In this episode, I will show you the 5 most rare and expensive vintage figures of Avengers!
Finally, after waiting so long... The premiere of Avengers Infinity War will be released this week!
We, the fans have been in the hype for the Marvel Universe lately so I decided to make this special Top!
Thanks to the movies...
The collectibles of Avengers have been getting more sought after by the collectors in the past years.
It´s common that the vintage comic books are the rarest collectible articles about superheroes...
But if you are watching this video you know that this time we will talk about toys!
There is a lot of memorabilia about our favorite superheroes!
That´s why today I will show you the most important vintage figures of the Avengers!
So adjust your tights my Superheroes because this is going to be amazing!
In the position #5 is the car of The Mighty Thor!
It was made in the 60´s by Marx Toys in Japan...
It´s made of tinplate and the lithograph has illustrations of Thor, Hulk, Iron Man and the Cap!
The head is made of vinyl and the sculpture is super retro but super cool!
This car is a very sought after piece because is very scarce.
Note the packaging! Is very rudimentary...
It was made in 3 versions... The one for Captain America, another for Spiderman and this one.
The first appearance of Thor was in the comic "Journey into Mystery" #83 in 1962...
If you liked the first car of the God of Thunder... You better start saving money because...
The last time that it was sold it went for $1,200 USD!
$23,000 Mexican pesos approximately!
In # 4 is Captain America's uniform for Captain Action...
This one is not a figure...
It´s a suit that Ideal (toymaker) made in 1967 to disguise the Captain Action figure into Captain America!
It´s a jewel from the pop culture!
The first appearance of this Superhero was in the comic of Captain America in 1941...
This first copy was epic and controversial because Steve Rogers appears knocking off Hitler!!!
He is the first Avenger! And this one is the first figure ever made...
Ideal included 2 new weapons... A laser gun and a machine gun.
The suit is very detailed!
I think it was great that you could disguise your action figure from your favorite superheroes...
Such as Batman, Aquaman or Superman!
The only question I would ask the Ideal designers would be: "What happened with Aquaman´s fins?!" LOL...
It seems that now we are talking about another franchise...
But in those years it was common that toymakers had both licenses.
This suit in perfect conditions and in the original pack was sold for $2,500 USD a few months ago!
$50,000 Mexican pesos!!!!
In the position #3, is the gigantic Spider-Man!
In the early 80's, Vicma (toymaker from Spain) created the best Spiderman of the retro figures.
Spider-Man had his first appearance in the comic book Amazing Fantasy #15 in 1962.
He was the first teen superhero! The success was huge so they decided to release his own comic book.
"The Amazing Spider-Man"!!!
It´s 27.50 inches tall and the sculpture is awesome!
This giant Spider-Man is the most sought-after Avenger figure in the Old Continent.
The art of the box makes it a masterpiece!
The figure includes a rail with a thread to slide him as if it was his spider web...
The figure is all articulated and that classical pajama makes him unique!
I think Spider-Man is one of the most cherished characters from the Marvel Universe...
This Spidey is so rare that there are only 3 figures known in the original box around the world!
Spanish manufacturers got many licenses to produce toys such as...
Star Wars, MOTU, Big Jim and many other superheroes.
But in my opinion, this Spider-Man is the Guernica of the toy collectibles!
If you want this friendly neighbor with the original box for your collection, you will have to pay $3,000 USD!
More than $50,000 Mexican pesos!
The #2 is for the Fist Fighter Iron Man!
It was made in the early 70´s by Lili Ledy (Mexican toymaker) under the license of Mego.
It´s from the Fist Fighter or "Peleadores" (in Spanish) series.
It has a handle on the back that moves the arm with which it knocks off the enemies!
This figure is so rare that there is no example of it in the original box!
Iron Man first appearance was in the comic book "Tales of Suspense" #39 in 1963.
A curious fact about the movies is that in Iron Man 1 and Iron Man 2...
The director plays the character of "Happy" Tony Stark's assistant!
If you could find a Lili Ledy´s Fist Fighter Iron Man in the original box the price would be $4,000 USD approx!!!
Almost $80,000 Mexican pesos!!!
This is a real "Modern Archeology" treasure!
And the most expected one!!! In the position #1, is the Stretch Hulk.
This gorgeous figure was produced in Mexico, the United States, Japan, and England!!!
Hulk first appearance was in the comic book "The Incredible Hulk" #1 in 1962...
Stan Lee wanted to create a fusion between Frankenstein, Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde...
The "Stretch" toy line was very controversial from the day it was released until these days!!!
A former employee of the factory said that many figures exploded from new...
And that all the molasses inside them were scattered everywhere.
The consumers also used to complain about them, they said that they were very fragile.
Kenner also sued them!
Kenner argued that Mego had plagiarized the ideas and the manufacture secrets of the stretch figures!
And if you think that was enough... The rats found the molasses and ate the figures they kept in the storage!
A total disaster!
That's why the production was very reduced.
It´s a huge challenge to collect them because the molasses corrodes the plastic among the years!
For me, the most scarce and valued version is the Mexican, made by Ensueño in 1979.
It is so scarce that there is no example known in the original package.
We are sure that it exists and how it is thanks to "Chabelo´s TV Show"...
(Chabelo is a famous Mexican actor)
A relic like this in the original box could be valued up to $10,000 USD!
$200,000 Mexican pesos!
That´s why it is the #1 figure in this Top!

I have my herb garden, so I have FRESH OREGANO AND BASIL.

If you don't have fresh you can use dry herbs.
A good amount of OLIVE OIL.

Let's cut them into thin slices. Less than 1cm thick.

This will be like a great lasagna.
Well, now, OLIVE OIL...

We will grill them. You fry the eggplants...
I've try it and it's delicious!

I want to make a recipe that fits everyone.
I told you suitable for kids, vegetarians, families,
and it is suitable for the healthy ones too!
By replacing the frying part with a grill.

Add a good amount of salt to the eggplants.

But I will finish it with 100 GRS. MOZZARELLA CHEESE in cubes.
So it melts and becomes amazing!!

