still riding the high off of the Obama economy, but that is all about

to come crashing down.

Every economist is already predicting that.

They're already predicting that these tax cuts are going to be a disaster for the economy,

that people are going to stop spending, that companies are going to have to lay people

off in droves.

But Republicans don't want to talk about that.

All they want to do, is say, "Look, you got $1,000 pre-tax income as a bonus, one time.

So you owe us your loyalty for the rest of

your life."

There is also a volleyball

A basketball

And... a normal tennis ball!

We did small papers with the names of the balls

We'll take out randomly each small paper

And then we'll have to kick that ball (1on1) from this area

Meet Chris Fogt, the US Army Officer Chasing Olympic Bobsleigh Gold | Day Jobs - Duration: 10:35.

I am not a very talented individual, I'm not very smart,

but one thing I've learnt since I was a kid is just,

if you put the time in and you are consistent,

you will be successful.

I don't think you ever go into a competition,

a fight, a battle, a war expecting to do well.

You want to win.

My name is Christopher Fogt,

I am an officer in the United States Army

and a bronze medallist in the four-man bobsled event

in the 2014 Olympic Games.

(FORT HOOD, USA)

So, I grew up a lot playing baseball, basketball,

but probably the best sport I played was track and field.

I was running track in 2007 at Utah Valley University

and I had two men approached me

in black USA Team jackets and say,

"Hey, have you ever tried bobsledding before?"

I trained real hard and made the team that very first year.

Let's do it, come on.

In the army, we start our days very, very early,

between 5:30am and 6:30am.

Across the entire world, almost every army unit

is doing physical training

and it helps to set the tone for the day.

Keep the pace up, keep pushing yourselves,

get that log all the way up, there you go.

As Company Commander,

I'm in charge of 100 soldiers.

Three, two, one.

I have to plan all their training,

to prepare these guys for war.

Company, let's get to work.

Captain Fogt is quite the role model

because it takes a lot to run a company

and he brings that every single day

just as he brings the style and mentality that he has

when he's training to be an Olympic athlete.

Captain Fogt has a very strong dedication to his country.

I've learned some pretty good leadership styles from him

like how to lead soldiers, how to treat people,

how to respect others, even if they are below me in rank,

you still have to give them respect, no matter what.

The first time I went down a bobsled run

was a pretty terrifying experience, to be honest.

After about three or four curves,

we were going about 50mph.

Started to feel the G-forces and I was like,

"I need to get out of this thing now."

"This sport is not for me." That was terrifying.

At that point, I had jumped out of planes before

with the United States Army, so I do like adrenaline,

I do like doing things like that.

So, I was like, "I'm getting back in to try this."

And I am very glad that I did.

Going to the Olympic Games for my very first time

was a very out-of-body type of experience.

The track in Vancouver

is the fastest track in the entire world.

You hit speeds in a four-man of about 96mph.

And there is one curve called the "50-50 Curve".

It's called that for a reason.

Came through, felt pretty good.

We came off the curve, I thought we were good,

then all a sudden...

..we're on our head, going about 92, 93mph.

At that point in my life,

I'd never felt such disappointment.

I felt like I had just let that many people down.

My whole family is there watching me,

my buddies at school are watching,

I had friends over in Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea

watching me race, very excited to say,

"That's my friend, I used to train with him,

"I used to run track with him,

"I went to high school with him."

And to feel like I had let down all those people

and my poor mom, having to watch me come down that curve

on my head about 90mph, worried sick.

As a kid, you dream of being a world champion,

you dream of winning a gold medal,

you dream of making professional sports

and I had a shot.

The Olympic Games being every four years,

I didn't know if I'd have another chance,

so I was like, "I just blew my one shot

"to win an Olympic medal."

People ask me all the time

how, when I'm doing the army full time in central Texas...

..how I can train for a sport where you're on ice.

In the sport of bobsled, we're trying to push a 500-lb object

from zero to as fast as we can for five to eight seconds.

So, when we start, we have all four of us across the line

in a crouch position.

So, I can do that with the Prowler.

Back sit, front sit, ready, and all four of us

hit the bar at the exact same time

to break the inertia of the object

to push as fast as we can

for those five to eight seconds.

What's more important for me is to develop a strength

in the weight room, keep myself trained up

for the sport of bobsledding.

For me to win the bronze medal

came down to the last run of the Olympics.

We came into day number two actually in fourth place.

We're at the top, we huddle.

We want to win this medal, we have to go and earn it.

We power out the block, and we get in,

the whole time, I'm on pins and needles,

waiting to feel every curve if we hit a wall.

