The journey went on so monotonously, repetitive and with a little difficulty

from a battery perfectly integrated inside the frame
All is managed by a button, integrated into the top tube,
who allows the rider to choice different set-ups.
The battery presents several CPUs inside who control
the intelligence of Cento1 Hybrid.
The geometries of Cento1 Hybrid follow those of Cento10NDR,
We talk of endurance geometries which require less stress for the rider, with a comfort position.
But how is managed all the system?
In reality we have different options,
You can easily push the button and command
the start and stop of the assistance,
or select the assistance level.
For the rider that is looking for a deeper connection,
he can download the APP from which starts a new world of opportunities.
Indeed we can use our smartphone to get informations, like speed
distance and battery level.
With the APP we can navigate or we can manage
our bike ride, recording and archiving them.

The Real Reason You Don't Hear About Christian Siriano Anymore - Duration: 5:07.
Christian Siriano first found fame when he won Project Runway Season 4.
And after his reality show success in 2007, Siriano went on to create his own line, dressing
A-list celebs in show-stopping looks.

But recently, media buzz has died down around the designer.
Is his career old news?
Or is he low-key concocting his next act.
Here's why you don't hear about Siriano anymore.
Getting hitched
In July 2016, Siriano married musician Brad Walsh at their vacation house in Connecticut.
As they shared with BRIDES, they chose the locale because
"It's our favorite sanctuary away from the noise of the city."
While the wedding may have taken center-stage for Siriano, that didn't mean he stopped working.
The designer put his skills to the test when it came to the bridal party, telling the mag,
"Since there was no bride, we wanted our best friends to wear white gowns, all from Christian
Siriano, of course, as they stood by our sides during the ceremony."
Real hustle
While Project Runway kick-started Siriano's career, some say it made it difficult for
the designer to win over industry titans.
While his looks appear in many stores, they are missing from some high-end retailers.
Fashion advocate Nicolette Mason told Elle,
"I think there is definitely a little bit of reality television stigma [...] People
who are given this kind of 'industry darling' label are people who have gotten the stamp
of approval from the industry from the onset."
One reason why Siriano hasn't been courting the media may be that he's keeping up the
hustle behind the scenes.
He told the Houston Chronicle,
"My biggest thing is you just have to work hard.
You have to be obsessed with it because it's a really tough business."
Letting the dresses do the talking
Siriano is known for dramatic lines, and over-the-top, jaw-dropping gowns.
But sometimes his designs are meant to let the women who are wearing them steal the show.
Leslie Jones — who claimed no one would dress her for her Ghostbusters premiere — got
a killer red carpet look from the designer.
"It takes a real designer to design for real women...that's what I always say and I will
always say that."
And Michelle Obama famously rocked a Siriano for her inspiring speech at the 2016 Democratic
National Convention.
Siriano wanted to prove he could still turn a simple design into a statement, telling
Glamour,
"[Obama] chose to be simple and a bit demure because her speech was so powerful and was
such an important moment […] Not everything has to be an embellished piece to be powerful
and beautiful."
Facing off against size zero
In an industry where "sample size" is typically a U.S. zero to four, Siriano's design for
Chrissy Metz' initial 2017 Globes look proves he's committed to designing clothes for everyone.
But taking that on, means more work, and less time in the spotlight.
Nicolette Mason told Elle,
"It actually does become a choice, after a while, for a brand to not create other samples,
because the press it's generating out of those opportunities and red carpet moments is so
worth it."
"I like to embrace all women because you know that's what I think the business is.
I'm here to sell clothes and make women feel great and beautiful and why not do that in
every size?"
Fashionista reported the designer even partnered with plus-sized retailer Lane Bryant in 2016,
proving that true Siriano style comes in the shape of you.
Putting it down on paper
Not only has Siriano been busy designing, he was also penning his second book, Dresses
to Dream About, which hit shelves in late 2017.
He told Glamour,
"I want to show that all these women can look beautiful in my clothes.
That's always been really important.
Sometimes the challenge becomes making sure that it's right for the person [...] To show
that you can still have a voice but dress all these different types of people."
Next season's style
Designers always plan months or even years ahead, so Siriano has to work hard to keep
up with the industry.
But the design inspiration for his 2018 pre-fall collection was one of a kind: His mom.
Vogue reported the designer discovered a 1970s portrait of his mother and wanted to further
explore the decade.
The new line stayed true to Siriano's ladylike aesthetic, but with crowd-pleasing options
for every size.
Barbie x Siriano
In 2017, Siriano created five different looks for the inclusive body-type Barbie line.
The designer shared in a statement,
"It's especially exciting to be designing an array of inclusive and diverse doll looks
that can allow girls to see themselves better represented when they play."
Siriano implements his passion for fashion, no matter how much hard work it takes.
He told People,
"I don't go after the young, new It Girl.
They're fabulous, but what's exciting to me is seeing someone different on the carpet
looking amazing, like Leslie Jones or Meg Ryan or Danielle Brooks, whom I love so much."
Expanding his empire
Siriano has expanded his reach beyond the runway.
He told the Houston Chronicle he's collaborating with e.l.f.
Cosmetics, and has launched something unexpected — an entire line of press-on nails — born
from a bad New York Fashion Week moment.
He told the paper,
"The models backstage had really horrible nails from other shows and things.
[...] So I worked with this company, and we were able to do it so fast.
That's why these nails are awesome.
Literally, you put them on, and then you take them off."
...Just like a dress!