This beauty is now ready! The mozzarella is a bit golden too...

I personally got a lot of help through the C3 center, so our career center.
I did enjoy the experience.
I really liked working with the advocates because they were really awesome, and you
could tell that they were really passionate about what they do.
I learned a lot about myself, about how patient I can actually be, and how quick I can be
to problem solve, when I didn't think I could do that.
Coe College really prepared me by giving me the internship class that goes along with
the internship.
Working with kids has really inspired me to pursue education and see if I like teaching,
so that is kind of a new career path that I might be looking into in the future.

The journey into conscious eating can transform your world into one of high vibrational living,
health and evolution.
As a long time conscious eating advocate, chef and (more recently and excitedly) a conscious
recipe book author, I know it can be helpful to have a few reminders and hints along the
way to keep us on the path of vibration raising cuisine.
Here are my top twenty tips to help you infuse ever higher levels of conscious eating into
your daily life…
1.
Watch your sugar intake: Refined sugar is one of the most undermining, harmful food
substances in our world today, contributing in some way to virtually every illness in
the modern era.
It is found in most processed foods and often tempting to use in home made products.
Use fresh fruits, dried fruits and healthier alternatives such as apple juice, coconut
sugar or brown rice syrup.
Less processed alternatives can really jazz up your cuisine, although they are still best
used in moderation.
2.
Radically reduce or eliminate your intake of meat, diary and eggs: Or better still go
vegan!
Eating a healthy vegan diet has consistently proved itself to be optimal for a healthy
mind, body and spirit.
A diet without animal products frees up a lot of energy so that the body can get on
with other important functions, such as repair, cleansing and rejuvenation.
I know people who have totally regained their health during life threatening illness or
crippling arthritis by eating consciously and going dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan.
It's good for you, it's good for animals and good for the planet!
3.
wheat-free and reduce your gluten intake: Gluten is not exactly the most vibrational
raising substance!
It is a 'gluey' substance ('GLU'ten) and to put it bluntly, can wreak havoc with
our vibration.
It is found in many grains, the worst culprit being wheat (which has been radically hybridised
for the high yielding commercial market).
Many people find less glutenous grains such as spelt, kamut, rye and barley easier to
digest.
4.
Meditate or do something energetic as an alternative to comfort eating: Heavier foods often act
like a kind of anaesthetic, lowering our vibration and de-sensitising us to the world around
us.
Whilst this is entirely understandable at times, if eating comfort food is a habit,
then consider meditation, yoga, deep breathing or some sort of physical activity as an alternative
as soon as you feel the cravings start to kick in.
Summon up the energy, take yourself off for at least a few minutes and let go into a meditation
focusing on the rhythmic rise and fall of your breath.
You'll soon find endorphins flooding in, reducing the emotional need to fill the space
with heavy foods.
Your vibration will rise and you'll feel much better for it in the long run.
5.
Drink pure water: Water is essential for health, although it can be challenging to find a pure
source of it.
Avoid naked tap water.
Ideally, you would put it through a reverse osmosis filter to remove impurities and chemicals
before using it for drinking or cooking.
If possible, find a local spring or purchase spring water from a reputable source harvesting
from clean organic lands.
It's a tricky one to get the balance right on this, but do what you can.
Pure water is vital for health and vitality.
6.
Eat organic: Local organic, fresh food is without a doubt brimming with a vibrational-raising
life force not to be tampered with.
Pesticides and chemical control is an unsustainable and disrespectful practice with a plethora
of negative consequences for wildlife, mother earth and ourselves.
Find your local organic markets and enjoy the high vibrational vegetables and fruits
available from local producers.
Buy in season to avoid high prices.
If it does happen to be a little more expensive than its chemical laden equivalent, see it
as an investment in your health and evolution.
7.
Grow your own food: There are few things more satisfying that gathering and eating your
own fresh fruits and produce.
If you have a garden, then the limit is your imagination.
If you don't have that luxury, then plant a few things such as herbs and leaves on your
windowsill or balcony, or else consider joining a local gardening group and helping someone
with their garden in return for some veggies.
You'll be saying 'wow – I can't believe how good this is' with every mouthful!
Perfect high energy food, honouring the whole cycle.
8.
Buy a good foraging book and become an wild foodist: Wild foods are exceedingly high in
prana.
Enjoy the high vibration of food as mother nature intended it to be.
Once you start looking a little closer, you'll find a vast array of edible wild foods on
your doorstep (well, you might have to venture a little).
Buy a good foraging book or better still, attend a local foraging workshop.
9.
Avoid GMOs at all costs: Genetically modified foods are the real 'Frankenstein' of the
food world.
Apart from the common sense factor of 'not messing with nature', there is a growing
body of evidence showing how GMOs are radically denaturing ecosytems, harming wildlife and
causing damage to our bodies.
Certainly not designed for a natural healthy body.
10.
Embrace raw, loving, living foods: Incorporate fresh, living, vegan foods into your diet
for an extra infusion of life force.
A salad, fresh, ripe fruit on a daily basis will support higher vibrational living.
11.Honour what really works for you as an individual: But be completely honest with
yourself.
It's easy to slip into some sort of denial 'my body is really craving that chocolate
bar, so I'd better honour it'.
Self honesty is key.
Learn to tell the difference between an addictive craving for something and a genuine need.
If you make a radical change in the way you eat, you are likely to go through an initial
withdrawal period.
Let it run its course first before lunging for those things that you know in your heart
aren't really that good for you.
12.Compost your scraps: If you have a garden get a compost pile going, either home-made
or bought.
This really honours the whole cycle of life.