But lucky at the bottom every curve felt great,

I think there might be a chance.

We come down that last curve, we cross the line.

We pop up all four us trying to move,

I'm trying to stop the sled,

we're bouncing and we see our coaches losing it.

They're jumping up and down...

..and at that point,

you knew you'd won a bronze medal - holy cow.

The excitement and happiness,

cos you train so hard with your team-mates,

you work so hard for it.

I think, especially for me, having the failure in 2010,

at that point, I didn't care if it was bronze, silver,

gold, purple -

as long as it was an Olympic medal,

I was extremely happy to have proven to myself,

and to my family and my friends,

that I was capable of doing that.

Of all the titles that I have

as a Commander in the United States Army,

as an athlete, as an Olympian,

the most important one that I respect the most

and I try the hardest at is being a father.

How you doing today?

You all right?

Being at work, I leave the house

at 5 o'clock in the morning,

I don't go home for breakfast or lunch.

So I'm at work all day

and I get home about 18:00 every single night.

My son goes to bed about 19:30 so I see him for about

an hour-and-a-half, two hours a day,

and at work, that is what I look forward to the most.

Sometimes it's definitely challenging -

like, he always stays late hours,

he's always the last one to leave

and same in the gym, he's like,

"I took my lunch break at the gym today",

cos that's how he'll fit it in.

Let's go get it. Run.

But he really makes sure that

the time that he gives us is quality time.

So, we never feel like last priority or anything.

My favourite part of being a Commander

is being able to reward soldiers that did something

great at the National Training Centre a few months ago.

So it's a great honour to be able to do this.

Coming up to 2018, my job takes up 12 to 13 hours a day.

I think my experience will help me out a lot.

The mental toughness, the support system that I have

within my family, within the army.

All right, everyone give this soldier a round of applause.

We have great coaches,

the US Olympic Committee has done a great job

supporting the bobsled team.

And there is no doubt in my mind

that we can win a gold medal in Korea.

these are no exception there's three new sets the metal rust set, the camouflage

acrylic paints and let me tell you they're just beautiful another product

from prima Finnabair is the plastered paste and I will have some new videos on

Finnabair paper paste and I'm also having a video and I'm going to compare

the two together the next set of products are from the crafters workshop

they have a new metallic modeling pastes in many different colors they are shiny

smooth and perfect for any project and they come in two different sizes a 2

ounce and an 8 ounce pot the next product is definitely one of my

favorites although it's not new there is 12 brand new distress oxide ink colors

and I'm really excited to use them moving along with the Tim Holtz products

there is an brand new product that is definitely the hit of the show of 2018

this is a distress resist spray and I have a new video coming up on how to use

it five different ways Tim Holtz also has new alcohol ink metallic mix it is

in gunmetal and rose gold color which I'm really excited to play with another

amazing product is the Dina Wakley scribble sticks there's a new set and

there's also the old set and there are amazing crayons that diluted with water

and are perfect for mixed media in our journaling one of the new favorite

products that I found was these beauty for baked texture embossing powders from

safe after designed by Emerald Creek and it comes in many different colors that

are really grungy and are perfect for any type of a

mixed-media project I have a video on my youtube channel right from the creative

ation show where Seth Apter is demoing these powders and I will link that above

finally I saw these really cool sprays at the British Munroe booth and I just

thought the effect that they gave were really really cool so I thought I would

share these if you want to get a new type of spray these are the ones to get

Trump Admin Completely Silent About Companies Slashing Thousands Of Jobs After Tax Cuts - Duration: 3:34.

It's been just over a month since the Republican tax cuts took place, and already Republicans,

Donald Trump, especially in his State of the Union and any other address he's given, any

Tweets he's pointed out, they're saying that Americans are getting more money.

"Look at all those bonuses that were just handed out.

Look at all of the money you're getting in your pay check that's more than you used to

get.

The economy is booming, things are great, and it's all because of us, and our tax cuts."

Well, here's what the Republicans aren't actually telling you.

In the last month, more than 40,000 jobs in the United States have been lost due to corporate

layoffs.

Some of these from companies like Toys "R" Us, Macy's, JC Penney and Kmart, companies

that aren't doing so well, so they're laying people off.

Other companies, companies like Walmart, AT&T, companies that are hugely successful and makings

of billions profits in a year, just decided to lay people off for the hell of it.

Those $1,000 bonuses that were handed out in December, those were more like severance

packages than they were performance bonuses, because more people were laid off from these

companies that gave out the bonuses, than received the bonuses.