make that money honey because you work hard and you deserve it. I came
across this one-off creative project that I thought sounded really cool and
I was perfect for. And I landed the gig and I was so enthusiastic about
doing this project that I forgot everything I tell myself and tell other
freelancers to do. I didn't set up a contract. I didn't talk about a payment plan. I
didn't even talk about the rate. I just started working and I know that sounds
insane but it happened. I did it, and when I sent that project off, they ghosted me. And
honestly what's their incentive to pay? Because I already delivered the project
and the guy got off scot-free, and nobody is to blame except for me. So number 1: don't blame the client
because the client is just a person looking for good work and who's trying to
save a buck. It's really on you, and if you've been ghosted you need to look
hard and fast at the things that you're doing as a freelancer. Have a contract in
place, and I'll pop a link below to a contract creator that's totally free.
It's a great way to set up payment terms, how you want to get paid, when you
want to get paid, scope of the project. It's amazing and it covers everything
you could possibly need. Also know your worth.
I cannot preach this enough but if you are working with a client who's kind
of iffy about signing a contract beforehand maybe don't work with them. I
know that that can be a little tight if you need money but is it worth doing all
that work if they don't value your company or the way that you run it?
Setting up a deposit. This is especially great for creative projects because if
you're doing something creative that you hand off to a client and they say, "you
know what, we hate it, we're actually not gonna pay you." That sucks!
So consider asking for half of your rate up front and that's going to vary based on
what you do but the general rule of thumb is to ask for 50% up front and then when the
project is completed, get the rest of the 50% later. Something else I recommend
doing is keeping a credit card on file. So you can go ahead and ask that client
for a credit card in advance. You don't have to charge it! Let them know that they're not going to be
charged but it's also a great thing to have in case of an emergency and would
have been a great thing for me to have in this case of this guy who just kind of disappeared.
Something that I do for my clients is I come to a grinding freaking halt if my
clients don't pay me. I send them an email immediately that says all work
will come to a stop until I receive payment and you'll be amazed at the
mountains that clients who when they know you're not doing work for them
anymore. If clients come at you with a story like
"Oh I don't have the money right now," or "Cash flow is a little low," it doesn't
really matter. Hashtag sorry, not sorry, you are
running a freaking business and think of it this way: If you go to the gym...if
you've signed a gym membership and you say "I don't really have the cash right
now to pay for my membership," they're going to say
I don't really care, your bill is due anyway. All right and my last tip is
consider talking to a reputable collections agency. Now this is something
that might be right for the freelancer who is charging tens of thousands worth
of dollars to their client. However, in order to successfully work with a
collections agency you have to have proof of a contract in place. So again,
like me, if you didn't sign a contract they're not going to be able to help you
because you have no proof that the client had agreed to your terms. Yet
another great reason to cover your bases from the get-go! If you've ever dealt

Hi there, it's Anna from SimpleSite.
In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to add products to your SimpleSite webshop.
Remember to subscribe to stay updated on new SimpleSite tutorials.
Let's get started.
Start by going to SimpleSite and logging into your website editor.
So you've activated your webshop and now you want to start selling products.
So in order to do that, you have to add products to your online store.
Let's go and do that.
Go to "pages", then press "online store" and "manage",
and this will automatically direct you to your product section.
When I created my online store I had to already add one product
and you can see that right here.
So I can either edit or delete that but in this case I'm going to add more products.
There are two ways of doing that either by selecting "create product" and adding an individual product,
or you can create a product subgroup.
Or a main product group.
So this will become visible on the online store as having a product group
in which you can place several categories.
But in this case I'm just selling cupcakes, so I just want to have all the cupcakes separately visible on my webshop.
So I'm gonna create a product and edit the text.
And as you can see, there are several different options here,
whether or not the delivery or the sizing, how many items you have.
But the most important thing is having great visual pictures.
Because that is what makes your product sell.
So you can add up to three pictures.
So you can have pictures from different angles and colors.
I'm just adding two for now.
And once you're done with the description you press "save"
And you can see that the product has been added.
Now you want to change the design of the webshop,
because for every product it can be a bit different on how you want to display your items.
Now it's listed but you can also choose a gallery with the pictures next to each other,
either in three or four images.
So for my cupcakes I'm going to choose three images.
And then when I go back to the site editor,
I can see in the online store that the images are now next to each other.
So that is a great way of selling your products.

Beijing has supported North Korea even when the rest of the international community had

the international community to squeeze Pyongyang with economic and diplomatic sanctions.
But then, a dramatic shift in tone.
"The North Korean leader's first foreign trip since taking power, was here,… to Beijing,
meeting with China's Xi Jinping.
During their encounter, Kim reportedly said he was "committed to denuclearization"
and agreed to resume the long-stalled six-party talks,… last held some decade ago.
And watchers here say the diplomatic thaw could bring about genuinely positive results."
One of those results is an expanded role for Beijing.
"The North Korean leader's surprise trip patched things up with China.
We know that Kim had briefed the Chinese President of his plan and that gesture earned the North
Korean regime the full support of China when dealing with other countries."
"With better relations between the two sides, China will be able to play a bigger role in
helping and guiding North Korea to the path of ultimate denuclearization.
What China wants is to avoid a war in the region,... something both South and North
Korea want,... as much as the international community."
And as to what needs to be done to keep up this improved sentiment in the region,...