Compost your poop: This is a really ethical choice, honouring the complete cycle of life!
Building your own composting loo opens up a whole new world of interconnectivity and
respect for nature.
It really is not as gross as it may sound at first and if done properly, generates awesome
odorless compost to return to the land.
Humans have become so sterile and removed from nature, but once you start reconnecting,
it feels so rewarding to really embrace – what goes around comes around!
This is real thanks giving.
14.
Buy local food: Whilst it is very difficult to avoid imported foods, it makes perfect
sense to buy whatever you can locally as a first choice.
It is usually fresh and doesn't carry a karmic imprint of thousands of airmiles.
Supporting local small-holdings, farms and independent shops is a vibrational raising
act in itself.
As more and more people shop locally, local communities will begin to flourish – something
that capitalism and fast food has tried so hard to stamp out.
15.
Eat slowly and savour the taste: Sounds simple, yet its amazing how many people rush their
food, chatting away.
Switch off your phone and t.v. (if you have one) and really taste your food.
Connect with the texture, flavours, vibrational life force and you will begin to embrace from
a centred place of true experience.
You will feel much more guided on how much to eat and what your body actually needs for
optimal health.
16.
Get into food preparation/baking/cooking and share the fruits of your labour with friends:There
is something innately satisfying about creating conscious meals for friends and family.
It gets everyone excited about eating more consciously.
Find a conscious kitchen recipe book that you resonate with or get creative and explore
your own delicious inventions.
17.
Giving thanks: We are so blessed to be able to eat and savour food.
Take a moment before you eat to close your eyes, connect with what you are about to eat
and offer thanks (whether it is to Mother Earth, the Universe, God, Buddha or another
deity)… the important thing is to connect with your food and allow a natural arising
gratitude to permeate into the field around you.
18.
Minimise packaged bought products: At the moment, owing to the boom of capitalism and
mass produced goods, it can be tricky to buy all of your food without packing, but do what
you can.
Food often comes package free at farmers markets and local independent health food stores.
If bags are needed, then re-use them by bringing them back to fill up again each time you go
to the store.
Consider setting up a local food co-operative and buying stuff in bulk to weigh up in your
own re-usable containers.
19.
Learn to listen to your body: The body really does 'talk', we just have to tune in to
the right language.
If we have aches, pains, illness or disease happen then the body is starting to scream.
Learn to recognise denial, cravings and subtle addictions and move beyond them.
If we learn to listen to our physical body by embracing as many of the above tips as
possible, we start to hear subtle cues that will guide us… what to eat, how much to
eat, where to buy it from etc.
Our life becomes so much more flowing and satisfying once we start to flow with it in
a way that serves our journey of optimal health and evolution.
20.
Learn to tune in to your soul: When we start to tune in to our soul, it's amazing how
powerful the guidance can be.
It will guide us to make the most aligned choices, inviting change and evolution.
It's not always the choices that we 'want' that it will show us, but always the choice
in the best interest of our continued spiritual evolution.
Profound self honesty is the key here.
Tuning into the soul is perhaps the most important tenet to the success of eating consciously.
Embrace it and honour the guidance it brings you.
Above all else, enjoy the journey!
Get creative and explore new foods, new recipes.
Make space in your life to give conscious eating the opportunity to flourish.
Conscious eating will undoubtedly raise your vibration and
invite an unfolding of your divine beingness that will help catalyse your spiritual evolution.

Okay, we're gonna go over all the ingredients. I just thought it was a great idea to share with you
I didn't realize that I had never shared with you
How I make strawberries for strawberry shortcake and since it is strawberry season it's time
To have strawberry shortcake, so we're gonna have some tonight for dessert
And I thought what better time to share this then now I have about

1 pound boxes of strawberries that I have washed taking the tops off up and
Quartered mostly some of the extra-large ones
I just sliced by cutting them in half and then slicing them in you know four or five different pieces so
I have three of them here, and then I have one in this mason jar here, and I'll tell you why because
When I make strawberries for shortcake I make them Romanov style now
This is how my mom used to call it, and it's it's just
so much nicer than just throwing sugar on some strawberries and having them macerate and that means to stew in their own juices and
The sugar will draw out those natural juices and give you a nice. You know strawberry syrup that you can pour over your
Shortcake or your angel food cake I like my strawberry shortcake on pound cake Ric prefers his on
Angel food cake so in our house. We usually have both so
Here's my strawberries and then what I'm gonna do with these strawberries is I'm gonna put them in my little mini chopper here
Let's get them all in there
And then just whack them up
Now you don't want to turn these into a puree you just want them to be ground up a little bit
There we go
See these are not pureed. These are just blended up
Now I'm gonna pour that over your strawberries
And if I'm not mistaken this is how your mom makes it, right
She mashed them you can also do this with a potato masher
Okay, then I'm gonna add for this amount of
Strawberries and also you're gonna want to test them for sweetness
I'm gonna add about a cup and a half of sugar, and then we're gonna taste it then I'm gonna add some orange juice
We'll start with a half a cup, and then I'm gonna give this a little hit of
Vanilla syrup or vanilla extract entirely up to you you can also hit this with a little orange extract or some lemon extract
That's your choice
Then we're gonna get in here with a big spoon
And we're gonna mix this all up
And
Having those mashed strawberries or the ground of strawberries in here adds a lot more flavor it really starts
The process of the macerating
Going much more quickly it helps to dissolve the sugar a little more quickly as well
And then you're gonna want to let these sit for at least a half an hour or even
A couple hours is better so if you make these in the afternoon
Then you're gonna have them for dessert that night up to you you would be amazed at what just that little hit of vanilla
Will do it will take your strawberries for shortcake to the next level
I'm gonna let these hang out on the counter for about a half an hour, and then we'll come back
And we'll build you some strawberry shortcake, and we'll show you what this looks like okay our strawberries have rested and works
Just set I left them sitting on the counter for about 45 minutes and look at how beautiful and juicy these are

Assalamualaikum, my name is Chloe and these are my Salah experiences
I've come up with a list of questions regarding salah
Experiences. You can kind of see this video as a Salah tag
I haven't looked up to see if anyone else has done this. If they have (thumbs up). I thought this video would be an easier (hears loud noise)
I thought this video would be an easy idea to have like fun questions rather than just talking about
Story times. Also the focus is on the experiences not really the fact that hey