So yeah, you may have gotten $1,000, but two people, for however many people got a bonus,

were laid off.

So yeah, you may have a little more cash, but now your buddies are out of a job because

of corporate greed.

That's what's at the heart of this.

Those bonuses aren't going to be coming back around next December.

They're not going to be a yearly thing.

And less than 2% of the American population has even seen any kind of increase in their

pay checks, tax cut related or otherwise, since these things were enacted.

So why are Republicans telling us that our pay checks are increasing?

They're not.

That's statistics.

This is market analysis talking at this point.

Enough with the political talking points that tax cuts are going to help everybody.

They're not.

Tens of thousands of people are losing their jobs from highly profitable companies, for

no other reason than the company wants to save money.

And they're doing this in secret, they're hoping people don't notice.

While they're highly publicizing these bonuses that they gave out to some employees who've

been there more than 20 years, and who probably would have gotten a bigger bonus than that

if the company had stuck to their regular Christmas, or December bonus schedule anyway.

That's what's happening here.

This is all a facade, it's all a charade.

And yes, the economy added more jobs in January than were expected, but we're still losing

at an alarming rate.

Donald Trump is still riding the high off of the Obama economy, but that is all about

to come crashing down.

Every economist is already predicting that.

They're already predicting that these tax cuts are going to be a disaster for the economy,

that people are going to stop spending, that companies are going to have to lay people

off in droves.

But Republicans don't want to talk about that.

All they want to do, is say, "Look, you got $1,000 pre-tax income as a bonus, one time.

So you owe us your loyalty for the rest of

your life."

THE ULTIMATE SEAFOOD BATTLE - Duration: 14:43.

Welcome to FridgeCam we are SORTEDfood, get your comments and your likes at the

ready because it's battle time. And if you hang on to the end I've got

something a little bit special for them. Me or for them? Both.

Today's theme is broad. It is a seafood battle - the boys have got

plenty to choose from, they're gonna go head to head to head to see who can come

up with the winning dish. And for added jeopardy, because the tides coming in,

we're only giving them an hour. Told you it was s***.

Poke bowls. They've been popping up in trendy restaurants all over the US and

the UK for the last few months, maybe a year

we're still on trend, it's okay, don't worry about it. But where did they

originate? Hawaii! So I'm going to make a fairly traditional poke bowl with sushi

rice underneath, and then on top it's going to have the topping which is going

to be raw tuna and salmon cubed it's gonna be great. For me, the ultimate

seafood dish every day of the week is calamari. I've had it in every corner of

this country and I'm gonna make the best one yet.

Now, they may not look it, but squid, they are a thing of beauty I promise you.

To look at they are a little bit gross, but to eat as long as they're fresh and

cooked to perfection they are delicious. You know when you buy

clothes off the internet because it looks good on the model. I'm making

tropical fish and chips, which is why I'm dressed in the clownfish costume not

because I'm feeling sexy and free and this comes with an amazing mango ketchup

deep fried fish and chips. Beautiful lovely flavors inspired from the time I

went to Hook in this video and it's certainly gonna win and it starts with ketchup.

Right you've done your intros. Your hour starts now. First thing I need to do ...

But I need to start! We're starting with the rice it's sushi rice, I've got

to wash it under cold water. Oh noooo - I've watered my flowers

your rice on my head... that's going down my neck. My rice is cooking that's going

to take ten minutes, we're gonna take it off the heat and then leave it for 15

minutes. In the meantime we can get on with my toppings: seaweed, onion, spring

onion, avocado, tuna and salmon. Okay I've got my coriander my limes and my chilli's

prepped. That's my garnish done. So to go with my calamari, which is my surf, I've

also got some turf. Not grass and mud, I've got some chorizo, I fried some off

in a bit of olive oil. I can add that into a mayonnaise to put on top as well.

What is it Barry? Frying some more chorizo - big chunky bits to pull top as well to give

a bit more texture and a bit more variety. Chorizo a chorizo Jamie. You

seemed to put T in it a minute ago. Chorizo, chorizo, forget you're the expert when it

comes to this. I can't help but think that if the tables were turned -

Jamie would be absolutely slaughtering me if I were making his dish. Why would that be?

Because you're not cooking firstly. Oh what's this? You're not cooking your fish you're doing raw

fish and you're doing seaweed and I just got a funny feeling that you'd give me a hard

time. If the ingredients were high quality enough why would you cook them?

That is the stupidest thing you've ever said. Also, you're doing a

poke bowl it's a pokey little portion for a pokey little man.

Oh oh oh this this coming from the lowest rent

Jean Paul Gaultier model that you could find. It is a bit weird - crossed with

Paddington Bear.

Ketchup consists of peeling mangoes, chopping

them and then throwing them into a pan with loads of other ingredients that I'm

gonna tell you about in a minute. I'm gonna say there - no! Wait how big is this stone?

This is...I'm trying to cut around the stone but the stone seems to be

everywhere and it's so slippery I'm gonna take my gills off. There are so

many things going into this ketchup that I'm just gonna have to list them, so here

they are: mango, water, ginger, squeeze of lime, cinnamon, all spice, cayenne pepper,

brown sugar, coconut oil, fish sauce, white wine vinegar. Just like that.

Okay let's marinate some fish so squeezing some lime juice in here

throw in some Thai seven spice, which is amazing I highly recommend putting it on

everything including your cereal, and we're going to leave that marinating for 10

minutes but I'm gonna turn it after five. Can you tell me what the seven spices

are in that in Thai seven spice? Yeah. I'd really like to know now they're all

in Thai you understand. Yeah there must be some English translations.

Yeah probably are. Now on to the fish we've gone... now on to our fish we've

gone for sashimi grade tuna and salmon. It's gonna be spectacular. A key factor

with crispy squid is the crispy bit. It's really simple to get it extra crispy.

All you got to do is get some flour - we're gonna cover them a flower but a seasoned

flour that's half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and the

same with salt. Mix it up and then we can move on to the fishy bit. If they come

already filetted your life is very easy. All we're doing is cutting these up into

rings, like onion rings but slightly thicker. With all my toppings chopped up its into a

bowl, stir it together, and then we can move on to the sauce that goes with it.

It's gonna be grapefruit juice, it's gonna be lime juice, it's gonna be soy

sauce, it's gonna be mirin, it's all gonna be whisked together in a bowl and then

combined with our salmon. So while my cod is marinating, while my ketchup is stewing,

I'm going to chop up some potatoes into 1 centimeter thick chips. I'm patting them

down with tissue paper to get rid of the excess moisture because apparently that lowers

the temperature of the fryer and that would be bad -

then I'm gonna chuck all of these into the deep fat fryer at 180. Watch them

crisp up. Right my cod has marinated in the lime

juice and my seven spice, now time to pane it

before deep-frying. Flour, eggs, bread crumbs, there's some Thai seven spice

inside the breadcrumbs as well.

It's not cooked properly.

Isn't cooking properly... I don't have time to start that again. Okay let's go let's

go let's go.

I didn't get fresh new pastry did I? When I screwed my pasty up

James' only recommendation is to start again but we've only got 4 minutes.

Is it gonna... it's probably not gonna cook in 4 minutes is it? If it hasn't

cooked in 56. 4 minutes! Okay right so my fruit has stewed. There it is off the heat

I'm now going to blend that up and leave that to chill. The chips are done so I'm

gonna raise them and now I'm gonna empty them out onto here cover them with

salt straightaway so it gets on them.

Obviously some more seven spice. Now it's time to go in with my fish.

It's flour-y!

Oh god! Oh sorry mate.

Sushi rice 2 is nearly done and then we can construct all of this. I can't

remember if I already told you this or not so I'm going to tell you again just

in case: sesame seeds into sushi rice, sesame oil into sushi rice. Give it a

stir. Into a bowl, top it all off, make it look pretty, get it in the yummies and

then we can eat it. I didn't tell you about this bit it's sambal,

it's a chilli paste and it's gonna finish the dish off.

Ben, where do you want to start? Shall I go left to right? Yeah. Take your hood

down - there you are! He's the same colour as his outfit.

Number one it looks great. Thank you. I like the fact you've gone for the

tentacles the crispy bits. Smearing piece. It's very kind of tapas-y style thing

going on with the chorizo mayo. Phwoar, that is good calamari. There is nothing

worse than chewy calamari and that is delicious.

It's just cooked but the flour is crispy on the outside it's well seasoned. The

chorizo, the lime. It's simply delicious. That mayo is quality mate. That's Spafftastic I

love this. Okay let's go for these poke bowls. This is the most un-Jamie

thing ever. Why? because it's poke. I like that I

like that this year we're going for things that aren't as obvious to each

individual I don't think this is obvious for you. It's not. You know what you

have to do with it. Yep, I'm also wondering how hot's that sambal before

I mix it all in it. It's about as hot as the chillies that you

guys have been using. That is brutal. So bit of that, a bit of the fish. Seafood battles great fun

but what made you go for poke bowls. Because I wanted to do raw fish

I wanted to do something that was like sashimi went through a few different

options and these are massively on trend *was* ...2015-2016 means that

we're now getting into it in 2018. It's not sharing with anyone...