I really am genuinely looking forward to I want to hear about your experiences and enough of that
Let's actually get to the questions question number one, weirdest place you've prayed? Now for me the weirdest place
I prayed as of filming I went to my mum's church
I was in her pastor's office
And it was time to pray and her and the pastor had gone off and my brother was asleep in
one of this swivel chairs
And I just prayed in his office. When I was finishing they came back into the office and it was
So uncomfortable and awkward, but yeah, I finished the prayer it was so strange.
It was so weird. Question number two, have you ever prayed around kids? The first time I ever prayed around kids was in Turkey I
Was in my husband's grandmother's prayer room with his
Grandma's sister's daughter and her kids, so we were praying and her kids were running around the room
Now I don't care. I've got no issue with it
I thought it was probably maybe one of my best praying experiences around these kids because for some reason I found it very
calming
Despite them just messing around them playing around they're very gentle with us while we're praying like everything around us was chaos
but when it came to them like trying to interact with us while we're praying there was so soft and calm and
Understanding of what we were doing and one of them actually came up behind me while I was sitting down
Started massaging my shoulders. I was like maybe I should stay sitting here. It was so nice. That was the first time
I prayed around kids. Second was in the masjid those kids was so well-behaved mashallah
They were just sitting there waiting. Question number three
Has something scary happened while you prayed? I'm going to say not scary in terms of you know people praying
During a war or something. I mean more of something less intense. For me
I think I have two
Experiences that I can think of. The first one is I just put washing on while I was in my mum's house the washing machine
Was shaking so intensely, I thought it would explode and I was stressed the whole prayer
It's so stupid
But that scared me I was so concerned about this washing machine and the second time which was probably more
Frightening to me was not too long ago
I was praying downstairs
And I had lifted my head up from Sujood and this spider was near my forehead
And it was like you could see it tried to
Crawl up onto my head while I was down
And then on my next rakat when I went down it tried to crawl up my head again. That was quite the experience
question number four, have you ever fell during salah?
I think a lot of us girls have tripped over our skirts quite a lot of times
I haven't completely fallen from that though, but it's quite a yank backwards
I don't think I've properly fell during salah. Question number five, have you ever injured yourself during salah? yes
Multiple times. For some reason my knees just are terrible and they crack a lot
And the only time they've ever popped out was during prayer. The first time it ever happened
I was praying at my mum's house. I went to bend down and my knee popped out for the first time
I was very unsure of how I was meant to pray or finish the prayer
Alhamdulillah it like popped back in straightaway, but that was painful it hurt a lot yeah
I just kept pushing on through. I've had multiple experiences of my knee popping out during prayer
It's gone to a point where it doesn't really hurt as much as the first time
But it's not a fun time. Question number six
strangest experience during prayer? At our old house
There was one night where I was home alone, and my door was open so I was fine
I went to do my prayer and I heard someone knocking at the door
They kept knocking and knocking and knocking and then I heard the door open
And I was like you know what prayer is important keep praying whatever. They probably won't come down the hall
You know what they came down the hall and I saw them
And I'm like I don't know who this person is who was walking through my house right now. What is going on?
Alhamdulillah didn't that they didn't see me
They had left the house before I finished praying so it was all good. It turns out
It was someone from my family's Church. Question number seven, funniest
Experience while praying? When I was in my husband's house
I had my hoodie over my shoulders the strings of the hoodie were hanging down. I think it was during Isha
I'm not sure. I think during Isha prayer I was praying and of course
It's dark so the light was on. You could see my shadow on the wall while I was praying and I had lent
You could see that the strings dangling on my shadow and my husband's cat
Actually attacks shadows so every time I was in that position of Prayer the cat kept jumping up at the wall
Attacking it and it was so difficult not to laugh. Question number eight. What is a mistake
you made about Salah? When I was learning to pray
I don't know how but I somehow thought that Maghrib which is three Rakat was five
So for a little while there I was praying five rakat during Maghrib. Question number nine
What's your favorite experience about salah? My favorite experience is
Sujood, no matter what emotion you're feeling. Being in sujood is probably one of the best things to experience ever. Those days
where you have you're just stressed you're super angry or
Super sad and even like when you're happy
or just feeling nothing being in sujood is kind of one of those things that just
Balances your emotions very easily if you spend your time there properly. Like there's been times where I've just been so stressed
And I just go in sujood and you're able to just speak your emotions and ask for things. Question 10
Where is your favorite place to pray? And for me there was a Masjid in Turkey
it was my favorite place to pray and I really miss it because
It was this tiny little section for women because not a lot of women were in the masjid
But because it was so tiny the space and hidden as well
It felt like kind of special and secret and I was able to go at my own pace
And there's this vibe that you get when you're in a masjid as well
That's so it's nothing you experience outside of the Masjid it's crazy. That was my favorite place to pray
I wish I knew the name of it. Sorry. That's all the questions