It's no good. Nice rice I like the sesame. Took a couple of attempts.

Again good quality fish doesn't need a lot I like the fact that in a seafood

battle the seafood isn't necessarily just the fish you've got the seaweed in

there as well. Do yourself a favour and dust some of that chilli off. Is it warm?

It's very warm chilli. My garnish is so hot. First off, idea inspired by something

we did a few months ago. I copied it. The idea was copied but you

didn't have their recipe so you've been working on it. But yeah look I've done

you fish nugs. So beautiful flakes of fish - that mango ketchup is a

game changer. Probably the best bit init. Oh you should try some chips guys sorry.

This is close this is very subtle degrees of cooking from no cooking to

just cooking to perfect cooking when it comes to the white fish and it flaking.

Everyone loves fish and chips and that is a very very good version of that and

something you want on a Friday, fish is Friday, that is awesome. That is something

you want every single time you get together with friends with a nice cold

drink outside in the summer and this is something I'd been wanting to so as a

recipe on the channel for ages and you beat me to it, it's delicious.

What we can really take them is if you need to cook all three. You need to go

and get yourself some amazing fresh fish, go to a market get some fresh fish and

try all three. My least favourite, and they're all my favourite...okay I like them

all but I think on this occasion number three based on the fact it's the

only one no one went back for seconds for even though it was delicious.

We were all drawn to fried fish and I think it's gonna be 2, 1. Because that Thai

7 spice and the mango ketchup is to die for. That was nerve-wracking. Can I

just say I think it's really difficult to keep going back for seconds

this isn't really a picky dish. They were all delicious you want to give them all

the go and get all the recipes downstairs but also you get another vote

following resistance training which is either strength training with weights

body weight training training with bands anything that's putting resistance

against your muscles and a protein is used to rebuild contractile proteins in

your muscle fibers which results in bigger and stronger muscles over time

there's a big debate on how long this process goes on for at a highly

efficient and elevated rate before that window of opportunity closes and

anything you can O consume eat or drink after that period results in less muscle

gains and less muscle repairing if you've ever heard the advice that you

need to eat you know a meal or drink a protein shake within 30 minutes of

ending your exercise and you've wanted to know whether that's actually the case

or not then this is a video for you so what's the answer well the science is

murky at best in 2014 Van Loon conducted a review of

studies in this topic and concluded that consuming protein early in the

post-exercise recovery phase resulted in increased rate of muscle protein

synthesis promoting muscle repair and increased muscle adaptation to prolonged

exercise however a study by Schoenfeld in 2017 found no difference in muscle

mass size or strength after pre-workout or post-workout protein consumption

these contradictory conclusions are likely because the elevated window of

muscle protein synthesis has been shown to in fact be much longer than just post

exercise some people speculate that it even goes past 24 hours after you end

your resistance training and it also depends heavily on the type of training

as well as the intensity training at an intense level to where you are

completely depleted afterward I can see how consuming some sort of protein and

carb directly after training would be advantageous to muscle growth and repair

especially if you trained on an empty stomach it makes sense that that protein

shake or meal would be utilized to a greater degree then you know if

consumed at say five hours later however for the average person who trains at

moderate intensity for a shorter time period more important than the post

exercise anabolic window is the fact that your rate of muscle protein

synthesis is elevated for 24 hours after you stop exercising meaning that the

food choices you make during that 24 hour period after as well as how you

distribute your protein among your meals is far more important and that is why my

next video is going to be discussing why protein distribution throughout the day

The Pain and Struggle of an Empath Living in a Sick Society

I�m an Empath � I�ve known about my abilities for a long long time, but the struggle

of having this �gift� is something to be said.

Last night I think I made a mistake by electing to go grocery shopping for my very old father

who I take care of.

I went to Walmart�

I usually don�t go to Walmart, but it�s where he likes to shop and his list had specific

items from there so I braved it.

As soon as I walked in I sensed everyone right away.

The pain in people filled me, and I had no way of stopping it.

I know of ways to try and block things out, but it shot at me so fast that I couldn�t

do anything but absorb.

The pain in peoples eyes is the worst.

They�re struggling pretty bad.

I could see that it was a generation by generation thing too � parents were spreading the disease

to their children.

I saw other Empaths too � we recognize each other right away, and the two I saw smiled

at me.

I don�t think they know what they are, however.

It might be best because I�ve never really found a good use for having this.

So, now I feel it all this morning.

Doing everything to get it out of me � I felt it last night too, but it�s like being

in a car wreck and you don�t really feel it until after a while.

I feel it now.

I feel sick, depression, anxiety, unbalance, and etc.

I will be ok in a few more hours after I perform some techniques that send away the disease

I absorbed, but really it doesn�t help the problem.

The problem is our society.

And this isn�t anything new � we live in the realm of suffering, but it doesn�t

have to be this way is what bothers me.

If each person recognized their illness, and participation in the continuing process of

this suffering then the world would change.

LOVE is the foundation of the Creator/Universe � it is within everything � and this suffering

has been the nudge to get us off our butts to move towards the Light.

�If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself.

If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark

and negative in yourself.

I�m not a perfect person.

I try to rid myself of the disease as well, but I feel that if people just understood

these things then the effort would be a beginning, and we would see things change fast.

The powers-that-be who perpetuate things like poverty, war, and etc would lose their power,

or at least desire to do those things if they too tried to be healed because they�re sick

too.

Here are traits of an Empath

Random mood swings even though you have no idea why.

Your search for possible reasons why you may be feeling the way you do and attach labels

that don�t really fit.

In crowds, your emotions run high and change often�you get anxiety-ridden, panicky, frustrated,

angry.

it�s because you emotionally run a marathon of different emotions).

People seek you out to confide in you.

People like being around you, but every time they are, they end up talking about their

problems/issues and yet, your problems/issues are rarely spoken of, if at all.

You have difficulty expressing your own emotions and much prefer to focus on someone else.

You often ignore people�s bad treatment of you�explaining it away because they need

you, and on some level, that�s enough for you.

You are the natural healer, helper & you always sacrifice for others.

You NEED to help people.

You are a magnet/receptacle for negative energy.

Not because you started out feeling negative, but because others need a place to put their

negative energy (and there you were, ready to receive it!).

You don�t like feeling bad/down/negative/sad, but you feel resigned & believe it to be part

Found Incredible Time Capsule! Abandoned Clothing Factory - Urbex Lost Places Germany - Duration: 17:49.

In the course of documenting the decay of human civilization we came across this site.

If we hadn't seen the interior with our own eyes

we wouldn't have believed that something like this is even possible.

This time we're exploring an abandoned clothing factory somewhere in Eastern Germany.

Floor by floor we ascended this tremendous building.

And we couldn't stop being astonished.

We already knew that this place is unique but what we discovered here exceeded our wildest expectations.

It was like people simply forgot that this factory even existed.

While entering the factory building we already realized that this place is some kind of gold mine.

Even after 20 years of vacancy there's still an unbelievable amount of items left inside the plant.

Plenty of them are still in the original packaging.

Boxed in light bulbs…

Each one stored in its own packet.

Here is a box full with them!

This one is so old that it's nothing more than a lump.

What's that? – Varnish.

They're all unused.

Even the contacts are still wrapped in plastic. Look here!

Nobody used them yet...

It's a paradise for photographers who pay great attention to details.

But at the same time we had to think about what a huge kind of waste this is.

Quite a number of objects could have been used by someone.

But instead they have been rotting away in this old factory for years.

But that was just the tip of the iceberg.

There was so much more to discover.

Every floor had its own surprises in store for us.

At first we went down to the basement.

What the hell happened over there?

This looks like a rock that was stored here.

It's no rubble from a collapsed ceiling. - Maybe the wall behind it went to pieces.

It looks like stone but it might be cement, too.

Was this stuff stored here?

It might be dirt. - Or coal?

However, it's obviously no natural rock.

The story of this place dates back to the 19th century.

Back then it was an era of industrial expansion in Germany.

Not far away from this site a knitwear factory was built.

Due to the high quality of the products the company was able to establish a global distribution network.

Due to the growing demand a new factory complex was built.

It was the one we were exploring.

A while later the prominent tower that you saw earlier was constructed.

Later in this video we're going to climb it.

The tower became the company's hallmark.

On the property there are even some more houses.

These are administration buildings but they're in a very bad condition and by far not as interesting as the factory.

After moving on from the lower levels to the upper ones

we discovered the real highlight of this abandoned place.

A huge room full of sewing machines.

In former times, garments were fabricated here.

Even today the different work stations can still be recognized

due to the fact that everything was left behind.

This literally blew our minds.

Eh!??

Well, I understand it when some furnishings were left behind in an abandoned place. But this...

I don't get it…

I just don't get it. Here's the thing...

This is one of the most easily accessible buildings we have ever explored.

How is something like this even possible?