hey everyone if you love RuPaul's Drag Race especially season 10 make sure you

let's get started with episode 5 we start the episode right after the
elimination of dusty red bottoms of course just as I was starting to like
her doesn't mean I could not support her now she's in your queen so I didn't go
to her shows um so Asia is angry when she comes back in
because or she feels you used because she helps all the other girls and then
the other girls helped her and when I heard her hanging out I kind of thought
of Alexis Michelle last year being like why didn't anyone tell me this was ugly
and not in like such the way where everyone was like oh my god Alexis is
such a diva like yourself together but just in the way that she's kind of
saying why didn't anyone tell me like you have to be responsible for yourself
and it is a competition and people are not always going to help you even though
you help them so I thought that part was interesting just the parallels between
the situations so then we have the mini challenge and it is like the gayest army
ever or something like that I really like this challenge I like the ones
where they actually have to you create a costume out of something or create a
look and have like a little story to go with it I really like that so I really
like this mini challenge but I don't think the extension of one I think some
people wrote some better story lines and maybe like Monique or Monet should have
won because they had some pretty good stories going on but of course vixen is
still mad about Eureka from untucked last week so she is very shady about who
she pairs people up with and honestly at this point I think vixen is too worried
about the drama and she's taking away from what she can do because she's so
worried about how she can get back at the people or make them look bad
rather than how she can make herself look the best anything it's gonna come
back to bite her so Nixon and Asia decide they're going to well the whole
premise of the main challenge is like a Maury Povich slash Jerry Springer kind
of show where Ross Matthews is the host so cracker or not card addiction and
Asia is like why are you so obsessed with me someone copycatting them and
they just decide they're going to be like aquaria and cracker which at this
point like let it die like I know this was like so me before everyone kind of
knew about it but like at what point do you just let things go like we get it
they look alike they're both from New York they have similar styles but there
are 450 other Queens out there that might look like vixen or might look like
Asia so just because they're not both on the same competition doesn't mean that's
done happening elsewhere series I um I really like the idea of this acting
challenge it seems like they're doing a lot of acting challenges this year like
in less design-based challenges so the first group is Blair and Monique and I
really like their dynamic how Monique played like the polar opposite of
Blair's character I thought it was funny and it was like too real like I think
we've all seen that kind of dynamic on one of those shows if you've seen it but
I really liked that they had like their safe word so that they could work the
best as a team and I think they did work the best as a team rather than
individually then we have Cameron and Monet and Cameron stole the frickin show
I was so worried like oh my god this is the Cameron goes home just because in
the last challenge didn't really stand out but clearly
improv is her strong suit I love the like the hair and outfit and the
character and her voice and everything and I ask me I don't even really
remember what Monet did I can remember her outfit and I remember her diction
but she never got there with me about what she was trying to do but Cameron I
think had a really well-thought-out character then we have mayhem and
cracker I didn't cracker did amazing like she
said stupid is her brand and it was dumb but it was so funny especially like her
new book dr. dill and like opening a new jar drawing and everything I was just
cracking up during that part and I think mayhem like started good but she kind of
lost it and I think she almost like gave the scene to cracker like she wasn't
really showing her full potential then we got vixen in Asia and I think it was
messy I didn't really get the character I think it was very OneNote and like
they didn't rehearse because they were too worried about the drama so yeah I
think that in their putting them because they weren't on the same page you know
what was going on
clearly that didn't work out for them then we have aquaria and Eureka and
clearly evictions plan backfired they work together way better than
expected but I think it was because even in the scene them trying to compete
against each other so they were trying to competing against each other real
life so I think it just ended up working out really well so now we have the main
stage and it was denim and diamonds Monet um I liked I actually liked the
jumpsuit I guess I just wish that she would have taken the same material that
her like underwear were made out of and made like a bra
out of it and had that shown I think that would have made it look a little
bit better and a little more broken up I maybe would have taken away from like
how ill-fitting it was Cameron of course with like Dolly Parton I thought it was
adorable and I liked the attention to detail that she had that she actually
had a bra on underneath that was polkadot that went with the whole look I
don't know if you guys could see it but when they were showing her talking to
Shania Twain you could see like down to her breast plate but she had that bra on
so it wasn't completely nude which i think is really smart painted show those
little details in case things move and pull that they look really good then we
have a vixen I didn't like the cutout I think if you're gonna do a mermaid dress
you should just do a mermaid dress and I definitely think she need to be cinched
like Michelle said and maybe it would have looked a little bit better but I
didn't like the little cutout holes I think it should have been one piece
altogether Asia's I thought looked like Randy Savage if you don't know who that
is and that's no shade but that's just the first thing I thought about and it
looked really like pro wrestler Yee from back in the day I did like her hair
though I just wasn't I'm not big on fringe
so I maybe that's what it was then we have aquaria um I mean I understood what
she was doing but I felt like the hat and shoes were one costume and then the
dress was another look I just don't think it came together like just
throwing a cowboy hat on something doesn't make it like country Eureka's I
loved I mean obviously she's gonna kill this challenge but she had a really well
fitting jumpsuit on I think it looks really good on her and complimented her
height and I love the patterns and mix it
she did then we have Blair I thought she looked like you know like a pageant kid
all grown up or like somebody's that mom like if you've grown like if you've
grown up there in a small town or in the South like that one person's mom who her
hair is always huge she's always like overdressed to like to pick up her kids
from school or anything like you love her anyway
that's who Blair is uh Monique I really like the reveal even though they were
like Oh draft right not brown child like people wear that kind of print anyway in
like ho-down situations um so I thought it looked cute and it was different and
caught your eye your attention um let's see Oh men mayhem comes out and it's
pink that's all I have to say about it it was not what I was expecting my
thought was really cute I mean again hers was pink so she better wear a
different color um but I thought it looks like Wendy's like Wendy's I
thought it was funny and it was really pretty and cute uh and then that's it
like that's all the girls looks from the main stage I think Cameron should have
been on top she did more than enough for the acting jobs to be on top yes I think
your Rika should have one but I think it should have been her Cameron and cracker
in the top and that's just my opinion so the lip-synch happens and it is monet
and mayhem I definitely think Monet performed it
better and it looked like mayhem didn't really know the words and my bottom I
would say for this week where vixen Asia and Monet and I think that's who we're
gonna see go home next maybe not in that order but I think that
a probable thing that's gonna happen is those three my tops still boy or cracker
Monique and now I said Cameron because I think she's really gonna break out and
do some amazing things now that she has a little bit of confidence knowing she
did well so that is the end of this video obviously these videos are gonna
get shorter and shorter every week just because we're doing less girls