That's what we were asking ourselves the entire time while exploring the clothing factory.

Especially swimsuits and undergarments for women and children were produced here.

But also suits and sports jackets for men.

On the other end of this assembly line probably fabric and other base materials were put.

And while you were working at your workstation the fabrics were transported in these boxes.

They moved this way…

And then the gates were opened.

Voilà! You got your supplies and were able to carry on with the work.

And after that…

Well, I don't know how the box got back.

It probably was put over here and got collected later.

The names of some employees can still be recognized on the supervisor's console.

It's highly likely that he was able to control those gates from here.

"22. November 1984"

Over there I found one which was dated to '83.

In order to find out when this factory was closed we were searching for dates.

We searched for clues that would point us in the right direction.

"92"!

What's this?

I'm not sure.

It's about tank tops.

Oh, cool! This is a sketch.

Come a bit closer.

It looks like there are butterflies on the top as an ornament.

Do you remember how you were freaked out by the room downstairs?

What the hell is wrong with this abandoned place??

I don't understand this…

So this is where the finished articles of clothing were stored.

To be honest, it was strange to see what people have been wearing back then.

But fashion is changing all the time.

In a couple of decades people will probably think the same way about today's clothing.

During the Soviet occupation the factory was expropriated in 1949

and continued as public property.

After the fall of the Berlin Wall the company went private again.

But they were producing here only eight more years.

In 1998, the last pieces of clothing left this place.

After that the factory closed down.

Next floor, next surprise.

Here's the BWT crew, saving another animal!

As it seemed a pigeon trapped itself here by accident.

Of course we wanted to free the bird.

But as it turned out it was way harder than we thought.

Wrong direction!

Okay, pigeon…

Abandoned places become death traps for animals all the time.

Everything it needs is a window bashed in by some vandals.

Once a bird or some other animal gets lost inside the building

they won't find the way out on their own and die in agony.

That's why you should always close all the doors and windows you're opening during your explorations.

And obviously be sure that no vandals get access to those forgotten places.

Is there an open window over here?

Well, kinda. It's not really open…

Should I just try to catch it?

How do you want to catch a dove?

Okay. – Close. – Calm down!

Almost there. – Calm down.

Go for it!

This was a tough one...

After several hours of roaming around in this abandoned factory we finally reached the top floor.

So I went up to the tower and there are a lot of pigeons up there.

I climbed through the small shaft next to the elevator and those pigeons surprised me.

There's just this tiny access and all the doves are pretty nervous.

I thought they will attack me any second.

And it's full with poop…

But then I realized up in the tower...

There is no other way in or out but all the pigeons are flying to the top because they think there's an exit.

But there is none...

Which means that they can't get out.

Three or four birds are trapped and some are already dead.

Saving a bunch of trapped pigeons? The BWT crew gets down to action!

Savage…

They can't get out here…

We have to smash a window!

So the animals can get out.

Any of these windows.

Nope, of course we didn't do this.

But unfortunately we didn't find another way to save those trapped birds.

Due to the fact that doves have only poor eyesight in the dark

it was highly unlikely that they would have found the way out.

If you really want to help those poor animals just make sure that they cannot get in an abandoned building in the first place.

Today this huge factory building is under monumental protection.

But the future of this area is uncertain.

It counts as an important symbol for the European Industrial Culture.

But it's also a symbol for waste.

A waste of items and a waste of life.

This place is a death trap filled with stuff which other people could have used.

But the year-long storing made those things useless.

But as always we can't do anything about it.

We're only visitors documenting the decay of human civilization.

We're happy that we could share this memorable adventure with you.

Trump Admin Completely Silent About Companies Slashing Thousands Of Jobs After Tax Cuts - Duration: 3:34.

It's been just over a month since the Republican tax cuts took place, and already Republicans,

Donald Trump, especially in his State of the Union and any other address he's given, any

Tweets he's pointed out, they're saying that Americans are getting more money.

"Look at all those bonuses that were just handed out.

Look at all of the money you're getting in your pay check that's more than you used to

get.

The economy is booming, things are great, and it's all because of us, and our tax cuts."

Well, here's what the Republicans aren't actually telling you.

In the last month, more than 40,000 jobs in the United States have been lost due to corporate

layoffs.

Some of these from companies like Toys "R" Us, Macy's, JC Penney and Kmart, companies

that aren't doing so well, so they're laying people off.

Other companies, companies like Walmart, AT&T, companies that are hugely successful and makings

of billions profits in a year, just decided to lay people off for the hell of it.

Those $1,000 bonuses that were handed out in December, those were more like severance

packages than they were performance bonuses, because more people were laid off from these

companies that gave out the bonuses, than received the bonuses.

So yeah, you may have gotten $1,000, but two people, for however many people got a bonus,

were laid off.

So yeah, you may have a little more cash, but now your buddies are out of a job because

of corporate greed.

That's what's at the heart of this.

Those bonuses aren't going to be coming back around next December.

They're not going to be a yearly thing.

And less than 2% of the American population has even seen any kind of increase in their

pay checks, tax cut related or otherwise, since these things were enacted.

So why are Republicans telling us that our pay checks are increasing?

They're not.

That's statistics.

This is market analysis talking at this point.

Enough with the political talking points that tax cuts are going to help everybody.

They're not.

Tens of thousands of people are losing their jobs from highly profitable companies, for

no other reason than the company wants to save money.

And they're doing this in secret, they're hoping people don't notice.

While they're highly publicizing these bonuses that they gave out to some employees who've

been there more than 20 years, and who probably would have gotten a bigger bonus than that

if the company had stuck to their regular Christmas, or December bonus schedule anyway.

That's what's happening here.

This is all a facade, it's all a charade.

And yes, the economy added more jobs in January than were expected, but we're still losing

at an alarming rate.

Donald Trump is still riding the high off of the Obama economy, but that is all about

to come crashing down.

Every economist is already predicting that.

They're already predicting that these tax cuts are going to be a disaster for the economy,

that people are going to stop spending, that companies are going to have to lay people

off in droves.

But Republicans don't want to talk about that.

All they want to do, is say, "Look, you got $1,000 pre-tax income as a bonus, one time.

So you owe us your loyalty for the rest of

your life."

He's going to be over at the blender making our smoothies and then he'll call us over

I'm parched.

That's not what I want.

Cut to Gabriel.

I am making a special drink.

It includes water.

Some lime.

Now I gotta put the cut lime in the blender.

Then, cut the rear end of an apple off.

Then, you put in the secret sauce.

Some powdered garlic.

Time to liquify.

Not that bad.

(humming/singing Deck the Halls) It doesn't taste that bad once you get over it.

Curse these lime bits.

I need to wash this off.

It's not horrible.

Chocolate fudge that won't tricking come out.

And then you just, you just put the lid on of the two chocolate doughnuts, marshmallows,

and chocolate syrup.

Ooo I got two cute little marshmallows.

Did you put garlic in it?

No.

I can't drink it.

I smell it.

Just drink it.

There's garlic on the side of mine.

Wait same.

Wait if there's garlic in here I'll throw up.

Just drink it!

It's kinda good.

It's like chocolate water.

Ew I hate it.

What the heck?

Yeah it's kinda good.

I can taste like the doughnut.

That's all I taste.

I taste the doughnut and I really like it.

Add Doritos.

Now I just put Doritos and Tostitos creamy spinach dip.

Gonna add some peanut butter.

Two scoops of peanut butter.

There.

What!

It's not working!

Finally!

It's a little bit of water, nacho cheese Doritos, lettuce, and hot sauce.

I hate that it's salty.

Add lime.

We have some cranberry juice that I found.

Caprisun.

And then stir gently with a knife.

You're welcome!

Time to blend the thingamajig with the thing thing thing with the thing.

Now some final marshmallows.

Cranberry juice, apple, lime, Caprisun.

Now you set it to grind.

It's chunky Gabe.

Well I put marshmallows in it.

Oh it's kinda good.

The House Intelligence Committee released their classified FISA memo on Friday morning.

The House voted on Monday along party lines to share the explosive memo with the American

public.

This comes after the approval of President Donald Trump.

Gregg Jarrett: I can tell you a congressional source tells me that Rod Rosenstein in a meeting

three weeks ago threatened Chairman Nunes and members of Congress he was going to subpoena

their texts and messages because he was tired of dealing with the intel committee.

That's threats and intimidation.Now this…

On Saturday morning Gregg Jarrett tweeted out that a second source now says Rod Rosenstein

threatened Chairman Nunes and House Intelligence members if they did not stop their investigation.Gregg

Jarrett said A 2nd source has now confirmed to me that, in a meeting on January 10, Deputy

A-G Rosenstein used the power of his office to threaten to subpoena the calls & texts

of the Intel Committee to get it to stop it's investigation of DOJ and FBI.

Likely an Abuse of Power & Obstruction.

Jarrett also named the crime Rosenstein may have committed.

"It is a crime for a government official to use his office to threaten anyone, including

a member of Congress, for exercising a constitutionally protected right.