Yo, what's going on everyone? We're up here hiking the Garcia Trail
We woke up at around 520. We're supposed to get here by 6:00 a.m. because I want
to get the a timelapse of the sunrise by the cross up here, but I messed up. The Sun
starts rising at 6:00 and it's full risen in the air by 6:20 and it's already 6:20
so at this point, I just want to get some cool B-roll of the of the cross for
a video I'm doing for my friend. I really wanted to get that sunrise but I'm already
here so might as well complete the hike, might as well get some cool shots still
here we go
So Azusa and Glendora actually closed down
this trail a few years now maybe like four or five years ago because of fires
in the mountains. Ah geez. This is like a lot of people's favorite
trail and there's even like a committee a group that's petitioning to open
it back up. This trail is awesome, it's just really overgrown now. You can
tell probably from a lot of b-roll - it didn't look anything like this before it
was really clear easy to hike but now you gotta trek through all this
overgrowth. Still fun. You can see right there those buildings right there in the
middle I think that's my old community college Citrus College. Almost there. You
the cross right between these branches? That's our destination
We did it. It only took us like an hour and a
I had to stop a lot. Yeah it used to take us maybe like 30 minutes to get up this
thing but we had to stop a lot because she's pregnant and there's a bunch of stuff in
the way - made it a lot harder but nonetheless we have a little bit more of a hike up
there to get to the cross and we'll be there
so Rebekah dropped her phone somewhere along the way now we have to look for it
on the way back. It was recent though. We're trying the phone - what's it called - the
Find My iPhone app right now. Tt'd be funny if I recorded you losing it

In this video I'm going to discuss a new rental law that will have a very significant impact
on residential lease contracts in Thailand.
If you're a current or prospective tenant looking for Bangkok apartment rentals or Bangkok
condo rentals, this law will likely affect you.
In a good way!
Before I begin, a disclaimer.
This VLOG post does not constitute legal advice, and does not establish an attorney-client
relationship.
Let's get started!
From May 1, 2018 there will be new safeguards in the Consumer Protection Act [from 1979] that
will have a very significant impact on residential lease contracts in Thailand.
There will be new protections for tenants that include limits on what landlords can
charge and a way out of long-term leases.
One note: It only applies to applies to 'residential property leasing businesses'.
This is landlords who rent five or more properties.
We're talking about a huge chunk of the real estate market in Thailand!
If you're a current or prospective tenant looking for Bangkok apartment rentals or Bangkok
condo rentals, most landlords will fall into this category!
Residential property leasing will now be deemed a contract-controlled business.
The intention is to ensure that contracts contain necessary terms and conditions which
prevent consumers from being taken advantage of [by unfair contract terms].
What follows are the important points that you need to know!
Number 1.
Landlords are prevented from charging more for basic utilities than they actually cost.
This will impact water, electricity and Wi-Fi bills for example.
Currently it's standard practice for property owners to add extra charges to utility bills.
In some cases landlords charge multiple times the true cost of the service - electricity
is the big one.
Number 2.
Landlords can only request one-month in advance rental payment and one-month as a security
deposit.
Currently almost every rental requires two-months as security and one-month rent in advance.
Number 3.
A security deposit cannot be withheld due to 'wear and tear'.
Additionally, a security deposit must now be returned within seven days.
Currently a security deposit often takes 60 days to be returned.
Number 4.
Landlords must now pay for routine maintenance and upkeep.
Further, tenants cannot be charged for repairing items like; broken toilets, leaking roofs
and broken door knobs.
Number 5.
Even when signing a one-year agreement, or longer, tenants now have the right to leave
giving 30 days' notice.
Consequently, Facebook groups like "Take Over My Lease" will likely see a lot less listings!
Note: A reasonable reason must be given.
For foreigners, that might be the need to move back to their country.
For the Thai it might be the need to move due to a government position transfer.
Number 6.
Landlords can still inspect their property during the rental period.
However, they must give advance notice.
Number 7.
The practice of punishing tenants who miss their rent by locking their doors or moving
their stuff out will now be illegal.
Number 8.
The new regulations literally address the 'fine print'.
Indeed, the regulations stipulate that contracts cannot contain type smaller than two millimeters.
Number 9.
Landlords who make illegal demands face up to a year in jail and 100,000-baht fine per
lease violation.
Number 10.
Under the new law, unhappy tenants in multi-family housing may band together in the dozens or
hundreds to file a joint complaint rather multiple individual complaints.
As mentioned, this new rental law only applies to residential property leasing businesses.
So what is a 'residential property leasing business'?
A 'residential property leasing business' is, and I quote;
any business that leases [or subleases] five units of property or more to individual lessees,
for residential purposes, in exchange for a fee collected by the business operator,
regardless of whether or not the units are in the same building. End quote.
The definition of 'property' is, and I quote;
any accommodation, house, condominium unit, apartment, or other kind of residential property
leased for residential purposes, excluding dormitories and hotels which are regulated separately.
End quote.
Your new friend; the Consumer Protection Board
To report their landlords, tenants can contact the Consumer Protection Board by calling 02-141-3437.
To verify contracts are legally compliant, property owners can contact the same Board's
Contracts Committee at 02-143-9767.

Assalamualaikum, my name is Chloe and these are my Salah experiences
I've come up with a list of questions regarding salah
Experiences. You can kind of see this video as a Salah tag
I haven't looked up to see if anyone else has done this. If they have (thumbs up). I thought this video would be an easier (hears loud noise)
I thought this video would be an easy idea to have like fun questions rather than just talking about
Story times. Also the focus is on the experiences not really the fact that hey
I'm praying and also feel free to take these questions and make a video

Let's actually get to the questions question number one, weirdest place you've prayed? Now for me the weirdest place
I prayed as of filming I went to my mum's church
I was in her pastor's office
And it was time to pray and her and the pastor had gone off and my brother was asleep in
one of this swivel chairs
And I just prayed in his office. When I was finishing they came back into the office and it was
So uncomfortable and awkward, but yeah, I finished the prayer it was so strange.
It was so weird. Question number two, have you ever prayed around kids? The first time I ever prayed around kids was in Turkey I
Was in my husband's grandmother's prayer room with his
Grandma's sister's daughter and her kids, so we were praying and her kids were running around the room
Now I don't care. I've got no issue with it
I thought it was probably maybe one of my best praying experiences around these kids because for some reason I found it very
calming
Despite them just messing around them playing around they're very gentle with us while we're praying like everything around us was chaos
but when it came to them like trying to interact with us while we're praying there was so soft and calm and
Understanding of what we were doing and one of them actually came up behind me while I was sitting down
Started massaging my shoulders. I was like maybe I should stay sitting here. It was so nice. That was the first time
I prayed around kids. Second was in the masjid those kids was so well-behaved mashallah
They were just sitting there waiting. Question number three
Has something scary happened while you prayed? I'm going to say not scary in terms of you know people praying
During a war or something. I mean more of something less intense. For me
I think I have two
Experiences that I can think of. The first one is I just put washing on while I was in my mum's house the washing machine
Was shaking so intensely, I thought it would explode and I was stressed the whole prayer
It's so stupid
But that scared me I was so concerned about this washing machine and the second time which was probably more
Frightening to me was not too long ago
I was praying downstairs
And I had lifted my head up from Sujood and this spider was near my forehead
And it was like you could see it tried to
Crawl up onto my head while I was down
And then on my next rakat when I went down it tried to crawl up my head again. That was quite the experience
question number four, have you ever fell during salah?
I think a lot of us girls have tripped over our skirts quite a lot of times
I haven't completely fallen from that though, but it's quite a yank backwards
I don't think I've properly fell during salah. Question number five, have you ever injured yourself during salah? yes
Multiple times. For some reason my knees just are terrible and they crack a lot
And the only time they've ever popped out was during prayer. The first time it ever happened
I was praying at my mum's house. I went to bend down and my knee popped out for the first time
I was very unsure of how I was meant to pray or finish the prayer
Alhamdulillah it like popped back in straightaway, but that was painful it hurt a lot yeah
I just kept pushing on through. I've had multiple experiences of my knee popping out during prayer
It's gone to a point where it doesn't really hurt as much as the first time
But it's not a fun time. Question number six
strangest experience during prayer? At our old house
There was one night where I was home alone, and my door was open so I was fine
I went to do my prayer and I heard someone knocking at the door
They kept knocking and knocking and knocking and then I heard the door open
And I was like you know what prayer is important keep praying whatever. They probably won't come down the hall
You know what they came down the hall and I saw them
And I'm like I don't know who this person is who was walking through my house right now. What is going on?
Alhamdulillah didn't that they didn't see me
They had left the house before I finished praying so it was all good. It turns out
It was someone from my family's Church. Question number seven, funniest
Experience while praying? When I was in my husband's house
I had my hoodie over my shoulders the strings of the hoodie were hanging down. I think it was during Isha
I'm not sure. I think during Isha prayer I was praying and of course
It's dark so the light was on. You could see my shadow on the wall while I was praying and I had lent
You could see that the strings dangling on my shadow and my husband's cat
Actually attacks shadows so every time I was in that position of Prayer the cat kept jumping up at the wall
Attacking it and it was so difficult not to laugh. Question number eight. What is a mistake
you made about Salah? When I was learning to pray
I don't know how but I somehow thought that Maghrib which is three Rakat was five
So for a little while there I was praying five rakat during Maghrib. Question number nine
What's your favorite experience about salah? My favorite experience is
Sujood, no matter what emotion you're feeling. Being in sujood is probably one of the best things to experience ever. Those days
where you have you're just stressed you're super angry or
Super sad and even like when you're happy
or just feeling nothing being in sujood is kind of one of those things that just
Balances your emotions very easily if you spend your time there properly. Like there's been times where I've just been so stressed
And I just go in sujood and you're able to just speak your emotions and ask for things. Question 10
Where is your favorite place to pray? And for me there was a Masjid in Turkey
it was my favorite place to pray and I really miss it because
It was this tiny little section for women because not a lot of women were in the masjid
But because it was so tiny the space and hidden as well
It felt like kind of special and secret and I was able to go at my own pace
And there's this vibe that you get when you're in a masjid as well
That's so it's nothing you experience outside of the Masjid it's crazy. That was my favorite place to pray
I wish I knew the name of it. Sorry. That's all the questions

Trinity's Top Twenty Tips for Conscious Eating

The journey into conscious eating can transform your world into one of high vibrational living,
health and evolution.
As a long time conscious eating advocate, chef and (more recently and excitedly) a conscious
recipe book author, I know it can be helpful to have a few reminders and hints along the
way to keep us on the path of vibration raising cuisine.
Here are my top twenty tips to help you infuse ever higher levels of conscious eating into
your daily life…
1.
Watch your sugar intake: Refined sugar is one of the most undermining, harmful food
substances in our world today, contributing in some way to virtually every illness in
the modern era.
It is found in most processed foods and often tempting to use in home made products.
Use fresh fruits, dried fruits and healthier alternatives such as apple juice, coconut
sugar or brown rice syrup.
Less processed alternatives can really jazz up your cuisine, although they are still best
used in moderation.
2.
Radically reduce or eliminate your intake of meat, diary and eggs: Or better still go
vegan!
Eating a healthy vegan diet has consistently proved itself to be optimal for a healthy
mind, body and spirit.
A diet without animal products frees up a lot of energy so that the body can get on
with other important functions, such as repair, cleansing and rejuvenation.
I know people who have totally regained their health during life threatening illness or
crippling arthritis by eating consciously and going dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan.
It's good for you, it's good for animals and good for the planet!
3.
wheat-free and reduce your gluten intake: Gluten is not exactly the most vibrational
raising substance!
It is a 'gluey' substance ('GLU'ten) and to put it bluntly, can wreak havoc with
our vibration.
It is found in many grains, the worst culprit being wheat (which has been radically hybridised
for the high yielding commercial market).
Many people find less glutenous grains such as spelt, kamut, rye and barley easier to
digest.
4.
Meditate or do something energetic as an alternative to comfort eating: Heavier foods often act
like a kind of anaesthetic, lowering our vibration and de-sensitising us to the world around
us.
Whilst this is entirely understandable at times, if eating comfort food is a habit,
then consider meditation, yoga, deep breathing or some sort of physical activity as an alternative
as soon as you feel the cravings start to kick in.
Summon up the energy, take yourself off for at least a few minutes and let go into a meditation
focusing on the rhythmic rise and fall of your breath.
You'll soon find endorphins flooding in, reducing the emotional need to fill the space
with heavy foods.
Your vibration will rise and you'll feel much better for it in the long run.
5.
Drink pure water: Water is essential for health, although it can be challenging to find a pure
source of it.
Avoid naked tap water.
Ideally, you would put it through a reverse osmosis filter to remove impurities and chemicals
before using it for drinking or cooking.
If possible, find a local spring or purchase spring water from a reputable source harvesting
from clean organic lands.
It's a tricky one to get the balance right on this, but do what you can.
Pure water is vital for health and vitality.
6.
Eat organic: Local organic, fresh food is without a doubt brimming with a vibrational-raising
life force not to be tampered with.
Pesticides and chemical control is an unsustainable and disrespectful practice with a plethora
of negative consequences for wildlife, mother earth and ourselves.
Find your local organic markets and enjoy the high vibrational vegetables and fruits
available from local producers.
Buy in season to avoid high prices.
If it does happen to be a little more expensive than its chemical laden equivalent, see it
as an investment in your health and evolution.
7.
Grow your own food: There are few things more satisfying that gathering and eating your
own fresh fruits and produce.
If you have a garden, then the limit is your imagination.
If you don't have that luxury, then plant a few things such as herbs and leaves on your
windowsill or balcony, or else consider joining a local gardening group and helping someone
with their garden in return for some veggies.
You'll be saying 'wow – I can't believe how good this is' with every mouthful!
Perfect high energy food, honouring the whole cycle.
8.
Buy a good foraging book and become an wild foodist: Wild foods are exceedingly high in
prana.
Enjoy the high vibration of food as mother nature intended it to be.
Once you start looking a little closer, you'll find a vast array of edible wild foods on
your doorstep (well, you might have to venture a little).
Buy a good foraging book or better still, attend a local foraging workshop.
9.
Avoid GMOs at all costs: Genetically modified foods are the real 'Frankenstein' of the
food world.
Apart from the common sense factor of 'not messing with nature', there is a growing
body of evidence showing how GMOs are radically denaturing ecosytems, harming wildlife and
causing damage to our bodies.
Certainly not designed for a natural healthy body.
10.
Embrace raw, loving, living foods: Incorporate fresh, living, vegan foods into your diet
for an extra infusion of life force.
A salad, fresh, ripe fruit on a daily basis will support higher vibrational living.
11.Honour what really works for you as an individual: But be completely honest with
yourself.
It's easy to slip into some sort of denial 'my body is really craving that chocolate
bar, so I'd better honour it'.
Self honesty is key.
Learn to tell the difference between an addictive craving for something and a genuine need.
If you make a radical change in the way you eat, you are likely to go through an initial
withdrawal period.
Let it run its course first before lunging for those things that you know in your heart
aren't really that good for you.
12.Compost your scraps: If you have a garden get a compost pile going, either home-made
or bought.
This really honours the whole cycle of life.

Compost your poop: This is a really ethical choice, honouring the complete cycle of life!
Building your own composting loo opens up a whole new world of interconnectivity and
respect for nature.
It really is not as gross as it may sound at first and if done properly, generates awesome
odorless compost to return to the land.
Humans have become so sterile and removed from nature, but once you start reconnecting,
it feels so rewarding to really embrace – what goes around comes around!
This is real thanks giving.
14.
Buy local food: Whilst it is very difficult to avoid imported foods, it makes perfect
sense to buy whatever you can locally as a first choice.
It is usually fresh and doesn't carry a karmic imprint of thousands of airmiles.
Supporting local small-holdings, farms and independent shops is a vibrational raising
act in itself.
As more and more people shop locally, local communities will begin to flourish – something
that capitalism and fast food has tried so hard to stamp out.
15.
Eat slowly and savour the taste: Sounds simple, yet its amazing how many people rush their
food, chatting away.
Switch off your phone and t.v. (if you have one) and really taste your food.
Connect with the texture, flavours, vibrational life force and you will begin to embrace from
a centred place of true experience.
You will feel much more guided on how much to eat and what your body actually needs for
optimal health.
16.
Get into food preparation/baking/cooking and share the fruits of your labour with friends:There
is something innately satisfying about creating conscious meals for friends and family.
It gets everyone excited about eating more consciously.
Find a conscious kitchen recipe book that you resonate with or get creative and explore
your own delicious inventions.
17.
Giving thanks: We are so blessed to be able to eat and savour food.
Take a moment before you eat to close your eyes, connect with what you are about to eat
and offer thanks (whether it is to Mother Earth, the Universe, God, Buddha or another
deity)… the important thing is to connect with your food and allow a natural arising
gratitude to permeate into the field around you.
18.
Minimise packaged bought products: At the moment, owing to the boom of capitalism and
mass produced goods, it can be tricky to buy all of your food without packing, but do what
you can.
Food often comes package free at farmers markets and local independent health food stores.
If bags are needed, then re-use them by bringing them back to fill up again each time you go
to the store.
Consider setting up a local food co-operative and buying stuff in bulk to weigh up in your
own re-usable containers.
19.
Learn to listen to your body: The body really does 'talk', we just have to tune in to
the right language.
If we have aches, pains, illness or disease happen then the body is starting to scream.
Learn to recognise denial, cravings and subtle addictions and move beyond them.
If we learn to listen to our physical body by embracing as many of the above tips as
possible, we start to hear subtle cues that will guide us… what to eat, how much to
eat, where to buy it from etc.
Our life becomes so much more flowing and satisfying once we start to flow with it in
a way that serves our journey of optimal health and evolution.
20.
Learn to tune in to your soul: When we start to tune in to our soul, it's amazing how
powerful the guidance can be.
It will guide us to make the most aligned choices, inviting change and evolution.
It's not always the choices that we 'want' that it will show us, but always the choice
in the best interest of our continued spiritual evolution.
Profound self honesty is the key here.
Tuning into the soul is perhaps the most important tenet to the success of eating consciously.
Embrace it and honour the guidance it brings you.
Above all else, enjoy the journey!
Get creative and explore new foods, new recipes.
Make space in your life to give conscious eating the opportunity to flourish.
Conscious eating will undoubtedly raise your vibration and
invite an unfolding of your divine beingness that will help catalyse your spiritual evolution.
